Video summary
The video outlines a comprehensive system for generating over $3,000 in seven days by leveraging Claude AI to build and manage an e-commerce business from scratch. The creator emphasizes that success relies on two primary tools: a custom set of AI skills provided via a cheat sheet and access to a database of winning products through AutoDS. The process begins with using the "find my niche" skill, which guides users through answering questions about their interests, budget, and content preferences to identify a profitable market segment. By connecting Claude to AutoDS, the system can analyze real-time sales data to recommend specific products that have a high wow factor, strong visual appeal, and healthy profit margins, effectively removing the guesswork involved in product selection.
Once a niche and product are selected, the AI assists in crafting an irresistible offer by defining the brand tone, identifying customer pain points, and generating persuasive copy for various sections of the store, including the hero section, benefits, and FAQs. The tutorial then details how to automate the technical setup of a Shopify store using BuildYourStore.ai, which handles theme customization, domain registration, and product integration. This automation ensures that the store is fully compliant with platform requirements and pre-loaded with winning products, allowing the user to focus on strategy rather than manual configuration. If the AI encounters issues connecting to the correct store or editing live themes, the video provides specific workarounds, such as downloading and re-uploading theme files to ensure all changes are applied correctly.
The final stages of the system involve creating marketing content and scaling the business based on performance data. The creator demonstrates how to use an AI tool called Create UGC to generate realistic avatar-based videos using scripts provided by Claude, which serve as traffic drivers for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. As sales begin to trickle in, the user feeds these results back into Claude to analyze click-through rates and video performance, allowing the AI to suggest strategies for scaling ads and optimizing content. The video concludes by highlighting that this entire workflow, from niche discovery to automated fulfillment and marketing, can be run on autopilot with minimal effort, enabling users to replicate the process to generate significant revenue quickly.

Today, I'm going to show you exactly how
I use Claude AI to make over $3,000 in
just 1 week. Now, after spending the
last few months testing these methods
for myself, I finally found one that
actually worked. I'm going to walk you
through the entire process from finding
a product with real potential and
creating an irresistible offer to
building a fully branded e-commerce
store around it. And by the end of this
video, you'll have the store, the
system, and the real skills needed to
repeat this process yourself. Also, be
sure to pay attention closely and lock
in because I'm also going to be giving
you a nice shortcut that I built that's
pretty much going to put the entire
process on autopilot for you using a
custom AutoDS skill that I made that I'm
going to give you for completely free.
All right, so for this video, I'm not
going to show you the exact product that
has actually found me so much success,
but I will be showing you the exact
process that I used in order to find
that product. Now, everything starts
with two things. The first one is going
to be a skill set that I created for
Claude that I'm going to give you in the
cheat sheet, which I'll let you know a
little bit later on in the video how you
can score that cheat sheet, so make sure
you stick around. And the second is
going to be access to the winning
products database, which I'm also going
to show you how to get access to in,
again, just a couple of minutes. So, the
very first thing that we're going to
have to figure out is going to be what
niche do we want to get into? What niche
do we want to sell? And I know a lot of
you might be thinking, "I don't know
what I want to sell. I don't know what
I'm good at."
Don't worry about it. What we're going
to do is we're actually going to have
Claude help us out with this. Now, as
part of the skill set that I created for
you, the very first one that we're going
to use is going to be the find my niche
skill. Now, in order to get started with
all of this, the first thing that we're
going to need to do is we're going to
have to open up Claude. And one of the
things that we are going to need is
going to be the paid plan for Claude.
You don't have to have the most
expensive. You can go with just the
basic starter, but in order to gain
access to these different features, to
these different connectors, and these
skills, you are going to have to have
the paid plan. Now, once you have
everything signed up for Claude, what
you're going to do is you're going to
get the link in the cheat sheet. You're
going to download your skill set. And
then you're going to go over here to uh
customize.
And then you're going to click on
skills.
Then under skills, you're going to go
ahead and add, and you're going to
upload a skill. Once you upload your
skill, you're going to have these six
different skills. You're going to have
the open my store, improve my store,
build my offer, find my product, market
my product, and find my niche. Now, to
get everything started, we are going to
start with the find my niche, and what
we're going to do is we're going to go
to the main page of Claude, and then
we're going to click on the projects.
And then you're going to click on new
project. For this, we're going to name
it uh just start your online business.
And what are we trying to achieve?
A
converting
e-commerce store. You can put whatever
you want here. This doesn't really
matter. I'm just putting something as
filler for now.
And then once we're here, you're going
to go ahead and click on instructions.
You're going to click the little plus
sign. And then you're going to type in
this set of instructions. This is going
to be in the cheat sheet, which I'm just
going to give you the link to it right
now. Just go ahead and comment down
below with the hashtag Claude AI, and
let me know what your takeaway is from
this video. Also, make sure you like the
video and that you're subscribed. Now,
once you have your set of instructions
in here, go ahead and click on save,
and you're pretty much good to go from
here. All you have to do is under the
how can I help you today, just type in
start. Then Claude is going to take your
response, and then it's going to start
with the find your niche skill. It's
going to go through all of the different
skills in order. So, once it reads the
find your niche skill, it's going to ask
you a couple questions. So, answer these
questions really quick. Number one, what
topics, hobbies, jobs, or product
categories do you already know or enjoy?
Don't overthink this. If you know, let's
say tech support. Let's say you're in
the tech support niche, right? Let's say
your regular job is fixing computers.
You could tell Claude that that is what
you know. And that's what we're going to
go with because that's actually
something that I first started with
before I got into drop shipping and did
everything, I used to do IT tech
support. So, I'm going to do
computer repair,
tech. I used to be really into
photography, so let's do
photography.
And what else? Let's see. Let's do video
games cuz I like video games.
All right, period. Now, what's your
starting budget? So, this in this case
you can put whatever it is that you
have. If you don't have any, then that's
fine. You can just say that you don't
have anything.
I'm putting $500 for now, but I do
suggest that you try to start with at
least 100 bucks. But again, if you don't
have anything, that's perfectly fine.
You can get started with $0. Besides, of
course, having to pay for the Claude
subscription. Now, after that, let's go
ahead and do number three, which is how
would you rather make content? Hands-on
videos, on camera, AI UGC, blogs, ads,
or mix? For me, I don't mind being on
camera. Some of you might not like it.
So, just choose whatever fits best for
you.
For me, it would be
all of the above.
And then number four, what should we
avoid selling? Anything risky, fragile,
regulated, expensive, or just not
interesting to you. Claude already
knows, and it's already in the skill
sets as well, not to sell things that
you're not supposed to. Like, let's say
explosives or copyright stuff, things
that are trademarked. Claude knows not
to give that to us. So, this is more of
a personal preference. Like, maybe I
just don't want to deal with computers,
right? So, in that case, I can just
simply tell Claude I don't want to sell
computers. But in this case, I'm going
to put none and answer. And now it's
going to go into the next section, which
is finding our product. So, the very
first part is to find our niche. And the
reason we want to find something that we
know something about is so that way we
can find the right products afterwards.
When we're looking for a product, we
need to know that this product is
something that could be useful, not just
something that looks useful. There's a
lot of people that go into a niche
because they think there's a lot of
money in this niche. And they get into
it, they find a cool product, they offer
it to everybody, and then they can't get
a single sale. Why? Well, because
everybody already knows about this
product. Everybody already has it. It's
nothing new. But, to this person, you
know, they thought it was new. They
thought it was cool. So, they decided to
sell it. But, again, they had no idea
about the niche. So, if they did, they
would have known
this probably isn't a good seller right
now. So, Claude is going to take the
information that you just gave it, and
then it's going to start building a path
for you. So, you gave me a lot to work
with. Your knowledge overlaps tech,
computers, photography, gaming, all that
stuff. And with 500 bucks and flexible
content skills, accessories are a smart
lane. They're cheap to sample, easy to
demo, and low return risk.
Now, our niche direction, it's going to
tell us that we want that we should be
looking into creator and streaming desk
setup accessories. That's something that
would really fit everything that I just
gave it. It also gives us our target
audience. So, who is this for? Gamers,
streamers, photo and video hobbyists.
Uh why it fits us, because of everything
that we just told it.
Why it fits our budget,
the best type of content style. So,
hands-on demo videos and before after
shut setups. Before and after setups are
great. They're very aesthetic and
they're very visual. And the main risk
to watch. So, it's a competitive space.
So, winning depends on picking
accessories with a clear before and
after hook. So, it even gives us the
risks that we should look out for. Then
it also gives us a couple of other niche
options if we don't like the first one.
And then from here, it's going to be up
to us to choose what niche we want to go
with, what direction we want to go with.
For now, I'm just going to go with what
Claude said. So, I can either type in
next. But, if you do want to choose any
of the other niches, like let's say
camera and creator accessories, you can
tell Claude to do that. Or, if you
already have a niche in mind, like maybe
you were going through this process and
you think,
"Wait a minute. I could get into, I
don't know, the cable management niche."
Then you can tell Claude that as well.
But, for now, we're just going to go
ahead and say,
"Your recommendation is good."
Next. So, pretty much what it's doing
now is it's essentially approving our
niche and then it's going to give us our
products. So, this is all still part of
the first part. Now, we're going to find
products that are actually winning and
trending. And in order to do this, it's
going to connect to the winning product
database over at AutoDS.
Now, with AutoDS, you are going to have
access to tons of winning and trending
products all backed by years of data.
Now, we are going to have to do a quick
connection for this and in order to do
this, it's super simple. The same way
that we did a connection earlier. So,
let me show you in a different window.
So, under customize, instead of going to
the skills, you're going to go to
connectors. And then you're going to go
ahead and click on add and add custom
connector. Once you're under the custom
connector, you're going to type in
AutoDS and then you're going to put in
your MCP server, which is this one over
here.
After you click on add, you're simply
going to log in to your AutoDS account,
which by the way, you can get started
with AutoDS right now for the trial
period. The link to it is going to be
down in the description below. And then
during that trial period, you are going
to have access to the MCP. So, you can
use this as well. And you're going to
have access to the handpicked products.
So, once you have that connector set,
then Claude is going to be able to
search the winning products database and
it's going to give you product
recommendations based on actual product
data. [music] And what we want to look
for is we want to look for products that
one have a wow factor. Claude knows all
of this. It's all in the skill set that
I gave it, but I just want to let you
know because this is something that's
good to keep in mind. We want to have
products that are one scroll stopping.
Something that you're just simply
scrolling through Instagram or TikTok
and you're like, "Whoa, this is actually
really cool. This is something I need."
And you click on buy. Something that
literally makes you stop scrolling. Two,
something that adds value to somebody's
life. So, if something can save me 20
minutes a day, then chances are I'm
going to be okay spending money on that.
And three, we want to look for products
also that we can sell at two to two and
a half times, maybe even three times
what we're sourcing them for. That way
we can make sure that we cover our base
cost, so however much the product costs,
and any fees that are associated when
selling online. So, Shopify has 3 to 4%
fees, eBay has 13% fees, Etsy has about
6 to 10% fees. So, what we want to do is
we want to make sure that we offset
those fees, offset what we're paying for
the product, and still make a profit.
All right, so while I was telling you
all of that, Claude actually pulled all
of that information already from AutoDS
based on the niche that we're going
with.
So, product options. It's giving us us a
couple of suggested products and why
it's suggesting them. So, why it
suggested it, it's the cleanest fit for
your niche. It's got gaming and desk
setup, and it has the best combination
of order history and low competition in
the pool that AutoDS returned. It also
gives us a score, so it has a score of
89 out of 100. It's a very strong
testing candidate, and the main upside
to this is that it's got a high
calculated margin on the base variant.
So, on the basic variation, and a strong
visual before and after hook. So, this
can give us some really good content.
Now, what product is it going for? Well,
it gave us three different options right
now. We can ask it for more, but let's
go ahead and check out the first one.
So, the first one is the large gaming
mouse pad, which is the one that it's
recommending. Let's go ahead and click
on it. Open link.
And then it's going to give us this one
over here. So, this is the mouse pad.
So, on top of everything, we also have a
few different ways or a few different
options that we can market our product
ourselves. So, we can pretty much mimic
any one of these.
Like, just take a look at this one for
example.
>> This is onn but XL typing mouse pad off
Amazon for £13 with a 4.3 star rating,
and we're here to put that to the test.
It has decent stitching,
and quite good
>> Pretty straightforward. All they're
really doing is just showing you what
the product is and how much it cost
them. Now, this is the product that we
were looking at. This is currently
running for 11.20 with $2 shipping, and
some places are even selling it for
$52.26.
And if you want to see who's selling it
for that, on the AutoDS product page, we
also have a competitor section. So, it
looks like these are the people that are
selling it for that much, High Ground. I
think 52 is a little bit excessive, but
$28 is definitely something that's
doable. So, it's actually on sale for
$28. Then if we take a look at one of
the other ones, this is the white topo
mouse pad, and they're selling it for
$44.99.
I think that this is kind of expensive
for something like this. This is
definitely a niche website that's geared
towards these types of products, so they
can probably get away with selling it
for this much. But, I personally would
probably sell this for $39.99, maybe
even $29.99, and you're still making
your profit. You're still making two to
two and a half times what you're paying
for it. So, this can be a very strong
option and a very strong candidate for
what we're trying to sell or for our
store. So, let's go back to Claude, and
we can take out one of the other ones,
too. So, the one that's actually calling
my attention, it's not the cable clips,
it's more of this one, the LED touch
magnetic rechargeable desk lamp. Oh, you
know what? These are really cool. I have
one of these that's not magnetic. I
might actually want to get one of these.
But, this is also a very strong option.
It's got a very strong visual hook to
it. It's very visually appealing, and
it's definitely a scroll stopper,
especially because it's magnetic. So,
people are like, you're removing a light
just like that. It's pretty cool. It's
pretty different. It's interesting. But,
for now, what we're going to do is we're
going to go ahead and check out the rest
of what Claude is telling us. So, it
does give us a profit check. It gives us
a why I would pick this one, so it's
telling us why it would pick this
product. It gives us a few different
content angles, and then it gives us the
way forward. So, what we need to do
next, so what to choose from. Now, in
this case, I'm going to go with the
first pick. We can tell Claude go with
the pick that you want, which was
essentially would be its recommendation.
We can tell it go with product number
two or check out this other product if
we have something in mind. I'm going to
tell it to
go with your
recommendation.
All right. So, then it has locked in.
It's locking it in. And now it's
building our offer. So, how are we going
to market it? How are we going to sell
it? Who are we going to sell it to?
What's our brand tone? All of that
information is going to be what Claude
gives us now. Now, before it does write
the offer, it is going to ask us two
different things. So, what is the brand
tone and do we have any proof? So, brand
tone, let's do
uh
I think premium
would be good for this. And as for the
proof, uh we could just put
proof needed. We don't have anything.
Although, we can use the reviews that
are on AutoDS or any of the other uh
listings of a product similar to this
one. But for now, let's just leave it as
proof needed. All right, cool. So, now
it gives us our product offer. It's
giving us an offer summary. So, the
customer is going to be gamers and
creators who care about how it looks and
performs. This is something very big
because a lot of gamers, especially on
TikTok, they're very visual. They're
very aesthetic. They really like the RGB
lights. They like the different
colorfulness, the aesthetic, the modern
look to everything. And a product like
the one that we just saw, that mouse
pad, it's very aesthetic. The black and
white goes good with pretty much
anything. All right, now besides our
target customer, it gives us a problem
or desire. So, a small mouse pad and
bare desk make your setup feel
unfinished and cramped. They want or,
you know, gamers and creators, they want
a cohesive premium surface that ties the
whole desk together, which honestly, I
agree. Whenever I see my desk just empty
with anything, it just looks boring and
plain. Even just a little bit of
something gives it that extra little bit
of pop that makes it look cooler and
again, a lot more aesthetic. Then it
gives us our product, the promise, which
is the transforming messy desk into a
clean and premium workspace.
The reason to believe, this is
interesting. So, full desk size
reinforced stitch edge, low friction
support for consistent tracking, and the
durability and performance specifics for
consistent tracking. And then the CTA is
going to be to upgrade my desk. And for
those of you that don't know, CTA is
just simply call to action. Now, the
positioning, it gives us a couple of
different marketing angles. So, it gives
us the angle, the hook, what to show,
and the proof that's needed. So, in this
case, the problem and solution is the
type of video that we're doing. That's
the angle. The hook is going to be your
gear is nice, your desk isn't. That's
pretty cool. Then, what's the show? A
cluttered and bare desk going to a
single mat laid down, and then gear
placed on top of that. And then the
proof needed here is simply going to be
you need real before and after footage,
which is really easy. You don't even
need to show your face for something
like this.
Then it gives us a pricing bundle. It's
going to give us our Shopify section
copy. So, it's going to give us what to
put in our announcement bar, our hero
section, our featured product section,
our benefit section, the how it works,
the proof section, all of that stuff.
Even the frequently asked questions
section. So, after you read all this, if
everything looks good to you, then you
can go ahead and tell it next. And then
it's going to come the next part of the
process, which is actually one of the
most important ones. And that's going to
be to create our Shopify store. So, this
is going to be the open my store skill.
That's the one that's going to be called
next, and it's going to tell you exactly
what to do from here. So, for one, it's
telling us to go to buildyourstore.ai,
and it's going to tell us to choose the
electronics and gadgets niche. Why?
Because it's the closest and the most
relevant to the product and the niche
that we were just talking about. And
then it's giving us a bit more
information, and it's telling us what to
do. So, we need to build our starter
store, then we need to connect or open
our Shopify store, and what Claude is
going to do next. So, essentially from
here, what we need to do is we need to
build our store. In order to do this,
the easiest way forward is going to be
by using buildyourstore. Now, with
buildyourstore, all you have to do is
click on build my free store, and we're
going to go ahead and log in and go and
go through the process. But, the biggest
reason why I'm going through this
instead of just simply manually doing
everything on Shopify is because if we
do things on Shopify by ourselves,
chances are we're going to forget
something. Whether that be the privacy
page, the policy page, some sort of
settings, it always happens. And it's
honestly, it's just a lot quicker.
Besides that, if we tell Claude to do
this for us, because a lot of people
say, "Just have Claude build your
website. Fine, Claude can build my
website, but it's not going to build the
back end. It's not going to build our
fulfillment services. It's not going to
help us out with a payment processor.
It's not going to do any of that stuff.
It's not going to give us winning and
trending products already included with
our store. Build your store gives us all
of this and then some. So, it's going to
give us a premium Shopify theme. It's
going to give us access to winning and
trending products through AutoDS and
it's going to be preloaded with those
products. And then to top it all off,
it's going to have every single section
that we need for our store. So, that way
we know for a fact that we're not
missing anything and we're fully
compliant. All right. So, from here
let's go ahead and create our own
Shopify account or a new Shopify
account.
Just going to go ahead and register
really fast.
All right. Now, from here it's going to
ask us to claim our store. So, we can go
ahead and click on claim store.
All right. So, that's going to take us
back to build your store.
buildyourstore.ai. And now we're going
to choose the niche that we wanted. So,
Claude told us to go with electronics
and gadgets. We're not going to go with
pets, fashion, or home and garden, or
sports and fitness because they're not
going to fit the niche that we were
looking at. So, let's choose what Claude
said. Click on done.
Let's choose two banners that are going
to be relevant to our store. Uh I like
this one cuz I've always liked gray and
black. And let's do this one over here.
Actually, let's do this one cuz it might
give us a little bit of space in the
middle to add some text. And click on
done.
We can change these later. We can tell
Claude to change them as well. Now, next
we need to activate our store.
So, go ahead and activate the store.
From here what we're going to have to do
is pick a Shopify plan.
Now, it's already going to be defaulted
to the basic plan.
That's what you need. You don't need
anything more expensive. And the cool
thing about this is that you actually
have access to 3 months for a dollar
each month. So, in 3 months you're only
going to spend $3. And look, I'm not
going to lie to you. If you can't get
any sales within 3 months,
just start a new store.
Just start a new trial. You're going to
have another 3 months for $3. So, you're
having 6 months for 6 bucks. So, it's
not bad. It's a good way to test out the
waters and see what works for you. So,
from here, let's go ahead and finish up
the sign-up process.
All right, perfect. Once we're done
here, we should be good to go back to uh
build your store, and then click on I'm
done, continue.
Now, we're going to choose the type of
store that we want. We don't have to go
with the one product store. We can go
with the free beginner store because
Claude is going to be doing a couple of
updates for us. So, we can go ahead and
skip this part.
Now, we're going to go ahead and
customize the store. So,
buildyourstore.ai is going to adjust the
store for us. It's going to adjust the
theme. It's going to apply the new theme
before Claude goes in and makes it a bit
more niche-specific. So, from here, what
we need to do is simply register to
AutoDS. And what this is going to do is
it's going to attach our Shopify account
to our AutoDS account. So, go ahead and
click on done.
Now, from here, we can go ahead and get
a free game plan if you want, or we can
skip the offer. And then we can access
our store.
Now, once we're under the access our
store, what we want to do is we actually
want to go back to Shopify.
And we're going to go to online store
over here. Then we're going to remove
our password. All right, so the online
store is open to everyone. Everyone can
check out our store now.
And now we go back to build your store.
Click on done.
Now, it's going to ask us how did you
hear about us? Of course, go ahead and
type in YouTube and put
Mario sent me.
And then you can go ahead and save and
continue. So, long videos because this
is one of the longer videos, not a
short. And save and continue. Now, it's
going to give us an option to go ahead
and generate our first videos. We can
use create UGC for this. We're going to
be using this a little bit later on or
we're going to learn a little bit more
about it later on. But for now we can go
ahead and click on done. And then we can
secure our free domain. So this is very
important because it gives you a lot of
trust. It gives the users a lot of trust
once they land on your website. So
instead of having, I don't know,
mystore.shopify.com,
you're going to simply be putting, let's
say, my gadget emporium, for example,
dot store. So when somebody goes to my
gadget emporium.store, they're going to
go to your website. And the best thing
is that this is completely free. You get
your first year for completely free. All
you have to do from here is just uh
register your name, your email, and a
password so you can have access to this
domain later on. Now once you create
your account,
go ahead and click on create account.
Then it's going to walk you through how
you can uh install or connect this
domain. Super easy, just click on
connect now. Over here you click on
connect existing and then you type in
the name of your domain. So
my gadget emporium
dot store.
It's going to connect everything for you
and it's going to give you a couple of
instructions to follow really fast. And
after that, you're good to go.
You can go back to build your store,
click on done.
And you're all set from here. Now let's
take a quick look at what build your
store created for us. And this is
essentially what what it made. So it has
our different banners over here, the
ones we chose.
And you have a couple of products, a bit
of information, nice converting store.
If we look at the catalog,
it already comes preloaded with a few
different products from the AutoDS
winning product section, which is
something like this Bluetooth sleeping
headband, a drone, and a few other
products. Now these are all directly
from the handpicked product section. But
what we're going to do now is we're
going to run back to Claude
and we're going to tell it we are done.
Shopify store is connected.
Now to make things a bit easier for
Claude, what I like to do is if you have
multiple stores like I do, because I do
have a few different ones, and this is
currently my second Shopify store,
is I like to take the name, go back to
Claude, and tell it what the name is, so
it doesn't confuse it with any of the
other ones. So, Shopify store is
connected. Name of it is BYS user store
19428. Perfect.
Now, it's going to go ahead and go to
the next section, which is improving our
Shopify store. Okay, so it actually
picked up earlier one of the other
Shopify stores that I had, and that's
because it was checking my Shopify
store. It wasn't checking my AutoDS. So,
if it starts to do that, just tell it
this is not the store that I have. This
isn't the one that I just created. And
again, this is if you have multiple
Shopify stores like I do. But, just
check it out. You'll see immediately
whether or not it's choosing the right
store. And then I just told it this
isn't the store. The name of the store
is build your store user
this one, and to check AutoDS. So, I did
that, and what it's doing is it's
actually switching the Shopify account.
Because what Claude needs to do is
Claude needs to connect to our Shopify
account. So, I'm having it log out of
one of my other accounts and log into
this new one. So, it's going to ask me
to authenticate. I'm going to go ahead
and click on connect.
Now, it's showing the right one. So,
this is our Shopify admin. I'm simply
logging in with the account that I just
created. So, go ahead and choose the
store, the account. You're going to have
to click on install, cuz this is going
to connect the Shopify and Claude
connector app, so that way Shopify and
Claude can talk to each other.
And that's pretty much it. So, now I got
the right store. It has the name BYS
user store, has our domain, has our
email, our plan, all of the information
it needs. All right, so now it's
connected to the right store, and it's
pulling up all of the different products
that I showed you earlier. And then it's
going to start to improve our store.
It's going to remove any products that
it thinks are not necessarily
directly associated to our niche, which
it should be pretty good to go with
pretty much all of them on here. And
it's going to add our hero product,
which is the original one that we chose
through Claude. All right, so now it's
going to go ahead and create our hero
product along with the other ones that
are already on there. All right, so it
looks like the product is live, but the
images didn't match. So, what Claude is
going to do is it's simply going to fix
this for us. And that's the great thing
about Claude, right? Like it picks up
all of these different issues and it
fixes them automatically for you. That's
why Claude is so powerful compared to
ChatGPT or Gemini. They can't do any of
that. They can't connect to your Shopify
store the way that Claude can. Or really
to anything. All right, perfect. So, it
has the images. It's uploading all of
the different variations. It's getting
everything done for us. So far,
we're looking pretty good. All right, so
now it's giving us a store improvement
plan. So, the main issue is the
connected store was initially the wrong
one.
That was fixed. Now it's giving us an
update summary.
Then it gives us our home page changes.
So, what it's doing.
And the product page changes, which are
already done.
The profit check, making sure that we're
making money.
And any catalog changes. So, is there
anything on the products catalog that
needs to be changed or whatever it may
be, it's doing it for us. And then it
gives us a manual checklist. So, it
gives us a few things that we need to
check manually.
Uh we can go ahead and check these
manually. Sometimes Claude will say that
it can't do things. We just have to tell
it to do it and then it'll get it done.
That's just the nature of AI, I guess.
So, what I did is I told it uh to just
make the changes directly through
Shopify instead of having me go on to
make them. And then pretty much what
it's telling us through here is that
because the site is live, Shopify
doesn't let Claude make these edits. So,
we have two different options to go from
here. The first one is going to be to
set a different theme and then have
Claude make changes to the build your
store theme that's not currently
published. Or the second is going to be
for us to download the liquid file,
which is actually going to be the
easiest one. That's what I'm going to
show you how to do. And upload it to uh
Claude and have Claude make those
changes. So, it is making a couple of
changes as is. So, let's go ahead and
see what it did. It's telling us that
the announcement bar and the hero
headline need to be done.
So, let's go ahead and see what it has
currently done.
Let's refresh our page. So, what it did
is it pretty much just made some very
minor changes like added the test setup
essentials and then uploaded a product.
So, what we want to do from here is
simply going to be go to our online
store over here.
And then what we want to do is
download our theme. So, we're going to
click on these three dots. We're going
to do download theme file and then we're
going to send an email. So, Shopify is
going to send this directly to our
email. All right, so then we're going to
receive an email like this one, click on
theme export, going to go ahead and
click on allow it here, and our theme is
downloaded. So, now we're going to go to
Claude and we're going to upload that
theme.
Which is this one over here. Uh for some
reason, it keeps getting
open instead of compressed. So, what I'm
going to do is I'm just going to go
ahead and compress it cuz that's the way
that it needs to work.
We're just going to upload it to Claude
and let it do its thing. It's going to
go ahead and edit everything and then
we're going to go ahead and upload that
to our Shopify. And then in just a
second I'll show you exactly how
everything is going to look. All right,
so essentially what it's doing now is
it's rebuilding everything for us and in
just a second it's going to give us our
final theme file. All right, so when
this comes up on the side, we are good
to go. It can't show it to us because
everything is zipped up. So, what we're
going to do is download a zip.
And again, for some reason, it downloads
as not zipped. It downloads completely
uncompressed. If this is the case, you
can't upload it to Shopify. So, just
right click and then do compress.
All right.
So, now we're going to go back to
Shopify and then we're going to go ahead
and do import and upload zip file.
We're going to upload the file that
Claude gave us.
Again, it has to be zipped and
compressed. If not, it's not going to
accept it. All right, so it shows here
theme uploaded and it's installing the
theme now.
So, from here we can simply go ahead and
click on publish.
We can publish it.
And then it'll give you something like
this. So, this is the home page. As you
can see, it's pretty straightforward,
very clean, looks really good, good
images. And then this is the product
page. The product page is going to be
universal throughout. They're all going
to have essentially the same theme, but
you can see that everything is nicely
laid out and in order. All right, now
once we have our Shopify theme set, if
we're happy with it, we can go ahead and
accept it. If not, we can ask Claude to
make any extra or additional changes.
And then from here, we just simply reply
with done.
Now, after we have our Shopify store
live, the next thing we're going to have
to do is start to come up with our
marketing plan. And that's going to be
the second to last step because now we
need to start generating traffic. So,
now it's giving us a full step-by-step
marketing plan. It's giving us the
different hooks. It's giving us five
different hooks actually with different
angles and different formats. And then
it's going to give us a clean version
that we can use for create UGC. Now,
when it comes to create UGC, it's very
easy to use. All you have to do is
navigate to create UGC, register for an
account, sign in, and then from here
we're going to create a new video. Then
we're going to choose either a product
reaction, a product in hand, or an
avatar in script. Now, Claude is giving
us two different options. It's telling
us to do a regular video, which we can
use either a product reaction or product
at hand. And for that, what we can do is
we can go back to Claude. Then we can go
ahead and take this over here,
copy that script.
Then we can go back to create UGC
and then do a product reaction. Let's do
product reaction with this one.
Let's take the link to the product.
We're going to go back to Claude.
We're going to look for the links that
it gave us. I mean, alternatively, we
can also simply just give it
um the Shopify link to that's in our
store. We can do that as well.
And then once we continue, it's going to
collect all of the information. We can
choose any images that we want to go
with. So, I'm actually going to go with
this one over here.
Uh I'm not going to do that one. I'm not
going to do that one. I'm not going to
do that one. I'll do these three.
Yeah, let's do those three. Those are
good.
Now, what we do is we click on next.
We're going to go ahead and confirm our
video settings. Click on next.
Now, we're going to choose our avatar.
We want to choose something that's
relevant to our product. So, in this
case, I'm going to choose this guy cuz
he is sitting in front of a table or
Andre who's sitting indoors. I'm not
going to have somebody that's in a car
or maybe even in their living room or
their bathroom because it's not going to
make sense for the product that we're
using or that we're advertising.
So, once we click on next,
go ahead and paste in our script in
here.
We can also choose some of the pre-made
ones, the funny, the selling, or
professional one.
Click on next, and then it's going to
create our video. So, once we generate,
you give it about a minute, and then
it's going to come up with this.
>> This is the fastest way to fix an ugly
desk. Everything off, then one clean
surface edge to edge. Gear back on top,
same setup looks completely different.
>> [music]
>> Full desk mats in my bio.
>> Now, after we start creating content for
it, we start getting some traction to
our store, we start having a few sales,
then is going to come time for the next
part, which is going to be our scaling.
So, from here, all we have to do is type
in results, but right now it's not going
to give us anything because we haven't
made any sales. But, let me just show
you what it does.
Once we do results, it's going to
essentially look at our Shopify store,
and it's going to say, "All right.
>> [music]
>> So, on this day and this day, you made
this much money. You made this many
sales." And then we can feed it
information from our videos. So, that
way it can know whether or not those
videos might be attributed to those
sales, and if you're running ads, even
better because that can actually tell
you your click-through rate. It can give
you a lot more information or a lot
deeper analysis of your videos and how
they're working or how they're
performing. So, you can take all that
information, and you can feed it to
Claude, which is essentially what's
going on now, right? So, results is the
point where real numbers drive the next
decision. So, it's essentially the
scaling part of it. So, you do need to
give it a bit of information, so it can
then give you suggestions on how to grow
and scale your business. And that's how
I was able to use Claude to make over
$3,000 in less than 1 week with pretty
minimal effort. Remember, if you want
the cheat sheet with all of the
different pieces of information that I
gave you, the skill set, the
instructions, everything, make sure to
comment down below the hashtag Claude
AI. And let me know what your takeaway
was from this video. Now, if you want to
learn how you can use Claude to start
making your AI UGC videos that look
really realistic, then check out this
