Video summary
In this intense confrontation on Boss Talk TV, N.O.R.E. publicly exposes DJ Vlad for what he describes as a pattern of unprofessional behavior and broken promises regarding interview commitments. The central conflict arises from a specific incident where N.O.R.E. flew to New York at his own expense to appear on Vlad's show, only to be told upon arrival that the interview would not happen because Vlad does not pay for appearances. N.O.R.E. argues that this is a classic case of "flaking," where Vlad initially agrees to host guests but then changes his mind when it suits him, leaving hosts feeling used and disrespected after they have invested significant time and money into the trip.
The discussion quickly escalates as N.O.R.E. accuses Vlad of playing a manipulative game that he has played against others for years, specifically citing an incident involving Rick Ross where Vlad allegedly tried to get Ross in trouble with the law. N.O.R.E. draws a sharp parallel between his own situation and how Vlad treats other Black artists, suggesting that Vlad benefits from "black drama" while simultaneously claiming not to pay for interviews. He criticizes the industry practice of paying guests to say anything, arguing that it compromises integrity and leads to sensationalized content that sells out people's reputations for views. For N.O.R.E., true journalism should be built on authenticity and heart rather than financial transactions that force guests to perform or fabricate stories.
N.O.R.E. also addresses the racial undertones of the feud, rejecting the idea that having Black children grants Vlad any special status or immunity from criticism. He asserts that regardless of family ties or past associations, Vlad remains an outsider who must earn respect through genuine conduct rather than entitlement. The host emphasizes that he has no obligation to return favors or appear on Vlad's show simply because Vlad brought him onto his own platform in the past. He warns that playing games with people like Vlad will eventually lead to being burned, a sentiment reinforced by the adage that if there is smoke, there is fire. Ultimately, N.O.R.E. concludes that both he and DJ Vlad have created this toxic dynamic through their mutual engagement in the same manipulative tactics, leaving him free to walk away without owing anyone anything.

E. The reason you see
>> sometimes, but I always have a problem
with people who I do their show. When
it's time to return the favor, I get
[ __ ] screw you. Nor's about Nory. You
know, his word don't mean [ __ ] He's a
snake. That's the way I look at it. I
don't [ __ ] with Nory anymore. The last
time I was in Miami,
>> like he he told me he's going to do it,
but then just wouldn't give me a a time
or a date. And it's getting close to the
end of my trip and I'm still getting the
runaround
and it turned into like uh we started
basically talking [ __ ] to each other
over text
and uh at the end he's like you know

friend like I'm tripping you know I I
you're right you know when I come to LA
we going to do this whatever else comes
to LA
[ __ ] calls again and then and then I
seen him do a media run with like Tony
Ao and them and like do like a bunch of
[ __ ]
>> Yeah. Doing a bunch of small podcasts
and I was like, "Man, [ __ ] this, bro.
[ __ ] this dude." And me and him, we got
into a big [ __ ] you back and forth. Oh,
you racist. I don't You don't own me. I
said, "You don't own each other. I did
your show. You know, I flew out, did
your [ __ ] on my own dime. I'm already in
your city. I'm just asking you to show
up. You told me you would do it and now
you gave me that runaround." Anyone
doing a Nory show, just know that when
it comes to return the favor, he's not
going toinging do it, you know.
>> Yeah.
>> You know, start charging Nory to do
[ __ ] drink champs from now on cuz
know that when it comes, you know, in
return,
>> he's going to screw you.
>> Didn't want to address this in front of
y'all, but I will.
>> I will.
>> Vlad TV,
I don't front on everybody. I front it
on you.
I did to you what you do to our culture.
I bent you over and I [ __ ] you.
>> Yellow me. Because you know what? I was
going to do your interview
>> and you flaked on.
>> Guess what? I'm a grown man. I have a
right to change my mind.
>> Facts,
>> right?
>> And the yala is just too small. He too
sharp right now. And I start to see how
I start to see how [ __ ] is changing. I
start to see how you actually put Rick
Ross. You actually try to put Rick Ross
in jail.
That in my world you're a rat.
>> Yeah,
>> you're told. Yeah,
>> you benefit of a black drama. You do.
>> You are Jerry Springer.
>> Now he was like, "Yo, guys, charge him
because he he's not going to do your
interview." No, I'm not doing yours.
I don't like you. So, guess what? I
played the game that you've been playing
for years.
Welcome to the [ __ ] party.
So Nori uh Nori claps back at Vlad and
say I deal to you what you've been doing
to people forever. You're like I ain't
coming on your show and I and I did I
Yeah. Yeah. I put you on my show but
that don't matter. OG you there.
>> I'm here.
>> He kicked back yesterday. He say he
ain't going on his show. He done with
him and and he did exactly what he did
to him and he went on for a minute too.
OG, he ain't going on his show. He say
he did. He told me he going to go then
he changed his mind. He ain't going. And
I thought about you. You went all the
way up to New York act like you going to
do that man's show and you changed your
mind. You and Noria should be in the
same damn boat. Y'all pump faked on Vlad
TV. Both of you.
No, that's not true.
>> You didn't do it.
>> And that's right. We
He tried to ask me to do something that
wasn't in the picture.
>> You didn't do it. That regardless of
that, you went the same way. You acted
like you was going to do it just like
Nory did and you didn't do it. And y'all
are making it hard for people that uh uh
try to trust in people to go on these
shows when they paying them. when they
paying them. When they paying them.
>> When they paying. He's not He said he
don't pay for interviews. He told me he
don't pay for interviews and I don't do
interviews.
>> No. No. He pay everybody for interviews.
OG. Why he didn't want to pay you?
>> He says he he doesn't pay for
interviews.
>> Wait a minute. So, you said he flew you
up there,
>> right? He flew you from California to
New York, but then he turns around and
gets you to New York, set up the studio
and everything. Got everything set to
go. You show up and then you tell him,
"Okay, well, what we what we doing
here?" And and he say, "Uh, I'm not
paying. I don't pay for interviews. And
I want to talk about what what is how
much is this and what I have?" And he
says, "Well, you want to talk about
shoes?" I said, "Well, uh, I don't just
talk about that." That's when it was it
was fresh.
>> Yeah.
>> He's Yeah.
>> So, he was trying to talk to you about a
fresh case of something that just
already just happened.
>> Right. That's uh uh uh and only I knew
him Melvin Farmer introduced me to him.
>> Okay.
>> And this is this is OG Pu. He was there
with SH Night.
>> Okay.
>> That was the
>> basis. Okay. We were supposed we were
supposed to meet in Burbank in his
studio in Burbank and it didn't happen.
He said he was going to be in New York
and I'm like, "Okay, I gotta come out
there and uh see some of my people in
New Jersey." He like, "Hey, okay, I'll
fly you out. We can do an interview."
I'm like, "Cool."
I goes to New Jersey, pick up uh uh
Cororeium from from New Jersey. We going
I didn't know who we was on the
elevator. We roll up the elevator with
him. Right.
>> Right.
>> Bam. This is him. We we we discuss. We
get to talking and uh he wants to sign,
you know, you move disclosure papers and
this here and how you the governor this
and you have exclusive rights on this
and this and that.
>> Okay. All well and good. Now, we get
there, we get to talk and he get to
telling me. I'm like, "Oh, no. We were
talking about my experiences and no I
want to talk about uh what happened with
Suge. I said well man that a cost. He
says I don't pay for interviews. I said
I don't do interviews.
It'll cost you this. He like oh no
that's out the question. Bam. I walk
out. He like hey okay we can talk about
I got on the elevator kept on going. One
shot. What? No. No. ahead.
>> You don't you once you once you rub you
the wrong way, it's pretty much done
deal on that. You can't just come jump
back on the situation with you.
>> Ain't no it's no compromising. I mean,
if we're going to do something with
especially with Yankees, no, no, no.
>> Listen at this. Here go my boy. He went
further.
>> And I [ __ ] y'all. Yellow me.
I believe the f one of the first things
you did you said was you have black
kids. I would like to address something.
Slave masters have blackheads.
>> Clue cuts clan members have black
children.
>> Mhm.
>> By you saying you have black children,
you're just saying you like black [ __ ]
This does not exclude you. And this does
not give you a invite to the barbecue.
You are the dude that comes to the
barbecue with pickles in the potato
salad
and raisins
>> and raisins. How did I know?
>> Not pickles and raisins. You are you are
so bad. You got pickles and raisins in
your potato salad.
>> And you know what?
You pay your friends. You pay your
company. So we don't tell you your
potato salad is trash.
>> We don't tell you we hate you. You put
me on a text with Saigon. I immediately
test Saigon on the side. I said, "You
hate this guy, don't you?" Saigon did
not say no.
And then I on the text with Saigon. I
said, "Listen, Vlad Saigon don't like
you. You couldn't come outside at one
point if he wasn't with my son or
security." And you know who that
security was? It should have been FOI.
You know why you can't hire FOI? Because
the one time, have you ever heard me
beefing with Vlad TV? Never, right? Cuz
you know why the one time you heard me
beef with Vlad TV? You know what it was
over?
>> What?
>> Him misquing Farrakhan. And all I asked,
brother, was take me off of your site.
You don't have a signature on me. And
that's the reason why I didn't show up
because you know what? I was going to do
your interview
>> and you flaked on.
>> Guess what? I'm a grown man. I have a
right to change my mind.
>> Wow. OG, what do you think about Nor
going spazzing out after? Well, Vlad
came for him first, but he come back to
let him know like, I didn't do your show
for this, that, and the other. I don't
have to do it. I changed my mind. The
only thing I can tell you is man, you
got exactly what you do to other people
and you have to pay people to even sit
in front of you because they don't even
like you.
>> What do you think about that?
>> I mean the that that type of exposure. I
mean uh as my grandmother used to say,
don't cut off your nose despite your
face.
>> That's right. He But Vlad was upset cuz
he did Vlad. He did drink champs and he
felt like Nori owed that back to him and
he felt like he was giving him the
runaround going on all these other
podcast and he was not trying to show
him the love and the respect that he
deserve as a journalist and he didn't
understand why. He didn't understand why
he felt like he put his money up to be a
part of his show. But I think what uh
Nory is saying, just because you have
black kids, just because you u you know
that that don't give you no no pass. You
still who you are.
>> Don't give you executive right. I don't
owe you anything. This is a business and
I have a right as a free slave to do
what?
>> A free slave is crazy.
So just just because you think I'm you
know you my white daddy just I did for
you so you have to do for me. It don't
like don't America that's not how
America work.
>> It don't work like that.
>> If America worked like that we would
have our 48 m and a state I did for you.
So you did for me. So we done for white
America and never got nothing back.
>> So So I guess Nory got a point. Nor is
not trying to hear it. Nor say he don't
care to do his show. He really don't
like him and what he does at his show
and
>> and that and that's his choice. You
know, Nory has his own show. Vlad has
his own show. I don't know why sometime
people don't don't vibe like that. I
know people with shows. I don't I don't
you know me, I stay to myself. I don't
bother nobody. I come up on my own. So,
I kind of stay to myself, you know. I
don't really reach out and be going on
people platforms, you know.
>> That man, you bothered that man that had
that show to stay at his daddy house.
>> What?
>> I don't know nobody that stayed at their
dead house. Boy, the nerve of you.
>> We was on that. I didn't even know that
man. You had me attacking that man to
stay.
>> I don't know who I don't want to talk
about that. That is crazy work, man. I
never talk about that, man. Don't get
cut out. Don't get cut out making up
stuff. Don't make
>> I said don't get cut out making stuff
up, OG. I'm going to go to the next part
of this interview.
>> That didn't happen.
>> No, OG. No, OG. It did not happen, man.
>> OG, I'm not the black nothing.
>> I love you, OG, but you going you going
to make me cut you off. I'm going have
to shut the phone off for you if you
don't stop. Hold on. Let me listen to
this other part, man.
You are the dude who calls people like
me to get you in the club.
>> That's who you are. And when you turn
around, we laugh at you
because you pay for your interviews. We
have integrity over here. If a person
wants to come to Drink Chess, you come
to Drink Chess cuz you want to and you
going to get your flowers because you
deserve them. You can't pay for these
flowers over here.
You are an industry puppet and no one
wants to tell you to your face. I am
gladly take that position.
You are a clown.
>> I I protected you. You hung out with me
for plenty of times when my song wasn't
around. That let you know that you had
trust in me. But I would like to
apologize to Dame Dash cuz Dame Dash
said to me years ago. What a culture
vulture is is once they can't use you,
they throw you away. Mhm. He could not
get me. He asked me to do his. Now
technically you did drink chaps. So if
anybody owes if it's a swap, it's Drink
Champs.
>> Your drink champs owe you. But I'm going
stop right there and I say, "Oh, gee,
he's he's giving him the blues."
Something that he definitely said that I
can really relate to is you pay for
interviews. I don't pay for interviews.
We build off integrity. That's something
that's very powerful what he said there.
And because it's the same thing that I
do. I I try to build off integrity and
not just have people coming on just to
get a response or just to get uh uh
somebody to say something outlandish.
When you pay a person, they're trying to
make sure they they they give you this
show so that they can show you that, hey
man, I'm you paid me, I'm worth the
money and daddy, I want to be back. You
know, so they'll say whatever. They
don't give a damn about what they say.
the coach and everything becomes a big
show to him and a lot of people have
tried to get on Boss Talk 101. Let me
say this, OG, I'm gonna give you the
floor. And I denied them because I said
this is not that type of show. You can't
pay to get on my show. You can't you
can't play no games to get on my show.
You have it have to be something from
the heart. OG call me, hey, let's do
such and such. Then that's that's the
that's that's it right there. Cuz I know
OG going to try to look out for the show
cuz he just like me. Or if so, or my
wife, she call me, hey, let's do such
and such. But we're not over here trying
to get you on here to pay you or you pay
just so you can get on here and jump up
and down out your seat and act a fool
and say whatever and talk about the dead
and whoever else. We don't want that.
>> Oh. Oh, you talking about Booy now?
>> No, I ain't talking about no Boo cuz
Booya don't do that. Booya don't do
that. I ain't don't you dare try to make
Boo the I was talking about I'm a Booed
fan.
>> The difference that's the difference.
Okay. He said, "Yeah, we do this
organically." That's the difference that
the culture culture as he spoke. Now,
when
uh Vlad went on his show, Vlad went on
with the American dream and with the
ulterior motive. Once he goes on Dream
Champs, Dream Champs customers see him
on them, then he comes over and they
start looking at BL. That's the reason
he went to dream camps for free.
>> Right
>> now, why he pays negroes? Because he
says negroes are some of the most
curious people in the world. And once
you're paid,
once I buy you,
now you're obligated to be. You're not a
free slave anymore. So that's the
difference in having a 100,000 views
than 10 million because white America
know how to work the numbers.
>> Okay. So basically whenever somebody get
like I say again I've seen interviews
where people get very detailed about
crime. People get very detailed about uh
different things like um the culture,
what happened at the house between the
mom and the dad and he and it was
gruesome. And then I've seen somebody
talk about their friend and get killed
coming off the show the next day because
they did this show. Um because they was
so detailed in what they did to the uh
op,
>> you know, and the op basically seen that
video and like what this dude oh he oh
he's celebrating and then next day he
dead because he got so detailed into it.
Well that's the
>> Yeah, we've been selling out for cheap.
Just give me five like you say here
$500. I'm supposed to tell everything
that goes down and I just get on there
and I just get talking.
>> Yeah, you get to tell it everything.
>> I I I know it's a real world out here.
Not when I get my hat brought to me.
Vlad and and and Adam 12, they take no
sexual responsibility for any of this
>> at all. And I'm going to be real with
you. I I get it, man. Y'all want to make
some money and and I get it. You guys
don't want to reflect on your talent
anymore because if you really had a
talent and an art, you wouldn't be
worried about somebody trying to oh
well, you rub your pockets just to get
you noticed. You're used to the artist,
the artistic uh uh uh the talent. Your
gift will make room for you. But now you
want to make yourself in a situation.
I'm going to put myself in here cuz
everybody going to see me on here and
I'm going to just say this or say that.
And what I say, a lot of these guys are
rappers. A lot of these guys are actors.
A lot of these guys are are, you know,
uh, police officers, whoever went on
that show or on my show. And you trying
to do something to push yourself up the
algorithm. You trying to avoid using
your talent to do it. You want to make
sure that your your your you you can say
something about somebody or push
somebody this way or that way. And next
thing you know, everybody know you. It
ain't it ain't real, guys. Stop stop
violating your people trying to get
views for whoever show you go on. If you
going to say it, say it from your heart.
I got OG on here. He talks from his
heart.
>> No, we get on these shows cuz we ain't
talented.
>> No, OG. There's some talented people to
get on there and act a fool. That's how
they come up.
>> No, they ain't got no talent. That's why
they That's why we on these podcast.
Ain't nobody want to listen to [ __ ] we
say. Ain't nobody going to pay a dime.
They listen to us who that buffoonery
and you know we act up in front of a
white dad.
>> Oh G, listen to me. This all I'm saying.
Nory is a ex rapper. Okay, he's a
rapper. That's what his craft is. Uh he
start podcasting so he could do it over
here. Generate revenue on this side. Uh
Joe Button, uh Cameron, uh Jada and Joe.
So they're they're moving and shifting
their talents elsewhere. Now I'm not a
good rapper. I'm a good talker. Okay.
And and some of them are great at it.
But I'm just telling you this thing when
you get over here, if you can't make a
like you always say, uh, man, you
turning a two into a 10. If you can't
create that two to 10 effect, people may
not watch it. You see what I'm saying?
Now, these guys don't have some of the
experiences you have, but some of them
do have experiences by what happened at
the club. But they might say two guys
jumped into it and got into it
one-on-one, but they'll say, "But then
old boy came through and he whooped
everybody and he wasn't even in the
fight just to make sure you get a
reaction and use a name that everybody
know." So all I'm saying is these
stories can change when you're trying to
keep yourself in the algorithm. But if
you're not paying and you work off a
deal of integrity, a lot of these guys
won't go that outlandish. Now, I'm going
to tell you somebody I'm very fond of
that was able to he almost got whooped a
few times, but he always was able to
keep your attention, and that's
Charlmagne. Charlemagne knew how to
punch buttons. He had been over there
with Wendy Williams, and a lot of these
people, when you look at Charlemagne,
again, that's why I look at him like I
do. He came from a place where he just
was a dude who, you know, just came and
start journal being a journalist of
stuff because he was under the wing of
certain people. But at the end of the
day, he was able to get his ground and
now he's one of the top paid dudes in
it. But I think it's really who he is.
He really know how to conversate with a
person and really push buttons and
really come up with ways to strategize
and say things to make people stay tuned
in. That's art in itself. But a lot of
these guys have to make up stuff in
order to make sure that people are
watching or talk about the dead. Uh, hey
man, the dead. They talk about
situations when it first happened. They
they scrutinize whatever situation when
they conversate about it just to make
sure they get the views that they need.
I'm telling you what I've been seeing.
OG and and that's something that people
do.
So at the end of the day, it don't make
sense cuz I go right back to what Nora
said, the integrity. The integrity is so
important. And I love the word that he
used because a lot of people don't have
that when it comes down to these
platforms. They jump up and say whatever
just to get people's attention and I
think they violating code and as you
call it for the white dad or whoever
they doing it for. It's just a mishap
and usually they get real fly when you
give them about you can give them $2 or
$3,000 they'll sell they whole damn
people out and that ain't even no money.
Do you understand that OG
>> no money?
>> That ain't no money. That ain't no damn
money for to sell your coach out. You
wouldn't do it for that and I know you
wouldn't. Now, if I if I Now, if I give
you about if I give you Now, if I give
you a meal ticket, I don't trust you no
more. If I give you 10000,000, I don't
really I can't trust what you might do.
I don't know. I still think I'd have to
worry about what you might do. So, I
wait till I get this bag, OG, I'm going
to share and I'm going to come up with
it. I'm going hand it to you and and I'm
going to see if you going to sell us
out. If you do, I'm done with you.
>> You see what happened to me when I got a
new car?
Like 50 said, if you don't change, you
ain't got enough of it.
>> OJ, I'm going let you give me what you
think. Did Nory go too far? Did Vlad go
too far? Who was wrong in this
situation?
>> Vlad is definitely wrong. Vlad is and
and and that just show you how a hurt
white man is that think that they have
entitlement
that because like you say because you go
to the cookout and bring some uh uh
macaroni and cheese with with raisins in
it that you you you got your black card.
No, you're not. You still an outsider.
So uh it it it just instead of taking
this and being quiet and and that's and
they be talking that when they when you
do something to him, he is butt hurt.
The same way when when Bootsy asked him
for some more money, he went on and he
was crying, but he ain't crying. All the
people that he affected the four black
people that he affected on his show, he
never uttered a word when it when he
came out on top. Right.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It was a lot of cases
where he didn't get to he he came out on
top actually.
>> But as soon as and it's not that they
came out on top on him. As soon as they
got even, he cried foul. The true
American. The true American.
>> What did he do? He cried what? He cried.
>> He upset like hell.
>> You f Oh, you did me wrong. I did see
but you know all the the time you done
raped my people it was all good.
>> Wow. Wow. OG.
>> One day I grind on you. Oh you called
and rape. You penetrated me over and
over.
>> Well you stop OG. You something else
man.
>> I'm just saying
>> guys
>> the hell. Listen man. Y'all y'all may
Okay. Y'all created this monster. Let me
go from that effect before I get off
here. You guys did this. You too, OG.
Y'all created this monster and Vlad
feeling like he could get the interviews
he deserved. You took that trip up there
to New York with him. Um, uh, Nory, you
brought him on Drink Champs. Um, don't
start complaining about him now when
y'all was pretty much y'all was in
cahoots with him at one time. Y'all was
in cahoots with him at one time.
>> Let me say that.
>> Let me No, let me say this. I'm not
important to him whatsoever. it. He
would never mention me and I would never
mention him. I don't need a white daddy.
I'm an independent slave. So,
>> I'm just saying y I gave y'all empowered
him
>> as as and just like you say as being a
podcaster, you just messy and nosy. I
wouldn't have never told anybody about
this.
>> Wait a minute. Who messy and nosy? First
of all,
>> I told you.
>> I said who you who who's messy? I want
to get that right. Who? Who? You not
know how you never told anybody.
>> Oh jeez. You This [ __ ] came out on the
show. You said it on a review. I didn't
have to say it in confidence. You said
it. And you told America what happened
with you and Vlad. And And not only did
you tell him, Nory told him. Y'all both
came to the internet with it.
