LOKWONDO'S DOJO - MILLION DOLLAZ WORTH OF GAME EPISODE 397
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
In this episode of Lokwondo's Dojo, the host introduces his unique martial arts philosophy centered on four core mentalities: motivation, elevation, dedication, and ejaculation. He explains that true mastery requires a state of total release where nothing can hold you back, emphasizing fluidity and looseness as essential traits for a warrior. The training environment is depicted as intense and unconventional, with students forced to remove their t-shirts and headbands to train in their natural state, reflecting the idea that one must be willing to be fully vulnerable and connected to the earth. The host also shares his legendary backstory, claiming thirteen black belts earned through real-life survival situations such as shootouts, carjacking defenses, and kidnappings, which he says symbolize his ability to overcome extreme danger repeatedly.
The instructional portion of the video features a series of exaggerated demonstrations designed to test the students' limits and mental fortitude. The host performs various break techniques, including the "banky break" and the "Russian pretzel," while also teaching self-defense moves for dark alleys and sleeping in jail cells. Students are subjected to physical challenges like board breaks on their heads and toes, as well as forced hand-holding exercises meant to build compassion and focus. Throughout these drills, the host maintains a strict and often abrasive demeanor, criticizing students who laugh or appear unprepared, while praising those who demonstrate resilience under pressure.
Despite the harsh treatment, the episode concludes with reflections from the students on their experience. One student admits that while his feet hurt and he was physically battered, he feels spiritually like a champion and ready to face future dangers in bars or jail. Another expresses regret over the roughness of the class but acknowledges learning valuable protection techniques. The host reiterates his status as a thirteen-time black belt who has defended himself against numerous attackers, inviting viewers to join his dojo to learn how to be both smart and dangerous. He ends by encouraging everyone to sign up using the provided link, reinforcing his message that true greatness comes from enduring unbearable journeys and mastering the art of self-protection in any situation.

Let me show you something.
Motivation, elevation, dedication,
ejaculation. You got to be released. And
they think, "How do we do all this
stuff?"
I'm going to show you something. You see
this?
Let me show you a quick move. Don't you
have a couple late to my class? Get over
there. Come to me like you're going to
like you're going to shoot me. I don't
have nothing. Please don't HURT ME.
You're done.
This is called the banky break.
I say to myself like this guy can be
dangerous and a lot of time.
This right here is called the Russian
pretzel.
This is Lwando Confessions. Back in the
day, I was in the gym. When I first met
the Gracies, uh, we was doing mixed
martial arts at the time, but uh, a lot
of people asked me, Lwando, how did you
get great?
I sparred with some of the greats. When
the Gracies was first in America, we
met. It was a gentleman in North Philly.
It was called Joe's Gym. Joe's Gym was a
boxing gym. But once I took the great
there, we laid some mats down and we
first really established mixed martial
arts at that time. I wasn't really
working on Lwando. But uh was a lot of
stuff going on at the time. The scene
was real, it was a real groovy scene,
but you know,
when I discovered Lo Quando, you know,
Miss Martial Arts was taking a time. It
was like I also established jail jitsu
when I was doing my time when I was on
my vacation. A lot of people see me
and they wonder
why I got 13 black belts. This is what
this symbolize.
13 times I've been a black belt. I've
been through danger 13 different times.
And you know rabbits taking a knife from
somebody,
stopping a car with my bare hands or
escaping
from kidnapping.
If you think about it, I done it. A lot
of people ask me, "How did I get 13
black belts?"
The story, I'm going to be truthful with
you. A lot of people call me 13. I was
in a shootout with 13 men one time. And
miraculously, I walked away. All their
guns was in the zoo ho. People say, "How
did this happen?"
There's a lot of tactics that I choose.
If you want to join my class, come to my
dojo. I'm going to be opening up a class

screen. Sign up. Come learno in jails
from a 13 time black belt.

world, they wanted me to start a dojo. I
did. I didn't start when I'm allowed
into my personal place. TKO dojo.
Everybody come to meet me here. This is
where I take my meetings. I train a
couple clients, but I open it up for
submissions and uh thousands of people
shined up. These are the guys I choose.

The journey that I went on was un
unbearable.
Everybody wanted to take something from
me and I defended myself. That's how
Jibson was born.
>> Sensei, you said something about
ejaculation.
What were you referring to?
>> You have to relieve yourself in order to
be truly one. In order to truly be a
sensei like me, shaking the dice is a
major part of martial arts. That's the
part nobody tell you about. It gets your
arm stretched long.
It gets you strong and it gets you ready
and it relieves all the demons out your
body.
>> So, you got to beat your dick to become
a 13 time black belt.
>> I don't I wouldn't say that. I think
you're saying that wrong. See, you want
to become a true dragon.
>> Y'all let the fire
>> this guy, you're not going to make it.
But if you want to become a two dragon,
that's that's a major part of the four
pillars of being a great 13 black belt.
>> I want to become a Drew Dragon.
>> Rough and sweet.
>> Yes, sir.
>> What do you want to get out of this
class?
>> I want to be the number one martial
artist.
in the world. Spell martial arts. Don't
even say nothing cuz you don't.
You got to be smart and you got to be
dangerous. Nothing about you see danger.
>> Everything about
>> kicking off a little [ __ ] like they
don't see danger. That's like
>> everything. Get in your stance. All
three of you show me your stance.
>> That's a stance. Do it again.
Do it again.
>> Jojo, kick my hand.
>> Kick my hand.
>> A little lower,
>> Rusty. Kick my hand.
Hot shot.
>> Yeah. Nothing. Kick my hand.
>> See, let me tell you something. I come
from a different generation than these
losers.
>> Stop that dumb [ __ ] Kick my hand.
>> You didn't do it.
>> You moved it, [ __ ] Let's
>> go, losers.
How do it feel being a loser?
>> You're losers. Come here. Waste my time.
>> Thousands of people signed up for this
class. I picked you three guys. You
think I should have picked y'all? Why?
There's thousands of people that's
trying to get in my class. People all
over the world. London, Africa, Jamaica,
Dominican Republic, Tokyo. That's trying
to get to this class. And I picked you
three losers.
Why I'm the only one in this class that
smell like onions? I told y'all don't
take a shower for a week before you come
here cuz you lose your strength.
>> Y'all smell like soap deodorant.
You smell like [ __ ] man.
This guy take that do- rag off in my
class.
Take that headband off.
Take your t-shirt off.
>> When I get a headband, Sensei, a what?
>> A headband.
>> I'll tell you a story about this. You're
not worthy of it here.
>> Sensei, where did you get the headband
from?
>> 1993.
I was at a speak easy with Karate Earl.
I was really doing security outside the
door cuz he knew they thought it was a
setup. He wanted to see if I was ready
for danger. As I'm standing in the car,
truck pull up. Chuck Norris get out.
We're in North Philly.
Chuck going there. Him and throw a
couple blue skins back. He come back
out. This fell out of his pocket. I
picked it up and said, "Chuck,
you're" He said, "That's for you." I had
it ever since.
>> So you burn.
>> Chuck gave it to me. Chuck Norris. He's
great. He know about me. He knew what I
was doing.
Now we're going to have none practice.
Don't move.
Work though. Show me what you got.
Give me the
never disrespected nut trucks. Now I'm
going to sleep you teach you guys a
major technique in jails.
Jitsu was established
sleeping
inside of jails.
It was a form for guys to protect theel.
So when you think about geojitsu,
it's mostly about protecting yourself
when you sleep. Everybody lay down like
they're sleeping.
As I look at everybody that's sleeping,
only one of you is doing it right.
Everybody sit up. Rough and Sweet stay
down. Jojo stay down.
As you can see,
Rough and Sweet is invited. Jojo is
invited. You can't protect yourself like
that.
What happened if somebody jump on you
and say, "Don't move."
Rough and Sweet.
move.
>> Oh, you're going to move, huh?
>> Jojo, the same thing with you.
>> I'm going to scream.
>> Tell me what you going to scream and and
act like it's happening and scream
whatever you want to scream.
>> Help. Help.
>> What you're going to scream, rough and
sweet,
>> get off me.
>> Help.
>> You guys don't have a clue.
Sit up right now.
Tell me about your story.
>> These guys,
when I see them at the bar, they always
pick on me and um I'm ready to defend
myself.
Act
like he's the he's the guy that's
picking on you. Go defend yourself.
>> You all right? [ __ ] you talking about,
[ __ ] [ __ ] you talking, [ __ ]
>> [ __ ] Stop.
>> [ __ ] you.
>> Yeah. Defend yourself, [ __ ] Defend
defend yourself, [ __ ] I killed you.
Hey,
you guys.
>> Hey, get the [ __ ] off me. Look at this.
Get the [ __ ] off me. Get the [ __ ] Get
the [ __ ] off me.
>> The [ __ ] me, [ __ ] [ __ ]
Now, I'm ready to prepare y'all for a
legendary move.
A lot of people say why I'm so great.
I'm going to show y'all and I want y'all
to be ready.
That move right there changed
everything.
That move set the pace for wars.
Unbelievable battles.
>> The R. Kelly twostep.
>> No, that wasn't R. Kelly twostep.
>> Yes, it was that
>> side to side.
>> No, that wasn't. Get that off your mind.
>> Where did you learn it from?
>> Karate Earl.
Let's

wasn't meant to be seen. You were
supposed to learn. You wasn't learning.

and deal with these people, I'll be well
prepared. So, my groin hurts, my foot
hurts, but in spirit, I feel like a
champion, and I'm going to strive to be
a black belt.
