Video summary

The video centers on the ongoing legal drama surrounding Yella Beezy's trial and the controversial actions of his associate, Kiwan White, who has been convicted of capital murder. The discussion highlights a recent jail phone call where Kiwan White defiantly refuses to implicate Yella Beezy or admit to receiving money from him, insisting instead that he acted alone and took responsibility for his own situation. Despite prosecutors presenting evidence suggesting White received payments, including the discovery of nearly $10,000 in cash, White maintains his stance on the phone, telling friends and family to "save himself" rather than testify against Beezy. This refusal to cooperate has created a significant rift, with commentators noting that while White is holding firm, the defense team's strategy may shift as they prepare for the upcoming trial date of September 14th. A major point of contention raised in the transcript is the stark difference between the previous trial involving court-appointed counsel and the current proceedings where Yella Beezy has hired paid attorneys. The speakers argue that this change will fundamentally alter the dynamics of the courtroom, potentially leading to a much more technical and complex legal battle. Unlike the earlier case where the defense focused on disconnecting White from the crime scene, the new team is expected to aggressively challenge the prosecution's narrative regarding money laundering and conspiracy. The hosts speculate that with multiple high-paid lawyers involved, the trial will not be a straightforward conviction but rather a grueling process of proving or disproving every link in the chain, especially given the large volume of digital evidence, such as terabytes of data, that the defense might attempt to introduce. The conversation also delves into the broader implications for the Black music industry and the nature of forgiveness within the community. The hosts reflect on how the trials of figures like Yella Beezy, Young Thug, and others have drained resources and shifted power dynamics away from entertainers toward legal systems that often operate against them. There is a poignant discussion about the mothers involved, particularly Kiwan White's mother, who expressed love for her son despite his crimes, contrasting this with a hypothetical desire for vengeance if she were not Black. The speakers emphasize that while the community is prone to forgiveness, the current situation involves severe consequences like life without parole, making it a tragedy where no true winners exist amidst the chaos and bloodshed affecting multiple families. Ultimately, the video concludes by questioning whether Kiwan White's decision to remain silent and refuse to testify will be enough to save Yella Beezy or if the prosecution will find other ways to secure a conviction. The hosts predict that the upcoming trial will be a "whole different ball game" due to the technical nature of the evidence, including potential testimony from Cedric and the revelation of GRC chain purchases. They invite viewers to consider the ethics of White speaking out from jail after being convicted and what this means for the final outcome of the case. As the trial approaches in less than a week, the atmosphere is described as tense and unpredictable, with all parties waiting to see how the paid legal team will navigate the complexities of proving their client's innocence against overwhelming circumstantial evidence.

[music] ons like me do nothing I don't want to do. I put myself in this situation. I knew what them [ __ ] was doing. I knew what them [ __ ] had going my whole life. I chose to hang with them [ __ ] I chose to do whatever I wanted to do by myself. At the end of the day, I chose to do what I wanted to do. That's what I want y'all to understand. Regardless of who I hang with, what you I am a boss to myself. >> I know, but it's like it's like now in the situation, the only way for you to get some time knock out if you say yellow. That what you trying to do is say yellow. >> I'm not trying to save nobody. And I don't care about getting no time knocked out. >> Yeah. Save yourself, baby. That's all I'm saying. Save yourself. >> I I listen. I >> You got a daughter out here. You got a daughter out here, man. And I understand that. And I understand that. But I did what I did and I own up to what I did. >> Yes. And own up and tell them where you got that money from, bro. You know where that money came from, bro. >> Okay. Like like at this point, can you save yourself? >> I ain't get no money, bro. I >> want to be I mean, they ain't gonna never accept the truth. So once you say once you once you put the story out there, it it is what it is after that. You know what I'm saying? So, they just get prepared for that. You know what I'm saying? It is what it is. They accept it then. >> But yeah, man. You know, you know, I'm going to get off the phone, but >> Oh, let me let me stop it right there, guys. Kiwan White is calling all of the people that he knew in the free world, telling them, "Hey, man, listen. I ain't get no money, bro. And I ain't and I ain't I did this. I put this on myself." The young lady, I don't know who she is. She said, "Save yourself. Save yourself." No. No. Key one white. He's like, "No, no, Banzo Bling." He like, "No, no. Uh-uh. Uhuh. I ain't getting no money, bro." OG, you there? >> I'm right here. That's like his mama. >> I don't know who it was. But I'm telling you right now, he said he ain't, you know, he's still holding it down. He said, "Uh-uh. Uh-uh." So all that talk about he he not he going to do it. No. No. He going to hold this all the way down to the end stiff. So at the end of the day, the only thing you can do is just uh respect what the man's saying. OG, ain't nothing else can be said. Um, from his part now, what the cameras show that Joe [ __ ] whatever that that Carot, everybody met up at and they phones is there and all that, they going to have to make they going to have to figure out how to uh uh uh uh bring that to fruition. If they not able to the cameras, all that stuff, I think they're going to bring more information out. But will this be enough? And did Kiwan White decide to just do this on his own? Burning the clothes with the GRC members? He's just holding it down stiff is what it looked like to me. OG, what do you think? Well, I I I I think uh the conversation say it all, but uh the presentation going to show something else. >> Oh, okay. Okay. I get you. I got Okay. The presentation is different than the conversation. You rhyming this morning. >> I'm a rapper. [laughter] >> Keep saying, "Save yourself. You tried to save yellow. Save yourself." He's saying, "I didn't get no money. I didn't I I'm the the perception is already out there. I did this to myself." Okay, that's all well and good. But no, Cedric helped do it to you, bro. [laughter] >> Cedric, I forgot about Cedric. OG, >> don't forget Cedric said he said, "Please." >> Cedric Cedric got up there and and and exposed the whole situation with his conversation. Now I'm on your level. He Okay. So, so C S Cedric got up there and exposed the whole situation with his deadly conversation. I'll put it like that. He connected all the dots. >> All the dots. >> He connected all the dots from Maserati to Bodega to Yella to everybody was in there. and his little cousin. He the big brother for he put put it all right there that day. >> He said it all. >> So, do you think it'll be a wise decision on the defense side to bring Kiwan White to the stage since he standing so stiff? >> Hell no. >> Yella's defense could bring him up and he could say he didn't pay him. >> Let me tell you this, bro. I told you about the conversation and I told you about the presentation, >> right? Life without a possibility is a big pill to swallow. And [clears throat] any man that just sits in a sinking ship while the ship is gone and everybody gone but you got to be the biggest fool on the planet. when that DA go and tell that man look I may get you 80 years get that life without a P but you have to come and present yourself hold on I'm coming [laughter] >> nothing no so you saying what he's saying here don't m beans even though this is after he's been convicted he's on the jail phone you have one minute um and you telling mean that at this point you feel like um when that when that prosecutor come in there it's going to be a whole different story. Is that what you're telling me? >> Ain't it been different story? All these gangsters and all three of these uh Kei was all about what his homeboy flipped on him. Every from no dirt to this trial to Kyd, everybody flipping, bro. They talking like they took some XLAX. They got diarrhea of the mouth. Ain't nobody holding up. Only one holding it down is Kiwan White. >> Allegedly. >> Allegedly. No. Because at the end of the day, he's saying what he's saying on the phone. This ca this call came in uh last night. Uh uh you know he's been do he's I think he even did a podcast. He he said he not doing it. >> Somebody need to go to jail with him for letting these calls just go out to the public like this. So it's no problem. The police just selling calls to 10. He must have got this from TMZ cuz you know TMZ >> whatever he's he's saying he didn't get no money but they caught him with almost $10,000. They're saying he went start paying this and paying that after a certain time when he received money. They caught him with a certain amount of money. All of this stuff is gonna come out. >> $20,000. But what do you think that How many soups can you buy in a lifetime with $20,000? >> Oh man, that's going to be gone in no time. [ __ ] it's going to be gone. >> Get no money. >> So, he ain't lying. So, I I guess when you look at it, man, and and when you hear uh the DA, who had a crazy way of putting things that day, I don't know if I even have it on here, but that DA, boy, he tightened him on up when he was doing his closing arguments. And he said, "Broke ass Banzo Bling." That's who they used. And he said, "Broke [clears throat] ass Banzo Bling." He say, "And Banzo Bling didn't know that everybody ain't your partner and everybody ain't your friend." And they gave him a hard life sentence right after that. You know what I mean? Hard without the possibility. >> So, okay. If he hold it down, >> he is holding it down. >> Okay. So, we still got this mystery man that don't nobody know where he at. >> Oh, I forgot about O Devin Brown. >> Mr. Brown. Mr. Brown. the one that the one who who's who who pretty much was all in the Kool-Aid with the play with the phone call to his kids >> all around but Mr. Brown wasn't at uh at Kevon White trial but he's the driver. >> Yeah. Yeah. He definitely uh was the one that received the phone call the kids. The mama even attested to that. She been on the stand. So that's a part that's a part that they going to have to get around. But with Kiwan White stating it that he did not participate, nobody helped him. But the records of course uh may show different does this what does this do? What what does this create? This will create a case a hell of a case where Yellow Bezy might can walk away from this thing. There's a lot of people campaigning saying that he he I told you what they saying now. >> There's a lot of people A lot of people that's in these camps saying, "Hey, he will be he this ain't going to work, man. Coming to the house. >> He better be in Cuba. >> He better." [laughter] So you don't think he can win still with with with Kiwan White holding all the way down? >> Just like Keep D told on himself. All them people told on that man, bro. And it's all a cartel. This all this is one fraction against another fraction. And it's blood spilled on both sides. >> Boy, I'm talking about there. That was some crazy stuff that came out, man. They crazy stuff, man. Uh, you know, outside of uh all the things that you've you've heard and seen, it been it been some crazy stuff popping out in these trials, man. Things that we didn't know. We didn't know about no meetings and no call out and these phone calls and this we didn't know that the public didn't know. We seen everybody that got on the phone with um with uh Mo3 before when he was running and all this stuff is going on and and and Kiwan White who admits that hey I done this I got to lay in the bed that I made. I got to do what I got to do man. And you know it's just tough like I told you there's no winners in this bro. OG, I've told you that from the time we start talking about this. You go to talking, I go to talking, but my conversation has been this. And I that little girl of Kiwan white, the two kids are yellow. This the the the three kids are Mo three. The the people, individuals, the mothers, and all the people that's watching this, there is no winner in this. This here is a very very very technical situation that caused chaos to all families and all parties. You heard Mo 3's mother when she cried out and said, "If don't nobody love you, I love you." >> Right. >> That part right there really. And you [clears throat] said that's what a mother will say. You said a black mother. I think that's what you said. >> A black mother. >> A black mother. Why do you think we are so prone to forgiveness and trying to see things through a different way? Why? Why do you think that, OG? And why did you say that? >> Prone to that from whenever you love a slave, somebody didn't encount you and castrated you and you still give them the benefit of the doubt. >> Wow. it we just we're just a loving people by nature forgiving but and the sad part about it we forgive everybody but ourselves. So uh yes she and her nature is just that if that had have been a clear lady she would have wished death for him and all kind of vengeance for his children. She to cast spells on him. >> She wouldn't care. >> How hardless they are. Look for vengeance and get it for every day of your life. That's what she would have said. >> Wow. Oh, G, when you look back at this whole situation, um, and you start to look at the Little Durk trial and you start to look at the Yellow Beasy trial and the Kefi D trial and the, uh, uh, the the Dolph, all that trials and the the Young Thug, man. This year has been crazy when it come down to and and that was a portion of last year, but this year has been crazy. these few years that we've seen these rappers, man, and the music has pretty much the money and the music and the way that you even can, you know, make money off the music has changed. These guys been spending all the lawyer fees, man. Is it they're pretty much taking the power out of the position of the entertainer. >> They never had no power. Spin it right back. That was David. >> Spin a check. Spin a check and spin it right back. That was you. [laughter] >> They made sure that they made that manifest and they was getting it out of all of them and that that these were the black music industry is so so severely being affected monetarily and it just I mean it's it started from ruinous records to death row records. is it's come down that we will not have what uh Joover says there will not be a black messiah. >> Yeah. >> Stand stay right in your place. We're going to make sure that you stay dumb down and loving us and hating yourself. >> Oh my goodness. you know, all of this stuff that they trying to put together on these uh guys, the 40,000, the federal agent coming in, uh all the stuff that they tried to put together, they was able to pin this on um Kiwan White. I think it's going to be it ain't going to be as easy to do that with the yellow bees situation. I know y'all get in the comments and y'all be trying to figure out ways to say, "Oh, he with this." I'm not with nobody. Again, I have to always say that. I'm looking at all parties. All parties. I'm a fan of all the music and all parties have have uh their own their own their own their own way of looking at this deal. All parties. But I'm uh listen, don't you start the day. I'm trying to get my speech here right. If you'll let me get my speech right. If you'll let me get my speech right. Let me get my speech right. I just say that it's going to be a different trial with the yellow trial than you've seen come September the 14th because this is a paid attorney. This ain't a a courtappointed attorney. These are paid attorneys and I don't think there's going to be one. I think there's going to be many. This is not going to be the same situation where you got two young ladies who getting up and the judge is able to, you know, hey, you know, uh, you uh, sustain, objected. No, it's going to be real technical. And this is the one that everybody's waiting for. They're waiting to see what happens with this case. They're waiting to see if they're going to how they're going to even tie this together. Again, I say many people have said this will not be a thing that will even be able to be done. OG seemed to say they've already did everything they needed to do with the SI Cedrics getting on the stand and the GRC chains being purchased, the money being grabbed from Kiwan White. All of these things are and him being convicted of capital murder. So, but we still have a whole situation to watch. So OG, all that talking you've been doing, the same way you did on Diddy, the same every time I say something, you try to say something to try to combat it. I don't know understand why you even do that. Don't never go up against me cuz you can't win. >> Yeah. And Diddy still [laughter] ain't open to school, you know. And and if uh [laughter] uh Keith D, he didn't do a snowfall. So I'm I'm bad. Oh, you ain't that no damn thousand, man. [laughter] Boy, you ho wheels, man. Boy, you going to try to get your way in there some kind of way. >> Now that you said your speech, let me the the halo of this whole thing is information. >> Okay. And if these youngsters ain't got nothing else out of what's happening to their peers is this phone conversation running your mouth for convenience. And when you get the yellow bees trial, I bet you a dollar the dog [ __ ] It's going to be more phone conversation. What he said on the phone, what he said, they already alluded to what he said in a podcast interview. So that was just a tip of the iceberg. So just like SI said put it together the nails in the cing of every one of these rappers everyone that's going to the trial from BQR is the things they said themselves. They never got one piece of solid evidence on KPD. The jury convicted him on the words he said it himself. >> No, you you're you're absolutely right and I have to agree with you on that. But one thing I have to be clear with you on and you have to understand this is that when you look at a paid attorney versus an attorney that's a courtappointed attorney or you know there ain't no money being put up cuz when she was defe when she was defending she actually was defending uh more of yellow uh not being a part of it and that that the money didn't ma match up. That's the way that that she wasn't worried about Kiwan White, that woman that was helping him. Her whole defense surrounded that whole thing with yellow and trying to make sure that you understood that he his part and that part did not happen that way. That's what we're about to see on a whole another technical level with the attorneys that Yella got. >> That was her strategy because that was the only strategy she got. That man was busted dead bang on the freeway with a whole gun shooting at somebody then shot him down. So her whole thing was a disconnect. That was her strategy. If she can dist the paid for higher, she could get a lesser sons. That was a good strategy. I it was it was like the best she could do. But even [clears throat] uh L Durk going to prison and he had one two one one of the top paid attorneys in the United States. But with all that telling that they was doing from Vonnie and all the rest of they quote uf jam that does not get out of I don't care how unless you can work some magic with them people accepting you to doing that and the only cloud that they didn't put on little dirt is that this boy Vonnie even um King Van's exgirl showed that this man is a he's a dirty no good. He steals money and he lies and the but is that enough? >> That's a whole different case we're talking about here. You understand that? >> It's the same when you when you know they not the same case. I want you to hear something and I want you to hear how this did. He going to have to do something way more different than what he did. Uh he did it was a you got to bring it when you're dealing with these paid attorneys. It's not going to be the same thing. You have to bring it. >> You got to bring it. Now listen at this. Listen at this. >> Carmelo Anthony had a paid attorney. >> Conway got. >> Okay, listen. >> On November 11th, >> defense wants to bring up this whole thing about rainwater. Well, there was guns and all that happened was I beat him up. I beat him up. Well, he didn't. But if he was that mad at the person who was taking claim for shooting him on the tollway, what was he willing to do to get his lick back? Pay broke ass Banzo Glenn. [clears throat] Somebody who's expendable, exposable, not connected to him. Senator Bradley told you they used him. And what he didn't realize is everybody ain't your friend. Everybody answer your pardon. >> I'm gonna stop it right there. See, you brought that and you was able to convince the jury of that prosecutor, but will you be able to convince a proh that that this whole broke ass Banzo Bling got paid by Yella in court against Yella. That's what he got to prove. OG. That's the part where he got to bring it because them women and they're closing arguments and they're they didn't even bring up nobody defend this man. So when you start to look at this back and forth that we about to see September 14th in 7 days going to be a whole different ball game, buddy. You you can rest assure it's going to be some going back and forth like you never seen before. and and it's going and and and and you and all that you talking about it's a close open close shut case like you acting they going to have to prove that OG and I just really think that and I'm not saying that who's innocent or who's guilty I don't have a dog in the fight but I'm telling you right now it's going to be a whole different ballgame when you got paid three four attorneys sitting over there dealing with this prosecute >> why do you say it ain't going to be no different it's a different it's a different this paid money for hire is different. >> Guilty is guilty. >> Ain't no You don't know if that man guilty. You don't even know. >> I bet you the jury going to know. >> Oh, gee. Listen, man. All I'm saying is it's going to be a hell of a situation trying to figure out how to get this money to I They got 12 terabytes is what I heard. And I believe some of them terabytes is in this video. You'll see the Vlad video back again as usual. Vlad always on front and center when it come to trials. And you'll see you'll see uh uh you you you can't see Trap Boy Freddy cuz they already told you don't bring that in here. But they still brought it up in this other trial. But the other judge may be a little bit more technical and say you can't even bring that stuff in here. There's about to be a different ballgame this next one. And I'm I'm I'm going to be watching to see what happened. That's all I can tell you, buddy. Be watching to see what happened. It's about to go down. So anyway guys, >> it ain't going to take long. >> It is going to take long. What do you mean it ain't going to take? Oh gee, what is wrong with you, babe? What do you mean just ain't going to take long? It's going to take some time. Been money put on the table and money on the line. Believe that. >> He'll be in there just like >> I doubt it. I doubt it very seriously. I think it's going to be a hell of a situation. You'll get to see your rain waters. Y'all been want waiting to see it. You'll get to see uh uh Jose Bodeas. I believe you'll get to see some GRC members and you'll see Cedric back up there probably. What you think? Do you think Cedric coming back? >> He better not bring said ass back. [laughter] He told enough. >> He talked enough. They got his statement. They know what he about to do when he get up there. I'm telling you right now, they got him so protected right now. You probably couldn't get to him if you had uh shoot an army. You know what I mean? [laughter] So guys, get in the comments. Let me know what you guys think. Man, this is crazy work, man. Um, like I said, man, uh, these guys are talking from the jail now, podcasting from the jail after they've been found guilty before the other trial is finished. Let me know in the comments what y'all think about that. That is crazy to me. Kiwan White calling out. Should he be calling out? Should he be speaking out? Uh, doing different gigs, getting on different uh uh different places and telling his story. Uh, let us know what you think, man. And what do y'all think going to happen with this case coming up that we looking at in a week or so from now? And also guys, if you're still watching, man, right here, you should see uh uh Webbby, man. Webby'sby's birthday was yesterday and all that viral movement, him falling out, getting back up and all that other stuff right there. But he fine, man. He even posted us posted Boss Talk on his page yesterday. Shout out to Webby, man. Boss Talk 101 review. >> [music] >> Yeah, we on Boss Talk TV.
