Video summary
The video features an artist expressing great satisfaction with a recently completed painting titled "KISS ME YOU FOOL," which measures 24 by 36 inches and is available for sale. The creator admits to feeling some initial nervousness about working on a solid blue background, as this was their first time attempting such a monochromatic approach using only shades of blue. Despite these early apprehensions, the final result has exceeded expectations, leading the artist to feel very happy with how the piece turned out so far and considering it ready for potential buyers who might be interested in acquiring it.
In terms of specific artistic choices, the painter notes that they may make minor adjustments by tightening up certain areas or darkening the eyes slightly before finalizing the work. The composition is described as resembling antique gold details set against a baby blue backdrop, creating an aesthetic the artist deeply admires. Additionally, some elements like the hair were added at the last minute using a different stylistic technique to enhance the overall look of the piece without disrupting the cohesive color scheme.
Looking ahead, the creator plans to continue exploring similar monotone projects but intends to experiment with new color palettes in future works. They specifically mention wanting to create a painting featuring light purple backgrounds with dark purple details and incorporating actual gold accents for contrast. This desire to expand their portfolio suggests that while they are pleased with the current blue-on-blue success, they aim to push creative boundaries by trying different hues like purple while maintaining their signature style of using limited color ranges effectively.

nice with that, too.
