Okay. So, basically we are um uh we are a part of like an organization like Scouting America. You might have like formerly heard of it as Boy Scouts of America. It's basically an organization that um is built on like hoping to like give children like leadership skills and like just you know um you like skills like that will help like them in like the adult life. So, if you're like interested in any of that, um like I'll have some flyers. It's basically we meet every Tuesday. Um for girls and boys. Um right now we're only advertising for girls, but if you come up to her, she'll be happy to give you the contacts for younger kids and for guys. It's really fun. Limi every week. Um we do a lot of fun activities and it's pretty balanced. So if you guys want to talk about your like your experience with it. >> This is a new troop. So we joined like >> two months ago. >> Yeah. Two months ago. And [clears throat] >> yeah, it's really fun. And it definitely gives me a lot of responsibility, but not too much that like it's overpowering. But I like that sense of responsibility like I'm actually becoming my own person and like doing big kids stuff I guess. Okay. Like Ama said that we recently just we recently just like joined this troop. Okay. Like like Amaya said, we recently like just joined his troop and like overall I look forward to Tuesdays because of this. Like I get to see my friends. I get to learn in I get to learn life skills too. For for example like first aid like I didn't know any of that until I got into scouts which is life- saving. And then also this I feels like it feels like my home kind of like the youth area cuz it's also at the mud too. And basically, I feel like we can make a 10 writing a 10-page essay fun. That's It just feels like a home to me. >> I'm Faren. I'm the scout master of group 2981. Thank you MCC for allowing us to start a new troop. We we we were uh with help of MCC start a new girl troop in MCC in August 14th. We barely started 2 months ago and we have around 15 girls ages from mostly uh mostly high schoolers but our troop enrolls girls from ages 11 to 18. And we are here to uh advertise or enroll girls who are interested in meeting girls of their age, having fun together, learning life skills, going hiking, going out and while learning leadership skills that are very like we uh we host fundraisers, we host other events and help in volunteering, help a lot of um all the scouts who you see here help in service hours. if if there's a need in the community, we show up. Um there are service projects and at the end of all these fun activities, they get to become eagle and brag about all the cool stuff they did. Um and I'm we are all here to just uh ask you guys to consider enrolling. We meet at MCC uh from 7:00 to 8:30. Thank you.
