Video summary
The video presents an updated tier list for mechs in version 2.6, specifically tailored to help players decide whether to use a mech directly or convert it into modules. The creator emphasizes that this update reflects changes currently active in Japan but not yet globally available. A key focus of the guide is distinguishing between mechs intended for immediate use and those suitable only for conversion based on specific guidelines: you should generally avoid converting units unless they are duplicates, rainbow copies exist, or there is an urgent need for their modules that outweighs the loss of the mech itself. The creator warns against gambling with valuable units like Mouthus without a secure backup, advising players to prioritize obtaining a rainbow copy before dismantling any high-tier mechs into parts.
The tier list categorizes mechs from Tier 5 up to Tier 0, offering detailed advice on module utility for each rank. At the lower tiers (Tier 5 and below), units like Hela, Sephas, Wolverine, and Thonatos are listed as not recommended for conversion unless specific conditions are met; for instance, Hela's modules can be useful for retaliation-focused mechs like Kasha, while Sephas serves as a good starter module for beginners lacking other options. Moving up to Tier 3, the creator highlights Dread Talon as an exceptional source of modules currently used across multiple builds, alongside heavy units like Kong and Aurora. Notably, Aurora is singled out as one of the best mechs to convert because its temporary HP buff significantly enhances team survivability when distributed to other machines.
In the higher tiers (Tier 2 through Tier 0), the recommendations shift toward preserving powerful units for direct use rather than conversion. Units like Oraborus and Snowy Owl are considered top-tier investments that should be kept intact, with their modules reserved only for specific synergistic builds involving mechs like Asuka or Gummy. The guide also addresses special cases such as collab units in Tier 0 (e.g., Hastierase and Odysius), which generally should not be converted except perhaps when equipping RevZ2 to support upcoming content like ADA. Ultimately, the video concludes by encouraging players to invest heavily only in top-tier mechs that can carry them through end-game challenges, while using lower-tier units primarily as a resource pool for modules once their rainbow copies are secured or if they become obsolete.

Hey guys, welcome to Mearashi and let's
take a look at our new tier list for our
mechs for version 2.6.
Just a reminder, guys, that version 2.6
is what is currently happening now in
JP. It's not in global. So, we're
getting there. So this is basically a
list of mechs in global plus uh mechs
that are now in JP.
So I did a small overhaul in terms of
the tier list. I changed the look um
because I think this is more important
in terms of what you're going to do with
the mech. Either you're going to be
using it or you're going to be
converting it into module. And I've
indicated here what do they do and I've
indicated also that uh the ones that I
don't recommend you converting because
the modules are not as useful. Okay. So
the ones I indicated either it's not
applicable not recommended or if you see
the the ability of the module. So that
is what you get when you transform the
mech into modules. But there are certain
guidelines or restrictions for you to
convert. So number one, it's a mech that
you don't plan to use. Example, like
Sephas, like Hela, like Wolverine. These
mechs we don't usually use now. Uh but
uh it doesn't mean that you
automatically convert them into modules.
Um only the useful ones. Okay. So if you
number two, if you already have a
rainbow copy or you don't plan to
rainbow that mech, then you can rainbow
an extra. Okay. Uh if you have a rainbow
copy, there definitely a extra will be
the one that you turn into modules. But
if you don't plan to rainbow a certain
copy, then feel free, especially if you
need it. Okay. Again, the the caveat
there is that if you need it now, if
you're going to equip it now, if you're
equipping it for a future mech, I might
as well wait for that mech to arrive
before you basically turn it into a
module. So, again, if you have a rainbow
copy, the double or the duplicates can
be converted to modules. Or again, if
you don't plan to rainbow a mech and you
need modules of that mech, then you
could go ahead and convert it into
module. And the last one is probably a
last resort, but I don't recommend this.
As you see there, you urgently need
that, you urgently need the module, but
you have accepted the consequence of
turning the mech into modules. Um, this
is more like a gamble. Let's say for
example um I have a let's say I have a
um what do you call this? I have a
mouthus. Okay. Um I don't have a rainbow
mouthus but I want to use the the mojo
of the mouthus for another mech because
this mech is actually better. Um,
so I would just go ahead and turn your
Mus into a module and accept the
consequence that I might regret turning
Molus into modules. But that is not
recommended. Okay, don't do that. Make
sure that you have a rainbow maltus
first before you convert your that malt
um another maltus into modules. I I hope
you guys get this. This is very
self-explanatory. So, please read the
guidelines first before you convert into
module. So, let's uh go and check out
the tier list. So, at tier five, we do
have Hela, uh Sephas, Wolverine, and um
Thonatos, and Gilray. So, I'll I'll just
give this a pass. So, for Hela, um if
you're not using Hela, you could use uh
the module for a retaliation mech, like
for example, for Kasha. This is actually
good for Kasha. So you could use this
for Kasha because this is damage on the
enemy turn. Okay, for Sephas, um this is
actually a good starter module,
especially if you're beginner to the
game. Um especially if you don't have
enough mechs to convert into modules,
this one you can start, especially I
actually used this module before with
Freda because it increases hit rate and
increases crit rate. So, this is a good
starter module for Wolverine. Um, I
don't think Wolverine's modules are that
good. So, not recommended for Tanatos.
So, recently we do have some examples
that uh you could actually use Tanatos's
module in um Rosemary and another one is
going to be Adele. Okay, so that is
where it's going to be good for Gilray
here. Um, when HP is below 50 has 100%
chance to restore 6% of HP after taking
damage. This one is a is a good overall.
Okay, I'm actually using this in my
current setup for Ray as a guardian. So,
the modules are from Gil Ray, so take
note of that. So, let's go up a tier.
Uh, double solder, not recommended to to
to convert. Hector, not recommended to
convert. Um, XR, so self-explanatory. If
you have a mech that has or has uh the
same weapon type in each hand, then you
could actually use this. This one is a
good, you know, starter starter module.
You could upgrade this as you farm more
modules. Then we have Arcus. kind of
similar to XR, but this one is going to
be both shoulders. Um, again, a starter
module for for weapons on your
shoulders. Um, either missile or
rockets. So, both of them are good
starter modules to put on yours if you
don't have the better ones. Then, we do
have um for the heavies. So take note
that um before I move on, light
category, medium category, we have
heavy. So heavy and guardians I've
actually mixed together all in one, but
the machinist category has its own
still. Okay, so take note of that. So
for DAS, after being attacked, drawn
into combat, damage plus six, stacks up
to five times, lasting for one turn.
This could be um a good use for Kasha as
well. For those with retaliation, you
could actually use Das's module. So for
tier three, okay, Dread Talon. Um this
one, this particular uh what do you call
this? This particular module is what I
actually mostly use. I've I have
transformed a lot of dread talents
already into modules because I'm using
this in multiple I think two or three
two or three mechs are using dread
talents modules. So a very good module
to have by the way uh for your other
mechs for dread talent. Um so we do have
okay we're not talking about modules
here strictly modules the these are the
best mechs as well. So they're ranked
and they're modules as well. So we do
have bluebird not recommended to turn
into module.
Then for your heavies we have Kong. So
when AP exceeds two for each point of
excess AP damage is a plus six. So for
those who consume a lot of AP in one
skill this is actually good. Then fierce
jaw not recommended. Then Aurora here,
um, Aurora is tier three among all of
the mechs, but for the module, probably
one of the best modules to equip in your
other mechs for your machinist. Okay, so
if you have an Aurora, the the best way
to use your Aurora is literally
literally turn Aurora into modules, then
equip it in other mechs. We'll talk
about which mechs later. Okay, so we're
at tier three. We have tier two mechs
here. Starting with Twilight Fang. So if
you turn Twilight Fang, so this one is
for two different types. Okay, so if if
you have, you know, if you have an extra
Twilight Fang, uh definitely you could
use this. Glassia, not recommended.
Prometheus. So during combat uh combat
for each one debuff for target carries
um increase own damage dealt by 5% and
target damage taken by two stacking up
to five times lasting for two turn. So
this one is a good one as well. Um this
one pertains to a debuff a target
carries or your enemy carries. So you
could actually use this in mechs or
pilots that can apply debuff that and
take more dam then deal more damage when
an enemy is debuffed. So you could
actually use this but we don't have
Prometheus now in global. So we'll leave
it at that. Then we do have Mithril.
So this one is when actively attacking
gains damage plus 6% for each debuff
inflicted. So it's kind of similar to
Prometheus. So, you just have to make
sure that you, you know, you you use
what is nearer to what your mech is
actually um what your mech is uh more
capable of doing. Okay, so next at tier
two, we have Fenrirer,
which is Wyatt's mech. So, Fenrirer is
at tier two. Take note of that if you're
considering getting Wyatt after Adele.
Then, we do have Dragon Rider for the
heavies. Um,
so we do have a blazer as well and a
glow. So for again going back to the
machinist, if you're using blazer, a
glow or any other mech above uh the
higher tiers, preferably Aurora should
be used as modules. Okay. Um, probably
the best mech to mojo conversion that
I've I've done because this one gives
temporary HP and it's very handy
especially if you want to have to
increase the survivability of your team.
So, we have Blazer, we have a glow. Um,
decent decent modules by the way, but
not as good as Aurora for a module.
Okay, so that is it for tier two. For
tier one, we do have Orabororus,
which I'm I actually turned Oraborus
into modules, which I'm using with Asuka
and I'm using with uh Gummy. So, Gummy
and Asuka are using Orura modules and
actually happy with it. Um, let's go to
our medium. We have ignite. Um, so far I
haven't used ignite modules, but uh
definitely this is going to be good for
um good for other tacticians as well. So
really depends upon you if I if I have
an extra because right now I'm still
building ignite up to rainbow. So I
cannot turn ignite into a module. So, we
have Pascal, not applicable to turn um
the mech into module. Rev01, not
applicable as well. You can't because
they're uh he's uh Rev01 is a collab
unit. Then
we do have Ranger. So, this one is a
single weapon uh equipped on both hands.
So, using chainsaw, using
um using uh what do you call this? a
sniper rifle using a heavy machine gun.
Those are the mechs that are, you know,
qualified to use him as a module. Then
you have UCLAS, which is perfect for if
if that mech or you could apply allied
terrain. Damage dealt is plus 15 and
damage taken is minus 15. Offense and
defense uh combined. So there are tier
one by the way. So tier one uh sorry,
eye of fate ROG not applicable. And the
last one here for your mech is going to
be snowy owl. So acting after active
repairs and this is the module grants
damage up three uh to all targets
lasting for two turns. If the target
already poses damage up buff increase
the buff level by one. So this one if
you're considering you know if you're
considering the upgrade from Blazer to
snowy owl there. Snowy owl is actually
an upgraded version of blazer. So
perfect if you use Aurora Aurora modules
in snowy owl that would be a nice
combination. So take note guys the tier
one tier one mechs are I think the most
that you will be investing in heavily.
So tier one up, okay, not tier one
below. tier one up are the mechs that
you want to invest in heavily and they
could really carry you probably towards
the end game. Um, and not pro towards
the end game, but probably towards more
harder content is what I meant. Okay,
for tier 0.5.
So, the these mechs are are h kind of
harder to justify to turn into into
modules because they're great mechs.
They should be rainbowed first before
you turn them into modules. Except
actually I did I did a a you know a bad
rule. I turned s rabbit immediately into
a module. So that's on me. I don't have
an S rabbit right now. But again that
was a gamble. But as recommended, please
do rainbow mech before you turn them
into modules because they these mechs
are very good and these mechs can be
used.
They're very versatile except for ten
tengshi tang snake. Tangenshi. Okay,
tangshi. But anyway, um I'll just change
the name later. But um again, these
mechs are very versatile except for
Tangshi and that you would want to have
a rainbow first before you turn extra
parts into modules. Okay, so I'm guilty
of turning rabbit, this rabbit here,
shadow rabbit into a module um before
getting a rainbow mech. So, so far uh
for tier 0.5, these are you're nearly
dare mechs wherein you would want to um
invest much in them. Okay. And uh we do
have uh Srabbit, Tengi,
Rex, Maltos, Arbiter, Night Glow. Then
we do have Shadowwire, Alicorn, Rev Z00,
and Colossus will be rounding out your
tier 0.5. And plus, if we go up to tier
zero, these are your mechs that you
don't really, you know, don't really
turn into modules because most of them
are collab units.
and um and more or less these are the
best units like Haststerase
and Odysius you my only suggestion if
you're going to use using Hster models
uh modules is if you're going to put
them in Rev02 that's the only thing if
you want to you know because you only
need two okay so if you have two extra
parts and if you for example want to use
ADA
With Rev0ero2, you can actually use two
hastrays, just two. You don't need to
complete the whole mech. But after that,
please try to complete a rainbow because
this is going to be expensive. This is
only, you know, this is only applicable
if you do have a RevZ2, an extra RevZ2,
or if you want to use RevZ2 with ADA,
you know, upcoming ADA in global. So
again that's the only case but most of
the time you don't transform your tier
zero mechs into modules.
Again it really depends upon you and
some of them are not even you know
convertible because they are part of a
collab. So we have vicious whong we do
have u arinus shadow tiger hast and
rev02.
So let us uh deni snake. Okay, let's
just uh change the name as we go along.
So again, that is it guys. Um I will put
a link in the description of this video
for this file. So I hope you you know
have more reference here. Um you could
check here um and probably match them
with the mech already because they're in
one file except for those who I don't
recommend and mechs that are not
applicable to turn into models. So that
it guys. um check out the mechs here and
you know develop your mechs, build your
mechs and rainbow only the best or
invest only on the best. Thank you guys
for staying this far. Take care, stay
safe. This is the warden and I'm out of
here.
