Video summary

The video centers on the emotional and legal developments surrounding the murder-for-hire case involving rapper Yella Beezy and his alleged hitman, Kiwan White. Following White's conviction for the killing of Melvin Noble, also known as Mo3, he has publicly expressed deep remorse after a profound moment during the sentencing where Mo3's mother, Miss Noble, forgave him and told him she loved him despite her son's death. The host explains that this unexpected display of love broke White down, causing him to admit his guilt and express sorrow in a way that suggests he is no longer fighting against the reality of his actions. This shift in attitude has led to rumors that White might testify again or seek leniency, as he appears to be processing the weight of his crime and the compassion shown to him by the victim's family. In response to these new dynamics, Yella Beezy's legal team has requested a delay in his upcoming capital murder trial, citing scheduling conflicts with an expert witness and the need to review transcripts from White's recent trial. The host speculates that this request for more time may stem from the defense realizing that White could potentially take the stand again, given his current state of mind and willingness to speak out about the events. The situation is described as highly volatile, with six years having passed since the initial incident, yet the case remains unresolved due to the complex interplay between the defendants' changing attitudes and the legal strategies employed by their attorneys. The host questions whether this delay indicates that the defense is getting cold feet or if there is indeed new evidence being prepared that could alter the course of the trial. Beyond the courtroom drama, the video explores the broader themes of forgiveness, hate, and redemption within the context of street life and hip-hop culture. The host argues that genuine love can dismantle deep-seated hatred and that White's transformation is a powerful example of how an "anointing" or spiritual awakening can change a person's perspective even after years of violence. He emphasizes that while many critics may view White's apology as late or insincere, the fact that he is speaking out and showing regret suggests a genuine internal shift that could impact his future legal proceedings. The narrative concludes by highlighting the tragic toll this conflict has taken on multiple families, including Mo3's family who lost their son, Yella Beezy who lost his mother, and White who faces life without parole, urging viewers to consider the human element behind the headlines and the possibility of healing through understanding and compassion.

Yeah, we on Boss TV. Shout out to E. >> You want to say something? >> [ __ ] man. You know what I'm saying? Like, >> I honestly do want to say >> you say you miss Mr. Nicole, man. You know, I do honestly do want to say sorry to me, Nicole. You know what I'm saying? I mean, you know, at the end of the day, the life that we live in the streets, you know, but the human being in me and I, you know, not the street side of me, but the human being in me, you know, don't nobody deserve to lose no kid or don't nobody deserve to lose no father, which, you know, my daughter lost her father, too. But you know, we was sitting in the streets, you know, and them times, you know, we ain't thinking. We just doing what we think need to be done or what we think other you know you know what you think we should do at them time in the moment. But man, I ain't going to lie, Mr. Nicole let me down, bro. And I was I was you know I braced myself up there you know go bad on me like you know you know I mean we done seen trials before with parents go bad on the defendant. So I you know I brace myself for that. So you know that I wouldn't even find nothing when I got life without like I was sign. But when she got up there and you know I ain't going to look away from look in her eyes because at the end of the day I did what I did and I she deserves some type of respect. So I'mma look in her eyes bro but when she spoke and the way she came bro it it touched me different bro it >> Wow. Wow, guys. Key White say when he speaks out again and it it's like when Miss Noble spoke when she came, bro, it broke him down because of the way she had spoken. And I knew that after the trial, this is him speaking out about that. And it's because he felt like, you know, that was just that touched him is what he says. He's showing remorse, but I think he showed remorse late, but he definitely showed remorse. Um, and it's just like, you know, shout out to uh real life for getting that. And um it's like, man, getting that audio and getting that and getting him, but I getting him to speak on on on that platform again. But um but it's like he continues to talk. He continues to try to figure out how to deal with this. And it's like, wow, man. Like when you see uh somebody's mother and you now you admit that okay I'm convicted for killing the son of this mother. I don't know how she's going to react when she hit get on this stage is what he said. When she get on this stand is she going to go off on me for what I did to her son or is she going to tell me you know like she did I love you? It's it's crazy because we've seen this before. We seen this with that uh with another case where the brother uh said he forgave a lot of times forgiveness is in the air when when people have been through it and it's been six years for her. So she said I forgive you pretty much I love you if nobody else loved you. So is and I quote man listen man Kiwan White speaks out yet again about this whole situation. This thing is plaguing him. Um there's rumors out here. I seen it uh just here earlier that he said to testify on the on the uh on yellow bezy. This is alleged. This is what they're saying. Um I'm not for sure, but with that with that statement and what he just said that I just let you hear, it wouldn't surprise me because of the compassion that's um in his heart now for her for the mother first of all. And second of all, uh he just said, "I lost a little girl as well. a little a little girl lost a father. So he's feeling that stuff now. And unlessing there's some the only thing he got left is to try to do any single thing to try to get out from under that. And with everything he's speaking, when you think about the way that he's talking right now, you got to think about this. the way that he's speaking and feeling remorse and and the way that he's reacting, I wouldn't be surprised what he do because he's not holding it down, staying stiff at this point if he's talking on podcast every single day, every single night. So, he's now saying telling why and how he felt during the trial, but he never took the stand. So when you look at um this young man and you look at his whole life in front of him and the way that he's now question if he'll ever see daylight again, this is cap, this is murder, you know, pretty much murder. This is uh he's being convicted without parole, without the possibility of parole. So this is something that you got to understand. Uh it's a tough situation uh when you have to go down there. You can act tough in that courtroom, but then when it's time to go sit down and do this time, uh you don't have no way out without the possibility of parole. If I do appeal it, then I pretty much appeal it to the Supreme Court. After that, it's over. So, right now, he's everything is going through his mind. All them courtappointed attorneys in no jail house lawyers, they definitely going to be talking to him. man, you better save yourself, man. You you if once they lock this in, you here forever, man. Man, uh and then you you got people who love him like that young lady the other day that spoke out when she said what she said. You could have hit a p you could have heard hear a pin drop. Basically was like, "You need to uh uh uh do something, man, to see your little girl again. You got a little girl. Uh what happened with Yella? Tell them what happened. Go on and tell them. you need to you. So, there's a lot of people in his ear right now. And with the compassion that he's showing right here, this tells me he's on a whole another level now because of what Miss Noble said to him. Now, um we know MRI three is dead. We know that a son was pretty much uh lost and we know another young man is pretty much never going to come back home again. And you know, you see that he's pretty much admitting it. all this stuff can and will be held against him. Even when he appeals it, if he's running around and there's uh new evidence, new stuff that he's saying where he's confessing even more that, hey, man, I was a part of this. So, it's crazy to me that people don't understand he more than likely or could take this stand like he's saying, like I'm seeing in reports all over the internet that he's decided, I'm not going to uh uh uh stay stiff no more in so many words. I'll speak out and I'll pretty much uh say whatever I got to say to make sure that I can get this time bumped down. This is things that could happen. So when you look at um Yellow Bezy now, he's saying, "Hey man, I might as well try to do a stay." So, and I've read that, let me look and see if I can see it now. Uh Yellow Bezy, he he asked the courts to give him a you know, he want to do he want to set it off a little bit. And that's what people do when it's time to go to this courtroom. They hey, let's set this trial out a little bit longer. Dallas Robert Yellow, whose real name is Marcus Conway, is scheduled to begin his trial. But his defense team is saying, "Hold on, hold on. Uh uh I want to delay this trial." And this is what he's saying. Yellow Bee's lawyer wants uh his capital uh murder trial delayed days before it starts. Uh, Toby Spec not ready yet. You can say that with me. Toby Spec can't be ready yet if he's telling them we want to delay this thing. The reason he want to delay it, I don't know. We got to We got to figure this out. Why do Why are they asking for a delay? What? What? What? What is the upon? What rules? Here we go. >> Nearly weeks since a hitman was convicted in a murder for a hire plot in Dallas. and the rapper accused of hiring him is now set to go to trial. The trial for Maris Conway, also known on stage as Yella Bezy, is scheduled to begin on Monday next week, but his lawyers are pushing hard for a delay. In fact, there's a status hearing that's scheduled for tomorrow in Conway's case. His lawyers are asking a judge to push back the trial date because of a scheduling conflict for an expert witness. They also say that they need transcripts as well of the trial for Kiwan White, which just came to an end with a guilty verdict on Friday last week. Conway is accused of hiring White to kill another Dallas rapper by the name of Melvin Noble all the way back in 2020. There it is. There it is. So, there you go. That's the reason why he want he wants to try to uh get prepared even more. And I don't know if the court will do it, but Toby Spec might have something up his sleeve to to get them to go ahead and delay it. Um because of this uh they want to see transcripts of what happened on You should have been paying attention. I'm going to say that now. You should have been paying attention because your guy was going to be next. Now, I don't know if they're going to let him do this, but they could. But I don't know. Uh they they're trying to get it delayed. What do y'all think? Get in the comments. Let me know. Do y'all think they're going to let them delay this anymore? It's been 6 years. I don't know. I don't have a dog in the fight, but uh Yellow Bee's lawyer saying we don't want to go yet. We not ready. We're we're we need more time. Um come on, man. Y'all y'all know this thing here. Um things happened. We didn't understand. And they're trying to find out. I'm pretty sure if Kiwan White's already made a deal and he's going to testify, is there anybody else that's coming up? Is there new anything else they need to be ready for? Because again, is this a what is is is does this show that the the defense is not ready? Do this show that defense defense is getting cold feet? Um why are they trying to now pump the brakes? That's what you got to ask yourself. Um, I'm telling you right now, uh, they seem to be a little worried. Now, if they was really, uh, not worried, they'll be like, "Oh, yeah. Come on. Let's just go and go to court." But to me now, it seems like you you throwing doubt in there. You feel like things. And I heard y'all in the comments, y'all y'all pretty hard on me about uh, y'all be going left because y'all said, "Man, you were yelling. You No, I'm not with nobody. I'm a big fan of all of these people, but at the end of the day, I'm trying to help them, help to understand, hey man, when you do something like this to the people who out here who I can reach, this is what you can expect. There's two sides to every story. We already know what people are saying about how MO3 moved. We already know everybody talking about how this beef uh pretty much translated across the waves where everybody seen it. Now, it became a global thing. Everybody know what happened. Mo three gets killed 11:55 in the day, but Yellow Bezy was shot uh multiple times on the interstate before that. And we all know that Roy Lee pretty much passed away. Uh Bubba, these all these different people, this has been a allout war and it's been effective to the city. It's put a split in the city where certain people don't deal with certain people because of the side they chose. I just so happen to be a unique individual who don't choose sizes because I didn't know uh either one of them at the time when this first took off. I was a fan of the music for both of them at the end. And at the end of the day, I always tell you how, you know, uh Mo 3 kind of grew on me and Yellow was one that I knew that that that's on me. It went and got bigger and bigger and bigger and we had to respect that the way the other cities was looking at it. So, I'm looking at both of these two young Texas artists who my kids age. That's how I really looked at it. And then when all this start happening, um it was like, wow. Like, you just seen these two people go through something that has never happened in the history of Dallas. Has never been a thing where people even um uh you know, had to endure something like this. So somebody have to be a voice to speak in a way to where it can translate change, translate healing. That's what the heck I done. That's what Boss Talk done to try to appease this whole situation. I don't regret it at all. Um I just I ran into some young men who went through some difficult times and I was able to talk to uh their family members and be able to say something that could help, you know, uh to just ease the pain a little bit. the managers, um, Say Cheese TV, Sean Cotton, uh, all of the parties, people who knew Mo 3, uh, Dro Music. I've covered this thing ever since they've, uh, ever since this whole situation, uh, took off from a a perspective from a podcast. Uh, Kotti got a new uh, interview with Kotti about to drop. Um, this is this is what we done when we came in. We were in Dallas. We didn't ask to be we just so happened to be located there. So we wanted to do something to um you know try to help and the only thing you can help when you got a major platform is to try to talk with people. Healing comes through talking. So and that's what a lot of people don't understand and all of the a lot of the critics and the people who don't say nothing but had opportunity to say something then they you know I didn't feel a way so they trying to get past that. I had radio people who was on the mode three albums uh that said you know they could have I try to talk to them and I try and and and you know what do you do when something is blowing up and going crazy right at your doorsteps you address it and so that's what we done um numerous of people uh have been on the show um and and from both sides of the camp I was criticized because uh Jose Bodega came on my show uh Shout out to Just Say No to Skull. He was like, "Man, you got that man on your show. There go that man right there." You know, and they feel like he's going to be a witness at the time, he was a part of the camp. So, when I had him on my show, this was something new to the camp. And at the end of the day, you know, never in a million years did I think that this would be going the way that it's going now. But I don't have a dog in the fight. and I am a voice that speaks out when it comes down to our people. So, at the end of the day, I don't regret anything when it come down to this situation, except for the fact that now you got two people going through all kind of stuff. Two families going through all kind of stuff. Kiwan White and his daughter. And you got uh Mo 3's family. They This is crazy. Then you got yellow bees loses his mother. And it's just a lot. And now you got yellow bees going to trial and having to face up and may have to face the guy he hired allegedly uh in court. So this is not something that to play with. But these are lives being affected. And if you're not going to say something or do something to try to create something to to to help the situation, then you criticizing it in any way is crazy to me because you're not saying nothing abroad, not not nothing aloud. So, um, to see Kiwan White show remorse tells me that he may end up he may end up on that in in that hot seat. Um, he may end up doing something that uh, you know, uh, we all know that can come when you going through I got capital, you know, I got a life sentence without the possibility of parole. That's what he got. Now, what else what other choice do we have other than if he's speaking out on every podcast? If he's speaking out on every phone call, if he's speaking out in all these situations, you don't think he'll go in that trial and start talking. You got to be out your damn mind if you don't think he'll speak out. And it's a possibility that you will see him on that stand. And that may be why Toby Spec Nimm is trying to renegotiate or reorganize the time. We not ready yet. But you guys get in the comments. Let me know. Why do y'all think Yellow Bees is saying we not ready yet? His team over there. It's It's definitely something. I going to read a uh uh uh the delay part of it. Here it is. Dallas rapper uh uh yellow bees murder for high trial faces possible delay. The trial u of a Dallas rapper Yellow Beasy who is accused of arranging a murder for hire plot is scheduled to begin next week but could be delayed. I think they may end up delaying it. I think it it's a possibility. They speaking on it. They want to delay this thing because of the fact of new evidence is what they're saying. He's want He says uh the reason the defense needs time to review the transcript for the codefendant Kiwan White recently completed his trial uh cited a scheduled conflict and expert witness during the uh weeks of uh September 21st. So they're saying what key1 did offset what they had had planned. Um jury selection was originally set to begin on Monday, September the 14th, 2026. The judge has not yet ruled of the request to postpone the case and it remains unknown or how far back the trial date will be pushed. yellow beey born Maris Conway faces capital murder charges for allegedly paying Kiwan White to revive uh Dallas rapper M3 aka Melvin Noble. So there there's a possibility that this thing could be delayed. We won't know until uh Monday morning what will happen. But listen at this. We're going to talk listen at Kiwan White as he's speaking out from jail after after this uh whole situation after being found guilty uh after listening to Miss Noble cry out uh if nobody loves you I love you. Listen to this. >> She got up there and ain't No, I ain't going to look away from look in her eyes because at the end of the day I did what I did and I she deserves some type of respect. So I'mma look in her eyes bro. But when she spoke and the way she came, bro, it it touched me different, bro. It touched me different, bro, as a human and not as this animal that trying to paint me, she touched me as a human, bro. And a lot of stuff she was saying, you know, was accurate, bro. And and and whatever that what touched me broke me down. You know what I'm saying? And I was nodding at her, you know, letting her know like I'm responding to her. You know what I'm saying? I I ain't going to disrespect her nothing because for her to come out and say she, you know, forgive me and love me, bro. I take a lot from a woman like her, bro. And that's nothing for a woman of God. You know what I'm saying? And and that's where I want to be in life. You know what I'm saying? That's what I want to get to in life. I want to be able to forgive, you know, my enemies and or people that I dislike or disl, you know, I don't know if she would ever hear this or not, but I just want to let her know, man, that I am sorry for the situation, for how [ __ ] played out. You know what I'm saying? Respectfully, you know, we was in the streets. you know, no guidance didn't know no better. And and and I'm not just speaking on me. I'm speaking on all of us. You know what I'm saying? All of us. When I say all of us, I'm not talking about just me or Mo three. I'm talking about all of us young people. You know what I'm saying? That that in the streets, you know what I'm saying? But she and >> stop it right there. You see that? He's he's he's hurt. He's hurt. It broke him down once Miss Noble said what she said. He started saying, "I'm forgot," man, for her to say she love me and for her to forgive me. Let me tell you something about forgiveness, man. Forgiveness will release somebody that's been locked up in their mind. She say, "I love you." If nobody else loves you, it unlocks situation. Now, how do you bring hate up against love? Hate can't win. Let me say that again. How do you bring hate up against love? Hate can't win. And that's why he's feeling the way he's feeling because there's nobody attacking him. You've heard the old saying, it takes two to tangle. You know what I mean? You You can't argue with yourself. and he feels a sense of release because if if if Mo 3 would have been alive and say he didn't get killed on that interstate and they came to trial and he spoke and said say man I'm done with this I forgive everybody I hate this situation happened and that'll stop everything and break away everything where the hate is same thing could have happened if somebody could have wretched out and talked to Beey or talk to Mo three or talk to Trap Boy Freddy in the mix to this thing and they would have said, "Hey man, let's just let that go, man." If they'd have did that, this is all hypothetical. Now, this is all uh you know, hindsight. But if this would have happened, this would have released all parties. Tribe Boy Freddy, Yellow Bezy, Mo three, the beef would have ended because of the fact that one or two people of reason say, "I'm done with this." And that's what Key Warren White is feeling. When somebody put up love and you know you going through a hell of a time and you going through a hateful time and you think the world is against you and somebody say, "Man, you know what? If don't nobody love you, I love you." Boom. automatically things change. How can I hate somebody who's showing me love? Genuine love and I know I done did them something. That's what y'all don't understand. And that's what be affecting you. When you when somebody when when when somebody's trying to do something positive and it hurts you and you even a lot of you commenters, it get in your heart. You be like you, oh man. Yeah, he he cheesy. He because the hate, the hate, the hate you have in your heart for people who trying to do the right thing. The yo y your your y your your the the the jealousy, the envy, man. I why do I don't like that person, man? It's just something about that person. A lot of time that person be a lot of time doing better than you and it hurt you. A lot of time that person you done did them something and they didn't do you nothing and it hurts you because of all the stuff you've been through you don't know how to give out love so you spew out hate and the thing that you hate don't do nothing show you nothing but love it's hard to get around them blows man of forgiveness cuz whatsoever you it says like this whatsoever whatever you retain when it come down to retaining on earth you retain in heaven so at the end of today. He been pretty much whatsoever you is bound is bound. You you lock it in a situation of hate when there's love right there and you got a guy that's showing you love or you got a girl that's showing you love and you show them hate and you say you killed somebody's son. Say you put drug infested in everybody's neighborhood. Say you uh selling guns to to kids, teenagers to kill each other. Then all of a sudden something touch your heart and you say, "Man, I got to change." That's what happened to me. Being in the streets, just to be real with y'all 30ome years ago when I stopped drinking, smoking, uh, doing all the crazy stuff in the streets, that's what happened to me. My mom passed away. I start I'm going through the same thing. Don't you think for one minute that y'all ain't over there being affected with this whole situation. That man just lost his mama. That man just lost his mama and now he going through something. I went through the same thing. So don't think for one minute as he's seeing these forgivenesses and these loves and all of this stuff and six years done went by. Don't think for one minute it don't touch you different homie. That's everybody. So for Kiwan White, this ain't the same battle no more. He basically is caught up in a situation now where he don't know he ain't got nothing to fight with. So he said, "Man, when she spoke, it touched me." That's called the anointing. And Miss Noble, when she spoke, it hit him like that because of the anointing. And that's what you feel a lot of time when you hating on somebody who ain't did you nothing. That anointing will hit you and you can't get around it and it break you down. You might not tell nobody. Boy, you'll go in the room and cry like a little baby just like he cried on that stand. So I'm telling you right now, will they get a state? I don't know. But right now with the way this situation is, y'all have to be very concerned with the remorse that Kiwan White has shown. And we don't know. And we hearing we hearing things he going to take to stand. We don't know. But I'm telling you right now, boy, when that anointing hit you and your you start feeling different because you don't have nobody to fight with. You done fought fought fought and you done fought I call it going through your three days of dying. that boy being resurrected in a situation and we don't know what he gonna do. So I'm telling you right now, man, guys, listen, man. Get in the comments. Let me know what you I know y'all got a lot to say. Me and OG will talk about this another time. I wanted to touch your heart to heart when it come down to what happened with Kiwan White. The boy basically is uh uh he feeling it because Miss Noble done unlocked the doors, the chains in his brain, the the the hurt in his heart. Whatever he been fighting up against, whatever situation that anointing to break yolks, it say breaks yolks. It breaks hard situation nobody else can even reach you at. It'll reach out and grab your soul. And next thing you know, you don't know how to react because somebody done showed you love in the midst of a situation where you only knew hate. I'm gonna get off my soap box. I know y'all get upset with me, but man, y'all have a good day today. And u make sure you guys like, subscribe to the channel.
