Video summary

The video transcript centers on a heated confrontation between Wack 100 and Keefe D regarding the ongoing trial of former gang member Keith David. Prosecutors allege that Cash Jones, who posted bail for David, acted as a middleman seeking a television series about David's life in exchange for his financial assistance, rather than acting out of genuine support. A significant point of contention is Wack 100's alleged involvement with the defense team; while he claims to be an OG Piru and a character witness for Keefe D, the narrator expresses deep skepticism, suggesting that Wack 100 might actually be working against his own people or acting as a double agent. The narrator questions how someone who was previously denied bail due to perceived dishonesty regarding funding sources can now appear as a defense witness, especially given the serious allegations of gang affiliation and association with Tupac Shakur's murder that hang over the case. The discussion also delves into Wack 100's controversial past actions, specifically his pursuit of Future at an airport following a dispute over money owed to Big U. The narrator highlights the irony that while Wack 100 is being touted as a Piru and a key figure in the defense, he faces potential legal trouble for extortion related to the same incident that led to Big U's superseding indictment. The transcript reveals that Wack 100 allegedly orchestrated events to turn on Big U after becoming jealous of a contract deal, leading to the incarceration of several associates including Brick Baby and Loose Cannon. This history of betrayal fuels the current tension, as the narrator points out that Wack 100's name appears frequently in police reports and legal documents, yet he avoids being charged alongside his co-conspirators, raising questions about his true allegiance and relationship with law enforcement. Tensions escalate when the conversation shifts to a past phone call between Wack 100 and Keefe D, which ended with a veiled threat involving a "contract" and a demand to meet up. The narrator plays audio from this interaction where Wack 100 threatens to show Keefe D what his "bag" will do, implying violence or extortion. This incident is contrasted with the fact that they are supposedly from the same Compton set, yet their relationship has deteriorated into hostility over years of perceived disrespect and misunderstandings about each other's backgrounds. The narrator attempts to mediate, suggesting a sit-down facilitated by Charleston White, but Wack 100 remains defiant, citing his pride in being disrespectful and refusing to reconcile with Keefe D until after the trial concludes or they are released from any legal troubles. The video concludes with the narrator reflecting on the chaotic atmosphere of the recent court proceedings, noting that several figures like Mob James and Reggie appeared on the stand, with Mob James notably declaring he would not send anyone to jail despite his own involvement in criminal activities. The irony of these events is amplified by Wack 100's potential appearance as a defense witness, which the narrator views as highly suspicious given his history and alleged ties to the prosecution's side. Ultimately, the segment serves as an exposé on the complex web of alliances, betrayals, and legal maneuvers surrounding the trial, leaving viewers with a sense that the situation is far from resolved and that Wack 100's role in the case remains one of the most contentious and confusing aspects of the entire saga.

[music] ons. >> But when it came time for the state to question Jones on his motives for posting bail for the former gang member, prosecutors believe Jones to be a middleman, only agreeing to post the bail in exchange for a TV series about Davis's life. >> Um, all right. And so the other thing you say in the letter that you that Mr. Arnold provided to us is that the money is a gift and Mr. Davis is not obligated to repay. Is that right? >> That's correct. >> All right. Um are there do you have any um contract between you and Mr. Davis? >> No. Not as not as of yet. >> Okay. Do you have any financial agreement with Mr. Davis? >> Not as of yet. >> Do you have any financial agreement with his son? >> Uh no. No, I don't. Wow. Wow. Man, guys, make man. Listen, guys. Like and subscribe to Wack 100 is I guess in support of Kefi D. He's I I see him here uh with Kefi D. Um and it's all kind this Kefi D trial taking a hell of a swing, man. To have Wag 100 is is seen. I guess he's he knows Kefi D or he's a part of Kefi. I don't know, man. But OG, you there >> man? I'm right here, man. >> OG, how is how how is he with Keith D on this? How did that end up happening? Cuz this thing is blowing up. And how is how is Wack 100 with him? >> That's a great question. But we got boots on the ground out there in Vegas. Right. >> Right. Ain't he is he a py and this a Southside [ __ ] How how does that work? >> Let me say this. He ain't from Compton. And I he he wasn't at the >> [clears throat] >> uh Pyro uh baseball softball game in Pasadena Saturday. He wasn't he's nowhere around. He's up [laughter] there fronting and frothing uh on the podcast like he's somebody. But uh Rat 100 is not I get I just got a word yesterday. You know I told you Melvin Farmers out there. Hey Trey. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. him and him and Reggie them as uh Reggie and and Mob James. They are >> in Vegas. Yeah. Trial. >> Yeah. At the trial. >> I did I did word yesterday that uh uh Cash Jones will be a character witness for Keep D on this very thing that you talk about trying to bail him out. So they're KPD's witness. Now, how would a Pyro do a defense for Kefi D that killed Tupac and shot? >> So, he's basically supposed to be a like a character witness uh uh for Kefi D. And he did try to get him out of jail, right? He tried to get him out of jail, bunned him out, and that didn't go over well, but he was definitely on screen right here with him trying to bun him out, right? But then >> and the judge at that time said he felt that he wasn't honest and that he couldn't uh acquire where he got the money from. So he denied the bail. Now dude is turning around going to be a star witness for the defense on KPD's character is not being a gang member or associating himself in some kind of way. >> Wow. that 100 is a double agent and he's going in in this courtroom allegedly uh but I got it from good sources in Vegas that he is on a on the defense witness list. >> OG, now when you think about this, his name is in the Big U uh deal as well. We and we didn't talk about it, but the big you thing uh and and Future, right? Is like uh and I'm going to play a little bit of it cuz he was saying that he allegedly was was chasing somebody, but uh I don't know if he ended up but he didn't never get called in or question about it, but his name is coming up all over this thing and it just popped up a week or so ago. >> Come up in everything and don't get and he don't get indicted for nothing. It's It's very s He got everybody's paperwork. He knows everything. How do you get all of this if you're not working with the police? >> How did he end up Yeah, cuz he he definit was real close at the time, right? Hey, future old [music] broke some money. All right. Trick tricking Detroit. Me and Big U flight to Atlanta. We coming through LAX. We coming through the uh security putting our bag through the thing. Who we see on the other side? Future and the the girl that's with the back the football players. >> We see Future and Sierra. I said, "Bro, is that who I think it is?" He looked. I said, "Yeah." I said, "You take the jock out here." When we come when we come to the thing, I said, "Hey, homie, you got that money for trick?" He take off running. I'm chasing the dead homies through the Delta mother. If he runs into a [ __ ] terminal and he runs into the the thing, but it ain't hooked up to no plane. >> Wow. So he so him and Big you uh was together when the future thing I guess happened and he they they get into it. He said he says this on this deal but >> he said he said he chased him and on this case that that big Hugh got right now he just got a superseding indictment for extortion on future. So, how come you're not a co codefendant, a co- conspirator? If TPD can get locked up for Tupac, how come you can't get locked up for future rap 100? >> Wow. So, so because of the fact that his name being brought up, but Big U's locked up and you saying this is being brought up in within within Big U's case. In Big Hugh's case, he just he got a that's what that's what everybody's bringing up about what Rat 100 said two years ago because they just made a superseded indictment on Big Hugh about Future and everybody is bringing up now, well, wait a minute. Didn't Rat 100 say he chased him at the airport because he owed uh this guy some money by >> his own words, his own admission. Ain't that what got uh uh Keepy G locked up? Yeah. And and so that that Yeah. Yeah. And and that's the thing like if he's uh if him and Big U was running together and they was so they was tight. Um like he just said, they come they going through the airport together. They How did they even know each other? Again, if he's a Pyru and Big U on the other side, what how is how's these things happen? >> Straight on the other side. And he came in with Big Hu. uh through uh mutual mutual acquaintances uh I'm not obliged to say the name out of death row and he he went over there as a agent and got in with Big Hugh and when uh Nipy Hustle was supposed to meet with the city about gang intervention and uh Rack 100 told Big Hugh about the gang intervention and how they could squeeze Uh Nipy hustled out and when Nipy got killed uh got unal alived um Big Hugh got the contract and it when he got the $750,000 contract, Rat 100 was jealous and then that's when he started turning on Big Hugh and start him [clears throat] and Adam 12 worked on Big Hugh and got Big Hugh indicted. >> Damn. God doubt. And and and that's when Brick Baby and and the other boy uh what was the other boy name? >> You start bringing all of them in. >> What was the other guy? Big It was Big You. It was Brick Baby and and uh Loose Cannon and Yeah. All of them went to jail except for I don't >> He orchestrated all that. Let them talk about Big Hu. He was the mastermind behind He wasn't the mastermind, but he was one of him and uh Adam 12. And they got enough evidence on on Big Well, you Big You got it on itself, but they orchestrated with rap. Everybody that mess with rap 100 go to prison. Period. Damn. OG. This bring me back to a a pivotal moment and I think the people um you know when they hear like you came on my show years ago. Years ago I'm talking about and y'all you you basically had had words with Rap 100. You and Wack 100 had these words, right? And and >> I never had no words. >> It was a phone conversation. I got the damn thing. OG. >> Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Well, well, yeah, we >> and Reggie, right? You I got it's I'm going to play this. I'm telling you. And y'all y'all how explain to me how Let me play it first. I got to play this here cuz I'm going back now. I'm in my bag today. Let Hold on. Hold on. Let Let me Let me Let me Let me play this. Let me play it now. Hold on. >> What is she talking about? >> I'm a B number, [ __ ] >> So, a J number is a 94 number. >> A J number? I don't know nothing about I was in in ' 94. I was in Ironwood State Prison where you was in Chucka. >> I was a salad bag, [ __ ] >> Okay. So, what's the point, bro? Where we going to meet at? >> I don't know where I'm dead. >> Where Where we going to meet at, bro? >> No. Whatever you want to do, all you going to do is die, [ __ ] >> OKAY, THAT'S WHAT I'M I GUESS WHAT HAPPEN IF YOU DO? >> That's all you going TO DO IS DIE. >> OKAY, LET'S LET'S SEE. LET'S SEE. Where can we do this at? >> I tell you what. I tell you what. I'mma show you what this bag do. I'll holl at you. >> Okay. For sure. >> All right. So, OG, what is that all about? Like, this was years ago. You This This was years ago. Um >> years ago now. You like three of three years ago. You and this guy You and you and how many? >> Four years ago. >> Four years ago, you and Whack 100 have words over a phone convers. How do you guys even end up on the phone together? And have y'all ever seen each other? >> Yes, we I sent you pictures of when when uh game did the uh the video shoot with Drake. Uh he was there in some short pass and looking like a surfer and uh when uh Lil Rob and and uh game got into it, he ran off to the trailer talking about he was trying to protect his artist. And then uh me, him, and one of his other uh uh compadres that was his compadre and he turned on him and said he was a rapper from West Side. Uh he said he met me and I looked like I was from the church and I didn't throw up the I didn't know I didn't I I wasn't dealing with his little little bitty ass period. So he knows me very well and he gets on a podcast yesterday and say he don't know nothing about me or he don't know who this [ __ ] is. So he's in a habitual. >> So wait a minute. So So this comes up. You got He brings he brings your name up and you ain't been talking about him. But he brings your name up >> about him every time we come on. >> No, no, no. If it's something if it's something not not not pertaining to this what he talked about yesterday. You hadn't been talking about nothing with by with him. But at the end end of the day, uh my thing is y'all had this argument and he was he said he going to see what the bag going to do, right? Am I am I hearing this correctly? >> That's what he said. He's going to put a contract out. I said, "When when can we meet?" You know, you say you going to knock me out. When can we meet? He said, "I'mma show you what this bag going to do." So he a contract on me that didn't work. So, I'm stealing. >> Can you guys ever get past this? OG, I got to be the I could be a devil's advocate on this. I got to I got to try to go to the other side. Could y'all ever get past this? Could you and Wack 100 get past this? >> Yeah, we can get past it right after we get out the ER. >> What? [laughter] No, man. Cuz y'all both supposed to be from the same team. >> No, we not. Yeah. >> From Compton. >> He This This he ain't from Compton is what started all of this, right? You saying he ain't from Compton. >> This started the whole thing. >> That's what started the whole thing. >> So it ain't the fact cuz he says that you you you brought you bring his name up and that's what but but it started all behind a conversation with you and Adam 12. You Adam 22. Ain't that his name? uh [laughter] as a question turned around and brought Rat 100 on and and blamed it on the black boy that the black dude asked the question. He's the one asked me, "Did I know who Rack 100 was?" And I said, "No, he ain't from Compton." And he got butt hurt about that. And uh uh it been on from that for five years that he's been, you know, digging and digging. And one thing people don't understand now, he's doing all this uh proofreading. I got a transcript here of a police report that happened January the 29th. Okay. The day of SH Knight running over Terry Carter by by accident. And at the hospital, Officer Hernandez interviews a certain [snorts] s certain suspect uh a victim in the uh in the situation. And when she interviews the victim, the victim tells now Terry is is is dead at the time. And the victim says, "Terry's friends are back there. Marvin Kinsey." He gives my name up. [ __ ] Marvin Kinsey. Right. This is what he tells Hernandez. >> Okay. >> Uh, these [ __ ] knows what's up. Marvin Kinsey was at the at the video shoot. No, he wasn't. He was with Shu Knight, right? So he explains now that's what when my name first comes up and then where it talks about a gun. This is January the 29th, right? >> Okay. >> Hernandez. No. Uh no, don't worry. Uh and it's kind of like uh I stayed on him cuz I thought he probably got a gun. I stayed on him so he couldn't get the gun. And once I was going to break and run when he pulled the gun out. Now the first section of somebody talking about a gun came from the victim and he said that me and Shook had a gun against him. So when you when and he knows all of this because um one of my homeboys that he works with uh gave him the transcript when this thing came out. So he already that we have selected and you don't understand the person that's that's the victim here why I didn't get interviewed until February because my uh the sheriff got in contact with my parole officer and said that I was being investigated for the murder of Terry Carter and I had to tell him that Terry was my friend. And when they showed me this report, what this victim said and associated me, he didn't say Ayatollah, he didn't say Big Mark, he said Marvin Kinsey in a 15page transcript. >> Oh, so you you saying your your name was brought up specifically? >> Specifically. Nobody else in here behind Sugi and Terry. My name is the only one of all the people that was out there, the victim calls my name Marvin Kinsey to yesterday rat 100 of Luke. Marvin Kinsey, I don't know him, man. That's that old [ __ ] I ain't never seen him before. I don't know nothing about him. He always bringing my name up. >> But then y'all But y'all had that phone conversation. That's what I That's what I when when you when you sent that to me. I know y'all y'all got I know y'all was on the phone. That's why like like this stuff is recorded. you and him conversating and him saying he going to see what the bag going to do. That was on my show. But then at the end of the day, y'all from the same set. This what's throwing me off. I don't know nothing about the California stuff. Yes, I Yes, y'all are. >> I don't care. Our Lord don't care. [laughter] >> Y'all from the same goddamn set, man. >> Well, I mean I I I that's the only man I know that's supposed to be a Pyu and got more [ __ ] friends than he got [laughter] friends. But I'm just trying to understand understand how y'all and and and and I'mma be real with you. OG, you out there in Cali, you riding around, you doing all you in the city, you all over the place out there, man. Wack 100, man. Y'all y'all from the Y'all from the West Coast, man. So I I mean, and y'all I mean, you going to the Key D trial? >> Beh the Kefi D trial together or what? Y'all going to be up there? You going to see the [ __ ] or what? [laughter] No, I ain't got no reason up there. [laughter] >> No, man. >> Melvin got it. >> Oh, G. So, so you and him, you know, with this Here it is. Here it is again. When him throwing this threat, making his phone call, calling you through Reggie, right, and all that with this happening, this here is when you guys first have a conversation headto head. Why did Why did Reggie Wright even think it was a thing where y'all needed to talk? What the hell was that about? >> Well, Re felt like, "Well, man, look. Hey, uh once me and Ridge got an understanding, he says, "Well, hey, man, look, uh I need y'all to just get on the phone cuz he don't he don't want no." And then we as we get on the phone, he start busting up like, you know, he like, "Here, I I'm this and I did this." No, [ __ ] He went to jail for uh shooting a BB gun. >> No, wait. Don't don't do that. OG, don't do that [ __ ] A BB gun. Is this really You got You telling me that he went to jail for shooting somebody with a BB gun. And this is actual factual >> through his through through his own admission. >> Oh god. So, so, so that's what he said. >> That's why he don't that's why he not rocking with you. OG, you saying stuff like that to make a person not even rock with you. A BB gun. I don't care whether I friends like these, you don't need none of me. [laughter] As long as he's his business, we good. But like 100, whatever you want to do, whatever you want to do, I'm available. [laughter] >> He don't want to see you. I don't want him to see you nowhere. I really don't. I don't want that. I don't want I told you that all I don't want nobody seeing you in no streets. >> I'm tired. I'm I'm tired of him putting other brothers lives in jeopardy. Take one of these faves, bro. 147. You ain't took one yet. So, be a man and don't get no actors and act like you trying to squab with some white boy actors. If [laughter] you go through this door, they got paid $500. >> Don't do this, OG. You telling me he set it up. >> He set it up, orchestrated it, and had somebody take pictures of it. When do that happen? >> OG, let me ask you this. Now, I I'll just aside because I've seen him sit down with Charleston White. I've seen him sit down with uh uh people who he had past differences with. Um I'm I'm Let's just be clear right now. Uh White 100, uh could I set up a sit down for you and him to sit down and we can hash this out or I I've heard that he tried, you know, that that there's been some attempted sit down. So, uh, [laughter] could I will I be able to put y'all together and and and and on boss talk. I'm I'm going [laughter] >> Yeah. If you put us put us, you going to send us down to boss talk, but have the paramedics close. [laughter] >> So, y'all y'all I can't I can't fix this OG. I I can't fix this. between the Kefi D trial and him him uh trying to help Kefi D out of trial, chasing Future and and now and now putting putting these uh this threat on you where he going to put the bag, see what the bag going to do. I don't know, man. But I think man, can we all just get along? That come from y'all side of town too, Rodney King. See, in the South, we don't do In South we don't do stuff like this. We we we respect each other. >> Okay. We don't. [laughter] We're some of the most disrespectful people on the planet. I'm saying [laughter] and and and we make it so thick. WE BE PROUD OF IT. >> Oh lord. Y'all be proud of it. OG. I'm telling you, man. >> Just disrespectful and proud of it, >> man. OG, just do me a favor, man. Like, uh, man. Uh, uh, listen, man. Y'all got to keep the crime rate down out there. All them smash and grabs. I'm telling you, I ain't never seen such a trial like this. I see these guys every day. Mob James decided he didn't want to send nobody to jail sitting on the damn stand. >> [laughter] >> But the irony of that I mean that he said to the jury, "I'm not going to sit in the jail. I'mma let y'all sit in the jail. [laughter] >> I'm not doing this, y'all. This [ __ ] boy. Y'all, that West Coast got me crying down there. I can't deal with y'all, man.
