Massive, Massive Tech Rally! What's Should Happen Next In The Stock Market? | PS60 Process
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
The stock market has experienced a dramatic reversal from the previous weekend's fears regarding artificial intelligence to an unprecedented surge in technology stocks today. Following concerns that AI development was moving too fast, major tech giants and chipmakers have instead fueled a massive rally, with companies like AMD officially joining the trillion-dollar club while others such as ARM, Micron, and Qualcomm saw their prices skyrocket. This euphoric mood has been further supported by positive geopolitical news, including diplomatic overtures from President Trump regarding Iran and falling oil prices, which have driven treasury yields down and pushed major indices nearly six to seven points away from their all-time highs set in June. The market's aggressive move shattered previous resistance levels, with a single-day gain of nearly 3% indicating that the sector is far from exhausted despite the intensity of the recent gains.
While the momentum has been overwhelmingly positive for semiconductor leaders and AI-related names, the speaker notes that not every stock participated equally, highlighting Sandisk as an oddity given its peers' performance. Looking ahead to tomorrow, the primary strategy involves anticipating a potential market pause or "inside day" where profits might be taken from overextended leaders like AMD, Micron, and Nvidia. This temporary consolidation could allow capital to rotate into other high-quality names that are finally emerging from their bases or moving back above key moving averages. The speaker emphasizes that while predicting exact market movements is impossible, the focus should remain on stocks showing signs of strength after resting, particularly those that have recently reclaimed their 50-day moving averages, setting the stage for a potential "Magnificent Seven" style rally if the market resets briefly.
Several specific equities are highlighted as key watchlists for the upcoming session based on their technical setups and option flow data. Amazon is noted for its first close above the 50-day moving average in a long time, with potential to push into upper Bollinger Bands if it can reclaim today's highs. Microsoft appears poised to break out after months of sideways action within a trading channel, while Google faces a critical test at its 100-day simple moving average supply zone. Other stocks like Moderna and ARK Space Exploration are also under scrutiny for their ability to surpass recent August highs, whereas Apple shows strong call buying activity near the $340 strike price that could fuel an aggressive move toward July highs. Additionally, significant option interest was observed in companies like SpaceX, Micron, Palantir, and Nvidia, suggesting that large institutional players are positioning for continued upward momentum despite the need for short-term rest in some of the most volatile names.
Ultimately, the speaker advises investors to take the market one day at a time rather than reacting to shifting narratives about whether news is good or bad. The current environment suggests that if the market takes a brief breather tomorrow, it could channel funds into long-term favorites, creating a powerful upward trend toward year-end targets. By focusing on price action and ignoring what investors wish were true, traders can identify opportunities in stocks that are reclaiming key technical levels after periods of consolidation. The consensus is that the fuel for the market fire remains strong, driven by both technological innovation and favorable macroeconomic conditions, making this a critical period to monitor for potential multi-day runs in the most promising technology sectors.

click of the mouse. Help a brother out
and hit that like button. Hopefully
again, we will continue
to point you in the right direction. So,
you guys remember a couple of weeks ago
over the weekend
AI was bad. It was bad. Slow down,
right? Everybody was saying, you know,
slow down. The tech giants were saying
slow down. You know, it's getting scary.
It's getting really really scary. And
the market came in very very
aggressively. Well, today was the
complete opposite, right? Today was
literally the complete opposite. There
was a massive massive rally since
August, right? Since early August on the
complete opposite. You know, Meta
introduced its new AI agent. Meta went
absolutely out of its mind. It took all
the tech stocks with us. Chips went out
of their minds.
AMD, right?
AMD has joined officially joined the $1
trillion mark. It wasn't just AMD. If
you go through the whole group, you got
ARM, right? You got ARM went absolutely
nuts. You had Micron
going crazy. Micron continues
its massive move. You have some
diplomacy, right? Trump said he's
willing to meet with the president of
Iran. This is diplomacy. There's a lot
of feel-good stuff going on, right? You
got oil coming down.
You have treasury yields
coming down. Market is in euphoria. And
you look around, right? You look around.
If you got If you watch the the weekend
update, we talked about, you know,
getting back to these August highs.
Today we shattered it. Nearly a 3% move
at one point. And look where we are,
guys. We are literally, you know, like
what, six, seven points away from the
June and all-time highs. Just absolutely
amazing, right? Absolutely amazing.
Um great day. We had really, really good
day. Uh you had just everything going
absolutely nuts. The only stock that
didn't participate today was obviously
very, very odd. Uh was Sandisk. Kind of
very odd considering uh how strong
Micron was, how rest how strong the rest
of the semiconductors were. But again,
let's not concentrate on the name that
didn't perform. Let's concentrate on the
names that did. And there was a lot of
great big moves again including anything
anything to do with chips uh went
absolutely nuts. Qualcomm, you know,
every everything under the sun. So, the
question is now what happens next,
right? Uh obviously a retest of the June
highs on the QQQs now looks very, very
real.
Uh is it possible the market uh rest
tomorrow just to kind of catch its
breath? Cuz remember, a 3% move uh is
pretty damn big, right? So, it wouldn't
surprise me if we get a little bit of a
kind of an inside day, some profit
taking tomorrow. Not to the point of
look, I want to short stocks on a day
that's red. No, what I want to do is I
want to look at stocks that are now
coming off the bottom. So, there is a
rotation off for example, if there is a
rotation, I'm just using the name of AMD
and some profit taking, right? Um you
know, Micron, some profit taking. Um you
know, Qualcomm, some profit taking.
Nvidia, some profit taking. They can go
into other names that are finally coming
back out of their channels. And I'm
going to give you guys a whole bunch of
name not a whole bunch, but I'm going to
give you guys X amount of names to watch
for tomorrow for stocks that are
potentially coming back on the bottom
channels. If you guys remember over the
weekend, we talked about the the we
talked about
the MSTR, the Coinbases of the world,
you know, Bitcoin surging. They explode
like everything explode. We had some
really really strong uh pivots today in
the webinar, but the point is not what
happened today, is what about to happen
tomorrow. And again, we are not trying
to predict the weather, we are just
trying to dress for it. So, let me give
you guys some names that I kind of like
for tomorrow, right? Let's talk about
it. Amazon. Let's start off with Amazon.
Amazon
Amazon closed today first close above
the 50-day moving average in quite a
while, right? Quite a while. If you guys
remember, they were just selling Amazon
off over and over and over going on
Bezos selling. Well, this is now the
first close above the 50-day moving
average. The great part about a big big
rally like this is again, you're not
looking for the overextended names,
you're looking for the stocks that are
just coming out of the
coming out of their base. So, first
close today above the 50-day moving
average on Amazon. Let's keep an eye on
this thing tomorrow. If it could get
back above today's channel tomorrow,
maybe we could start a really aggressive
move up into this upper Bollinger Band
roughly into the mid-60s. Looks really
really good. Let's talk about Microsoft.
Even though Microsoft has been on a
really great run since earnings, I can
make a case, right? I can make a case
that it's absolutely done nothing over
the last month and a half and that would
be true. Look how Look at the sideways
action. The cool part about Microsoft,
if you study the micro movements of
Microsoft macro channel that we've been
kind of stuck in for the last month and
a half, you'll notice when Microsoft
comes out of a two-three-day channel, it
goes on very very aggressive run. So,
let me give you guys a couple of case in
point. So, here is a channel, right?
Here is a channel on August 17th. It was
a little bit longer, right? A little bit
longer. It was one, two, three, four
days, right? It got out of this channel
and the stock went in the next two days
from 492 all the way up to 517, right?
Here was another one, right? Here was
another. Here was a three-day channel.
On the fourth day, it got back above
this channel and the stock went from 494
all the way up to 510.
So, here's You see what I'm looking at
here, guys? You see this three-day
channel? Tomorrow will be day four. If
Microsoft could just get on top of this
upper channel here, right? It get get
above last week's highs, why can't this
thing expand? Remember, the money flow
has to go somewhere. We did see some
notable Again, I'll give you guys some
notable option flow in a minute, but we
did see some notable October the 16 510
calls coming in with some pretty good
aggressive premium. So, let's definitely
keep an eye on Microsoft for tomorrow.
Google, right? Google had that big big
move on Friday. It hit supply, right?
That's the 100-day SMA. It hit supply,
got rejected. Now, what happens if
Google gets back above this channel,
right? Again, it's been building above
the 50-day moving average very nicely.
If Google could get back above the
100-day SMA, man, this thing could open
up as well. So, let's keep an eye on
that as well. You guys remember that
Moderna like solved cured cancer, right?
You guys remember that I'm obviously,
you know, I'm obviously you know,
exaggerating a little bit, but you guys
remember that August 19th candle? It had
this massive massive move and the stock
went from like 60 to like 170, right? In
the 170s. Guys, look how close we are of
attacking that day's highs. This thing
looks pretty clean. If this thing could
just get back
above the August 19 highs, man, this
thing could really start its next leg
up. So, let's keep an eye on that as
well.
ARK TLB, one of these space stocks,
right? I think it's one of these space
stocks. Again, this is kind of my point
about stocks reclaiming back the 50-day
moving average. You see how many times
in the last couple of months has been
rejected off the 50-day, this blue line
here? Rejected, rejected, rejected,
rejected. It finally got back above it
today. Here's the key. If this thing
could just reclaim back today's highs
tomorrow, man, why can't this thing go
on a multi-day run? So, there's
definitely a lot of things to do, right?
Um I have no really interest in like an
AMD for tomorrow cuz it already made its
move, right? I know it already made its
move. It needs a little bit of rest. So,
I'm definitely definitely looking for
stocks
kind of in the motif that we just talked
about briefly. I think if there is a res
day and some money outflow out of the
AMDs, out of, you know, the Microns,
just for as just for a little bit of a
of a rest day, kind of a reset, it
really could go into I I don't want to
call them the laggards, but names that
people want to own long-term. And if
that is the case for tomorrow, we could
get a really good mag seven uh type of
rally. Uh Apple, right? We talked about
Apple. Apple is, you know, grinding up,
man. We are seeing a lot of call buying
uh coming in on Apple, mainly the 340
weeklies. It doesn't sound like a lot,
but when the stock was today 334, 335,
they started pounding those 340
weeklies. If this thing can start
getting above this upper Bollinger band,
why can't this thing see the July highs?
It's very possible. Again, I don't think
it's going to happen on one session, but
it's very very possible with this type
of fuel to the market fire that this
thing could start an aggressive cycle.
So, let's keep an eye on uh Apple as
well. Some notable flow that we saw
today, okay? [laughter] Uh we got a nice
little uh pivot on SpaceX today uh off
last week's highs. The notable call
buyers that came in on SpaceX with a lot
of size, by the way. It's a very
frustrating stock if you're a little of
a long-term investor. The price action
trades like garbage, but they came in
fast and furious for the October 170 and
the 17250s.
Micron, right? Micron, they were coming
in very very aggressively for the weekly
1070 and the 1100s. Again, I think it
needs maybe a day or so of rest, but
this thing looks really really good.
PLTR, they were pounding, right? They
were pounding today all morning, folks.
The 185s non-stop. We talked about PLTR
over the weekend video. PLTR looks like
it has a date with the recent August 28
highs of 188, but again, 185s were
pounded very very aggressively.
Obviously, the catalyst for today Meta,
right? Meta again, massive massive move.
The September 30 800 calls we saw and
the November 15 900 calls came in very
very aggressively. So, I can imagine if
these stocks can actually get to these
measured potentials where they're
betting, what kind of rally we're going
to have towards the end of the year.
It's very very impressive. And last but
not least, Nvidia, we talked about this
over the weekend update. Got back above
the 10-day moving average. The notable
buyer that came in for
the 3,000 times, right? 3,000 times for
the weekly 230 calls. Tomorrow should be
an interesting day. Day, we have our
game plan. Guys, if you are interested
in pivots and you've been following
along for years, all you got to do is
spend 30 days, see if it's a right fit
for you and I think you will be very
pleasantly surprised. Guys, have a great
night everybody. Hope everybody did
well. Massive moves today in the
markets. Again, you have to just look at
the market on face value. One day one
news is good, the next day the same news
is bad and vice versa. You got to just
take it one day at a time and price
action on what you have, not what you
want. Guys, God bless everybody. Hope
everybody is doing well. I'll see you
tomorrow. Take care.
