Video summary

The video provides a comprehensive update on Frankie's Free Range Meat Vlog, highlighting a massive expansion in product offerings despite the creator's current struggle with health issues and an irregular schedule. The primary focus is the successful launch of their new cattle chips, which are made exclusively from organic potatoes—a unique selling point that distinguishes them from competitors who charge significantly higher prices for non-organic alternatives. Alongside the chips, the business has introduced a wide array of fresh pasta varieties, including ravioli filled with sweet potato and ground beef, as well as fusilli and bucatini. Additionally, the vlogger showcases high-quality meat products such as fresh ground ribeye, rotisserie duck and chicken, and various jerky options, emphasizing their commitment to using natural, organic, and often grass-fed ingredients throughout their inventory. A significant portion of the update addresses the challenges faced with quail eggs, which proved difficult to peel due to their unique shell structure. To prevent waste, the team pickled a batch of these eggs, creating a new product that requires substantial labor but offers a distinct culinary option. The vlogger also details the technical difficulties encountered with new machinery, including a seasoning machine for chips and a masa mill for flour, noting that some equipment required extensive troubleshooting to function correctly. Despite these operational hurdles, the facility is running efficiently enough to produce thousands of bags of chips daily, though the creator remains concerned about meeting demand while managing rising costs for raw materials like apples and beef tallow. Beyond food production, the video touches on serious legal and financial struggles, as the creator discusses ongoing lawsuits against individuals who stole from the business and various credit card companies that facilitated these transactions. The vlogger explains the painstaking process of preparing individual lawsuits for hundreds of specific thieves, a task he plans to break down into manageable daily goals. He also mentions plans to launch a peptide business soon and expresses frustration over the inability to renovate the storefront due to financial constraints. Throughout the update, there is a recurring theme of resilience, with the creator thanking supporters for their continued backing while acknowledging the difficulty of sustaining such an ambitious operation without external funding or significant infrastructure improvements. The video concludes with a look at the diverse range of items available on the website, from raw honey glucose and bone broth to premium pet food and various sorbet flavors. The creator invites viewers to try specific combinations of products, such as a tartar made with steak sauce, horseradish, and pickled quail eggs, offering gift cards for those who share their creations online. While admitting that the current workload is overwhelming and that he often feels like he is just "playing catch-up," the vlogger maintains an optimistic outlook, promising more content soon as they finalize filming schedules for upcoming videos about their daily meals and product tastings.

What's up, guys? Still haven't really been doing any YouTube content besides the shorts. And uh my schedule is just like non-existent. I'm laying in bed like 18 hours a day, but it's like all broken up. So, I'll be awake like a few hours during the day. Then I'll try to get some work done in the middle of the night. Basically, just playing catchup all day because I just like do the minimal amount of work possible so I can just lie in bed as much as I can. So, uh, you know, despite those things not going so well, uh, you know, we're still trying to keep things moving with the business and do new things every week. We got a lot of stuff finally finished this week. We did our first batch of cattle chips with the new fryer installed. They turned out amazing. Those are for sale on frankies.com. We have the salted chips available. We're just waiting on a label to put on the unsalted chips and then we're going to make the salt and vinegar chips hopefully this week and we'll have all the flavors available soon. Four flavors, well now five. Salted, unsalted, black pepper, vinegar, and garlic onion. So, we're going to have five flavors available and maybe we'll do more. Maybe we won't. But we'll see how it goes. So, that's a very big launch. That's waiting a while. Probably just going to lose money, but whatever. I mean, at this point, like, they're the highest quality chips. I know this batch tastes better than anything we've made before, so I might try to give them away, but I really can't afford to. And, you know, these other companies are selling these chips for $12 a bag. Like, I I put them at $7 a bag, which I even feel bad doing, but they're higher quality, too. They are higher quality. Only organic potato on the market. None of these other companies are using organic potatoes and we're like half the price. So, I just don't understand how these other companies are even in business selling bags of potato chips for $12. But that's what happens when you violate every FTC violation and they're all crooked as hell. You know, without illegal marketing, you can't sell bags of potato chips for $12 because I can't even sell bags of chips for $5. So, how are they how are they selling them for almost triple the price? Doesn't make any sense. So, cattle chips available. We'll show that to you guys. Pasta is in too. Pasta machine finally up up and running. We got fuzili bukatini, fresh pasta. And we even got the ravioli done. We did a a sweet potato and ground beef ravioli. It's all I've been eating the past 4 days. It's absolutely delicious. Sweet potato, ground beef mushroom. We'll talk about that more later. And maybe we'll do a raw milk ricotta ravioli. And we'll do a uh maybe a cantalini bean, white bean ravioli, too. Um so maybe we'll have those soon. Uh, the quail eggs weren't selling at all. So, we pickled some quail eggs. That's pretty cool. I'll show you guys that. Those are going to be I don't know if I can charge enough for those because it takes My employees were peeling quail eggs all day. It was ridiculous the amount of labor that takes to peel those. It's a nightmare. It's a complete disaster. But, it's either we throw the quail eggs out or they go bad or we make them into pickled eggs. So that was the only option that was reasonable and it's just not really feasible from a labor perspective cuz if the quail eggs don't peel like chicken eggs. They're the the shell just does not want to come off. It's it's ridiculous. If any of you guys have any tips for that, let me know. Uh you know, we've tried uh boiling them in vinegar and salt and blanching them in and ice water. We've tried a lot of different things. If any of you guys have like a secret tip for peeling quail eggs, nothing seems to make it easier. Uh, and what's interesting about that is we have hard-boiled eggs and we have softboiled eggs. We might even try to do an even softer boiled egg, but uh, all 10 sorbet flavors now available. I might have spoken about that last week. We'll touch on that a little bit. Also, we made meatballs. Meatball mix. That is one pound meatball mix ready for you to form into meatballs and cook up. It's delicious. Uh, not crazy good. You know, there's no salt in it and we could definitely add some more spices and seasonings, but it's a very delicious, high quality meatball that is nostalgic. You know, we put Iberal pork in there. We got sourdough breadcrumbs. We have corn and soyfree eggs. We have all the highest quality, natural, organic ingredients. I think it just needs a little bit more salt. Form your own meatballs. Fry them up. Do whatever you want. The point is, uh, you know, we didn't make it this like super crazy delicious recipe. I'm sure we could add more herbs and spices and seasonings and maybe it's not as like maybe it's a little harder on the stomach, but it's still delicious that's available. So, a lot of really new stuff that's like very takes a lot of time to go into this stuff. Like a lot really insane amount of new products this week. I'm trying I'm going to try to finally get the peptide business up and running in the next week or two. We got all them in. We got to label them. Got to get some bacteriaatic water, but we might finally have that fully up and running with the peptides. Um, I got some supply. Maybe supply house.com should give me a discount on all the stuff I bought from them. I'm I wonder if I think contractors get a better deal. I should have tried to get a a contractor account with them. I don't know if I can though cuz even though I run a business and do a lot of HVAC stuff, I don't know if you have to be like I do have an EPA license, so maybe they will give me the discount. Uh, but this is all the stuff. We got to hook our freezer up because we're spending too much money on uh diesel fuel every week. So, we finally got to get this new freezer unit hooked up. Um, let me take you guys around, show you guys what's going on. Um, we're going to do a video this week about all the people stealing money from me. I got all their houses screenshotted, the package delivered on their doorstep. We'll do that separate though cuz it's going to be long. It's going to be 15 20 minutes of me calling these people out. So, you know, thank you guys for continuing to support us. Um, you know, we've been through a lot and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. So, hopefully we just stick it out until a miracle happens. And, uh, you know, we we we did file another lawsuit and what we changed this time was we added the police department to the lawsuit for failing to prosecute against these thieves. And we also added all the banks. So, maybe those factors will change things. You know, we added every credit card provider. We're suing Amex, Mastercard, Discover, Visa, Chase, all all the credit card companies have been sued. So, we're going to try to hold someone accountable. And honestly, I'm probably going to file another separate lawsuit. When I take the time to every single person that individually stole from me, I'm going to put their name on the lawsuit. That's going to take probably 10 to 20 hours of grunt work because I have to personally mail every single person. You know, it's a lot easier for me to just sue the 10 companies responsible for curating these transactions. about now. Um, for me to actually prosecute every single individual person, which is like probably over 200, maybe even 300 people at this point, it's going to be a little bit of work. Maybe when I feel a little better and have more time to do that, I can do that. Um, it's just annoying because I have to manually put each person's address into my label maker and make an envelope with the lawsuit for them. So, uh, maybe what we can do is set a goal. I mean, even doing 10 of those a day is a lot of work. Even doing 10 of those a day would take me half an hour. But maybe I should just break it down into into 10 per day. And that that would make sense. But enough of that complaining. Let's show you guys what we got going on. This is the seasoning machine for the potato chips, which means we can put in this new one a set amount of chips in and weigh the seasoning so it's the same every time. And even our salted chips, they're not that salty. I'll have to do the math on the uh the actual amount of sodium in this is uh 8 ounces of salt per 25 lbs of chips. So, if someone wants to do the math on that for me, sodium per uh per pound of chips, I'd appreciate that. This is our sea salt bag. This is the nightmare machine. This machine is a freaking disaster. Getting this thing to work was the hardest part of the whole operation. We almost weren't going to use it. We got our We got nitrogen in the bags, but the problem is like it just wasn't cutting it in the right spot. And the only thing that matters is the sensor that you really can't mess with at all. It's crazy. It's like you move the sensor like a millimeter that way and it just doesn't work. This is our new fryer. $8,000 worth of beef tallow in there. Kind of crazy. Uh the covers are coming this week. The covers are coming this week. I'm sure you guys saw the catastrophe, too. Everything overflowed. But that was the first test run. The oil was a little hot. Everything's turning out really good now. We can make quite a few potato chips in one day. We can if we were efficient and we were pushing it just with like three employees, we could probably do a thousand bags of potato chips a day, which is probably more than we'll sell this whole year. Who who who go figure. Um this is the pasta machine that's been running. Uh made all the stuff from this. This was a little experiment we did. I tried to mill some fresh flour, but it smells a little burnt. And the problem is that this mill is a masa mill. And I honestly don't know if we can get this masa mill to work with wheat flour because these stones were designed to have water on them. And I can't find another grain mill cheap online. But if the price of flour keeps going up, I mean, maybe I should just take another credit card out and buy a new grain mill cuz uh that seven if I have to pay $67,000 for a new 67 uh if I have to pay that much for a brand new mill, it'll pay for itself in about 2 months cuz of how much cheaper these wheat berries are than the actual flower. Do I have a bag of it? This is them. This is them partially. These are the partial. They look like little seeds, you know? I mean, that's what wheat is, seeds. Looks like little seeds. You grind them up in here. But this is giving it a burnt smell. I Maybe we have to critique this and we can get it to work because I'm assuming that all mills are the same. It's just two stones milling stuff. Maybe just something gave it a burnt flavor, you know? So, maybe we'll try to figure that out again because this is an expensive machine. Um, I guess worst case scenario is we can just I mean we'll put the pipe back on and maybe we will make fresh tortillas, but I'm I'm waiting on getting a tortilla machine to cuz cooking the tortillas is a pain. We could get fresh organic white corn, mill it here, make fresh masa, but I' I'd like a machine to do the tortillas. That that'd be cool. But tortillas, you know, aren't they're not that popular, you know, like tortillas like how many tortillas can I sell? you know, unless we're going to start a tortilla production company, but maybe we just resell that machine. My guys have been working really hard making our baked goods every week. Really working hard. And that's our ravioli machine, which we are still waiting on another part for this, another machine to roll it. And we're missing one of these roller things on it. But, um, this is what made the beautiful ravioli that I'll show you guys. I was hoping to get some of this restaurant equipment out of here, but the guy bailed on me. So, I'm going to call up some other auction companies. Uh, the the restaurant auction company that I bought a lot of this equipment from is not letting me resell some stuff. They don't care. They don't give a They don't want it. So, we'll have to find another company to maybe resell a lot of stuff cuz I got too much stuff sitting around and in my parking lot. Nothing new here, guys, but everything's restocked. And if you haven't been on Frankiefoods.com to see all the very unique products we have, um, you know, I was trying our just our beef sticks, our bill tongue and stuff. We've worked really hard on these recipes to have such delicious products. Like this is raw, raw bilong, seasoned perfectly, really delicious, really affordable. Uh this is just the original beef jerky, which is a seasoned smoked jerky. We have a teriyak jerky. We have the beef sticks, which are the only beef sticks that exist. I'm surprised these don't sell more. Made with grass-fed lamb casings that are dehydrated raw. No one else makes raw beef sticks like this. This is the plain unsalted jerky. No salt added. This is actually a really delicious and it's unique where you could get th this plain unsalted jerky with plain unsalted potato chips would be like an amazing meal for a diabetic or someone with kidney issues. Not diabetic, uh for a kidney p kidney transplant patient or someone that can't have any salt in their diet. You know, they'd be able to enjoy things they can normally never have. they can't eat potato chips and beef jerky because of the salt. Now we have a no salt option for both of them which we'll have. And then we have all the different types of uh bars and stuff. And in addition to the the crack damia, we have the peanuts, which I don't see. I'm sure they're around here somewhere. But on on the website on the Crack Damia, there's a drop down arrow where you can get the the peanuts instead, which are a bit cheaper and obviously more nostalgic. And this is our new bar. This is our newest bar, caramel chocolate chip bars, uh, which we formulated to be the tastiest bar. We put a lot of thought into taste and flavor in this as opposed to the other ones where it was more just like we just didn't really spend as much time working through the recipe to try to make every component taste as good as possible. So, if you guys out of all the products we have here, if you guys try these bars out, let me know how you like them cuz we worked really hard on these and we really want wanted them to turn out good and delicious and and I think we still need to figure out how to not let like the caramel soak into the chips so it stays the crisp so it stays like crunchy. But I think the flavor is really good. No one's really been buying this. the we we got this raw honey glucose back which is a very unique product that no that doesn't exist online. It's basically honey that has some of the fructose filtered out so it's less fructose easier on the liver if you want something natural and I'm worried we're not going to be able to meet our produce demands every week and that we're losing too much money on the produce. So another thing if you guys can please let me know what produce items you would buy online. I was thinking of selling raw juices but we just can't we don't have the time to juice stuff. I'm sure I could add lemons and oranges and limes and citrus and some fruits and some vegetables, but I'm just not sure if we're going to be able to sell enough produce every week. I mean, maybe sometime in the future I I'll open up a farm store and we'll have produce here in person that you guys can come get, but right now I can't afford to do that and I don't have a customer base that's going to drive over here and buy vegetables from me every week. Um, mainly main thing is I can't afford to renovate the front of the store to make it look presentable. So, most of our raw dairy was sent out today. Um, this is the rest of the milk that's being sent out tomorrow. And this is all the kefir that's less perishable. Everything else we really try to send out every day. Looks like my employees peeled some more quail eggs today. You know, we didn't we really didn't want these quail eggs to go bad. And we had a whole another shipment of quail eggs come in. So, we're probably going to uh peel even more of these quail eggs. But I'm sure this just this amount of quail eggs probably took three of my employees all day. But and I haven't tried them out yet. Um I mean just regular quail eggs are delicious. Just softboiled. But um this is organic apple cider vinegar with glass bottle mineral water. Uh we put some mustard seeds in there, a little bit of honey for sweetness, a little bit of sea salt, but it's a very very clean pickled quail egg. Um this is an 8 oz jar. You get about a dozen quail eggs in here. I think I put the price at like around 134 or $15. I just these were just so expensive to make, guys. The labor in peeling these was absurd. Um so at first my guys were boiling them a little longer than I wanted. So, these are the hard-boiled quail eggs. And then I wanted to do a threeinut, which is basically as you can't do a a um a liquid yolk because they'll just fall apart when you peel them. Um and and it's not like chicken eggs where the yolk stays on the inside. On the quail eggs, the yolk is kind of on the on the surface, so it has to be at least somewhat hard. So, we have a 3minut quail egg, and this is like a six-minute quail egg. Tastewise, some of you guys might actually prefer the hard-boiled eggs. It's a slightly stronger flavor. It's more complete. It's not like tough or chewy or anything. And then the softboiled egg has a much milder, softer texture. Substantially softer. You don't have to chew it as much. So, this is just a preference thing for the most part. Lamb tallow sticks. Definitely uh an underrated product that other people are probably copying already that need to be sued into oblivion. And there's some very special products on Frankie Strange Meat that I think are really underrated um that I use every day. This is one of them. Our steak sauce and and the other is our demig gloss in the freezer and our white tomato sauce cuz I literally eat them every day. And this is basically the most delicious. And I wanted to charge more than $15 for this because it cost so much to make. It's basically like pure umami. So much organic caramelized shiakei mushroom in this. It's really just caramelized vegetables with our white tomato sauce and coconut aminos. Kind of similar process to make this as the demiglass, except the demiglass just takes a lot more time and money and cloth and vegetables. And we got to figure something out with this produce because, you know, we have to order it every week from these guys, but we're not selling it and we're losing money. You know, I'm giving away apples every week. I'm giving away apples with every order. You know how expensive these apples are? This one apple is probably 250, 300 g. I have to charge like $4.50 for this and I break even. These apples are so expensive and I don't make money selling them and we're giving them away with every order. This is actually the one item that I listed on the website solo that you can actually buy right now. Um I got to figure out what else we're going to list by the pound cuz you know it's hard. How do you sell a pound of apples if this is just short? We got to weigh these apples and see what they weigh on average and actually sell it by the apple instead. I got to get that sorted out this week. Just made a fresh batch of sourdough chocolate chip cookies. I got plenty of that at my house. We don't really need more. Prime rib, fresh, sliced every week. We actually got to slice some more in here. I guess what's biggest that I haven't spoken about enough is, you know, we have our rotisserie ducks and chickens. Fully cooked rotisserie duck and chicken. Absolutely delicious. I love taking these home and just being able to to chow down. I like the duck a lot more than the chicken, but the chicken is definitely like more tender and easier to eat. The chicken is so much more tender than the duck, but the duck is more flavorable, fatty, and richer. Got our roast beef cooked rare every week. Um, it's interesting because you could see a slight pink in here, but when you take this out and let it and expose it to the oxygen, it it it turns red immediately. Let me take this home. This is really This is really an amazing product. I try to make sure my guys cook this rare because the difference between this being uh rare and medium is whether I want to eat it or not. So, here we just have our our our tur our chickens dry brining and our rosemary and herb seasoning. Uh, that looks like our hot dogs and sausage. I was really excited because we finally made our first batch of hot dogs and sausage and the the smoker malfunctioned and just stayed on all night. I had a feeling in my head like, let me tell them to to not turn the smoker on and leave it like they normally do. Let me tell let me make sure they run the smoker during the day. I didn't. And then what I was worried was going to happen happened. I didn't think they were going to leave it on and run it overnight, but they did. They left it on. They ran it. It didn't stop when it was supposed to. It stayed on all night. And we had like I got to post the short, but here we have our our potatoes we're going to fry this week. So fresh, right from the farm. And this is why no one else has organic potatoes because they don't exist. And once potatoes are refrigerated, they can't be fried. So, we had the farmer grow us these organic potatoes. He sent them right to us. We're frying them. No one everyone else is just buying commodity potatoes. And again, I mean, I feel like I'm broken record, but we had a farmer grow the potatoes for us. That's why it took us so long to get this up and running. You know that company Rosy's Potato Chips that copied me like immediately after I started selling chips for my Amish buddies, they don't use organic. You know, their their potatoes aren't organic and they're $12 a bag, which is absurd. I got a longer video on the sorbets to post, so I won't talk too much about the sorbets, but uh you know, this freezer really is like, you know, what I've spent the last seven years of my life doing. You know, all these products in here, you know, really the last seven years of my life, all these products in here, every single thing. I wonder where they put the We have a few new meat products, too. Um, you know, I I mentioned the meatloaf, but something that's relatively new is is fresh ground ribeye. Uh, fresh ground ribeye steak, which is really cool. Awesome. T-bones. This is probably one of our best values cuz they're really cheap. They're really cheap. Giving away liver as usual. A lot of liver gets given away. I still got to make it down to the fish market. I keep telling myself I got to go to the fish market one day and in the Bronx because we finally have enough to buy bulk from them. Oh, we do have some hot dogs left. Smoked collagen sausage. hot dogs, raw collagen sausage. Oh man, I got to I should have checked the inventory first. So, we got we really want to sell these before we have any new ones. So, we do have everything. This is the 5 lb pet food. And I got to do more videos showing the pet food because no one else is selling this high quality pet food, raw, grass-fed, this affordable. It's a steal. It really is a steal. It's insane. And if you guys want more convenience, we do have egg yolks and egg whites already jarred up in the freezer. I don't know how long I can stay in here. It's Oh, I definitely don't want to stand in front of these blowers for too long. That's our premium pet food with uh egg yolks and milk. Oh my god, it's cold over here. Those are blowing right on me. And I'm in a t-shirt. I'm just trying to see if they put the new stuff here. Okay, this is the new This is the ground ribeye. This is the new ground ribeye. It's actually a bit fattier than I thought. The texture is really nice though because of how uh how tender ribeye is. I'm guessing the I just thought they might have put the meatloaf over here, but I don't see it. The pasta had to go in the freezer because it sticks together. So, there's the fusili. There's our amazing delicious ravioli. I think this is 12 or $15 for one portion, which is 8 o. Uh, I got to do the math on these, but these are so delicious, guys. You You'd get charged $40 in a restaurant for something like this. They're so amazing. So delicious. Where's the bukatini? Fresh muffins every week. Right in the freezer, fresh from the oven. Pop-Tarts. We got so much special stuff, guys. All our different sorbet flavors. We got our bone broth. All our different stocks. Running low on burgers. One, two, three, four, six cheeseburgers left. Some plenty of patties. Plenty of plain patties. So, we might have to make burgers soon. We did just make some pizza last week. So, we did restock some pizzas. I actually want to take uh I want to take one of these home to try them. the pushutto mushroom pizza. I want to try one of these. Also, let me take some chocolate chip muffins home so I can actually eat breakfast this week. We're gonna uh There's our plain pizza. There's our fkaca bread. We're going to chubby boy Max and try to get fat. Where's the meatloaf? Ground duck. Guys, we have so much special stuff, man. I want to do a recipe with this. I want to try this out. I've never had this ground duck. I've eat a lot of regular duck. I've never had ground duck. We did uh I'm going to post that video for you guys of me tasting all the flavors. Blackberry and raspberry and strawberry are some of the best flavor-wise. Um blueberry for being really expensive actually didn't turn out as good as I hoped it would. I got to post a few videos. Actually, you guys are going to finally finally film some content. We did. We already filmed the sorbet video. We filmed the day of eating. We filmed this three. Oh my god. Three videos. This is probably the first time I've done three videos in a week since we were botched. And we also got the fourth video we're going to do is the calling the people out that stole money from me. So, um yeah. So, we're going to This is going to be posted first even though I filmed the other ones just to give you guys an update this week and get some more orders in. Um, so this video is going to go up. Then I'll probably post the day of eating. After I post the day of eating, I'll post probably the call out video the next day. And I mean, no, we have to post the sorbet video, too, cuz it's it's summer's already over. I should have made the sorbet video a month ago. So, the sorbet video will probably get posted the like if this gets posted Wednesday, then the sorbet video will probably be Thursday, the day of eating Friday, and maybe the call out video Saturday. I don't know. I don't know. Actually, figure it out. It's like a fresh batch of fresh batch of sauerkraut in the fridge there fermenting. What did we just make before that? I think before that we did another fresh batch of horseradish. Really, really unique products, guys. I was thinking of making a carpacio with all of our unique products, you know, or even just a tartar, you know, if you took like uh if you took like our ground ri or just our ribeye, chopped it up and made a tartar with like cranky steak sauce, some horseradish, some pickled quail eggs. I mean, dude, imagine, dude, even our even our pickled or even our pickles. You could make a really special tartar, a super high quality and special tartar with Frankie's freerange products. I think it'd be really neat to get um pickled quail eggs with our regular pickles, the horseeradish, and the steak sauce. I think that would be a really insanely delicious tartar. If someone orders that and makes that um and sends me a video of it, I'll give you like a $100 credit uh credit or something. If a few of you guys do it, maybe we'll break it up into 50 and I'll just give like if you buy if you buy the steak sauce, which is like 15 bucks, the horseradish, which is 15 bucks, and the pickled eggs, which is 15 bucks, it's like $50 all together. pickled legs, horseradish, uh steak sauce, and then maybe the pickles, too. So, I'll give you guys like at least credit for half of it. So, it's basically going to cost you $100 worth of ingredients to have all the base ingredients you need for the tartar. Uh so, if you guys make it and send me a photo or video of it and you trying it and rating it, I'll give you guys like a $50 gift card on the website. Just let me know cuz I don't honestly don't feel like Oh, we have hummus. Wonder how I wonder when they made this. They didn't tell me. I'm guessing it's a fresh batch because they don't make it in large batches. It's definitely good. So now I haven't made the white bean hummus in a while and I normally use this in my pasta to add soluble fiber which I've been slacking on. I really need to start now. I mean I'm going to take this home now and use it because that was the most important component of my pasta dish cuz if I don't put this in my soluble fiber intake for the day is kind of low. This really this is really I mean this is really important that I do this to detox because honestly if I don't do this every day and have the soluble fiber from the white beans, it could take me another a long even longer to detox. If I had if I had eaten white beans every day on my diet, I might have been done detoxing already. So I really got to make sure it really makes a big difference. So I guess that's it. I mean I could ramble all day and we got so much new stuff in here. I'm sure I forgot something, but um you I don't know how I'm going to live up to this. This is one of the most things we've ever done in a week. So, it's going to be kind of hard to live up to this and do as much exciting stuff. Um but always trying, guys. Always trying. So, if you guys go to frankfon.com, you can see all my businesses. Frankies.com is where all these products are available. I think cattlechips.com might be up, but that's just going to forward you to Frankie Strerange Foods where you can buy the chips. We got to get some more potatoes in and do some more frying. I don't think we have enough chips right now to do a giveaway. Um, maybe what I'll do is I'll put it at like a high price on the meat website. Like if you spend $400 or $500, you get a free bag of chips. What's that meme? I wish I had a free bag of chips. I got to do a Tik Tok video on that about my chips. I'm sure someone else is going to steal that idea, too. But yeah, then you can see all the other businesses. Organ supplements, Frankie's Naturals, Wi-Fi Shielding, always doing new stuff on those as well, guys. Really wanted to make even more new products on the Naturals website. And we have to restock a few things. We ran out of a few things. And I don't have I need to find a new manufacturer to make this stuff. I don't know. Maybe we're just going to have to sop up to the old manufacturer because if we ordered it, it might have been done already. We got to restock the Wi-Fi shielding stuff, too. But I'm kind of broke. But I'm trying my best, guys. Thanks for the continued support.
