Video summary

The video details how a sixty-year-old former nurse named Jen successfully built a one-person AI business in just thirty days, eventually replacing her full-time nursing income and earning over ten thousand dollars in a single month. The narrator, who shares a similar background as a burned-out healthcare worker with significant student loan debt, emphasizes that the key to this success was not building a product first but rather constructing a traffic engine that attracts buyers automatically. By leveraging YouTube as both a content platform and an advertising network, Jen created a "toll bridge" where she earns revenue directly from views via AdSense while simultaneously directing that audience toward high-ticket offers, sponsorships, and affiliate products. This approach allowed her to achieve financial independence without needing a large team, a physical product, or a pre-existing audience, proving that the business model is accessible even for those starting with limited resources like just a laptop. A critical component of Jen's strategy was utilizing AI tools, specifically Claude, not to replace her expertise but to amplify her thirty-three years of professional wisdom. The video argues that while AI can generate generic content instantly, it cannot replicate the deep experience and nuanced understanding gained from thousands of patient interactions, making seasoned professionals like Jen scarcer and more valuable than young creators relying solely on algorithms. Instead of competing against low-quality "AI slop" flooding the internet, Jen treated poor-quality existing content as proof of market demand, positioning herself as a trusted expert who could provide genuine value to an aging demographic often ignored by younger creators. She used AI to streamline video scripting and editing, allowing her to produce simple, high-value educational videos from her camper van with minimal effort, focusing on answering real questions that patients had asked her throughout her career. The financial success of this venture is driven by a diversified "money stack" consisting of five distinct revenue streams: AdSense income, brand sponsorships, affiliate marketing, one-on-one consulting, and eventually a digital course. Jen's channel grew organically to over 100,000 views on early videos, leading to sponsorship deals where companies paid her hundreds per video simply for mentioning their products because her audience trusted her recommendations implicitly. The video highlights that age is not a disadvantage in this specific niche but rather a competitive moat, as the growing population of people turning sixty and seeking advice from peers creates a massive supply gap that experienced professionals can fill. By consistently posting every other day with simple webcam recordings and captions, Jen built a sustainable business that offers her freedom to travel and live on her own terms, demonstrating that it is never too late to start over if one leverages their unique life experience with the right digital tools.

So, I helped a 60-year-old beginner build a oneperson AI business in 30 days. And I promise by the end of this video, you'll have every single step because if she can do this, you can as well. And just a few months after starting that same business that I helped her start, paid her over $10,000. And I'll show you the numbers on the screen, the step by step, and all the receipts. But she did this all with no team, no product, no audience, a laptop, and that's about all. And within just a few months of starting, she was making a full-time income. She was able to quit her job as a nurse. And then just after that, she made it to $10,000 in a single month. And by the way, this is coming from someone who also worked in the medical field. I went about $300,000 in student loan debt for a pharmacy doctorate and became a pharmacist and immediately regretted it and wanted to escape my 9 toive job. So I built the oneperson business that I actually needed instead. And that business that I built has done over $10 million now. And I've made a community where I've helped over a thousand people, nurses, accountants, IT professionals, software developers, cyber security professionals, trades people, business owners, etc., etc., also build one person businesses using my exact same system. So, I'm not special. I was a burnedout healthcare worker exactly like she was. But most people trying to start an AI business build a product first, then they go begging strangers to buy it. But the smart move is backwards. Build the machine that attracts your buyers first. A machine that also pays you by itself while you decide what to sell. In other words, don't chase buyers. Build the machine that makes buyers chase you. So, the nurse with 33 years of knowledge, no exit plan, the IT guy watching AI circle his job, the business owner paying a fortune for every customer, the 58-year-old googling, "Is it too late to start over?" For all these people, there's going to be an option in this video for every single one of you. So, it doesn't matter what background you come from. Something that I talk about in this video is going to be very helpful when it comes to helping you start your oneperson business. And everything you're about to see comes off of a recorded call with her and real on-screen numbers. No hypotheticals, none of the AI slop flooding this topic with fake screenshots. And the single smartest thing that she does, the part that I'd steal first, is in the back half because most people mess that exact part up. So, if you appreciate me making this type of content, you want me to make more of it in the future, then let me know by gently cheersing that like button and let's jump into it right now. >> I have no staff. I have a cat that's asleep on the floor. So, >> all right. So, that's Jen, nurse Jen to the half a million people who watched her video last week. And yes, we're getting to that number. And she spent 33 years as a nurse. >> Well, I've been a nurse for 33 years. Um, I worked in a lot of different specialty areas. uh the last being teleaalth for 12 years. >> If you want to know what those last few years actually felt like then listen to this. >> The co you know pandemic years were really hard. Um we we were we had the luxury of being home but we had um you know some days over a hundred calls sitting in our queue at any given time during an 8 to 10 hour shift. So, um, I think after that I started to really burn out. >> 100 calls in the queue every shift for years. So, she did what millions of people are doing right now. She started looking for a way out. >> In the process of looking for what other remote job opportunities there might be, I stumbled across your channel. >> And here's the part that most videos would hide because it's not shiny. Her starting position wasn't good. I'm 60 and I don't I made some bad choices with relationships and money in my past and I don't have a lot saved for retirement. So, whatever I'm doing now, I'm probably going to have to be doing for a a while. >> And remember that ARP number at the top. So, one in five people over 50 have zero retirement savings. And that's just the ones who admit it to a survey. So, Jyn is actually not a rare case. Jyn is one of five of the people over 50 watching this, which makes what she did next either crazy or the sest decision in the whole story. >> I I actually intended to keep it for a little bit longer, but the stress level had grown to the point the job had deteriorated. I looked at savings. I looked at what, you know, what I had in a Roth that I could cash out without penalty when I was 59 and a half. And um I just I I signed up for your program and took a leap. >> At 60 years old, she bet on herself. And here's how that bet paid out. >> I quit my job. It's replaced my nursing income. It has been so good for my health, my sleep, >> my relationship, my and just being able to, you know, hop in the van and travel too. >> She went from a 100 calls in the queue to zero in one summer. And the scariest version of her life wasn't the leap. it was staying exactly where she was. So, what did she actually build? Because this is where almost everybody gets the oneperson AI business thing completely wrong. Well, let's talk about the traffic truth. So, quick story about another community member, a business guy named Chad. Chad runs a supplement company. Real product, real customers, a real business. And the thing squeezing him wasn't the product, it was the price of attention. And he was paying for every single customer with ads. And customer acquisition costs in e-commerce right now are absolutely brutal. Ask anyone buying ads what a customer costs them these days. So, we built him the same machine that Jyn has, a personal brand channel in his niche. And he had videos pulling nine and 10 times what a channel his size should pull and a high ticket offer built on top of it in the 9 to $16,000 range and a much healthier business. Now, why am I telling you about a supplement company in a video about a 6-year-old nurse? Well, it's because every oneperson business on the planet lives or dies on the exact same thing. And here's the thing about a oneperson AI business. The business part is genuinely easy now. Claude can write, research, plan, outline your course, draft your emails, build your offer. We'll go deep on that here in a minute. And basically any oneperson business works in 2026. The AI tools, especially if you use them with Claude, are that good now. But what kills them is that nobody can find you. No traffic, no business. That's the whole game. Everything else is just decoration. For many businesses out there, it's kind of like ordering a plumber. If someone needs a plumber, they're just going to look on Google and pick the person who has the highest ratings. But what they don't see is all the marketing that went in to that person showing up at the top of Google. So the marketing and the traffic is by far the most important thing now. And every guru selling you a oneperson AI business without a traffic plan is selling you a store in the middle of the desert where literally nobody is ever going to see it. And that's and this is where YouTube walks in. And before you grown, listen, because this is the part that everyone misses, right? YouTube is not becoming a YouTuber. YouTube is the only machine that I know of that is both things at once. It's a traffic engine for any business that you will ever run. And it's a complete one-person business all by itself because AdSense pays you directly for the attention. So, think of it like owning a toll bridge. People pay a toll just to cross the bridge. That's AdSense. Money for the attention itself. And the same bridge delivers every one of those people to the front door of whatever you build on the other side, like a service, a course, a sponsor deal, or whatever you're selling in your existing company. And every other business on Earth has to buy its foot traffic. But the bridge owner gets paid to receive it. So you can stop at the toll booth if you want. And the thing is just that money alone replaced nurse Jyn's income. Or you can go one step further and point the bridge at anything that you'll ever sell. Same channel but your choice forever. And if you think the bridge needs millions of crossings to matter, it doesn't. Because a lot of people think that you have to get millions of views on YouTube to make money. But Carla, another community member, closed a contract worth over $100,000 with a channel of about 1,400 subscribers. and her videos were only getting about 100 to 200 views each on a good day. So, the bridge doesn't need to be big. It just needs to carry the right people. You don't need a bigger audience. You need a machine that makes the right buyers come to you. And Jyn's bridge that we just set up, as you'll see, is being set up to pay her five different ways. And we'll open up every single one of those doors here in a minute. And she went from zero to a full-time income in just a few months. And real quick, because I know some of you are thinking this takes years. When my brother Zach, who's over 50, started his channel, which is trades and bluecollar careers, helping young people in career switchers pick the right path, he was a complete beginner, too. Very first video he uploaded blew up. Got over 800,000 views. And day 29, after starting his channel, he made $214 in a single day just from AdSense alone. That's an over $70,000 year run rate. So, he went from zero to a full-time income in less than one month. And just last month, he had an over $18,000 month. So, this worked for a 60-year-old nurse and it worked for a bluecollar guy who's in his 50s. But step one of that playbook and one of the most important things is locking the right niche in. And that is the exact thing that Jyn used our AI tool for. And here's her describing it completely unprompted. >> Follow the methods that Shane teaches. Actually join the one of the seminars and you'll get the niche finder tool and have it talk to you. It's an AI tool and it'll tell you it'll help you hone down your niche. >> So Jen basically attended a live training. She got the AI tool that helps her pick her niche. Or if you already have a niche, it helps you make your niche 10 times better. And luckily for you, my next live training is happening this week. And I'm giving away that exact same AI tool in it. So click the link in the description and the pin comment below to attend that. YouTube and building your personal brand just got 10 times easier and nobody's talking about it. And the reason it got 10 times easier is because of AI and specifically cloud AI. And that's what we're going to be talking about in this week's live training that we're doing. Click the link down in the description in the pin comment below. I will be there. I'll be answering questions before, during, and after. We'll also be giving you an AI that's been designed to help you pick your niche if you don't have one in the first place, or if you already have one, that's going to help you make it 10 times better. So, we worked very hard on this AI. People absolutely love it. We've literally gotten hundreds of comments from people that love it. So, you do not want to miss out on it. And if you're watching this in the future for whatever reason or it's already past the time of the live training, still click on that link because we will be having more live trainings in the future and you will be the first person to know cuz it'll put you on a wait list for that. But with that being said, it's completely free. No reason not to attend. Click that link in the description, the pin comment below and I'll see you on the other side. Now, let's hear a few words from Jyn about how she was the machine operator and how she used AI. I wouldn't be able to do this channel without AI. I like to help script and I mean it would take me so much time. I mean I like to write but good god and a video every other day. >> Well, as far as the tech thing goes first, I I actually think I was fairly techsavvy because medicine has changed so much in the 30 years I've been in it. I've had to learn a lot of computer systems. But AI is easy to learn. It's like having a conversation with somebody. And so much of this is on AI. >> So, let me kill the biggest fear in this whole topic right now. I'm not technical. Shane Jyn spent 33 years fighting hospital software. And if you've ever seen a hospital computer system, you know exactly what I'm talking about. And she thinks AI is the easy part, right? It's a conversation, not a computer science degree. And that's because we use AI in a very specific way. But here's the deeper thing, and this is the real reason that a 60-year-old can beat a 25-year-old at this game. AI made generic general advice worthless. Anybody can look up general advice on AI for free or on Google for free and it happens instantly. But what AI cannot generate is 33 years of experience. It can't generate the 10,000 patient calls where Jyn learned exactly which words patients don't understand and exactly what they're too embarrassed to ask about. That is wisdom. That's experience. And wisdom is the one input that a machine can't fake. So AI didn't make experienced people obsolete. It made real experience the scarcest asset on the internet. So when Jyn feeds her wisdom into Claude, the machine doesn't replace her, it multiplies her. And this exact thing has happened before, by the way. In 1950s, NASA employed rooms full of women whose actual job title was computer. And they did the math for spaceflight by hand. Then IBM delivered an actual computer, a machine with their job title stamped on it. And one of them, Dorothy Vaugh, looked at that thing that was supposed to replace her, and instead of panicking, she taught herself for the machine's language. And then she taught her entire team. And the woman who feared the machine lost their roles, but the woman who operated the machine ran the department, worked another two decades, and got a congressional gold medal. So, Jen is like Dorothy Vaughn with a MacBook. So, you don't want to race the machines. You don't want to fear the machines. You don't want to compete against the machines. You want to operate the machine. And the machine she operates is Claude, not ChachiPT. And there's a reason for that. Because in this business, the writing is the product. And Claude is simply the best when it comes to creative stuff as well as writing. It's better than all the other AI tools by a long shot. And I've tested all of them, trust me. So, you load a Claude project with your niche, your winning titles, your voice, and it stops being a chatbot, and it starts being a co-writer that knows your personality and your channel. And Jyn doesn't even talk about it like a software. Listen to how she phrases this. my friend Claude and I. >> So I when I was kind of talking to Claude today about the course and where to host it and um it we it was um I was kind of having it do a compare and contrast >> her friend Claude, right? A 60-year-old nurse casually doing platform analysis with an AI over morning coffee. And some of you still think that you're too old for this. And I'm going to give you word for word the exact prompt that I gave her access to on the calls and the one that I use on winning channels. And this is the prompt right here. Based on the winners on my channel, give me 10 video ideas that you think would have a very high probability of success. Rate all of them from 1 to 10 with decimals. Then give me a confidence interval from 0 to 100% on how confident you are in each rating. Then tell me why you think each video will do well. Now, if you don't have a channel already, it's totally fine. You can just say videos with this keyword or videos in this niche. And then you can type this in or easier is probably just to screenshot it and put it into Claude. Now, by the way, in the third link in the description in the pin comment below, I'll be giving the light version of some of our Claude skills so that you can implement everything we talk about in this video. And I'll be giving some of the prompts that are really useful, too. And that way, it'll make it as easy as possible for you to follow along. So, if you want those, you can check the third link in the description, the pin comment below. Click down there. Now, you might be thinking, if AI does all this, then why does anybody need her? Great question, because the AI generated version of her niche already exists, and it's absolute garbage. Hold that thought, though, because that garbage is exactly why she wins. All right, now let's talk about the 30-day system and the exact sequence. The same one that we run with every community member. No theory. This is literally what Jen did. Step one, pick the niche with data, not vibes. Jyn didn't brainstorm on a whiteboard. She started from 33 years of patients telling her the same thing over and over. >> And I knew from talking to patients that a lot of it was that they just didn't know how to ask for what they needed. um they didn't know the right words or they didn't know how to structure it in a way that doctors would hear it. It's turned out to be a little bit of a combination of that and also how to age well, how to uh more and more people seem to want to stay independent and active and strong. >> Patient advocacy plus aging well from a nurse who's lived it. That is not a topic, that's a moat. And notice she let the niche evolve so you don't have to nail it on day one. And even YouTube started as a dating site. Yeah, a lot of people don't know that. YouTube started as a video dating site. They didn't have to nail it on day one and neither do you. Step two, steal proof, not guesses. So, she doesn't invent video ideas. She finds ideas that are already proven to have demand and makes the better human version. I mean, I'm still using Muse videos for everything. >> Mhm. >> Is that the best way to just continue as long as I can? So much of the content for the age group that I make for is AI. So I'm like repackaging AI videos as a real person. I think that's part of the success. >> Now, did you catch that? The competition in her niche is AI slop. And instead of complaining about it, she treats it like a gift. >> So this is awful content, right? Like it's what we're looking for. We want terrible >> terrible content. So, if a faceless AI channel is pulling millions of views with absolute garbage content, that's proof the demand is real and the supply is weak. And if a real nurse walks into that market, it's not even going to be a fair fight. So, don't think of AI slop like it's your competition. It's your free market research. And it's done completely free by your weakest competitors. Now, step three is to produce embarrassingly simple videos. >> I record with the webcam on my MacBook. It's a MacBook Air. Um, Apple can sponsor me. And I record in my my camper van is my recording studio because it's the cleanest, most modern kind of setting that I have. So if it's whether it's parked at my in my driveway or parked on a, you know, underneath a bluff in Utah, I I I would say I rarely spend over 30 minutes editing editing a video anymore. I the ones that did best were the ones I just put captions on important parts. The ones that didn't do well were the ones that I actually, you know, research B-roll and added B-roll and put in some fancy graphics. >> Read that back. Her fancy videos did worse. But a laptop webcam, captions, and less than 30 minutes of editing beats overproduced every single time in educational content because the viewer isn't there for your B-roll. They're there for the answer. Then step four is volume beats polish. >> I was so wooden and I didn't want to post it. I absolutely didn't want to post it. And the coaches were like just post it. Just start posting things. You have to just record. You have to record and record and record and post it. Don't overthink the process. >> Use AI. >> Don't try to keep fine-tuning things. You have to you have to shut down your internet picker and just record, edit, post. >> So, she just posted a video every other day from mid-March on, not when she felt inspired, every other day. And this is where I lose some of you because some of you have been researching this for 2 years. And let's be honest, you don't have a research problem. You have a pressing the record button problem with all due respect. And then step five is monetize after the attention shows up and stack it. And that's the next section. But first, let's be honest here because I hate inflated timelines and this title deserves the fine print. Jen posted consistently for about 6 weeks before the damn broke. So the 30 days in this title is what happened next in the first month after her channel caught. But that first 30 days is what laid the foundation to set this up. And this is the business that replaced her nursing income entirely. And that's the honest version. And the honest version is still ridiculous. 33 years of being a nurse and she had a really good income. And then this one person business was able to replace her full-time income in just a couple months. >> Every morning when I get my coffee, I sit down and I open my laptop and I just check in on my channel and see how and I was like and I think it was at like a 100,000. I think it was my first video that did that. And then when I refreshed it a little bit later, it was at 200,000. And then and then it I mean when it got up to 400,000 I was I called my partner and I'm like I don't know what's happening. >> And hopefully you guys celebrated went out to dinner and we did celebrate >> 100,000 views with her morning coffee. That must have been one of the best feelings she's ever had. So here's how to get started with this tonight. Write down three questions that people from your career always ask you. Whether it's your patients or your clients or your customers or your co-workers or people that are just interested in the career or people that want to get into the career, etc., etc. That is going to be your niche short list. And this week, validate one of them with real data, proven demand, weak supply, and open a free YouTube channel. Then record one 5-minute video on your laptop webcam answering the question that you've heard most in your career. Edit it for 30 minutes or less. Just put the captions, cut the dead air out, and done. No B-roll, just post it. And then repeat every other day for 30 days with Claude as your coowriter and then watch the magic happen. Now, by the way, you don't have to use your laptop webcam. You can easily use your phone if you got a smartphone or if you have a camera laying around, you can definitely use that as well. The point is, you don't need a million-dollar set and the best camera in the world or any of that kind of thing to get started. But let's talk about the next section, which is the money stack. And this is the part that I told you that I'd steal first. Now, Jen is still in the process of building this money stack. And honestly, she's much more in the lifestyle phase of her life. She's not working that much and she's really just trying to enjoy her life. More on that here in a moment cuz she's literally living her dream life now. You will not believe what she's doing. But this is the way that you make one channel into five different businesses. >> The first month was right around 6,000. The second month was right around 8,000. This month will be right around 10,000. >> I love it. I love it. So >> that just just from YouTube, just from AdSense. >> Door number one is AdSense. This is the toll booth. Like I said, 6 8 then 10 month over month over month. And she could stop right there and already be ahead of her nursing paycheck. And everyone who told you AdSense was dead. Well, her dashboard would like a word. Door number two is sponsors. And watch the direction that this deal traveled. >> Snug safety. It's like perfect for my audience. I just did the first video with the first ad and I had so many people in the comments say, "I'm going right to Snug and signing up." And >> yeah, >> the the CEO actually emailed me back. He said, "We've had so many people today say that they learned about their this from your channel." So, >> oh my gosh, wow. >> Yeah. So, I we signed up for three videos and I have a feeling I'll probably >> continue because >> that's awesome. >> I like them. Yeah. >> What What's uh what are they, if you don't mind me asking, what are they paying you? >> Uh $800 a video. >> Oh, that's >> for three videos. >> And she did not pitch them. The CEO literally emailed her because she mentioned the product on her channel and so many people ended up going to the website and buying the product and then mentioning that she sent them there that the CEO personally reached out to her because when you own the attention, the deals come to you. And at that point, you pretty much have all the power. And attention is the only asset where the buyers do the chasing. And like I said, she's getting paid $800 per video just to mention the company in the video. And this is with a brand new channel that she just started. So, she's going to be making a lot more than that from sponsorships soon. But door number three is affiliate marketing. >> I do a little bit of affiliate stuff with Amazon just cuz I wanted to be able to offer my viewers some trusted products for healthcare. >> And it is one of the smaller doors, but it's pretty much zero effort. So, for instance, you could literally just put Amazon links in your description, and as long as they're affiliate links, when people click on them, if they end up buying the product, you will get a small cut of that. And not only is she getting money from the Amazon links that are on her channel, but when she sponsors a video for the company Snug Safety, for instance, when people click on that link and they end up buying the product, she also gets affiliate commission for those. And that's on top of the $800 per video that she's making. Then door number four is one-on-one help. my consultation structured as a month at a time, like two >> halfhour calls or Zooms um with a followup a plan after each >> and it's a thousand setup is $1,000 a month. >> Now, you might be thinking, nobody pays a stranger $1,000 a month. You're right. Nobody pays a stranger, but 600,000 people just watched her explain their health better than their last three doctor visits combined. So, she's not a stranger anymore. She's an expert, somebody that is to be trusted. And that's what this business model does for you. And she's just getting this rolling, but people are going to be more than happy to pay her $1,000 a month for expert advice. And door number five, the one that skills without eating her life is the course, >> a 30-day, 15minute a day program that helps you protect the everyday abilities like moving, bouncing back, and staying sharp that keep you living life on your own terms. Now, she's still building that out, and she's likely going to build it based off of her one-on- ons that she does with people online. And she's building it out with Claude, by the way, the same friend Claude from earlier. But the point is, one person, one channel, five different doors, and she's just getting started. And before you tell me it only works for nurses. Well, here's the same stack on five totally different bridges. Nicole teaches corporate compliance, and she made it to about $80,000 in a single month on a channel that when she first met me only had 85 subscribers. So, we helped her go from 85 subscribers to over $80,000 in a single month. Josh teaches IT and cyber security, and he made about $185,000 in a single month. Nathan is a chess coach from New Zealand, and he's now making a full-time income teaching people how to get better at chess, and he did that in a matter of a few months. Antoine runs an educational channel, and he now makes over seven figures a year. And Shawn sells in the self-publishing niche, and when he first met me, he was making $30,000 a month, so he's already very successful. But we helped them scale all the way up to over $500,000 in a single month. And they're not special. They're just using the same playbook that you're watching right now with different niches, different ages, but the same machine. And that's not luck. That's a system. Now, let's talk about the age advantage. >> The majority of my audience is over 60. They really like having somebody who's a peer or at least understands what that age group wants to hear talking to them. We talk slower. We edit in a more um viewer friendly way. I think too it's not so flashy and no Tik Tok style editing. They appreciate the experience and the knowledge and sort of the gravitas. I can go watch a 30-year-old repair an engine and learn how to do that on YouTube, but I don't necessarily want them telling me how to invest my money, >> right? I want I want the guy with slightly gray or woman with slightly gray hair who's maybe not dated but also, you know, knows what they're doing. >> So, let me put numbers on what she just said, right? Because this is a market inefficiency hiding in plain sight. Almost everyone making content is under 35 and a massive growing chunk of people watching content is not. And roughly 11,000 Americans turn 65 every single day right now, every day. And this is screaming demand and almost no supply. And in any other market, people would be sprinting at that gap. Every gray hair that you have is a trust signal that a 24year-old cannot fake. Not with better editing, not with AI, not with anything. And it's not just Jen. Craig is in his 70s. He's a realtor in Montana. And his first real video did over 100,000 views. First video. And most YouTubers never touch 100K in their lifetime, but his debut after using our system did. Now, one thing that I'll tell you is before this, he spent four years posting videos on his channel and had almost no success. But then after he started using our systems and implementing what we told him to do, he immediately had a 100,000 view video. Another community member literally calls himself R.J. the unretired. And within a few months of starting, he made it to nearly $30,000 in a single month. And when I asked Jen if she worries about the audience running out, I got the single best market analysis that I've heard all year. Well, the good news is there's always new people turning 60, 70. >> Now, she's joking and she's also describing a customer base that literally refills itself forever. So, your age is not an obstacle to business. Your age is the moat. Your age is the thing that gives you advantage if you choose the right business. Right now, I'll be honest, most oneperson businesses out there, your age is a disadvantage. But this is one of the few, if maybe the only one, where your age is the advantage. It is the moat. So the next time someone tells you that 60 is too late, now you know that that's you're not too late. You're exactly what this audience is starving for. >> Don't listen to skeptics, you know, there's going to be people in your life who are like YouTube, huh? Especially if you come from something like, you know, I was a nurse and I mean, I still am a nurse, but you know that it there were people that didn't get it until I started getting a lot of views and then people will understand, but and then they watch your videos and then they get it. >> But it, you know, just don't pay attention to those people. They're not the people that the people that matter are the ones who are behind you the whole time. And again, if you want help choosing the exact right niche for you based on your experience, attend the live training by clicking the link in the description and the pin comment below. Now, you might have one big objection. Shane, one nurse got lucky. This is survivor bias. And I've heard a lot of people say that because you might be thinking, "Oh, Shane, you just cherrypick the successful people out of your community." That's what everybody does. And yeah, a lot of people do that. And that's why I literally challenged myself to pick a random 50-year-old in my family and help them blow up their YouTube channel. And that's exactly what I did with my brother Zach, whose first video blew up, got over 800,000 views. He went from zero to $219 in a single day in 29 days after posting his first video. And so he went from zero to a full-time income in less than one month. And just last month, he had an $18,000 month. And Nate teaches pool. He's got 5,000 plus subscribers, and his videos routinely do 10 times what a channel that size should do. Or Donald, who's a sobriety channel called Second Act Recovery. He helps people get over alcoholism and he got monetized and one of his videos did over 40,000 views. Then there's Emily and Dawn, an outdoors channel that pulls over 100,000 views and 11,000 new subscribers in just 7 days. Or Raggy, a veteran trader who broke a 5-year plateau with four 30,000 plus view videos in a single month. Or Dr. Peter Aziz, a physician who went from zero to monetization eligible in just a couple months. And I could go on and on and on, right? a nurse, a realtor in his 70s, a chess coach, a pool instructor, a doctor, a supplement company. One lucky grandma is a story, but dozens of wins across unrelated niches is a system. And while we're here, Jyn and I actually laugh at her competition on the call. Listen to this. >> Some nights we're sitting on the couch here and I'm looking for music videos and I'm reading all of these titles to my partner and he's like, "Oh my god, it's terrible." >> I know. But at least you're you're actually providing good content. And that's the anti-slop trade in one clip. The internet floods with fake and the value of one real credentialed human goes up. And guys, it's not just about the money. Just like she said, doing YouTube is more fulfilling than any nursing job that she's ever had. And she finally has true freedom. Not just freedom over money, but freedom over time, freedom over location. She is now literally traveling around the United States in her camper van, living her dream life because of this. And she literally records her videos in her camper van on that same laptop with her webcam. Pretty incredible. >> The money is nice, but the most fulfilling thing that I've had is the feedback from patients. um the feedback from my viewers who in the comments I I know a lot of YouTube channels get a lot of negative comments and I feel terrible for those creators, but honestly I've had very few and just hearing from people how much the information I provide helps them is more fulfilling than almost any nursing job I had. >> That's awesome. Yeah, that that's amazing. >> You have something to share. Everybody has something to share and it's a big platform to share it from which is amazing. But you know what? I don't have to get up in the morning for anything anymore. >> And I can't explain to you the feeling of being able to help hundreds of thousands or millions of people. I'm completely obsessed with it. This is truly my passion now. And I love teaching other people how to do this, which is why you should definitely attend my live training this week. Click that link in the description and the pin comment below. And I don't just teach people to make any type of content. I only teach people to make educational content where you're solving other people's problems and you're helping other people in the world. So, here's the whole machine one more time. Pick the niche from your own wisdom with data. Steal proof, not guesses. Produce embarrassingly simple videos. Post every other day and shut down your internet picker. Then stack the five doors when the attention arrives. One person, one laptop, five doors, 33 years of wisdom, finally getting paid what she deserves. The only step the machine can't do is the one where you press record and upload the videos. Your experience is worth something. Leave a legacy by recording videos and leaving them on the internet. Stop letting it rot in a filing cabinet in your head. That's the real tragedy here, not your age. Now, I know that 99% of you watching this video are going to enjoy my free content, get a ton of value out of it. You're going to download my free resources, which we work very hard on, get a ton of value out of those, and you're going to attend my live trainings and get a ton of value out of them as well. And we are never going to end up working together, and that is totally okay. I always want to give 10 or even 100 times more value than what I receive. With that being said, there's going to be 1% of you out there, maybe 0.1% of you out there that wants a one-on-one handholding mentorship experience so you can get results as quickly as possible with the least amount of time, effort, and money. Or you want us to literally just do the work for you. And if that's you, go ahead and click the link in the description in the pin comment below to apply to work with us one-on-one. We can only take about 3 to five people right now, and we only accept about 18% of people who apply. We're very picky about who we work with because we only want to work with people that we know we can get results for and we know have a lot of value to give to the world. But the types of people we typically work with are professionals with at least 10 years of experience or people that are younger but they're overachievers. Basically, people that have something valuable to share with the world. But we also work with business owners that want to grow their brand, get more views, get more leads, and make more revenue from YouTube. Then we work with YouTubers who are getting a lot of views, but they're struggling with monetization. And we work with YouTubers that are crushing it, but they want to crush it even harder. And then finally, we work with people who have big followings on other social media platforms, but they want to bring those followings over to YouTube, bring their audience over to YouTube because they know that YouTube's the best. So, if that sounds like you, go ahead and click that link in the description in the pin comment below to book a call. If not, attend our live training, get free value, and we look forward to seeing you there. With that being said, if you also want to check out the story of my brother who started a YouTube channel at 50 years old, you can check him out by clicking right here.
