Nicholas Lights, Remove Your Media LLC, is writing to formerly demand that you immediately cease making false public statements about our company, our enforcement practices, and Eric Green. Man, I just woke up and you're already making me laugh this hard. Today's going to be a good one, boys. False. All these videos I've been doing, they have been false, guys. Well, let me kindly reply to you by saying this, Mr. Green. No, I would rather watch One Punch Man season 3 on loop every day for the rest of my life than not standing up for this injustice. You tried ruining my livelihood going after my channels false copyright strike and polls instead of me seizing my statements. How about you cease your company, remove your media, which has millions of people laughing at. It's one of the dumbest [ __ ] names I've seen in my life. It sounds like a villain group you'd encounter in Spongebob. Better yet, One Punch Man season 3. You're a comic relief of villain group. You have engaged in a deliberate pattern of harassment and defamation directed at Evergreen and Remove Your Media LLC through private harassing emails, repeated phone calls, a counter notification to YouTube, and public video statements on YouTube. Your conduct is harassment, defamation, and bad faith. It must stop immediately. You know what must stop immediately? The false copyright strikes. You're telling me I engaged in harassment? What about all of this harassment you were doing? False copyright striking hundreds if not thousands of channels, Etsy accounts, websites, clothing stores, threatening all of us that you're going to sue us. You're going to take us to court if we don't comply with your cease and desist. You're talking about a harassing counter notification. What about the harassing false copyright strike where all of us feel threatened now that we're going to lose our livelihoods because of a scammer a fraud? Our business address at the Walmart is an off-site mail reception facility office. The same business practice used by many other companies and thousands of legitimate businesses for security and liability protection. It is not fake. It is standard professional practice. Oh, so you're allowed to use your fake address, but you're asking all of us for our real addresses, our real names. We don't even know if Eric Green is your real name. It sounds like a villain from a filler arc in Naruto. But nah, we're supposed to supply you with our real information so you can use it against us and get what you want. Well, you're not getting what you want. Your company is inside of a Walmart parking lot and pretty soon you're going to be walking into that Walmart with a job application. Most importantly, we hold written authorizations from major copyright holders including Viz Media LLC and Crunchyroll LLC delegating copyright enforcement authority to us. These are real companies. Bleachbit is a free and open-source disc space cleaner, privacy manager, and computer system optimizer. The Bleachbit source code is licensed the GNU General Public License version 3. It's a space cleaner, a privacy manager. Knowing all of that, I need you to see this. So, we're on the Bleachbit website now to remove your media LLC and Viz Media LLC. What about the false claim that you made? Nothing's false about fair use. I'm not supposed to defend my video where I'm talking to the camera. You're allowed to strike that. That's a valid strike. That's a valid takedown and false defamatory statements made in a public YouTube video. Together, these establish a deliberate coordinated pattern of harassment and defamation designed to damage our reputation and interfere with our business relationships. Era Green, do do you have a relationship yourself? Or is it only with yourself? I wonder. I don't know what business relationships you're talking about, but I don't think Biz Media, Crunchyroll, I don't think they're going to give you permission to take down our videos with a simple title bleach. I don't think Viz Media is telling you to do that. I've never emailed you a single time. If you have proof that I've emailed you, I invite you to make a video yourself. What I'm believing that email was, it must have been a viewer of one of my videos. Maybe not even a viewer of one of my videos. There's a lot of content creators talking about this right now, Mr. Green. Your email, your number, address, all of that is public information. If someone makes an email titled Nicholas Light TV assater, your old ass believes that's me. It's all coming from me because my name's in it. I want to make this clear. I did call you once allegedly and I told you to go [ __ ] yourselves. That's it. All I said was go [ __ ] yourselves because you were falsely taking down my videos. Not only my videos, but thousands of others. You were harassing us. I returned the favor and I never called you again. My counter notification is not false. Your strike is false. You made multiple phone calls to remove your media LLC. These repeated calls, combined with your harassing email sent that same day and your counter notification filed hours later, establish a coordinated pattern of harassment and intimidation across multiple channels within a single 24-hour period. So now you're saying I'm sending you harassing emails when you know my email. It's in the counter claim. So you're lying. You know people could just make an email with your name. I could make Eric Green sucks@gmail.com and strike everybody down. Am I going to say you're over here striking everybody down with Eric Green sucks@gmail.com? You know what you're saying is stupid. It's funny you say intimidation across multiple channels. You're the one intimidating all of us with these cease and desists for the past decade, telling us if we don't answer in 10 business days, you're going to come down on us. It takes a simple Google search to find out that nothing I'm saying is wrong. You falsely copyright strike channels. You've been doing this for over a decade. The address links to a Walmart while you're over here asking for our private information. You're power hungry. You feel like when you use all of these big words, lawyer, court, legal fees, cease and desist, you expect me to be like this. Like, oh my god, he's coming after me. Do I look like I'm shaking? Nothing I'm saying is defamatory. It's the truth. In that video, you made the following false statements. One, you state Eric Green can only achieve his goal of submitting these false claims if we can't call him out on it. This falsely suggests that our copyright notices contain knowing falsehoods and that Eric Green's personal goal is to submit false claims. This is false. So, like I keep saying to you, you stupid bastard. Me talking to the camera right now. You struck that. You're telling me you're my slave owner. I could destroy you with that single sentence. It destroys your entire cause. Our enforcement actions are authorized by copyright holders and are based on legitimate infringement. If you could show proof that you watched everybody's videos of every single person you struck, you know, like the terms of service requires you to do in order to send a copyright takedown. I bet there's a video out there where somebody has you on camera setting up the AI system. You made the accusations anyway. You made them publicly to damage our reputation. I backed up every statement I've made over these past few videos with facts. You backed it up with an AI system. The same AI system that's sending out these false cease and desists. I'm sure Chat GBT is even calling you [ __ ] sees all public statements suggesting that Eric Green or Remove Your Media are acting maliciously, engage in personal vendettas, or are motivated by anything other than legitimate copyright enforcement. How is it a legitimate copyright enforcement if you're taking down videos of creators talking to the camera? How is that legitimate? Do you own my camera? Did you copyright my microphone?
