Video summary
The video begins by addressing the upcoming launch of EA FC 27 and the specific strategies for starting your Ultimate Team journey on the Web App, which serves as the primary entry point for most players before the full game releases. The host explains that while the Web App experience has become increasingly limited in recent years compared to previous editions, it remains a crucial opportunity to earn initial packs and coins without needing to play actual matches. Viewers are advised to be ready around 6:00 AM on Wednesday, September 16th, though they must ensure they use the correct URL link, as refreshing the "coming soon" page will not work. Access is generally restricted to players who engaged with FC 26 or have existing accounts, and those with market bans may find their trading capabilities locked upon login.
Once inside the Web App, the first critical decision involves selecting one of four available leagues—Premier League, La Liga, Ligue 1, or Bundesliga—which determines the specific "Starter Squad" pack and onboarding path you receive. The host suggests that while choosing a league might seem significant due to potential quick-sale values for kits and badges, the current system makes all packs untradeable, rendering previous strategies of selling unwanted items obsolete. Consequently, players should simply choose whichever league offers the squad foundation they prefer. Immediately after selection, users should claim any loyalty or returning player rewards available in the store and proceed to open their welcome backpacks, acknowledging that server performance may be poor this year as it was last time.
The core strategy for maximizing value on the Web App revolves around accumulating coins rather than building a competitive team or completing complex Squad Building Challenges (SBCs). Since there is no gameplay involved, the most effective method highlighted is the "Bronze Pack Method," where players open packs to get three or four players and quick-sell the rest to generate profit, which can then be used to buy low-rated bronze players for market flipping objectives. If the objective hub is unlocked, completing the Transfer Market Mastery by buying and listing hundreds of players can yield thousands of coins. The host also touches on the new Gallery system, noting that while it offers a way to earn rewards through sets, the lack of tradable items and limited pack availability means there may not be enough resources to complete multiple sets for significant gains.
In conclusion, the video emphasizes that the Web App period is short and should not be used to waste coins on building a full starting team or attempting difficult SBCs, as these activities are better suited for when the full game launches. The host reassures viewers that there is no pressure to start their Ultimate Team in a "perfect" way immediately, as the real value comes from grinding for packs and coins before transitioning to the main game on Tuesday. While advanced SBCs and pre-order FC Points are not available on the Web App, the focus should remain on simple coin accumulation through trading and objectives. The host promises that more detailed gameplay tips, including insights into quick-sale values and new features like Moments, will be covered in a follow-up video once the full game is accessible, but for now, the goal is to prepare financially and strategically for the launch day.

Hey guys, it's Nate aka the foot
accountant. Welcome back to the channel.
We're all about to log into FC27 for the
very first time, most likely from the
web app. But what should we do? Should
we take a specific league from the
options that EA give us when we log into
the web app? Should we be looking for
loyalty rewards or welcome backs like
we've seen in previous years? And will
there even be anything to do on the web
app? Because in the past couple of
years, the web app period has been
pretty boring until you get onto the
actual game. That's when it gets good.
We're going to talk about the first tips
and tricks that I have for you guys to
start your ultimate team off right and
hit the ground running as we begin FC27
in the video today. If you're excited
for it, guys, drop a thumbs up on the
video, hike the video if you can, and
subscribe if you are new. Now, I want to
say notice this is a first steps tips
and tricks video. This has nothing to do
with gameplay. what game modes to get
involved with and really what objectives
to complete once you log into the game.
We're going to have a specific video on
that on Wednesday after I'm able to log
in to FC27 on Tuesday and get some of
that figured out because again on the
web app, you're not playing any games.
You don't even want to build a team on
the web app. You're just wanting to try
to get your coins up and open as many
packs as you possibly can and maybe this
year get involved with the gallery a
little bit too. We will discuss that.
But all of the in-game modes, the
moments, the 50k packs that we can find
and objectives, we won't be able to get
involved in that until we actually get
on to the game. But let's talk about the
web app, which probably will be where
most of us see FC27 and our accounts on
FC27 for the very first time. When is
the web app expected to drop? Well,
guys, it happens about the same time
every single year. It is supposed to be
around 6:00 p. a.m. content drop time on
allegedly Wednesday the 16th of
September. Now, this has fluctuated a
little bit in the past before. Most
times though, it is on Wednesday.
There's no confirmation of that. We'll
be waiting for the launch update pitch
notes this year to tomorrow. No, yes,
tomorrow on Monday, we'll be getting the
launch update pitch notes, which will
100% tell us when the web app is going
to open and then we'll know. But it
usually is Wednesday every single year.
There's been a couple of rumors and
whispers that it's going to be a day
later. And if that's the case, the web
app will become pretty much irrelevant
and using the EA Play 10-hour early
access trial will get you on the game
first. But that's a whole another
conversation. For now, if logging into
the web app is the first way that we can
get into F227, make sure you're on at 6
PM content on Wednesday because that
would be the time that it would be
expected to drop. We'll keep that
updated, of course, as we learn details
about it. Now, make sure you're using
the right link, guys. On Wednesday, if
that is when this comes out, you want to
be refreshing or F5ing on your keyboard
the right link. Right now, when you
click on the web app link, it says web
app coming soon. If you're just
refreshing this link on Wednesday, it's
going to keep saying this page. You need
to remove those words from the URL or
use the link that we will have in the
chat at the time of a streaming when the
web app opens up or actually like Google
web app FC27 and click that link because
that one won't have the coming soon here
in the actual URL. That's a small
mistake that a lot of people make is
they'll just sit here refreshing this
page saying I can't get in. Well, it's
because you're refreshing the page that
says coming soon. You want to actually
refresh the actual web app link. And who
can even get involved in the web app?
Well, everybody who had web app access
during FC26. If you didn't play FC26,
you're probably not going to be able to
get onto the web app. If you were market
banned on the web app in FC or if you
were market banned at all inside of
FC26, you should still be able to get
onto the web app. You just may not be
able to use the market and that could be
locked. So, that's how the web app
works. Now, the first thing you're going
to see when you log in to the FC27
web app is going to be the choose your
league screen. This is a leaked
screenshot that I found on Twitter of
what it looks like in FC27. This is
different actually from FC26 because
we're choosing a league, but there's
only four leagues to choose from. It's a
combined men's and women's league choice
here between Premier League, La Liga,
Leon, and Bundesliga. I think we had
Syria and MLS even last year in FC26,
but as you can see here, again, this
could change, but this is how it was on
the beta. You get a starter squad pack
with Prem and Barkas women's Super
League players if you choose the Premier
League option. And you also get a little
retarison or it says complete
foundations to earn the retarison on
this path. That makes me think as it
says here, you'll be locked into a
unique onboarding path that cannot be
changed. So, I guess you'll get a
specific card. So, maybe you want to
look at these options and see what is
the best squad foundations card that you
can see from the four options that it
gives you and then choose that league
there. I don't think that choosing Prem
specifically makes a big difference.
Really, what this is going to be doing
is giving you your first starter team of
players and maybe giving you some
players that you could put into the
gallery right away to get some rewards
through there. We used to take Premier
League from this and say that it
mattered because you could actually
quick sell the kits that they would give
you with that and quick sell uh the
badges and stuff if they were a gold
rare badge. Some of them like Manchester
United and Manchester City would
actually sell on the market. You can
make some more coins and they were
tradable so you could quick sell them
for good value anyway. But those are
untradeable packs now and you can't do
that. So just pick whichever player and
whichever league you think looks the
best for you there. Now, once you get
into the web app, right after that,
you're going to see hopefully some
loyalty rewards or some returning user
rewards. You're going to want to go
straight to the store and claim those
and start opening those packs. Guys,
last year, every single time I tried
opening these packs, it kicks me out of
the web app. The servers are going to be
terrible. And last year, the packs were
not very good as well. And most of them
were untradeable. In fact, I think we
all only had like two packs that were
tradable. We had a couple of untradeable
gold packs, a small rare mixed players
pack, and as you saw here as I was kind
of clicking through when I entered my
club, there was like a 75 to 83 rated
pack and you had a couple of those
there. But as you can see, like I'm
trying to open these packs and it keeps
kicking me out. This is my stream from
last year. If you want to go watch me
log into the web app for the very first
time, just YouTube search my first day
on FC26, the foot accountant, and that
video there has my experience around the
48th minute of me actually logging into
the game. But guys, the servers are
going to be terrible. But you're going
to want to look and see these welcome
backpacks and open them right away.
We're not actually confirmed to have
these. Again, they were mentioned last
year in the launch update pitch notes,
which will be coming out tomorrow as
returning player rewards. Nothing has
been mentioned so far. If they are in
that pitch notes tomorrow, that would be
very helpful. But we do not know for
sure. But that's what you're want going
to do because that's going to get you
some cards in the club. Now, as you open
these packs and as you get these
players, here's probably what you want
to do. If there are tradable packs at
all involved with this gold commons,
well, there's no commons anymore. It's
not commons and rares. It's just all
golds. I would consider quickselling any
players that you don't think you're
going to use. Quick sell all tradable
kits and badges and stuff like that.
You're going to be able to get players
from other packs, but you need coins
right away. That is the most important
thing. So hopefully some of these packs
that we get from the web app on the web
app from the returning user rewards are
tradable. If it's all untradeable,
that's going to be a pain. But we do
need to get some coins somehow. I would
not be afraid to quicksell players. The
players that I would not quicksell will
be expensive cards or even some really
good starter cards that people are going
to be buying for their team that you
could sell a couple days later and
actually make some coins when you get on
the game. But quicksell, don't be afraid
of quickselling cards. I don't think I
really quick sold anything here because
these are all untradeable packs. But you
need to get coins right away. Coins are
the most important part. And hopefully
EA do give us some tradable returning
user rewards this year. After that and
after you open those packs, quick sell a
few cards and get some coins. I would
like to go to the SBC section. Now SBC's
are different this year with the whole
new SBC system that they have
implemented. We have the standard SBCs
where you turn in the 11 individual
players per squad. And we now have the
new SBC system, the streamline system as
they call it, where you have the SBC
score, those little gem diamond things
right there, that's the score for the
card, and you submit players until you
hit that score. Now, the SBC that was on
the beta when I was able to play this
game and make videos on it and show you
guys everything, there was kind of like
a getting started SBC, which was like
the intro to SBC's that we have seen in
previous years, and it was pretty easy,
but you did need to have English players
specifically, and they needed to be
golds as well. If this exact SBC called
getting started is the same one that's
going to be in from the start of FC27
when we actually log into the main game,
then there are going to be ways to trade
on the market because this is going to
be one of the only SBCs that people can
get done with bronze cards, with silver
cards, and maybe if there is a specific
nationality requirement, well, that
would bring some demand to the market
for those players and you would be able
to maybe snipe them, bid on those
players, and you'd be able to find some
ways to make coins on that web app
period. I don't think there's going to
be a lot of SBC's that we can do unless
they give us a whole bunch of really
good returning user rewards and a whole
bunch of good packs that's going to give
us a lot of tradable players and a lot
of untradeable players to go to SBC's. I
mean, we're not going to be able to do
too much on the web app. And that has
been the case for the last couple of
years. So maybe instead of looking at
SBC's right away, objectives may be a
good place to look as well. And speaking
of objectives, I want to go back over in
here to FC26 and show you guys one of
the objectives if objectives are not
locked inside of the web app that would
be very, very good to do. Now, this is
one of the most frustrating parts about
the web app in the last two years. When
you log in right away, you open your
welcome backpacks, you'll notice that
the objective hub is locked a lot of
times on the web app. And that means you
can't get in there to claim the rewards
for the progress that you're making. So
like right here inside of the this is
the milestones tab inside of ultimate
team objectives. This is a part of the
objectives that we have almost every
single year. You have a transfer market
mastery. We're skipping over the
foundations tab. There are going to be
some foundations objectives, but a lot
of these are kind of annoying and they
don't give you too much. They might give
you 200 coins, a shadow, a hunter, but
on the web app there's no gameplay, so
you don't really care about that. If we
can get into objectives, make sure you
get into milestones and do this market
mastery objective because just for
buying and listing players up, you can
get coins. Like you got 1,500, 3,000,
45,500. That is 6,000 coins right there.
That is 7500. Wow, that's 9,000. And
then even more. Wow, this is more than I
thought it was going to be. 10,500
coins. 12,000 coins from this objective
right here. It's going to take a lot of
work. You have to buy five or you have
to with 250 players buy now and you have
to list 500 up to get those coins. But
you can sit there, buy bronzes for 150
or 200, list them back up for 200, not
lose really any coins if you have enough
coins to begin with to do this over and
over and over. And you could actually
end up really increasing the amount of
coins you have. Again, that is a busy
work and that is a grind. But that is
one thing you might be able to do is
complete this transfer market mastery.
So if objectives are unlocked, that
would be one objective that I would take
a look at as well. And then of course we
got to think about the gallery, right?
The gallery is a new addition this year.
And as we open our welcome backpacks,
we're going to be getting players that
could go into sets. Now, I don't think
that we're going to be packing too many
players to be able to complete multiple
sets to actually get a decent reward
because, as you can see here, even into
my video that I posted a couple of weeks
ago playing FC27 in the beta version, I
went and bought some villa players off
the market for like low prices just to
complete this set of villa players. And
um I wasn't even able to get a very high
grade for this set. Let me just zoom
forward ahead here just a little bit
longer so you can see the whole set
being completed and me get the rewards
for it because I've got all gold cards
here and I've got the uh squad
foundations player which once again if
you haven't learned about the gallery.
Go back and watch this video. EA
completely changed how SPCs work. I
really explain how the gallery works and
it's very important to understand this.
These cards are not being submitted.
They're just cards that I've either
packed or I've bought and I can get
rewards for them. But as you can see
here, I only have a couple of gold
cards. I don't have as many first owners
because I went out and I bought them off
the market and I only get a Dgrade
in the gallery. But the way that this
could actually bring us some rewards
inside of the gallery in the web app is
if we're able to collect enough players
or get enough coins to buy a few players
to complete maybe like an intro set. I'm
sure there's going to be some sort of
like introduction to the gallery set
that is going to be inside of the
gallery. And if that gives either coins,
packs, or maybe even our first gallery
tokens of the year, we might be able to
turn those gallery tokens in inside of a
gallery token store and get a couple of
tradable packs. That's the whole thing
of the web app is getting as many packs
as you can possibly get without playing
any games. And the gallery would be one
way that we could do that. That's the
biggest question of the web app in my my
mind, in my eyes, is because we don't
know how that is going to work yet. So,
that is kind of the way that I would
approach the web app depending on how
much you want to grind. There's going to
be things to do. There may not be a ton
to do though until we actually get on
the actual game. Now, here's some things
you do not want to do on the web app.
You do not want to build a starter team.
Don't even think about changing up this
team really that you have gotten after
you log in. I'm trying to scroll back
here so I can show you my squad that I
had when I first logged in after I chose
Premier League last year. like this
team, you're not playing any games with
it. All those players are going to go
into SBC's once you actually get on to
the real game. You're going to get some
more packs. You're going to be able to
get some hopefully some free players
from objectives and stuff like that from
moments when you get some packs there.
You're not going to need a full team of
players. Maybe just keep a full team of
players as a starting 11 and a bench
just to be safe. But you can feel free
to turn in some of those players because
you get more packs and you'll be able to
fill out a squad there. But like that's
one of the things I would not do is do
not buy a team. Do not waste your coins
on doing SBC's. It is not worth it.
You're you're going to want to try to
build your coins up as much as you
possibly can from opening packs, trading
a little bit on the market and doing as
many uh of those kind of like SBCO
things that will give you the coins.
Like we talked about with the transfer
market mastery. That's what you're
trying to do. accumulate coins via
trading or via objectives, not spend
them. Guys, the web app period is super
duper short. That's what you have to
wrap your mind around because it used to
be where we would get on the web app for
a week or 5 days before the actual game
would come out. And we were spending our
time trading because there was actually
coins that we would get because you guys
remember they used to give us advanced
SBC's that were tradable. And nowadays,
well, I mean, you you saw back here in
the video the SBC's that were out, it
was that getting started SBC and then
there was a couple of upgrade packs and
that was it. There wasn't a whole lot
going on here inside of SBC's. And I'm
going to imagine it's probably going to
be the same way this year as well. I
don't think those advanced SPCs are
going to be tradable. If they are, I
mean, EA has said there's more tradable
packs and there's more coins this year
in rewards, which is great, but we got
to actually see it to believe it. And if
there are, then we might actually have a
very successful web app period. But it's
all about the coins. So, if you just
want to log on, rip your welcome
backpacks, maybe do an objective or two,
set up your squad that you've got from
your free players, and get ready for
when you do actually log into the actual
game. That might be all the web app is
good for for you, but it just kind of
depends on what EA do give us. Now, I
will say one of the things that should
be pretty good on the web app is bronze
pack method. Because think about it,
that objective that we were just talking
about, going and buying a whole bunch of
bronze cards to to satisfy that transfer
market mastery where you're buying and
selling a whole bunch of players for the
cheapest price possible. Bronze pack
method could actually make you a lot of
coins. It has in the past couple of
years because opening those bronze packs
for whatever it is 700 coins. If you
pack three or four players, you quick
sell the rest of the pack that's not the
players and you list up the players for
200 coins, that's going to make you
about 600 coins, a little bit less than
that per pack plus the quicksell value,
you're going to profit a couple hundred
coins per pack. If people are buying
those bronze and silver cards to get
this transfer market mastery done. So,
that is one thing that can work. Bronze
pack method right there. The rest of the
market is going to be incredibly rare.
There's going to be so few players in
the market. You'll probably see some
pretty crazy prices though. Like I
remember seeing some pretty crazy
prices. Right now the servers are shut
off on FC26 or something because I can't
get on the game. But I remember seeing
some crazy prices on like high rated
cards one year like when De Bruyne was
still 88 or 89 rated and he had pace for
Manchester City. This is probably three
or four years ago. De Bruyne was like
50k the first day when the web app came
out because people are packing those.
Kevin the Brunt is tradable from some of
the welcome backpacks that we had
listing them up on the market, but
nobody can buy them. Those price is
incredibly incredibly cheap. You're
going to see some crazy prices, but like
nobody has the coins to actually afford
those cards yet. You can't put um FC
points on the web app and we won't get
our pre-order FC points on the web app
as well unless EA messed things up.
They've never given us those on the web
app. So, that's not something you really
do have to worry about. So, that's kind
of the tips and tricks that I have for
the web app. It's getting simpler and
simpler every year, guys. Like, these
web app tip tutorial videos used to be
in depth and we would talk so much about
this is what you want to do when you log
into the game for the first time. But, I
mean, now it's gotten so simple because
there's just not a whole lot to do on
the web app. It almost feels like the
web app is is dying off in terms of the
fun way to start your ultimate team when
you log in for the very first time. It
almost feels like you need the full game
to come out and and actually log into
the menus for it to be worthwhile
because then you can get into things
like moments and then you can get into
things like gameplay objectives and
start racking up packs and start racking
up coins really quickly and really
easily. And that is what we're going to
talk about on Wednesday after we do play
the game on Tuesday. So, make sure you
check your calendars and put on your
calendars that at 9:00 p.m. UK, 400 p.m.
Eastern on Tuesday, we will be streaming
FC27 here on the channel. And we will be
getting involved with this game for the
very first time early. We'll be looking
at all the new things. We'll be looking
to see if things are similar to the
beta, which I was able to, of course,
post the videos about with the gallery
and with the SBC's. Is it similar to
that? Have some things changed and all
those questions that we do have. I'm so
curious about quicksell values of
players because they're taking away
commons and rares and they're making
everything just gold, silver, or bronze.
How is the quick sale value going to
change on those? The quicksell values in
the beta were really, really low and I
don't like that. I hope that they
increase those. We're going to have to
see and find out what happens with those
quicksell values when we do get onto the
actual game on Tuesday. So, that's my
tips and tricks to starting the game
there. Again, like I said, there's not
as much as there used to be, but the
real tips and tricks are going to come
into play on Wednesday when we actually
get into the game and see and learn a
whole lot more. But hopefully that helps
just kind of take the stress off because
I know for some reason it's like, "Oh my
goodness, I'm going to start my ultimate
team. There's so much to do. I feel
pressure. I feel like I have to start
the game in the perfect way." You don't
have to start the game in the perfect
way. just do a couple of those things
there and go find ways to get some packs
and find ways to get a little bit of a
leg up and to get some coins before you
do head into the actual game of FC27.
So, that's my web app tips for this
year, guys. Hopefully, we learn some
more from those pitch notes tomorrow on
what we'll be doing on the web app, if
we'll be able to do more, and the start
of FC27 as a whole. That's the big news
for tomorrow, guys. But for today, we're
now prepared to start our web app off in
a good way. Guys, if you enjoyed this
video, drop a thumbs up on it. Comment
below if you have any questions. And of
course, subscribe if you're new. I'll
see you guys in aviated tomorrow. It's
been Nate of accountancy. See you there.
