How To Start a One-Person Claude AI Business (Even If You're Not Techy)
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
The video outlines a transformative approach to launching a one-person business using AI, specifically Claude, designed for individuals who lack technical skills or extensive resources. The core argument is that the traditional belief requiring a large team, significant capital, or complex tech stacks is obsolete; instead, success comes from leveraging your unique life experience as the primary product while using AI to handle all the heavy lifting behind the scenes. By combining your decades of real-world knowledge with a single AI tool, you can create a business that attracts customers organically rather than chasing them through cold outreach. The presenter emphasizes that this model has already enabled diverse individuals—from nurses and tradesmen to retirees—to generate substantial income, proving that extraordinary results are achievable without being a tech expert or having an audience from the start.
A critical component of this strategy involves identifying your "gold mine" niche by mining your own history, hobbies, or past career struggles rather than trying to invent something new. The video illustrates this with stories of people who monetized their specific expertise, such as a nurse creating healthcare navigation content or a blue-collar worker advising others on trade careers. Once the niche is identified, the business operates on a simple three-part machine: your experience acts as the product that builds trust, a content channel serves as the magnet to attract buyers, and Claude functions as the entire back office, handling research, scripting, strategy, and packaging. This setup effectively replaces a full-time staff of writers, strategists, and researchers with a $20 monthly subscription, eliminating the high payroll barrier that typically prevents individuals from starting their own ventures.
The financial potential of this model extends far beyond standard ad revenue, utilizing a layered monetization strategy where direct services, coaching, or affiliate offers generate significantly higher income than views alone. The presenter shares examples of community members who achieved full-time income with very few subscribers by selling specialized services to a targeted audience that already trusts their expertise. Furthermore, the video addresses common fears about age and technology by highlighting how platforms are actively filtering out low-quality, faceless AI content, which actually benefits human creators who use AI as a tool rather than hiding behind it. Historical anecdotes, such as the story of Momofuku Ando inventing instant ramen at age 48 after bankruptcy, reinforce that age and lack of background are not obstacles when one has a valuable story to tell and a machine ready to execute the work.
Ultimately, the video concludes that the only real barrier to entry is the internal narrative of being "too old" or "not techy," which can be dismantled by focusing on the value of your lived experience. The presenter encourages viewers to start immediately with free tools, using specific prompts to interview themselves and define their niche, before upgrading to a low-cost AI subscription for better efficiency. Whether someone is looking to replace a high-stress career, fund a dream lifestyle like traveling in a camper van, or simply earn extra income, the path involves building a personal brand on YouTube that works 24/7 without sleep. The final message is an invitation to stop overcomplicating business advice and instead embrace a simple, scalable system where your unique story drives growth while AI ensures execution, making it possible for anyone to build a thriving one-person enterprise today.

This is exactly how to start a oneperson
cla business, even if you're not techy.
And I promise the version of it that
fits your life is somewhere in this
video. Now, some of my community members
have ran these oneperson businesses past
$10,000, $30,000, even past $500,000 in
a single month. And you need pretty much
zero tech skills and zero employees. And
a total beginner can start this week if
they want to. Now, this is coming from
someone who did it the wrong way at
first. I went over $300,000 in student
loan debt to get a pharmacy doctorate
degree to get into a career that I
didn't want to be in where I was working
80 hours a week and I was burnt out. So,
I built a business that I wish somebody
had shown me at 18. One person, one
camera, no team. And this one person
business that I built has gone on to
make me over $10 million. And since
then, I have over a thousand community
members that have run the exact same
playbook. medical workers, tech workers,
people in finance, tradesmen, business
professionals, retirees, etc. And these
are not extraordinary, super smart,
special people. And these are people
that just by naturally living their life
acquired knowledge and experience just
like you. And most people are doing AI
business completely wrong. They're
trying to stack 40 different AI tools.
They're getting way too technical with
stuff and they're wasting all their time
trying to get customers and clients when
they should be spending their time
getting customers and clients to come to
them. But the smarter move is the exact
opposite. one AI plus all the years of
experience that you already have because
you paid for it with your time and
effort and you stop chasing the buyers
and the buyers start chasing you. For
instance, the nurse with three decades
of stories, she's in here. The
50-year-old who never made money outside
of his career in his life, he's in here.
The business owner who is tired of
paying an agency, the beginner with
nothing but a phone, in here as well.
So, there's going to be somebody in this
video that you can relate to that's
going to have a similar story as you.
And it's going to give you an idea for
the type of oneperson cla business that
you can start as well. And every number
today sits on the screen next to its
source with a receipt. And stick around
because the single day one prompt that
replaces a $90,000 year strategist is
near the end. And the experience that
you already have in your life, the
problems that you've already had then
overcome. All that time that you spent
grinding, getting good at things, all
those mistakes that you made, that is
worth more than you think. And I'm going
to show you exactly how to monetize it.
So, if you appreciate me making this
type of content and you want me to make
more of it in the future, then let me
know by gently cheersing that likes
button and let's jump into it right now.
All right, section one I'm going to call
the team lie. So, every piece of
business advice that you grew up on
assumes that you have to have a big team
to do anything. And that assumption just
died. And don't take my word for it.
Take Sam Alman's, the guy who runs
OpenAI. He's been saying a oneperson
billion-dollar business is coming. and
he's literally got a bet running with
other tech CEO friends about when it
arrives. And Forb says that the number
of million-dollar oneperson businesses
roughly doubled in a single year. And
the US census counts nearly 30 million
American businesses with zero employees.
And I would know because I'm one of
them. I built this channel from my
bedroom. No staff, no studio, no tech
skills, just a pharmacy degree
collecting dust. And it started off as a
oneperson business. And now it's made me
over $10 million. And I'm not saying
that to flex. I'm saying it because if a
burned out pharmacist can do it,
especially working like 80 hours a week,
the bar is exactly as low as you hope it
is. So, why does everybody still think
that they need a team, a developer, and
$50,000? Well, it's because complexity
sells. Gurus can't charge you $5,000 for
a U plus $20 AI. So, they sell you
funnels, agencies, hires, dashboards.
Complexity is the product, and it's Now,
here's what actually replaced the team.
a machine that you can rent for $0 or if
you want the pro version, it's 20 bucks
a month, which is less than most
people's streaming bills, by the way.
And right now, that machine is running
businesses out of spare bedrooms, job
sites, and one camper van somewhere in
Utah. Hold that thought because she's
coming later, and her story is my
favorite one in this whole video.
YouTube and building your personal brand
just got 10 times easier and nobody's
talking about it. And the reason it got
10 times easier is because of AI and
specifically cloud AI. That's what we're
going to be talking about in this week's
live training that we're doing. Click
the link down in the description in the
pin comment below. I will be there. I'll
be answering questions before, during,
and after. We'll also be giving you an
AI that's been designed to help you pick
your niche if you don't have one in the
first place, or if you already have one,
it's going to help you make it 10 times
better. So, we worked very hard on this
AI. People absolutely love it. We've
literally gotten hundreds of comments
from people that love it. So, you do not
want to miss out on it. And if you're
watching this in the future for whatever
reason or it's already past the time of
the live training, still click on that
link because we will be having more live
trainings in the future and you will be
the first person to know cuz it'll put
you on a wait list for that. But with
that being said, it's completely free.
No reason not to attend. Click that link
in the description in the pin comment
below and I'll see you on the other
side. And look, I know what your brain
is doing right now. Shane, you're a
YouTube guy. Of course, this worked for
you. Fine. Let me introduce you to
someone with no tech background, no
audience, and no interest in becoming an
influencer. my own brother Zach who's in
his 50s now. He's bluecollar to the
bone. This is a guy who spent his whole
life around the trades and real work,
not software. And nobody would ever call
Zach techie, including Zach himself. But
let's talk about the moment it changed.
He watched an entire industry of
22-year-olds online giving young people
terrible career advice about jobs that
Zach actually understands. And he
realized with 30 years of real world
experience in the trades, that was going
to be worth more than their ring lights.
And so here's the pivot. He didn't learn
to code. He didn't try to launch an
agency. He just sat down with my
playbook, the same one that I'm handing
you in this video for free. And he let
the AI carry the technical weight. So,
the scripts were shaped in his voice,
the research, the titles, the packaging.
And his job was just to be the guy who
actually knows what he's talking about
on camera, helping young people and
career switchers pick the right blue
collar career for them. Simple videos,
no fancy editing, just experience
packaged the right way. And by day 29,
his channel had a $214 AdSense day. His
very first video that he posted blew up,
got over 800,000 views, and he went from
zero to full-time income in less than
one month. Now, I need to pause just for
a quick moment here so I can explain the
gravity of this situation. A lot of
people have seen all the different
testimonials from people in my
community, and I have hundreds of them
at this point, people that have gotten
incredible results, and they think,
"Shane, you're cherry-picking those
results, right? You're just picking the
best ones and putting them up." And I
don't blame you, cuz that's what most
people do. So, I took that valid
criticism, and I decided to just pick a
random person in my family. And I didn't
just pick anybody, not the young, smart,
techsavvy person. I picked a random
50-year-old in my family. And after he
begrudgingly agreed to it, I helped him
blow up his YouTube channel. Right? So,
it was one shot, 100% success rate. And
you really can't argue with that. Now,
before somebody in the comments asked
for this month's screenshot, I don't
have it. He's busy running the damn
thing. And that's kind of the point.
When the machine works, you stop
checking all the time to see how much it
makes. But last month, he did send me an
update. He made over $18,000 in his 50s.
Not techie. 30 days to a full-time
income. Now, the single most important
thing that Zach did happen before he
ever touched a camera. He locked the
right niche in the lane where his
experience beats everybody. Get that
wrong and nothing else matters. Get it
right and you're playing on easy mode.
Now, by the way, if you want to see an
update on Zack, I heard you might
actually attend this week as well. And
if you want an AI that we built that
actually helps you pick your niche, just
like we helped Zach pick his niche, or
if you already have one, it helps you
make your niche 10 times better, then go
ahead and attend the live training that
we're doing this week. Click the link in
the description in the pin comment below
to check it out. It is a one-time live
training. However, if you miss it for
whatever reason you're watching this in
the future, still click that link
because it'll put you on a wait list to
attend the next live training that we
have. And I look forward to seeing you
there, helping you pick your niche,
helping you with a step-by-step guide to
start your oneperson business and
personal brand. And I look forward to
seeing you there. Okay, now let's talk
about the oneperson machine because a
oneperson business isn't a smaller
version of a real business. It's a real
business with zero drag. Let me prove
that with a story about a woman selling
fax machines. Sarah Blakeley spent seven
years selling fax machines doortodoor,
getting thrown out of buildings, having
her business card ripped up in her face
about once a week, and at night she cut
the feet off of her panty hose because
she hated how they looked in open toe
shoes. And then she realized she was
holding a product. Now, she had $5,000
in savings, no fashion experience, no
business training. So, she wrote her own
patent out of a textbook because the
lawyers wanted thousands that she didn't
have. And then she cold called Neiman
Marcus and kept her day job for two
years while the thing grew. And she
never took a single investor dollar. One
owner for 21 years. And in 2021,
Blackstone bought a majority stake in
Spanx at a valuation of $1.2 billion.
One woman who outsourced everything, the
manufacturing, the legal, the
distribution, everything except the one
thing that was her, the story, the face,
and the trust. Now, here's the thing
about that story. In 2000, outsource
everything took Sarah Blakeley
relentless hustle and a rolodex. In
2026, it just takes you using Claude AI.
That's the entire premise of a oneperson
cla business. You own the face and the
trust and Claude runs everything behind
the curtain and it does almost all the
heavy lifting for you. So, the machine
has exactly three parts. Part one, your
experience. That's the product, the
thing the AI cannot fake and buyers also
can't Google. Part two is a channel.
That's the magnet. You don't cold call.
You don't run ads. You don't chase
buyers. You publish and buyers come to
you already trusting you. Part three is
claude and that's the entire back
office. The writer, the researcher, the
strategist, the packaging department,
experience magnet, back office. That's
it. That's the whole org chart. And
before your brain says, "Oh, well that's
cute for billionaires." Well, here's
what regular community members are doing
with this exact shape. Josh, an IT guy,
did this business model and made it all
the way to $185,000
in a month. And he did it by helping
people do something boring, which is
getting into IT and cyber security jobs.
And I will say that a lot of the people
that I work with find their success by
literally teaching other people boring
stuff that for them in many cases is
common sense, but it's not common sense
to other people. No, Nicole did it for
governance, risk, and compliance, which
is basically a cyber security job where
you also have to understand the
compliance and legal frameworks and
regulations as well. And this might be
one of the most gloriously boring niches
on earth. And I say that with love. But
she was able to get to $80,000 in a
single month. And when she first started
working with me in my community, she
only had 85 subscribers and she was
about ready to give up on YouTube.
Isaiah is a vocal coach who was near
poverty and made nearly $30,000 in a
single month when he first started with
us. Shawn went from $30,000 a month, so
he was already doing really well, to
over $500,000 a month while working with
us. and Anton in education helping
people get into tech sales got to over a
100,000 in a single month. Different
niches, different ages, but the same
three-part machine. Okay, Shane, but
where do I get the experience if I don't
have any? Okay, glad you asked because
you're probably sitting on a gold mine
and calling it a boring career. So,
let's talk about the boring gold mine
cuz I did mention before that a lot of
the people that I help, they end up
making a ton of money just by helping
other people do stuff that is quote
unquote boring. And the truth is,
there's billions in the boring. So, the
best niche is not the one that you'd
pick. It's the one that you've already
been paid for in many cases. Now, look
at what actually works. A physicist
turned her science brain into a
spiritual growth channel that feeds her
coaching practice. A dog trainer with 20
years of brain experience stopped
undercharging at $55 an hour and rebuilt
around a $3,000 program. A turret reader
stuck doing one-on-one sessions took her
weird little niche to YouTube and hit
partner program eligibility in under 6
weeks. None of them invented anything.
They extracted it. And that's the actual
first step of this business. Not buying
a camera, not picking a logo. You mine
your own history. The career. I gave a
bunch of examples of that already. The
hobby that ate 10 years of your life.
Yes, that counts. Just like Nathan, for
instance, who started with us a few
months ago and is now making a full-time
income coaching people in chess. The
thing that co-workers always came to you
for. For instance, one of our clients,
Steven, made $12,000 in a few months
teaching people how to use a very rare
type of engineering software that only
people in his industry use. Because the
niche where you have receipts is the
niche where you beat every 22-year-old
expert on day one. And here's where
Claude stops being a chatbot and it
starts being a strategist. You don't
brainstorm at it. You make it interview
you. Okay. So, I'm going to go ahead and
put a really good prompt up on the
screen. But this prompt as well as tools
that can help you do all the stuff that
I talked about in this video will be
linked down the description in the pin
comment below. It should be the third
link down there. So, that's going to be
a Claude prompt as well as Claude skills
and they are super valuable and they'll
help you out. But to get started, you
can just screenshot this one that I put
on the screen, put it into Claude. It's
going to interview you and after it has
enough information, it's going to give
you a phenomenal answer. Now, it's going
to give you some niche options. With
that being said, I do highly recommend
that you attend the live training this
week cuz it's really going to help you
dial in your niche cuz I have seen
people struggle to pick their niche for
months, years, even over a decade
sometimes. Then they attend my live
training. Sometimes they join my
community and then we help them pick
their niche pretty much right away. So I
highly recommend that you attend the
live training. Again, click that link in
the description in the pin comment below
and I look forward to seeing you there.
But this might take you 10 minutes max
and that is a niche short list that
would have cost you $5,000 to hire a
consultant and this is from the free
tier of Claude before you've ever spent
a dollar. So here's how you start. Open
cloud.ai. Free tier is fine for this.
Paste the gold mine interview prompt and
answer honestly for 10 minutes. Talk
about the jobs that you've actually
done, not the business that you think
sounds cool, and take the three options
that Claude hands back, and gut check
each one against a single question.
Would somebody with this problem pay me
for help? Then sleep on it and pick one
tomorrow, and the total cost is $0. Got
the lane? Good. Now, let's hire the
staff, all zero of them. So, let's talk
about the $0 payroll. And let's talk
about what running a real content
business used to cost, because this is
where your jaw should drop a little. A
script writer from the United States is
going to run you about $60,000 a year. A
researcher is about 55,000 and they take
lunch breaks. A marketing strategist
would be 90,000. A copywriter for your
titles and descriptions would be another
55,000. Now that's over a quarter of a
million dollars in payroll just to do it
one $20 a month cloud subscription plus
the right system for making content does
before lunch. So that is the whole
payroll 20 bucks a month. Now you could
technically do it with free accounts,
but it's really just worth it to do the
$20 version. So the payroll was the
barrier, but the payroll is gone. Now
why Claude specifically? Well, it's
because I've tested all of them. And for
running a business, not writing poems,
three things matter. One, Claude is the
best writer out of the bunch, and it
actually sounds like you instead of a
LinkedIn robot, which matters more every
single day because the platforms are
actively purging robotic AI slop. Two,
projects. Think of it as a filing
cabinet with a brain. You load your
niche, your story, your voice, your
plans all in one place, and it remembers
them. And then every conversation starts
already knowing your whole business.
three skills. These are pre-trained
playbooks that you can drop in, so it
does specialize jobs right away. Now,
the other tools are fine, but this one's
the employee. Now, here's the exact
setup, and this is the one that people
over complicate. So, watch how stupid
simple this is. You create one clawed
project. You paste one set of
instructions into it, and from that
moment on, it's not a chatbot anymore.
It's your back office. So, you can take
these instructions, you can screenshot
them, and then copy and paste them into
Claude's project instructions. And if
you think you need to be organized for
this, you don't. That's the point. One
community member we had had posted 900
videos over two years with no system,
and they were stuck at 655 subscribers.
With a real system, her recent videos
run 20 to 100 times her old average.
Another went 5x in a few months and
crossed 10,000 subscribers and a million
views. And in his words, there's no
magic video, just a long slow burn of
doing the simplest things right. So the
system is the talent and Claude is the
system. So here's how to start. Sign up
at cloud.ai. The $20 per month plan is
plenty to start. Now, you can just use
the free version, but I recommend the
$20 a month subscription because it's
really just going to save you a lot of
time. Then create one project named
after your business. Paste the back
office build prompt into the project
instructions. Fill in the two blanks and
test it. Then send a 2-minute voice note
ramble. I like to call this a YAP
session about your first video idea and
ask for the script plus five titles. And
if the output doesn't sound like you,
tell it what to fix once and it
remembers. And the time here is going to
be about 20 minutes. Now, one thing I'll
say is I'm recommending that you start a
YouTube channel and you build your
personal brand and your one business on
YouTube. And there's many reasons that I
recommend this, but the biggest reason
of all is that if you don't do this, you
are going to be spending all of your
time trying to get clients, trying to
get customers, right? You're going to
have to outreach to people on LinkedIn
or cold email them or cold call them.
And that is a miserable way of getting
customers because first of all, people
hate it. But second of all, even if you
do get the customers, they're probably
not going to know, like, or trust you.
So, it's going to be really hard to sell
them and get them results. And then
three, you're going to have to start
over from scratch every single day.
Whereas, if you build a YouTube channel,
you can build assets, YouTube videos
that go out and get you views, get you
subscribers, and get you customers and
clients, and make you money every single
day, and you never have to pay them, and
they never die, and they work 24/7
without taking a day off. So, every
single video that you post is like
another employee that you hired in your
oneperson business. But you still might
be thinking that you can't do this,
right? Well, I promised you the camper
van earlier. And let's talk about that.
The nurse in the camper van. Meet Jen.
She's 60 years old, 33 years as a nurse.
And after three decades of 12-hour
shifts, she was burned out. The kind of
burned out where you love the work and
you still can't do it anymore. And her
words when she started was she hadn't
even dipped her toes into YouTube yet.
She'd never uploaded a video and she was
not a tech person and she was 60 and
honestly she looks amazing but she's 60
and here's the pivot and listen because
this is the whole video in one move. She
didn't become a content creator. She
took the thing that she already was the
nurse who could translate scary medical
stuff into plain English and she pointed
a camera at it. Healthcare navigation
for regular people. That's the niche.
That's it. This is the stuff that she
was already talking about with patients
on a day-to-day basis. So it was common
sense to her. It was easy for her. So
she didn't become a creator. She became
findable and beyond just her being able
to make money and her being able to quit
her job and have her dream life, which
she was able to do. We'll talk about
that here in a moment. She's also able
to establish her legacy, right? She has
so much wisdom. She has so much
experience and she's sharing that with
the world. She's making a true impact on
the world by sharing what she's already
learned. And that is one of the most
incredible things that you could ever
imagine. Now, the actions that she took
here, it's the exact playbook that I've
been handing you. proven video ideas
instead of guessing, simple packaging,
and just her on camera with a bold text
thumbnail, no fancy editing, no studio,
and the back office carried the rest.
Now, for the numbers, her channel didn't
exist in January. One video, for
instance, six things that seniors should
never say at the doctor, pulled over 572
views in about 4 weeks. And inside 90
days, the channel did over 2 million
views. So, month one of posting on
YouTube and being monetized, she made
6,000 a month. Month two, 8,000 a month.
In month three, over $10,000 just from
AdSense alone on her channel. And
companies are paying her to feature
their products on the channel as well.
And much more important than the money
she's making, Jen bought a camper van
that she'd been dreaming about for
years. And she's out there traveling the
country, recording her videos part-time
from inside of the van, literally living
her dream life. And it almost brought a
tear to my eye when she told me this,
that the system that I taught her
allowed her to do this. It's
unbelievable. And this is what I want to
help you do as well. And again, whether
we work together or not, I just want to
give value to you and help you do it.
And that's exactly why I'm doing a
completely free live training this week.
Click the link in the description and
the pin comment below. So, she's 60
years old, answering comments from the
middle of nowhere, living her actual
dream. And some of you are still sitting
there telling yourself that you're too
late. And that's BS. But that's what
this machine actually buys you. Not
Lamborghinis, but options. Okay, Shane,
but how does the money actually work?
Right? Cuz views aren't dollars. You're
right. Let's stack the layers. Let's
talk about the money stack. So views are
not the business. Views are the
doorbell. The business is the stack
behind them and it goes in layers bottom
to top. Layer one is AdSense. When it
comes to AdSense, last month we made
about $33,000 from this channel. But
that was less than 5% of the total money
that we make from the channel. And when
you properly monetize your channel, you
will be making far more from other
sources of income and other monetization
methods than you make from YouTube
itself. And that brings us to layer two,
other people's money. affiliates and
sponsorships. One community member
started landing affiliate deals before
she even hit 1,000 subscribers under 800
subs and brands were already paying her
to be in front of their audience.
Another community member, Guy, his goal
was to make$1 to2,000 extra dollars a
month cuz he was close to retirement and
that would seriously increase his
quality of life. And he hit that goal
before he even hit 500 subscribers. He
got a $1,500 a month brand deal. Now
layer three is your offer, a service,
coaching, an agency, etc. the thing that
your experiences make obvious. This is
where the real money lives and it needs
shockingly few viewers to make money.
For instance, Carla, whose channel had
about 1500 subscribers and her videos
were getting about 100 to 200 views per
video, closed a six figure deal from her
tiny channel where her videos were only
getting 100 views per video. So, if
you're selling to the right audience,
which is something that we teach you to
do, that's all part of selecting the
right niche, then you don't need to get
that many views to make money. Another
example is Nathan. I mentioned him
before. He's a chess coach in our
community. His channel sits around 5,000
subscribers and he sells one-on-one
chess coaching and he's now making $5 to
$6,000 a month. And it gets smaller than
that. Another community member got her
first 10 inbound leads right after
crossing 400 subscribers. Another one
posted a video that got 52 views and 22
of those viewers subscribed. That's a
42% conversion that a veteran YouTuber
would trade a kidney for. And if you
don't think you can make money even just
getting 20 or 40 views, this client sold
$2,400
from a video that got about 20 views.
So, small audience, that's the right
audience, and selling the right product
to them. That is the whole cheat code.
So, here's how to start. Don't build all
three layers at once. Turn the one on
that matches your niche today. If your
topic has broad appeal, like health,
careers, or money, you're going to aim
at AdSense first. Then, it can pay you
while you sleep. If your niche is
specialized, skip ahead. Put one service
or offer in your description from video
one, and ask Claude, "Based on my niche,
what's the simplest $500 plus offer that
I could deliver?" And then let a 5,000
sub channel out earn a job. And then the
other layers you can stack on after that
first dollar. So, the machine's real,
the money's real, the people are real,
which means it's time to deal with the
voice in your head that's been talking
this whole video is telling you that you
can't do it. And this brings us to the
Mom Fuku move. Now, let me be real with
you. The I'm not techy thing isn't about
technology. It's the polite version of
I'm scared, I'm too old, and it's too
late for me. So, let me tell you about
the most gloriously non- techy comeback
in business history. It's Japan, 1957.
There's a man named Momaf Fuku Ando, and
he is 48 years old and freshly ruined.
The credit association he chaired went
bankrupt and took basically everything
he had. No company, no lab, no
investors. He's watching people line up
in the cold for hot noodles. Postwar
Japan was hungry, literally. And he
decides the future is noodles that you
can make at home in minutes. So he
builds a shed in his backyard, 10 ft by
10 ft. And for about a year alone,
sleeping 4 hours a night, failing every
single day, this middle-aged, broke,
unqualified man flash fries noodles
until one day in 1958, chicken ramen
works. And today, instant ramen sells
over a 100red billion servings a year.
And in a national poll, the Japanese
voted it the greatest Japanese invention
of the 20th century, beating karaoke,
beating the Walkman, just noodles from a
48-year-old bankrupt guy in a garden
shed. Oh, and I should also mention that
he basically had zero chef background as
well. Now, here's the bridge, and it's
the whole reason that I told you that
story. Ando had to spend a year alone in
a shed building the machine. You don't.
The machine is already built. It's
clawed. So, you're the inventor in this
story. You're the operator. Your one job
is to bring the thing that Claude can't,
which is a real life's worth of
experience. And the too old thing in our
community, that excuse is basically
extinct. Craig is a realtor in his 70s,
and his very first video did over a
100,000 views. Steven left a long
corporate career, was scared of the
camera, and shipped 100 videos in 6
months for the 50 plus crowd with a
working funnel and his first digital
product. Julie, another burnedout nurse,
by the way, posted a free supplement
video that ran a 100x her old average.
And the algorithm sends her 93% of that
traffic for free. R.J. the unretired
made a channel about being unretired.
And a few months after he started, he
made nearly $30,000 in a single month.
So 60, 70, 50. Are you seeing the
pattern? The gray hair isn't the
obstacle. It's the offer. Your
experience is what gives you the ability
to talk about things on camera and
people to take you seriously. Now, the
flip side, and this is your warning
label, the reason all these regular
people can win right now is that
platforms are actively purging the lazy
stuff. The faceless AI voiceovers, the
mass-produced slop, the channels with
nothing human behind them. YouTube has
been tightening monetization on exactly
that garbage. So, the purge isn't your
enemy. The purge is your bodyguard. It's
clearing the field for humans who direct
AI instead of hiding behind it, which is
exactly what you'll be doing. So, no,
you don't have a tech problem. You have
a story that you keep telling yourself
problem. And I say that with love
because I told myself that same stuff
for years while I was counting pills at
a job that I hated. Now, I know 99% of
you are going to watch my content, get a
ton of value out of it. You're going to
download my free resources, which my
team and I work incredibly hard on and
get a ton of value out of those. And
you're going to attend my live
trainings, which I do completely free.
And I give away the niche validator, and
I help you pick your niche, and you're
going to get a ton of value out of that.
And we are never going to end up working
together. And that is completely fine.
But there's 1% of you out there, maybe
0.1% of you out there that either want
one-on-one mentorship, you want somebody
who holds your hand, that helps you very
closely to get results on YouTube as
quickly and efficiently as possible
without having to waste a massive amount
of time, effort, or money on it. Or you
want someone to just literally do the
work for you, right, in a done for you
capacity to help you start your one
person business. Now, if that sounds
like you, then go ahead and click the
link to book a call in the description
in the pin comment below. Should be the
second link down there. On this call,
we'll figure out where you are right
now, where you want to be. We'll make a
plan to get there, and we'll see if
we're a good fit to work together or
not. Only book the call if you're very
serious about growing and making money
on YouTube. We can only accept about 3
to five people right now. And last week,
we were totally booked out. We couldn't
even accept a single person to even talk
to them about coming into our program.
But historically, we only accept about
18% of people who apply for the call.
Now, the types of people we typically
work with are people that have a lot of
experience. A lot of the time they're
professionals or they're just
overachievers and they want to share
their knowledge with the world and give
value to the world. We also help
business owners get more leads, get more
sales, and grow their brand with
YouTube. We help YouTubers who have a
large channel, but they're struggling
with monetization. We help YouTubers who
are crushing it, but they want to crush
it even harder. And we help people who
already have big followings on other
platforms, but they want to bring those
followings and bring that audience over
to YouTube so they can crush it on
YouTube as well. So, if that sounds like
you, go ahead and click that second link
in the description, the pin comment
below, and we look forward to talking
with you. And also check out this video
right here where I go over exactly how I
helped my 50-year-old brother go from
zero to full-time income in less than
one month doing this exact oneperson
business model. And you can check that
out by clicking right here.
