In this video, I'm going to take a look at the brand new Transformers the movie Matrix statue. This is a smaller version for those of us who could not afford the big studio series electronic version. Uh, this Matrix was on a display at Target as part of the Hasbro Transformers apology tour and uh, once I saw it, I had to pick it up. This is really cool. I was one of those who couldn't afford the giant Studio Series Matrix, but I wasn't going to pass up on this, especially since it was only $20. So, that's pretty cool for as big of an item that you get. I mean, come on. We got the Giant Prime for 35 and now we got this big Matrix for 20. That That's awesome. So, anyway, let's take a quick look at the packaging right here. You got the Matrix itself behind the big plastic window. Transformers the movie. Uh, right here, 40th anniversary. There's Optimus Prime. On the corner. This side of the box is Transformers the movie. Back of the packaging is product shoting the Matrix. And that's a display stand. So, you can take it in and out of the display stand. I do not believe this is electronic at all. Let's see. In this side of the box is Optimus Prime rushing into battle. Open. >> They call me Patriot Prime. [music] Transformers. >> Now, once you get your Matrix of Leadership statue all opened up and out of the packaging, this is all you get. You get the matrix, you get the display stand. There's no instructions or anything else. So, taking a look at the matrix here. Looks really good. I love the sculpted detailing all over the center orb. We got the blue there in the middle. And it has kind of a sparkle finish. I'm not sure if the light's going to catch that or not. You can kind of see, I guess, sparkle finish, glitter finish, bassboat finish. But yeah, that catches the light really good. But at least from what I can see, not don't know if it's going to pick up on camera. And that's pretty much on both sides. We got the display stand right here. Transformers the movie on one side. And we got Transformers the movie 40 years right here. It can be removed from the stand. You just pull it straight out and it hooks in via these two little pegs right here. Now, as far as opening it up, that's not going to happen. It's uh it's a solid piece. And it's not gappy at all. It's got fairly decent weight to it. It's not bad. It's going to make make a nice little prop. I don't know if I'm going to put it in here or maybe down in my TV room. Display sa stand is solid as well. So, it's on the bottom here. Made by CultureFly. So, yeah, you kind of plug that in just like so. And it secures really well. So, yeah, you display it like that. display it like that. I think it's really cool. A nice little uh extra added souvenir from the 40th anniversary of Transformers the movie. So, that's about Wait a minute. I got to try it. I got to try it. Let's see.
