Video summary

In this episode of Jaspies, host Joe leads a six-box case break featuring the 2026 Prizm Baseball Hobby set, specifically focusing on the second half of the case known as "Pick Your Team 10." The video begins with Joe explaining the rules for handling players who are not currently on Major League Baseball teams or those still in college uniforms; these cards will be randomized into a separate non-MLB lot. Throughout the break, various collectors named Kurt, Brian, DM Otani, and others actively participate by selecting their preferred MLB teams to claim specific cards as they are revealed. The atmosphere is lively, with Joe frequently engaging with the chat, joking about TV shows like South Park and *The Simpsons*, and managing the flow of the break while ensuring all significant autographs and special inserts are correctly assigned to their respective owners. As the boxes open, several high-value hits emerge, including multiple one-of-one gold vinyl autographs for Trevor Hoffman and D'Angelo Ortiz, which generate excitement among the participants. Notable cards pulled include a Denzair Guzman autograph, a Chase Delort signature, and various rookie autos like Justin Crawford and Zach Root. The break also features unique inserts such as the "Catfish Hunter" card and snakeskin parallels, adding variety to the haul. Joe takes time to clarify details about specific players, such as distinguishing between the Ortiz brothers and confirming that drafted college players will be assigned to their new major league teams rather than remaining in the randomizer pool. The group successfully clears most of the standard team assignments, leaving only a few spots for the final non-MLB randomization. The climax of the video involves two main events: the resolution of the non-MLB team randomizer and a giveaway for an entire Prizm Baseball box. After tallying the remaining teams in the non-MLB pool, the Cardinals are declared the winners of that specific spot, securing cards for Kurt Murray. Subsequently, Joe conducts a no-purchase-necessary draw to determine the winner of the full case giveaway, randomizing numbers from one to thirty-one. The lucky number twenty-one is drawn, awarding the sealed Prizm box to Kurt and the Philadelphia Phillies. The video concludes with a recap of the best pulls from the night, highlighting the gold vinyls, rare parallels, and other premium cards obtained during the break, before Joe thanks his viewers and promises future content.

Hi everybody, Joe here for Jaspies coming at you with a sixbox break of 2026. Prison baseball sixbox second half of the case pick your team 10. Big thanks to this group right here for making it happen. Kurt going big on some teams. Thanks to him. Thanks everybody for getting going >> here on a Monday, >> September 7th. And remember, I marked all of these number 10, so you know they're from the same case. And at the end of the break from a different case here, we're going to give away a box of Prism Baseball. Good luck everybody. Thank you for the fill. Red's Dodgers on in the background. I think the Dodgers were gifted a couple runs on Reds some Reds errors. So they're up 2-1 but top of the sixth. Reds have runners on first and third. Just one out. Double play with United States. There are some players in here that are not on a Major League Baseball team. So those will be randomized as one lot. And I think there are a couple players who are uh still in their college uniforms, but they are drafted by their respective teams. So So those will go to their major league teams. >> Top of the six, runners on first and third for the Reds. One out and Ellie Dela Cruz on the mound. All right, box number one. Good luck, everybody. There's Chase Delotter, Red Wave, which are not numbered, revealing a Denzair Guzman autograph. Sensational signatures for the Halos. That's going to go to Kurt Mr. and the Angels. Here's orange Adam way to 249. >> That's for St. Louis. That's going to go to Kurt Myrr. So these numbered cards I'm not going to sleeve. We're going to we're going to do that later just in the interest of time so we can get through this break a little bit more quickly and then work on some other breaks after this. All right. So, we got a couple uh we got Terry with a basketball team off the board number 15. Brian picking up some teams in the next prism here. >> So, yeah, another prison baseball is loaded up. Here's Jose Bryeno to 199 for Detroit. That's for Kurt Murray. Ching Shen Co to 49. That's for DM Otani and the Dodgers. And that basketball break is in single digits if we want to get that done. Tops Chrome Black Basketball, which should be a fairly easy one to do because we just need to move some teams that are like 30 bucks and under, and then the two big teams we can always put into a serial number. Here's uh David Ortiz Jr. to 15 for the Rangers. >> I don't know why they have it at red. They usually have them at blue. Oh, look at that. EMTT Sheen getting out. Getting a huge strike out on Ellie Dela Cruz. So that'll go to the Rangers. That's going to go to Palm and Larusa will go to Double Inc. and the A's. >> Cole Emerson. Whoa, look at this. Look at this. We've got a D'Angelo Ortiz. Red Sox gold vinyl autograph. That's Kurt Mo and the Boston Red Sox. There you go, Kurt. All aboard the Big Hit Express. That is nice. One of one. Let's go. Yeah. What a night for Kurt. I'm glad you kept going, too. Too many people go on a hot streak and then they just stop. >> All right. Nolan Schoart 299. Cleveland. This is for you. Kurt with the Guardians. Andrew Painter to 125. That's for Kurt and the Phillies. Get a stack of cards. Kurt. Yeah, that's the one of one graphic, Rex. I see South Park won an Emmy. Is Is that their first one? Haven't they won Emmys before 199 Jim Edmonds? >> I don't know when the last time I've watched South Park. >> Chip off the old block. Chipper Jones to 149. That'll be for Kurt Murr and Paul Skins Pirates. That's Jags Sports Breaks. >> Here you go, Jag. >> That's to 199. Pirates always seem to hit in this stuff. So go get the Pirates in the next one. >> Alex Lo ice to 99. >> Monae Davis. This will be part of the non- major league team randomizer. I'm going to set that aside over there. Here is Prismatic Thomas White to 199. Kurt Mr. Miami. >> Billy Wagner Orange to 249. >> Got a Kevin McGonagal base. That's for Detroit. That's also part of the non- major league team. Here's AJ Ewing to 175 for the Mets. That's for at Uh Stan Muse with a 35. That'll be for the Cardinals. That's going to go to Kurt. All right, box one done. Nice start with the gold vinyl auto. That reminds me. I got to look up which Ortiz son is the uh better of the two. I mean, they're both they're both in minor league organizations, so Which one's better? I don't know. They once say it's kind of still winning after all. So many shows just drop off after I guess. So, do they don't they don't shows just get cancelled? They They don't even make it that far. If you make it this long, probably because you're a good show, you're probably winning. I'll bet Simpsons are still winning Emmys. I think Curve Your Enthusiasm won Emmys many years into their years into their running. It's always honey. Probably still winning Emmys, but shows that last that long are probably winning Emmys because they last that long. Shows that drop off end up just being cancelled. No chance for Emy's. All right, Portland's off the board and pick your team 15. Pacers off the board and pick your team 15. Tops, chrome, black. >> Four teams left. Timberwolves, Magic 29, $21 respectively. And then if someone wants to risk taking the Mavs or Spurs, be my guest. But if they're not taken by the time I finish this break, then we'll turn them into some sort of serial number here. Michael Selena Padres. That's going to go to Brian Wendell of the Friars. Um, Dian, yay. No, we those teams are already um 30% off. The original price was 29. I can't take it down to 16. Can't do 50% off, >> but they're already 30% off, which is a great deal. Eduardo Tay to 149. Trevor Hoffman red for the Padres's 299. That'll be for Brian. There's Mark Houston for Minnesota to 125. That'll be for Kurt. I >> think Josh Gibson will also be part of the nonMLB team group. >> Tekashi Saitto to 249. Almost forgot about this guy. That goes to Dio Motani and the Dodgers. Kaylin Co Pepper to 25. That will be for >> for Kurt. >> Baltimore. Sorry, I missed your question. Baltimore, what was that? What is the 189 personal football box? I don't know. Um, there should be, if you're looking in our sealed wax section, you should be able to see the title of it. >> Should tell you what it's for. Here's Kevin Alvarez. Prospect signatures 85 out of 99. >> There you go. Thank you. Is it not Does it not say that? Why would Baltimore Sports ask that? Maybe we didn't title it correctly. >> Oh, it does. Yeah, it says personal 2026 Tops Football Hobby Box. That's flagship football 189 a spot. >> All right, there's Kevin Alvarez for Houston. Kurt Mr. There's Gil Hodgeges for the Mets. S to 199. That's for uh at Bledgeend. Here's Edward Carrero to 99. That's for the White Sox. Braden Adams. Maybe maybe there's a glitch in the app. Big Daddy. He just blanked out the title for some reason. Don't know. Kevin Alvarez 249. Color match. Houston Astros. Kurt Sean Gamble. It's a 299. That's for the Royals. That's for Roll Tide. Should be one more auto, right? >> And there it is. Nick Curts. That goes to double ink and the A's. >> Carlton Fisk to 125. Kurt and the Red Sox. >> Here's Catfish Hunter 119 out of 249 hunting that delicious catfish going to double ink. Paul SK red that's to 199 that is for Jag and the Pirates Merrick Houston for Minnesota 299 that's going to go to Kurt >> blue Ivon Rodriguez Pudge going to the Rangers that will be for Palm Don Manning lean to 75 Five. That will be for the Yankees. Chrissy B. Another box down. And another box to go. Good luck. This is pick your team 10. Pick your team 11 and 12 in the store right now. If you want to start working on that, number 11 will say fresh case in the title. So you know it's from a fresh case obviously and then number 12 is the other ones that doesn't say that because typically the even numbers are the second half of the case. Sometimes we go out of order but not all the time. All right. Onwards. All All right, another one here. Employee, is it a fresh case of baseballs? Yes, I think the three box baseball break is a fresh case. >> Paul Carer go orange to 249. Um, >> I can double check after this break, but I'm 99% sure because I remember wheeling in a case yesterday of those baseballs, but not opening it. I would love to do some autographed baseballs tonight, folks. Here's uh Kazuma Okamoto. >> Nice season for him. Toronto Blue Jays. That is Kurt Merr. and a blue McGonagal and a chase a lot to 125 for Cleveland. That's going to be for Kurt. The blue McGonagle will also go to Kurt. >> Here's Felix Hernandez. King Felix 199 for Seattle. That'll go to DM Otani. John Sloinski. Uh Johnny to 175 will be for Kurt >> and the Halos. Slate Caldwell reveals a Braden Taylor. I think has a really interesting autograph. >> That kind of like could be an alien language there. Some hieroglyphics. That's going to be uh Ali Pansa 725 and the Tampa Bay Rays or Slate Caldwell going to Sean Prince Fielder to 199. Prince is going to go to DM Otani and the Brewers. Austin Ramirez to 99. That's for Miami. That's for Kurt. We did the case hit was a color blast in the uh first half of this break. >> Color blast of chat. The collar blast was everyone remembers the collar blast. DM Otani in Seattle. Cal Ripken to 299. That's gone. Nice job, Tail. Kurt Mr. with the O's. >> Billy Carlson. That's to 14 uh 249. That'll be for the White Socks. That's for Braden. Paul Canerko also going to Braden. That's the 75. >> And there is Seth Hernandez to 25. Nice one for Jag and the Pirates. Grady Emerson to 175. >> Um, Grady Emerson, is he? Grady Emerson is drafted and he's going to go to the Rays. >> Uh, he's the second overall pick, by the way. All right, halfway through this uh three box break. Good luck everybody. All right, here we go. Next box, we've got George Brett flipped around for some reason. So, yeah, these NIL cards will also be part of the no MLB team pile. Adam Wayright going to St. Louis. That will be for Kurt. And Travis Bazanna, rookie autograph, Cleveland, this is for you. That's for Kurt Mr. Guardians. I have not in any dual autos in here. BK, not in any of the personals or the group breaks. >> Maybe we're do. Maybe one's lurking here somewhere. Cam Camoniti to 299. Kurt and the Braves. Bruce Sudter to 125. That'll be for Kurt and the Cardinals. Paul Moler, Red Wave, silver, Treya Savage going to Kurt and Toronto. Red Travis Bazana going to Kurt and the Guardians. Oh, nice. Mario, that's pretty cool. What was it? What was that number two? Alex Freeland to 199. Dodgers, that'll be for DM Otani. Silver Spencer Jones going to Chrissy B and the Yankees out of 10. Nice. And speaking of Trevor Hoffman, how about a one of one Trevor Hoffman? San Diego Padres's Brian Wendell 313. Congrats. All aboard the Big Hit Express. Woohoo. Those gold vinyls are nice. One of one. Trevor Hoffman gold vinyl. No biggie. One of one. No big deal. One of the best closers of all time. >> It's better than my one of one. Some like George for George Hoffman or George Foreman or something like that. >> Hey, don't disrespect. >> That's way better than >> George Hoffman Foreman. Hoffman. That's a >> There you go, Brian. >> Yeah, a little dragon mojo. Yeah, he was talking about it. We pulled it. >> Co to 299. That'll be for the Dodgers. Think he's been hitting pretty well with the Dodgers. DM Otani and the Miners crushing the ball. Taguchi to 75 for Kurt and the Cardinals. >> Johnny Bench to 175 for Cody and the Reds. Think we still have two autographs to go. I think behind Johnny Bench is Ryan Sloan, Seattle. That is going to be for DM Otani. 61 out of 199. >> Johnny Bench to 249 once again going to Cody. >> There's Aloy Baltimore to 175. Silver Trevor Hoffman. Johnny Bench. Purple. Randy Johnson. Orange wave. >> Okamoto. Red. Maybe this was the Was this the first auto of the box? >> Maybe that I didn't miss an auto, did I? Here's the Okamo 299. That's for Kurt. Johnny Bench was to 149. For Cody in the orange wave, Randy Johnson was to 49. Did I miss an autom? I think I did. >> Like someone would have said something in the chat if I missed an auto like, "Hey Joe, you miss an auto." >> Sometimes that happens. Some of these cards, by the way, are kind of weird. They've got a big crease in the back. Doesn't really show here. Although, you can tell now that it must be part of the manufacturing. Only felt that on a couple cards, though. Yeah, I guess we got short. Guess it happens. All right. Sorry about that, gang. >> Does happen on occasion. Was there an extra auto in a personal box over there? >> That's probably exactly what happened. Sparez was a home run. All right, second to last box. This is pick your team 10. Thanks everybody for getting in. We'll do a randomizer for the NIL non MLB spot. We'll do a giveaway of the prison box as well. There's Daryl Strawberry for the Mets. That's for at and the Mets. Here is Seth Hernandez. I'd be stunned if the Pirates haven't been picked up already in the next two uh prison breaks. Seem to have loaded this up with pirates. That goes to Jag. Michael Olivito to 249. That's going to be for Detroit. That's for Kurt. >> Ryan Howard, blue to 199. That'll be for the Phillies. Kurt Brandon Sprro to 125. Brewers DM Otani and Ken Griffy Jr. Seattle edition to 199. And that will be for DM Otani, the hunter of catfish. Catfish hunter to 149 Oakland. That's going to be for double ink. David Ortiz Jr. Another one. Rangers. That'll be for Palm. 18 out of 49. >> Oh no, we had D'Angelo or confusing the Ortiz kids. We had D'Angelo Ortiz earlier for Boston. >> Uh Rananiel Rodriguez to 299 for the Cardinals. Kurt with the cards. Ryan Walshman to 199. Okamoto to 99. Walshman goes to Shawn. And the Okamoto goes to Kurt. And there's our third auto. Braden Montgomery, Chicago White Sox. That'll be for Braden with Braden. There you go, Braden. Nolan Ryan Rangers to 175. That'll be for Palm. Jim Emmens color match with the Redbirds 299. Kurt and we got some orange. Johnny Carmelo DMO Tani with Seattle. That's a 249. Carson Benge to 75. Mets. That's for uh Legend. I'm trying to figure the name out. >> Alex stuck in load ice again to 175. That'll be for the ATL Kurt. >> All right. Final box coming up. Final three autos. Next case. Both halves are loaded up. Chance to win a Prism box there as well. And let's do the no purchase necessary spot for the box giveaway. >> So that will be considered spot 31. Most of you know how the randomizers work by now. Each team is assigned a number just alphabetically 1 through 30, right? Diamondbacks through nationals. So like the 15th team is the Marlins right in the middle. So the no purses necessary spot will be spot 31 for the NIL nonMLB spot. That's just the 38. It's not a giveaway. Now, the next break closest to filling is the top chrome black basketball break, which is down to four. If someone could grab the Timberwolves for 29 and the Magic for 21, we can put the other two big teams, the Mavs and the Spurs. Well, who knows? They might sell out straight up, but if not, we can uh think about putting those into some sort of serial number. Maybe a combined serial number. All right, Red Jim Palmer to 299. That'll be for the O's. Kurt, >> here is Justin Crawford. Rookie auto for the fight and fills. That's for Kurt Mr. Juan Gonzalez, orange at 249. A palm with the Rangers. There's Cam Canarella to 199 for Miami. That's for Kurt. Jeff Bagwell red to 99 for the Stros. Also for Kurt. Prismatic Bobby Wit Jr. to 199. That's going to be for Roll Tide and the Royals. We got Tyler Brener and Rock Kolski, Mike Krosowski. Uh that snakeskin parallel only falls one or two per case. This is your number one overall pick right here. White Socks, that's going to be for Braden. nice Tyler Brener to 149. That'll be the Angels. Kurt and Hagen Smith. White Socks auto for Braden. Here you go, Braden. >> Parks Harbor. It's >> 299 Giants. That's going to go to Kurt Mr. Dave Conpsion. That's going to be to 199. That's for the Reds. It's going to be Cody Martin. Kate Horton. Here's a who to 75 for Kurt. Oh, is that some gold right there? >> Come on. Give me some gold. Gold. Andrew Painter, nine out of 10, baby. Phillies, that's going to go to Kurt Mr. >> All right, Benny. Uh, 1B wins the no perches necessary spot. Oh, look at this. Zach Root. Four out of 18. Some sort of flower. Is that a cherry blossom? Looks nice. That's going to be for DM Otani and the Dodgers. I am Zach Root. Yeah, you're welcome, Benny. Thanks for entering. Thanks for following us. Hope to see you in a future break. So, you're going to be represented by spot 31 when we do that in a little bit. >> All right, Justin Gonzalez to 175 Boston. That is for Kurt. >> All right, we got Joe Mau red to 299. That is for Kurt in Minnesota. We got a Kevin McGonagal. 24 out of 25 fireworks mojo. That's going to go to Kurt and the Tigers. Got to build a Got to build a rainbow here, Kurt. You got some of the harder ones out of the way. Be a good looking rainbow. Might be your life's mission. And orange skins. to 249. Pirates Jag, we got Nari uh Canady to 35. That'll be part of that group over there. The nonMLB NIL, etc., etc. spot. Luis Hernandez to 175 going to San Francisco for Kurt. And that, my friends, is that nice break. All right. So, first let's see who's going to win. These are just some examples of the NIL nonMLB team. I think Josh Gibson for the Homestead Grays is is also included there, etc., etc., etc. So, let's all 30 teams have a chance at it. Winner take all. Gilo, what's going on, Gabe? >> And the winner is going to be the Cardinals. And that'll be Kurt Murr. There you go, Kurt. So, mark that down there. All right. And now you got a chance to win a Prism baseball box. So that's the giveaway within this break. So we're going to randomize numbers 1 through 31. Where's my Oh, there it is. 1 through 31. And again, as we've seen not too long ago in the first half of this case. So we're just going to go by by number. So one would be diamondbacks, two would be Braves, so on and so forth. And the no purchase necessary spot is number 31. All right, fingers crossed everybody. Good luck. This is for the box. We'll ship it to you sealed. Good luck. Good luck. Good luck. And the winner is going to be number 21. Number 21. And that is Kurt and the Philadelphia Phillies. Hell of a case for you there, Kurt. Congrats. We'll ship this box to you sealed. Thanks everybody for watching and for breaking with me. Here is the recap. The out of 10 painter was nice. Got some nice stuff out of this break.
