MASSIVE $550 WW GROCERY HAUL FROM WALMART & COSTCO - WEIGHT WATCHERS POINTS INCLUDED!
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
In this video, the creator shares her monthly grocery haul from both Costco and Walmart, driven by a need to restock household essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry pods after several months of limited shopping trips. Before heading to Costco, she made a quick stop at Duncan Drive-Thru for sugar-free refreshers while promoting Purity Health supplements, specifically highlighting their new nano glutathione formula which is rich in Vitamin C. She explains that this antioxidant helps reduce inflammation, support weight loss, and improve mood, noting that her husband also takes it to manage his own inflammatory issues. The creator emphasizes the ease of use for these sublingual supplements, which are quickly absorbed by the body, before moving on to showcase her extensive Costco purchases.
The Costco haul focuses heavily on value deals and items on sale, totaling $409. Key picks included Purdue chicken nuggets as a healthier alternative to previous brands, Downy scent boosters, and Aveeno lotion for hydration. For meal planning, she stocked up on quick-and-easy options like Rana lasagna, pepperoni and cheese for homemade pizzas, Annie's biscuits, and various pasta salads to save time during her busy season. She also grabbed seasonal items such as Troy's favorite Head and Shoulders shampoo, probiotics at a significant discount compared to Amazon prices, and large packs of Kirkland laundry pods that offer better value than Tide. Other notable finds included big blocks of cheddar cheese, veggie trays, animal crackers, and M&M's, all selected to provide convenient snacks and ingredients for upcoming meals.
After leaving Costco, the creator visited Walmart to pick up specific items needed for the week, including zero-calorie iced tea, milk, frozen ravioli for a lasagna dinner, and various cheeses and meats for meal prep. Her shopping list at Walmart was tailored to create quick solutions for her husband, Troy, who works long hours, featuring breakfast pizzas, Italian subs, bacon, eggs, and pre-made snack packs containing apples, cheese, and pretzels. She also purchased fresh produce like avocados, bananas, grapes, and watermelon, along with pantry staples such as cinnamon, bagels, and organic eggs. The video concludes with a preview of her weekly menu, which includes ravioli lasagna for dinner, bright bagel breakfast sliders for meal prep, lettuce wraps for lunch, and a Waldorf or pistachio fluff salad for dessert, demonstrating how these groceries support her goal of maintaining a healthy lifestyle while managing a hectic schedule.

Well, happy Saturday. When's the last
time you actually saw my face for a
grocery haul? I thought since I was on
my way to Costco, it is time for my
monthly stock up at Costco, overdue
actually. We're almost out of our
household things like toilet paper,
paper towels, laundry pods, all the
things. So, it is definitely time to
make the Costco run. And I decided if I
was going to go to Costco, I was going
to stop at Duncan because they have some
really good sugar-free refreshers for
summer. So, I'm on in the Duncan
drive-thru and it reminded me because I
brought this with me that it has been a
minute since I talked about Purity
Health. Yes, I still take Purity Health
supplements every single day. And one I
have been really focused on this summer
and this season of my life that is
extremely busy is the nano glutathione.
What's really exciting is there is a new
flavor to the glutathione and there is
more vitamin C. Nano glutathione is an
amazing antioxidant. It helps boost and
support a positive mood, promotes weight
loss, reduces inflammation. My husband
takes this as well because he does
suffer from quite a bit of inflammation.
It eliminates toxins in our body. And
Purity Health's nano glutathione is a
pure dose, which is the most easily
absorbed by the body. This is very
simple to take, tastes delicious. All
you're going to do is put five pumps on
your tongue.
That is it. Now, our body naturally
produces nano glutathione, but not
enough. And an absence of glutathione in
the body actually makes us age faster
and nobody wants that. I take quite a
few of the Purity Health supplements.
They are the purest, most easily
absorbed supplement out there because it
goes directly onto your tongue which is
quickly absorbed into your body. I will
link Nano glutathione down below for
you. Definitely check out the other
supplements that Purity Health has, but
now we've got our glutathione for the
day. So let's grab our drink at Duncan
and head to Costco. So here is my Costco
stock up haul. I think it's been
three or four months since I've been to
Costco. I did do a Sam's Club run, but
we needed quite a bit. My total was
$409.
So let me show you everything that I
picked up. Of course, paper towels. That
was one thing we were running really low
on. I did get these Purdue chicken
nuggets instead of the Real Good. I've
noticed that they've had kind of a weird
taste and even some of the chicken is
kind of stringy. So I'm going to try
this Purdue instead. I love putting this
on salads. It's a quick easy meal. I did
get two of the Downy Ultimate Infusions
scent booster. These were on sale for
$10.99. Actually, a lot of what I got
was on sale. I picked up this big pack
of little baby romaine lettuce. We use
it on sandwiches and I also need it for
my meal prep. Aveeno lotion for Troy and
myself. This is a really good hydrating
lotion. It was on coupon for $14.99.
And then of course, Palmer gets
something. I got these chicken and apple
sausage bites. I actually don't know how
much these were. There was not a price,
but I have had these before and Palmer
really liked them. So I grabbed those.
This Rana beef and short rib lasagna.
I'm looking for just quick and easy
meals for us that take no time at all
since we're so busy. So I did get quite
a few of those types of things. This was
on coupon. I want to say for $12, $11.
So that'll be a great meal for us. I got
some pepperoni because we love pepperoni
meat and cheese. You You that we make
homemade pizzas, doctor up our frozen
pizzas. Both of these bags was $10.99
and you pay over $5 for a tiny bag at
the grocery store. So, that was a killer
deal. I got these or Annie's organic
flaky biscuits. The guy at the checkout
said these are the best biscuits and
again this is a quick and easy side. So,
if we did say the chicken, we could have
the biscuits on the side or if we did a
burger or a steak, we could do the
biscuit. So, there's three cans in there
and it was $3.99 or $9.99 which is a
really good deal. I thought again quick
easy meal for us chicken is included and
that was on sale I believe for $11.99.
I did get two of Troy's favorite pasta
salad. They were $5.50 off. That's a
really good deal. That made it under
$10. I couldn't even make it for that.
So, two of those for Troy it is seasonal
so I wanted to grab it before it was
gone.
I did get a another of Troy's Head and
Shoulders shampoo. I he was running
pretty low the last time I checked so I
picked that up and then I got myself
some probiotics. I take a probiotic
every single morning and these were only
$19.99 and I've been paying between 20
and 30 on Amazon. So, I'm going to try
those. They're a women's probiotic. I
got mandarin oranges for Troy because
they didn't have any at Walmart. This is
one of our favorite breads the Dave's
Killer Bread White Done Right. I just
threw the other loaf in the freezer in
the garage and that way we've got a good
bread on hand. Back here another staple
toilet paper so we needed to restock on
that. And then this time I decided to
get the big mama of the Saran Wrap
because it will actually fit in my
cupboard and this will probably last us
5 years. So, I grabbed that it was
honestly a better deal than the
individual rolls. And then I got these
animal crackers. I love an animal
cracker. They were on sale for $7.99 so
I picked those up. Got another pack of
my makeup remover wipes. These were on
sale for $10.99 so that is a really good
deal. Grass-fed beef sticks for Troy. He
really liked these last time I got them
and he can take them as a quick snack. I
got a big block of sharp cheddar cheese.
This was only $5. That's a really good
deal. And again, we love a meat, cheese,
and cracker. I got a veggie tray because
this one is the best and it's only
$9.99, which I think at Walmart it was
$13, not even as good. So, really
excited for that. I got M&M's because
they sound good and when I was at my
friend Shannon's for my boot camp girls'
night, she had them and we were munching
on them. I was like, "Next time I go to
Costco." So, I picked those up. Some
strawberry jam because we are almost out
and we've been doing some peanut butter
and jelly. I did get a couple jars of
marinara. I need that for a few recipes
this week. And then I got a two-pack of
the squeezy Best Food mayo. This was
only $9, which is not bad. I mean,
that's a lot for mayonnaise, but you
know, what? A little container is $6
these days. So, I grabbed two of the
squeezy tubes. I got some Wheat Thins
for meat, cheese, and crackers, one of
my favorites. And then Premier Protein
shakes are on sale right now for $23.99.
So, [snorts] I got a vanilla four-pack
of toilet bowl cleaner. If you know, you
know. And then I also got a big pack of
the Kirkland
laundry pods. These are on sale for $15.
Really, really good deal. And honestly,
they work just as good as Tide and
they're a much better price, almost half
with the coupon. So, that is everything
that I picked up this week from Costco.
Here is my grocery haul for the week.
This week I shopped at Walmart because
Troy was out of his zero calorie iced
tea and my Fry's store literally has
like 1 gallon. So, Walmart it was for
the week. What you don't see is some
additional gallons of the zero sugar
tea. I got six total.
I picked up 2 gallons of 1% milk for
Troy for the week. Frozen cheese
ravioli. This is for a dinner recipe.
After the grocery haul, you will see
what's on my menus for dinner and for
meal prep. So, big bag of frozen
ravioli, little mini marshmallows for
meal prep, cream cheese for meal prep. I
have heard really good things about the
Walmart brand of pizza
and I thought I would grab these and we
could try these for a dinner one night.
I got the three meat and the Hawaiian
style. Like I said, I've heard really,
really good things about it and I've
never tried it. I also picked up some
strawberry ice cream bars. The
butterscotch ones were so good. They're
only a little over 100 calories a piece.
So, a perfect little sweet treat. Here
is the zero calorie tea. I also got some
chopped pecans. Everything I picked up
ingredient-wise is either for my dinners
this next week or my meal prep. And then
I got some crushed pineapple. I saw
these and I am working the rest of the
week, the weekend and I thought this
would be great for Troy. He could just
throw this in the oven. Quick and
simple. This is an Italian slider. So,
you just put the butter on it and throw
it in the oven. So, that'll be really
good for him.
>> [snorts]
>> I also got some whipped topping and some
zero sugar pistachio pudding.
I love a chocolate covered peanut. Had
to grab these. I'm excited to try those
out. And then got these little teeny
baby mini cookies for the week. Again,
just an easy, quick, sweet treat dessert
on hand. I love this cheese tray and
Walmart is the best price. It's under $5
for cheese and crackers, for sandwiches.
Love it. I love me some pepper jack,
Swiss, Colby and cheddar. So, this is a
really good deal. I also got this
breakfast pizza. We've had this before.
I thought that again, Troy could throw
this in the oven. It would be a quick,
easy meal for him. It's honestly pretty
good. It has a gravy crust, egg,
sausage, cheese. Really good and it was
$6.56.
I also was completely out of cinnamon.
So, I grabbed some cinnamon, little mini
bagels, of course, for my meal prep.
Grab some eggs. These were on not sale,
but a reduced price. $6 for 18 organic
eggs is pretty good deal. So, I grabbed
those. I think I have two eggs left in
my fridge. And then, of course, you
know, we get lots of cheese every week.
So, I got some sliced extra sharp
cheddar for sandwiches and then Colby
Jack for sandwiches and mozzarella
cheese for a dinner recipe. I grabbed
these bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits
for Troy. Again, I'm trying to make life
easy. If I work a lot, and so, if you
missed my update yesterday for my
weigh-in video, definitely watch that.
It explains a little bit more. And these
types of things are just quick and
simple for him. Some reduced fat cottage
ricotta cottage No, ricotta cheese. And
then, I also got this sub this Italian
sub again for Troy. Perfect, easy. He
can have that for lunch. I got turkey
breast. This is for a recipe. Of course,
my snack packs. If you know, you know.
These are the apples, cheese, pretzels.
Absolutely love them. They are the
perfect snack. Great for me to reach for
if I just need something quick and
simple. And then, I got the big family
pack of fully cooked bacon because I
need bacon for two separate recipes this
week. And for produce, I got avocados,
bananas, grapes were only $1.97 a pound.
And these are the really good firm
crispy grapes, my favorite. And then, of
course, a watermelon for the week. So,
that is everything that I picked up at
Walmart. So, here's what's on my menu
for the week. So, for dinner, I am
making a ravioli lasagna. That's why I
picked up the frozen ravioli. And then,
for meal prep on Monday, I'm making
bright bagel breakfast sliders. Say that
10 times fast. I'm excited for that.
Lettuce wraps for lunch, also excited.
And then, for dessert, I'm making a
Waldorf salad or a pistachio fluff
salad. This is one of my favorite things
with the mini marshmallows, nuts,
pineapple. Cannot wait for all three
recipes on Tuesday.
