Video summary
The video begins with the creator sharing a vivid and emotional dream she had upon waking, which left her crying and feeling distressed. In the dream, she was traveling back from Australia as part of a family group but realized she had forgotten her passport, which was inside her Gucci makeup bag that she had somehow lost or forgotten about entirely. As her family and friends waited at the gate, she found herself stranded with strangers in unfamiliar hallways, eventually needing to take a small dinghy boat to reach the airport only to discover she had wasted money on two flight tickets because of her oversight. The dream escalated as she worried about the long journey home, fearing claustrophobia and the bureaucratic nightmare of obtaining an emergency passport that would cancel her current one, leading to a panic about how she could possibly travel to Istanbul without valid documents before finally waking up in tears.
Following the emotional recounting of the dream, the conversation shifts to the creator's immediate physical state, noting her low caffeine levels and intense headache which demand coffee. She discusses her preference for matcha lattes over regular coffee, referencing a claim that excessive matcha consumption might lead to hair loss or anemia, though she notes her moderate intake is likely safe. The discussion then turns to the rising cost of beverages, with the creator lamenting that a cup of coffee now costs around five pounds compared to two pounds when she was eighteen, prompting a treat for herself in the form of a pistachio latte on her way to work. She also expresses a strong preference for filter coffee from Pret A Manger, sharing a nostalgic story about visiting their locations during her medical school days at St. George's University and recounting a sweet memory involving a friend named Gordie who declared her his "forever Valentine."
The narrative continues with the creator reflecting on the importance of investing in healthy eating, contrasting expensive ultra-processed foods with homemade meals like her mother's traditional Persian dishes such as ghormeh sabzi. She explains that while unhealthy options might seem appealing, they often leave her feeling mentally drained and physically bloated, whereas home-cooked food provides better satisfaction. The video then transitions to a lighthearted anecdote about meeting celebrities Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles, where she observed their genuine chemistry while noting that security prevented fans from taking photos of them. This leads into a playful debate between Selfridges and Harrods shoppers regarding which department store offers better food halls, ultimately concluding that Harrods wins for its pizzeria before the group decides to grab coffee together.
The final segment of the vlog takes place at Tonkotsu Ramen, one of the creator's favorite restaurants, where they decided to skip a long queue at Din Tai Fung in favor of their usual spot. She orders the classic Tonkotsu broth while her companion enjoys a spicy crab ramen with king prawns, accompanied by starters like gyoza and edamame. The meal is described as delicious, enhanced with cucumber, mustard seeds, and pickled ginger, but the video ends on a humorous note when someone refuses to eat certain food items, resulting in a comically sad facial expression that serves as a funny conclusion to their dining experience.

>> So, I was going to tell you all this
story. So, I thought I might as well
tell you guys as well.
This morning This morning, so like
between my alarms, you know when you're
like asleep but awake but asleep? I was
dreaming, which I feel like is the most
time that you dream. I think
scientifically as well.
It's when you're in Is it only when
you're in your REM?
I can't remember this. I have to brush
up on my physiology. neurology,
neurophysiology.
Um
But yeah, anyway, so
um I was having [clears throat] I was
sleeping and I was having this dream
that we'd all gone to Australia as a
family.
And I and we were coming back and I was
getting really like antsy, like come on,
we're going to be late. Let's go, let's
go, let's go.
>> like you at all. No, no, no, but like we
were running really late, yeah? Then
everyone goes through the gate. So, it
was just me and like two of two of our
family friends left behind and like one
of them won't get up to go. And I think
he was like in my dream he was like
drunk or hungover, which is funny
because last night he was drunk {slash}
hungover.
Probably this morning, God knows. Um but
yeah, so I think that was probably a
master my dream.
And then his brother was also there but
he was the more sober one, which is
again What happened last last night.
>> [laughter]
>> So, anyway, so they wouldn't get up to
go
to the gates. I was waiting with them,
waiting with them. And then we come to
go to the gate. And then um
And then I'm like, "Oh my god,
guys, I don't have my passport." And
like I'd put my passport in You know my
Gucci makeup bag? Yeah.
I My passport was in that and I'd
forgotten the whole Gucci makeup bag or
someone had stolen it. And like in my
dream it was like I subconsciously knew
that I didn't have the Gucci makeup bag
and and then everyone was like, "Why did
you wait until this moment to like check
if you've got it?" And I was like, "I
don't know." So, then anyway, you guys
have left me, yeah? You, Mommy, Daddy,
everyone.
And I was alone with some people from
Australia and we were walking through
like these hallways that I've definitely
dreamt about before because I've had a
dream before that I go to like work in a
hospital in Australia. It's so random.
And um like I meet Iranians there. It's
such a random dream. Anyway, so I go to
these people to help me. Then we get on
the next flight but to get to the flight
we have to go by a boat and put our
suitcases in. And it's like a dinghy and
I'm like, "Surely this dinghy won't
tolerate it." And they're like, "Yeah,
of course. This is a taxi all the time.
It takes people to the airport." And I
was like, "Okay."
So,
we're going to the airport and I was
like, "Oh Like if I'm just hopping
on the next flight, I still haven't gone
to get a passport." Yeah. And then they
were like, "Oh yeah, that was a bit
stupid of you." And I was like, "Oh my
god, like what a waste of money. I've
like bought two flights now back to
England." Oh, I'm out of focus.
Yeah, so um I forgot I didn't see where
I went out of focus cuz I wasn't
looking. And also in the middle of that
I was like, "Oh, this makes sense why
like our friends like stopover in like
places like um
Dubai etc. on their way back cuz it's
just such a long flight." And I was
like, "What if I get claustrophobic on
this flight? Da da da da." I need to go
get an emergency passport. And then I
was like, "Oh my god, that's so annoying
because when I get an emergency passport
they're going to cancel my passport but
I'm sure that my passport will be found
and then I'm going to have to apply for
a new one. And oh my god, we're going to
Istanbul and like how am I going to go
if I don't have a passport?"
It was just uh
And then I woke up.
>> Yeah. And I was crying and crying and
crying and crying. And you think we left
you?
Yeah. I cried so much in that dream. Aw.
So, what do you think it means?
You should look for your passport.
I wonder what it means. I wouldn't read
too much into it. Would you not?
I feel like maybe if I keep a dream
journal
Yeah.
then
I'll be able to find out in the future
if anything came of it.
No? Yeah.
Are you all right, mate?
Are you all right?
It's just so exciting. So exciting. My
blood's caffeine levels so low. My
headache is just shouting, "Coffee!
Coffee!"
Do you want
a latte or would you like a matcha? Like
do you want a normal coffee or do you
want a matcha? Both.
Was it you that was telling me that
matcha consumption is associated
>> Overconsumption. Overconsumption is
associated with hair loss. And and
anemia.
Which is likely to lead to the hair
loss.
I think I have maybe two to three cups a
week. There are people who have like two
to three cups a day.
I can see why. So, they're different
tastes. Oh, especially if you put syrups
in. Yeah. Guys, for those of you who
haven't tried it, Starbucks has a
pistachio latte.
Oh my god. I've been waiting for this to
come back since it left.
It is so good. I would literally to the
point where I've thought about it. I
love pistachio though. Tomorrow on my
way to work I'm going to treat myself to
a pistachio latte. When I say treat
myself, not only financially because
bloody hell, a cup of coffee is now £5.
Think about that. I remember when I was
18 coffee was £2.
>> £6 something. So, it's just so
Are you sure? I think maybe not. I don't
know. What's the price now? But yeah, a
cup of coffee I know is £5 from like um
Starbucks or Costa or you know these
chains.
I actually really like a Sorry, sir. But
yeah, the other thing is it's a caloric
treat because obviously it's full of
sugar.
I like a filter
um
Pret filter. Oh, I love Pret filter
coffee. It's so good. That You know,
when I went to St. George's University,
which is where I went to med school, we
had two Prets in our med school. One on
the ground floor and one on the second
floor. And believe it or not, honestly,
we would go to both in the day. Like as
in we would have pre like lecture coffee
purchase from ground floor. Then at
10:30 a.m. break we would all go and buy
breakfast, like one of those rolls. And
one of my favorite memories is once me
and Gordie went there for Valentine's
Day and there was like heart hearts
hanging from the ceiling and Gordie was
like,
"Oh my god, Saffie, are we just always
going to be each other's Valentine's?
You're my forever Valentine." And now
because of that she would message us
every Valentine's.
>> [laughter]
>> That's very cute. I I do think though
personally, in my opinion,
>> [snorts]
>> I know that the the cost of like eating
and drinking healthy is really
expensive.
Um and if you were to pick in your life
something to invest in,
I would say prioritize like what you put
in your body when you can. Like if you
can afford to do it because
[clears throat] I think it pays back for
you in the long run in so many aspects.
Like when I eat junk or I don't eat
healthy,
I feel mentally drained, physically not
as
satisfied. I can't explain it. And I'm
talking about even like let's say
fancy
There, you know getting a car. You know
what I'm saying here?
But like I'm talking about even like
when my mom makes like a home-cooked
like ghormeh sabzi bademjan morgh
situation, like to me that is healthy,
right? Because it's homemade, it's good.
All of this like ultra-processed stuff
that we're buying, I feel like like
makes us
just you know, not good. Bloated,
unwell. Did you imagine know what I'm
saying sodium fancy in today What?
Cipriani's caviar I don't know what that
is. That was Gaia. Was it Gaia? Then
Gaia.
Cipriani's is is the the bolognese that
you like with the chili chili chopped
chili inside it.
Oh, have you watched this Maarty
Supreme? What's Maarty Supreme?
>> It's got Timothée Chalamet. Guys, did
you know when I went to LA with Zaina,
we were staying at the Beverly Hills
Hotel and Kylie and Timothée came and
had uh breakfast in our
um like the hotel restaurant and we were
they were sat next to us and she was
gorgeous. And she was so polite. She
smiled at me. Oh. And prettier than her
pictures. Really? Dodgy pictures that
people will upload where like her her
fillers look weird or her bum looks
weird. She's not weird. Really?
And like
cool. Yeah.
And they had real chemistry cuz they
were sat opposite us just chatting. And
then people were trying to secretly take
pictures of them which I thought was
horrible.
Um and their security was there like
taking phones off people who were trying
Because Beverly Hills Hotel you're not
allowed to take pictures anywhere.
>> [music]
>> Are you a Selfridges girl or a Harrods
girl? Okay.
But what about the food hall at Harrods?
The pizzeria at Harrods?
Okay, so I guess but for food
Harrods is better.
Okay.
Okay, okay. Should we go get our coffee
now? Yeah, so like honestly.
What did you order?
I ordered just a matcha latte with
coconut milk.
This is mine.
Is that mine or yours?
Wait, did you get lavender?
Mine's ready.
Yeah, nice.
I think yours ready. Yeah.
I need a little bit of lip balm. Thanks,
he gets all the beautiful girls. Look at
him.
>> [clears throat]
>> Any Any men out there who are looking to
find a woman, just get a bagel.
>> [laughter]
>> I'm so happy. We come to Tonkotsu.
It's one of my favorites.
And we tried to go to Din Tai Fung, but
there was like what looked like an
hour-long queue.
So, we just said
Uh
yeah, we just had no to that and we came
to Tonkotsu cuz we love it here. I'm
going to have the classic Tonkotsu. Oh,
I'm having the king prawn and having
crab ramen made spicy.
Delicious.
And then with some cucumber and mustard
seeds and some pickled ginger. Ooh.
We also ordered for starter some gyoza
and edamame
>> [crying]
>> We look
but we do not touch. Look at his face.
This is the face of a sad man.
