Video summary

The video features Ivan On Tech joining a live stream to discuss two major topics: his recent weight loss journey and the launch of his new trading platform, Bullmania. A significant portion of the conversation revolves around Ivan's decision to donate $10,000 to Amigos Del Rio, an animal shelter in Puerto Rico that he supports under the Act 60 tax law. The charity is currently facing a crisis as its founder is retiring due to age, and they urgently need new land and funding to build kennels, install solar power, and support the six full-time employees who rely on the facility for their livelihoods. Ivan explains that while he receives many small donations via crypto, this specific large contribution helps secure the necessary infrastructure to save the shelter from closing. In addition to the charity work, Ivan shares his personal transformation over the last five months, having lost approximately 17 kilograms to reach a healthier body fat percentage. He attributes his success to a strict carnivore diet focused on a single ingredient per meal, such as only lamb or chicken, combined with progressive overload in the gym. Crucially, he highlights how he utilized AI tools to track his caloric intake and metabolic rate, overcoming previous barriers like app fatigue and the difficulty of measuring complex meals. He emphasizes that while weight loss is simple in concept—maintaining a calorie deficit below one's basal metabolic rate—it requires discipline and precise tracking, which his new AI-driven system provides effortlessly. The core technical discussion centers on Bullmania, an infrastructure designed to help traders navigate bull and bear markets using mechanical rules rather than emotional decisions. The platform automatically identifies assets that have flipped into bullish or bearish trends across stocks, crypto, and precious metals, allowing users to react quickly to market shifts. Ivan demonstrates how the integrated AI feature can instantly generate comprehensive reports on any asset, summarizing recent news, sentiment from social media platforms like X (formerly Twitter), and community discussions to filter out pump-and-dump schemes. This system aims to solve the problem of information overload by providing traders with real-time data on what is driving momentum, ensuring they only enter positions in assets with genuine conviction and clear rules for entry, exit, and stop-loss placement. The video concludes with a strong emphasis on the synergy between education, entertainment, and practical application, illustrated by Ivan's "AI slop" videos that use humor to teach risk management concepts. The host notes that these entertaining skits effectively convey serious lessons about market cycles and discipline, which now directly support his charitable efforts through donations. Viewers are encouraged to subscribe to the Bullmania newsletter to access the platform as new spots become available and to utilize the AI tools for their own trading strategies. Ultimately, the stream reinforces the message that success in trading, much like fitness, comes from adhering to simple but difficult rules, a philosophy that Ivan's new system is built to enforce automatically.

Check. Check. All right, everybody. Well, that's a good good lesson for me. Don't Don't put a high mic and start cussing like crazy. [laughter] >> Exactly. No, it felt like we should be live. So So we didn't say anything too crazy, right? [laughter] >> Nah, not too crazy. Like, hey, hey, Ivan, come on here so we can dump on everybody. [laughter] >> Oh, yeah. Good. Good being here again. It's now like fourth time or something like that. >> Yeah. Like uh Well, first of all, what's it what time is it over there where you're at? Let's see. It's 1 Currently. It's 1 PM 10:05. >> And you you're super early. >> Yeah, super early. Then so we're we're two hours into the 20our stream. And this is >> How you going to do 20 hours? How are you How are you going to do it? >> I'm going to do it with a bunch of coffee and then fasting and then uh I'm going to let uh my excellent guests take control and give people a bunch of alpha. That's it. >> Got it. Got it. Got it. Got it. Yeah. Uh fantastic. fantastic to be here. We can discuss the market. We can discuss anything. Yeah. >> So, so here's the thing. So, the question was, is everybody heard? Uh, and you said like, hey, what's the what's the whole deal with this shelter? So, the shelter itself is when you're in Puerto Rico, we have this great thing called Act 60. You know, there's other different laws around the world as far as capital gains. It it reduces your capital gains to zero. It's also corporate tax is down to 4% and the their homestead property goes to 1957 levels so it doesn't keep going up and up and up. So that's why I picked Puerto Rico for that part. Then of course weather's great, people are great, food's great, so on and so forth. But when I came here, you have to donate $10,000 to charitable causes. The one that I picked, one of the ones was uh amigos and it's a good it was it's been around for three decades and it was by Audrey and Audrey gave up her house three like 30 years ago to run this animal shelter and it's a great place. Unfortunately, as time goes on, she's like, "Hey, I'm in my she's of advanced age. I can't do this anymore. I I I I need you guys to to find another place." So, we did that. We found a place. And what we're doing is here's the new land. It's going to cost us and I and I broke this down. This is in Louisa in Puerto Rico. We're close to the beach. Not as much as we'd like to, but it is what it is. We need to clear away the land. We need to buy a bunch of these containers because that'll be the dog runs. We need to fabricate them. We need to install water lines, solar panels, generators. We need to get in the actual kennels, the food, and then also the bigger the bigger thing is that this is that it's not just we lose the shelter, it's we lose people's jobs and livelihood because we have six people that work full-time. So, it's important to me and uh yeah, I'm glad you're here. So, that's that's it in a nutshell. >> Fantastic. Fantastic. Yeah, it's it's amazing. How many dogs you have? Like 20 30? I saw just saw on the website like a few dozen dogs. It's No, no, it's it's it's it's actually it fluctuates. Usually it's around 40 to 50. We've had up to 70 and because people know where it is and they just dump dogs. So like just this week we [clears throat] got it was a mother dog and six of her puppies which we told them like we don't have any space and they just dumped them. So what are we going to do? You know, you got to take them in. And uh that's where we're at right now. So like I was telling everybody if you we don't need massive donations. We get around 10 to 20k, you know, views every video. If people just donate again there's a there's a link which takes them to the website where they can donate crypto if you give 20 40 bucks. Hey >> but this donation it goes to this uh amigos Dell to to this charity. So basically if uh uh someone needs like tax deductible receipt it's like a proper charity right? >> Yeah. Yeah. So, for something like that, it's going to be difficult with with the cryptos the crypto space. So, you'd have to like run this through and just say like for when I do donations, I tag those in my I have a I use cryptotax trader and I just tag it and said like, "Hey, this $1,000 went to this this went to this 5,000 went to that." >> And that's pretty much it. If people need like like like receipts and such and they reach out to me, I can get you I can get you some. >> Yeah. Yeah, I mean these things normally are tax deductible. So it's uh very very nice. And how are you guys um progressing this far? So you you got the land, you you just need the financing. Everything is ready to just get get the funds and uh build it. >> Yeah. So we have we have funds in there. We have backups, but we don't have enough for the land totally and then we don't have enough for the upgrades. So, we have to buy the land by September 7th and then we have another five months or so to transfer everything. But but basically what's going to come down and do is this is it's going to be me, Russ, and Russ who's the treasurer, the people that actually work there, and we're going to get a a construction crew, and we're going to do all the fabrication, moving things in, transferring, water lines, generator, all that stuff. So, that just keeps me busy. >> Good, good, good, good. >> Yeah. >> Awesome, Rob. >> So, that's what we got for for that piece. I'm I'm glad you asked the question. Let's get to Ivan and what is he doing? And first of all, Ivan, what is what are these fantastic videos [laughter] that keep you? Yeah, it's a AI slop uh Hollywood. No, it's fun. I mean, our our community, they they love doing this AI slops and uh yeah, some of them have a message about risk management, like this one, for example. Some are just fun. I mean with it with this Bit Boys there's no even like any complex message just Bit Boy releasing Bit Boy out of prison to restart the super cycle. This one with SBF [laughter] this is also just for fun Bitcoin the phantom menace you know like in Star Wars Phantom Menace because SBF is sneaky sneaky hiding there. So these ones are just for fun. But then some of them like for example that one where I'm a freaking knight there is a bit of uh message with risk management bulbania mechanical rules and so on so forth. So yeah I mean we're just having fun but this AI stuff there is something uh there is something there because you can have fun and education and you can um explain to uh people what you do. I mean for us for example to explain risk management bull mania why it's important it's so nice to do via this skits like for example this one where where I'm a knight you know it's if you guys watch with the sound later on so yeah it's I underestimated before this game taught us guys when the offer sounds magical you are the loot here one spell creates more gold bitcoin 21 million no spell can create another entering the market without rules that is crossing into PV completely unprepared markets are PvP. Bull mania clear strategies, clear rules, protect your staff. >> Yeah, I mean sometimes AI is it should say PVP PVP but it's AI. But it's the nature of AI slop. That's also what I love about this format. We call it AI slop. So meaning don't expect perfect. Don't it's fun anyway even if it's not perfect. [laughter] So yeah, we've been having a bit of fun. But you know before when I saw Sailor, I'm like man, what is this? What is he doing? I underestimated the power of these a slops >> because they are I mean they are fun. They're engaging. You can have them in like five minutes. It's uh fantastic. Now this better ones with like big boy SBF. I know that the guy uh small peep who is making them his name is small peep there. Small pee. He spends a lot of money. >> Small pee pe. [laughter] Small pee pe. That's good. This is you know what I never because when I when I was looking through them I never thought to myself about oh this is just a a training mechanism which you're using to get the point across about risk management. >> No it's a yeah like I I you know what I'm going to use this moving forward as far as like for like donations uh into the shelter. That's great. I I never What a what a genius move Ivan. >> Yeah I mean that's kind of what I understood also that uh it's fun. is easy to make and people like them and we can you can communicate a message and that's what Sailor has been doing all along. It's just that we were too dumb to get it. We thought it's just you know for fun but it is for fun but it's also a message. >> Yeah. And I got to tell you uh there's another thing that I I got to as far as like a message goes take a look at this. Who's this? There's a pleasantly plump gentleman on the left and a thin guy on the right. Look at this. So [laughter] what? >> Exactly. Exactly. It's my weight loss. Yeah. So, so, so two things. First of all, I see you got a beautiful goldie there. So, you are a animal person. How long you had that one? >> Yes. So, we have two. This the bigger one that is in the picture, his name is Dimma. And we've had him now for six years soon. And then Charlie, it's a it's a smaller one, white one, >> also golden retriever. We've had him for five years. So, they're six and five now. >> Ah, that's a great You know what? And we were talking about this and and people say, "Why do you like why do you like dogs, Rob?" I like dogs because they've never rugpulled me. They've never gone back on on a business deal. And you know what? They're always excited to see me as as opposed to, you know, some people on on X in my comment [laughter] section. >> Exactly. People on X are the best. They tell me, Ivan, it's just water weight. You're going to get it right. But [laughter] another guy tells me, Ivan, it's OMI. You stop with OMIC. [laughter] You're going to come back. Then he tell me, Ivan, it's a fake private jet. It's AI. [laughter] No, it's 1% is 99% positivity. But that 1% it never goes away. [laughter] >> Hey, before we know speaking of like like risk and risk levels and and before we get to into bull mania, tell us about like first of all the time difference between those bit those pictures and what you did to lose weight. >> Yeah. So, uh the time difference here on the left it's March and on the right it's uh this weekend. So, it's uh how many months? Uh it's September now minus March. Yeah, like five months or something. Uh >> and uh I mean the as you know weight loss there's nothing complex but it's not easy. You just it's simple but it's not it's easy. How do I say it's simple but it's not easy. Exactly. >> Right. >> So there are two big components. One is of course calorie deficit and for the first time ever I started to use AI to track it because before I didn't I never tracked it because you know you have to download app it's small button I have to click in everything it's it's too much work so I never got into tracking everything that goes into the mouth it needs to be registered it needs to be registered >> h and before I could I was never like I never got into doing because you know app it's I have app subscription Now claude just uh uh take a picture and also now I have kitchen uh scales everywhere so I can actually measure because for me I'm I'm very mathematical person so if I cannot measure it I become like uninterested because I know that it's not exact and then you know it's not exact and I lose motivation because I don't do it properly but now in all kitchens like across all the places I am there is a kitchen scale >> so everything I eat I also try to wait of course I'm not Sometimes when I eat out, I just take a picture. It's okay also. It's fine. But I try to weigh as much as possible. Eat only uh one ingredient. Like for example, only lamb. Dinner only lamb and only one. I eat only one time per day. Let's say only lamb. Very good. Next only only chicken. So it's simple. It's simple. It's not like you know a another thing when you eat food is many ingredients. How you going to track that? It's impossible. >> But I keep it simple. Carnivore that's it. Track it should be caloric deficit. And then uh that's the first step. And then second step is um gym that you push progressive overload push higher weights all the time so you don't lose muscle. So and then I use AI for all of that. I have AI connects to notion. It tracks everything there. I mean I have like a whole system end to end how how this works. I have like everything I've done each and every day it's in the it's in the notion database. So, uh, yeah, it's been a I finally found something that works for me because, uh, you know, everyone has to find something that works for me. This has worked very nicely for me. >> That's, you know what, that's the key right there because I was talking to a couple friends. They're just been big their whole life and they're like, "Well, Rob, what do you do to to stay in shape?" I'm like, "Well, it's I've been like this since I was like, you know, 12. I mean, I've looked I mean, I've actually grown a little bit, but like my metabolism is different and I work for something different. You have to find out what it else it is." the basics like we talk about a calorie deficit. So your calorie deficit you're looking at like 1500 minus or you looking at like even less than that or 2,000? >> No. So I calculated based on my weight and uh like estimated body fat from the beginning I estimated that my base metabolic rate just what I uh burn without moving is around 2.2. So I started uh uh just uh uh being below that because if I'm at or below my base metabolic rate I'm in a good enough deficit because then if I move then everything is uh deficit that is above that. So I just kept to that. Now I decreased it to two because also I lost like uh 15 kilo 17 kilos since I started. Yeah that picture. So I now moved it to two. So uh I just yeah I keep it very simple. uh I I try to figure out what my like base uh metabolic rate was what the the body burns just uh not doing anything and I try not to go above that because then everything everything I move is deficit. Yeah. >> Well, I got to tell you I think there's a there's a post on X coming out. I would assume that Ivan would actually do that and uh to let people know how he can people can lose a little bit of weight. Sounds pretty good. I don't know if you want to do that Ivan. That sounds like something that I think everybody could be interested in >> just for a little little quick thing even like using AI like, "Hey, stop being so big. Do this." >> Yeah. Yeah. And you know, I I just got into this uh uh go I I got so motivated to just get down to 15% body fat. Uh to you know, you can fix it depending on how big you are obviously, but most people who are let's say 30% body fat uh 35 I mean many are 35. Maybe in the US it's even like being fit is 30 35 [laughter] is high like 30 is high. But if you spend like half a year, eight months, you you can get down to having a six-pack literally and then you know it's physique-wise very few people have it like above 35 30 very few people. So it's quite an easy thing in comparison to other things I've done in in life to do. You know it's it's easier to lose weight than to uh than to you know trade. It's easier like weight is so easy man. You just need to freaking stop putting stuff in your mouth and very quickly body gets used. You just need to also track the the freaking calories because you you don't understand how much some small thing can be. It can be very much. So that's why with AI it's easier than ever to track it just you know take picture ideally get a kitchen scale. So you understand how much there is in in some things and and some other things it's uh not a lot. Uh chicken I mean for me chicken has been very good. Lamb has been very good. Anyway, it's like a whole system. We don't have to spend too much time here, but it's >> But it's important. >> It's important. It's it's it's easier to uh stay in shape than get in shape. And that's pretty much been universally true. So, that would be a nice segue because you talked about the rules and the different things that you do as far as like putting things in to make sure that you're on track. And it's the same thing with Bull Mania. I got to tell you when when I signed up or you know got access to to Bulmania I was I was seeing like there's a lot of rules here to do but it becomes easier over time just like working out just like taking pictures of your of your of your food. So Ivan walk us through this real quick because as far as like bull man and we were just talking about this before you came on. I was taking a look at AI infrastructure plays and stocks and we took a look at the weekly to see which ones are doing well and I talked about Caterpillar how it's it's a it's a great company but kind of going as far as bearish but tell us give us like an overview of how this all works and unfortunately I hate to we've only got like uh 10 minutes and then I got Rob uh coming on after you. >> Yeah. Okay. So I mean we can I can know I can speak for hours. We have like a full eight hour course about all of this. [laughter] But uh if you guys are curious, go to bullmania.com/subscribe and join the newsletter. So each and every week I will keeping you up to date with what's happening. bulmania.com/subscribe. [gasps] Uh and uh all in all we in Bulmania we work with trends. So when something is in a bull trend, confirmed bull trend, we're bullish. When something is in a confirmed bare trend, we're bearish. And this is a simple idea. It's like you know losing weight. It's simple but for people it's not easy. Bitcoin went bare in October last year. It was time to be bare. People still were bull. They lost everything. Suie the same. All the coins. It's easy man. It was bare. No, you got to hold super cycle bananas or what [laughter] people say. So it's a kind of similar there. So it's a simple idea but to to get used to it you need practice obviously. Then in Bulman of course we teach you okay let's say something flips bullish. How do you enter? How do you set a stop loss? How do you exit? Let's say 50 things flip bullish at the same time. How you select the correct assets to go into and what you showed on the screen just before it was the money scanner and money scanner shows you all assets in the world. We have all the stock markets. We have everything everything all the ETFs and uh you can see in real time what flips bullish or bearish in real time. So you can react fast. So Caterpillar here for example it's now bearish. Uh it's weekly time frame you look at or which time frame? But it's bearish since weekly. >> Yeah, >> weekly daily. >> So here is bearish also a month ago on the daily. Yeah. Uh and it's down what is it like 10%. So you can see here in real time stocks, crypto precious metals was flipping bullish was flipping bearish and recently we also added bull mania AI so that let's say something flips bullish and you don't know what it is. Uh then you have that AI button on the right in each uh on each row you have. Have you tried this one? Exactly. So don't don't click Bitcoin, okay? Go to some stock so it's interesting for our audience. Go to some other like random ass stock and and you can click it uh so we can uh demonstrate how it works. Uh just go back to stocks. Everyone knows Bitcoin. But the use case here, what I what I want to demonstrate is let's say uh let's say something goes bull here. Let's say you don't if you scroll down, let's let's say pick some stock that uh let's say Broadcom. >> You want to go weekly or daily? >> Go to weekly. Go to weekly. Uhhuh. >> And uh go to something that recently flipped uh and let's say SpaceX. Okay, let's say SpaceX. Go to SpaceX uh is below there is the yellow one. And then you can you if you click the AI button on the right on the right it's going to open up Bulmania AI and it's going to ask Bulman AI you know what's the latest on um uh on SpaceX? What are people saying on X? And it's a good nice way to connect what recently happened in the chart with what people are saying about it online because you can see what has real momentum, where is real community. This way you can you can ensure that you're only in bullish assets, but then you also know what they are. You have conviction, you know, there's not a pump and dump. Sometimes it happens that things feel bullish and it's like a pump and dump. You know, some shitcoin people come together to pump. Uh so you want to avoid that. But with Bulmania AI, you now can see it. So now your Bitcoin one has finished. If you go to the left there, uh this one is still uh uh doing the the response. >> Uh yeah. So here, yeah, you see well if you scroll up, >> so you see here the whole report on SpaceX is fully connected to Twitter. So you see all everyone who is speaking about it. So now you know SpaceX, but imagine you know some random company just leave bullish. You don't know anything about them. You click AI button and now you get full report on it. Um, and you and also you see everyone who's speaking about you see all of these influencers. So you can follow them. Let's say you you found a new coin and you want to get up to speed with the community who is speaking. You bubble up follow very quickly see what they're saying. And uh if you want to share this, let's say you do you research a coin Eurob and you want to share it with your Discord or your community, you can scroll down, scroll all the way down. You see there's a publish button on the bottom here. If you click publish, it creates this. This is now a public link. It's a sharable link. So this one you can share. You can uh and also Rob when you do a show, let's say you you do a stream. You can um uh just ask Bulman AI what what what's the latest uh you know 24 hours what has happened to Bitcoin stocks AI, you know, just just ask it. It's going to give you a very nice report kind of like this and uh you have all the tweets, you have the content done for you. It's fantastic. >> You know what? This is this is a good segue. I'm gonna talk to Wes about this on Smart Money Tracking. He talks about you. He's a swing trader and he talks about how he has to be kept up to date with what's going on because he's like, you know, the TA is great, but if Trump sends out a trims out something on True Social, it kind of goes to pot. Or if something big in the macroverse has some issues, he goes, it just kind of goes down down the tubes. He's like, I am constantly taking a look at the news, constantly seeing what's going on, constantly following macro trends. And this, I think, is pretty good if he can just make it easier, faster, and smarter for us. Ivan, that's a great one. >> Yeah. I mean, tell him to just test, you know, what's the latest, I don't know, like swing trades in crypto that people are speaking about. You're going to be surprised how good it is. I mean, just test it. Test it. whatever you try to research because otherwise Twitter going to waste your time with politics with uh all kinds of rage bait other kind kind of bait to get the same understanding about the stock or asset on yourself by scrolling Twitter it's going to take five times more time you're going to get lost you're going to get distracted here you ask about anything you get the exact people who speak about it they are ordered by credibility you I mean it's insane basically >> yeah test that that's a good one and before we take stuff and everybody there's there'll be a link in the description uh to check that out. But as a reminder, >> the link Rob put bullmania.com/subscribe. You guys sign up for the newsletter and in the newsletter you're also going to know we're going to send out in the newsletter when new spots for Bulmania are available and uh you join from there.cribe. >> Exactly. So the newsletter is the gateway to to everything. And then in the newsletter, we we're going to send send out when new spots are available, you join, everything's great. You get boom, boom, AI, mechanical rules, everything, the full thing. >> Gotcha. I'll put that in there. All right. Well, Ivan, I wish we had more time. As usual, >> likewise, >> you always got interesting stuff, but I appreciate it. And everybody, >> thanks so much for stopping by and Ivan to stop by. If you'd like to donate a little bit to the uh charity, there's a link in the description. Obviously, you can do any kind of crypto that you want to. And that is it for this one. So, I haven't we will catch up with you. >> Rob, I I'll I'll donate 10K to your uh to your charity, but I will need the receipt so we get it from the tax. Uh let's do it. Let's coordinate in uh in in Twitter afterwards. So, uh yeah, guys, donate. Smash the donate button. Send the monies. Let's go. >> Let's see. I appreciate it. I'll see you. Bye. >> All right. Gotta love that. That was a good one. I And then there's another secret that I wanted to I I want to share with you before we get Rob Art in here, which was the system that Ivan created with Bulman is really good. It's really comprehensive. And what I did was I fed the information into Claude and I would have Claude be my like secondary um person that would look at it. So, like when I went through it, I was I was doing a little bit more trading on the stock side and I would tell Claud like, "Hey, take a look at this." And I would do a a screen share and it would look through it and said, "Rob, [music] that's not what Ivan was talking about. You need to stop chasing and you need to do this, this, and this." And because I was able to do that, it made things a hell of a lot easier. Anyhow, let's uh give you a break here for two or three minutes. I'm going to go grab Rob Art and we'll be back in roughly three to five. [music] And I'm gonna turn my mic off this time. All right, everybody.
