Missing Hells Angels Boss's House Torched, Marty Robert in Quebec Days Before Disappearance

It keeps on getting crazier than fiction up there as it has been for the last decade and a half. It's not slowing down. News is coming out at a breakneck pace. A lot of moving parts here, but we're here to break it all down for you. I'm going to give you the headlines and then we'll get to get into it. Marty Robert was in Montreal a week before his right-hand man and second-in-charge of the Montreal Hells Angels, Stephane "Feu Plouffe" disappeared. We have learned of a second meeting that took place in the hours before Feu Plouffe vanished, that took place at a hotel uh with some other Hells Angels that's separate from the meeting that we've reported with Walter "Nurget" Stadnick, the Hells Angels Canadian Godfather that traveled from Hamilton to Montreal in the days and hours before Feu Plouffe went missing. And as all of this news was percolating and people have been frantically searching uh for Feu Plouffe or looking for information into why he went missing, if he was killed, if he's in hiding, if he's in some type of uh uh protection, police protection. Uh as this was all going on Feu Plouffe's house was torched uh by two masked men that uh launched about 10 Molotov cocktails into his where his son was last night and that was Tuesday in to Wednesday. Wow. So, uh let's jump into it and give you as much information as we have and then as we keep getting fed intelligence, we'll continue to vet and uh bring it to you cuz this is a this is a still developing. This is red hot. And now we know where Marty uh was immediately or semi-immediately before his guy, Fest Plouffe, uh was most likely killed, it appears now. And uh we reported that Marty was not in Montreal for that meeting with Nurgit and Fest uh related to some well, at least on the surface, uh related to some issues between uh Hells Angels in Ontario and Hells Angels uh on the south side of Montreal. Um so, he wasn't there for that meeting. I don't think he was there for the meeting that Journal de Montréal's reporting that took place at a luxury hotel. This is all um you know, immediately preceding Fest Plouffe's disappearance. Um but, we've talked to a number of sources and we can confirm that the week prior, so, uh I believe uh Fest disappeared the I think it was the third or the fourth. Um the week prior, final week of July into the first couple days of August, Marty Robert was in Montreal. he was taking meetings and he was caught on video surveillance by the SQ. Uh and then he got out of town. It It appears Nurget then came into town. Steph Plouffe took at least two meetings in the uh immediate time preceding his disappearance and uh I think we can extrapolate from the third part uh of those headlines, which is the arson fire, the uh the attack on his property as a message that he is most likely dead and was killed in what uh Journal de Montreal has phrased, according to their sources, uh as an internal purge within Hells Angels Nation, 81 Nation. We're still actively pursuing this elephant in the room uh that exists in the shadows here and we're going to learn more as the days and weeks go on about a murder down in South Florida that's being investigated, that has ties to the Montreal's uh Hells Angels ties to people directly connected to Martin Robert and Steph Plouffe and this is something I'm told uh happened a couple years ago. The investigation really caught [snorts] steam around the time that Steph Plouffe disappeared. So, a couple weeks ago, uh the cops down in South Florida in in the United States got a bunch of information that it looks to be leading to this murder case being charged. At least it's uh it's being investigated right now and there's a lot of momentum there. And the day that search warrants went out in that investigation in the US is the same day that Fes Ploof vanished. Um we don't believe in coincidences here at the original gangsters podcast. So, uh I I strongly believe without any you know, definitive confirmation that at the very least what happened to Fes Ploof is related in some way to this murder investigation. So, again, that will that will play out, but we know now that Marty Robert was in Montreal and was caught by police surveillance meeting with Steph Ploof, meeting with other members of Hells Angels brass um last week of July first day or two of August may- maybe it was just the first day of August and and Fes disappeared I think on the third or the fourth. We got to get some of the timeline on this locked down a little bit more. Um but great reporting by Felix and his team over at Journal de Montreal. And I got a lot of people that have uh messaged me related to uh my reporting on Norgate and that you know, I think this was two separate meetings. I'm not sure what the um the chronological order was. Felix and his guys are reporting that the meeting at this hotel was the last time that Fess was seen. I had heard that the last time he was seen was leaving a meeting with Nerguit. I you know, my timeline could be incorrect here, but I know the meeting with Nerguit took place. Uh I know it had to do with an issue between Hells Angels in the Toronto area and the Sorel chapter on the south side of Montreal that Fess was representing the south side in this dispute and Nerguit was representing the Toronto Hells Angels in this. Nerguit's from Ontario. Uh so, this either happened the day or two before the meeting at the hotel, or it happened after the hotel meeting. And and that was the last time Fess was seen. But either way, there were these there were two meetings. And I've talked to people of the at the Journal de Montreal and we're we're all trying to kind of figure out what the what the order of operation was here, but uh Felix and his guys are reporting that there was some issues related to money that the guy that Fess met with at the hotel was a Hells Angel, full patch Hells Angel. I guess there were two Hells Angels. One of them is a uh is a money guy, a guy that uh moves money around, hides money, and that uh there was possibly some money missing and that's what the the meeting was for. I guess Fess uses this hotel as a place to take meetings, so it's a place he feels comfortable at. Um I I think the real telltale here is what just happened. Um everybody's speculating about where this guy is. And I believe the torching of his house was a message that he ain't coming home. And that not only are we going to kill him we're going to dance on his grave and add insult to injury by going after his family. And this is frankly and I don't I don't want to get too far in the conspiracy theories but this is some cartel [ __ ] Um to me some of the way this was done leads me to believe that there might be some Mexican cartel role in all of this drama, all of this mystery. We know that the cartels have boots on the ground in Quebec these last few years and they had never really been there before. Uh check out our Ryan wedding coverage of of of the situation with him, the uh North American narcotics kingpin, number one on America's most wanted list. Uh guy that circumvented the traditional order of things and did an end around the Rizzutos and the Hells Angels to get a a big market share of the drug business working directly with the Sinaloa Cartel and Los Chapitos. And you know, was using the cartel as muscle. And we had never really seen the cartel uh you know, outside of the uh, the the the plug, you know, the supply and demand part of this with uh, cartels in Mexico supplying the the drug market in Canada using the Hells Angels and the Rizzutos as uh, you know, as the guys to to uh, you know, bring those drugs up and distribute them. Uh, but they have never really been in Canada and that seems to be a um, you know, uh, a point of no return and some of the violence here, I I wonder if these aren't hallmarks or um, indicators that this might be deeper and more layered than just internal Hells Angels politics. That is obviously at the center of this, but I'm not positive if this is the Hells Angels doing a house cleaning because their uh, you know, that that they've decided that a house cleaning needs to be done or is this their partners in the cartel telling them, "You need to do a house cleaning." Or are they assuming a uh, um, a position where they're saying, "You can't keep your house in order. We're going to come and do it for you." And and that's again, some of the stuff I I'm using to form this opinion comes from what I know about down in Florida and that the the victim in this murder that was tied to a a nightclub in West Palm Beach where the Montreal Hells Angels, the New York Hells Angels um some Albanians and the Italian Mafia in the United States all had an interest. There was I'm told that the there was possible cartel ties in that ownership group. And or possibly cartel money. And that the guy that popped up in the trunk of a car whose homicide is being investigated right now was possibly a cartel point man. Um so you know, we'll we'll learn more as as that develops and the more information we get in the the the you know, the more we'll vet it and get it out to you, but I I just I know there are there I know there are past circumstances or or incidents where the Hells Angels have made people disappear, but I also know that you know, as a general rule the Hells Angels are are not opposed to you know, laying someone out on concrete and and killing somebody cowboy style, uh not doing it very covertly, doing it out in the open. Uh I think of what was happening with the the Hells Angels and Rizzuto mob a couple years ago in that war where, you know, there was a very public assassination attempt on uh Montreal Mafia boss Leo Rizzuto while he was driving in Laval the government coming off an expressway. Uh Francesco Del Balso Bal Del Balso uh Chet who was a very prominent Rizzuto mob lieutenant that got edged out of the Rizzuto mob and then went men and made an alliance with Marty Robert and the Hells Angels, tried to unseat the Rizzutos as top dog in the Montreal uh gangland ecosystem, was behind the Leo Rizzuto assassination and then he got killed about 5 months later, very out in the open, uh outside of a a gym where he was coming out of a meeting with Marty Robert and and Fest Cloutier. Um just last year in 2025, Chuck McWilliam, Hamilton, Niagara uh Hells Angel boss, Nerghets' former bodyguard, he gets killed out in in a uh a the parking lot of a Chinese restaurant in front of his family. Greg Wooley, the the Picasso, the street gang godfather, got caught in between the Hells Angels and the Rizzutos trying to play kind of both sides of the fence, not showing his loyalty enough to one side or the other. He gets killed in the parking lot of a a doctor's office in front of his family. So, you know, this isn't a group that is shy in dropping bodies. The the fact that Fest just disappeared into thin air, I don't know. And then the fact that they would go after his house with his kids in it, or at least his son in the house, when these two masked figures show up uh I think it was Wednesday morning, the early hours of Wednesday morning. Fest's son is in the house and it's a you know, it's a it's like an estate. It's like a you know, a mansion. And they they launched 10 Molotov cocktails into that place and and set it a flame with Fess's son and his girlfriend in there? I mean, that to me just reeks of something the cartel would do. Um but it also says to me that Fess is dead. And that um we we we were playing around with the possibilities of what could have happened to him. We said uh one possibility is that he was killed um for whatever reason the the Hells Angels decided that he had to go regardless of the fact that he is very high up the food chain there in the pecking order. He runs or he ran Montreal for Marty Robert when Marty Robert was out of town. And as we've been reporting for a while now, Marty does not spend a lot of time in Montreal for a guy that is the president of the Montreal Hells Angels. He is an international man of mystery. He is a a 1% 007 James Bond. Um and he's globetrotting on Hells Angel politics for much of the year. Uh so he has uh until recently had the utmost faith and trust in Fess Cloutier for operating all Montreal Hells Angel activity as a de facto number one when Marty is out of town. The fact that he would be marked for death, you know, it just would have had to be an incredibly serious infraction. It would have to be a situation where everybody at the highest level of the Hells Angels signed off on it. And if you look at what we know, that's that's what it that's what it looks like. You know, Marty being in town right before this happened, Nuredin being in town right before this happened, even if they weren't in town at the same time. Uh and then the fact that Marty was out of town when, you know, the day that he disappeared is to me Marty trying to uh create an alibi for himself. So, I I don't think the other possibilities right now seem very likely. So, you know, the possibilities that we laid out were either if he was killed or that possibly he was uh brought from Montreal to a foreign country and put into a safe house to This is what we speculated uh to wait for the Florida investigation to either blow over or result in indictments and they could, you know, then deal with it at that point, but to to basically get him off the map, off the radar, into a safe house. That's looking more and more unlikely. The The third possibility that I did not discuss in our previous reporting that, you know, could be a a wild card here is I got I guess he could have been taken into some type of witness protection program um and that the government's hiding him right now. And I I guess if you're looking for reasons to burn his house down, that you know, that could play into a potential scenario where they found out that he disappeared and his disappearance wasn't created or um uh uh you know his his his his appearance his disappearance was not an act of the Hells Angels but it was an act of either the RCMP or SQ or more likely if that is something that happened and I don't give it a lot of likely but if it is something that happened it's probably you know in the US that the FBI or the DEA or the Department of Justice. Um and that the the arson was some type of retaliation tactic against his family because of that. I I I'm leaning towards almost complete certainty right now that uh Stephane Plouffe has been executed uh kidnapped and killed by the Hells Angels by his closest friends and associates because of something that we don't know right now. I am heavily monitoring the situation down in Florida and again we will report more of that as as it becomes available to us but this is um really disturbing in regards to the the arson attack. Uh it it it it just um it really it's really beyond the pale cuz this could have killed his kid easily killed his kid. So thank god his kid got out of there. His his kid and his girlfriend got out of there and uh they're safe. But this must be a a very trying time for the Plouffe family and we'll we'll close out with a shout out to uh Felix and and Journal de Montreal with their great reporting adding that that that meeting that they've been able to lock down that took place at the hotel to this narrative and then I don't know I I was like I I thought I thought I was seeing things when I when I I'm getting text about a a fire that happened last night and I I wasn't seeing anything. This is just you know par for the course. I was seeing something. I was seeing what I thought I was seeing. It wasn't a mistake. It wasn't a a fever dream. You know it was you know an attempt to burn down the house of the guy that just got most likely kidnapped and killed with the guy's family in there so Everyone please like, share, and subscribe Original Gangsters News Network and Podcast.
