Video summary
The video documents a comprehensive walking tour of Maafushi Island in the Maldives, guiding viewers from the northern tip down to the southern end via Bikini Beach and Main Street. The journey begins at a colorful public park featuring traditional net swings and chairs, offering a relaxing spot away from the crowds typically found at Bikini Beach. As the hosts traverse the island, they highlight the pleasant weather conditions during the rainy season, noting that visitors can enjoy significantly lower costs for accommodation and food compared to the peak dry season. The walk showcases the transition from public beach areas designated for swimwear to the more commercialized hotel zones, illustrating the island's layout where the main thoroughfare is entirely made of sand without paved roads or sidewalks.
Continuing southward, the tour reveals a vibrant local economy filled with shops, restaurants, and construction sites for new hotels, while also pointing out essential community infrastructure such as the Maafushi Hospital, fire station, police station, and government secretariat. A notable highlight of this section is the presence of a Mini Zoo and various fashion boutiques, alongside the unique sight of Magnum ice cream being widely available. The hosts emphasize the stress-free lifestyle in the Maldives, observing locals going about their daily routines with ease, though they also note the intense heat that requires sun protection. They navigate through narrow streets lined with residential houses and guesthouses, eventually reaching the central area where major services like banks and pharmacies are clustered together.
The final leg of the journey leads to the southern tip of the island, dominated by the imposing Maafushi Prison. The hosts approach the facility, noting its high walls, guard towers, and the quiet atmosphere surrounding it, before attempting to film inside but being politely denied access by the guards. Beyond the prison, they spot a boatyard where locals are repairing or building boats, further illustrating the island's maritime culture. Despite the heat making the walk tiring, the tour concludes with a heartwarming encounter with a stray cat that had been waiting for food near the police station. After some playful interaction, the cat eventually accepts a treat, providing a sweet ending to their exploration of this diverse and functional atoll community.

So, hi everyone. Today we are here on
Maafushi Island and actually today is
our second day, right?
And today guys we are going to show you
the whole Maafushi from north to south.
So, this is the north side of the
Maafushi Island and in front of us guys
is the big park.
>> It's a nice park here.
>> So, it's very colorful because look at
that there is like crayons, you know,
and there are swings and slides.
>> That section is for kids. I think
probably adults too, but kids can play.
And then here
we saw some like you know nice
chairs.
>> chairs
>> The traditional chairs I think Joali.
The traditional chairs and then
traditional swings.
>> And it's made of net.
Yeah, made of net.
>> Sit and relax.
>> to sit to show?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay, you sit. I will video you.
>> Oh, okay.
>> Okay, so I will video Ahmed on sitting
on the traditional chair on
Maldives, okay? And they have the swing
there.
Okay, so
>> You try the swing.
>> You try I will try the swing.
>> Yeah, maybe try the swing just to see
how it feels.
>> Very relaxing.
>> Oh, look at that. Guys, look at that.
I can stay here hour after hour and do
nothing.
>> Oh, look at that.
I can I can sleep here, you know.
>> Yeah.
>> I can sleep here really. It's so
relaxing.
>> So relaxing.
So, this is the northern tip of the
island and I don't think many people
come here because people we don't see
this part crowded. Usually people are
crowding to the bikini beach. That's
where we are heading to. So,
there's like a empty sand space right
here.
And we're just going going to head over
to the bikini beach and from there we
will take the main street to cut through
the island from north to south. So,
you'll have a good idea of
what Maafushi looks like.
>> And I there's a parasailing there going
on.
>> So, you can see there's parasailing
there and there's a nice kind of rocked
uh
extension. You can go close to the
water.
>> And today is very good weather, you
know.
>> Ex- excellent weather. So, and it's a
kind of windy right now because we are
by the shore, but I think we Once you're
on the main street, the
wind is not going to be this kind of
like in a strong wind.
>> Yeah.
And good thing, you know, whenever uh
we're here
on Maldives, it doesn't rain.
>> Yeah, so
>> It's always good weather.
>> Yeah, so we
>> cloudy, but not rain.
>> So, we are traveling on the rainy
season, but it's still we are getting
good weather every day.
And because we are traveling on the low
season, we are paying much lesser for
everything, like, you know,
accommodation, food.
So, that's a tip about Maldives.
Come on the rainy season and you're
going to be paying a lot lesser
than coming in the dry season.
>> So, it's better to go to come
like this season.
>> Yeah.
Yeah, it's like, you know, May to
uh May to
October.
No, May to November
is rainy season
and December to April is dry season. So,
what happens, most tourists come during
the dry season and they pay a lot
higher.
>> Okay, yes.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah, there are some people taking
>> photo shooting. Yeah.
>> You can have a photo.
And this is a good spot, you know, to
show to take pictures like people are
kissing, you know, inside the heart
shape, right?
>> Yeah.
>> Like this. So, here is no bikini.
>> No, it means no bikini public space.
>> Okay.
>> But there is bikini.
>> Yeah, that is a designated area for the
bikini beach. Yeah, bikini beach.
>> Yeah.
And this this part is for the hotel.
This is not a public bikini beach. We
have to pass this, then we'll hit the
public bikini beach.
>> Yeah, and you'll see the guys the Kahani
hotel.
>> hotels?
>> It's like the this hotel is like a
luxurious hotel to me.
>> Yeah.
>> Looks like, right?
>> Yeah.
>> And in the daytime there are so many
people here.
But at night it is quiet because we came
here last night and
to try to show you guys, you know,
what it looks like at night, but it was
so quiet and all these chairs are gone.
They're already
put in one place.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay.
So, I think that's what they do here.
>> Yeah.
>> When it is daytime it is like this.
>> But
>> And at night is empty.
>> But it's still a kind of early. It's
like 10:40. So, if you come here like,
let's say, 3:00, 4:00, 5:00, this place
is like a lot of people.
>> Yeah, like now it's not a lot of people
here.
>> Right now it's not full yet
because I think it's too early.
>> Yeah,
I feel like, you know, I want also to do
this, but we are doing videos.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah, if you come here you really have
to enjoy sunbathing, right? Enjoy the
sun, especially if you are from other
cold countries.
>> Yeah.
>> Right? You have to enjoy this weather.
>> So, in Canada right now it's already
zero.
Uh I think it should be heading towards
negative very shortly.
>> Yeah.
>> But in Canada, if you're coming out, you
have to bundle up. You have to wear
thick jacket.
>> So, once we go back
in Toronto
uh next week, you know, we will be
surprised the cold the cold weather
>> the
>> we're sitting on.
>> Yeah.
So, this is the
public section of the Bikini Beach.
And
we're going to show you guys some parts.
So, there's another restaurant here.
I think that's another hotel.
Okay, we we can run along the beach.
Hello.
Oh, thank you. These are free, right?
>> No, they're free. You can buy something
here.
>> You have to buy a drink from which
hotel?
>> This shop.
>> This this shop? Then you can sit here.
Oh, okay. Oh, there's a cat here.
There's a nice cat here sitting.
And how about those?
How about those those white one? They
are free? Same thing. Oh, okay.
So, I see only a few people
on the beach.
Uh it's going to get crowded
a little bit later
because most people are still uh
you know, having their breakfast,
sleeping, or some of them probably
sleeping at home.
So, this is a good look
of the Bikini Beach.
And
there's an exit right here, which I'm
going to use.
And
I'm going to kind of
show you
right here from
this angle.
So, that's how it stretches. You can see
that it's not like, you know, very uh
long beach. It's a small portion, but
that's a Bikini Beach, and this is
on local
Maafushi Island, and this is the only
Bikini Beach on this island, and I think
on the southern tip
there's another beach, which is not a
Bikini Beach. And that's like a uh
no bikini beach.
But for bikini beach, this is the part
to come.
So, we're turning onto Harbor Street.
And walking lady should be
somewhere here.
Okay.
I don't see her
right here, and this is Kani Hotel.
So, let's keep walking.
And here
you'll find lots of like, you know, uh
tour shops, stores,
and
restaurants.
No alcohol is allowed, so if you see
bar, that means that those are
non-alcoholic uh
drinks.
So, we're going to turn
onto Main Street very shortly.
Uh because, you know, this is
it doesn't go that far. It's going to
end very soon there. But right now I'm
going to Oh, actually I see water
walking lady there.
So, she's coming here.
So, we'll just wait for her.
Huh? Yeah.
I was talking to the guy, the guy from
the hotel.
>> Okay.
>> So, he said that uh if you want to use
those like, you know, chairs and stuff,
you have to get back a drink.
>> Oh, and you have to buy a drink later?
>> Yes, you can just buy anything and just
sit there.
>> Okay.
>> But no no payment.
>> Okay. So, do you want to go
>> Maybe you
Maybe we'll convert transfer to uh Main
Street now, because we already showed
this before, and it's kind of similar,
and it ends right there. Not much.
>> So, we we are going to still uh go to
south side of the Mafushi Island, but
we're just trying to go to the middle
and walk to the south.
>> Yeah.
>> Because we covered already this right?
>> This side, yeah.
Yep.
This is a hotel street?
Or no?
>> Um I think it is.
>> I'm confused. Okay.
Maybe.
Yeah.
So guys, you can walk from east to west.
I'm guessing in 15 minutes. You can see
that the water is there. And behind
water, so one side
>> I think it's only 10 minutes.
>> Maybe 10 minutes if you walk faster. If
you walk slowly, I think 15 minutes. And
north to south, someone told me
like 40, 45 minutes. But today we are
doing the video, so you're going to have
a good idea.
>> Okay. So
the stores are now open.
Okay.
Look at that. It's now open.
>> Yep.
>> And I think when they are doing prayer
>> Yeah, yeah.
>> then they close it for a while.
>> They close everything.
>> And then they open again after the
>> Yeah. So there are like, you know, lots
of nice stores and shops there.
>> So let's go to the middle.
>> Let's go to the middle.
And then we're going to walk.
And then here's the restaurant here.
So today we have kind of a restaurant
in our mind to have lunch for.
And we'll try that later.
>> They have nice dresses
>> Yeah, they have a nice dresses at some
of the restaurants here.
>> Look, very nice.
>> Yeah.
No, this is not This is not the
main street.
I think we need to go further.
>> Yeah.
And then middle.
>> Yep.
>> Another
construction for sure.
>> Yeah.
>> But they are building so many hotels
here.
Okay, now we are going to turn here,
right?
>> Okay, let's turn and just I think if you
follow through it will you'll hit the
main street. I think should be somewhere
here.
>> This is kind of fancy store.
>> Yeah. And like you know, for
here, you can just like you know, wear
like those and have kind of have nice
photo shoots.
That is going to look like that.
And
we have been we've been there before.
>> So, now let's just try to head south
now.
>> Yeah.
>> Monastera fashion
>> Mons- Monastera fashion
Okay, so where is the
Is this the main street?
I don't think so.
>> I don't think there's really main
street, but we can just walk like a
street.
>> No, no, there is. The one we are walking
on yesterday. That's the main street.
>> That's the main street?
>> But maybe after the field, I see
something is blocking in the middle.
So, I think
once you pass, then it's like
>> Also, the main street is like the street
of the Triton but beach
>> No, no. That's a beach and that's Harbor
street.
I think main street is
in the middle, not to south.
The guy told us the name, but I think
it's difficult name, that's why we can't
remember now.
>> But their main street has no sidewalk
and like the
>> Oh, yeah, that's right. El Nido
>> El Nido has a main street and there are
side
>> Sidewalks, right, right. They have no
sidewalk. And also, they don't have a
They don't have like you know, paved
street. Everything is sand.
I think that's the main street.
>> All right, then.
>> I have a feeling.
And see we see a lot of like, you know,
Magnum ice cream here.
>> Magnum ice cream?
>> Yeah, everywhere there's Magnum ice
cream.
>> So, I think the Magnum ice cream here is
very famous.
>> Popular, yeah.
>> Yeah, popular.
This is a empty building. I think this
is not done yet.
>> Yeah, they do construction.
>> See, it's everywhere.
>> Okay, no, it's at some places not
blocked. I think kind of
>> just have to just, you know, avoid the
block. Turn right or turn left, you
know.
>> Yeah, I think you're going to reach it.
>> Oh, they're going for fishing.
>> Yeah, I saw someone going for fishing.
>> Can you imagine the good life here?
>> Yeah.
>> They have no stress.
>> Yep, no stress.
>> Everything is they they take everything
easy.
>> Yeah, that's true.
>> Right?
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, they're going to the
>> To to the port, yeah. I think after this
maybe you'll see the street we were on
yesterday.
I I I I smell cooking.
People are like, you know, cooking
stuff.
Whoa, what did it?
My hat fell.
Could it be that one?
Okay, I think we can turn there.
>> I'm thinking that is the harbor street,
you know.
>> No, that
>> Close to the dock.
>> Oh.
Mabuhay is cool right there.
On the other side.
>> Oh, the green the green
wall.
>> Yeah.
I think that's the one.
See there's stores there. Okay. Where we
can turn? After this?
>> After this part.
>> After this you can turn. Yeah.
And you know see these houses are nice,
although they may be hotels.
I think these are hotels.
Yeah, looks like it.
>> Green Vista
>> Green Vista, I saw the name.
Okay, this is motorcycle.
So there's no traffic light,
no
streets, all sand, no sidewalks.
>> No lamp post.
>> No lamp post. I think the main that is
street has lamp post, right?
>> Which one?
>> The Harbor Street.
>> Yeah, the it's not Harbor Street. Is it
Harbor Street?
>> At this Harbor Street by the ocean where
the all the sho-
>> yeah, it's Harbor Street, but I'm not
sure about the
>> lamp post.
>> our
our you know our street, the Triton
Beach.
>> Oh, that's just a small street. That's
not a main street.
>> Okay, so you said you want to turn
>> Yeah, let's let's turn
right here.
But another way you can see north and
south, there's a cell tower in the north
and there's another cell tower in the
south.
So that's another way to see where is
north and south.
>> But but you have to to think which tower
is north. That's confusing.
>> Yeah, yeah, that's confu- The Bikini
Beach
>> right?
>> Yeah, the Bikini Beach is on the north
side and there's another beach which is
no Bikini Beach on the south side.
And also uh
there's a kind of like a jail on the
south side.
So
I think isn't it? Yeah, I have a feeling
this is the one.
Oh, they have lights here. Look.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> Yeah.
Yeah, kind of.
>> Round around.
>> Yeah.
>> And the lights are
>> Yeah.
Very It can You know, you look at it the
people, the street and you can tell
right away it's very relaxing life.
>> Mhm.
>> Yeah, no stress. Oh, there's hospital
here. Look.
>> Oh, sorry.
>> This
>> this is
This is the Mafushi Hospital.
Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay, now let's Let me talk to the guy.
Come on.
Hello.
Is this 24-hour?
Not 24-hour?
How many hours?
Only 12 hours?
>> He He's not
>> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Okay. Bye.
So, we can we'll go back.
>> So, he's not sure if it is 24-hour.
>> No, I think it's 24-hour because
remember Gokulhas had 24-hour.
>> 24-hour, yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> But Digura, I don't think they have
Digura
>> Digura
>> hospital.
>> And look at the ambulance. We saw
ambulance on Mafushi, too.
>> Yeah, the same.
>> They come in similar Mafu- I not
Mafushi, sorry. Gokulhas.
Gokulhas had one ambulance, but I think
they have like couple of ambulances.
>> Yeah, but this look like the same one
on Gokulhas.
>> On Gokulhas, yeah.
>> The ambulance car.
>> Yeah.
>> All right.
There is a pharmacy there.
>> There's a pharmacy there.
And Secretariat of Maafushi Council. I
think this is a government building.
It's like a maybe the governor or the
mayor of Maafushi
who you know comes here
or his office is here.
And what is this? Rush?
Rush Tune. This could be another
restaurant.
>> Rush Tune.
>> Yeah, Rush Tune. Or maybe a boutique
store.
Or just like a small shop.
Yeah. Yeah.
>> Very nice building.
>> Yeah, and then another dress shop here.
Maybe this is a Maldives.
So Maafushi fire station is right here.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> Yeah. I want to see the
>> It's all all along one uh
>> One way street. Yeah.
>> Maafushi fire station.
>> I I want to see if you can see their
ambulance.
But you know, I mean their fire truck,
but it's covered.
Yeah. Let me see if you can actually go.
Okay, so I don't know if there's
anything there, but I was trying to
you know, higher
the camera to show if there's anything
there.
Uh fire
fire department, I don't think we saw
anything on Ukulhas island.
Yeah.
>> So they have everything here.
>> Yeah, they have everything here.
>> But where is the Coca-Cola company here?
I'm I'm very curious to
>> Coca-Cola company.
>> Is it here or Male?
>> Yeah, that part I'm kind of not sure
now. Is it here or Male?
>> What I want to see is
>> Yeah, that's right.
It could be in Male.
What is this?
>> I think this is a new
>> Shadow Palm Maldives.
This is another hotel.
>> Yeah, Shadow Park.
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, big hammock.
>> Oh, yeah. Look at that. That's That's a
nice hammock there, guys.
>> There's another bank ahead of us.
>> Oh, okay. Yeah, so which one?
You found another bank?
And I think the prison is right in front
of us.
>> What?
>> Yeah.
>> Where?
>> I look right ahead.
Looks like it.
>> Wow. Oh, wow.
Yeah, I think I can see the gate.
>> Yeah.
>> Prison, it says.
>> And these are nice residential houses or
could be like, you know,
hotel.
>> This is a nice Oh, this is not done yet.
>> This is they're doing it.
>> It looks like there's already
>> Already, yeah, occupied?
>> Occupied on the other floors.
>> Yeah.
We need a local.
>> Pardon?
>> We need a local, but I think I have a
feeling this is the main street because
see everything is here, right?
>> Yeah, looks like everything is here.
>> has to be the main street.
>> Imagine the hospital,
>> The hospital, the bank,
>> fire station,
>> Yeah.
>> and then the secretariat
>> Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, that's sure.
>> the BML Islamic
>> Yep.
And also the
>> Mini Zoo, look at that.
>> Also, they don't have any street signs.
>> Oh, yeah, they don't have a street
>> They don't have a street sign, so you
have to kind of
ask the local to know what's the name of
the street.
>> Looks like a big bank.
The
>> Oh, yeah, yeah.
>> bank is only small, right?
>> Yeah, yeah, this is like much bigger and
there are people there inside. And this
is
I see there's something there, maybe an
office or something. I see two flags.
So, we can check it out.
And this is like a social service
center.
>> Yeah, like social
service center here.
Mhm, Pushy Young Youth and Community
Center.
I know, this is a police. I saw the
police Yeah, yeah, police.
>> Oh, they're
>> Yeah.
>> 911.
>> Yeah.
>> To protect and serve.
>> Oh, they have 911? Wow, that's
surprising. I didn't I thought they
would have something else.
Instead police and gifted by China.
>> And police station.
>> police scooter here.
>> Really? Wow, very generous China.
>> Yeah.
>> Gifted by
>> No, China has very good condition terms
with
Maldives.
You know that bridge you see going to
Male?
>> Yeah.
>> Like that long that's made uh built by
China.
>> Maafushi police station.
>> Oh, yeah, that's the police station.
Yeah. Yeah.
>> Yeah, I think this is kind of main
street in
>> Yeah, yeah, it has to be.
>> Police station Maafushi
>> Yeah.
Yeah.
>> I mean the police station.
>> Yep.
And they're like in the smaller streets
here and there all over.
And
if you're under the tree it feels very
nice.
When you go under the sun it feels
>> Yeah, it's burning you. That's why we
are always trying to not Why you didn't
wear
>> What?
Oh, because that time it was not I
thought the sun was not going to come
out.
>> It's That's why I'm trying to wear
always long sleeves.
>> Yeah.
>> See, I'm wearing long sleeves.
>> Yeah.
>> Because I'm protecting my skin. I don't
want to get burned.
>> Yep.
>> Summer Villa guest house
>> Summer Villa so they say like you know
another guest house here. Experience the
local side of Maldives with us. So this
is like you know very nice to stay. I
think similar like we had in open house.
>> house
>> Oh, it's opening. Hold on. We got to see
the prison prison door. Prison door is
opening and there are like restaurants
here you can eat.
>> I don't think we can go inside.
>> No, no, no. You're going to get arrested
if you go inside.
>> I'm just saying.
>> Yeah.
>> We can just show the front.
>> But I don't see I don't see any prison
guard here.
>> Yeah.
>> I think there must be someone there.
>> Mint grocery
>> And this like mint grocery.
>> Kind of spicy
>> Just kind of grocery, yeah.
>> Like minty minty
>> So here it says Maafushi prison.
Uh
>> [clears throat]
>> sorry.
1998 to 20
>> guard there.
>> Yeah, that's true.
>> someone will open the door.
>> Yeah, I think so.
>> Oh, he opened the
>> guy. That's the guy.
>> It just opened by itself. It's like
everyone can just go inside.
>> You know, let me see if we can ask
someone if you can go inside.
>> He He left open the the door.
>> Door, yeah. I think
It's open.
I think I don't know how come the
prisoners try not to escape.
Everything is uh there's like Oh,
someone is here.
Okay, now we can we can ask her.
Okay. Let's let's ask her.
>> Are we allowed to go in?
>> No, we can we can knock on the door.
>> Okay.
I think we can just go.
Okay, come on.
I think I don't think we can video them.
>> Hello. Can we go in to video inside? No?
>> It's not allowed.
>> Not allowed. Okay. All right. Thank you.
All right.
All right, guys. So, we attempted and we
didn't video inside because, you know,
we lowered the camera.
>> Yeah, I lowered it. I know.
>> Yeah, me too. So.
>> But, look at this wall. It's like
marble.
>> Yeah.
>> You know?
>> Yeah.
>> Maafushi Prison Maldives Correctional
Service.
Oh, he's going back in.
>> I think he might be No, he's I think
he's turning.
So, let's uh go a little bit farther
there and that's where we can end the
video. So, I think we're on the southern
tip.
>> me just show a little bit more.
It's very quiet.
>> Very very quiet, yeah.
>> Very quiet prison.
>> Yeah, well.
>> Yeah.
Motorcycle.
>> Hello.
>> Yeah, but uh I think it's in a prison.
>> I think this is for the
>> Yeah, guards.
>> Guards.
>> Yeah, that's true. And you can see that
like, you know, the wall very high.
>> So, I think this is still the part of
the prison.
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, they're drying the pillow here.
Or they Or maybe I'm thinking they're
sitting on the pillow.
>> That could be, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, that's true. Okay, I think you
might want to walk on the in the shade.
It's kind of
Yeah.
How many minutes?
Uh
11.
So, very good time.
Yeah.
You know, it makes you tired. I think
the heat.
I feel like I'm getting tired.
Yeah.
I think they are very hard working.
Yeah, they're very hard working people.
Yeah.
I think it's still prison.
Yeah.
Person only, yeah.
I think they still like you know,
generator or something.
>> Yeah.
So, there's they're supposed to be a
beach here.
But, I don't know how you go. Okay,
maybe this way.
>> That way.
>> I think so. I don't know. What
>> is
water in that way.
>> I think either way you cannot go wrong.
>> But, let let's take a look at the other
There's like a tower there, no?
>> Yeah.
>> Like, you know, some police station.
>> Yep.
>> There, one is guarding there so to to
see to see
>> Yeah, yeah. If someone is
>> people, you know.
>> Yeah.
Yep.
I don't see any
Oh, man. That's beautiful.
They're making the boat. Yeah, they're
building a boat here.
That's very good for to show.
So, looks like guys, they're building a
boat here.
Looks like old. Old. Or maybe they're
fixing an old boat.
Yeah.
I don't see any beach here.
>> There there is some more over there.
>> Oh, okay.
Yeah, I see like a marina there, a dock.
>> So, I think if you go more farther,
that's the end of the south.
>> Yeah, I think
>> Wow, look at this, the prison. The
Maafushi prison is very long, very big.
Look at the tower over there.
>> Oh, right, right, right.
>> And over here, but it's a
>> Yeah.
>> uh behind the trees, you know?
>> Okay.
I don't think we have to go there. It's
too hot.
>> Yeah.
>> This guys is the south side of the
>> Southern tip of Maafushi.
>> uh Maafushi Island.
>> And there's supposed to be a beach
somewhere, but you know, we don't want
to like kind of walk now. It's we're
getting like, you know, burnt by the
sun.
>> And there's another tower here.
>> And this is the southern tower.
And we have northern tower right next to
our hotel.
>> Yeah, it's very it's just by our hotel,
you know? Tower. It's so close to us.
When you open the balcony door,
>> Yeah.
>> it's it's just right there. I was like,
"Ooh,
>> Yep.
>> big tower."
>> Yep.
>> Okay, so we will end up our video here,
guys.
>> All right.
>> So, thank you for watching, and we will
see you in the next one.
>> All right. Bye for now.
Hey guys, so we saw a cat there. uh and
he was asking for food.
He or she. And this is the local island
of Maafushi. So, what what happened? I
went inside the store and bought some
milk cookies because I know that cat
loves milk. And we're going to see that
if we find the cat again
or if he or she is still there. So, it's
a in front of that police car.
>> Okay.
>> So, let's see if it's still there. That
means he got lucky, and we're going to
give him
some food.
But if he left, then we'll look for
other cats to give food.
Oh, the taxi in Maafushi.
First time I'm seeing it.
>> So, that is the real taxi.
>> That's the taxi in Malaysia.
>> Oh, I think isn't that Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's a
>> Is there someone there?
>> Yeah, there is that
>> There's something there, right?
>> Yeah.
I think that's the cat there.
>> No, I think it's leaves.
>> leaf.
>> Maybe he left. Oh, no, I feel bad he
left.
>> Okay, so what are we going to
>> Oh, he left.
Come on.
>> Maybe here. Maybe the other one.
>> Oh,
no, that's not the one that's asking me
for food.
>> There, it's there.
>> It's one, but there's another one.
>> Come, come, come, come, come. See, he
knows.
>> Oh my god, he knows.
>> Oh my god, he knows already.
>> But this is not the one.
>> It's okay. You can give him the food.
>> Okay.
>> [laughter]
>> Okay, so for now we're going to give you
one cookie first and see what you do.
Oh, you should have stayed up.
Why you come down?
Okay, so that means
Wow, can you imagine? He knows. Look,
look.
>> Yeah, he knows you you're giving him.
>> Oh, why he doesn't eat?
>> You want one?
>> He doesn't like cookie? No, he likes.
>> Maybe it's just him.
>> Yeah.
Remember this happened to us before.
>> Yeah.
>> We gave a dog food and that dog didn't
eat. I don't know which country it was.
>> I think he will eat it later.
>> Maybe he will eat. He's just like that,
shy maybe.
All right, so we're going to give him
the food
for now
and
hopefully he'll be okay. Yeah. All
right.
So guys, we we lost our cat.
>> Maybe give another one.
>> No, no, no, it's wasting my You know,
you don't know if he's going to eat or
not.
Yeah.
But the other one was a baby cat.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah, that one was a baby cat.
>> The baby's there. I can see it.
>> Where?
>> Here, the baby cat.
>> Maybe this one.
Here.
Come here, come here, come here.
We got food. Come on.
>> It's all garbage.
>> He's trying to find food.
>> Okay. No, I think he's not interested
coming here.
Come here.
Yeah. Hey.
Here.
Okay. Here. Here.
He saw. He saw.
But, I don't know if he's going to
Now, he's eating. I don't understand why
he didn't eat that one.
And he's eating this one.
Okay. But, you know, for now, let's go.
