Video summary
The core teaching presented in this video centers on the power of mental visualization as a tool for imposing one's will upon reality before taking physical action. The speaker begins by addressing gym-goers who frequent the Temple of Iron, advising them to visualize their entire workout session before ever stepping onto equipment or lifting weights. By mentally rehearsing specific movements like deadlifts and anticipating how they feel under heavy loads, individuals can create a blueprint that makes actual execution easier and more precise. This practice is not limited to weightlifting but extends to any athletic competition, such as an MMA fight or a Warhammer match, where formulating a strategy in the mind beforehand allows one to proactively impose their desired outcome rather than merely reacting passively to events.
Beyond physical training, this principle applies broadly to creative endeavors and professional projects, illustrated by the speaker's own experience designing woolen shorts made from merino fabric. The design process began entirely within his imagination, where he defined exactly what he wanted regarding comfort, texture, and suitability for different environments before a single prototype was created. Similarly, when producing videos or writing articles, the essential step is to first determine the primary message or feeling one wishes to convey; without this clear mental definition, content risks being aimless or low-quality. The speaker emphasizes that whether crafting a speech, posting on social media, or creating art, defining the central purpose and desired emotional impact in advance ensures that every element serves a specific function aligned with the creator's intent.
While reality often disrupts initial plans once execution begins, having a pre-constructed mental scenario remains far superior to acting without any strategy at all. The speaker notes that even when circumstances change or details need adjustment during implementation, possessing a foundational vision provides direction and resilience against chaos. This approach transforms the mind into a powerful weapon capable of manifesting desires through disciplined thought followed by action. Ultimately, the video concludes with an encouragement for viewers to adopt this habit in their daily lives, suggesting that consistent mental preparation will lead to greater success, inspiration, and control over one's environment across all aspects of life.

absolutely aesthetic stuff for sure. So,
do check them out. First link in the
description box below.
Absolutely aesthetic. I might need to
procure myself
a pair as well.
So, on to the teaching at hand.
This is something you can use for
anything in life, really. We're going to
start with an example of the most,
perhaps the most simple and
straightforward
thing. So, I suppose most of you you
you pray in the Temple of Iron, you go
to the gym. So, the next session,
do this.
Say if you do deadlifts, for example,
greatest exercise, arguably.
Say if you do three repetitions.
Before going to the bar, before lifting
the bar, before doing the movement with
your body, think of it in your mind. Do
the movement in your mind. Visualize
yourself lifting
the bar three times. Think about how it
will feel, how you will push through
when it gets heavy.
Create the movement first in your mind.
This is the teaching. So, I'm going to
repeat, create it first in your mind.
You can do the same thing with
the entire session. When you're driving
to the gym or you're cycling or you're
walking to the gym,
construct the session in your mind.
What you're going to do, what is your
plan? You should have a plan, by the
way, so you know exactly what to do when
you get into the gym. If you only go in
without a plan, you're not going to get
jacked, simple as that. Unless you take
steroids, of course, then you can do a
bit what you want, but I don't recommend
you to do that. I recommend that you
train naturally and that you have a plan
whenever you're going to the gym.
So, that is something you can do. Create
the session in your mind.
Create every lift first in your mind
before actually doing it. So, do the
lift in your mind, then you do it with
your body, and you will notice that it
gets
easier, especially when you get up to
the really heavy weights where every
single little detail needs to be on
point. So, do try that.
Now, on to another example, a very broad
example. This applies to
an MMA match, a Warhammer game, a
session of diplomacy, a grappling match,
any athletic competition.
Formulate a plan in your mind.
Enter the competition, be it an MMA
fight or be it a Warhammer match, have a
strategy in place in your mind. Ask
yourself first, what do you want to do?
Not how will I respond to the opponent?
That is, of course, something you can
think about as well, but primarily this
is the holistic life teaching, what do
you want to do? What do you want to get
out from this thing?
Is it a Warhammer match? Maybe you want
to try a special strategy, a special
tactic that you formulated in your mind.
Or a diplomacy game, I can definitely
recommend the game, by the way,
diplomacy, great stuff.
Um formulate a tactic first in your
mind. Do try to impose your tactic on
the game.
If it's an MMA match, where is your
strength? Is it in striking? Okay, then
you formulate a plan to keep the fight
striking. If you're a grappler, take the
match to the ground.
And so on. You understand what I mean.
The point is that don't go into any
situation without first having
constructed a scenario in your mind. So,
whatever you do,
first do it in your mind, and then you
will
manifest it, hopefully. Now, of course,
when we're talking about plans,
strategies, once reality hits you in the
face, then many plans, they will, you
know, go out the window, but it's always
better to have a plan than to not have
any plan at all. Now, I'll use another
example, which um I'm very happy on on a
personal level as a
famous fashion designer,
one of my finest triumphs as a clothing
designer, if I may be so bold.
These woolen shorts,
made in Lithuania, materially made in
Lithuania by merino wool, but first made
in my own mind. I asked myself, what do
I want? What do I want in a pair of
shorts to relax at home or to go to the
gym or to have whenever, really.
What do I want them to feel like? Yes,
nice, soft, airy, not too warm. So, wool
often, you know, you think about warm
weather, but you can also have it in
summer, actually, especially if it's
short. I do like cotton as well, but
wool linen, they hit differently. They
have a high vibration for those who want
to skitz max a bit.
Um so, anyway, I started with
a thought in my mind when I released
these pants.
Then I thought, what if we would have
this as shorts?
So, then I had a prototype made. So,
these gray shorts, I wore them for a
long time to ensure that they would feel
good, part of the wishes that I had
constructed first in my mind. So, then I
thought, yes, this is this is it. This
is what I want. This is a good
manifestation of a desire in my mind.
Then it was only a matter of, you know,
changing the color. So, gray, your
standard, and then I opted for a light
brown. I have a little book here with
different colors, so you can get a nice
feel for it. Always easier to see
directly instead of a screen. So, that
is also a good thing. Very happy. By the
way, of course, yes, legiugloria.com.
Um it's not my meaning to promote my own
work here, my own products, but I simply
want to do it because it was a good
example of envisioning something and
then
it getting translated into something
material. Now, to use another example,
just on a personal note, again,
translate this to any endeavor, any
quest you're on. For me, when I make a
video, I ask myself, what is the message
I want to convey?
What is the feeling I want to convey?
So, in this video, the main point is I
want to show all of my esteemed
supporters that you can use your mind
for a lot. Your mind is a powerful
weapon you can use to impose your will
on the world. That is what I want to
convey with this video. Then, of course,
how I am how I am how I am dressed, how
I look in the face for the day, how the
hair is, how the light is, how the audio
is, whatever it might be. I try to
optimize everything like that. Also, of
course, I want everything to look good,
but the main thing is what do I want to
say?
You can apply this to if you hold a
speech or if you write an article or you
write a social media post. What is the
main thing you want to say here?
And that is also a very good indicator
of quality, so you don't just post
something for the sake of it. I've I've
removed posts in the past where I ask
myself what is the main point? Why am I
make why am I making this post?
So, if you hold a speech or a
presentation or anything, always keep
that in mind. What do I want to say?
What message do I want to convey? Or
indeed, if you are an artist, what is
the feeling you want to convey? So, if
you look at all of my training videos
here on YouTube or perhaps you're
watching this on X, you can head over to
my YouTube. Uh watch all of my
training videos. I have training videos
from the last 13 years. Quite cool if
you think about it.
What is the purpose of them? Yes, it's
for other guys to look at before
training themselves so they get pumped
up. So, I'm trying to convey a feeling.
So, if I were to make a cool training
video this summer,
if I get in a good shape, I'll do it.
I'm I'm not in a super good shape. I
look jacked and everything, but I need
to cut some weight. I need to lose some
fat still if I want to make a video. So,
anyway, what I want to say to myself
then is
what is the purpose of this video? Yes,
it is to increase the thumos and
inspiration and joy and motivation for
everyone who's watching it.
So, I construct some scenes in my mind.
Would it look cool if I do some
muscle ups, some dips, some chins, some
Thai boxing, whatever it might be, some
cool statue.
These are all created the scenes are
created first in my mind and then I go
out and record them. So, hopefully this
was somewhat informative, somewhat
insightful and I hope you can use
this insights to gain success in life.
And again, it can be used for whatever.
So, do try it out. Do try it the next
time you go to the gym. Visualize as
much as possible. Use your mind. It's a
very powerful weapon.
All right.
Thanks for watching and thank you for
your support. Do check out the sponsor
of the video and also do head over to
legiogloria.com
and place a massive order of some fine
clothes and yes, do yourself a favor and
order a pair of these. I promise you
they are extremely nice to wear.
So,
XOXO, boom.
