Hey friends, welcome to or welcome back
to Norris Cove. If you're new here, I am
Yoshida and here at the Cove, we like to
budget and plan in confidence using a
planner. Today you guys, I wanted to do
a quick flip of my mini HP. Some things
are probably going to look the same, but
I'll explain why. Because I do want to
do some updating. I actually was about
to change like the cover and it'll take
away some inserts and all that. But
before I did that, I wanted to do a
quick flip so that when you see it
again, you will see all the new changes.
And also, when I went to go print the
new covers, um, dashboards, uh, my
printer ran out of ink. I was in the
process of printing orders, and I was
like, you know what? Let's just do the
flip anyway because I've been meaning to
get this to you guys. So, this is
probably like the same cover that you've
seen before. This vinyl cover came from
Cloth and Paper. And then this is just a
dashboard cover that I made on Canva at
like the beginning of the year. Just
kind of a a mood board to set the mood
for my planner. And again, this is my
business planner. So, I used to plan the
budget box in here, all kinds of things.
And so I'm going actually take it out of
this cover cuz it's kind of like
just kind of pointless. So I can flip
it. So we have that. And then this is
just like a cover of what my business is
about, the type of clients that I want
or customer base that I would like, all
that great stuff. And then this is the
inbox. And this is a cover from Noted
Co. Excuse me, a dashboard from Noted
Co. And this is a inbox
clear
dashboard from cloth and paper. And I
just have some task card sticky notes
here.
And then this inbox one is from my shop.
And then I some things don't change in
this planner. For one is because I tend
to go back and look at certain things.
Like here I have um this business ideas
I'll write down on sticky notes. So, I'm
afraid to take them out because I run
across them later, sometimes years
later, but pretty much some things stay
the same. And then this is my task
manager insert. And actually, I'm going
to fill this out after I get off of
here. And then this is the sophisticate
vellum dashboard for my shop. And then
this is the luxury G dashboard for my
shop. There's a lot of dashboards in
here. And I actually have some more
coming that I ordered from Crafted
Designs Co. And then as I was about to
do this, I said, "Maybe I should go to
half letter." I said, "No, we're not
because we just ordered dashboards and
we're creating dashboards for this
planner." No. And then so I just have
this little envelope thing here from
Cloth and Paper. I just punched it and
put some of their stickers in there.
And then this is my goal section. Oh
goodness. I always get asked about
these. And actually, I have to give
credit where it's due. Um, I saw that
Life with Zy on Tik Tok, she had had
them and I thought she made them. So, I
asked her where she got them from and
she gave me it's on Etsy. It'll come to
me. Um, if you really want to know, I'll
just do the research, but right now I
just wasn't prepared. I forgot to look
it up, but it's on Etsy. It'll come to
me. So, it was a couple things in here
from the same creator, and I just like
the different color script, and it's a
great layering page. And then this I
have printed over because I've had this
mood board for years and it was just
getting raggedy and I was using better
quality um card stock. So I like to
reprint it and just kind of keep it in
my planner.
You all know what this is. I talked
about it, but just in case you're new
here, um, over at the planner spot, she
does like a yearly plan. And so, I liked
it and I just kind of made one for
myself and just created it for myself.
So, my word of the year was discipline.
And that word is really coming into
fruition at this point. And so, so it
just starts with my yearly task from
month to month and then it goes to my
monthly planning, my weekly monthly
recurring task, weekly planning that I
would do in this planner. And my weekly
recurring task and my daily planning in
this planner. And then this is a daily
menu. This is just a little daily page I
created for this planner or just for
myself that I don't really particularly
use. And then here are my routines.
And so I'm going to put that back cuz
all of that is to stay together. And
then this is my goal section.
And then this is the monthly. And this
is from May Paper Co. And I believe this
one is from Cloth and Paper. And then
this is our pure vintage dashboard.
And again, just some little sticky
notes, some half pages. These are like
CP petite size that I made for myself.
Just some graph. And then this is the
2026 month on a page that I just created
because I wanted to try a month on a
page in this planner opposed to a
doublesided just to see since I don't
really do that much. And now that I
didn't have the budget box anymore to
plan for, I wanted to kind of use like
color coding, stickers, and things like
that to kind of um plan out content,
film days, stuff like that, paydays. And
it's okay. I I I think I just prefer a
month on two pages. So, I think for
2027, I'm definitely going to have a
month on two pages. So, I did try to
like, you know, color code it, decorate.
It worked. And I definitely used the
back, but I think I would just prefer um
a month on two pages. And then this is
another portion of that um dashboard
from the Etsy seller. It is going to
come to me probably by the end. And then
this is um in deep bloom by Crafted
Designs Co. And I just thought that was
great to layer. Y'all may not have seen
that.
And then this is that same month on a
page, but this is March. And I like to
like kind of color code and just knock
things off my list. Did I do something
for April? Yeah, we did a little bit for
April. And I think that's where it ends
because May I don't think I planned
anywhere. So, no. So, that that's the
end of the month, please. So, I'm just
going to scoot on by that. And these
vellums were in my shop. I just took
them out because the vellum was getting
uh hard. It was coming. It wasn't coming
like I was used to and I get it off
Amazon. So, it just wasn't coming like I
was used to. So anyway,
um I have this test card from Kasavichi,
which I don't even use. I don't know why
it's in here. So this will be one of the
things that I take out. And then I have
this gratitude card from Pretty Press.
And these were in my shop, I believe.
And then this is our simplicity
dashboard.
And these are some sticky notes that I
offered at one point. I might still have
some of those. And then this was a cover
page for the week on a page that I once
printed and sold. And I was testing
those out to see if that would work for
me as far as my business. So, there's
not a lot in there. And then this is the
graph week on a page. Um, I created this
maybe the beginning part of the year
because I wanted to, you'll see later, I
talk about this all the time. I had made
a social media bundle and in that social
media bundle, I just loved it. I love
the layout, everything, but I wanted a
week like that. Just a a week in the the
way that the social media weekly was um
designed, but I moved some things
around. And I talked about that in that
uh cloth and paper video about the
insert of how I was trying to figure out
how to move things around. And so I did
move some things around on that insert.
And this was one of my favorite inserts
as well because it's not a lot of lines
because this is just my business
planner. So, I don't need a list of
things to do. Um, and I just give myself
small tasks to do daily and three
things. I need three lines. So, if I
could knock those three things out. And
as you can see, things got done more
when I did that when I planned that way.
And then just the important stuff I
would put here. And um just some task.
And then I'll just assign these tasks to
certain days. And then of course a habit
tracker. And then also
there's a next week in this little grid
section here. And so here are some of
the spreads that I did. I very seldom
decorate in this planner. It's mainly
pen and paper and highlighters because I
just need to get things done.
And then here's another cover page for
the horizontal weekly. I don't know why
it's in here cuz there's no horizontal.
I must have took those out. And then
here's just a daily dashboard I had made
for myself on Canva. And then I have
this um journaling card which was like a
thank you card from 2025
from Crafter Designs Co. And I just love
the aesthetic of it. So I just use some
washi tape to keep it in place.
And then we get into my daily section.
And I love this layering. This stays in
here. is really like a winter dashboard,
but it just stays in here because of
those little um page flags. I just
thought they went perfect with that. And
then we get into my daily planning
inserts. And these are from my shop.
Like I said, I um created these when I
was printing and designing inserts. And
I don't know if this one is available
for digital, but I will check. And um
this so this was back in what April, I
believe. And so I think I took a lot of
stuff out. So there's that. And so the
rest of them are empty. And it's also
Oops. And then we get into my social
section, my social media section. And
then this is just a dashboard I created
that was supposed to make it to the
shop. It just never did. I'm sorry. And
then I have some again half pages, grid
half pages for CP Petite that's in here.
And then this was like a 30-day
challenge um page that I just created. I
think me and Lacy was doing like a
30-day challenge like for our business
and you know social media and stuff. And
so these were the things that I was
supposed to do. So I just left it in
here because as you can see the back
side is blank and I want to kind of
challenge myself again. Also I can use
this for like this month I'm doing um a
30 I'm giving myself a 30-day lock in.
So, I could definitely use that for my
30-day lock in other areas of my life.
So, um this was like a kind of a weekly
social media. This is part of that
social media bundle. And so, across the
top is the social media platforms that I
use, the day of the week, and then what
I'm supposed to do on each platform. And
this was very helpful as well. This was
probably 2025.
Yeah. And then here's the back of it.
It's like a double-sided. And then we
get into the content planner, which I
absolutely love these inserts that I
made for myself because it helps me plan
out videos. Um, it helps me plan content
either whether it's for Instagram,
Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube. It has been
a blessing. Like, yeah. So, that's
another reason these stay in here
because it's like a reference and um
like I have a private sticker on him.
Maybe that's because I'm trying to This
is something I was going to um do a
video on. So, I keep that stuff in here
because um
I can always refer back to it. And a lot
of times it's just ideas. So, I love
that content creation um insert. And
then I have a series planner insert that
was in that social media bundle. And so
I'm trying to think um which um
I think this is when I did an Instagram.
Yeah, this was an Instagram series
planner and it really it worked and it
went well. And then I have another
series planner here and this was one I
was supposed
doing. So we'll get to that.
And then let's see. And then this is
like the seasonal promotions. So, things
that I should be doing seasonal to
promote my business or sales or excuse
me, all that great stuff. Oh, and then
this um here um little clip is from Rose
Shadow Collection.
And then again, here's that social media
weekly I was talking about. So, as you
see, I swapped things out a little bit.
So the task would go here. The post
ideas would go here. And then I would
just assign the post and the task to the
day. So I do like that. And then this is
social media stats. I have not kept up
with my social media stats in years. So
actually, let me just I don't want to
take it out cuz I might change my mind.
And then as you all know, most of my
planners have a combon board, which I
love. And especially in my business
planner because when I was doing the
budget box, it was just so easy. like I
had stickers. These are the most of the
things that went with the budget box.
So, I would just move those down. They
were like test um things. So, if I've
already talked to the vendors um and
they're working on my order or whatever,
I would move that to in progress. And
then if I needed to print, let's say,
inserts and I finished them, they're
completed, it would go here. So,
watching all of that stuff go from here
to here was just like it did. it like
tickled my brain. That's all I got. It
just tickled my brain. So, I just I like
compartmentalizing things and so this
just really worked for my little
compartment brain. And then next, uh we
have my project section. So, like this
is like new releases, things that I'm
working on. I can also put those in
there. Even I have one I use the same
project insert like in my personal
planner for like um my home stuff like
that. And then these check it off sticky
notes are from a paper co. And then
these little combon I think these are
combon task um sticky notes are from
cloth and paper. And then this is which
I'm going to take out of here but it it
came in a old box. It is like a budget
insert but because um I like to look at
uh ETFs and the stock sometime I just
left it in here. And these are just some
watch things that I'm watching. And then
I do have uh Microsoft. So, I just left
that in here, but I think I'm going to
take that out and find somewhere else to
kind of put it maybe into my I can put
it into my budget planner.
And then these were some budget inserts
that I had for my business. And yeah,
that's about it. Expense trackers. And
then all that stuff was stuff I created
for myself.
And then this is a that also from that
Etsy shop if you see another video. I
made another video and I think I listed
it below in the link and everything. So
make sure you check that out. And then
here is meeting notes. Now you're going
to see a 2025 calendar on the back of
this but it I just left it because this
was the cover page. And then what I did
was I have meetings with myself. I know
I have meetings with myself. And so I
just log those to the back and keep a
fresh copy up front. So I'm just gonna
kind of Sorry about that. I don't know
where I got cut off that. Um but yeah,
so these are just meeting notes
and I just kind of archive them in the
back so I can refer to them. This is
wish list things that I want for the
business or wanted for the business. And
then I have this little vellum pocket
that came in one of our cross and paper
boxes. And then I just have um some of
my numbers so I can put on date, you
know, date dots. Another test that I
don't use, test card, and then some
little black square page flags cuz I use
that to cover things up that, you know,
I'm working on and if I'm doing a flip.
And then this is the back. This is
another um I don't know where this Oh,
this came from cloth and paper. And then
this I've had for absolutely years and I
just another thing I kind of keep
reprinting because it just gets torn up.
And then that same other um mood board
that I created. It's just the back for
the back cover. And then this pin loop
is from Clark and Paper. And I'm using
a, as I was saying, this is a pintail
pen. And that's it.
That's all of my mean HP flip, which is
my business planner. Like I said, I'm
getting her ready for fall and the end
of the year.
But I wanted to do the flip so that I
can go ahead and get in her and start
planning
so some things for the business and for
my YouTube channel, social media, stuff
like that. But that's all I have for you
