I Found Target's NEW Magnificent Monsters GRANDMASTER Mini Boxes!

Today I'm going to Target to see if [music] I can find the brand new Magnificent Monsters in stores. >> Well, my Target's weird. They've moved their trading card section. So, actually, I found more stuff since I've done that. Uh, they li still limit to two. So, at the most, I'm going to be able to get two mini boxes. But, if we can find some, we can take those back and open a couple extras to go with them. And, uh, maybe we'll find some shipping boxes to finally ship stuff out. Uh, by the way, there was a crazy shipping situation where I found out UPS is charging a crazy amount to buy shipping box. I just ran into the biggest scam that I didn't even know existed. So, I'm on the hunt for shipping boxes cuz I ran out, didn't order them in time on like Amazon or whatever. So, I'm going to different local stores. I went to Walmart first, got a few uh 6x6x6 boxes for 68 cents a piece, you know, fair, cheap, all that good stuff. But, they didn't have very many. So, I had to go other places. Go to Lowe's, they don't have any. Then I go to UPS. I'm like, they're the shipping store. They're going to have boxes, right? I walk in. Hey, can I buy some shipping boxes? And they're like, yeah, sure. I'm like around that size. It was like the 8x4x1, something like that. And they go, that'll be $7.99. And I go, $7.99. And she goes, yep. I said, okay, I'm out. $7.99? That's more than 10 times what it is at Walmart. That's like 12x for one box. $7.99. What in the world? UPS. You cannot do that. Do better. You are scamming people on your shipping boxes. $8. These poor old people go and they're like, "I need to ship something to my grandson." They're like, "That'll be $28, ma'am, just for the box, and then we're going to charge you for shipping, too." Like, what in the world is that? I am upset right now. UPS, come on. Bum bum. Dude, there's so much here. This is crazy. Limit two though, I think. So, what is this? Battle Dome. Okay. Demons. Like, there's all kinds of random stuff up here. I don't know what that is, but I'm not getting those. [laughter] Okay. Okay. Rift B. Dude, there's literally Hobbit still. Yeah. Unfortunately, we're limited to two, but we're going to grab our two. Found some boxes and some Magnificent Monsters. I have not missed on Magnificent Monsters yet. I'm surprised. I mean, I guess everyone, not everyone, but enough people don't like it that it's not getting wiped out and it kept people from buying it out. So, that's kind of awesome actually in my opinion. So, nice to be able to find it in stores. And let's see if we can pull a Grandmaster from Target. Probably not, though. All right, we are back from Target. I was able to find the two mini boxes. You are limited to two of every specific product and the only thing I was really looking for at the moment was the Magnificent Monsters mini boxes. So, I only was able to get two of these, which is fine. I don't really need too many from the store. They were MSRP, so just under $35 before tax. I also have a few more mini boxes. So, I pre-ordered four from Target before it came out, like a month or two before. So, I got two. I got one. And I've been complaining about this problem, but as you can see, both sides are already opened, which is awesome. I love that when I order something and it's just completely opened, there were two more. These were not opened, luckily, I don't think. Then when I was doing other giveaways and such for whatnot winners, I opened some other ones that were already falling open. So, I wasn't going to send somebody one for a giveaway that was falling open. Oh, this is getting stuck to the game back there. So, we have four more. So, we actually ended up with 10 mini boxes here. All four of these were coming open. One of the ones were coming open that I ordered online and then I got the two in store. So, we ended up with I think this is 10. Yeah, 10 mini boxes to open up. I'm going to try to keep tally of where they came from. Okay, so the two from stores. We're actually going to save those for last. Just if we get anything crazy to know where it came from. But before that, I do want to mention our giveaway. We have a legendary duelist, Rage of Raw. It's probably not if any, but maybe. Okay, let's start off with the ones that are all falling open, I think. So, we'll do this one, and we will start off with the one that's just completely wide open already. We have a lot of packs to get to today. 30 total and some promo packs. I haven't had the craziest luck with this. I've opened now maybe I opened a display. I opened some for Walmart, which is like five. I guess I've only opened 15 mini boxes for myself. And I think I've only gotten one overframe. So, it hasn't been crazy, but we have gotten a couple of nice pulls. Like, we did get a really nice overframe [music] in the video against Ry. So, make sure you guys check that one out. I'm trying to stay organized over here because there are a lot of cards I want to pull out for this set because while it doesn't have the craziest metacards, there are some cool chibiies and stuff and I like the underframes and there's just cards I want to keep separate out of here. There's Dark Magician. AN OVERFRAME on the first pack. Cyber Code Magician. This is obviously not like the craziest of the overframes, but I do really love the artwork on this one. Cyber Code Magician. Of course, it is an ultra rare, you know, Starlight Overframe. I haven't pulled one of those since Frontline Cases. That was literally the first opening I did for Magnificent Monsters. So, pretty wild Cyber Code Magician. Absolutely incredible getting an overframe right off the bat. This is kind of what happened in the other video. getting the overframe early, getting that out of the way. So, these are the packs from just random displays I had that were just coming open. So, maybe the overframe is trying to burst out of there like, "Hey, I'm ready to be pulled. Let's go. Let's do this." I hope that's the case. And there are more. IB is a nice pull. Herras and Stardust Victim Sanctuary. I'm liking the pack so far. Getting a lot of nice cards. Magnificent monsters, baby. Next pack. Third pack. We have the tier limits master spirit. We have Archaint, Teny, and Cyber's Contract Witch. Okay, not too shabby. Not too shabby. Let's go to the next one that's kind of open. Yeah, they were either coming o like coming open or all the way open. I think most of these other ones are just kind of like loose glue. I have not gotten a Starlight in a while from one of these. So, it'd be pretty sick to get one, especially if it's one I'm looking for, which is the Chibi Zeus Starlight and the Nightmare Eyes Restrict Starlight. Those are both pretty awesome. Let's go with magnificent monsters mini mini box. Uh first mini box was incredible having a full art. I mean that's just awesome. 96.4% chance every time to not get one of those. Uh we have guardian slime and pendulum. And as I've said in other videos, probably even lower chance with the clumping going on, which I've talked about a lot, but I will mention it in this video. Just if you're like, "Wow, I got like three starred overframes. Why is no one else getting anything?" You got really lucky. You got the clump section where they somehow all ended up together. Tindy spirit and another guy got guy girl. They somehow clumped multiple Starlights into like one pack or you'd get like a few mini boxes would have like three Starlight overframes. So there's just some weird stuff going on with the distribution of the cards which obviously sucks. Uh for the everybody else who got you know nothing in most of their stuff. you can end up with like 10 cases where the star lights would be let's just say one in every one in a case but I think it's less than that but if it was it'd be 10 starlights but like all 10 were in two of the cases so like eight of the cases had nothing that's just a madeup number it's not the exact numbers but uh kind of rough if you understand like how brutal that could be like if you got eight cases then you just get all ultra over frames and worse that's it you don't get any starlet over frames obviously no grand masters okay oh that looks so weird that's like a stair steps going on here with the the cards unfortunately none of those look like starlights. I think I would have known based on that border there. Let's see the next one. Galaxy anti-atter dragon. We have Sky Striker, Mobilize, Engage, Secret Rare, and Rainbow Bridge by Frost. Three magnificent monsters. All it takes is one pack and we are like this is the best set ever, you know. Divine Arsenal, a Zeus Sky Thunder, awesome ultra rare. I love that. Galatea Eye and Stardust Dragon Victim Sanctuary. I think that Zeus would be a really cool one to like sign in a uh in like a silver Sharpie. It would look good with the black background or like gold or something would be pretty cool. All right, El of the White Forest. We have Witch Crafter. We have Art Mage, St. Amamina, and Dark Magical Curtain. Okay, that's last I checked was about 13 bucks still on the underframe. So, solid value there for an underframe. That's very, very solid. Magnificent monsters, baby. I believe in you. I believe in you. I believe we have the red eyes black meteor dragon crusadia averax art mage impasto gorgana of zthonia and kuribo multiply. So out of the three we've opened so far. Those were all the ones in the random [music] you know giveaways that I end up not giving away cuz they were like about to come open. We've pulled a dark magical curtain and an overframe. That one actually was not doing too bad. Maybe it's cuz it was bent for a little bit or something. I don't know. I feel like they can also like stick back. Like they're they're not sticky. Then you just put the top back on and it just sticks kind of. So I don't know what's going on with the glue for these. All right. Internal or infernal strike fighter. We have Magnifica and we have Assault Blackwing. Still struggling on those Starlights right now. Struggling on those big time. Three mini boxes. Then we're going to hop into the uh the Target ordered ones. Then we're going to finish with the two I picked up in store. There's Meteor Dragon. I was on my box hunt earlier and uh I just was like, "Hey, I'm here. I might as well grab a couple packs." Crimson Call. We have Tiny Spirit and Synchro Emergency. Yeah, the sad part is like I'll just grab a couple and it's $70 plus like $77. I'm like, wow. That's kind of a lot for six packs and two promos. That's kind of a lot. Uh basically $10 per pack and if you include the promo pack as a pack. So like eight pack $77. We have the world chalice justice start. We have uh whalewind for higher. I know how to read secretary and dragon favorite hero flame. I'm pulling this so much. I'm hoping it's a sign I'm going to get a grandmaster or a starlight overframe of that card. I would be very happy with that even with just the starlight overframe. That'd be huge. I mean I take the full art as well. Just the regular full art. Okay, last card from the random four that were just falling apart. There's Madame Ver. There's the tune cyber dragon fish sonar. Gaga magician. Gaga punch you in the face. Magic. Now we go into the ones from target.com. Only one or two of them were falling open. It looks like one is really bad. It's on both sides. So maybe target.com the pre-order hooked us up with something awesome. Come on. Galaxy Eyes. We have Oh, wait. Did that look extra secrety? Like the name has got blotches in it or something. It looks cool. [music] SP Little Night's a nice secret rare. Still no Starlight out of there, though. Three more packs. I have high hopes, but also low expectations. I guess that's the way to say it. High hopes, low expectations for this set. I did the wrong pack trick, but I fixed it. We have Ericartar. Order Calos. Man, I cannot talk right now. Is my brain being electromagnetically frazzled by a Grandmaster? Nope, it's not. It's not. It wasn't using its magnetic electro waves to mess with my brain. I just can't read. Sorry. Red eyes black meteor dragon pendulum thunder king teny spirit and windo subtl level 10. One more pack. Still we're only about halfway through right now. So we got a long way to go but not a ton of packs because there just aren't a ton of packs in these mini boxes. Chimera the king of phantom beasts. Underworld Circle, Roxson Special, Dark Serave, Irisville, Gorgon of Zilanthonia, and Synchro Emergency Underframe. All right, fine. The next box will be the one. Is this one open? No, this one is sealed. Well, they're like so different. One is like super sealed, the next one's just open. It's crazy the inconsistency with the glue there. Come on, Starlight. Okay, we do want the ruler of the end or whatever. That is good. I think that's the best secret rare that's not a Starlight. It's like two bucks. That's the highest. Uh but still a couple bucks. Engage is great as a Chibi Underworld Circle secret rare. Also, did you guys grab the Crocs? I was able to get the Crocs. It was a little bit of a disaster during the whatnot stream. They told me, "Hey, they're available online during the stream." So, I got on there. I ordered two two because they didn't have the blue eyes and the dark magician. Like, that's a bummer. So, order the other two. Then I they're like, "No, there are available here." So I went to the Crocs website and it was like, "Oh yeah, you can get all of them right now." So I ordered all four and then I realized I went ordered women's size shoes. So then I had to go back and order the other three which didn't have the blue eyes and the men's. So I ordered those and then I realized that it was cheaper to buy the Yugi and the Kaiba on the Crocs website, not the Foot Locker website. So then I'm like, I don't need these other ones. So I had two copies of each, then copies, sets of each. Then I was like, I got to get the Blue Eyes one. I had it on champs.com. I ordered it and then I ended up with, you know, five extra pair because I have the three women's and I have the two extra ones. So, big mistake, but I did get all the Croc shoes. I'm excited because I like Crocs to begin with and I love these these Yu-Gi-Oh ones. And weirdly, like they're not super expensive and I thought the collab would make them be like a million dollars, which I guess they are kind of expensive for Crocs. There were like 70 for the Yu-Gi-Oh and 90 for the Blue Eyes and Dark Magician, but I was happy with it. You I didn't get the promo cuz I didn't go in store and we don't have one a local store near us. though that had it at least. So, I was totally happy. I just wanted the shoes. So, there's a Samsara uh Azuna and Dark Magician. Very nice. So, I'm pumped to be rocking the Dark Magician and the blue-eyed shoes. Uh Kyle is going to love that. He loves Crocs. So, he's going to absolutely love seeing me rock those. Okay, enough of that side tangent. I can't wait to show them off though. I'm pumped to get those in the mail. Ancient Warriors, we have Witch Crafter, Toun Cyber Dragon, Elzette, and Cyber Code Magician. Okay. Okay. Last pack here for the sixth mini box. Yeah, we got the two in store and two from target.com. Still a lot of chances. I can't give up yet. Come on, Starlight. We have Crusader Abberax. Man, it'd be nice to get one. We have Radiant Typhoon. We have Galate Eye and Synchro Emergency. Okay, here's the one that's completely ridiculous. It's open on both sides straight up. Just wide open on both sides like crazy. And that one was never going to be sealed. Here's our first Starlight. First Starlight of the day. It's going to come out of the promo pack obviously. And it's an IB. That is not a Starlight rare. Unfortunate to say the least, but these three packs will turn it around right here. Let's go. One from the back. We have uh Liquid Soldier, IB, Dark Lord, we have Crowley, and Starjug Synchron. I feel like I've seen Star Trek Sync run about a million times in all the openings. Okay, I like the look of him, but I mean I would like to see something else. Regenesis, we have Mech Knight, Crusaderia, Averax, DDD, Alfred the Divine Sage King. Pretty cool, Alfred. Little Last Kingdom action. Who's seen that show? Great show. We have a Deception and favorite hero, Shining Flare Wingman. Okay, haven't seen him yet today, so that's cool to get something different. I thought I was getting another elemental hero, Flame Wingman. Only three mini boxes after this. We got our overframe early and we haven't seen one since. It's been MIA. All right. Schwarz, Underworld Circle, Keel, Shipwright for Hire, Gem Knight, Neperim, and Kuribo Multiply. One final box from target.com. And then we have two that we got from target.store. Three mini boxes left. Come on. Okay. Nightmare eyes restrict is cool. I don't think I saw Starlight, but you never know. Maybe it covered it. Well, Nightmare Eyes is cool. Dark World No More Chibi and the Rainbow Bridge. Okay, still one more chance at a Starlight in those in the next mini box. Magnificent monsters. Here we go. One from the back. We have a art mage Orical sword of ceiling kill ship ride for higher t for a second I thought I saw something but I didn't. It was just the reflection of a pack. Dang it. Cyber I thought we thought I saw starlight. The thing is now if you see starlight you know you got an overframe because there are no regular starlights in the main in the main set. I do not know that feeling. I mean I did for front line but that was a couple weeks ago at this point so it's been a long time. I I don't remember that feeling at least, but I I know it's going to be amazing when it happens, especially if you see the Grandmaster on the side. Okay, Neos Lord, Zeus ultra rare, Secretary Dragon, and Horoscope Sorcerer under frame, leaving us with one final pack before the target. Oh, no. We have two more mini boxes. These are both from the Target store that I went into personally and picked them up. If I pulled a Grandmaster off the shelves, that would be insane. That would be so insane. Maybe I did. Who knows? Looks like no Starlight unless I'm being tricked somehow by a by some lighting or one of them's hiding back there. Dab bell star. That's pretty good. No starlights is unfortunate.
