Mo3 Killer Send A Message Days Before Yella Beezy MO3 Trial Murder For Hire!

In this case, evidence of an alleged murder for hire by Dallas rapper Yellowy in the death of fellow rapper Mo 3. The murder of Mo 3, whose legal name is Melvin Noble, happened back in 2020. Yellow Beey, whose legal name is Maris Conway, is accused of organizing the murder for hire. Detective Eric Barnes testified that throughout the feud between the rappers, Yellowy allegedly said in a song he put a bounty on the head of MO3. The defense Thursday put up an expert saying that these rappers are playing a character and their lyrics should not be used against him. Here's some of the back and forth from court today. >> We want a first person narration in this investigation because of the keep it in the street motto. We weren't able to get that in an interrogation room. We had to go to YouTube to get it. We had to go to social media to get it. People weren't willing to speak and [music] cooperate with law enforcement so this crime could be solved. Instead, it was monetized through songs and carried out further and inflamed through music and social media posts. >> You heard uh uh Dr. Nielson testify. Did you have any problems with his uh uh descriptions that rappers are are playing a character? They give themselves a name and they're playing a character. >> I have a a huge problem with that. >> And what's that? That that's not that can be that narrative can be true but it also cannot be true. It's up to an individual basis. >> But they are playing a character correct. They take a stage name. They go by that name. >> I don't know that necessarily a character is what I would call it. They do have a stage name, but I don't know that they're playing a character. >> Wow. Guys, like subscribe to the channel. That just was an earlier uh I wanted you to hear Toby Spec and I want y'all to understand uh the strategy that they have to have to go in here and deal with this. Eric Barnes was talking to Toby Spec early on and he said, "Hey, you do know." Toby Spec said, "You do know they play a character and and Barnes was saying no." And but Barnes also assured us that this whole thing rested upon social media and that's how he was going to build this case. And um was that enough? And with Kiwan White, uh I don't think his sentence was on the level of that they truly proved they have to go in and prove this in this new um this new trial that they're having with Labz. All I'm seeing is things like this and People magazine wrote this yesterday. No, hours ago. Yellowy, listen at this. Man allegedly hired by Yellow Beey to kill rapper Mo3, found guilty of capital murder, sentenced to life in prison. Mo, who's whose real name was Melvin Noble, was shot and killed on Interstate 35 Dallas, uh, of course, in 2020. But here's the things you need to know. Kiwan White was convicted of capital murder in 2020 of for the 2020 killing of the Dallas rapper Mo3 on September 4th. Prosecutors alleged what White was hired that White was hired by rapper Yellow Beasy who had a longunning feud with Mo3 since 2017 but did not listen to that OG prove the murder for hire. Now, White is the first to stand trial in the case and with the trial for Yellow Bezy and another uh man still forthcoming, which is Devon Brown. And I wanted to talk to you about that. They just wrote this and put this out that but it did not prove the murder for hire. They got to go in and prove that. OG, now let's talk about that. Me and you have had discussions before um trying to understand did they lock it in. You say they did. I say they didn't. I say it has to be more work done. You got to show me something else. What they showed me locked him in to the fact of being on the on the interstate. But it didn't lock the the the we didn't see video footage. We hadn't seen all the stuff they have. We hadn't seen all the witnesses. We know that we get we up against a trial that's about to happen. But how do you confidently say that basically this guy Yella is cooked and basically he already has they've already convinced convinced everybody how you explain this yourself. So, uh, Devin White, uh, Pwan White is convicted of killing yellow beying Mo three. Right. >> Correct. That's absolutely correct. >> They have no ties. They have no argument. I don't know if he's talking about his appeal or if he's talking about a deal he's made, but this is what he's saying. And I know I'm from the old school, but when you say something, a rap lyric, it does not mean that you actually done it. Sometimes, and sometimes it does. Some of these things that are being said may be true, some of them are not. She say uh you know, the things uh uh that that he said, some of those things were not even true. They were stories that was made up. So, how do you dance around the fact of what's real and what's not?
