Last Man In Tower | TEASER | Manoj Bajpayee, Divya Dutta, Boman Irani | REACTION!!
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
The video transcript begins with a humorous discussion about the naming of hurricanes in the Atlantic Ocean, noting that names are selected alphabetically and randomly. The hosts joke about a new storm named "Dolly" coinciding with the passing of Dolly Parton, leading to a playful exchange where one host claims she would only tolerate the hurricane during standard business hours. This lighthearted banter quickly transitions into the main topic: a teaser trailer for the upcoming film *Last Man in Tower*. The hosts express excitement about the project, highlighting its star-studded cast which includes Manoj Bajpayee, Divya Dutta, and Boman Irani, referring to it as a "double doy film" due to the presence of two major actors.
As they analyze the teaser, the conversation touches upon the film's release date of September 11th, sparking a serious yet comedic reflection on how Hollywood handles sensitive historical events like the terrorist attacks. The hosts joke about the irony of a movie titled *Last Man in Tower* coming out on that specific date and discuss whether it is appropriate to make such films without directly addressing the tragedy, referencing Ariana Grande's ex-boyfriend's father as an example of someone whose story might be relevant. Despite the heavy subject matter implied by the title and date, the hosts describe the visual tone of the teaser as mysterious and thriller-like rather than a direct depiction of the attacks, suggesting it may focus on character drama and tension within a community.
The discussion then shifts to the specific details visible in the short clip, including a brief mention of the University of Phoenix and some nonsensical dialogue involving pigeons and donkeys that serves as comedic filler. The hosts note that the film is based on a novel and praise the phenomenal acting talent involved, though they admit they cannot fully grasp the plot from just a teaser without subtitles or more context. They express a desire to see the full movie if it becomes available, acknowledging that the short clip is too brief to provide a complete understanding of the story. Ultimately, the video concludes with the hosts agreeing that while the premise sounds intriguing and the cast is impressive, they will have to rely on their audience's reactions and future releases to fully appreciate the film's depth and narrative.

There's a new tropical storm that
developed into a hurricane that's in the
Atlantic because we are in hurricane
season.
>> I do know about it.
>> And the names for the hurricanes are
alphabetized. They just go in
alphabetical order and they're randomly
selected. So if the last hurricane had
started with a let's say an M and they
called it Mary, the very next hurricane
would be or tropical storm would be an N
and it would be named maybe Nancy or Ned
or something like that. It just so
happens that this new hurricane that
developed right around the same time
that Dolly Parton passed away. It just
so happens that in the order of names,
this hurricane is called Dolly.
And Johnny didn't know about the naming
of the hurricanes in the Atlantic
because she, you know, that would be new
to her. And the moment I told her that,
she said, "You think that hurricane's
going to only hit from 9:00 to 5:00?
That's my girl.
