Video summary
The course challenges the traditional notion that successful entrepreneurship requires quitting a job or hiring staff, highlighting that the majority of profitable American businesses are solo operations. By leveraging AI tools like Claude, beginners can build scalable one-person businesses with high profit margins without needing a tech background or significant capital, requiring only about $20 per month for software access. The core philosophy shifts away from the "second job trap" of chasing clients through cold outreach, which often leads to burnout, toward content creation as a sustainable traffic source that compounds over time. This approach positions the creator as an authority figure on YouTube, where long-form video builds the necessary trust to convert strangers into buyers, effectively turning the channel into a self-running machine that generates leads 24/7 while allowing the owner to work just four hours a week.
To find a profitable niche, the strategy involves identifying an "unfair head start" by mining existing skills, career experiences, and personal struggles rather than inventing new products from scratch. The process emphasizes correctly packaging these ideas by analyzing what audiences are already searching for and creating content that solves specific problems for a targeted segment of the market. Once a niche is selected, the operational workflow utilizes AI to streamline production, where Claude helps generate scripts from rough thoughts, simple webcams handle recording, and tools like Descript manage editing, ensuring consistent output without perfectionism. Success in this model relies on consistency during the initial "runway" phase where early videos may have low views but are essential for teaching the algorithm and building a foundation for eventual viral growth and steady revenue streams.
Monetization is achieved through a structured four-floor framework that moves beyond ad revenue to high-ticket services, allowing creators to earn significantly more per view by targeting specific problems rather than mass-market entertainment. The first floor generates trust through content, while subsequent floors involve affiliate marketing, selling one's own services like coaching or done-for-you work, and eventually scaling with digital products or communities. High-ticket buyers value transformation and convenience over the tools used, meaning a creator can charge premium prices by solving problems faster than traditional competitors, often closing sales with as few as 500 monthly views if the close rate is optimized. Sales calls are made manageable through reverse-engineered math and AI-generated scripts that allow prospects to do most of the talking, ensuring that the focus remains on delivering value and securing testimonials from early clients to fuel a virtuous cycle of easier future sales.
Ultimately, the path to building this business requires overcoming common excuses such as age, fear of cameras, or past failures by focusing on authenticity and consistent execution rather than polished perfection. The course provides a clear 90-day roadmap that guides users from niche selection and shipping their first videos to iterating on performance metrics like click-through rates and retention to fix bottlenecks efficiently. While the creator offers mentorship for those ready to invest in implementation, the fundamental message is that anyone can start this journey today by leveraging existing knowledge and AI assistance to create a sustainable income source. The conclusion reinforces that while results are not immediate, sticking with the process of consistently creating valuable content will eventually lead to financial freedom and the ability to run a thriving solo business from anywhere.

This is the full course on how to start
a oneperson business with Claude AAI.
And I promise there's going to be a
version of it that fits your exact
situation. Even if you think you have
nothing to sell or you have no idea what
your niche is. But first, the biggest
lie in this space. Most people think
that starting a business means quitting
your job, risking your savings, hiring
people, but the numbers say otherwise.
84% of American businesses are
one-person businesses with zero
employees. And over 4 million of those
oneperson businesses earn over six
figures. So the oneperson business isn't
some exotic exception. It's the most
normal business structure in America.
Most people just build the wrong
version. The one that's secretly a
second job or in some cases five jobs
with one person doing it. This course is
the other version where you use what you
already know and the assets and the
strengths that you already have and you
let Claude fill in all the gaps and do
all the heavy lifting for you and then
buyers come to you. And I know this
because I was $300,000 in student loan
debt and working as a pharmacist in a
job that I hated during the pandemic
where I was working 15 hours a week. And
I started a oneperson business that
allowed me to escape that life and
eventually scaled to a business that has
now made me hundreds of thousands of
dollars a month for years. And since
then, I've started a community where
I've helped thousands of people build
their one person businesses as well.
Now, one filter before we start. There's
a bunch of AI gurus on here that will
teach you this stuff. They'll teach you
how to start a oneperson cloud AI
business when they've never actually
done it themselves outside of just
teaching it. Meanwhile, I started a
oneperson business where I've been
making hundreds of thousands of dollars
a month for years and I was making
videos on YouTube about AI in 2022,
months before Chat GPT even came out.
So, I was one of the earliest adopters
of AI and I've been using it in my
business ever since. And AI was great,
but then when Claude came out, it took
it to another level and it was the exact
same thing. I was one of the early
adopters of Claude as well. So, I have
been using AI daily since 2022. I'm
probably one of the very few people that
has actually put over 10,000 hours into
AI. And not just any AI, but
specifically AI for business. So, if you
actually want to learn how to get good
with AI, not the hype stuff where they
say that they can edit an entire video
with AI and then you watch the video and
it's clearly edited by a human being,
but the stuff that actually works, then
make sure you stick through this video
until the very end because I'm going to
be telling you exactly how to do it step
by step. even if you're a beginner, even
if you have no idea what your niche is,
even if you don't even have any money to
start, and even if you're not
tech-savvy. And I'm going to show you a
bunch of examples of people who have
actually used the things that I'm
teaching to start their own oneperson
cla businesses. And I'm going to be
showing receipts on the screen. So, case
studies, examples, receipts of real
people who have done this with real
examples on the screen throughout this
video as well. And I promise you that if
you stick until the end of this video,
you are going to know exactly how you
can start a oneperson business using
Cloud AI to do the heavy lifting and
build the foundations of the business
the correct way so that you can even
scale it in the future. So if you
appreciate me making this type of
content and you want to see me make more
of it in the future, then let me know by
gently tapping that like button and
let's go ahead and jump into it right
now. All right, time out. Time out,
guys. This is the studio and we are
getting ready for the free live training
that we're having this week on how to
grow your YouTube channel and your
personal brand using Claude AI. So,
we're very very excited to do this live
training. Right, this is the studio.
This is what it all looks like. This is
the TV that I have behind the camera as
well. And we're very very excited to do
this live training here. We're going to
be teaching you, even if you're a
complete beginner, exactly how to start
on YouTube, specifically growing your
personal brand on YouTube and growing an
educational channel where you can
actually help other people in the world
and doing it in a reasonable amount of
time, like a side hustle amount of time,
15 to 30 minutes a day in many cases to
start growing your YouTube channel and
making money. And I'll be answering
questions before, during, and after. So,
you'll get to meet me. I'll answer a
bunch of your questions. You'll get to
meet a bunch of case studies of people
that have had success in our community.
and I'll be giving away an AI that helps
you pick your niche in the first place
if you don't have one already or if you
already have one, it'll help you make it
10 times better. So, this is an
incredible AI. We've gotten hundreds of
comments from people that say this is
like the best thing they've ever used.
So, do not miss out on this AI. With
that being said, if you're watching this
video in the future for whatever reason
and you're wondering, you know, hey, I
think I missed the live training, still
click on that link because we will
automatically put you on a wait list to
attend the next live training that we
do. And with that being said, looking
forward to see you. Click that link in
the description, the pin comment below,
and I'll see you on the other side.
Okay, so before module one, 60 seconds
of ground rules, cuz I want you to
actually finish this thing. First, this
is a real course. On the screen is
everything that we're covering. What you
can sell, how to pick your niche, how to
get buyers coming to you, how to price,
how to sell without feeling gross, and
an exact 90-day plan to get started.
Now, the blurred ones stay blurred until
we get there, and that's on purpose
because it's important that you actually
do this course in order. Every single
module is going to build on itself.
Second, expectations. If you want to get
rich quick, click off now. There are
people who make money fast with this.
But that is not typical. Those people
are the exceptions. Typically, it takes
months to start making real money. With
that being said, I will show you
examples of people who did that and
exactly what they did. And you're going
to get out of this exactly what you put
in. Now, third, I assume nothing. No
business background, no tech skills, no
audience. If you're a total beginner,
this was built for you. Fourth, what it
costs to run this business. because I
noticed in a lot of the other videos,
nobody ever tells you about this or asks
about it. Claude does have a free plan
that you can start on today, but the
paid plan that most people use is about
$20 a month and that is basically your
whole tool bill. So, you can get started
with the free plan, but there are
certain features that are incredibly
useful that are only going to be
available with the $20 a month plan. And
I am not sponsored by Claude. I don't
have an affiliate link for Claude. They
are not paying me to say this in any
way, shape, or form. I would love to be
sponsored by them because I've been
using their product for years now and I
love it, right? But I am not sponsored
by them. This is literally just the
product that I use. Now, there are a few
things that I use other AIs for, and I
will tell you about those things
throughout this video. But for about 99%
of the stuff I do, I use Claude AI. But
yeah, you don't need an inventory. You
don't need an ads budget. You don't need
a $500 software stack. You can even
start from your phone. A laptop makes it
faster, but broke is not the thing that
stops you here. Fifth, you might be
thinking, "Okay, but what's the catch,
Shane?" Fair question. Here is my whole
business model out loud so you know
exactly why I'm doing this. I give away
all of the information for free and I
sell the implementation. I either do it
with you with one-on-one mentorship and
we work directly with you to help you do
something or we do it for you and we
work with a tiny group of people who
have much more money than they have
time. Right? So 99.9% of people who
watch our content just consume the free
stuff. we they get all the free
resources, which by the way, we will be
putting free resources down in the
description and the pin comment below
that go along with this video. So,
definitely check those out. And we even
do free live trainings as well. And
basically, we just want to give 10 to
100 times more value than what we
receive. But there's going to be a very
small percentage of people out there,
like 0.1% or 1% of people out there that
have a lot of money, but they don't have
a lot of time. And they're going to want
us to help them do it one-on-one, or
they're going to want us to just
literally do it for them, right? So,
that's my business model. I give the
information away for free, but I sell
the implementation. So the people that
buy from us is going to be way less than
1% of the people watching this. Everyone
else, you pay for this with your time
instead of your money, right? Because
you have to pay for it either way,
right? In order to start a successful
oneperson business, you can either pay
with your time or your money, right? So
you're going to pay for it either way.
And this is a way for us to literally
teach you everything that we know, but
is going to take you a few hours to go
through this. So, I highly recommend
that if you can't go through this in one
go, keep it in your tab, put it in your
bookmarks, save this to your watch later
so that it pops up later on and you
continue watching it. So, the only
things that I hold back are the handful
of tricks that would stop working if a
million people did them at once.
Everything else is in here. Now, last
thing, this video is long on purpose.
It's a course, so save it. Bookmark it.
Don't close the tab. Like I said before,
split it into a couple sessions if you
need to. That's going to beat binging it
and then remembering nothing. And do me
one favor. If you're starting today,
comment day one with the month that
you're actually starting. Right? So, if
you're watching this in September,
comment day one September. And you would
not believe how many people come back to
their own day one comment a year later
with the story. So, when this course
gets you results, you need to come back
to your comment where you put day one
and the month that you're starting and
then share an update so that everyone
else can look at it. Right? That is all
that I ask of you. Now, this was a
massive amount of time, effort, and
money for me to put this course
together. And if you want to get the
most out of it, studies show that when
you actually engage, you're something
like double or triple as likely to
actually remember the things that you
learn and then actually implement them
as well. Right? So any of the times that
I ask you for a comment or I ask you to
do something during this course, you
want to actually do them because you're
going to be significantly more likely to
remember the information and you're
going to be significantly more likely to
actually get results. All right, YouTube
just got 10 times easier and nobody is
talking about it. You used to need an
entire film crew. And it used to be a
full-time job for you to just do any
work at all on YouTube, but now you can
get work done in as little as 15 to 30
minutes a day, and you can actually grow
a full-time YouTube channel. That's
exactly what I'm going to be talking
about at the live training that we're
doing this week. Exactly how to grow
your YouTube channel. So, click the link
in the description in the pin comment
below to check that out, guys. I will be
answering questions before, during, and
after the live training. It's completely
free. Plus, I'll be giving away an AI
that is designed to help you pick your
niche if you don't have one in the first
place or if you already have a niche.
It's going to help you make it 10 times
better. So, really looking forward to
talking with you guys. This is stuff
that we never talked about before. So,
click that link in the description and
comment below and I look forward to
seeing you there. With that being said,
let's talk about module one, which is
the second job trap. So, here's the
claim and it's going to annoy some
people. Almost every business the
internet tells you to start is a job
wearing a business costume. In fact, it
might be an entire department wearing a
business costume. And I can prove it
because I've watched it from both sides.
Take freelancing just as an example. And
by the way, I've tried every side
hustle, every oneperson business model,
all the different make money online
opportunities. I tried all of them
before I found what actually works. But
let's just take freelancing, right? You
know what we've noticed over the years?
A lot of people who join our team used
to be freelancers. And when we offer
them a full-time seat, they don't even
hesitate, right? They run from
freelancing. And these are people who
were living the dream that everybody
sells, right? They didn't have a boss.
They worked for themselves and they
gladly traded it for stability because
freelancing means every single month
you're starting at zero. New month, new
customer hunt, new feast, new famine.
And that is not a business. That's a job
with extra anxiety. And it also doesn't
even scale. And sometimes it's more than
a job, by the way. It's literally like
an entire department. Like this next
business for instance, which is the
traditional agency model. Same trap,
bigger invoices. So, you spend most of
your week marketing to land customers.
And then when you land one, you do the
work and you babysit that work forever.
And the other oneperson businesses and
side hustle opportunities are the same,
right? Drop shipping, cold outreach
agencies, AI automation, outreach, all
of it runs on the same engine. Sure, the
business model itself doesn't sound like
it's that difficult. It sounds totally
doable, but then you end up just
spending all of your time manually
chasing strangers to buy your stuff,
right? You're doing manual outreach.
you're doing spending all of your time
doing marketing trying to get people to
buy your stuff and real marketing
departments are usually 5 to 10 people
deep and I know because I've built one
and it's a lot and that's what you're
signing up to replicate alone on the
side after work. You have a job already,
right? So chances are if you're watching
this you already have a job or maybe you
do own your own business but it's not
really a scalable business. So you're
busy and here's what these people
selling these models never tell you
because their numbers are designed to
hypnotize you. You don't need to make a
million dollars a month. you don't even
need to make $100,000 a month. And most
people that throw those numbers out,
they typically run businesses where
their revenue is really high. They're
generating that income, but their actual
profit is extremely low. Because
typically, the more you scale a
business, the more people you have to
hire and the lower and lower your profit
goes. But with a one-person business,
your profit is usually over 80%. So
there's a long time where I ran a one
person business. And then even after
that, I kept my team very, very lean and
I've always had very good profit
margins. And so I've seen people for
instance and they're even people that
you would know. I'm not going to name
names, but they're making a million
dollars a month in revenue and their
actual profit is less than $30,000 a
month because there's just way too many
people working on their team. There's
way too much bloat and it's just a
massive headache. Meanwhile, I've seen
other people that are making $30,000 a
month and they're actually keeping
$30,000 a month. Their expenses are
almost nothing and it's a business where
you don't have a bunch of headaches and
everything is very simple and easy. So
which one do you want to have? Probably
the 30,000 a month. The best way to make
money from AI is talking about how to
make money from AI, right? The best way
to make money from AI is teaching other
people how to make money from AI or
helping other people make money from AI,
right? And that's just a fact. And I
think people need to be more honest
about this. And honestly, if you aren't
making money yet and you're just
starting out, you want to aim for making
somewhere between $2 to $5,000 a month
because that's an actual full-time
income. And for most people watching
this, an extra $2 to $5,000 a month on
top of the job that you already have is
a completely different life, right?
That's the mortgage. That's the car.
That's a I don't check prices at the
grocery store anymore. And that's also
not having to worry about getting fired
or laid off or AI disrupting your
industry. And I can say that from a
weird position because I do make
hundreds of thousands of dollars a month
in profit with Claude. And I have for
years. And the thing I've learned from
helping over a thousand people is that
the right target at the start is the
small one. Right? Small targets get hit
and hit targets compound. So what
actually works? Well, let me show you
instead of telling you. There's a guy
named Isaiah. He's a vocal coach. And
when he found my content, he couldn't
afford to work with us one-on-one like
at all. So, he didn't. He just took all
the free stuff. He watched my free
videos. He downloaded all the free
resources that I recommend from videos
exactly like this. He also attended my
free live trainings where he gets to ask
me questions directly and I answered
them and he ran with it. And he got to
over $20,000 a month. And by the way,
he's not a unicorn. We get comments and
messages like this all the time from
people using the free material that we
put out on YouTube and that we provide
to people in the description. and that
we give out on our live trainings and
they use this free material to grow
their businesses. And once Isaiah
crossed 20 grand a month, then he
actually joined us and started working
one-on-one with us. Not because he was
stuck, but because he wanted to move
faster. And that's the order that this
is supposed to work in. And that brings
me the promise of this whole course. I'm
going to teach you what to sell, how to
pick a niche, where you already have an
unfair advantage, and how to use Claw to
do the work that people already pay for
just 10 times faster. But none of that
matters without the one thing that every
business needs. And that's what module
two is all about. But before we go
there, 30 seconds because it's the
single most useful thing that I can
offer you today. Isaiah did it with free
content. And he's not even the fastest.
Because you might be thinking that we're
just cherrypicking the winners. And
that's what most people do. So that's
fair. But I am so confident in the
system that I'm going to teach you that
I picked a random 50-year-old in my
family, my brother Zach, who was working
in the trades. He was a total beginner.
He's not tech-savvy. And he never made a
dollar outside of his career in his
entire life. and I took him from zero to
a full-time income in less than one
month. And this week, I'm going to be
hosting a completely free live training
on exactly how we helped my brother Zach
as well as Isaiah do this. And this live
training is going to be designed to help
you pick your niche, help you pick what
you're going to sell, a step by step to
get started, and how you can actually
get customers to come to you because
that's really the most important thing
at the end of the day. And I'm going to
be giving away the Niche Validator Pro,
which is an AI that we've worked on for
well over a thousand hours, which has
helped a ton of people dial in their
niche if they already have one, right?
Help them make it 10 times better. Or if
they don't have a niche, it helps them
pick the niche in the first place. So,
click the link in the description, the
pin comment below. It'll be the first
link down there to attend the live
training. And if you're watching this in
the future, still click that link
because it will automatically update you
whenever we're doing the next live
training in the future and it'll put you
on the wait list for that. And then when
you're done registering, make sure you
click add this to your calendar so you
don't miss it. And I look forward to
seeing you there. And again, I'll be
answering questions before, during, and
after the live training. And I look
forward to seeing you there. Now, back
to your regularly scheduled programming.
YouTube and building your personal brand
just got 10 times easier and nobody's
talking about it. And the reason it got
10 times easier is because of AI and
specifically cloud AI. And that's what
we're going to be talking about in this
week's live training that we're doing.
Click the link down in the description
in the pin comment below. I will be
there. I'll be answering questions
before, during, and after. We'll also be
giving you an AI that's been designed to
help you pick your niche if you don't
have one in the first place, or if you
already have one, it's going to help you
make it 10 times better. So, we worked
very hard on this AI. People absolutely
love it. We've literally gotten hundreds
of comments from people that love it.
So, you do not want to miss out on it.
And if you're watching this in the
future for whatever reason or it's
already past the time of the live
training, still click on that link
because we will be having more live
trainings in the future and you will be
the first person to know cuz it'll put
you on a wait list for that. But with
that being said, it's completely free.
No reason not to attend. Click that link
in the description, the pin comment
below, and I'll see you on the other
side. Okay, so module two, which is the
traffic truth. And this is the
loadbearing wall of the entire course.
And here's the truth that almost nobody
says out loud, right? There is no such
thing as a business idea that doesn't
work. They all work. That's why they're
businesses. For instance, pressure
washing works, bookkeeping works,
coaching works, candles work. Right?
Somebody in your town is quietly rich
off of candles, I promise you. But they
all die in the exact same spot, too. And
it's never the product. Every business
dies at the same choke point, which is
traffic. If nobody knows that you exist,
nobody can buy from you. It's that
simple. And traffic doesn't just solve
the money problem. More buyers means
more money, which buys better tools,
gives you better help, and it gives you
your time back. And traffic solves
almost every problem downstream of it.
Now, let me show you what that looks
like at full scale. A good example of
this is Shawn. So Shawn teaches
self-publishing and when we met he was
already winning around $30,000 a month,
which is more than most people ever
touch. But he had a ceiling and the
ceiling was attention, right? There was
only so many people who knew that he
existed. He went all in on the traffic
side and this is the exact system we're
going to go over in this course. And he
got his content in front of millions of
people. So same guy, same knowledge,
same offers and we helped him get to
over $500,000 in a single month. Right?
So making 17 times more than what he was
making when he first started with us.
And the only real variable that changed
was how many people could find him. But
you might be thinking, "Okay, Shane, so
how do I get traffic?" Okay. Well, there
are exactly three doors out of this
room, right? There's three doors that
you can take to get traffic, and two of
them are locked from your side. Okay, so
door one is chase them. Cold calls, cold
emails, DMs, knocking on doors, and it
is absolutely a full-time job. In fact,
it might be multiple different full-time
jobs just to make this work. And you
know who had that model perfected?
Encyclopedia Bratannica. Thousands of
door-to-door salesmen, an army, best in
the world at it. And they didn't lose
because someone built a better
salesforce. They lost because people
stopped answering the door and started
looking things up themselves. So buyers
didn't stop buying, they stopped being
sold to. Door two, buy the traffic and
run ads. And let me be fair here because
I actually like paid ads at the right
stage, but it costs money that you may
not have and it's an entire second skill
set. and you will lose money while you
learn it. Everybody does. Now, door
three is to make content and post it on
social media that pulls people to you.
It's free. It works while you sleep. And
instead of resetting every single month
like Outreach does, it actually stacks.
So, every piece that you put out is a
little salesman that never quits, never
sleeps, and never asks for commission.
And look, I know what content the word
sounds like, and we'll get into that in
the next module, but it's probably not
what you think. Now, by the way, if
you're doing one of these other methods,
let's just saying you're doing cold
outreach or you're or you're doing paid
ads, content actually helps tremendously
make those other methods significantly
more effective. So, even if you do want
to do those other methods, like you're
cold outreaching to people on LinkedIn
or something like that, right? Having
content, like actually making content is
going to make those other methods
significantly more effective. Think
about it like this. If someone reached
out to you about something that you're
interested in, let's say over email, and
if you're somewhat interested in it,
you're probably going to look them up on
Google. And if you find a YouTube
channel that has a bunch of really good,
very relevant information on the exact
problem that you're having, you're going
to be significantly more likely to buy
from them. And that's what we found with
our community members as well. Other
marketing methods often time gets
boosted by up to 30 to 100%. So, it's 30
to 100% more effective even with a small
social media presence, with YouTube
being the most important one, of course.
and someone with a large social media
presence, it can get boosted by as much
as 100 to 300%. So other marketing
methods are significantly more effective
if you have a large social media
presence. And again, YouTube is the most
important one. But the way I like to
think about it is YouTube is like the
mother platform, right? It's kind of
like the sun and then all the other
social media platforms just revolve
around the sun, right? So you start with
the sun, you start with YouTube content,
then you can syndicate that content to
the other platforms and you can do that
in a semi-automatic way. But first, a
two-minute story because this exact
decision, chase, buy, or attract, made
and destroyed fortunes 175 years ago.
The time is 1849. Gold is discovered in
California and 300,000 people drop
everything to go dig. So, layer 1 is the
miners, the diggers, the guys chasing
the gold itself. Almost all of them died
broke. Layer two was a man named Sam
Brandon. Brandon didn't dig. He bought
up every single shovel, pick and pan in
San Francisco and then stood between the
harbors and the gold's fields, right?
They all had to buy from him in order to
have the necessary tools to go and dig
gold. So, he didn't just chase one
customer and he became the richest man
in California. But then there was one
layer on top of that, which is Levi
Strauss, who didn't even sell the tools.
He made the pants that every digger wore
and he built something that outlived the
gold, the mines and the century. See,
Levi Strauss was really good at
marketing and making content and he was
basically selling the dream of being a
gold miner, right? So, a lot of the
marketing that he did back then was
identity based marketing where when he
sold the jeans, the person would
associate themselves as being a gold
miner because if they wore normal
slacks, normal pants, they'd probably
get holes in their pants right away. But
the jeans were much tougher. And so
therefore, if you wore jeans, you were
associated with being a gold miner. So
the diggers chased, but Brandon
positioned himself where every buyer
already walked. And Strauss built the
identity that they all wore. Now, of
course, there were people here and there
that struck it rich with gold, and they
got insanely wealthy. And there were
even people that worked for them that
probably made really good incomes from
that as well. But the vast majority of
people who actually made the money were
the ones that were supporting the people
who were trying to mine the gold. And
this is the exact same thing that
happens in almost every technological
advancement out there. Just think of
computers for instance. There's only a
few computer companies that ended up
winning, right? There was Mac, there was
PC, and then you've got Linux, and then
there's a few different types of PCs as
well. But the vast majority of computer
companies didn't make it, right? They
got eaten up by the competition.
However, there were vast amounts of
industries around computers that were
designed to support computers that did
make it that did make a ton of money.
Same thing when social media came out.
There were only a few winners in social
media, but there's massive amounts of
companies that were supporting social
media that helped build up the
infrastructure of social media that were
relatively boring companies that ended
up making a ton of money. And the same
exact thing is happening right now with
AI. There's only going to be a few big
winners when it comes to making some
sexy AI app or an AI startup or
something like that. there's just going
to be a few winners and that's it and
they're going to take up almost the
entire market share. However, if you
start companies that are using AI or
they're designed to help people with AI,
there's going to be millions of those
companies that win. And then the
smartest play of all is if you do start
one of those oneperson businesses, start
promoting it on social media. Start
actually talking about it on social
media. And this is what's known as an
asymmetric bet. And that is what almost
all of the YouTube AI gurus are doing.
And it's honestly a really smart move
because they're basically making a bet
where if they win, they win. But if they
lose, they also win, right? Because
they're starting businesses and they're
promoting those businesses with their
social media channel, like with their
YouTube channel, for instance. And if
the business goes really well, they
could potentially sell the business or
they could go full-time in the business.
They could make a ton of money off of
it. So an example of that is Physics
Walla, for instance. He started a
business where he was basically just
tutoring people on how to do physics and
how to pass different standardized tests
and different certifications, etc. that
you need to get into elite universities
as well as getting into an elite jobs.
And he started the YouTube channel, but
then he launched a business off of the
YouTube channel called Physics Walla.
And his content and his business was
designed to help people solve problems,
right? It was educational content and
the business did incredibly well and it
got to a $5.2 billion valuation. And
it's because he made this bet. So if you
win, you win. But if you lose, you still
win. There are so many YouTubers, for
instance, that built up their brand,
made a lot of content, and of course,
they tried to launch businesses from the
content. And maybe the businesses didn't
do that well, but they still have a
massive brand where they establish
themselves as an authority in that
industry. And so they can still make a
full-time income just by promoting other
people's products and services, from
sponsorships or brand deals, and from
AdSense alone, even if they don't even
sell their own stuff. Right? So, this is
what almost all of the YouTube AI gurus
are doing, right? Most of them don't
really know much about business. They're
not good at business. But they're really
good at talking about business, right?
That's the asymmetric bet. And honestly,
I'm not even calling them out. I mean,
this is just the smart thing to do. If
they win, they win. And if they lose,
they still win. And we'll talk a little
bit more on that in a bit. But when you
make content online, which it doesn't
take that much time to make content
online if you do it the right way, it
makes literally everything else in your
business significantly easier. But like
I said, more on that in a bit. But
here's the bridge to your one-person
business. Everybody starting a business
today is a digger, right? They're a gold
digger, right? They're chasing buyers
one at a time. Okay? Content is how you
become branded, right? Content is how
you stand in one spot that every buyer
in your niche already has to walk past
every single day, right? It's like a
toll booth that they have to go through
every single day. And that spot is
called attention. And it's the last free
real estate on Earth. So your task
before module 3 is to run that audit. 10
minutes, right? Because in module three,
I'm going to show you where that free
real estate is and why 99% of people are
standing in the wrong spot and the one
reason nobody can ever clone you out of
yours. So here's how to start. Do the
traffic audit. open claude and describe
the business that you're leaning towards
or your current one and ask it where do
the buyers for this already gather and
search and then list the 10 questions
that they're already asking and where
they go to ask them right so you're not
making anything yet you're locating the
harbor road before you set up shop and
that's 10 minutes tonight now like I
said before there are free resources in
the description the pin comment below
should be the third link down there and
I do recommend using those free claude
resources and claude prompts everything
should be down there and that'll make it
a lot easier for you with that being
said, you can always just pause the
video and follow the instructions. And
if there's ever a prompt that you need
to do, you can also just put it up on
the screen, too. All right? So, you can
just screenshot this and put it into
Claude. Also, if you're having trouble
selecting what oneperson business you
want to do or selecting your niche or
you have a niche but you're not really
confident on it, make sure you attend my
live training this week cuz that's what
we're going to be focusing on doing is
helping you pick your niche, helping you
start your business, step-by-step guide
to get started as a beginner and how to
actually promote it so that people come
to you and they already know, like, and
trust you and they just want to buy from
you. So, click that link in the
description. The pin comment below
should be the first link down there. All
right, time out. Time out, guys. This is
the studio and we are getting ready for
the free live training that we're having
this week on how to grow your YouTube
channel and your personal brand using
Claude AI. So, we're very very excited
to do this live training. Right, this is
the studio. This is what it all looks
like. This is the TV that I have behind
the camera as well. And we're very very
excited to do this live training here.
We're going to be teaching you, even if
you're a complete beginner, exactly how
to start on YouTube, specifically
growing your personal brand on YouTube
and growing an educational channel where
you can actually help other people in
the world and doing it in a reasonable
amount of time, like a side hustle
amount of time, 15 to 30 minutes a day
in many cases to start growing your
YouTube channel and making money. And
I'll be answering questions before,
during, and after. So, you'll get to
meet me. I'll answer a bunch of your
questions. You'll get to meet a bunch of
case studies of people that have had
success in our community. and I'll be
giving away an AI that helps you pick
your niche in the first place if you
don't have one already or if you already
have one, it'll help you make it 10
times better. So, this is an incredible
AI. We've gotten hundreds of comments
from people that say this is like the
best thing they've ever used. So, do not
miss out on this AI. With that being
said, if you're watching this video in
the future for whatever reason and
you're wondering, you know, hey, I think
I missed the live training, still click
on that link because we will
automatically put you on a wait list to
attend the next live training that we
do. And with that being said, looking
forward to see you. Click that link in
the description, the pin comment below,
and I'll see you on the other side. All
right, but let's talk about module
three, which is the empty lane. So
content is the door, but where you put
it decides everything. And to figure
that out, you need one number that most
business gurus have never heard of. So
there's a rule that marketers use.
Before a stranger trusts you enough to
buy from you, they need about 7 hours of
exposure to you and your stuff. Okay, so
this comes from the Google 714 rule,
right? And this is where Google
basically analyzed like a massive amount
of data and they found that on average
before a person makes a buying decision,
they need to spend about 7 hours with
your content. Now, it's a little more
complicated than that. For instance,
they might spend 7 hours looking up
walking pads and then they find a
particular walking pad that's better
than the other ones and they end up
buying that one. So, even though they
didn't spend the full seven hours on
that specific walking pad, they end up
buying that one because they spent seven
hours in total looking up walking pads.
But either way, they do need to spend a
lot of time in order to make a buying
decision, right? So 7 hours is 420
minutes. Now do the math with me because
this is where the whole industry splits
in two. If you make 1 minute clips, a
stranger needs 420 of them to trust you.
If you make 15-minute deep content, they
only need 28, right? So clearly long
form content is more effective, right?
And be honest with yourself. When is the
last time that you bought something
meaningful off a single 60-second clip
from a stranger? Probably never, unless
you were already going to buy the thing
anyways. So, short content makes you
seen, but long content makes you
trusted. And studies have shown that
trust is the single biggest factor as to
whether somebody ends up actually buying
from you or not. And here's the crazy
part. Everyone ran to the short stuff
anyways, right? 77% of all views on the
biggest platform on Earth are now videos
under a minute. So, the entire internet
stampeded into the crowded lane, right?
They all went for the crowded lane that
makes no money and you need a bunch more
videos if you do want to make a sale,
which means the trust building lane, the
one where the buyers are actually made,
is emptier than it's been in years. And
I personally love all these people that
focus on shorts because they do most of
the work convincing people that they
need to do the thing that we teach
people inside of our community and then
those people end up coming to me and
buying, right? So, thank you to all the
people who do shorts. You do all of the
heavy lifting on the marketing for me,
right? they do all the work and then I
end up making the money. Now, don't get
me wrong, we do post shorts content, but
we don't focus on it. We focus on the
long- form content. Like I said, YouTube
is the mother platform. We focus on long
form content and then we syndicate that
content to the other platforms. And
that's exactly what we teach people to
do inside the community as well. So, the
place that you're going to build this
business is long for video on YouTube.
And the coolest thing is you can make a
YouTube video if you can post that long
form YouTube video on LinkedIn, Twitter,
even Facebook as well. Now, there's a
few different things that are a bit
different on the different platforms.
For instance, on LinkedIn, your videos
can only be about 15 minutes or less.
So, if you have a longer video, you have
to post it in parts, right? So, part
one, part two, etc. And by the way, if
you don't believe me that YouTube is the
most effective platform when it comes to
actually making money, I'll just put up
a compilation videos of the biggest
experts on social media saying that
YouTube is their best platform and it's
the one where they actually make all the
money. Right? So if you don't believe
me, you could believe, you know, Alex
Ramoszi, Cody Sanchez, Gary Vee, and all
these other experts on social media.
>> Our YouTube traffic converts at three to
four times every other platform.
>> YouTube right now is the only platform.
>> I think the main difference too is a
video you made 3 years ago is making
money today.
>> Yeah.
>> Which do you think is it Twitter? Is it
YouTube for you? Is like your top of
funnel that most people find out about
you?
>> YouTube honestly,
>> you would say. Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. So that's interesting. YouTube
gives 55% of the revenue
>> is unlike any other platform. Tik Tok's
trying to figure it out.
>> And I believe
>> that YouTube is the best platform on
which any ordinary, average, regular,
everyday person like us can build an
audience big enough to make you a
billionaire with a B. So yeah, and by
the way, that's just a short
compilation. I could make one that's
like an hour long. And it's literally
like a lot of the biggest names on
social media saying that YouTube is the
best, right? So if you don't believe me,
then believe them. And by the way, this
is not about becoming an influencer.
Okay? This is about being the one person
in your niche that every buyer finds,
right? They're watching stuff for like
seven hours, right? For instance,
they're thinking about starting a one
person business for 7 hours and they
watch all kinds of content on it. They
find it on, you know, Tik Tok or
Instagram or whatever. They watch some
short form content. Then they watch some
long form content, maybe on some this
platform or that platform. And then
eventually they get to the point where
they're ready to make a buying decision
and that's when they come to YouTube and
they make the decision on YouTube,
right? So you're already the one that
they trust before the competitors even
know that the buyer exists. Now you
might be thinking, Shane, if it works so
well, why are you teaching it instead of
just doing it? Now, I love this
question. Let me answer with my own
numbers on the screen. So this is my
YouTube channel right here. I'm actually
showing the dashboard, and you can see
that over the last 28 days, I've made
about $59,000.
Now, this isn't my best month ever. I
think my best month ever was about
$67,000 or so, but this is a pretty good
month. And of course, I'm recording this
part of the course in uh late August,
and I'm hoping to release this course uh
by maybe mid to early September. Of
course, it's going to take several
different sections for me to record all
of it, but yeah, $59,000 just in AdSense
alone. And if you look at the lifetime
earnings, it's about $1.8 million. Now,
by the way, I'm just going to go to the
settings here, and I'm going to change
this to new Taiwan dollar, just so you
can see. New Taiwan dollar would be $57
million. Wow. Super rich, right? I'm
going to change it back to USD, just so
you know that it's real. USD. There you
go. Cuz there are a lot of like scammers
on Instagram that basically uh do fake
screenshots. They'll make like a little
bit of money and then they'll pretend
like it's way more money than it
actually is. This is real money, right?
$59,000 just in AdSense alone. And the
thing is, guys, this is a very, very
tiny fraction of what I'm actually
making on the channel. Okay, very, very
small fraction. I think of this as I'm
literally getting paid $59,000 just to
market my products and services to my
ideal buyers. Now, I told you who my
ideal buyers are. It's basically high
ticket buyers, right? People who want us
to literally just do the work for them
when it comes to like starting a
oneperson business, building their
YouTube channel, their social media
presence, etc., as well as helping them
integrate Claude into their business or
work one- on-one with them. Right? So,
there's certain stuff that we can't do
for them and we just kind of do it with
them in that case, but we work very
closely with them one-on-one to help
them reach their goals. And the types of
people we typically work with are going
to be business owners, right? So, we
work with uh business owners that want
to basically get more views, grow their
brand on social media, get more leads,
get more sales from YouTube, as well as
redistributing that content to other
platforms. But we also work with
YouTubers who are getting a lot of
views, but they're struggling with
monetization. Then we work with
YouTubers who are crushing it, but they
want to crush it even harder. And then
we work with people who are big on other
social media platforms, but they want to
come over to YouTube or sometimes like
they'll have a book or something like
that. So they have a big audience, but
they want to bring that audience over to
YouTube because they know YouTube is the
best. And then finally, we do work with
highlevel professionals. So
professionals that have been in their
industry for 10 plus years. Usually
they're a bit on the older side. And
they basically have something to share,
right? They have value to give because
they have experience. They have wisdom.
They've made a lot of mistakes. They've
solved problems. They've overcome things
in their life. They've gotten good at
things. And they can actually teach
other people how to do that as well. And
I'm actually promoting multiple
different businesses off of this channel
as well. And this channel started off as
a oneperson business. And at first when
I started this channel, I was actually
just helping people get jobs. And I
actually got that business alone to
multiple seven figures a year before I
ever taught a single person how to do
YouTube. But then we basically
identified how unbelievably effective
YouTube is when it comes to promoting a
business, but only if you do it in a
very specific way, which we'll get into
later. And we just had so many people
reaching out to us, business owners,
other YouTubers, etc., that became very
obvious that we should teach other
people how to do this, right? I would go
to a business conference and I would
literally have like an entire group of
people huddled around me asking me how
to do YouTube properly. And at first, I
helped them out for free, but then
eventually, you know, I was like, "Okay,
I got to charge money for this. It's
taking a lot of my time." And here's the
thing about teaching that nobody tells
you, right? You can make five to 10
times more money teaching the thing than
doing the thing alone. So that's exactly
what I do. I do the thing and then I
teach the thing and the teaching pays
even more. Right? So a lot of people
that are saying, "Well, Shane, if it
works so well, why are you teaching it
instead of just doing it?" I am doing it
and I'm teaching it as well because I
can make significantly more money
teaching it than just doing it on its
own. And thank God the world works that
way because it means that the people who
figure things out are incentivized to
share the secrets instead of hoarding
them. So it grows the pie for everybody,
right? And when you give value away, it
comes back, right? So maybe you never
buy a thing from me, right? But you tell
your sister or your cousin or a friend
and then they end up buying it from me.
And maybe they don't buy anything from
me either, but they tell their friends
how useful my channel is. and then one
out of the 30 people that they tell down
the line does end up buying something
from you, right? So that's not charity.
That's the business model and now it's
yours too. Now, one more objection that
I get because I saw it word for word in
the comments. What's stopping somebody
from copying me? Somebody could clone my
product with AI in an afternoon. Yeah,
they can. They can clone your product,
your website, your services, your
pricing, right? So, they're already a
ton of people who try to copy and clone
me. But the thing is they can't do it
because you can't clone a personality,
right? They can't clone you. So your
face, your story, your 20 years of
scars, the way you explain things, even
the way that you ramble, that's the
moat, right? Cuz a product can be copied
in an hour, but trust takes 7 hours a
person and you're the only one who can
mint it, right? So, people can't copy
the fact that I used to be a pharmacist
and I was working 15-hour days during
the pandemic and I had $300,000 in
student loan debt and I started a one
person business and I documented all of
it on this channel. Nobody can copy that
and nobody can copy all the other weird
things about me like the fact that I
love history or the fact that I love
animals, right? I have a weird obsession
kind of also scared of crocodiles and
snakes, but I I love them and I'm scared
of them at the same time. And so I'm
really into like herpatology, but I'm
also into just about every other type of
animal as well. People can't copy the
fact that I used to work in a 501c3
nonprofit taking care of animals for
years. They can't copy the fact that I'm
a little bit nerdy, right? Like I'm I'm
nerdy. You know, I'm I'm a bit awkward.
I'm a bit nerdy. You know, I've been
diagnosed with ADHD as well. I'm
probably a bit autistic, too. And people
can't copy that. And there's some people
that don't like it. And that's totally
fine. They can keep doing their thing,
right? They don't have to watch my
content. But then there's the people
that really like it and they resonate
with me and they vibe with me and they
like the way that my brain works and the
way that I explain things. And this is
what personal branding is all about,
guys. And if you don't know how
effective personal branding is, well,
let me introduce you to the richest man
in all of human history, Elon Musk. He
became a trillionaire by mastering
personal branding. There's been people
who have become presidents on both sides
of the aisle by mastering personal
branding. Right? That is the power of a
personal brand because it's so much
easier for people to know, like, and
trust you if you have a personal brand.
And remember, trust is the most
important thing. That's what makes
people take action. That's what makes
people buy from you. But you might be
thinking, "But Shane, I'm not polished.
I'm not a video person." Good news.
Polish is not the game. There's a
channel run by a guy who films himself
making bizarre soda concoctions. He's
got lowercase titles, typos in the
titles, right? So, if you look at this
channel, it says he's made about 2.7 to
6.7K in AdSense revenue alone over the
last month. And I found that these
predictions are usually on the lower
side. And remember, that's just AdSense
revenue alone. He's also monetizing in
other ways. For instance, he's got his
members here, etc., etc. But if you look
at this video right here, 10.6 million
views. It was like a 4-minute video, and
it looks like it took him about 5
minutes to make the video because it's
so badly made. No offense to him. I
actually think he's epic. Uh, but it
made about $52,000, right? All right,
and that's just from AdSense alone. That
doesn't count the money he made from any
affiliate links he put in the
description or community members that he
got from the video, etc., etc. This man
is clearly making a full-time income
from this channel. And he's doing it
while he's doing everything wrong,
right? So, the point here is you can
just be authentic and just make raw
authentic content that doesn't take that
much time for you to make and you can
still make a ton of money. And this is
really not new. For instance, Bob Ross
painted in one take with a camera
pointed an easel and he outlived every
overproduced competitor by decades. So
simple, real, and useful beats polished
every single time in every niche. So
let's do a quick recap card. Then let's
go to module 4. So here's how to start.
Claim your spot. Go to YouTube right now
and search the three biggest questions
from your module 2 traffic audit. Then
look at who shows up. In most niches,
you'll find either nobody credible or
channel so old and stale that it's
embarrassing. And that empty page that
you're looking at, that is the free real
estate, right? So screenshot it. And
that's your before picture. Now, your
task here is to run those three
searches, screenshot what you find, and
coming up in the next section, we're
going to talk about what specifically
you should sell, the niche that's
already yours, and the machine that runs
it all in 4 hours a week or less. But
first, module 4 answers the question
that keeps 90% of people stuck at the
starting line forever. But quick break,
three things, 20 seconds, then we're
going to go to act two. And this is just
a reminder. So, one, if the workshop
that I mentioned sounds useful this
week, free link in the description in
the pin comment below, grab your seat
and click add to calendar. Our workshops
are capped. We can only have so many
people on a Zoom meeting at once. So,
make sure you click that link in the
description, the pen comment below. And
if for whatever reason you miss out on
it or you're viewing this in the future,
like I said before, still click that
link cuz it'll put you on a wait list to
attend the next one. Two, every prompt
and resource from this course is linked
below and it's actually free. No card,
no catch. Three, if this has been worth
your time, you know what to do with that
like button. Okay, gently tap it. And
four, if you're planning on attending
the workshop, type going to the workshop
in the comment section below. All right,
YouTube just got 10 times easier and
nobody is talking about it. You used to
need an entire film crew and it used to
be a full-time job for you to just do
any work at all on YouTube. But now you
can get work done in as little as 15 to
30 minutes a day. And you can actually
grow a fulltime YouTube channel. That's
exactly what I'm going to be talking
about at the live training that we're
doing this week. exactly how to grow
your YouTube channel. So, click the link
in the description in the pin comment
below to check that out. Guys, I will be
answering questions before, during, and
after the live training. It's completely
free. Plus, I'll be giving away an AI
that is designed to help you pick your
niche if you don't have one in the first
place or if you already have a niche.
It's going to help you make it 10 times
better. So, really looking forward to
talking with you guys. This is stuff
that we never talked about before. So,
click that link in the description below
and I look forward to seeing you there.
>> Okay, now let's talk about the unfair
head start. Now, before I wrote this
course, I read thousands of comments on
videos about starting a business. And
one comment with hundreds of likes said
it better than any guru ever has. The
problem to solve is knowing what problem
to solve. Right? That's the real wall
that people run into. It's not the
effort. It's not the tools. It's not the
talent. Most people stand at the
starting line for years because nobody
ever showed them what they're actually
holding. So, let me show you someone who
figured out what she was holding. Good
example of this is Nicole. Nicole worked
in cyber security, specifically a corner
of it called GRC, which is governance,
risk, and compliance. And is it boring?
Maybe. But she was locked inside of her
job, and that knowledge earned exactly
her salary and not a dollar more. But
her salary was pretty good. And a lot of
other people wanted to be in that job as
well. And so she started teaching it
publicly to the people trying to break
into that career. And it wasn't a huge
audience. When she first started working
with us, she had 85 subscribers on
YouTube. But after working with us,
she's grown it to roughly 60,000, which
in internet terms still isn't that much.
But Nicole made it to $80,000 in a
single month by teaching this. So same
knowledge she already had. She just
moved it from the lock drawer to the
shop window. Now, here's the principle,
and I want you to hold it like a rule.
Your niche is almost certainly going to
be something that you've already paid
for in hours, like a career, a problem
that you solve for yourself, an
obsession that you had since you were
12. Everybody is out there digging in
some stranger's backyard because a guru
said that the gold's over there while
the gold is already buried in the yard
that you've lived in for 20 years. So if
you try to start from absolute zero with
no experience whatsoever in some fancy
new opportunity, it's like starting from
the start line in a marathon and you're
racing against a thousand other people
that are trying to do the exact same
thing. Very, very tiny chance that you
actually win that unless you're just
worldclass talented. Okay. When you do
what we just told you to do, which is
start from what you already know, you're
starting at 90% of the way through the
race. And so everyone else is starting
at the start line. They got like 24
miles to go and you're starting at the
end of the race with just a couple miles
left to go. Chances are you're going to
beat them every single time. Even if you
walk, right? It's literally going to be
easy for you to win. And we want to make
it easy to win. We don't want it to be
hard to win. We want it to be easy to
win. And no, this is not just for people
with fancy careers, right? Cuz that's
what you might be thinking. Oh, well,
you have to have a really good career to
make this work. We've watched this work
for a chess coach, a nurse with 33 years
on the floor, a CAD engineer, a realtor
in his 70s, a retired guy who
understands tenitus because he has
tenitus, which is constant ringing in
the ears. All of these things, these are
normal people with normal knowledge and
they turned it into real money, right?
Nurse Jen, for instance, literally just
did what she was already doing in her
job every single day, which is answering
patient questions. and she turned on a
camera, literally her webcam, and
started answering those questions on
YouTube, instead of answering the
patients one by one. And she blew up and
made a full-time income in just a few
months. Just this last month, she made
over $10,000. Then there's a CAD
engineer, Steven. He got really good at
an incredibly niche type of CAD software
that only certain types of engineers
use. And he started teaching other
engineers how to use that CAD software
online. And he made $12,000 from YouTube
in just a couple months after starting
it. So again, this was a software that
he got good at because of his work and
he started teaching other people how to
do the exact same software. And that's a
very common story, by the way. And you
might be thinking, well Shane, what if I
don't know some fancy CAD software?
There's people making millions of
dollars a year teaching Excel. There's a
girl named Miss Excel who said she made
$100,000 in a single day literally just
teaching people how to use Excel. Leila
Gani says that she's been making
millions of dollars a year teaching
people how to use Excel as well, right?
And think of the other thousands of
different softwares out there that
people use in their jobs. You can
literally just teach software that
you've already trained how to use. And
it's not just software, right? So
questions that you answer for your
customers or your clients or your
patients or your co-workers. You could
teach other people how to do it. You
could teach people how to get into the
job. You could teach people how to use
the software that you use in your job,
etc., etc. And it's not just your job.
You can also teach people how to get
educated so they can make more money in
the future. That's exactly what we
taught our client Dr. Clifford Stewie
how to do, right? He helps people
graduate from college faster. And it's
not just careers, guys. It's it could be
anything, right? Nathan is a chess
coach. He made it from zero to a
full-time income in just a few months.
Guy was semi-retired and he has tenitus,
which is constant ringing in the ears.
So, he literally has a problem that's a
very debilitating problem. It's
something that a lot of veterans have.
For instance, my dad has it as well. And
it's basically just constant ringing in
the ears. And so, when life gave him
lemons, he turned into lemonade. He's
turned his ailment, his problem, his
affliction into a full-time income,
helping other people with tenitus manage
it. and he now makes a full-time income
from that. So, these are normal people
with normal knowledge and real money,
but they all have one thing in common,
and that is they're helping people solve
problems, right? You might be thinking,
"But Shane, I'm not good at anything."
Well, I've heard that a thousand times,
and it has been wrong a thousand times.
You're not missing knowledge, you're
missing an inventory, right? You need to
take an inventory of what you have going
for you and against you. So, let's take
one right now. And by the way, sometimes
what you have going against you is even
more valuable than what you have going
for you. A perfect example of that is
the guy Ian on YouTube. Ian on YouTube
literally had nothing going for him. And
he made this video right here. Why am I
30 years old working a dead-end retail
job? And it made $16,000 just in AdSense
alone. And if you look at the comment
section, he had a ton of people donating
to him. This person donated $200. This
person donated $500. Tina donated $500.
This person donated $500. And it just
goes on and on. $200, $25, $99, $20. It
just keeps going, guys. And he had a
bunch of these people probably buy his
products and services or, you know,
other products and services from people
that he was recommending or join his
memberships or join his community, etc.,
etc. And he literally did it just by
talking about how he has nothing going
for him, right? He's 30 years old,
working a dead-end retail job, and he
just talked about it on camera. Very
simple content, just recording with his
phone, and he posted it on YouTube,
guys. Like, it's actually insane.
Sometimes what you have going against
you is even more valuable than what you
have going for you, right? So, like I
said, you're not missing knowledge,
you're missing an inventory. You need to
take an inventory of what you have going
for you and what you have going against
you. So, let's take one right now. And
this is the first live claude moment of
the course. So, I want you to pause and
do this with me. Okay? So, I want you to
paste this into Claude. I want to find
the niche where I have an unfair head
start. Interview me one question at a
time. Then build my inventory. Ask me
about every job I've held and what I
actually did all day. Problems I've
solved for myself like health, money,
career, family, hobbies, etc. What
people already ask me for help with,
what I could talk about for an hour with
no notes, skills from any era of my
life, even ones I dismiss. And after the
interview, give me one, my top five
knowledge assets ranked by how much
someone would pay to get the result.
two, who specifically would pay,
describe the buyer. Three, what they'd
pay for as a service or coaching offer.
And four, the one niche that you'd bet
on and why. Be blunt. If something on my
list has no buyers, then say so. Now,
Claude is going to interview you and 20
minutes later you will be looking at a
list of things that you forgot that you
knew ranked by what people would pay for
them. Now, I have watched adults get
emotional doing this exercise because
the first time that anyone ever said
that their knowledge was actually worth
something. Now, by the way, guys, when
you're talking to Claude, I literally
recommend that you talk to it. Of
course, you can type to it if you want
to, but I always use this little voice
mode feature on the bottom right. So,
click that when you're talking to
Claude. Now, I see a lot of people
making mistakes with this, and this is
why I highly recommend that you go to
the live training because this is
something that we can actually help you
with and actually give you personalized
feedback on. There's actually two
examples that pop up in my head for
people messing up with this, right? The
first one is there was a guy that we
were helping and he actually ended up
being successful later on, but we were
helping him discover his niche. And when
he was doing this exercise, he didn't
even mention the fact that he had an
Amazon related business that made
millions of dollars a year. He literally
just forgot that he had an Amazon
business that made millions of dollars a
year. And he thought that he wasn't an
expert on it because there's other
Amazon businesses out there that make
tens of millions or hundreds of millions
of dollars a year. So he thought, "Oh,
you know, my business making millions of
dollars a year, that's nothing special."
But you have to realize that because of
the fact that you're good at the thing,
you realize how far you are from being
great at the thing. So he was someone
who was probably like a nine out of 10
at Amazon FBA in terms of skill. And
because of the fact that he wasn't a 10
out of 10, he thought that he wasn't
qualified to teach it. And I see this
all the time, guys. I almost guarantee
you that you're doing this right now as
you go through this exercise. You're
actually really good at something. And
because of the fact that you're good at
it, you realize that you're not the
greatest, right? But the thing is, guys,
if I wanted to learn how to get better
at basketball, I'm probably about a
three out of 10 at basketball, right? Do
you think I'm going to go to LeBron
James and hire him as a coach? Right? He
hasn't been a three out of 10 at
basketball since he was probably 3 years
old. So, that would be overkill for me
to hire him as a coach. In fact,
probably someone who's a five out of 10
or a seven out of 10 would be better at
helping me get to a 5 out of 10 or a
seven out of 10 than LeBron James would
be. Right? So if you're just a few steps
ahead of other people, you can still
teach them how to go from a 1 out of 10
to a 3 out of 10 or a 3 out of 10 to a 5
out of 10 or a 5 out of 10 to a 7 out of
10, etc., etc. You do not need to be the
world's renowned expert on something to
teach other people how to get good at
it. In fact, if you're closer to being a
beginner, you're probably going to be
better at teaching beginners. If you're
closer to being an intermediate, you're
probably going to be better at teaching
intermediates. Now, another story with
one of the community members was we
worked with this one lady who literally
had 30 years of grant writing
experience. She was one of the world's
best when it comes to writing grants and
getting those grants approved, like
actually getting money for businesses
and 501c3 nonprofits, etc., etc. She had
literally written hundreds if not
thousands of different grants and got
them approved. And when we went through
this exercise, she didn't even mention
it until I literally asked her and had
to pry that information out of her. And
then when she finally did mention it,
she said that she'd rather make content
on penny stocks. Now, just to put this
in perspective, she had started doing
penny stocks like the month before. So,
she was, no offense to her, terrible at
penny stocks, right? She was terrible at
trading stocks and she wanted to make
content about it and like teach other
people how to do it, which one would not
give any value, but two, she is not an
expert on it at all, but she is an
expert on writing grants and she could
absolutely give a ton of value there.
So, for some reason when people do this
exercise, a lot of the times the things
that they're the best at, they just
don't even mention them. They just like
like it's just an afterthought. And I've
seen this time and time again. So, you
really need to open up your mind while
you're doing this exercise and answer it
unbelievably honestly. Okay? Be very,
very honest when you're giving this
information to the AI. Now, like I said,
I highly recommend that you attend our
live training because we're going to
help you dial this in. And we're also
going to give you an AI that needs to be
personalized by you actually attending
the live training to work. that's going
to be even better than the exercise
you're doing in this video. But with
that being said, let me just tell you
about what I chose when I first started.
So, when I first started, one of the
things I did is I took an inventory of
what I had going for me and what I had
going against me. And one of the things
I had going against me was I had
$300,000 in student loan debt. So, I was
poor when I first started out. I lived
in trailer parks. I lived in section 8
housing. I lived in a motel for a long
time. There was even one point where I
was homeless for 6 months. And a lot of
it had to do with my dad getting his
legs crushed at a very young age. You
know, he worked as an engineer, but he
had a wall fall on his legs and he got
his legs crushed and he really couldn't
work after that. But that's besides the
point. But either way, I was poor and I
didn't want to be poor, right? I wanted
to have a good job. That's one of the
biggest things that I wanted as a child
is to never be poor again. And so what
did I do? I listened to society. And
what society told me to do is go to
college. Uh make sure you get a really
good job. And so that's exactly what I
did. I went to college. In fact, I went
to the highest level of college. I got a
doctorate and I became a pharmacist and
I started making six figures a year,
right? I got a good job. But it wasn't
all rainbows and butterflies like I had
been promised, right? What society told
me to do actually ended up in some ways
putting me in an even worse situation.
It was kind of like an out of the frying
pan and into the fryer type situation.
Because when I was poor, sure, I didn't
have any money, but at least I had free
time, right? I had time to watch movies
or play video games or just enjoy myself
and just relax. But when I became a
pharmacist and you know middle class
making six figures, I was spending all
of my time working and I was spending
all of my money paying down my student
loan debt. So I didn't have both time or
money and I basically lost all of my
freedom. I didn't have financial freedom
because I was in debt and I had to spend
all of my money paying down that debt. I
didn't have time freedom because I spent
almost all my time working at the
pharmacy and we were oftentimes
understaffed, especially during the
pandemic. So sometimes I was doing the
job of five different people. And then
of course I didn't have location freedom
because I had to go into a job every
single day and I got about one to two
weeks of time off every single year. So
that was one of the things that I had in
my inventory that I had going against
me. But in reality, it was one of my
greatest assets because I started
talking about my experience getting a
college degree. And I made the YouTube
channel and the business that I wish
that I had when I was trying to figure
out what to do with my life. When I was
trying to pick my career, pick the
college degree, figure out the
educational path to learn the skills
necessary to give value to society. I
made the YouTube channel that I wish I
had. I made the business that I wish I
had when I had started that path. And
that was the big break. That was the
thing that got me to a full-time income
and then 10K per month with a one person
business and then a 30K per month and
then 100K per month and then I had a
really lean small team and I've
consistently made 100K plus per month
for years now. So a lot of the time the
things that are going against you are
going to be the things that you can
actually help people with. So here's how
to start your inventory. Run the prompt
above tonight. 20 minutes circle the one
niche that Claude bets on. Don't marry
it yet, right? You're not getting
married here, okay? you're not making
some kind of commitment. And module five
will show you how to test whether
strangers actually click on it before
you build anything. Okay? But go ahead
and do that. So your task is to run the
inventory, circle the one niche, and
module five is the one that I've never
taught publicly before, which is how to
package that niche so that people
actually click. This is the part that
every other course skips and the part
that decides everything. YouTube and
building your personal brand just got 10
times easier and nobody's talking about
it. And the reason it got 10 times
easier is because of AI and specifically
cloud AI. And that's what we're going to
be talking about in this week's live
training that we're doing. Click the
link down in the description in the pin
comment below. I will be there. I'll be
answering questions before, during, and
after. We'll also be giving you an AI
that's been designed to help you pick
your niche if you don't have one in the
first place or if you already have one,
that's going to help you make it 10
times better. So, we worked very hard on
this AI. People absolutely love it.
We've literally gotten hundreds of
comments from people that love it. So,
you do not want to miss out on it. And
if you're watching this in the future
for whatever reason or it's already past
the time of the live training, still
click on that link because we will be
having more live trainings in the future
and you will be the first person to know
cuz it'll put you on a wait list for
that. But with that being said, it's
completely free. No reason not to
attend. Click that link in the
description, the pin comment below and
I'll see you on the other side. So
module five is the module that every
other course on this topic just skips.
And this is the most important thing,
guys. Like building your foundation is
by far the most important thing. If you
build the foundation correctly, as you
build on your business, as you grow
things, everything is just going to
scale easily. But if you build the
foundation incorrectly, nothing else is
going to be easy. Okay? This is kind of
like building a foundation for a rocket
to launch off of. If you try to launch a
rocket off of the side of a hill, good
luck with that. It's going to fall over.
It's not going to work. It's going to
launch and just crash into the mountain
and explode. Okay? If you want to launch
a rocket, you need a very stable
foundation to launch it from. And that's
exactly what we're going to teach you
how to do with module 5, right? So, a
lot of people, they just teach you to
make content, then they whisper, "Good
luck," and they disappear. But nobody
teaches you how to get clicked. And
clicks are decided before anyone watches
a single second. And it's decided by the
idea first and foremost. The idea is the
most important thing by far. But then
the way that the idea is packaged, which
is the title and the thumbnail. So, let
me prove how much this matters with one
of my favorite examples. Cheryl spent
years stuck under 50 followers.
literally years, same person, same
knowledge, same niche. And then she
joined my community and we fixed
basically one thing first, which was the
packaging. And instead of titles like my
thoughts on spiritual awakening, she
published a video called Spiritual
Awakening is a lie. And that video got
130,000 views. And this was after years
of never having a single video take off.
So 2 months after joining us, she'd gone
from under 50 followers to over 9,000.
And she was in the YouTube partner
program and she was making money, right?
So, same woman, but completely different
packaging and completely different
ideas. So, here's the mental model. Your
content is the movie. Your title and
your thumbnails are the trailer for the
movie. Nobody has ever walked into a
movie because the third act was great.
They walk in because the trailer got
them. So, a great video with a bad
package is a masterpiece playing in an
empty theater. So, let's build your
package layer by layer, right? Starting
with the idea because here's the secret
that feels like cheating. Do not guess,
borrow proof. Okay? You should almost
never invent ideas from scratch. You
need to borrow proof. You need to find
what's known as proof of concept. So
somewhere in your niche or a similar
niche, right? The niche right next door
to yours. Somebody already made a video
on a topic and it massively outperformed
their channel size. And that is not
their success. That's the audience
holding up a sign that says, "We want
more of this topic." So the topic is
proven. You just have to make a clearly
better version, right? deeper, more
current, more honest, more you, or just
a little bit different than what they
did. Because the topic isn't the magic,
the demand is, and the demand is public
information. So, search your niche's big
questions. Sort by views and look for
small channels with videos that did 10
times their normal numbers. Every one of
those is a pre-validated idea sitting in
the open. Now, for the title, there's
four rules, and they're on the screen so
you can screenshot them. For the titles,
you want the keyword up front. Okay?
Almost always try to put your keyword as
close to the front of the title as
possible. Then you want one clear
promise. Then you want to open a gap.
And then you want to ask yourself, would
a stranger click this video? Right? Not
your mom, not somebody who's known you
for a long time. Not somebody who's
already been watching your videos, but a
complete stranger. Then for the
thumbnails, there's three rules. A
stranger scrolling at full speed must
understand it in 3 seconds. Stand alone
with no context. Four words or fewer on
the image. The title already talks. The
thumbnail shows. and one focal point
like a face with a real emotion or one
clear object, not a collage. And simple
editing, right? Remember that same rule
applies here. Clean beats busy. Now,
let's make Claude do the heavy lifting.
So, I have a prompt. I'm going to put it
up on the screen. You can screenshot
this prompt and put it into Claude and
then fill in your niche, your unfair
head start, and all the other
information as well. What Claude is
going to do is it is going to use the
methods that I talk about to find ideas.
So, this is going to be a version of
what I like to call the icon method or
the hot dog method. Okay, so the idea of
the hot dog method is if you were to
open a super fancy restaurant. And this
restaurant had the most amazing food in
the world. It had the most amazing
service in the world. It's everything
was just perfect with this restaurant.
But then you put the restaurant in the
middle of the desert. Doesn't matter how
good your restaurant is, it's going to
fail. No one's going to go to your
restaurant. However, if you open up a
hot dog stand where you're selling
objectively mediocre hot dogs, right?
Hot dogs aren't really that good in the
first place. But let's just say you're
selling mediocre hot dogs. But you open
up that hot dog stand right outside of a
stadium during a big ball game or right
outside of the bars as they close at
1:00 a.m. at night. You are going to
sell out of hot dogs every single time.
You are going to make more money than
you know what to do with. And by the
way, this is exactly what one of my
friends did in college. He literally
sold hot dogs and he would work a couple
hours a night. He would post up outside
of the bars right when they closed and
he would sell out of hot dogs every
single night. and it paid for his entire
college curriculum and made him a
full-time income even though he's only
working part-time. So, highly recommend
it. But that's besides the point. The
point is in that specific example, the
thing that made the difference was the
starving crowd of people. They were
starving for food. And just like there
are certain ideas out there, people that
are starving for answers to their
problems or certain ideas that nobody
else is talking about or very few other
people are talking about on YouTube. and
they're starving so much for that that
they are willing to watch mediocre
content or even bad content from small
channels in order to satiate their
hunger. Okay? So, it's kind of like
eating a hot dog, right? You probably
wouldn't eat the hot dog if you weren't
that hungry, but because of the fact
that you're starving, you're really
hungry, you eat that hot dog. And it's
the same exact thing. So, this is what
this prompt is going to help you do. So,
this is going to help you find YouTube
ideas that one, come from a small
YouTube channel with less than 100k
subscribers. Two, the video has at least
100,000 views. Three, the views to
subscriber ratio is at least 5:1, but
preferably more. And four, the content
itself isn't exceptional. It's mediocre
or preferably bad. Right? So, you get to
copy and paste this into Claude and it
is going to go and look for these types
of videos and it's going to give you 14
ideas titled, thumbnail, ranked, and
mapped to money in one conversation. And
that list used to take people that were
first learning this weeks to find these.
But this is going to be able to do it
for you in an hour or less. Now, the one
that Claude is not as good at doing is
this last one right here, which is the
content itself isn't exceptional. It's
mediocre or preferably bad. Okay? So,
that is something that is a little bit
subjective. So, you need to look at the
content and if it's just like
masterpiece, if it's like a documentary
or something like that or it's just some
sort of freaking masterpiece, uh
probably don't do that video. Okay? But
if it's a mediocre video or it's
preferably bad or you look at it and
you're just like, I'm not that
impressed, that's a good sign that you
should do the video. Now, this is a
simplified version of the icon method or
the hot dog method, but there's no way
for me to tell you exactly how to do it
without you attending my live training
or being a part of my community because
again, that personalizes this to you,
your situation, your niche, what you're
selling, etc. But this is a really good
way to get started. So, your task is to
get those 14 ideas. Three of them can be
stranger tested. And then module six is
the machine that is going to turn those
14 ideas into a running business on four
hours a week or less, including the
exact workflow that a 60-year-old nurse
uses to outpace channels 10 times her
size. All right, time out. Time out,
guys. This is the studio and we are
getting ready for the free live training
that we're having this week on how to
grow your YouTube channel and your
personal brand using Claude AI. So,
we're very, very excited to do this live
training. Right, this is the studio.
This is what it all looks like. This is
the TV that I have behind the camera as
well. And we're very, very excited to do
this live training here. We're going to
be teaching you, even if you're a
complete beginner, exactly how to start
on YouTube, specifically growing your
personal brand on YouTube and growing an
educational channel where you can
actually help other people in the world
and doing it in a reasonable amount of
time, like a side hustle amount of time,
15 to 30 minutes a day in many cases, to
start growing your YouTube channel and
making money. And I'll be answering
questions before, during, and after. So,
you'll get to meet me. I'll answer a
bunch of your questions. You'll get to
meet a bunch of case studies of people
that have had success in our community.
And I'll be giving away an AI that helps
you pick your niche in the first place
if you don't have one already, or if you
already have one, it'll help you make it
10 times better. So, this is an
incredible AI. We've gotten hundreds of
comments from people that say this is
like the best thing they've ever used.
So, do not miss out on this AI. With
that being said, if you're watching this
video in the future for whatever reason
and you're wondering, you know, hey, I
think I missed the live training. Still
click on that link because we will
automatically put you on a wait list to
attend the next live training that we
do. And with that being said, looking
forward to see you. Click that link in
the description, the pin comment below,
and I'll see you on the other side. All
right, module six, we're going to build
the machine. Now, guys, I just want to
emphasize one thing here. If you nail
your niche, if you pick the right niche
and then you nail the ideas that you
actually talk about in the content,
literally everything else takes care of
itself. So yes, we are going to talk
about the other parts of the business
like what to sell, how to sell it, etc.,
etc., but if you nail these two things,
the niche and then the ideas that you
actually make content about, everything
else can be mediocre and you're going to
absolutely crush. And that's the sad
truth about it, guys, is if you nail the
content side, there's so many people out
there that, you know, nail the content
side and their products and services are
pretty mediocre and they're still
crushing it, okay? And that's just the
sad truth. I mean, you've seen it
happen, right? You've seen it happen a
million times where someone's product or
service is just good enough to where
they don't get sued or shut down by the
government or whatever, but they have a
massive following online, and that means
that they have a lot of success. Right
now, obviously, I'm going to teach you
how to make a good product or service so
that you can get unreal amounts of
testimonials. And by the way, guys,
that's a way you can really tell if
someone's stuff is good is just look at
their case studies and their
testimonials. We have like an endless
flood of case studies and testimonies.
An endless amount of people in our
community that are getting results. Even
people who don't even join our program
comment all the time how much they love
the niche validator and how they got
results and how they're getting views
and how they're getting sales and
they're getting clients, etc., etc. But
I just want to emphasize how
unbelievably important setting the
foundations is. Right? picking your
niche, making sure that you actually
know who you're serving and what problem
you're helping them solve. And then the
solution to that problem is going to be
your product. So, it looks like this. I
help X do Y by Z. The X is who you're
helping. The Y is the problem you're
helping them solve. And the Z is how
you're helping them solve it, right?
Your product or your service. And that's
what we're going to be going over in the
live training. We're going to be diving
deep on that. So, I highly recommend
checking that out. Click the link in the
description, the pin comment below. But
I just really want to emphasize like how
important this is. This is something
that I originally learned from Sam
Ovenans. By the way, Sam Ovenans created
this course way back in the day. Uh he's
the founder of school now, but he
created this course way back in the day
called Consulting Accelerator. And it's
probably the greatest like beginner
course I've ever seen. And it was a
great course that I took as well. But he
really emphasized the importance of
picking your niche and really just doing
it in a scientific way, knowing exactly
who you're serving, what problem you're
helping them solve, and then how you're
helping them solve it. And this is known
as a niche hypothesis statement. And I
highly recommend that you really get
this down. Now, of course, you can move
on to the next module before you get it
down, but you really want to make sure
that you go back and you have that down
because that is so unbelievably
important. All right, module six. Let's
talk about the machine. And this is
where you're going to only have to work
4 hours a week or less to run the
machine. Okay? So, everything that
you've heard so far probably sounds like
a lot of work. And it used to be a lot
of work, guys. It really did. Almost
every side hustle or oneperson business
or all that kind of thing, what they
really were was like five different
people's jobs allin-one. And you had to
do all five while you were doing it on
the side of your normal job. And it's
insanely difficult. And that's what I
found when I was trying out all these
different side hustles and all these
different oneperson businesses. I
literally just didn't have time to do
them. And one of the main things and one
of the main reasons for this was because
I was just spending all of my time
marketing, right? Literally all of my
time marketing. spending all my time
outreaching to people, you know, cold
calling them or cold emailing them or
cold messaging them on LinkedIn or
Instagram or whatever Facebook groups
or, you know, bothering people inside of
Facebook groups, pretending, you know,
like I was engaging with them just cuz I
was, you know, being friendly and then
trying to sell them something later on.
All these weird little tactics that
people teach you that are honestly
pretty cringe. But everything changed
for me when I started making social
media content because people started
coming to me and then I could simplify
my product and service offerings, right?
Instead of saying that I'll do
everything for anyone who would give me
money, which is basically what you're
doing when you reach out to people.
You're basically just like begging them
like please sir, I'll do anything for
you, right? Anything that you need, I'll
do it. Just please give me monies. Okay,
that's what you're doing. And then they
treat you like crap because you aren't
solving a specific problem for them.
You're basically begging them to work
for them in a job, but do five times
more work than what you would probably
do if they were just paying you
directly. So literally in this case,
what they'll do is they'll treat you
worse than their own employees. Like by
far, they'll treat you by far worse than
your own employees. And that's the
mistake that I made as well. You know, I
remember, you know, I would be doing
like agency work and my clients would be
calling me at like 900 p.m. in the
evening. You know, I' I'd be on a date.
I'm trying to I'm trying to like find a
wife here. I'm trying to I'm trying to
find a date. I'm just trying to have a
good evening here and relax. And my
clients would be calling me over and
over again during the date five times in
a row until I would finally pick up and
be like, "What's going on?" Then they'd
expect me to drop everything I'm doing
and go fix this little problem that they
have in their business like as if it's
my problem. And a lot of the time it
wasn't even related to the thing that I
was helping them do. But then YouTube
changed everything for me because I
would be able to solve one specific
problem and I would find all the people
in the world that have that one specific
problem and I would send them all to a
landing page where the expectation was
set that I was going to help them solve
that one problem. And so anyone who
didn't have the problem wasn't going to
go to the landing page in the first
place. And very clear expectations were
set that I was only going to help them
with that one thing. Plus people already
knew, liked, and trusted me because they
were watching my YouTube content. And it
was almost like they already knew me
before they joined my business. And so
it made literally every other aspect of
my business significantly easier as
well. Now, if you think about a
business, it's kind of like a machine,
right? Right. So, I'll go ahead and draw
this on the screen. With any business,
you basically have traffic.
And then you've got marketing,
which to be fair, traffic is part of
marketing, but it's the most important
part.
And then you've got sales.
And then let's go down from here just to
make it easier to look at. You've got
delivery.
And then you've got retention.
And then you've got, let's just say
upselling or cross-selling. So basically
selling to your existing customers um
other stuff.
Okay.
All right. So that's that's like any
business. And the thing is, when you
have a YouTube channel, when you have
content on social media, it doesn't just
help with traffic, but it helps with
literally every other thing as well.
Okay? Because obviously, it's going to
help with traffic because you're getting
traffic, but it's not just any traffic.
It's the right traffic for one, but it's
not just the right traffic. You can
literally target the 3% of people
because 3% of people in any given market
right now are ready to buy on average.
And you can target the 3% of people that
are ready to buy, right? So you're
sending the absolute best traffic to
your funnel, which is marketing.
And not just the best traffic, but
people that know, like, and trust you
because they've already watched a bunch
of your content. So they're pretty much
ready to buy already. So that makes your
marketing easy. Okay? So like for
instance, you might send people to opt
in and then you send them emails or
other parts of marketing, right? Because
this this is, you know, you could also
call this lead generation,
right? So you've got leads. Lead is very
simply just anybody that you can contact
who might be interested in your product
or service. Right? So you could also
call this lead generation. And it makes
it very easy, right? Because these
people are all the exact right people.
They already know, like, and trust you.
And so it's not that difficult to market
to them. Okay? So it makes your
marketing easy. It also makes your sales
easy. And also one of the thing that
I'll say is YouTube is especially good
because once you post a YouTube video,
it stays up for years. It continues
getting you clients for years. We have
literally gotten clients, sixigure
contract clients from videos that we
posted six years ago. And I'm not even
kidding about this. Right? I'll show it
on the screen right now. A six-figure
contract client from a video that we
posted six years ago. Right? So once you
post a video, it just continues to get
you views. It continues to make you
money. It continues to get you clients,
get you subscribers, followers, build
your brand, etc., etc., for years down
the line. So every single video that you
post is like a little soldier that never
takes a day off, works 24/7, and its
only job is to get you views, get you
subscribers, and make you money, right?
So it makes your marketing easier, and
it makes your sales easier as well,
right? So if you're doing phone sales,
like, you know, a lot of small
businesses do. You don't have to do
this, by the way. There's ways of
selling without actually doing phone
sales. But let's just say you're doing
phone sales. What most teams happen is
they have these people who come on the
phone. They're kind of annoyed to even
be on the phone. They're annoyed to be
going through the sales process and the
saleserson has to get them from like a
zero to 100. Whereas when you have a
YouTube channel and you have the traffic
and the marketing, it's almost like a
mini celebrity effect where they are
actually happy to be on a phone call.
They're happy to be potentially joining
your program. And for instance, we had a
guy who'd never done sales in his life
and he closed four out of five of the
first people that got sent from his
YouTube channel for a brand new product.
So literally an 80% close rate. And the
crazy thing is he actually did end up
closing the fifth person later on as
well. So it's really a 100% close rate
on his first five calls that he booked
from his YouTube channel. And that's
because people know, like, and trust you
when they come from YouTube. So it makes
sales super easy as well.
Nathan is another example. He's able to
sell chess coaching, which is a pretty
commoditized and it's something that
most people will just pay like $20 an
hour for. Because of the fact that he
has a YouTube channel because he picked
the right niche, he's able to charge
$1,000 a month for it. And by the way,
if you think that you need a big channel
or you think that you can't sell a high
ticket product, our client Carla with
about 1,500 subscribers sold $16,000
contract from her YouTube channel. Now
to add on to this guys, one other thing
that every single business has later on
is this thing called operations
and this thing called recruiting. Okay,
so obviously you have a oneperson
business right now. So you don't really
need many much in the form of operations
and recruiting. But
this also becomes significantly easier
when you have a YouTube channel. You can
recruit the best people and they'll want
to work with you because of your big
YouTube channel. And then when it comes
to operations, it all becomes a lot more
streamlined as well. So for instance,
one of the biggest complaints that a lot
of big business owners have is their
sales team. Their sales team sucks and
it's just a massive headache to control
them. And when you're getting all of
your leads from freaking YouTube, every
freaking crack salesperson on the entire
planet is going to want to work with
you, right? Like we have tons and tons
of absolutely cracked sales people that
want to work on our offer because they
know we're getting the best leads from
YouTube. And additionally, we can
control operations because we literally
don't even allow even a small percentage
of the people who want to work with us.
We only accept 18% of people to even
book a call with us. And then out of
those people who book a call, only a
certain percentage of those people we
even allow into the program, right? We
only allow those people to work
one-on-one with us, either in our
mentorship or us to do the work for
them. And when it comes to us doing the
work for them, we only work with a very,
very small percentage of people. So we
get to control things on the operational
side because we can control the amount
of traffic and the amount of people
coming into the business and it's almost
like a faucet. We can just turn the
faucet on whenever we want to. And same
thing goes with recruiting. Whenever we
want to get more people like more
salespeople, etc. We can get the best
ones into the business right away. I've
also recruited some of the absolute best
coaches to work on our YouTube offer as
well and some of the best operators. And
none of that would be possible if it
wasn't for the fact that I have a
YouTube channel. So it makes delivery
easy. It makes retention easy because
people who come into your program, they
already like you. It's like a mini
celebrity effect. They already know,
like, and trust you. So, they're much
more likely to really give it a good
college try when it comes to actually
implementing your product and service,
whatever it is. And so, they're much
easier to work with. They're much more
likely to get results. And when you get
results, you're going to get
testimonials. And when you get
testimonials, more other people are
going to want to work with you, etc.,
etc. And then they're much more likely
to buy other things that you offer in
the future, right? So either retention
or upselling them things and
cross-selling them things. So if you
think of your business, it's kind of
like a pipe, right? So you know, imagine
all these things, you know, I drew it
like this just so I could keep it on one
screen, but imagine if you had all these
things kind of like in a pipeline,
right? And it starts with traffic,
right? Then it goes to marketing and and
sales and and so on, right? You know,
delivery,
retention,
and uh let's just say upselling. Okay?
So it kind of works like a pipe. And
anytime you want more people flowing
through this pipe, you just turn the
faucet on. Okay, this is like a freaking
faucet. Okay, so I know guys, my my
drawing is is really ter terrible here.
Okay, but it's like a faucet and you
just turn the water on whenever you want
and you can get more and more people
flowing through this pipe anytime that
you want it.
Okay? And that's what a YouTube channel
allows you to do, specifically the type
that I'm teaching you how to build in
this course. So, this is why we're able
to get these insane results, guys. Just
as an example, nurse Jen, she was a
nurse for 33 years. She's 60 years old.
And at 60 years old, she had never made
a video in her life. So, she was burnt
out and stressed out from her nursing
job. She'd never made a video in her
life. And she said that the thought of
seeing herself on camera made her want
to crawl out of her skin. And by the
way, just as a side note, Nurse Jen
looks amazing for her age, so I'm not
sure why she thought that, but here was
her entire production setup, and I mean
the entire studio. It was a webcam on
her MacBook Air and she recorded herself
on her webcam and then she just used
Claude to help make the content and
that's it. So her workflow from start to
finish was she talks her video idea into
Claude's voice mode while she makes
coffee, right? She doesn't type a word.
Then Claude turns her rambling into a
tight script in about 20 minutes or less
and she reads it off of a teleprompter
into the webcam and she just does it all
in one take. And then she uses a tool
called Descript to clean up the pauses
automatically. The script has really
good AI video editing features, and she
says she rarely spends over 30 minutes
editing. And honestly, she probably
doesn't even need to spend that much.
And 6 weeks after starting with us, she
had a full-time income. It was enough to
replace her nursing job. And she quit
her nursing job and she started
traveling all over the United States in
her camper van, which was literally her
dream life. Literally 6 weeks after
starting this exact thing that I'm
telling you how to do. And one of my
favorite details, by the way, is the
videos that she tried harder on with the
fancy graphics and the B-roll, etc., did
worse than the ones that she just
recorded and shipped, which is what I
tell you guys to do. Always keep it
simple. And she literally calls this
system that we installed into her
business, my friend Claude. And now
she's making over $10,000 a month just
from AdSense alone. And by the way,
guys, Nurse Jen is very much lifestyle
oriented. She's already worked a lot in
her life, and she just wants to enjoy
her life. She could be making a lot more
money than this easily. But the point
is, if a 60-year-old nurse who'd never
touched an editing app can run this
machine every other day, you can run it
once a week. So, here's the machine on
one screen. Block one is going to be the
ideas. This is going to take you 30
minutes or less. And by the way, guys,
once you get rolling with this, I
recommend batching all of these.
Meaning, you don't just come up with one
video idea at a time. You come up with
like 10 or 20 or 30 of them, right? Cuz
it might take you 30 minutes to come up
with one video idea, but it only takes
you an hour to come up with 10. Because
once you get rolling, it becomes much
easier to come up with a bunch of them.
And that saves a massive amount of time.
So block two is going to be script
writing. This will take you 45 minutes
max, guys. My brother, for instance, who
again was 50 years old, never made a
dollar outside of his career in his
life, was not tech-savvy, had never made
a video in his life, was not, you know,
someone who's particularly charismatic
on camera or anything like that. He
wrote the script for the video that
popped off. It was his very first video
on his channel. It got over 800,000
views. And he wrote that script in less
than 15 minutes. Okay, so 45 minutes is
on the high side. You can definitely
write a script in less than 45 minutes
and you're going to be super happy with.
Then block three is your record. This is
going to take 60 to 90 minutes maximum,
right? My brother recorded that script
that turned into the video that popped
off and about 30 minutes max. And then
block four is you ship, right? So this
is where you upload it, you optimize it,
you make the thumbnail for it, all that
kind of stuff. And that's going to take
45 minutes maximum. And again, if you do
this effectively, you can do three
videos a week in 4 hours a week. And I
did it for literally years. I would
literally only spend about four hours a
week on my YouTube channel and I would
post three videos a week consistently
for years. But when you first start,
just start off with one video a week,
right? You're not going to be good at
it. It's going to feel a little
uncomfortable making videos. There's
going to be a little bit of extra time
you got to do, you know, figuring out
the tech and all that kind of stuff. And
so, just start with one video a week.
But keep in mind, this is a washing
machine, not handwashing. So, you don't
scrub every single sock. You load the
machine in batches. You press start and
you live your life while it runs. So
ideas in one sitting, then you record in
one sitting, then you schedule in one
sitting. Right? So I usually have one
day per week that I record. And there's
been many times where I do it once every
two weeks or once every month where I
record and then I'm good to go. And
there have been times on this channel, I
don't usually do this, but there's been
times on this channel where I've been
over 3 months ahead because it's easy to
just record ahead of time. Okay? And
that is how I built my first business
around a full-time pharmacy job. I did
it all in the in between hours and it's
how you'll do it around yours. My
brother did this on four hours a week or
less. Nurse Jyn did it on four hours a
week or less as well. They're both over
50 years old. So, if you're younger and
you're watching this, you have
absolutely no excuse. And a lot of this
stuff, by the way, you can do in what I
like to call the in between times. Okay?
So, just as an example, while you're on
your break at work, while you're taking
a shower, while you're going to the
bathroom, while you're driving to work,
of course, drive safe, while you're
taking breaks in between tasks, while
you're at the gym, while you're eating,
all of these in between times, you can
be looking for video ideas. You can be
talking to Claude to help you script
things out, cuz all you have to do is
literally just talk to Claude. You don't
even have to type to it. You can be on
your phone talking to Claude, coming up
with video ideas, looking at YouTube to
see what's new in your niche, scripting
things out, etc., etc. Now, when I was
first starting my YouTube channel, this
was before AI came out, so I had to do
all this manually, and it still took me
less than 4 hours a week. So, with Quad,
there's absolutely no excuse. You can
absolutely do this in 4 hours a week or
less. And guys, I want to just like
pause here for a second to tell you how
rare this is. Almost every other
business opportunity out there, you
know, whether it's a side hustle,
oneperson business, whatever you want to
call it, almost all of them pretend like
you can do them in a short amount of
time when in reality it's a full-time
freaking job. You're going to be working
like 80, 100 hours a week and most of it
outside of your job just to try to make
it work. But YouTube is one of the very
few ones where it is not a full-time job
because every single video that you
upload is like a little soldier that
again just goes out, gets you views,
gets you subscribers, gets you clients,
gets you sales, and makes you money for
the rest of its life. And we still have
videos that we uploaded like 5 6 years
ago that are getting clients for us
today. Now, the question that I get
asked constantly and I saw it word for
word under every video is why Claude,
right? I already use ChateBT or I
already use Gemini. Aren't they all the
same? The short answer for this
business, no. Claude is flatout the best
AI when it comes to marketing, content
creation, and starting a one-person
business, right? It's going to help you
with marketing specifically, and it's
basically going to do writing that
sounds like a person, right? It scripts
in your voice. It's going to sound like
you, especially if you use our cloud AI
systems, the offers, the emails, the
exact skills that this business runs on.
And for practical everyday business
work, it is just simply easier. So,
there's a reason that regular people,
small businesses, nurses, tradesmen,
etc. are going crazy over Claude right
now. The other tools are powerful, but
Claude made this stuff accessible. So,
you talk to it like a person and it
works like a team. And before anyone
asks, yes, the phone only works to
start. Jen's whole studio is a laptop
webcam. You can also just use your
phone, right? If you have an iPhone
within the last like 2 or 3 years, it is
excellent. If you have a Google Pixel,
if you have a Samsung phone within the
last few years, they're also very, very
good. You can start by recording your
videos just on your phone or you can
record them on your computer. If you
have a laptop with a webcam, you can
record your face with a webcam or you
can record your screen on the computer.
And that's a good place to start, right?
That is more than good enough for your
first videos. And there's been plenty of
people out there, one of my favorite
ones is Mr. Ballin, just as an example,
who've gotten to millions of subscribers
literally just recording stuff on their
phone. And this is back when smartphones
and the cameras on the smartphones were
not nearly as good as they are right
now. And you can start off with the free
Claude plan, but eventually it's
probably a good idea to upgrade to the
$20 a month one. So, here's the ready to
paste Claude prompt for writing your
first scripts. You're my script writer.
I'm going to voice ramble everything
that I know about this topic. Turn my
ramble into a tight video script and my
voice. Keep my phrases. Cut my tangents.
And the structure here should be a hook
in the first 15 seconds that states my
payoff, my three to five main points,
each with one story example from my
ramble, and an ending that tells the
viewer the single next thing to do.
Write it to be read out loud, short
sentences, no corporate words, one
sentence per line. Then give me a
two-line description, and three title
options per my module 5 rules. Do a CTA
for them to work one-on-one with me to
help them solve their problem near the
end of the video. Do an outline version
at the beginning and a word for word
version as well. I will choose which one
I want to do. interview me until you
have enough context to give me a killer
script. Right? So, copy and paste this.
Yeah. Right. So, screenshot this, copy
and paste it, put it into Claude, and
it's going to interview for a little
bit, and then it's going to give you a
killer script. Now, you can choose
whether you want to do the outline
version or the word forword version.
Everybody is different. When I first
started, I did the outline version
because that's just a little bit easier
to do. I'd kind of just like look at the
outline and I'd see the next thing that
we're going to talk about and I would
just talk about it off the top of my
head. Some people prefer to do the word
forword script version. In that
particular case, you probably want to
use a teleprompter. Descript has an
in-built teleprompter app, which can be
really good. That's exactly what Nurse
Jyn used, right? So, basically, I'll
kind of put what it looks like on the
screen. What you want to do is you want
to copy and paste the word for word
script into the teleprompter app. And
this is inside of the script, like I
said. And then you want to position the
teleprompter app very near your webcam
so that it essentially looks like you
are looking directly at the webcam. And
that way, when you read it word for
word, it just looks like you're looking
at the webcam. It's very easy. Now,
there's also a teleprompter app for
phone. We'll put the one that we
recommend on the screen. So, if you're
looking at this on a phone, you can also
read the teleprompter off of the phone.
I use this all the time when I'm
recording ads and stuff like that. I
don't use this for my main content, but
it's also quite good. Another thing that
you could do is you could just have it
in a Google doc on the screen right next
to it and then you could just kind of
like look at the Google doc, memorize
the words, and then say it to the
camera. I've done that as well, right?
There's a million different ways to do
it, but the point is you have an
outline, you have the word for word
script, and you can just choose which
one you like the most. And you're really
not going to know which way you prefer
until you've tried both ways. So, just
try it. Okay. Now, here's how to start.
Ship video one this week. On Sunday, run
the script engine from idea number one
from your stranger tested three. On
Monday, read it to the webcam. One take.
Ugly is fine. Just get it done. Done is
better than perfect. On Tuesday,
30-minute cleanup, package it to your
module 5 title thumbnail, then publish,
and then drop a pin comment telling
viewers what to watch next, and then,
and this matters, start block one on
video number two the same day. Now, when
it comes to the nitty-gritty details of
how to choose the title and how to make
the thumbnail for the title, I recommend
that you use Claude. Claude is really
good at coming up with video titles. For
the thumbnail, this is the one area
where I will actually recommend a
different AI outside of Claude. And what
I recommend that you do is you use
ChateBT. So, I want you to look at other
thumbnails and thumbnail styles that are
popular in your niche. Take a screenshot
of those thumbnails, put them into Chat
GBT, tell it to take out the timestamp,
tell it that it is a thumbnail, and it
needs to be in the proper thumbnail
dimension so that you can just upload it
directly to YouTube. Upload a picture of
yourself. It can even just be a
screenshot from the video that you
recorded. And then tell it to make a
thumbnail in the style of these other
YouTubers within your niche that do
really well. And it is going to make you
a thumbnail. And of course, that is not
the ideal way to do it, but again, we're
just doing this just to get you started
fast. At the time of recording this
video, you can use the free version of
Chat GBT. However, in the future, maybe
they'll make you upgrade to the paid
version. In that case, it's $20 a month.
Also, at the time of recording this,
Descript is less than $20 a month as
well. You can use the free version, but
it's probably going to have watermarks.
I recommend you upgrade to the paid
version. Descript is an unbelievable
tool where you can edit stuff very
quickly. It has AI editing features. It
can cut out all the silences, all the
mistakes, all the repetitions, etc.,
etc., and you can literally edit it in
the same way that you edit a Google Doc.
So, if there's a sentence that you don't
want in there, you can just delete that
sentence and it automatically edits it
for you. So, it's super, super easy to
use. All right, YouTube just got 10
times easier and nobody is talking about
it. You used to need an entire film crew
and it used to be a full-time job for
you to just do any work at all on
YouTube. But now you can get work done
in as little as 15 to 30 minutes a day
and you can actually grow a fulltime
YouTube channel. That's exactly what I'm
going to be talking about at the live
training that we're doing this week.
Exactly how to grow your YouTube
channel. So click the link in the
description in the pin comment below to
check that out. Guys, I will be
answering questions before, during, and
after the live training. It's completely
free. Plus, I'll be giving away an AI
that is designed to help you pick your
niche if you don't have one in the first
place or if you already have a niche.
It's gonna help you make it 10 times
better. So, really looking forward to
talking with you guys. This is stuff
that we never talked about before. So,
click that link in the description and
comment below and I look forward to
seeing you there. And this brings us to
module seven, which is the runway. This
is where you survive to video number 14.
Now, I have to tell you the thing the
get-richqu crowd never will. Your first
videos are going to feel like shouting
into a canyon, right? When I first
posted my videos, they got like three
views, seven views, 14 views, and you
know, most of them were like my mom and
my sister or something like, you know
what I mean? Basically, nobody's
watching my stuff. And this is the exact
spot right here where most people will
quit and then they'll tell everyone, "I
tried it and it doesn't work." But they
didn't actually fail at YouTube because
YouTube is a game where the only way
that you lose is quitting. Let's think
back to M&J Metal. His videos are
objectively some of the worst videos
that you will ever see. They are
absolutely terrible. Again, no offense
to him. He's an absolute legend. I love
him. He's great. But his videos are
awful. He's recording them with a
potato. The thumbnail is terrible. He
doesn't really have a clearly defined
niche. He's all over the place making
drinks, doing metal detecting, talking
about video games, making videos about
hiking, and just random places that he
goes to, etc., etc. They're terrible.
Okay, just objectively, he's doing
almost every possible thing that you
could do wrong, he's doing wrong. And
yet, he kept going. He posted 400
videos, and after posting over 400
videos, one of them blew up and the rest
is history. His channel has done really
well since then. So, YouTube is a game
where the only way you where you lose is
if you quit. Now, obviously, I do not
want you to have to make 400 videos in
order to have your first one that's
successful. On average, with our
community members, they make 14 videos
using our methods before one of them
pops off. With my brother, it was his
very first video, but with some people,
it takes 5, 10, sometimes even 15 or
more videos before they have success.
But on average, it is 14 videos. And
here's the thing. When you have that
first video that pops off, I call it a
popcorn bag effect where the 14 videos
that you posted before, you know, none
of them did well. Maybe the best one got
like 30 views or something like that,
but on that 14th video, when you have
that video that pops off, it's going to
start to send views back to your older
videos and all of a sudden they're going
to pop off as well. And this is exactly
what happened with me with my channel. I
had lots of views that didn't do well
and then one of them did well and it
actually sent views back to some of my
earlier videos and all of a sudden those
videos started doing well. So, it's kind
of like a popcorn bag. You might put the
popcorn bag in the microwave and the
first minute nothing happens and then
after it gets hot enough one kernel pops
and then a second one and then it's like
pop pop
and it fills up the entire bag. So, just
because you posted videos and they
didn't do well, that doesn't mean that
they're doomed forever. Often times
those videos will take off in the future
once you start posting other videos. And
really once you get that first video
that takes off, your channel is set from
there. Assuming you follow the systems
that we're going to talk about, right?
Because once you have that first video
that takes off, you're going to figure
out what was the value proposition of
that video. What was the thing that made
it so successful? And you're going to
double down on that thing and make more
videos similar to it. So once you have
that first video that's successful, it's
basically like you're trying to find
like oil, right? and you found the oil
reservoir and you are going to tap out
that reservoir. So, watch how this
actually plays out when someone doesn't
quit. Tracy joined my community and she
was already posting and going absolutely
nowhere, right? She was getting about
380 views a day. And we didn't just hand
her a magic trick. We handed her the
system that we're talking about right
now, the one that you now have. And she
kept shipping even while the numbers
were embarrassingly low. And month one,
her daily views jumped 234% from 380 to
about 1,300 views a day. Then one video
caught. It got 82,000 views in three
weeks. And the video that caught it was
past her 10th video. So, here's the
pattern that I've now watched a hundred
times. It's almost never video one.
Right? My brother Zach is the exception
of the rule. And honestly, he was
working directly with me and I'm really,
really good at YouTube. So, chances are
if you're trying this on your own, it's
not going to be your first video. It may
not even be your 10th video. It's very
likely going to take you about 14 to 15
videos. And it might even take you more
than that, 20 or 30. But the only way
that you lose this game is if you give
up. So, the magic number is usually
around video 14. Why? Because the first
13 videos aren't failures. They're the
reps that teach the algorithm who you're
for and teach you how to talk to a
camera. So, it's kind of like bamboo.
You water bamboo for months and nothing
breaks the soil. It looks like nothing's
happening. But underground, it's
building the root system and then in a
matter of weeks, it shoots up like 10 ft
and everyone calls it an overnight
success, right? The same exact thing
works with YouTube. You're making these
videos. Looks like nothing's happening.
you're not getting that many people
watching it, maybe 30 views max, and
then all of a sudden, one of the videos
pops off and everyone calls you an
overnight success. When in reality, you
were learning the skill of getting
better at YouTube, and you were posting
these videos, which are the foundation
of your channel. Like, every single
video you post is like building a brick,
right? All of these are the foundation
of your channel. And when it comes to
getting results at anything, YouTube or
anything else, you need to do it
consistently. For instance, there's a
study called the pot study, and it
basically took two different classes of
people who were both making pots. And
for one class, they set the goal to make
as many pots as possible. For the other
class, they set the goal to make the
best pot possible by the end of the
semester. And you want to know which
class made the best pots? It was the
class who just made the most pots.
Right? So just simply by making pots
consistently, they got better at making
pots than the class that wanted to make
the perfect pot. Right? So the only way
to get better at something is to do it
consistently. And it's pretty obvious.
Think about going to the gym as well,
right? You're going to the gym because
you want to lose weight and you want to
get muscular or something like that,
right? The person who goes to the gym
consistently three times a week and they
give it 80%, right? They're not giving
it 100% but they're just doing 80%.
Versus the person who goes to the gym
once a month and they give it 100%. Who
do you think is going to lose the most
weight by the end of the month? Who do
you think is going to be buffer have the
most muscle by the end of the month?
Obviously, the person who is
consistently going to the gym, even
though they're not giving it their all,
they're giving it 80% or maybe even 60%.
They're still going to be buffer by the
end of the month and they're going to
lose more weight by the end of the month
than the person who goes once a month
and gives it 100%. Now, surviving the
runway does not mean posting blind,
right? Every video hands you three
numbers and those three numbers tell you
exactly what to fix. And this is the
feedback loop my community members pay
to have run for them. And I'm just going
to give it to you for free right here.
Number one is the click-through rate,
right? Out of the people who saw it, how
many people clicked? If that's low, your
video isn't bad, but your packaging is.
So, go fix the title and the thumbnail
in module 5. and you can exchange them
after publishing. Number two is the
first 30 seconds. If people click and
instantly leave, your intro broke the
promise that the title made. So, the
next video, deliver the payoff in the
first two sentences, right? You need to
make sure that your intro is congruent
with the title and thumbnail. This is a
mistake that I see people make all the
time, right? They'll make a good title,
a good thumbnail, and a good intro, but
they're not congruent with each other.
You need to make sure that all three of
these point in the same direction,
right? Your title, your thumbnail, and
your intro are all like arrows. All
three arrows need to be pointing in the
same direction for it to work. And it's
actually better to have a mediocre
title, thumbnail, and intro that are all
pointed in the same direction than it is
to have a good title, thumbnail, and
intro, but they're not pointed in the
same direction. They're all pointed in
opposite directions. Okay? And number
three, the average watch time. If they
leave halfway, that means the middle
sagged. So, tighten the script, cut the
throat clearing, and just make sure that
you're delivering value. Right? It's
much more important that you're
delivering value to your audience than
it is that you're editing the video
really nicely or anything like that.
Just make sure that you're actually
helping them solve problems. So, it's
not post more and pray. It's not quit
and call it dead. It's diagnose, fix one
thing, then ship the next one. And
that's the entire difference between the
people who make it and the people who
tried it once and it didn't work. So,
here's how to start the 10-minute Friday
review. Every Friday, open your
analytics for 10 minutes. For your
latest video, write down three numbers.
the click-through rate, 30 second
retention, average watch time. Circle
the worst one. That is your single fix
for the next week's video. Paste all
three into Claude and ask, "Here are my
numbers and my video topic. Which of the
three is my bottleneck?" And give me one
specific fix for the next video. This
might take 10 minutes every week. No
exceptions. Just do it. You can also do
it for all of your videos if you want,
not just one of them. So, your task here
is to put a 10-minute Friday review in
your calendar right now. And I'm
serious. Do it now. I'll wait. You've
got the niche, the package, the machine,
and the runway. But the next module is
where we're going to turn it into money.
And the first money module starts with
the floor that most people think is the
whole building. YouTube and building
your personal brand just got 10 times
easier and nobody's talking about it.
And the reason it got 10 times easier is
because of AI and specifically cloud AI.
And that's what we're going to be
talking about in this week's live
training that we're doing. Click the
link down in the description in the pin
comment below. I will be there. I'll be
answering questions before, during, and
after. We'll also be giving you an AI
that's been designed to help you pick
your niche if you don't have one in the
first place or if you already have one
that's going to help you make it 10
times better. So, we worked very hard on
this AI. People absolutely love it.
We've literally gotten hundreds of
comments from people that love it. So,
you do not want to miss out on it. And
if you're watching this in the future
for whatever reason or it's already past
the time of the live training, still
click on that link because we will be
having more live trainings in the future
and you will be the first person to know
cuz it'll put you on a wait list for
that. But with that being said, it's
completely free. No reason not to
attend. Click that link in the
description, the pin comment below, and
I'll see you on the other side. All
right. Now, we're going to talk about
the money. This is where it gets really
fun, guys. So, most people think this
business has one income stream, which is
ad revenue. And that belief keeps them
broke because ad revenue isn't the
building. It is the first floor of the
building. I showed you guys how much ad
revenue that I'm making earlier in this
video. I am making a massive amount of
money from ad revenue. I've made
millions of dollars from it, right?
About 1.8 8 million just from this
channel alone. But that is just the
first floor of the building, guys. I
think of ad revenue as YouTube and
Google paying me to market my products
and services to people, right? So, I'm
getting paid to market my products and
services. Usually, businesses have to
pay tens of thousands of dollars, maybe
even hundreds of thousands of dollars a
year to market their products and
services to potential customers. But,
I'm getting paid that to market my
products and services. So, let me show
you someone who's standing on the roof.
A great example of this is Josh. So Josh
teaches IT and cyber security careers.
And when he first started working with
me, he was making less than $1,000 a
month doing this. And we helped him get
all the way up to over $180,000 in a
single month. And if you think that's
all ad money, no, it isn't. Ads were the
smallest slice. Here's the whole
building. So ad revenue is at the very
bottom. Okay? This is you getting paid
to market your products and services.
Then you've got affiliates and sponsors.
This is where you market other people's
products and services, but it's no extra
work for you. You're literally just
telling people to go click on a link
because there's a product or service
that you think is good. Now, affiliates
is where you just sign up for it and
there's literally a link in your
description and you can market it any
way you want to. Sponsorships is where
they have a bit more input about what
you say in your video. So, you might
have to get a certain script approved by
them before you actually publish it. But
sponsors and brand deals kind of goes
handinand. A brand deal is just an
ongoing sponsorship, right? This is also
very easy where it doesn't really take
you that much extra time, effort, money,
etc. And you can make a decent amount of
money from this. For instance, I've
gotten to over $100,000 in a single
month just from ad revenue as well as
affiliates and sponsorships. But then
the next floor, floor number three, is
where the real money maker is. And this
is where you offer either done with you
or done for you services, right? So this
could be a service, for instance,
helping people make their resume so they
can get into a very specific career.
This is something that our client Davis
did for instance when he first started.
He was helping people who wanted to
become management consultants make their
resumes look really attractive so they
have a much higher chance of actually
getting the interview and becoming the
management consultant. Right? So you
could do something like that and in very
specific careers you can easily charge
$1,000. So that's a done for you
service. Another example of a done for
you service is our client Carla who I
talked about before. She closed a
$106,000 contract from a single video
that she posted and she basically just
helps businesses with recruiting, right?
So she recruits certain positions for
businesses that are looking to
outsource. You could also do an agency
offer. So that's basically almost the
same as a done for you service, but you
just do it recurring every single month.
So an example of that is running
somebody's Facebook ads for them. So an
example of an agency would be our client
one. J one actually does done for you
video editing for different businesses
out there and he does it on a recurring
basis. Then you've got done with you
coaching. So there's a lot of things out
there where you can't just do all the
work for the person. So a perfect
example is helping someone get a job.
You can do a lot of the work for the
person, but you can't do the interview
for them, right? You can uh do done with
you where you actually coach them on how
to do the interview correctly, but you
can't actually go and do the interview
for them. They have to do the interview
themselves, and they have to do a good
job in the interview, right? So, not
everything can be done for you. There's
some things that have to be done with
you, right? So, there's a lot of
different examples of done with you, but
a really good example is just coaching.
So, just as an example, Nathan, who we
talked about earlier, coaches people on
how they can get better at chess, and he
makes a full-time income doing that. Our
clients Damian and Kennedy coach people
on how they can find their dream
Christian partner. They call it their
kingdom spouse and they coach people
one-on-one on exactly how they can do
that. And they make a full-time income
as well. My client Alex Shep coaches
people on how they can graduate from
college faster. So basically get an
online degree that's actually worth it
and then graduate from college so they
can get certain jobs that require
bachelor's degrees. And he made it to
$15,000 in a single month doing this.
Our community member Nicole teaches
women how they can get into a specific
type of cyber security career called
governance, risk, and compliance. and
she coaches people on how to do that and
she made it to $80,000 in a single month
and I could just go on and on guys. I
think you get the point, right? And so
these are the big money makers and one
of the biggest reasons for this is
because you can charge high ticket
prices when you sell something like
this. And that's really one of the best
ways to do it on YouTube in my opinion
and just in general, especially if
you're just trying to start a business
where your goal is to make it to like
10,000 a month or 30,000 a month, it's
way better to just charge high ticket
because if you charge $5,000 to do
something, you only need to get two
clients a month in order to hit your
goal of 10,000 a month. And this is also
a great business model because you can
just give all the information away for
free. So the people who don't have the
money can just consume your free content
and then the people who do have the
money naturally will want to pay you for
one-on-one mentorship like coaching for
like done for you agency or done for you
service because they just want to do it
faster, right? Or some kind of hybrid
model in between those two things
because again they just want to do it
faster, right? So having an offer like
this is a true money maker, guys. I
highly highly recommend it. This is the
one where I've seen the most people
reach their financial goals and not just
make really good money, not, you know,
not just make a living, but make an
absolute killing. With that being said,
there are some people who just want to
stick with, you know, something simple
like ad revenue plus affiliate marketing
and sponsorships because they're more
lifestyle oriented and they just want to
have an easy life and they don't want to
have to worry about fulfilling for
clients or anything like that. And I
totally understand that. But then the
next level is scale, right? So this is
where you make a community, an app, a
digital product or some sort of like
product tie service. Now a big mistake
that I see a lot of people making is
just going straight to this one because
for instance they'll be like oh I want
to start an app. Guys 99.9% of apps
fail. Okay? It is exceptionally
difficult to start a successful app and
it's also exceptionally difficult to
sell the successful app. So what I
recommend is selling before you build.
Okay? And all three of these, right,
floors one to three, you get to actually
sell before you build. With ad revenue,
obviously you get paid for that. You
don't have to build anything. You just
have to make content. With affiliates
and sponsorships, it's other people's
products. So, you don't have to build
anything. And with your offer, you can
actually sell it before you deliver it,
right? So, for instance, with coaching,
you could just sell one-on-one coaching,
right? You don't have to deliver that
before you sell it. They're just buying
your time, basically. Even for a
service, you're just saying, "Hey, I'm
going to do this thing for you." And you
don't have to build it before you sell,
right? You build it after they buy,
right? Right? So these first three
floors are the way to go for 99% of
people starting out. This fourth floor
is after you're already really good at
these first three floors. You can
consider the fourth floor. Okay? And
this is making a community, an app, a
productized service, something like
that, digital product, etc. Now, one of
the secrets is these first three allow
you to collect what's known as market
data, right? So you are literally
getting paid to collect data about your
market. Now, big companies out there
will pay millions of dollars to collect
market data. And the only way to collect
accurate market data is to be in the
trenches actually working with people,
right? So, when you're promoting like
affiliates or sponsorships, if you're
making a lot of money doing that, well,
guess what? Product or service that you
start, whether it's done for you, done
with you, or even a digital product,
it's going to be way more likely to work
because of the fact that, you know,
people are buying the affiliate product
you're promoting, right? So, you're
getting paid to collect market data, to
do market research, which is great. And
then it's going to be way more likely
once you start something in floor number
four or even something in floor number
three that it's actually going to work.
Okay, so just to go over these, floor
number one is ad revenue. The platform
literally pays you while you build
trust. So you getting paid to do your
own marketing. Name one other business
where that's true. Oh, wait. You can't.
And the amounts here shock people in the
right niches, right? Business and career
niches as well as finance niches can pay
10 times what entertainment pays for the
same view count. And and quick objection
here that I get sometimes because people
will be like, "Hey, will they even pay
me if I'm using AI?" Yes, because you're
not uploading robot slideshows, right?
You're a real human on camera sharing
real knowledge with Claude working
behind the curtains. Or if you don't
want to show your face, you can just
share your screen, but you have a real
voice, right? There's a real human being
actually talking about this stuff,
right? That's not against anybody's
rules. That is just modern production.
So, you're using Claude to help you make
content. You're not making AI slop and
spamming the internet with content,
right? If that's what you want to do,
probably want to go somewhere else.
Floor two is affiliates and
sponsorships. This is where you
recommend tools and products that you
already use and you already like and
brands pay you to reach your niche. One
of my community members got her first
sponsor four months ago, which is $800 a
video for three videos. And the CEO
emailed her, right? The CEO of the
company, a multi-million dollar company,
emailed her because his signups kept
mentioning her name. Now, notice the
direction here. The sponsor chased the
creator. Buyers are chasing you.
sponsors do as well. Now, floor three is
your own offer, a service or coaching
program. And this is the floor where the
real money lives. So, it's going to get
its own module here in a minute because
this is where the real money is. And
this is where people don't just make a
living, but they make a killing. And the
top floor is scale, right? A paid
community, a product size, an app, a
digital product, etc. Something where
delivery doesn't break when the buyers
double. And just so you know how high
this building goes, remember that
physics teacher that I talked about
before, Alak Pandi from Physics Walla?
He started a $5.2 billion business with
that top floor. Now, am I promising you
a billion-dollar company? No. In fact,
there's nothing that I can promise you,
right? Nothing in life is guaranteed.
But I am showing you that there is no
ceiling on this building. One honest
warning about the penthouse, though.
Software is really, really hard to get
right. I don't recommend the average
person does that. Okay. Start on floor
one. It turns on almost automatically.
And then climb one floor at a time.
Right. Floor one, floor two, and floor
three you can start with right away if
you want to. Floor 4. Highly recommend
you wait. So, here's how to start. Turn
on the floors in order. Floor one turns
on when you hit the platform's
monetization bar, but at the same time,
you can choose either floor two or floor
three right away because you want to
have a way to actually monetize your
audience. And by the way, if you think
you can't make money before you get to
a,000 subscribers, well, Guy, the guy
that I talked about before who helps
people who have tenitus, his goal was to
make$1 to $2,000 a month close to
retirement. And he made it to that goal
when he only had 440 subscribers, right?
Right? So, he got a $1,500 a month brand
deal before he even got to a,000
subscribers, right? Not even 500
subscribers. So, you do not need to be
monetized on YouTube to have 1,000
subscribers cuz that's what you need to
be monetized on YouTube, 1,000
subscribers and 8,000 hours of watch
time in order to make money. Now, by the
way, I'm going to help you dial in which
one is the best at the live workshop,
which I'm doing this week. So, again,
click that link in the description, the
pin comment below to attend the live
workshop. You can even ask me, right?
You can say, "Hey, this is my niche.
What do you think I should do to
monetize?" You can ask me that at the
live workshop and it's all completely
free. I'm going to be answering
questions before, during, and after. And
I'm going to be telling you how to pick
your exact niche, get started step by
step, even if you're a beginner, and how
to figure out what to sell, too. Now,
second thing is comment halfway in the
comment section if you've made it here.
I read those and you would be shocked
how many day one commenters show up in
that thread as well. Okay? So, comment
halfway in the comment section if you've
made it halfway through and you see this
and I'll know that you've made it. And
also, when you attend my live training,
comment halfway there as well, and I'll
know that you're one of the real ones
who can actually finish what they start.
All right, time out. Time out, guys.
This is the studio, and we are getting
ready for the free live training that
we're having this week on how to grow
your YouTube channel and your personal
brand using Cloud AI. So, we're very,
very excited to do this live training.
Right, this is the studio. This is what
it all looks like. This is the TV that I
have behind the camera as well. And
we're very, very excited to do this live
training here. We're going to be
teaching you, even if you're a complete
beginner, exactly how to start on
YouTube, specifically growing your
personal brand on YouTube and growing an
educational channel where you can
actually help other people in the world
and doing it in a reasonable amount of
time, like a side hustle amount of time,
15 to 30 minutes a day in many cases to
start growing your YouTube channel and
making money. And I'll be answering
questions before, during, and after. So,
you'll get to meet me. I'll answer a
bunch of your questions. You'll get to
meet a bunch of case studies of people
that have had success in our community.
and I'll be giving away an AI that helps
you pick your niche in the first place
if you don't have one already or if you
already have one. It'll help you make it
10 times better. So, this is an
incredible AI. We've gotten hundreds of
comments from people that say this is
like the best thing they've ever used.
So, do not miss out on this AI. With
that being said, if you're watching this
video in the future for whatever reason
and you're wondering, you know, hey, I
think I missed the live training. Still
click on that link because we will
automatically put you on a wait list to
attend the next live training that we
do. And with that being said, looking
forward to seeing you. Click that link
in the description, the pin comment
below, and I'll see you on the other
side. All right, now let's talk about
module number nine, which is the first
offer and the $10,000 invoice. So, let's
start this off with a story. It's the
1920s, and it's Henry Ford's massive
River Rouge plant. A giant generator
breaks, the whole operation is limping,
and Ford's own engineers are stumped for
months. So, Ford calls in a legend, an
electrical engineer named Charles
Steinmets. Now, Steinman shows up,
doesn't bring a crew, and he asks for a
notebook and a cot. For two days, he
just listens to the generator. He
scribbles calculations. Then he climbs
up, marks a spot on the side of the
machine with a piece of chalk and he
says, "Replace 16 windings from the
field coil right here." They do, and the
generator runs perfectly. Then the
invoice arrives, $10,000, and Ford, one
of the richest men alive, asks for
itemized. And Steinment sends back maybe
the greatest invoice in all of business
history. making chalk mark on generator
$1. Knowing where to make mark $9,999
and Ford paid it. Now, here's why that
invoice is the answer to the number one
question that people ask about this
whole business. Why would anyone pay me
when they could just claw it themselves?
Some of you are even feeling guilty in
advance. And I literally read a comment
that said, "I'd feel bad charging
someone $1,000 just to ask AI." Now,
listen to me. Nobody paid Steinments for
the chalk, right? They paid him for
knowing where to put the X. Right? So,
you're not selling the chalk, you're
selling the X. Claude is your chalk, but
your experience that you already have
helping people overcome a problem that
you've already overcome is where the X
goes. So, the buyer doesn't want a tool.
They have Google. They have AI, right?
General information is abundantly clear
out there. What they want is help
transforming. That's what they want is a
transformation, right? They want the
result. And they want that result
guaranteed by someone who's seen this
exact problem a hundred times. someone
who's accountable, someone that they
trust. So, Jen, the nurse from module 6,
said it perfectly. I can watch a
30-year-old repair an engine and learn
how to do that, but I don't necessarily
want them telling me how to invest my
money. So, trust is the product. Claude
just makes delivering it fast. And fast
changes the math in a way that should
make you smile. Say the old school
provider in your niche takes a 100 hours
to deliver something and charges $5,000
for that. That's 50 bucks an hour for
them. With Claude running the heavy
lifting, you deliver the same exact
output in a couple of hours, sometimes
one. And let's just say you charge
$1,500. The buyer saves $3,500 and gets
it faster. And your effective hourly
rate is something that we don't say out
loud in polite company. You might be
making $500 an hour or even $1,000 an
hour. But the whole point is everybody
wins. And that's not a trick. That's
just what happens when technology moves
and you're standing on the right side of
it. And the truth is, people don't care
about whether you used AI or not to
solve their problem. All they care about
is that their problem is solved. That's
it. All they care about is you got them
the outcome that they wanted, the
transformation. And high ticket buyers
are even more so like this. Right? This
is the reason why people will pay
$10,000
for first class or business class when
they could have gotten to the same exact
place for $1,000 because it saved them a
little bit of convenience and they were
able to work on something while they
were flying and they were able to get
really good sleep so that the next day
afterwards they were fresher. Or
sometimes people will pay $30 to $50,000
for a private jet so they can get there
faster and plus they can have even more
convenience, right? So they get through
the airport faster, the flight itself is
faster. It's even more convenient on the
flight. They'll pay 50 times more just
for a little more convenience and to get
there a little bit faster, right? So,
high ticket buyers are the ones that you
want to be selling to, right? You don't
want to be selling to people who don't
have money. You want to be selling to
people who have money and they'll pay a
bunch of money to save themselves time
and effort. So, what should your first
offer be? Two shapes and only two to
start. Done for you. You take the task
off their plate entirely. the
newsletter, the bookkeeping cleanup, the
hiring funnel, the meal plans, whatever
your niche's painful chore is, or done
with you coaching. You walk them to the
result one call at a time. Now, both are
the easiest things on earth to sell from
content because the content already
proved that you know your stuff. You are
demonstrating your expertise with the
content. You're already helping them
solve their problems with the content
and both need exactly zero dollars to
build. Now, one rule on the offer
itself, sell one painful result at one
simple price, right? Don't have a bunch
of different offers for a bunch of
different people. This is a huge mistake
that I see people make, and this is
especially true when you first begin
because a confused buyer will walk, but
a clear buyer will pay. So, watch how
small the audience can be when the offer
is clear. Nathan Rose, just as an
example, he coaches adult chess players
trying to break through a 2,000 online
rating, and he has a channel with about
7,000 followers. And by the way, we
helped him grow that channel to 7,000.
Right? Before working with us, his
channel was tiny. And he was about to
make the classic mistake, a cheap group
program that would have chained him to
five calls a week and people were going
to be paying like $50 a month for that.
Instead, he repositioned to one-on-one
coaching. And he charged $1,000 a month.
And he only works with people who have a
bunch of money and they want one-on-one
personalized attention. And because of
that, he was able to make it to a
full-time income in a very short period
of time. and his content is simple
software walkthroughs, right? One video
is 10 hidden features on chess.com and
it did 34,000 views and his first
thousand a month buyer came within
weeks. Now, if he would have tried to
monetize the traditional way, which is
trying to sell to people who don't have
money and trying to sell them like a
little $50 course or $50 a month
membership, he probably would have had
to have like a h 100,000 followers on
YouTube or maybe even 200 or 300,000
subscribers before he made the same
amount of money. Because of the fact
that he gave the information away for
free to the people who don't have money
and then he sold the implementation to
the people who do have money, he was
able to make it to a full-time income
with a tiny channel in a niche. that
traditionally doesn't pay very well,
which is chess, right? So, chess, which
is a niche that doesn't pay well, a
small audience, and already making a
full-time income from YouTube. So, let's
build yours right now. So, this is going
to be a ready to paste Claude prompt.
This is the offer builder, and you can
literally just take a screenshot of
this, copy and paste into Claude. It'll
interview you for a bit, and it's going
to help you come up with a really good
offer. Now, I want to give a big shout
out to Alex Hermosy. He came out with a
book called Hundred Million-Dollar
Offers. And this is an excellent book in
my opinion. And if you really want to
get nerdy on how to create a really good
offer, I would recommend reading that
book. With that being said, this is a
good quick solution that will get you
started in the right direction. And
here's how to start. Draft the offer
tonight. Run the offer builder. Write
the one-s sentence pitch on a sticky
note. That sentence goes into your video
descriptions, your channel bio, and your
pin comment starting this week, months
before you feel ready. And the offer
existing is what turns viewers into
buyers. So your task is one offer, one
result, one price on a sticky note. Now,
in order to actually get people on the
phone to sell this offer, there are two
things you can do. One of them is very,
very easy and that is you literally just
use Calendarly and you sell your time
hourly. Okay? So, you sell one-on-one
coaching hourly with Calendarly and that
is going to help you basically gather
data and figure out what people actually
want from you and basically they're
going to come to you with the same
problems over and over again. So, this
is something that I did. I sold my time
hourly for a while and basically there
were two different types of people who
came to me. One were people who wanted
to get jobs. Typically, they were online
jobs. They wanted to get a remote jobs
and they wanted my help in helping them
get a remote job. The second type of
person was people who wanted help on
YouTube. And this, of course, happened a
lot more once I'd grown my YouTube
channel. And what do you know? My two
most successful businesses that I
started had to do with those two things.
Helping people get their dream job. And
sometimes that involved like helping
them either go to college or not go to
college and if they wanted to go to
college, which colleges they should go
to, etc., etc. But yeah, helping people
get their dream job, specifically a
remote job typically, and also helping
people start and grow on YouTube, right?
So, you can charge for that. You could
also, if you want to, let people book
free calls with you. I would recommend
15-minute calls in that case. Whereas,
if you're charging for the calls, uh,
make them actually pay for an hour of
your time and charge at least $100 an
hour. Bare minimum, $100 an hour. That's
the absolute bare minimum that you want
to charge for your time. $100 an hour. I
recommend more like 200 is better. But,
if you want to do free calls, do 15
minutes. And basically, you're going to
be doing market research here. You're
going to be seeing what problems they
have, and you can help them solve those
problems. And then later on you can
reach out to all those people who booked
the free calls and then pitch them on
your higher ticket service or your
coaching program. Now the second option
that you have is to use something called
go highle. Now I will say I am
affiliated with go high level. Okay they
have paid me in the past to promote
them. With that being said I think go
highlevel is phenomenal and it actually
has a scheduling software inside of it.
Plus it has landing page builder and
everything else you would need to start
an entire business. So, you can type in
go highle into Google and uh you know
start from there. I likely will put a
link in the description in the pin
comment below as well if you'd like to
use them down there as well. I will
almost certainly get a small commission
if you end up signing up with them, but
at the time of recording this video,
it's $97 a month and you do not have to
click the link in the description. That
is a choice that you make. You can
easily just go to Google and type in
GoHigh Lee if you don't want me to get
affiliate commission. Okay, totally
fine. I don't care. Doesn't really make
much of a difference to me either way.
But GoHigh Level is a great product and
they take care of literally everything
that you'd need for your entire
business. If you don't believe me, just
look up the million other people that
have made videos on GoHigh Level and you
can see for yourself. And Gohigh Level
does have a scheduling feature inside
where people can schedule a call with
you or you can just get them on the call
and sell your service or your coaching.
All right, YouTube just got 10 times
easier and nobody is talking about it.
You used to need an entire film crew.
And it used to be a full-time job for
you to just do any work at all on
YouTube, but now you can get work done
in as little as 15 to 30 minutes a day,
and you can actually grow a fulltime
YouTube channel. That's exactly what I'm
going to be talking about at the live
training that we're doing this week.
Exactly how to grow your YouTube
channel. So, click the link in the
description in the pin comment below to
check that out, guys. I will be
answering questions before, during, and
after the live training. It's completely
free. Plus, I'll be giving away an AI
that is designed to help you pick your
niche if you don't have one in the first
place or if you already have a niche.
It's going to help you make it 10 times
better. So, really looking forward to
talking with you guys. This is stuff
that we never talked about before. So,
click that link in the description and
comment below and I look forward to
seeing you there. Now, in module 10,
we're going to talk about what happens
when someone actually raises their hand
and how to sell it without feeling like
a salesman, including the part where
Claude writes your entire sales script
for you. Most of the people that I've
helped hate selling. We're talking
nurses, engineers, teachers, people
working in IT or cyber security careers,
people working in finance or business
related careers. Right? If the word
sales makes your skin crawl, this module
was built for you. Because in this
business, you don't hunt buyers. You
build a lighthouse and the ships come to
the light. Now, proof first. Carla runs
a remote staffing business. She is not a
creator. She is not an influencer. She
is not famous. and her content is not
super polished. It's simple and that's
what I recommend that people do is keep
the content simple. And when she had
about 14 or 1500 followers and most of
her videos were getting under 200 views,
she made a $106,000
sale from a video that got about 100 to
200 views on YouTube. Now, she never
cold called that buyer. She never ran an
ad to the buyer. The content did the 7
hours of trust building while she slept.
And by the time the buyer booked the
call with her, they were ready to buy.
Okay? And not only were they ready to
buy, but they were ready to commit to a
$106,000 contract. So by the time a
buyer books a call with you, they've
already watched you for hours. So
they're not asking if you're good,
they're asking if you'll take them. And
it's not just her. Look at our client.
He was an 18-year-old business owner and
he was a foreign exchange student who
got into an elite university in the
United States. And so we helped him dial
in his niche because he was kind of all
over the place. We helped him make his
offer and his offer in his niche was
basically helping foreign exchange
students get into an elite university in
the United States as well. And after
launching his offer, within a very short
period of time, he had an $80,000 month.
And he had so many people that wanted to
work with him, even though he had a tiny
YouTube channel, he wasn't getting that
many views, that he literally had to
stop posting on YouTube, and he had to
put hundreds and hundreds of people on a
wait list who had their credit cards out
waiting to give him money for his offer.
And that is what content does to sales.
It turns the interrogation into a
checkout. Right? So instead of them
coming up and interrogating you about
why they should buy your product, which
is what most sales processes are like,
they're coming up product in hand, ready
to check it out, and all you have to do
is be a cashier, right? And this is you,
or if you're a business owner watching
this, this would be your sales team if
you have sales people. I know that some
of you don't want to do sales at all.
And I do have a decent amount of clients
that decide to just not do sales and
they decide to leave a lot of money on
the table because again the best buyers
are going to be people who buy high
ticket products and services. And I've
explained why that is in the previous
module. And the best business model that
I found that has worked for so many
people literally just countless amounts
of people out there is to make content
give all the information away for free
and sell the implementation to high
ticket buyers. Whether that
implementation is in the form of a
coaching program, uh some sort of
donefor you service or like an agency or
something in between those two things,
this is the best business model. With
that being said, there are plenty of
people that I have worked with that are
willing to leave a lot of money on the
table and just sell other people's
products or services in the form of
affiliate marketing or brand deals. And
of course, they're making really good
money from AdSense as well. And that's
good enough for them. And if that's you,
then you can skip this module. You don't
have to do it. But I highly recommend
that you go through this module anyways.
And here's why. There is only so many
eyeballs in the world. And YouTube
already has over 2 billion monthly
active users. And most of them are from
first world countries. Okay? So there's
only about 8 billion people in the
world. YouTube already has 25% of them
watching YouTube on a monthly basis. And
the majority of the people that are
watching YouTube are from first world
countries, aka countries where people
have disposable income. countries where
people can actually afford to buy high
ticket products and services. And let's
go over the numbers really quickly here.
Okay, so if you have what's known as a
mass market entertainment channel, I'm
just going to do mm int, you are going
to be making somewhere between most
likely one to $3 per 1,000 views. Okay,
so this is revenue
per 1k views. Okay, revenue per 1k
views. All right, with a mass market
entertainment channel, you're going to
be making about$1 to3 dollars per 1,000
views. So, with 1 million views, you
would be making about 1,000
to $3,000
per month. Okay, 1 million views is a
lot of views, guys. Okay, and this is
long form content. If you're doing
shorts, oh my gosh, you're going to make
way less. You're going to make like 10
cents per 1,000 views. you're going to
need tens of millions of views. Now,
this is where you get into the full-time
income territory, okay? So, $1 to $3,000
per month is like full-time income
territory, right? But that's a lot of
views, guys. Getting a million views is
not easy now. If you're making mass
market educational content, you're
typically going to make about $20 per
1,000 views, right? So, that's like 10
times more. And that means you can
probably make about the same amount of
money with about 100k views. Okay? So
you'd make that 1K to 3K per month with
about 100K views. All right? But this is
assuming that you're making money from
the typical ways that YouTubers make
money. So you're relying on AdSense.
Maybe you have a little bit of affiliate
marketing going on and you're doing like
sponsorships and brand deals, right? So
you could make maybe about $20 per 1,000
views. So that means you'd still need
about a h 100,000 views to get to this
$1 to $3,000 per month range. Then
you've got mass market education plus
high ticket. Okay,
so this is my main channel. This is
where you're properly monetizing your
channel with high ticket. This is where
on my main channel we make about $400
per 1,000 views on average. Okay? And
that is 20 times more than a mass market
education channel. So that means that I
would only have to get about 5,000 views
per month to make it to this same
number. Right? We'll just we'll just go
like that so I don't have to type it
again. Right? I'd only have to get about
5,000 views per month to make it to this
number. All right? So it is mass market.
So I'm targeting a bit more of a mass
market audience. And part of that is
just simply because I can. Right at this
point, I'm financially free and I can
make whatever content I want. And I do.
If I'm interested in some type of thing,
I will make a bunch of videos about it
until I'm not interested in it anymore.
And then I'll make less videos about it
or just stop making videos about it
altogether, right? And that may not be
the smartest move financially, but it's
the move that I want to make because
that's, you know, I just make videos
about whatever I want at this point,
right? But I'm still making about $400
per 10,000 views. So, even though I'm
doing mass market educational content, I
am properly monetizing it with high
ticket products and services. I'm giving
all the information away for free and
I'm selling the implementation. And I
sell other stuff, too. I actually have
two businesses built off of this
channel. So, I do some affiliate
marketing. I do some sponsorships and I
do all that other stuff. Uh, and I still
make a good amount of money from AdSense
alone. And so, I really only need about
5,000 views to make it to that 1 to 3k
per month range. But check this out.
niche
education content
plus high ticket.
We started a second channel. It's called
Shane Helus the content growth engine.
And in the very first month of that
channel, we made about $42,000.
And that means that we made
approximately $1,700 per 1,000 views.
Now, that was just in the very first
month of the channel. Later on, once the
channel had matured a little bit, we got
it to about $4,000
per 1,000 views.
$4,000, guys. So, that means I only need
to have about 500 views per month to
make it to this same number. 500 views
per month, guys. Not 500,000, 500 per
month. And that means per day, if you do
the math, you know, divide this by 30,
that's like 20 views a day. It's less
than 20 views per day. Okay? So, less
than 20 views per day to make it to this
1 to 3k per month range. All right? And
that is why our client Allen made a
video that got 20 views. He booked one
sales call from it and he had a $2,400
sale because you only have to get about
20 views per day to make it to something
that would be close to a full-time
income, right? And that is why I
recommend making niche educational
content, content where you're solving a
very specific problem for a very
specific type of person and then selling
a high ticket solution for them. Okay?
And that's how you can make it to $4,000
per 1,000 views. Now, by the way, guys,
$4,000 sounds like a lot per 1,000
views, but we have clients that are in
the 10K to 30K range per 1,000 views. We
have one client, this particular client
wants to remain anonymous. We respect
that. Who gets about 500
to 1,000 views per video. Okay? 1,000
views per video.
And they make about 10 million a year.
In fact, they make over 10 million per
year. We have another client who gets
about a 100 to 200 views per video. This
client also wants to remain anonymous
and they have a $2 million business.
Okay? 2 million. They made $2 million
last year. Now, these clients want to
remain anonymous because they don't want
a bunch of competitors. They don't want
people to know that they're making so
much money. And I respect that, right? I
never talk about our clients that make a
ton of money unless they give me
permission. And that's actually kind of
a side benefit of having a niche
educational channel and selling high
ticket is a lot of people have no idea
that you're making money, which is epic.
But the point is, both of these clients
have niche educational channels and both
of them are selling a high ticket
product or service. And there are only
so many eyeballs in the world, guys. And
it is getting more and more competitive
to get a piece of the pie, get some of
those eyeballs. And so you might as well
just pick the right eyeballs with your
niche content, niche educational
content, solve the right problem for
them, right, with your niche hypothesis
statement, and then sell them a high
ticket service or high ticket coaching
program that solves that problem for
them. And that is why I recommend doing
this. But the one thing that you have to
do if you're selling high ticket is you
have to do sales. Okay? you're going to
have to take sales calls. So, you can
make it 10 times harder on yourself to
make money and not do sales calls. And
that's a choice. We do have people that
do that and we still have people that
make pretty good money doing that. Or
you can make it 10 times easier on
yourself and just take sales calls and
think about like how many sales calls
you have to take to make like let's just
say $5,000, right? Let's do the math on
that. Let's let's say your goal is to
make $5,000, right?
you have a product where you price it at
$5,000. Okay,
that means at a 20% close rate, which is
very conservative, that means you're
going to have to take five sales calls.
Okay, at a 20% close rate, five sales
calls. Let's reverse engineer the math
on this. Okay, so you got to take five
sales calls, right? 20% close rate,
which by the way, a lot of the time the
close rate is a heck of a lot higher
than that, but let's just say you got a
20% close rate. In order to get those
five sales calls, you're going to need
about 100 people to visit your landing
page to book a call, right? 100 people
visit your landing page to book a call
in order to get those five sales calls.
In order to get a 100 people to visit
your landing page, you might need to get
about 2,000
views. Okay, 2,000 views. So, if you're
posting a video once a week, that means
you only need to get 500 views per
video. And that's assuming you're just
getting started because chances are
you're going to be getting a lot more
views than that from your past catalog
once you get started. So, you're just
going to need to get 500 views per video
to get 2,000 views. And of those 2,000
views, 5% of people are clicking your
link. That's a 100 landing page views.
100 landing page views, you're going to
book five calls. And out of those five
calls, one person is going to close. And
that's how you make $5,000. So you can
literally make a full-time income,
$5,000 by posting one video per week,
getting 500 views per video on average.
5% of those people click your link.
That's 100 people clicking onto your
landing page. 5% of those people, 5% of
those people book a sales call. That's
five sales calls. And then 20% of those
people actually end up buying your
product. That's one person. Okay?
So this is very doable. And this is the
reason why I recommend this business
model, guys, because you don't need to
get that many views to make a bunch of
money. Like, you are going to make at
least 10 times more money if you sell a
high ticket product or service. And the
craziest thing is you can actually stack
all of them. So, you can still be doing
affiliate marketing. You can still be
doing sponsorships and brand deals, and
you can sell a high ticket product and
service on top of those other things.
And then you make even more money on top
of the money that you're already making,
right? But this is the business model
that I've seen time and time and time
again work for so many different people
and this is the math behind why it
works. So this is why I recommend doing
it. But now let's get into the call
itself. Now I'm not going to teach you
sales methodology because you'd forget
it by Thursday. Instead what I'm going
to do is I'm going to have Claude write
your personal sales script customized to
your niche, your offer, and your buyers.
And you're just going to follow it word
for word. Now I will give a shout out
and I will give credit where credit is
due. Jeremy Miner is really good at
sales. And one of Jeremy Miner's
offshoots, the guy who started his
company and then kind of started his own
company is this guy named Matthew Ryder,
also known as Sales Sniper. So, I like
Jeremy Miner stuff and I like sales
sniper stuff when it comes to actually
doing sales calls. They are far better
at sales than I am, but the truth is you
don't have to be that good at sales when
you're getting your leads from YouTube
because, like I said, you're going to
have people coming in hot, ready to buy,
and you basically just have to be a
cashier. So, all you have to do is not
mess up people who already want to buy
from you. So, we're going to create a
very simple sales script for you that
will allow you to do just that. So, here
is the sales script generator and I want
you to paste this into Claude. Now, like
I put in here, uh this is from the
Jeremy Miner school. Okay? I personally
really like his sales stuff. I think
it's great. I also like Sales Sniper who
came from the Jeremy Miner school as
well. That's Matthew Ryder. So, if you
really want to get into sales, I would
go check their stuff out. But again,
this is a quick and easy way to get
started. And this is a ready to paste
Claude prompt. You can literally
screenshot this, put it into Claude,
answer the questions, and it will write
out a sales script word for word for
you. Then you are going to print this
out on your call or just have it on your
screen on the call when you're doing a
sales call and pretty much just read it
word for word. Okay? Do not deviate from
this very much. That's a big mistake
that I see beginners make when it comes
to sales is they deviate from what
already works. You almost want to read
it out word for word. Now, you can
literally have it on your screen, right?
You don't necessarily have to show your
screen. You can have it on your screen
while you're on a Zoom call with them,
for instance, and you can just read it
out almost word for word or you can
print it. You can put it next to your
laptop and you can follow it. But your
job on the call is to ask good questions
and then listen. The buyer should be
talking 80% of the time and by the end,
most of them are going to close
themselves. Now, at the very end, you
are going to reveal the price. And once
you reveal the price, which by the way,
you should be charging at least $2,000 a
month or $3,000 if it's like a one-time
coaching program. Okay, that would be
the absolute bare minimum that you
charge. But once you reveal the price, I
want you to say it confidently and I
want you to pause after the price
reveal. Okay? Do not say anything. There
might be a long pause. Whoever talks
first loses. Let your prospect talk
first. Even if they say, "Oh, oh my
gosh, that sounds so expensive." Let
your prospect talk first. Okay? Do not
talk first after you reveal the price.
So that is my two cents for sales. I
started off with exactly that as well.
And that will get you started in the
right direction. Now, inside of our
community, we have much more extensive
training on this. With that being said,
for a video like this, this is a great
place to get you started. And this can
get you to a 20% close rate, especially
if you're getting traffic from YouTube.
Now, if you want to get to a 30 or a 40%
close rate, you need to be better than
this. But this will get you to 20%. And
that means you only have to take five
calls on average to make your first
sale. One more thing, and this is the
most important sales advice in this
whole course. The sale is just the
starting line. Most people obsess over
getting the sale, and then they get lazy
about actually delivering the result. I
want you to flip that. Treat your
buyers, especially the first buyers that
come into your program, like royalty.
Overdeliver until it's almost
embarrassing because your first three to
five buyers become your first three to
five testimonials. and your first three
to five testimonials will sell the next
30 for you. So, your goal with those
first three to five people that you get
in is to get all of them results. Get
yourself like at least three
testimonials and then with those
testimonials, all of the extra sales
that come in are going to be
significantly easier. Now, before you
have testimonials, you're probably going
to have people ask you, "Hey, do you
have any case studies? Do you have any
testimonials?" What you want to do right
away is you want to make it seem
extremely exclusive, which it is. Tell
them that you're launching a pilot
program and you're giving them a massive
discount over what the eventual price is
going to be, which is probably true.
You're almost certainly going to raise
your prices because it's much smarter to
raise your prices later on. But you're
launching a pilot program. You're going
to get them results and the only thing
that you ask in exchange for that
massive discount is that they give you a
testimonial at the end. So, this is
going to set the tone for everything.
So, that way you're not begging for a
testimonial at the end. It's expected if
you get them results. So, this is
exactly what I did with my first clients
as well. I overd delivered. I made sure
that they got results. I was actually
bugging them about it all the time like,
"Hey, have you uploaded videos today?
Hey, hey, hey, hey." I was bugging them
about it constantly and that is how I
got them results. And I just carried
them across the finish line as much as
possible. And then I got those first few
testimonials and the rest is history,
right? People buy a lot more easily when
they have testimonials and then you get
more testimonials and it's just a
virtuous cycle. So here's how to start.
Open the door. Set up a free booking
linkly or similar free plan. put it plus
your one-s sentence offer from module 9
in every video description and your pin
comment. Then always add one line
towards the end of your videos. If you
want help with this personally, there's
a link below. Click that link in the
description in the pin comment below.
That's it. No pitch, no countdown timer.
The lighthouse is lit. And of course,
make sure to actually put the link in
the description and the pin comment. The
link you can put automatically in the
description. The pin comment, you have
to actually log in after your video goes
live and then manually put that link in
there. But it does help a little bit,
but you don't have to do that, but it
definitely does help. So, your task is
booking link live one-s sentence offer
under every video. And in module 11, the
whole course collapses onto one
calendar, the 90-day map. And I want to
introduce you to the community member
whose goal was so small that it might
make you laugh and whose story you might
remember longer than anything else in
this course. YouTube and building your
personal brand just got 10 times easier
and nobody's talking about it. And the
reason it got 10 times easier is because
of AI and specifically cloud AI. That's
what we're going to be talking about in
this week's live training that we're
doing. Click the link down in the
description in the pin comment below. I
will be there. I'll be answering
questions before, during, and after.
We'll also be giving you an AI that's
been designed to help you pick your
niche if you don't have one in the first
place, or if you already have one, it's
going to help you make it 10 times
better. So, we worked very hard on this
AI. People absolutely love it. We've
literally gotten hundreds of comments
from people that love it. So, you do not
want to miss out on it. And if you're
watching this in the future for whatever
reason or it's already past the time of
the live training, still click on that
link because we will be having more live
trainings in the future and you will be
the first person to know cuz it'll put
you on a wait list for that. But with
that being said, it's completely free.
No reason not to attend. Click that link
in the description, the pin comment
below, and I'll see you on the other
side. All right, so let's talk about the
90-day map, guys. So now, let me tell
you about a member of my community. He's
a retired guy and his name is Guy. And
he had enough saved to retire
technically, but it was going to be a
meager retirement. The kind where you
check the thermostat twice and see your
grandkids on holidays only. And his
dream wasn't to have a Lamborghini. His
whole goal was just an extra $1 to
$2,000 a month when he first started
with us. That's it. Because it would
make a massive difference in his quality
of life during retirement. Because at
his stage of life, two grand a month is
the difference between existing and
actually living, right? the vacations,
the flights to family, the being able to
go out and have dinners when you want
to. The being able to say yes to your
friends instead of no to your friend's
life. So he took what he knew, what he
understood, which is tenitus because he
had constant ringing in the ears, also
known as tenitus. This is something that
millions of people suffer with, and he
started helping people with it using
this exact system. And he hit his number
almost immediately with a tiny audience,
right? He got to 1 to 2k per month
within a very short time after starting
with us. And he only had 446
subscribers. Now, today he's making a
lot more than that, but I tell you his
story at the start of this module for a
reason. Your 90-day target doesn't have
to be to replace your income or to make
10K per month or to make even 30K per
month. It could just be 1 to $2,000 a
month. And honestly, if you're not
working directly with myself or my team,
you probably should set a lower target,
right? Because it is going to take you
longer to get results if you're trying
to do this on your own. So, 1 to 2,000 a
month, one to three buyers. That's the
beach head. Okay? Hit the beach head.
And floors 2, three, and four are just
repetition. So, here's the entire course
on one calendar. Days 1 to 7, pick the
niche. Days 8 to 21, post your first
four videos. Get them shipped. Get the
machine operating and batched. Days 22
to 60, videos 5 to 14 with a 10-minute
Friday review every week to make sure
you're getting your content better and
better. And days 45 to 90 or right away,
you can start selling stuff, right?
Start putting affiliate marketing links
in your description. Start offering
booking links to book a call with you in
your description. either they pay you
directly for your coaching and they pay
at least $100 an hour or the call is
free and you sell them something on the
call and then by day 90 you've got your
first buyers and that is the beach head.
And this is a very realistic timeline
especially if you're doing it on your
own. If you are one of those people
who's the 1% or the 0.1% that actually
wants to work with us one-on-one. You
want us to literally mentor you
one-on-one or you want us to do the work
for you, then go ahead and book a call
with us down in the description in the
pin comment below. It'll be the second
link down there. Right. And I know this
is going to be a very very small
percentage of people watching this and
that is completely fine. You do not have
to do that. But if you want to get
results faster or have a higher chance
of getting results and a higher chance
of doing it significantly faster, you
want to book that call. But if not, it's
totally fine. Get our free resources,
watch our content, definitely attend our
live trainings. Whether you book a call
with us or not, definitely attend the
live trainings cuz that's going to help
you out tremendously. And like I said,
we want to give 10 to 100 times more
value than what we receive and expect
nothing in return. With that being said,
you're probably wondering, how long did
it really take for our community members
to get results? Well, Carla took six
months of sub 200 view videos before she
got the six-figure contract. Now, to be
fair, when she was selling that product
or service, she was posting a lot of
these videos before she joined us. Okay?
But once she joined us, she did get
results a lot faster. Nathan signed his
first $1,000 a month buyer within a few
weeks of starting. Cheryl posted for
years with nothing, then caught fire in
two months once the system was right.
Tracy's turnaround started in month one
and my brother, his very first video
took off and he went from zero to a
full-time income in less than one month.
Isaiah implemented all of our trainings.
He didn't have enough money to join our
program and he was able to make it to a
full-time income within around a month
after starting to implement our
training. And then once he joined our
program, it got even better and he was
able to make it to nearly $30,000 in a
single month. So, same playbook but
different clocks. The playbook doesn't
promise you a date. It promises you a
direction and the runway math from
module 7. If you commented day one at
the start of this course, this calendar
is what your next 90 days looks like.
Day 90, you come back to that comment
and you reply to it and you tell
everybody what results you got. Now,
I've done this in other videos
throughout the years. I've never made a
full course like this, but I've made
other videos kind of similar to this.
And I love seeing people replying to
their own comments and seeing what their
updates are, right? That makes me feel
so happy, right? Even though most of
those people never paid me a dime, it
still makes me feel incredibly happy
because this is the video that I wish I
had when I was younger. Real talk for a
second because somebody needs to say
this to you without a curse word, but
without a hug either, right? Someone
needs to just be real with you. If
you've watched this far and you do
nothing, nothing changes. Not because
you failed, but because you never
boarded, right? You never got started
and you never persisted. The people in
these stories are not smarter than you.
They're not. They just started the clock
and they refused to stop it for 90 days.
and you will be shocked what you can
accomplish with 90 days of consistent
action. So, here's how to start. Board
the plane. Open your calendar right now.
Block day 1 to 7 this week, the
inventory plus the niche. Block your
module 6 batch afternoon for next week.
Block 10 minutes every Friday for the
review. Three calendar blocks. And
that's going to be the whole commitment.
If it's not in the calendar, it's a
wish. Make sure you put it in your
calendar. Whatever you use, Microsoft
Outlook, Google calendar, put it in
there. And your task is three calendar
blocks right now. Now, there's one
module left in the main course, and it's
for the voice in the back of your head
that's been talking this whole time. All
right, time out. Time out, guys. This is
the studio, and we are getting ready for
the free live training that we're having
this week on how to grow your YouTube
channel and your personal brand using
Cloud AI. So, we're very, very excited
to do this live training, right? This is
the studio. This is what it all looks
like. This is the TV that I have behind
the camera as well. And we're very, very
excited to do this live training here.
We're going to be teaching you, even if
you're a complete beginner, exactly how
to start on YouTube, specifically
growing your personal brand on YouTube
and growing an educational channel where
you can actually help other people in
the world and doing it in a reasonable
amount of time, like a side hustle
amount of time, 15 to 30 minutes a day
in many cases to start growing your
YouTube channel and making money. And
I'll be answering questions before,
during, and after. So, you'll get to
meet me. I'll answer a bunch of your
questions. You'll get to meet a bunch of
case studies of people that have had
success in our community. and I'll be
giving away an AI that helps you pick
your niche in the first place if you
don't have one already or if you already
have one. It'll help you make it 10
times better. So, this is an incredible
AI. We've gotten hundreds of comments
from people that say this is like the
best thing they've ever used. So, do not
miss out on this AI. With that being
said, if you're watching this video in
the future for whatever reason and
you're wondering, you know, hey, I think
I missed the live training, still click
on that link because we will
automatically put you on a wait list to
attend the next live training that we
do. And with that being said, looking
forward to see you. Click that link in
the description, the pin comment below,
and I'll see you on the other side.
Welcome to module 12, the gauntlet.
We're going to talk about every single
excuse that you might have, and we're
going to absolutely execute them. So,
five things the back of your head is
probably saying to you right now, and
five real people who've already executed
each excuse. Number one is, I'm too old
for this. All right, Craig is a realtor
in Montana, and he is close to 70 years
old. Okay, he's nearly 70, right? He's
in his late 60s. And I actually said he
was 70 years old in a previous video and
he called me out on it, right? He
actually talked to me because we we work
together 101 in our coaching and he
actually talked to me and he was like,
"Hey, I'm not 70." So, sorry about that,
Craig. but he is in his late60s and he
has one of the biggest Montana realy
companies in existence and he had been
posting on YouTube for years and in all
that time even though he did ads and
everything he did shorts he tried
everything and all that time he' gotten
40,000 total views not long form views
total views cuz some of the views like I
said were ads some of them were shorts
etc etc and he wasn't really getting
results from YouTube then one of his
very first videos with us did over a
100,000 views right because he was doing
things the right way he was using our
system and And the camera does not check
your birth certificate. And in most
niches, age reads as credibility. So 60
years of life is 60 years of an unfair
head start. So if you're older, it's
actually easier for you to grow on
YouTube. And it's easier for you to
start a oneperson business. Literally,
I'm not even kidding with you. It is
significantly easier. There is a supply
and demand imbalance on YouTube. 50 and
above own 70 to 80% of the wealth in the
United States. Advertisers want to
advertise to 50 and above, but there's
not that many people on YouTube that are
50 and above making content. And
generally speaking, you attract more of
people that are like you. So, if you're
50 and above, you're going to attract a
larger audience of people who are also
50 and above. Plus, there's lots of
people that are young that are making
content and there's not that many people
that are on the older side making
content. So, again, supply and demand is
in your favor. So, there's a lot of
older people that would prefer to watch
other older people. There's just not
enough older people making content. And
there's also a lot of younger people who
would prefer to get their advice from
older people as well. But again, there's
not a lot of older people making
content. So, it is significantly easier
for you to blow up on YouTube if you're
older. But also, you can just look at so
many of our clients. R.J., for instance,
R.J. the unretired. He started on
YouTube and within a few months, he made
it to nearly $30,000 in a single month.
And his target audience was older
people. And he is older himself. My
brother Zach's another example. Craig's
another example. Cheryl is another
example. Nurse Jen's another example.
And I could just go on and on and on.
Number two, Shane, I have a full-time
job. I don't have time. Let me introduce
you to Bill Hannah, the financial
controller. Now, Bill, when I worked
with him, was literally a full-time
financial controller. I'm not sure if he
quit his job yet or not, but he is a
very, very busy guy. If you work in
finance, you're working like 60 to 80
hours a week. Very busy guy. And he
started teaching accountants who were
already making money how they could get
into much higher paying jobs. For
instance, become financial controllers
with his YouTube channel and his
offerings. and he made it to $70,000 in
a single month in the time that I worked
with him from a relatively small
channel. He was very busy, but he still
did it. And honestly, most of the people
that we work with are busy
professionals. We've had lots of
doctors, for instance, that have come
into the program and gotten incredible
results. There's Dr. Chris, there's Dr.
Clifford, then there's Dr. Danny, who
started with us recently and got over
900,000 view video that's probably going
to hit a million here pretty soon. And I
could just go on and on. Obviously, I'm
using doctors as an example because
doctors are very busy, but there's a lot
of other types of busy people out there
as well that have gotten results with
our program. Business owners, highle
executives, managers, people in very
busy, you know, business related
careers, medical related careers, etc.,
etc. These are all very, very busy
people. Richard Walls was another person
who worked with us. He was incredibly
busy. He is a product manager at a
Fortune50 company. He probably works
about 80 hours a week, plus he had a
newborn baby, plus he had investment
properties like real estate investment
properties, etc., etc. And in the time
we worked with him, we helped him get to
$12,000 in a single month. Now, he was
too busy to do the high ticket products
and services. He just did affiliate
marketing plus AdSense, but the point
remains, we still helped him make a
bunch of extra money with his YouTube
channel. Number three is, I can't be on
camera or I'm too shy to do this. We do
recommend that you're on camera. It's
just way easier to get views. It's just
way easier to get results. It's way
easier to have people trust you enough
that they actually buy from you. With
that being said, you can look at our
client Whiz of Ecom. When he first
started on his channel, he was making
faceless content. So, he basically had a
cartoon character that represented him.
Now, he was still using his real voice,
which we do recommend that you do.
YouTube likes to demonetize or even
delete channels if they're using fake AI
voices, but the point is he was making
content where he wasn't showing his
face. He was anonymous. And it was
actually interesting because if you do
it in the right way, the way that we
recommend doing it, people become very
curious about who you are and they'll
keep watching your channel because
basically someday they think they're
going to know who you are, right? And he
actually started a sevenf figureure
business just making faceless content.
And he said that almost all of his
clients either directly or indirectly
came from YouTube. Then eventually he
did a face reveal about 2 years ago. He
actually revealed his face and ever
since then he's continued to do really
well. But the point is he started off
faceless. I actually started off
faceless as well. My first couple
channels that I made were faceless
channels. And even though I highly
recommend that you show your face
because there's just so many advantages
to showing your face and having a
personal brand, you can still start off
faceless and that's totally fine. And by
the way, even if you show your face,
people are not going to discover you.
So, if you're worried about your
roommates knowing who you are or your
friends or your family or anything like
that, I didn't have anyone recognize me
or anyone discover my stuff or anyone
message me on Facebook like my old high
school friends or college friends or
anything like that until I had well over
a 100,000 subscribers. So, chances are
just about nobody is ever going to
recognize you even if you're showing
your face. Okay? And you don't have to
tell anybody about your YouTube channel.
I didn't tell anybody until I had well
over 100,000 subscribers. Number four is
I already tried this and it didn't work.
Right? There's going to be some people
watching this that have already tried
this and it didn't work. Maybe you
already bought a course, you already
bought a coaching program, you already
tried doing this from free courses,
etc., etc., and didn't work. And it's
like, yeah, there's a ton of other
people that have had the exact same
situation. So, Guy, for instance, is an
example of someone who tried it and it
didn't work for him. He was getting
absolutely zero traction whatsoever.
Cheryl posted on YouTube for years, got
absolutely no traction whatsoever, and
then one of her first videos with us
blew up and absolutely blew up her
channel. Josiah Novak was posting on
YouTube for a very long time. Never had
any videos really blow up and do
anything special. Then he started
working with us and he got his record
video in no time. It now has over
400,000 views. And that has resulted in
a massive amount of clients because he's
in a very niche part of fitness where he
only sells to high ticket clients. And I
could just go on and on. And number five
is the big one, and that is AI is going
to make all of this pointless. I'm too
late. No, it's not. All right. It's
absolutely not. Emily and Don launched a
channel that pulled in 120,000 views and
11,000 new followers in their first
seven days recently in a world already
full of AI content. Right? They're in a
particular niche that has a lot of AI
content. There's a lot of AI slop on the
internet and they still are crushing it.
So, first of all, YouTube is banning AI
slop left and right. So, they're
literally demonetizing channels, even
deleting entire channels. They're
posting AI slop. And even if it doesn't
get deleted, the chances of it working
are very low. And even if it does work,
which is very low because most people
don't even want to watch AI slop. Think
about it. Do you want to watch AI slop?
Of course you don't. And everyone else
is the same way. But even if it does
work and YouTube doesn't delete it,
everyone else is going to be able to
copy you really easily, right? Cuz if
you can make an AI slop channel, then
other people can just copy your AI slop
channel and there's nothing stopping
them from doing that, right? And in all
of those cases, it's going to be very
difficult to actually monetize. So
you're going to have to get millions of
views to make a full-time income. And
not just millions of views per year, but
millions of views a month to make a
full-time income. Okay. So, you
absolutely do not need to fear AI. AI is
not going to solve all the problems out
there. There's lots of problems that are
human problems that only other human
beings can help people to solve. And
every other industrial revolution in
history, every other massive leap
forward in history, yes, it did delete
some jobs, but way more other jobs
popped up. And that's exactly what's
happening with AI right now. There's
jobs that exist now that didn't even
exist 3 years ago when AI first came
out. And there's tons of them. So, you
might be thinking, "But what's the
catch, Shane?" Well, you've now seen the
whole system, so you already know the
answer. The catch is module 7. The catch
is that it takes months of unglamorous
Fridays on average while the bamboo
grows underground. And 95% of people
simply won't do that, which is exactly
why it keeps working for the 5% who
will. And you just watched a late60s
realtor, a full-time financial
controller, a camera shy recovering guy,
and a 446 subscriber channel, and two
brand new creators, as well as countless
other examples, walk through it. Right?
They did it. They committed to doing
this consistently and now it's your
move. So, let's run this whole thing
back in one breath. Every recommended
business is secretly a second job except
the one where buyers come to you. Every
business dies at traffic, right? And all
the other business models work if you
have a YouTube channel and you have
traffic. And every business dies at
traffic. Content is the only door that
compounds. And the empty lane is long
form and the moat is you because nobody
can clone a person. Your niche is
already paid for in hours. The package
decides who finds it and the machine
runs on four hours a week. So the runway
is about 14 videos and money stacks in
floors. So your first offer sells the X,
not the chalk. Buyers come to the
lighthouse and the map is 90 days long.
So don't chase buyers, build the thing
that makes buyers chase you. And that's
going to make everything else
significantly easier in your business
because you get to be picky about who
you work with, which is exactly the
situation that we're in. And listen, I'm
not special. I'm a guy who went six
figures into debt for a career that he
didn't want and figured this out. the
long stupid way so that you don't have
to. The nurse wasn't special either. The
chess coach wasn't special. The retired
guy with tennis channel wasn't special.
They all just started the clock. They
started taking action and then they
consistently uploaded videos. All right,
so heads up. The next 60 seconds are the
only pitch in this entire course and
it's clearly labeled and then we're
done. Now, you already know my business
model because I told you in minute
three, all the information is free. I
just sell the implementation. And for
most of you, genuinely more than 99% the
move is simple. Take everything in this
video, come to this week's free
workshop, grab the niche validator pro
from the free workshop. Definitely do
that, but also get the resources in the
description, the pin comment below if
you haven't done it already, and then go
build the thing, right? And you could
pay with time instead of money. And I
will be cheering for you in the comment
section, but there's going to be a small
group of you. In practice, it's been
about 0.1% of the people who watch where
it makes more sense for you to just have
us do it for you or work with you
one-on-one so you can do it yourself.
Maybe for instance, you're a busy
professional like a nurse, a doctor, a
lawyer, an IT person, someone who works
in software development, someone who
works in finance, or someone who's high
up in business, and you have more money
than you have spare hours. Or maybe you
already have a business, okay, and you
don't have time to figure this out on
your own. You want somebody to help you
get the views, get the subscribers, get
the leads, and get the sales for you. Or
maybe you already have a YouTube channel
and you're getting views, but you're
struggling with the monetization side.
Or maybe you have a YouTube channel and
you're crushing it just like Sean who I
talked about earlier who's already
making 30,000 a month but he wanted to
scale even more. We helped him get to
500,000 a month. So you're a YouTuber
who's crushing but you want to crush it
even more. Or maybe you have a big
following on other social media
platforms and you want to bring that
following over to YouTube because you
know that YouTube is where the real
money's at. So an example of that would
be Farah who I just interviewed last
week. She already had a big following on
Tik Tok but it was really hard to
monetize it. So she brought that
following over to YouTube and now she's
making a full-time income. Right? If
that is you, then go ahead and book a
call with us by clicking the second link
in the description in the pin comment
below. On that call, we'll figure out
where you are right now, where you want
to be. We'll make a plan to get there,
and we'll see if we're a good fit to
work together or not. And historically,
we've only accepted about 18% of people
who book a call. So, only book if you're
very serious about growing and making
money on YouTube and starting your
oneperson business using YouTube as the
mother platform, and then syndicating
the content to other platforms. If not,
just attend our live training. You can
ask me questions directly before,
during, and after the live training.
It's also going to be super valuable and
we'll help you dial your niche in. Pick
your niche if you don't have one in the
first place or if you already have one,
make it 10 times better. Plus, we'll
help you get started step by step, okay?
And the link to the live training is the
first link in the description in the pin
comment below. And if you're watching
this in the future, still click that
link because it'll automatically put you
on the wait list for whenever our next
live training is. And hey, whether we
work together or not, thank you for
spending this time with me, right? If
this course helped you, the two best
ways to say thanks are gently tapping
that like button and then sending it to
one person who's been talking about
starting something for years. And when
you hit day 90, come back to your day
one comment and tell me what happened. I
read them all of them. Now, the next
video you should watch is on your screen
right now, and that is how I helped my
brother go from zero to a full-time
income in less than one month. And you
can click right here to check that out.
