Video summary
The video documents a 30-day challenge where the creator tested whether an AI tool called Claude could help a non-tech-savvy individual generate income from scratch. The subject chosen for this experiment was his brother, Zach, a 50-year-old HVAC professional and realtor with thirty years of experience in the trades but no prior audience or editing skills. Contrary to common advice suggesting dropshipping or app development, Claude guided them toward creating educational content that leveraged Zach's existing expertise. The core argument presented is that while many business models exist, the single most critical bottleneck for success is traffic; without an audience, even the best product cannot generate revenue. Consequently, the strategy focused entirely on building a YouTube channel as a free, scalable method to attract viewers, which then serves as a foundation for various monetization streams.
The execution of this plan relied heavily on using AI to handle the time-consuming aspects of content creation, allowing Zach to work within his limited four-hour weekly schedule. The process involved feeding Claude detailed information about Zach's career, problems he solved, and local trade knowledge to generate video niches, scripts, and titles. This approach eliminated the need for expensive equipment or professional editing; Zach recorded simple videos on his phone with basic lighting, yet the content performed exceptionally well once it gained traction. The channel experienced a "popcorn effect," where initial slow growth eventually led to a viral first video that propelled the entire channel forward, proving that consistency and systematized workflows are more important than high production value or innate talent.
Monetization for Zach came in two distinct phases after he was approved as a YouTube partner. Initially, he earned approximately $78,000 annually based on AdSense revenue alone within the first month of monetization. However, the creator quickly identified a new opportunity by analyzing viewer comments, which revealed a high demand for guidance on entering the trades. By adding an affiliate link to a career training platform in the video descriptions, Zach created a second income stream that generated thousands of dollars in commissions shortly after launch. This case study serves as proof that the system works for people who are not tech-savvy or young, demonstrating that AI can provide the leverage needed to bypass traditional barriers like lack of time, audience, or technical skill.
The creator concludes by emphasizing that this success was not due to luck but rather a repeatable system that anyone can apply, though he also promotes a live training session for those who want deeper instruction. He clarifies that his endorsement of Claude is genuine and based on personal investment rather than sponsorship, having spent significant money testing the tool himself. The overarching message is that while AI cannot magically create money without action, it acts as a powerful force multiplier that allows busy professionals to build full-time income streams by solving real-world problems for others. Ultimately, the video argues that the gap between failure and success often lies in taking consistent action with a proven system rather than waiting for inspiration or perfect conditions.

I tried making money with Claude for 30
days and I promised at least one piece
of what happened will fit your exact
situation. And this is coming from
someone who went 300,000 student loan
debt for a doctorate that I don't even
use. And so I spent about 10,000 hours
since 2022 building the AI playbook that
I wish I had back when I was looking at
what career to go into. And it's helped
me grow this YouTube channel to 1.5
million subscribers and make tens of
millions of dollars. And now over a
thousand people in my community are
running it themselves. But the problem
with most of these YouTube videos where
people try out Claude is they'll sell
something, but they sell it on their
massive channel. So, it's not that their
business idea from Claude actually
worked. It's just that they had a
massive amount of people already
following them. And so, they could
pretty much sell anything and make money
with it. And so, I wanted to do this
30-day challenge with Claude, but I
wanted to do it with the worst possible
candidate. And so I picked somebody in
my family, not someone who's young and
techsavvy and already knows how to use
AI, but a 50-year-old who spent 30 years
in the trades, never made a dollar
outside of his career, and he's also not
techsavvy. And he had zero audience,
zero head start, and 29 days later, he
made $214 in a single day. And that's a
$78,000 year run rate. So he literally
went from zero to a full-time income in
less than one month. So, everybody asks
Claude to hand them money, but the
winners ask it for leverage, pointed at
the one bottleneck that decides who
actually gets paid. And we'll get into
that here in a minute. So, whether
you're laid off and rebuilding, or
you're working in corporate and
suffocating, or you're like me where you
got a doctorate, got a really good job,
but you kind of hated it, or you're 50
and you've been told that it's too late,
or you're a business owner who's tired
of chasing, this experiment will be very
interesting to you, and it was built for
every one of you. And I'm going to be
showing all the proof, all the receipts
on the screen, and a step-by-step guide
for exactly how we did this so that you
can apply that step-by-step guide and
repeat it for yourself. So, if you
appreciate me making this type of
content, you want to see me make more of
it in the future, then let me know by
gently tapping that like button. Let's
go ahead and jump into it right now. All
right, so day one, I opened Claude and I
asked it one question. I want to build a
new income stream from zero to real
money in 30 days. What business should I
build? Now, that chat's a recreation, by
the way. We asked Claude something very
similar to this on day zero. But
Claude's answer, well, I did not want to
hear it. It didn't say drop shipping. It
didn't say build an app. It didn't say
start an AI automation business. It said
the business doesn't even matter yet.
Now, full answer here in a minute, but
first, the rules. Rule number one, it
could not be my channel, right? If I
already have a big audience and then I
try to sell something to them with AI
and call it proof, that's total bull.
And honestly, even if I started a second
channel, it wouldn't be fair because too
many people would recognize my face. So,
I went and found the unfairest test I
could possibly find. I convinced my big
brother, Zach, to do it. Now, I
basically picked a random 50-year-old in
my family and he spent 30 years in the
trades. He's never made a dollar outside
of his career, and he's also quite busy,
right? He has an HVAC business to run.
Plus, he's a realtor on the side. Plus,
he has a really good social life. And he
had never edited a single video in his
life. So, if Claude could work for him,
it would work for anybody. Now, one
thing I'm going to say about this is the
truth is every business model and every
side hustle out there works. Yes, you
heard that right. They all work, but
they all need one thing in common, and
that is traffic. If you don't have
traffic, it's like trying to sell
something to people and nobody knows you
exist. Like, how in the world are you
going to sell something to someone if
nobody knows you exist? So, there's
three ways of getting traffic. One is
paid ads. And not only is paid ads
difficult, you're probably going to lose
money. You also need a lot of money to
get started with paid ads, but it
doesn't really meet the criteria of a
test like this because it would take a
lot of money to get started and that's
not really fair. Two is cold outreach.
So, this is where you cold call or you
knock on somebody's door or you cold
email or you cold message them on social
media and try to sell them something.
And that can also work, but the problem
is it just takes a lot of time. It
basically turns into a full-time job.
And Zach didn't have a lot of time. He
only had about 4 hours a week. So, the
third way of making money is to post
social media content. This is completely
free. It doesn't take a bunch of money
to start up and it's something that
Cloud can definitely help you do. Now,
there's a lot of different social media
platforms out there you can post content
on, but the best one by far is YouTube.
And the best thing is you can use
YouTube as your mother platform and then
you can syndicate the content to all the
other platforms. So, you make long- form
videos on YouTube and then syndicate
that content to other platforms. But you
have to make videos in a particular way
so that when you syndicate it, it
actually works. And usually posting on
YouTube takes a long time to make money,
right? Social media in general is really
good for making money, but almost
everybody says that it takes a long
time. But if you do it the right way, it
doesn't. And I'm going to show you
exactly what we did. So 30 days on the
clock, every result is a real daystamp
dashboard and the content stays simple.
Tiny time cost. And there has to be a
tiny time cost because this man has a
business to run and he doesn't have a
lot of time. Time out. Time out. Guys,
if you ever thought, "I should be on
YouTube, but I never started because of
the time or the editing or not knowing
what to say or not knowing how to get
started, AI just solved all of those
problems for you." Because you can now
make money from YouTube working less
than 4 hours a week. 15 to 30 minutes a
day is all you need. And this works even
if you have a full-time job, you run a
business, you're already doing YouTube
and you failed at it, or you're doing
YouTube and you're doing pretty well,
but you're struggling with monetization,
or you're just a normal person who isn't
techy at all. Which is exactly why this
week I'm hosting a live training on
exactly how to start YouTube stepby step
for beginners. It is 100% free, no cash
at all. And on top of that, I'm going to
be handing out even more bonuses at the
training. Now, just to give you one
example, you'll be getting my niche
validator pro that's powered by Claude
and we have a chat GBT version as well.
And this is a super valuable piece of
software where you can finally figure
out what the best niche for you is. Or
if you already have a niche, it's going
to help you make it 10 times better. So,
do not sleep on this one. Go and grab
your spot down in the description and
the pin comment below because the only
way to get it is by joining the
training. So, if you wait, you might
miss out. Now, with that said, at the
workshop, you will get to meet me
personally. I will be answering
questions before, during, and after the
workshop directly. So, I'm looking
forward to seeing you there. So, go
click that link in the description and
the pinned comment below. It's happening
this week. So, get it on your calendar.
And if for some reason you can't make it
or you weren't able to be there, still
go click that link in the description
because it will automatically put you on
a wait list to notify you when we'll be
running our next live training and you
will be the first one to hear about it.
So, yeah, looking forward to seeing you
there. And now, back to our regularly
scheduled programming. Now, one more
thing. Sachs results here are not
typical. He had me in his ear every
single day and he was using the system
that I've refined over years which I'm
going to be teaching in the live
training. So again, click that link in
the description of the pin comment to
check it out. But this isn't magic. It's
a system and it does require you to
actually take action. So what did Claude
actually say? Well, I'm not going to
describe it. I'm going to show you.
Well, it pretty much said that every way
of making money works. Drop shipping
works, freelancing works, courses works,
agencies work, coaching works. But the
problem with dam near all of them is the
exact same problem which is what I said
before and that is traffic. Some people
refer to this as distribution as well.
And you can have the greatest product on
earth but if nobody knows you exist
there's just simply nobody to buy it. So
no traffic, no buyers and no buyers, no
business. Now there are only three doors
to traffic. Door one is you pay for it.
Paid ads that's tens of thousands of
dollars before you even get it down.
Very difficult to do and takes a lot of
money. So we can't do that. Door two,
you chase it. cold calls, cold DMs,
knocking on doors. Most people are just
not built for that. Plus, it takes a
bunch of time. And yeah, I've done this
before and it's not fun. Door three, you
make the traffic chase you. Aka, you
make content and they come to you. So,
this is free. It's scalable and
countless completely normal people have
pulled this off, right? We're not
talking some super geniuses that coded
some crazy AI app, right? Just normal
people that have normal businesses. For
instance, Adam's a realtor in Austin,
and his channel hands him a steady
stream of inbound leads every month with
zero cold calls and zero doornocking.
Peter is a urologist, an actual MD, and
his brand new channel hit monetization
eligibility in about 2 months. And Jyn
is a nurse, and the first month she got
monetized on YouTube, she made $6,000,
then $8,000. Then just this last month I
talked to her, she made over $10,000.
And she did it all by literally just
recording on her webcam. Seriously. So,
a realtor, a doctor, a nurse, not
influencers. Nobody is doing Tik Tok
dances here. And when I asked Claude
which platform, it named the one that I
already knew was coming, which is
YouTube, the mother platform. So, like I
said before, you make your videos the
right way and then you syndicate
everything, right? Every clip, every
platform, one brand growing everything
at once. And here's the thing, I
couldn't argue with a word of it. I've
watched that exact logic print money for
10 years. Claude just said it without me
being in the room. So if you solve
traffic once, every other way of making
money starts working. So traffic is
going to be the bottleneck for just
about any business that you start. Or if
you have a business right now and you're
trying to scale it, it's also likely
going to be the bottleneck because it
solves every other problem in your
business. Obviously, it solves the
problem of like actually making money.
So the marketing side, but if you have a
sales team, for instance, let's just say
you're selling like a high ticket
service. Well, guess what? Your sales
team becomes a bunch of cashiers because
people come to you already ready to buy.
So, it makes your sales process really
easy. Additionally, the people that come
to you and actually buy your product are
much more likely to know, like, and
trust you. They're going to be way less
skeptical, and you're going to have way
more of them. So, you can be pickier
about who actually buys your product.
You don't have to accept everybody. So,
if someone's not a good fit for you, you
can just tell them, "Sorry, we're full
right now." Additionally, when people
actually buy your stuff, they're much
more likely to actually implement it.
So, they're more likely to get results,
too. And because of the fact that
they're more likely to implement and get
results, it's going to be way easier for
them to give you testimonials. And then
when you get more testimonials, you're
going to make more money. They're also
more likely to refer you to other people
because they're going to send your
channel to their friends and their
family. And then the friends and family
are going to be likely to buy your
stuff, too. For instance, we had two
sisters recently join us. Both of them
have already gotten results, and I just
interviewed one of them last week. She's
making a full-time income with a tiny
channel, and the other sister is right
behind her, and she'll probably get
interviewed on the channel here pretty
soon, too. And then if you're hiring
people, if you actually have a presence
on YouTube, it actually gets easier to
hire people. We have a players wanting
to work with us all the time because of
my YouTube channel. So with that being
said, let's start from day zero. We did
not touch a camera. We opened Claude and
we built the machine first. So session
one was the niche. We fed Claude
everything that Zach actually is. nearly
30 years of trades experience, an HVAC
business on his plate, zero audience,
barely any free time, all of his
passions, all of his hobbies, all the
things that he's spent a lot of time
doing, all the skills that he's learned
throughout his career, all the problems
that he's had, all the things that he's
been able to overcome in his life, we
fed all of it into Claude, and then we
asked it what he should make videos
about. So, here's a Claude prompt. I'm
going to put it on the screen. This can
be a good way to get started. With that
being said, I highly recommend you
attend our live training. If you're
confused about what niche to go into or
what to sell, or if you already have a
niche, but you're not really certain on
it, you want to make that niche 10 times
better. Again, highly recommend you
attend our live training cuz we're going
to dive way deeper into this. Click that
link in the description in the pin
comment below. But with that being said,
just to get started right here, it was a
prompt very similar to this, which we'll
put on the screen. You can screenshot it
and put it into Claude. And when we did
this, the answer was so obvious that it
hurt. We're going to help people who
wanted to get into the trades or career
switchers pick and then land their first
trades job. And this is stuff that's
honestly common sense to Zach because
not only does he have a massive amount
of experience in the trades, but most of
his friends are in the trades as well.
And so it's very obvious to him which
trades are easy to get into and the pros
and cons of all the trades as well. And
he could just talk about those on camera
and help guide people into the right one
for them. And this is the exact stuff
that thousands of people are stuck with
and they're googling every single day.
In other words, this is a problem that
people have and Zach can help them solve
that problem. Section two is packaging
and scripts. So Claude did the heavy
lifting here, which is the titles, the
hooks, a reusable script formula, which
is exactly why a guy who can barely text
could do this. And he wrote his first
script in about 15 minutes. Seriously,
it only took him about 15 minutes to
write his first YouTube script. And this
was right after he started YouTube. And
this was not AI slop. This is a script
where the information, the source of
information was him. It came from him.
And Claude just basically helped him
flesh out the ideas and turn it into an
attentiongrabbing script. And then once
we had Zach's niche dialed in, it became
very obvious what video ideas we should
make. Now, the video is very important,
and that's another thing we'll be going
over in the live training this week much
more deeply. Again, click the link in
the description, the pin comment below.
But basically, we use this thing called
the icon method to find video ideas that
are probably 10 to 30 times more likely
to do well than a random video idea on
YouTube. But the video idea flows from
the niche. So, it's important to have
the niche down first and then pick the
right video ideas within a winning
niche. And that right there is the part
that everybody misses. We keep the
content stupid simple on purpose. Simple
content, tiny time cost, and that's the
whole time secret. With that being said,
I'm going to go ahead and put a prompt
up on the screen right now. Now, the key
at the end of this prompt is that it's
going to interview you until it has
enough context to give you a really good
script. And when you're talking back and
forth with it, I literally recommend
that you actually talk to it. So, on the
bottom right on Claude, there's a voice
command button and you can just click
that and then you can just literally
talk to it. And then you want to do
what's known as a yap session. This is
where you basically just yap about
everything you know about the topic. And
the yap session might last 5 or 10
minutes max. and just pretend like
you're talking to a friend and just
giving them advice on the topic and then
Claude might ask you a few questions
just to follow up and then it's going to
package that information, give you an
attentiongrabbing script. So, this is
exactly what we did with Zach and then
we had him record it. Now, you might be
thinking, "Well, Shane, you're skipping
that section pretty quickly." Guys, you
do not need any type of fancy set, fancy
camera, or anything like that when
you're helping people solve their
problems. This goes back to the type of
channel that I told you to make in the
first place, which is not an
entertainment channel where you're doing
Tik Tok dances. Uh, it's not some kind
of Mr. Beast style channel where you're
doing some crazy challenge and it's
super entertaining. It is the type of
channel where you are simply just taking
your knowledge, your experience, your
expertise and you are helping other
people who are a few steps behind you
solve the same problems that you've
already solved in the past. And when you
make that type of content, nobody cares
about the quality, right? The editing
doesn't have to be crazy. You don't have
to have some expensive set. You don't
have to have some expensive camera with
a $1,000 lens. Nobody cares. This is why
nurse Jen, for instance, was able to
record on her webcam and still had her
channel blow up to a full-time income.
And in Zach's case, I told him to start
off with just his phone, right? So, if
you have an iPhone, a Samsung, a Google
Pixel, within the last few years, it is
more than good enough to get started on
YouTube. And in fact, there's been
channels like Mr. Ballin, for instance,
that got to over 5 million subscribers
just by recording on their phone. So, we
recorded a dead simple video. We put it
up and the first video goes live and it
was this video right here, right?
Basically just helping people choose the
right trade career. And I'll be honest
with you, this video was pretty mediocre
at best, right? The lighting wasn't
great. The audio was just okay. This was
some pure flip phone energy stuff. Okay,
love you, Zach. But it was right.
Additionally, he had an extremely
monotone voice when he was talking,
right? So, it was very, very obvious
that he was talking off of a script.
Some people in the comment section even
thought that he was AI, which he wasn't.
He just sounded super monotone to the
point where it sounded like he was AI.
>> If you're tired of hearing the same old
options, or you're looking for something
that'll actually set you apart, stick
around. This might just change your
life.
>> Now, this is the part that most people
would just give up. But Zach kept on
uploading videos. And then June 1st, it
was 60. And then 149 on June 2nd. Then
June 3rd, 293. June 4th 262. June 5th
255. June 6th 395. June 7th 559. Now
around this point we were actually on
vacation with each other in Mexico at a
resort and we were with a bunch of
Zach's friends and they were actually
making fun of him for his first YouTube
video. They were saying that it's super
monotone and he sounded like a robot and
they're basically just teasing him for
thinking that he could be a YouTuber and
actually make money from it. And then
watch what happened. So June 8th 565.
Then June 9th, 737. June 10th, 1,358.
June 11th, 1,661.
June 12th, 235. June 13th, 3,161.
June 14th, 10,619
views. And then June 15th, 15,566
views. Uh June 16th, 15,123
views. June 17th, 12,252
views. June 18th, 8,17.
Then 11,222
and then 25,948
33,797
26,37
30,81 39,368
46,8989
32,937
21,988
26,36
and then 33,446
and then 26,665.
And much more important than the views,
let's show the actual money. So on June
22nd, he finally gets monetized. Now,
I'm actually in a different time zone,
so it was actually June 21st, but June
22nd, he gets monetized. Then June 23rd,
he makes $56 in his first day monetized.
And then $153 June 24th, and then $214
on June 25th. And this was 29 days after
starting his channel. So, if you do the
run rate for this, this is over $78,000
a year from AdSense alone. These are the
ads that pop up on your YouTube channel
when you start a YouTube channel, and
you get 55% of the revenue generated
from that. And this is a $78,000 year
run rate. So, he went from zero to a
full-time income in less than one month.
Now, why does this work so well? Well,
it's because a first video works like a
bag of popcorn, right? You hit start and
for the first 90 seconds, you get
nothing. Silence, right? All right, it's
in the microwave. It's spinning around
and it's doing nothing. But then one
kernel pops and then another one. So
it's like pop pop pop
and then all of a sudden the whole bag
goes off at once. So Zach's video wasn't
really dead during that quiet week. The
pops just hadn't started yet. But most
people yank the bag out of the microwave
during the silence and then they go tell
everybody that the popcorn doesn't work.
And so so many people will upload their
first YouTube video and they'll get
really discouraged because it's almost
never going to get a lot of views right
away. You know, many cases it'll get 20
views or maybe 50 if you're lucky and
then it'll die down and you just need to
keep uploading because those newer
videos that you uploaded is kind of like
applying more heat to the popcorn bag.
And once one kernel pops, all of the
rest of the kernels start popping. So,
he had his very first video pop off and
it got over 800,000 views in the first
month. And so, this very first video
absolutely blew up and it caused many
other videos on his channel to blow up
as well. And it got over 800,000 views.
All right, YouTube just got 10 times
easier and nobody is talking about it.
You used to need an entire film crew.
And it used to be a full-time job for
you to just do any work at all on
YouTube, but now you can get work done
in as little as 15 to 30 minutes a day,
and you can actually grow a full-time
YouTube channel. That's exactly what I'm
going to be talking about at the live
training that we're doing this week.
Exactly how to grow your YouTube
channel. So, click the link in the
description, the pin comment below to
check that out, guys. I will be
answering questions before, during, and
after the live training. It's completely
free. Plus, I'll be giving away an AI
that is designed to help you pick your
niche if you don't have one in the first
place or if you already have a niche.
It's going to help you make it 10 times
better. So, really looking forward to
talking with you guys. This is stuff
that we never talked about before. So,
click that link in the description below
and I look forward to seeing you there.
Now, like I said, if you're confused
about what niche to go into or how to
monetize or any of this stuff, I totally
understand. There's going to be a
stepbystep workshop where I tell you
exactly how all of this works this week.
Click that link in the description.
should be the first link down there and
I look forward to seeing you. And if
you're watching this in the future, by
the way, still click that link because
we'll likely be having live trainings in
the future and it'll put you on the wait
list for those. Now, you might be
thinking, Claude didn't do that, Shane.
You did. You're the YouTube guy. And
that's partly true. Zach had two unfair
advantages, and I'm about to hand you
both of them. Claude carried the
workload, and I told him where to point
it. But the advantage was never talent.
It's knowledge. And knowledge is the one
advantage that you can just take. And I
give a bunch of free knowledge on this
channel with the resources in the
description with the live training. I
literally answer questions for free. And
a lot of people think that this is like
the watered down stuff. Well, one of my
community members, Isaiah, made about 20
grand in a single month literally just
following the free advice on this
channel, downloading the resources on
this channel, and then showing up to my
live trainings. Then after he'd made a
bunch of money, he was able to quit his
job. Then he actually joined our
community. Now, while all of this was
happening to Zach, while his channel was
blowing up, he was getting lots of
views. his comment section kept filling
up with the same question over and over
again, which is, "How do I actually get
into the trade?" Right? People were
super happy that he was helping them
select the right trades, but they didn't
know how to get in. And so, we did what
most creators never do. We fed the whole
comment section into Claude. And Claude
spotted the pattern in seconds. They're
not asking questions. They're telling
you exactly what they want to buy. So,
we added one thing, which is a course
careers affiliate link. This is an
online training platform that helps
people get into careers and they have a
bunch of trade courses on that platform.
And so he started putting that link in
the description and then later on other
links in order to monetize from his
videos. And this turned into a second
income stream on the channel that's
barely 3 weeks old. And remember the
whole point of this video, get the
traffic and every single way of making
money starts working. AdSense was stream
one. Then the comments handed us stream
two. And one of our community members,
Louise, ran this exact play. one
referral link and one video and he made
about two grand in 17 days. So, here's
how you can do this. Screenshot this
Claude prompt, then paste all your
comments in. If you have the advanced
version of Claude, it can actually just
like audit your channel and go through
the comments itself and then see what it
spits out. Now, you might be thinking,
Shane, this sounds like a second job.
No, it's the opposite. Zach runs an HVAC
business and does real estate on the
side, and he's honestly busier than me.
And so, all he had was about 30 minutes
a day to work on this. So, we kept it
stupid simple on purpose. Simple videos,
simple edits, nothing cinematic. And
even what we sell was very simplified as
well. And his first video had bad
lighting and flip phone energy. And it
was still a massive hit. So, the polish
isn't what gets watched. You answering
people's questions are you solving
people's problems is what actually gets
watched and what actually ends up
generating revenue. Now, one thing I
want to say about this is I actually
documented all of it on the channel
while it was happening in real time,
right? So, all the receipts are
available on the channel. Everything was
documented with real receipts in real
time all the way from the beginning. And
I'm going to show you what he was able
to get to after posting on YouTube for a
while here in a bit. But there's one
question that probably pops into your
mind, and that is, Shane, be honest. Was
this luck? So, let's settle this right
now. Was Zach just lucky? Well, one
channel popping off proves that it
happened, but it doesn't prove that it
repeats, right? So, a good example of
this is Don and Emily, two community
members with an outdoors channel called
On the Scout. Hunting, bushcraft, all of
it. One video had popped early and then
every follow-up flopped. Don said that
every upload felt like a 15-hour gamble.
So, they came to us because they'd had
some success on YouTube, but they could
not recreate it. And so, they went back
to the video that already worked, and
they doubled down on that type of video
again. They rebuilt its packaging with
the same system that you've watched all
video. And they even reused old clips
shot on a phone. And the next video
pulled over a 100,000 views and
thousands of new subscribers in 7 days.
And the one after that got there even
faster. So luck doesn't repeat on
command. Systems do. And they did it
twice in a row after trying to recreate
the initial magic over and over again.
So if outdoors still feels too close to
the trades, well, Nathan coaches chess.
He was monetized right away after
joining the program. and then turned
that traffic into a $1,000 a month offer
and signed his first buyer. So,
different niche, but same ladder. And
look, our community is full of these
people. Craig is a realtor near 70 years
old, and he'd been posting on YouTube
for 4 years before he joined our
community. And just one of his videos
after posting with us doubled his
channel's lifetime views in 3 weeks. So,
3 weeks working with us, he got more
views than four years in posting on his
own. Nate teaches pool and he got
monetized right away and started making
money. Donald runs a sobriety channel.
He got a 41,000 view video at barely 700
subs. Daniel's 45 and one upload using
our system did a 100 times his channel's
average. Neil coaches actors and he
immediately made $5,000 from his first
two buyers at 1,600 subscribers. And
Cheryl had been posting on YouTube for
years with under 50 subscribers. And
then she became a YouTube partner in
about 2 months, completely blew her
channel up and actually started making
money. And they're not special. They're
just using the same playbook that you've
been watching this whole video. Now, you
might be thinking, "If it works, then
why the hell teach it, Shane? Why don't
you just keep all the secrets for
yourself?" Well, because this video is
me making money with YouTube, right? The
machine works. So, I use the machine to
show you the machine. And the wonderful
thing about YouTube is yes, in the past
when people found a way of making money,
they would hoard the secrets to
themselves. But with YouTube, you can
actually make more money by teaching
other people how to do the thing that
you discovered to do than you could make
on your own. And you might also be
thinking, Shane, nobody hypes a tool
like Claude this much unless it's paying
them. Anthropic has never paid me a
dime. Never has, not once. Not an
affiliate deal, not a sponsorship, not a
brand partnership. Up until the point of
me recording this video, Anthropic,
Claude, whatever you want to call it,
has never paid me a dime. Now, a lot of
the people making these videos are
sponsored by the tool that they're
hyping. So, you should watch out for
that. But me, I love testing out these
AI tools. In fact, I spend lots of money
testing them out in ways that I don't
even need to, but I just like to learn
these things. And last month, for
instance, I spent over $10,000 just on
Claude alone because I test everything
first before I tell you guys what to do.
So, I'm not their influencer. I'm their
customer. And I'm just telling you how I
use them. Nobody pays me to say Claude.
I actually pay them and I pay them a
massive amount of money as well. Now, by
the way, just a quick note here, you do
not need to spend $10,000 a month with
Claude. I do that because I use Cloud
for all kinds of different systems and I
test many different things out. Most of
them lead to dead ends and then I only
present the best information and the
best stuff to you guys. So, let's answer
the title straight. Did I make money
with Cloud AI in 30 days? Well, no. I
didn't make any money because all of the
money went straight to Zach, but he made
money through my guidance and my
systems. And what I walked away with is
the thing that I'd pay for first, which
is proof that this transfers to a total
beginner, even someone who's not
tech-savvy, even someone who's in his
50s, and even somebody who has never
made a social media video in his life.
And a year later, well, he finished his
first year on YouTube by making over
$18,000 in a single month. Now, that
took a year, not 30 days, but within 30
days, he made it to a full-time income
when it comes to the run rate. and we'll
see what his second year on YouTube has
in store because he decided to sell his
business and he's going to be spending
more time on YouTube. Because remember,
up to this point, he's only spent about
four hours a week making YouTube videos.
But the whole point is Zach didn't get
lucky, he got found. And Claude is why
one busy guy did the work of what would
have taken five people just a few years
ago. And I know half of you are already
typing it. It's easy for him. He had
you. Stop. Guys, Zach is 50, nearly 30
years in the trades, and his body was
starting to feel every single one. And
he had zero editing experience, zero
audience. So, the gap between him and
you isn't circumstance. It's that he
pressed upload again and again for 30
days while you did research for the 10th
time. When in reality, all you really
need to do is attend my live training by
clicking that link in the description,
the pin comment below, and you're going
to know more than enough to have success
on YouTube after attending that. Now,
Zach's first video blew up. Some people
need five videos or 10 or 15 or over 20
videos before they have their first one
blow up. But once that video blows up,
it has that popcorn bag effect where
previous videos typically blow up as
well. And on top of that, you're going
to double down on the winners. And so
really, all you need is that one video
to take off on your channel and you're
pretty much set after that. Now, I know
that 99% of you are going to watch my
free content on YouTube. You're going to
download the resources in the
description in the pin comment below.
You're going to attend my live training.
Definitely attend that by clicking the
link in the description, the pin comment
below. and we are never going to end up
working together. And that's completely
fine. I always want to give at least 10
or 100 times more value than what I
receive. But there's going to be 1% of
you, maybe 0.1% of you out there that
want a one-on-one mentorship experience,
a one-on-one handholding experience, or
you want us to literally just do the
work for you. So, if that sounds like
you, go ahead and click the second link
in the description in the pin comment
below to book a call. But only book this
call if you're very serious about
growing and making money on YouTube. We
have very limited spots in the program.
Right now, we're only accepting about
five people. Historically, we have about
a 18% acceptance rate just to book the
call alone. So, we have way more people
wanting to work with us than we can even
work with. Right? So, the types of
people we typically work with are going
to be professionals with at least 10
years of experience or if you have less
than that, people who are overachievers,
right? Basically, people who have had
experience, have wisdom, have problems
that they've solved in the past they can
help other people with. Right? Because
that's what we do is we teach people how
to make educational content where you're
solving people's problems. But we also
work with business owners that want to
get more views, grow their brand, get
more subscribers, uh, get more leads,
get more sales, and make more revenue
from YouTube. We also work with
YouTubers who are getting a lot of
views, but they're struggling with
monetization. We also work with
YouTubers who are crushing it, but they
want to crush it even harder. And we
also work with people who have large
followings on other social media
platforms, or maybe they have an
audience because they published a book
and they want to bring that audience
over to YouTube because they know that
YouTube is where the real money is at.
So, if that sounds like you, click that
second link in the description, the pin
comment below, and we look forward to
talking with you. But again, only if
you're very serious about growing and
making money on YouTube, treating it
like a business, and getting started
right away. With that being said, check
out this video right here to see exactly
how we helped nurse Jyn quit her nursing
job and travel all around the United
States in a camper van, all because of
YouTube and make over $10,000 a month.
