After he left the house on D-day, I packed up all his stuff with the help of my cousin Andy and kept it in the basement. He said I was blowing up the matter unnecessarily because it was a deal between us that we could with our siblings. Yes, that's what he alleged. To prove his claim, he showed the photographs where my cousin and I were sitting together. We were sitting at a distance of at least 2 ft apart though. He made up a story that we both had agreed on letting our partners screw anyone within the realms of family and that's how he started having sex with his half-sister. I wished my father had not left his gun inside the car and I had the courage to pull the trigger on Joe. I would have shot him in the head. My family was equally furious at his made-up story. If this was not enough, that pervert went on to allege that my incest was not only limited to my cousins but also my uncles. Such a piece of shitty gross he is. He presented the pictures he had taken of my uncles when they were staying at my house during the nights to hunt for him. The picture he showed was of my uncles standing alone in the living room while I was nowhere to be seen. Does that prove I was having any questionable relationship with them? My lawyer explained the circumstances under which my family members were staying at my home. It was due to Joe's stalking at my house at night that they were staying at my house to protect me. When Joe was questioned about his stalking, he said he was there to gather the evidence to prove that I had relationships with my cousins and uncles. The photographs provided by him failed to prove that there was something in between us. It was just a normal photograph of us sitting together or walking around the house. He had also photographed me with my colleagues when I went out for breaks with them. It was also some normal pictures where we were just sitting together for coffee or lunch. The court ruled out his claims due to lack of evidence. The court did not give any judgment on that day because Joe's attorney requested some more time to provide the evidence for their claim. I don't know if they are delusional about their claims or if they are just trying to drag this case as long as they can. With these allegations, my cousins and family were so enraged that they wanted [music] to strangle him in sleep. If I gave them a free hand, they would have publicly humiliated him to avenge the dirty allegations he had put on us. But I asked them to leave him alone at least until the divorce is finalized. Also, there was no evidence to prove that it was our mutual agreement to our siblings, so that was also rejected. Joe refused to divorce me, stating that I was asking for a divorce using false claims. The court made it clear that the divorce was going to happen. The further discussion would be only around the divorce terms in the next hearing. Then came the third court hearing. Joe refused my divorce terms. That too, I wasn't asking for any alimony.
