I know you've just come back from a whirlwind uh European trip getting all of our data center events out in Europe under your belt. So, welcome home. >> Thank you. It was a real slap in the face with the East Coast humid humidity when I landed, but okay. It's nice to be home. [laughter] was a very nice uh plat my first time at platform um in Anti which was beautiful and then our our um tried andrue DCD London which is one of my favorite events of the year. So that was my fourth time going. Um and now we are jet setting off to yada >> over to Vegas next week. This time we will be there. We will see you guys. And so much going on in headlines across our crazy industry. But first off, one of my favorites, we had uh big news from Apple dropping their new iPhone 18 Pro and it iPhone 18 Pro Max, which I have to say um intrigued by. Are you uh are you going to buy one? >> You know what? I am not a early adopter on iPhones. I do. I I'm usually a couple generations behind. So, I'm sure I will come back to me in three years and I'm sure I'll have [laughter] the in three years I will have that one. Exactly. Well, there's a lot to have in your hand. You've got like, you know, a lot of emphasis on AI and its performance in its latest pro lineup with the A20 Prochip, Apple Intelligence, the new Siri AI, and a next generation vapor chamber, which I'm kind of blown away by, no pun intended. Uh, that gives you sustained performance, so no more iPhone dying on you. Um, so I actually am holding out. Usually I'm like I'm on the rental plan. So I I I get a new one every year because I just rent them. I don't buy them. Kind of like a car. [laughter] Um, but uh I'm waiting for the one that's the sort of like mini iPad, the Duo. >> Oh yeah. >> That's coming out in October. So I don't know. I think it's going to be interesting. Did the 18 or the Duo do it for you this time around? I don't know. We'll see. >> Yeah. And you know what, that's right around the corner. We're only a week and a half away. So, not not too bad. And uh you know, it's interesting because we spend so much time on Fast Forward and just generally across JSA TV and and internally at JSA talking about the infrastructure behind AI and buil building it out. And you know, this is kind of the latest really public consumer level um technology introduction that is a good example of kind of where all that compute ultimately shows up in everyday life. Uh so you know it's uh it's it's interesting to see the kind of consumer headlines that our industry is backing this up. Of course >> yeah the all the folks out there picketing data centers but you know chat on chat GPT app from their phones while they're doing it you know we need it you know um but we also need good conversation a lot of stuff we're going to get into uh shortly. >> That's right. That's right. And uh hitting a little closer to home in our industry, um here in Virginia, which is where I'm sitting right now, um Governor Abigail Spanberger just last week unveiled Virginia's new data center accountability framework. Um I I'm sure we'll start seeing, you know, more kind of frameworks and um and types of things like this kind of rolling out across the country and maybe globally. Um so this is um just a a very recent iteration just from last week. Um so it is being touted as the most comprehensive and aggressive data center accountability effort in the country right now. Um so you know it talks a lot about if you read kind of the press release that the governor's office put out talks a lot about um of course accountability but also transparency which we're always talking about here at JSA as well. So >> yeah no and you can't have one without the other. So I uh I'm in full support. I think majority of our industry is too like we we want this transparency. Um you know we're we're learning how to be go from B2B to B to C communicate more. Um and that's that's absolutely part of the headlines that you'll be seeing u from from many data center operators and others uh shortly. So talking about headlines, shall we get to it? >> Absolutely. Speaking about headlines, so um let's get into the latest digital infrastructure and data center headlines from jsa.net. We have quite a few today. >> First up, T5 Services announcing the next phase of its strategic evolution with T5 construction becoming Everton on data center services. That is an independent data center construction company dedicated exclusively to missionritical digital infrastructure. What we're talking about. >> That's right. And at the same time, T5 operations entered a definitive agreement to join Salute, bringing together two operations organizations to expand global capabilities, strengthen operational performance, and help customers maximize uptime across mission critical facilities. I actually just saw the Salute team a few days ago at DCD London. Um, so this is exciting. It's really two great companies coming together. >> Yeah, we love Salute. We love T5. Great great folks. Um, I love when great folks attract more great folks. It's uh you're sure good things to come for sure. Speaking of Promera is expanding into the UK and Ireland through the acquisition of Formula Facilities Services Limited as well as Critical Area Cleaning Limited, establishing a first operating platform in the region. So following Promera's earlier expansion into Asia Pacific through the acquisition of Data Clean Asia and Singapore, the company now has a footprint spanning Asia, Europe, and North America, positioning it to support hypers scale, colo, and enterprise customers. We actually just interviewed Promera's chief growth officer, Chris Ciato, at DCD London last week. Uh don't miss that interview. Check it out on JSA TV. He told us that Promera now has a framework to help their clients wherever they operate. >> It's amazing. Congratulations guys. Um, also congratulations in order for Northampton Capital Partners as well as Provident Data Centers. They have formed a joint venture to develop a next generation turnkey data center in the North Dallas corridor. That's right. So, the facility will deliver 54 megawatts of critical capacity by late next year, 2027, with the partners also committing to a longer term framework for expanding their collaboration across top tier markets nationwide. H interesting. I'm sure we'll be hearing a lot more from them. And now moving over to our movers and shakers section, we have Arch Top Fiber entering its next chapter of growth with a leadership transition. founder and CEO Jeff Demand has transitioned to executive chairman of the board, while former CFO and COO Keith Tob, now chief executive officer. >> Yeah, I feel like we talked about Archtop on our last video there. They always have something going on. Good for them. >> There's there's always news for them. Yeah. >> Yeah, that's right. So, Demand will maintain actively involved in long-term strategy, growth initiatives, and key stakeholder relationships while TOB leads Archtop's day-to-day execution and their next phase of develop gentlemen. All right, moving over. ASG will be well represented at infrastructure in Las Vegas with Daniel Golding appearing on two panel sessions alongside CEO Jared Applebee, VP of market and business development Scott Jones and partner Dustin Worheimer. >> And just a shout out uh if you're not already following Dan Golding on LinkedIn, you definitely need to be. He's always got uh some really interesting content um over on LinkedIn and I know he's uh he always seems to be top of my feed. Um, so their sessions will tackle what is really happening on the ground across power availability, interconnection timelines, regulatory risk, capital, compute, site availability, and last but not least, supply chain pressure. >> Yeah. So, they're talking about everything, guys. Go ahead and check that out. They are getting into the nitty-gritty. Uh, and what a what a lineup of um great movers and shakers. All right, over to GPC Infrastructures Chief Commercial Officer, Gower Potar, is joining the speaker lineup for Infra Energy Finance USA 2026 in Dallas. I'm hearing a lot about energy fin infra energy finance USA 2026. Candace, what is that? Tell us more. >> I know. Absolutely. And if Gore is going, then you better believe [laughter] >> you go. >> Yes, absolutely. So, she's going to be on the panel behind the meter power and data. Who really wins? I love that title. To explore approaches including battery storage, natural gas turbines, and colloccated energy development, and how all of those technologies and site strategies are influencing financing, operational risk, and long-term energy planning. That's a mouthful, but really exciting and mission critical stuff. And by the way, guys, JSA has some news of our own, so get excited for this one.
