In these days we are talking a lot about
the digitalization and uh what are the
effects positive negative of introducing
AI and other digital tools in our
[music]
um daily life. So um to be here uh as a
a young woman that is [music] working
for a digitaliza sector that is very you
know restricted to uh change [music]
which is the construction sector is
super interesting. I've learned a lot
and I've [music] connect with a lot of
young leaders and young women but also
women that may be mentors for my career
for my future. And this is amazing
because we can really [music]
stay together shape the world and uh
what I've learned is that [music]
uh today we are not just using and
introducing technology but we [music]
are driving the transformation thanks to
what we are doing. So we have a voice
and the VC is what it matters and I
really [music] would like to sponsor
other young girls, girls, women that
[music] are working in very innovative
uh sectors but not only uh to step up
and [music] say what they want and bring
their futures for changing and make
[music] a real concrete difference for
our society and make [music] it, you
know, more sustainable in a digital
world for the benefit of all women and
