because of a fraud, a false copyright
striker, not only going after my videos,
but hundreds upon thousands of others.
Or maybe there's a way my channel won't
be deleted. Oh boy, you better strap in,
bucko. Thousands upon thousands of false
copyright strikes were sent out this
week by our good friend Eric Green from
Remove Your Media. And as you can see
over here, everybody's talking about
this. small accounts, medium accounts,
big accounts, reaction channels, drama
channels. It's like I put the bat signal
in the sky and the whole [ __ ] Justice
League showed up. And for that, I
couldn't be more grateful. You know who
else is talking about it? Our good old
friends at YouTube. First, we got the
standard reply from the sheep seller in
Afghanistan. Any abuse of our copyright
tools results in serious consequences.
We monitor for misuse and take action to
ensure the system is used correctly. Oh,
we're going to talk about correctly in a
bit. to respond to the counter
notification. Please reply to the email
from the copyright team within 10 US
business days and include evidence of
legal action. Nah, no, no, no, no, no,
no. [ __ ] that. Give us a human being
that doesn't send us an automatic reply
that they send everybody else. So, after
pushing and pushing, we finally got a
human reply. The copyright team already
knows what's going on. Oh, they [ __ ]
better. How could they not? I'm giving
them a nice little ratio over here on
their own tweets. The only thing they
actually check is whether he has the
legal right to file these claims. And he
does. Oh, does he? Y'all are going to be
shocked when you see what he has the
legal rights to. They aren't
particularly concerned with the AI angle
or anything similar. So, they don't care
about the AI as predicted because
they're obsessed with using it
themselves. Oh, so you're telling me he
has the rights to this? All of the false
copyright strikes, they're not false,
they're the truth. What about this one
right here where he is striking fellow
content creator Kau TV for reacting to
me? You're telling me Eric Green owns
the rights to me? Am I a slave now? Is
he my master? You're telling me he owns
me? A community post talking ABOUT AN
ANIME? YOU'RE telling me the copyright
strike is valid? So the copyright strike
that I got for looking at this page, a
bunch of words talking about the Naruto
filler list, that copyright strike is
valid. [ __ ] man. There's that word.
There goes my [ __ ] channel. And
because of all of this, not only is my
channel scheduled for deletion today,
this week in general, but there's many
others. And I'm going to show you a
small group of them. Rice and Ginger,
another anime channel, 100 strikes,
still scheduled for deletion. That's the
bruh. You know, the guy that looked like
he escaped Afghanistan in that video. He
went from 109 strikes to four strikes.
That's still four strikes. You're still
scheduled for deletion with four
strikes. You would think 109 strikes,
they're going to send a goddamn bomb
through your house. Freshest Anime, 40
copyright strikes. Flexy J, what does
that say? 62 copyright strikes. Pharaoh,
another reaction channel, eight
copyright strikes. TKO is over here
saying not as many, but here's our
count. Nine copyright strikes. I'm not
even going to lie. Three copyright
strikes is nothing to me now. I'm even
seeing the number nine and I'm like, at
least it's not 105. Look at what this
channel over here says. went from
1.1,000 videos to 675
videos. That is over 400 videos. Alana's
over here with seven of three strikes.

see. Now we're talking. Also, I

video with a mention of bleach, not even
the reactions, not even just the
reactions, but as long as the title says

frame of that garbage ass anime. Oh, but
because the video was related to One
Punch Man and had One Punch Man tags,
that must have been why it was taken
down. I want to show you guys something
real quick. You see this tattoo right
here? It's the key from Attack on Titan.

arm? Maybe that's why I'm getting
copyright struck. I'm over here with
anime tattoos. They own me. I'm a
[ __ ] slave. Maybe I'll cut my [ __ ]
arm off on the next stream. I mean,
Twitch allows terrorism, so why would
they stop at there? I guess Eric Green
over here is going to copyright strike
Asian people. You share the same race as
the anime characters. We own your skin
now. It's one thing if he's watching all
of our content in its entirety and he's
striking us on behalf of all of these
companies, which by the way, he wouldn't
win because of fair use. That's why
these [ __ ] never win. And no
matter what some idiot in the YouTube
comments says, it's not your content,
it's copyrighted material. sue all of us
then. Why hasn't it happened? Just do
it. Hurry up. But the fact of the matter
is this. He is not watching any of the
content. And that goes against the
copyright system. Because if he was
watching all of the content, why is this
video giving another content creator a
strike for watching it? Simply because
I'm talking about One Punch Man. This is
the system that YouTube is allowing the
fraud to use and abuse. You're telling
me his strikes are valid and we're
wrong. Funny enough, I got a comment
saying this PSA. All information about
the individuals is public. The lead
design behind the AI DMCA model Joshua
Sheridan linked to your last video,
anime YouTubers just got cooked. So if
you don't know what he's talking about,
he's talking about this video. This is
where I found that comment covering the
subject as a rebuttal to my claim. Lma,
what a joke. He then directed me towards
his attorney, Evan Stone, after I
debunked and contested the points being
made, specifically 17 USC section 512F,
which they violate because their
automated system doesn't have a human
reviewer confirming the strikes are
legitimate, which is further proven by
the massive influx of strikes across
hundreds of videos and dozens of
channels. And by the way, that guy's
just not talking out of his ass. He
actually came with the proof. I want to
make this clear to you guys right now.
The only reason why I got an answer is
because of my status, my popularity. I
was able to signal boost this outside
the anime niche where all of these big
channels put their eyes on it and spread
the word. YouTube sees all of this.
YouTube sees my tweets that are blowing
up day by day. That's the only reason
why they responded to me. What if I
wasn't here? What if these channels
weren't here talking about this? To put
it simply, they would be [ __ ] Let's
say some of these strikes are valid.

that would mean that the source would
have to watch all of the content. You
cannot just copyright strike somebody
for talking about their favorite anime.
The word bleach is in the title. Well,
there goes your channel. What if I was
at the end of my life and I was drinking
bleach? Is my suicide attempt going to
get a copyright strike? Oh boy, have you
made it to the juiciest part of this
video. You want to know what this fraud
is doing now? He's sending content
creators cease and desists. Allegedly,
of course. Dear Mr. fill in the blank
with any name amongst the thousands of
content creators that got hit by this
fraud. Remove your media LLC is
contacting you to insist that you stop
at once from making untrue public
remarks about our firm. The way we
handle enforcement and the copyrighted
material belonging to our clients. You
are also required to halt immediately
any unsanctioned use of our clients
protected content on your YouTube
channel and every other platform. You're
going to get a bit of a chuckle after
you read this next part. You are
required starting right now. Stop every
public comment accusing Remove Your
Media LLC of copyright abuse, fraud,
scams, or unauthorized automation.
Delete every one of those comments from
YouTube, Reddit. They're even going
after Reddit now, email. They're going
after your email, your [ __ ] inbox,
and every other site where they appear.
Stop every use of copyrighted material
belonging to our clients unless you have
a valid license that covers anime,
manga, drama, and every other title in
our clients cataloges. Do not upload,
stream, or share any of that material.
Do not earn money from any of that
material through AdSense, Patreon, or
any other income source. Send written
proof to remove your media. Yeah, send
written proof to the [ __ ] Walmart
within 10 business days, confirming you
have followed the request listed above.
Or what? What? What are you going to do?

Consequences if you fail to comply.
Should you not meet this demand inside
10 business days, remove your media,
we'll take every legal step available,
which includes lawsuits for defamation,
lawsuits for copyright infringement,
requests for punitive damages, lawyer
fees, and statutory damages, reaching
the highest amount allowed, ongoing
filing of valid DMCA takedown notices
with YouTube and other platforms. Ah,
shucks, guys. I just got a banger video.
It's about to hit 1 million views.
Talking about this Eric Green ugly
bastard right here. I got to remove it
now or I'm going to be sharing a cell
with Diddy. He is asking content
creators to let the strikes exist. Don't
do anything to them. Retract our appeals
and let our channels die. He's
threatening our lives. [ __ ] you and your
cease and desists. Alleged cease and
desists. Everybody is on our sides. We
were literally trending the other day.
YouTube creators hit by mass copyright
strikes and hacks. So, I see a lot of
people asking on all of these content
creators videos that cover this drama.
What could you do to help? Well, first
you could at@ team YouTube onx, show
them your frustration. Be relentless.
Also, try to get other creators involved
in this conversation. I want you to know
that I'm never going to stop this fight.
Even if my strikes are gone, what about
everybody else's? If I have to make a
video on this every [ __ ] day, I will.
I see some creators giving up the fight
because their strikes were removed. And
then I see other YouTubers not even
fighting at all. Appeals are still
getting rejected from these false
copyright strikes. Oh, and if you made
it this far, let me tell you a secret.
Team YouTube sent me another message the
following day. Following up to share
that we received facially valid
copyright takedown requests from both
Japan Creative Content Alliance LLC and
Viz Media LLC. Our team has reviewed and
processed your counter notifications and
forwarded them to the claimants, which
means they saw my appeal as valid. For
every single copyright strike that I
appealed, they saw was valid. As a
result, the associated copyright strikes
have been resolved. Bringing your active
strike count to zero and your account is
not at risk of termination. Also, please
keep in mind that YouTube acts as an
intermediary and does not mediate
copyright disputes. So, as you can see
right here, right now, there are no
copyright strikes on my account. All 60
of my videos were appealed and they're
going to be reinstated in about eight
business days. You know what the funny
part about all of this is? And it's a
part that I purposely left out of this
conversation for the past few videos. My
main channel right here, Nicholas Light
TV, with over 1.2 million subscribers,
was never hit. I never got a copyright
strike on this channel. Everyone else in
the reaction space got hit except for
me. And guess what? I reacted to the
same things they're getting struck for.
Maybe Eric Green's AI system left me
out, you know, because of my channel
size. Don't put Nicholas Light TV. He'll
actually come after us. He has the
platform, but not these little
[ __ ] We're going to get all of
them. But I want you to notice how
passionate I am about this subject. How
passionate I am protecting other people.
People that I'm not even friends with.
To be honest with you, a lot of their
communities [ __ ] hate me. Chances are
somebody watching this right now, their
community hates me. Oh, he's loud. He
fake reacts. They talk about me as if
I'm Hitler. But no, I'm still protecting
these people. I'm still standing for
what's right. So, let me end this video
with a little jab. Some of the biggest
anime content creators, they're still
not talking about any of this. Not a
single peep. Some of them have podcasts.
They talk about everything else. You
know why they're not talking about it?
Because it would go against their
master's wishes. You know who you are.

I think we're going to get to normally
scheduled content as of this week. You
think just because you fixed my channel
and I had to go through all of that
