How To Dropship From AutoDS To Amazon (Over $5k/Week!)
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
To successfully launch an Amazon dropshipping business using AutoDS, it is essential to secure a Professional Seller Account rather than an Individual one, as the former provides the necessary automation tools required for scaling. The process begins with creating an Amazon Central account and completing identity verification steps, which may include submitting identification documents, proof of residency, or participating in a video call. A critical strategic element highlighted is winning the "Buy Box," which necessitates avoiding Prime-eligible products and established brands in favor of unbranded items that competitors cannot match on shipping speed, thereby securing sales without direct price wars against major retailers.
Product research is streamlined through AutoDS's handpicked and trending sections, where users analyze metrics such as market saturation and social media engagement to identify viable opportunities. Before listing any item, it is crucial to verify product eligibility by checking Amazon's restrictions to ensure no special approval is needed. The workflow involves sourcing products from suppliers like AliExpress at costs lower than current Amazon listings, calculating profit margins after all fees, and setting competitive prices to undercut rivals. Once suitable products are identified, they can be imported via AutoDS with automated stock and price monitoring enabled, allowing the business to operate on autopilot from the very beginning.
Configuring shipping settings is a vital step that requires creating a new template in AutoDS that excludes expedited options like "today" delivery or free economy shipping, retaining only standard shipping with free fees to maintain competitiveness. Transit times should be set to the longest duration, typically five to eight days for most regions, and extended further for locations like Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico to accurately reflect supplier delivery windows. For order fulfillment, using the "Fulfilled by AutoDS" feature is recommended over standard auto-ordering because it utilizes the Amazon balance to place orders with suppliers more quickly and efficiently. Additionally, since Amazon does not share customer information directly, users must install the AutoDS Drop Ship Helper Chrome extension to copy and paste addresses into orders, while virtual warehouse locations can be added using provided cheat sheets without needing to disclose contact details to customers.
Finally, setting up payout methods involves configuring Amazon's deposit settings with a preference for standard payouts over express options to avoid unnecessary extra fees. The video concludes by emphasizing that this comprehensive approach, which combines automated sourcing, strategic product selection, and precise shipping configurations, enables entrepreneurs to build a sustainable dropshipping operation capable of generating significant weekly revenue. For those seeking deeper knowledge, the creator offers a comprehensive three-hour course and a downloadable cheat sheet containing virtual warehouse addresses for various states, resources that can be accessed through the video comments to further streamline the setup process.

In the last few years, drop shipping on
Amazon has changed a lot. And in today's
video, I'm going to show you exactly how
you can get started in the easiest and
quickest way possible. Now, after
selling online for the past 7 years and
making hundreds of thousands of dollars
across multiple platforms, I've learned
what works and what doesn't
new tools are actually worth your time
and which ones are actually necessary at
this point. So, today we're going to be
putting our Amazon drop shipping
business on autopilot from the get-go
using AutoDS. And we're also going to be
going through the entire process on how
you can start selling your products on
Amazon, creating an offer that even
Amazon can't refuse. And it's all going
to start with us setting up our Amazon
seller account. Okay, so the very first
thing that we're going to need to do
when starting our new Amazon drop
shipping business from AutoDS is going
to be to create an Amazon central
account. Now, it's very important to
note that if you have already a regular
Amazon account, like the one that you
use to shop, that has absolutely nothing
to do with the Amazon seller account.
So, even if you are registered as an
Amazon buyer, you are going to have to
create a second account that's going to
be specifically to sell on the platform.
And in order to register for that, just
head on over to seller
central.amazon.com.
Now, that link is going to be in the
cheat sheet. If you want to know how you
can get that, just wait a little bit
longer. I'll tell you exactly how you
can get it with all of the information
that I'm giving you in this video. So
that way it can make it a little bit
easier for you to follow along through
as well. Now, once you're in here and
you go ahead and you click on sign up,
there's going to be a few things that
you need to go over. Now, I don't have
the option to be able to show you
because I'm already registered, but
there are going to be a few things that
you are going to have to do. So, first
and foremost, you're going to have to go
ahead and sign up with either an email
or with a phone number. After that,
you're going to be asked what kind of
account are you? So, you're going to
have to choose what kind of business you
are. So, are you going to be an
individual business or are you going to
be a sole proprietor? Now, that simply
means are you doing things yourself or
are you going to be behind an LLC for
example? Then after you choose that, you
are going to have to go through some
identity verification. So, you are going
to have to have handy either something
like a license or a passport. Now, once
you're going through that process,
there's going to be a few things that
you might have to do like let's say for
example a quick video call. That is
going to be optional. That's going to be
completely up to Amazon's discretion.
But just so you know, some people do get
selected to do this just to have further
verification. For that, all you're going
to have to do is make sure that you have
the papers that you're submitting to be
verified. Just have them with you. And
all you have to do is jump on a quick
video call simply to just prove who you
are and show that the papers are real.
Now, if you're working as a business and
not as an individual seller, then you
are going to have to provide something
like, let's say, a business registration
or some sort of proof of the business
itself. just to make sure that it is a
legitimate business. And no matter what
kind of business you are registering as,
a couple of the documents that you're
going to need are going to be for one,
proof of residency. So you're going to
have to show proof that you live in the
place that you're saying that you live.
And two, it's going to be just an ID.
Again, whether it be a passport or a
state identification. Then you're going
to be prompted with two different seller
accounts. So the first one is going to
be an individual account and then the
second is going to be a professional
account. There's a pretty big difference
between the two and we're going to stick
to the professional account for this
one. So the seller account simply what
that means is that you're not going to
have something like let's say a monthly
fee, but your account is also going to
be very restricted. So for every single
sale that you get or every transaction
that you make, you are going to be
charged $1 and you're not going to have
access to different tools to help you
automate your business. Now since we are
going to be drop shipping from AutoDS to
Amazon, we are going to need that
automation. So we're going to go with
the professional account. Now, the
professional account is going to cost
you $40 a month, but this is going to
give you access to tons of tools that
are really going to help you start and
scale your Amazon business pretty much
in no time and pretty effortlessly. So,
once you are registered, the first thing
that you're going to see is going to be
this dashboard. This dashboard is going
to be your seller dashboard. Here you
have a lot of different pieces of
information. You're going to have
information on your business, the
different products that you're currently
selling, a supply chain, your orders
that have come through, stuff for your
marketing, your finances, so how much
have you made, how much have you paid,
[music] and information on your
customers. Now, this is a brand new
account, so this is one that I just
started a couple of days ago. So, it's
still getting warmed up, but it's
perfect because it's perfect to show you
how simple it is to get everything
started. Now, in order to start selling
on Amazon, one thing that's absolutely
crucial is going to be having to win the
buy box. If we can't win the buy box,
then we're not really going to be making
many sales. So, what exactly is the buy
box? Now, if we go to Amazon and we look
for something like, let's say, LED
strips,
if we go into any one of these products,
let's look for one that's not Prime. So,
take for example, this one right here.
So, this one right here is not sold by
Prime. So, this is something that we're
going to easily be able to enter the buy
box for. Now, what the buy box is is
just literally this box right here where
you can buy, where it says add to cart
and where it says buy now. Now, the buy
box is going to be the offer that the
customer sees to make a purchase. So,
99% of the time when somebody sees a
product like this and they think, "Oh,
this is exactly what I'm looking for."
What the customer is going to do is
they're going to click over here,
whether it be add to cart or buy now,
and they're going to make the purchase.
And then Amazon is going to select the
winner of the buy box to fulfill that
order. And in this case, the winner of
this buy box is val and fulfilled by
Amazon. Now, there are a few other
sellers. In this case, it doesn't look
like there are any other sellers. So,
take for example this PLA for 3D
printer. If we look here at the buy box
and then we scroll down, we're going to
see here other sellers on Amazon. And
then if we click on this, we're going to
see all of the other sellers that are
selling this same product. So, we can
see here that the different offers that
we have are used and like new, but this
could be just completely different
sellers with different prices or
different shipping options. And the
seller at the very top, this is going to
be the winner of the buy box, the one
that has the better or the best offer.
That's going to be who has the best
pricing and who has the best shipping.
Now, if you are one of the other sellers
on Amazon, like the ones that are listed
here, you still have an option to make a
sale, but the chances are reduced
severely because most people don't
actually go to this section to look for
other sellers. Most people are just
going to buy it directly from this buy
box. And that's why that's where we want
to be because we're going to be
essentially the default option for
anybody who's trying to purchase any
product on Amazon. So before we start
getting into actual products that we can
sell and looking for products to sell,
the very first thing that we need to
talk about is going to be the products
that we cannot sell. So one hard rule of
thumb is avoid anything that is
copyright or trademarked. Apple, Nike,
let's say if you're selling toys, right?
Pokemon, Beyblades, things like that,
established brands, real products that
have trademarks behind them, that have
names, stuff that's recognizable like
that. do not sell this. One, because we
don't have the rights to, but two,
because we're never going to have the
best offer for this. The ones that are
going to have the best offer for these
kinds of products are going to be Amazon
themselves or the actual vendors or the
manufacturers. Now, something that's
very important to note before we start
getting into our product research is
that we're going to be looking for
products to sell that are not available
through Prime. Because if we're trying
to compete with Amazon themselves to win
the buy box, we're never going to win.
We're going to be sourcing our products
through suppliers and private suppliers.
While they do have fast shipping and
great prices, we're not going to have
the option to be able to provide
something like twoday shipping. And that
alone, the fact that these are Amazon
Prime products, that's going to make
Amazon the default winner for these pie
boxes. So, we're going to be avoiding
those kinds of products. But what we are
going to be looking for is going to be
more general products. Products that of
course have a wow factor. Products that
can solve some sort of problem in
people's lives, make things easier for
them, and most importantly, unbranded
products. We're going to sell products
that don't have a name brand behind
them. Now, to get started with our
product research and finding products
that are actually going to sell on
Amazon, the first way that I'm going to
start is going to be through the AutoDS
handpicked product section. So, if we go
to adods.com and we check over here
where the handpicked products are, we're
going to see tons of different products
that are currently trending and actually
making sales, products that people are
looking for. Now, from here, we can also
find the types of products that we were
talking about earlier, unbranded
products that are going to give us the
opportunity to be able to sell these and
win the buy box. So, let's just start
looking for a few different things here.
And just so you know, there are going to
be a few different categories that we
don't want to get on or that we don't
want to sell or that we're going to need
approval for on Amazon. those products
we're not going to be selling them. But
as we're doing our product research,
we're going to be able to see which one
of these products are going to be the
ones that we're eligible to and not
eligible to sell. I'll show you in just
a second because as we do this product
research, Amazon's essentially going to
tell us what we can and can't do. Now,
there's already three different products
that I'm looking at here that are
fitting my criteria. For one, I'm
looking at this one over here, the
wireless electric vegetable chopper, and
this little spice rack ferris wheel.
These two are pretty good. So, let's go
ahead and open those in a new tab. Let's
scroll down and let's look for one more.
We're going to start off with three
different products and then we're going
to continue if those three are not
eligible for us to sell. So, let's see
what else we can find. Okay, actually I
found this one right here and this one
looks pretty cool. This is a glass purse
cup and this is pretty cool. This looks
pretty interesting. All right, so if we
click into the product itself, we can
see that as far as the saturation,
there's not a lot of people that are
selling it. It's currently at a 40
between 40 and 100. So, it's a little
bit busy. And as far as social media or
the engagement score, there's a lot of
buzz around this product on social
media. So this right here means that
there's a lot of people that are
actually interacting with the videos,
making purchases, and there's generally
good sentiment towards this product on
social media. So from here, we want to
go ahead and check out the other two
products and make sure that we're at
about the same score. This right here is
perfect. Look at this. Nobody's selling
this just yet. I'm putting you on
something right now that you can start
to sell immediately. This has no
saturation. So, we're going to
definitely go look into this one. Now,
the engagement score is at 100. So, this
means that people are loving it on
social media, but not too many people,
if any, are really selling it. And then,
as far as our vegetable chopper, we have
an engagement score of 50. So, it's
pretty moderate. But then the saturation
score is also pretty low. So, this is
also a very high opportunity product.
So, right off the bat through the out of
DS handpicked product section, we found
three perfect products that we could
have the potential to sell. Now, what we
want to do is we want to start looking
for these products on Amazon to see how
much they're actually selling for. So,
there's a few different ways we can do
this. For example, for one, we can
simply just rightclick and do search
image with Google Lens. We if we click
on that, it's going to bring up this
little sidebar over here. And then we
can look for Amazon. So, the perfect
example is actually right here, the very
first one. If we click on that, it's
going to take us to the Amazon listing,
which we can see that this person is
selling two of these for $20.99 with
$6.99 shipping. So, in total, they're
selling it for about $28. Now, this is
being sold by Jen Wow. And then if we
look at the one piece, they're selling
it for $12.99 with $7.99 shipping. So,
it's about $20. And our source for this
is how much through Amazon? So, we're
able to purchase this through AutoDS for
$16.99. So, we can source it for just
about $3 less, but that's not going to
be enough for us to be able to cover all
of our expenses and actually make a
decent profit. So, what we want to do
here is we want to look for it on
AliExpress and see if we could find a
similar product through a different
source. Now, we can use AliExpress for
this. But another option that we would
also have is to import this product to
our store and then we can source it from
different suppliers. Now, I am going to
show you how to do that a little bit
later on in the video. But for now,
let's just go ahead and see if we could
find it through AliExpress through a
different supplier with fast shipping.
So, that's another thing that's very
important. So, let's see what we can
find
>> a few moments later. So, I actually just
found two different ones. Let's go ahead
and look at these two. So, this one is
really usually $22, but they're selling
it at $10.81. We don't want to go with
the sale price because this means that
only the first one that we offer or our
first sale is going to be priced at
this. Everything else is going to be at
22 or after the sale ends, it's going to
go back up to $22. So, we would be
losing money in that case. So, we don't
want to go with that. And this one, same
thing. $12, but it has $24 as the
regular price, so we don't want to go
with that either. So, this product
doesn't seem to be a good one for us to
sell at the moment. So, let's go ahead
and look for a different one. Let's
continue on to our Ferris wheel spice
rack. Now, for this, let's do the same
thing. Let's search the image with
Google Lens and let's see if we could
find a cheaper price somewhere else.
It's currently at $32.99.
How much can we find it on Amazon? It's
this one over here. So, this seems to be
selling at an average of about $30.
Yeah. So, $30 over here, $31 for this
one. Now, in between all of these, the
ones that we would have to enter the buy
box for would be this one right here.
And there are a few other similar ones
which look to be the exact same ones
through Amazon Prime. But if we click on
this one, we can see that the seller for
this is Himalayas. And they're currently
selling at $29.99 with free shipping.
So, we would have to beat that. So,
let's see if we can find a better offer
through AliExpress because on AutoDS
it's going to be $32.99. Again, we could
probably find a better option later on
once we source the products through
different sellers on AutoDS, but for
now, let's see if we could find it
cheaper just anywhere else. Now, I found
it here on Alibaba for 960 and
AliExpress for 1640. So, let's see how
these are. So, Alibaba has a minimum
order quantity of two. So, that's
definitely not going to work. And then
if we go to AliExpress, it shows that
the original price is $136. That's a
little out there. So that's definitely
not going to be it. Another thing that
we can do is we can simply just take a
screenshot of the product itself. Go
back to AliExpress and then do a search
by image. So we can upload a photo.
We upload our screenshot and then it's
going to show us all of the different
options that we have for this product.
Now, the one that looks to be the best
option is going to be this one right
here. So, let's open that one in a new
tab. This one's showing for $5 with $10
regular price. So, let's look at that
one as well. So, the first one is
showing shipping $78. Definitely not.
This one is also showing shipping $43.
Definitely not. Okay, so that one also
didn't seem to be a winner for us. Let's
go ahead and try the vegetable chopper.
If we look for it on Amazon, we can see
that it's currently selling for about
$24.99. $15.99, usually $19. Same here,
$1519. Typical is $15.99. and they are
not Amazon Prime. So, this looks to be a
good option. Let's go ahead and open
this one. Here we have 1519 free
delivery and this is being sold by
Hangda. Okay, so this might be one that
we can potentially start selling
ourselves. So, again, let's do right
click. If it doesn't show you the option
to search with Google Lens, just do a
right click outside of the image itself.
And then you should have the option
here, search this tab with Google Lens.
And then you can choose what you want to
search. So in this case, I'm just going
to look for that. And then here, we're
going to look for the same product that
we were looking for. So let's see if we
find AliExpress on here. I currently
don't see it, but what we can do is we
can over here where it says ask a
follow-up. We can look for AliExpress.
So that way it's going to tie the image
with AliExpress. So it's going to look
for these products through AliExpress.
And right here we have the first one,
which they look to be the same ones. So
let's open up this one.
And this is the same one. This is
running for $14.75 with $2 shipping.
We're not going to be able to be the
best offer in that case. Let's check out
another one. And same thing for this
one. This one's about $22. So, let's see
what else we can do. All right. So, I
did the image search on here. And let's
see if we find a good offer. So, let's
sort it by price. This one looks good.
$8.63. This one's 517.
All right. So, this is $8.63 with $13
shipping. That one's not going to work.
And then if we look at this one, it's
$11 with $5 shipping. Okay, that one's
also not going to work. So,
unfortunately, none of these actually
worked out for us. So, all we have to do
is keep doing a little bit of product
research. And I'm going to keep using
the same method that I just showed you
to look for these products. Now, one
other thing that we can do is go to back
to Amazon and then we're going to look
for new releases. When we look for new
release products, we're going to look
for products that most people aren't
selling just yet. and we might have a
bigger opportunity to jump in there and
get a better offer. So, let's see which
one of these we can sell. So, Stanley,
that's not going to be in our option. A
titanium cutting board. That could
definitely be something that we sell.
Same thing for these overnight oats
containers. Let's open those as well.
And then see what else we have here.
Let's look for two more products that
we're going to look for. So, first we
have this cordless leaf blower. I've
seen tons of these on Tik Tok. And a
fruitfly trap. That's interesting. So,
we have four different products that we
can look for now. So, our titanium
cutting board is currently running for
$40. And I'm pretty sure we could
probably find this a little bit cheaper.
So, let's see what we can do. So, I'm
just going to look for titanium cutting
boards on Amazon itself and see if
there's any other options. The one that
keeps coming up is this one over here,
which is the one that I just saw. So,
let's just go ahead and open up this
one. A new tab. Now, again, I'm going to
search this tab with Google Lens. I'm
going to look for the same exact product
because I want to see if we find the
same product. We can find a very similar
product, but I usually like going for
the exact same one. So, let's see here.
Everything's through Amazon. Let's look
on AliExpress.
Okay, so this actually seems to be a
different type of cutting board that I
didn't see here. So, this is a L-shaped
cutting board. So, let's go ahead and
open up this one. And this looks to be
the exact same one that we were looking
at earlier. Perfect. Okay, so that's
what that is. It's like a little lip.
Okay, cool. So, now we have a few
different sizes. Let's see what they're
looking for here. So, for $40, it's the
20x6 in. And then if we do the
conversion, we're going to be looking at
about 508 mm for 20 in. Now, we're not
seeing the options for any of those. So,
let's see what else they have. So, 20x
16 in. And here they're doing it by cm
with I think this is the width. Okay.
So, let's look for a the 20 in, which
would be 50.8 cm. Now, as far as the
width, these are 2 cm, which would be 20
mm, but it's not showing here. This
seems to be wrong, but that's fine. We
can go ahead and just go by the length
and width. So, we're looking at about
50x 40 cm. Perfect. So, we found this
one here, 40x 50, and it's currently at
1762. Okay, so looks like this is also
not another option. This one has
massively huge shipping charges for
whatever reason. So, let me just go
ahead and do a little bit of research
and I'll be right back. Okay, so after a
bit of research, I found this right
here, an electric training dog collar.
Now, the way that I found this is I
actually went back to AutoDS and I went
to the trending product section. So,
what the trending product section is is
it's simply another part of the AutoDS
marketplace where it shows products that
are on the rise. So, they're not
necessarily products that are currently
just going absolutely viral. They're
products that are on their way up and
these are found through the AutoDS AI.
So, we have an AI system that actually
scour the internet and looks for these
kinds of products so that we can get a
heads up on what products are actually
going to be selling in the near future
or again on their way up right now. Now,
on the trending product section, what I
did is over here, I looked through a few
different categories. Ultimately, I went
through pets and then I started looking
to see what we could find through here.
And then I came across this one right
here, the electric training dog collar.
It's currently at $27.30 with free
shipping to the US. And when I looked it
up on Amazon, we can see the same exact
product is running for $61.99
and it's being sold by whoever this is,
Sxdddh ZX. And then if we look at the
reviews over here, it only has about two
reviews and they're five stars. So it
looks like this is something that people
are currently actually looking for and
they're purchasing. Let's just do one
quick verification more.
So if we look at electric dog collar, we
can see that these are products that are
people are actually looking for. So we
have 602 reviews, 20,000 reviews. We
have here 146. So people are actually
actively purchasing these. So the next
step from here now that we actually
found a product that we want to sell is
to see if we're actually eligible to
sell this kind of product. So what we're
going to do is up here on the link,
right? You're going to look for this
number here after the DP. This one right
here. And what this is is this is going
to be the product as this is going to be
the product identification number. Okay?
Okay. So, if we look for it over here in
the search bar, we're going to see here
that this product is the one that came
up. So, perfect. This is the one that
we're looking for. So, now in order to
confirm if we can actually sell this or
not, we're going to go back to our
Amazon seller central and then we're
going to go to the products. We're going
to simply just try to add it. So, under
products, we're going to go to add
products and then here we're going to go
to product IDs and we're going to paste
in our as here. Go ahead and click on
submit. And then this window is going to
open up. And then when this little
window opens up, this is what's going to
tell us whether or not we can sell this
product or not. So right now it's
telling us to select a condition and
sell. Right now it's looking like we're
good to go. But some people might see
something different depending on the
product that you're trying to sell. So
somebody might see that it needs some
sort of approval. And if you do need
approval, then you can go ahead and
submit for the approval if you want. But
I'm looking to get something quick. I'm
looking to get started selling pretty
much immediately. So I don't have time
to be asking for approval. So, if you
see the option to request approval, just
go ahead and skip it and look for
another product. But in this case, we're
going to go ahead and switch this over
to new. We're going to click on sell
this product, and we can officially
enter the buy box for this. Now, this is
very good news. Okay, so when we did go
into it, it is giving us this error
telling us that we haven't sold this
product again, and we would have to
create a new product in order to sell
this. So, that's not what we're looking
to do. So, we're just going to go ahead
and once again look for another product,
and we'll be right back. Okay, so after
a bit of research, I found one product
that I think is going to be perfect to
start selling on Amazon, and that's
going to be a grip strength trainer. And
the way that I found it is I simply just
went back to the marketplace. I started
looking through the different suppliers.
I specifically looked through, in this
case, the AliExpress suppliers that we
have on here, and I found it over here.
So, once I clicked into it, we have the
information on the product itself. It
has free shipping and it's $32.98.
Now, when I looked it up on Amazon
itself, I found here that it's being
sold for $439.
And then when I took the as and I
chucked it into Amazon over here, it
pulled up the product. It's showing the
lowest price is $442.
And then when I click on sell this
product, it took us to the ad offer
page. So there's no pop-ups. It's not
requiring us to apply to sell. So here
we have the opportunity to actually sell
this product and undercut the current
seller by even $1 to $2 and we'll be
able to win that buy box ourselves. Now,
we can source this product for $32.98
and the current offer is $44.442. So,
let's just go ahead and do some quick
maths. So, $44.442 minus how much are we
sourcing it for? $32.98 with free
shipping. We are making about $144 per
sale. Now, we're going to make a little
bit less than this because we're going
to be selling it for $1 to $2 less. So,
we'll be making about $9 per sale. But,
what we'll be able to do afterwards is
we'll be able to start looking for more
suppliers that can give us a better
price or better offer on this. so we can
make a few extra bucks. So now let's go
ahead and continue with actually selling
this product. What we're going to do
here is we're going to fill out
everything that it's asking us for. So
the audience is going to be sell on
Amazon, which is going to be the
default. We're not going to be selling
it from business to business, although
you can if you prefer if you want to.
This would be selling on Amazon business
accounts. It's going to ask you if you
want to sell on other marketplaces.
We're not going to touch this. The skew
we're going to leave as is. And the
fulfillment channel, this is one that's
going to be very important. So we're not
going to be using Fulfilled by Amazon.
We're going to be using the merchant
fulfilled option. I want to ship this
item myself. Then it's going to ask us
what our quantity is. So in this case,
we can just go ahead and put let's say
five of them. It's really going to
depend on what our suppliers have on
hand. Then we can set our offer. So
currently the lowest price is 44.442.
We're going to go ahead and undercut it.
We're going to put 42 42 even. Actually,
you know what? Let's make it even
better. Let's do $42.99. So that way we
can make 99 cents more. So we are going
to have the lowest price, which means
we'll be winning the buy box for this.
Now, the item condition is going to be
new. And then we're going to have to
create a shipping template. So, the
shipping template is one that I already
have created. But for this, what you do
is you run to your Amazon seller
dashboard. Then, on your seller
dashboard, you can look for shipping
template. And then this option over
here, manage shipping templates. You can
go ahead and click on this. Then, it's
going to give you the direct link to it.
So, it'll take you to the shipping
settings, which is over here. You're
going to see your shipping templates.
And from here, you're simply going to
set where you're going to be shipping
from. Now, this is going to be very
dependent on your suppliers. You don't
want to put that you're shipping from,
let's say, Denver when your product is
actually coming from China. You want to
make sure that your shipping templates,
they match your shipping suppliers. And
the good thing about this is that you
can go ahead and create multiple
templates for multiple suppliers or
multiple regions, and then you're able
to select them through here. Now, since
we are going to be using automation for
this, and because we do have the
professional plan, we're going to be
able to automate our product importing.
and it's going to be a lot easier than,
let's say, going through all of these
different steps and getting everything
done that way manually. So, it's fine if
you want to do things manually. If you
do one to two, maybe three or four
products a day, then you're not going to
take a long time uploading products. But
if you start uploading multiple products
a day and also when it comes to
fulfilling your orders, if you're
fulfilling multiple orders a day, then
it is going to start to become very
timeconuming. And one of the best things
that you can do in order to start
scaling your business is to automate all
of the repetitive tasks. product
importing, pricing your products,
fulfilling your orders. These are all
things that need to be automated in
order for you to be able to scale
efficiently. Now, I did promise you a
cheat sheet with everything that I'm
talking about in this video. And if you
want access to that, just go ahead and
drop a comment with the hashtag autods
to Amazon and let me know what your
takeaway was from this video. If I see
that you went ahead and did that, I'll
reply back with a link to the sheet. All
right, let's continue. So, what we're
going to do is we're going to go back to
AutoDS. By the way, if you want to check
out AutoDS, the link to it is going to
be down in the description below, and it
is going to be in the cheat sheet as
well. So, make sure you check that out
so that way you can take advantage of
the current trial period. And once you
sign up, you're simply going to go ahead
and click on add store. I'm going to
click on Amazon. Go ahead and continue.
It's going to ask us for our store name.
So, for this, I'm going to put my Amazon
store. And then the marketplace is going
to be wherever it is that you're
selling. So, for me, I'm going to be
selling in the US. I'm going to go ahead
and click on add store. Then, it's going
to take us to our Amazon dashboard. And
on here, we're simply going to go ahead
and confirm. Now, it's going to share
data from our Amazon account to our
AutoDS account. And then, if we click
back into it, we're going to see here we
have my Amazon store. We can go ahead
and update. And this is where we're
going to be uploading our products to.
So, now what I want to do is I want to
go ahead and take this link. And I'm
going to go back to out of DS. I'm going
to go ahead and click on add products.
I'm going to do single product. And it's
going to ask us for the AS. So, we can
go ahead and paste in our link. It's
going to delete everything else from it.
and it's going to keep the as itself.
And then it's going to ask us for our
supplier URL or the product ID where it
is that we're going to be purchasing
this product from or sourcing it. So for
this, what we're going to do is we're
going to go ahead and find the listing
that we just had, which is this one over
here. And we can either take the whole
link or we can just take the product ID
over here. Go ahead and copy it and
paste it into here. Now, from here,
we're going to go ahead and add as a
draft, and it's going to add it to our
draft section. Now, the other option
that you have is to simply find the
product through the AutoDS supplier that
we just had, and just do the import as
draft and edit manually. Go ahead and
click on that. It's going to ask us for
the AS, which was the one that we just
had earlier.
It's going to ask us for the AS. So, we
just paste it in here and click on done.
Now, after it gets added to our draft,
we're going to go ahead and see it here.
And we're going to be able to switch a
few of the different things. We can't
change everything such as the title or
the brand because this is already
hardcoded and set by Amazon. What we can
do, however, is change the shipping
methods. Now, for this, I don't suggest
doing cheapest or fastest. Just keep it
at cheapest with tracking. So that way,
we can get guaranteed a tracking number,
which is what all our customers are
going to need. If we do cheapest, we
might not get a tracking number. If we
do fastest with tracking, we're probably
going to be spending a lot more than the
product is probably even worth in just
shipping. So, keep it at cheapest with
tracking. And as far as our monitoring,
we're going to keep stock monitoring,
price monitoring, and auto order all on.
The reason for this is because this is
going to ensure that we don't sell a
product that's not in stock. Now, you
remember how when we looked at this one
over here at the Amazon import, we're
asked how many we had in quantity. So,
we just put five. Well, what the stock
monitoring is going to do is it's going
to ensure that our stock is always
available. So, if we have just one or
two in stock, it might just show it as
out of stock just in case somebody makes
a purchase. That's the way that I have
it set up. I'll show you how to set all
of that up in just a few minutes. Now,
besides that, we have our description.
Again, we can't really change any of
this because this is hardcoded through
Amazon, but just so you know, this is
where all the information is. And then
we have our product over here. So, what
we're going to do is we're going to
click on edit, and we're going to set
our offer on here. Now, through here, we
can set our different fees. We can set
our profit, and we can set our selling
price. Now, our fees are typically going
to be about 15% on average as the
highest fee on Amazon. So, Amazon's
highest fees are going to be maxing out
at 15%. It can be less, but I always
like to set the fee percentage at the
max. And if it is less, then we just
make a couple of extra bucks. Now, what
I want to do is I also want to ensure
that our selling price is what we had
set earlier. So, we had said that we
were going to sell it at how much?
$42.99. So, if we switch this over to
$42.99, we're going to see that our
profit drops to 7.82% and we're going to
be making just about $2.65 per sale.
Now, we don't have to worry about that
just yet because at the end of the day,
we are going to be looking for better
suppliers to help us out with better
profits. Now, again, this is assuming
that our fees are 15%. It can be a lot
less. It really depends on the category
of product that we're selling. Now, if
we look here on the automation, we can
go ahead and click on add automation,
and it's going to take us to this page
over here. This is under the settings
under automations. And if we add an
automation, this is basically going to
adjust our pricing to find that sweet
spot. Let's just do this as a test. So,
let's do test automation. We're going to
find our base selling price. Go ahead
and click on next. And then it's going
to ask us a few questions. So when the
number of sales is higher than one every
let's say 1 day, we can set the price by
raising it by a certain percentage up to
a limit of let's say 10%. So we can
raise our price by 1% up to a limit of
10% max that we're raising it. And same
thing for the actual product price in
terms of the dollar amount. Now if we
click on next, it's also going to do the
same for the opposite. So let's say if
our number of sales is lower than let's
say two sales every 5 days. We can then
decrease the price by let's do something
a lot smaller. Let's say.5% up to a
limit of 3% because I don't want to go
down too much. Same thing goes for the
dollar amount. Now when we hit next
we'll be able to assign the different
products to this automation. And we can
simply click on I will assign products
later and then we'll assign the products
to our automation a little bit later.
The reason that the Amazon product isn't
showing up just now is because the
Amazon product is under our draft
section rather than our products and
already set live. So, if we do go back
here, we're going to go ahead and check
out the variations.
Let's go ahead and set our product
again. So, we can set the automations on
here. So, we can put it as test just to
start testing our prices. But for now,
I'm going to leave it at no automation
and then click on save. So, we have our
new price set. We have the different
images. These again, we can't really add
or edit. And from here, we're pretty
much good to go. So, we can go ahead and
click on save and import. And then the
product is going to be imported to our
Amazon dashboard. So, let's just give it
a quick minute. And here we have the
confirmation that the product has been
uploaded. So, here we have the buy
price, we have the sell price, we have
how much we're going to be making in
profit. Again, right now it's not that
high, but what we're going to do is
we're going to request sourcing so we
can find better products or we can find
better offers. Now, for this, you can do
this either directly through here or you
can do it once you get your first order.
My suggestion is to wait until you get
your first order because that way you
can request sourcing for completely
free. If you do it through here and you
request a sourcing through the products
page, it is going to cost you an AI
credit. Now, if you have AI credits and
you want to just do it now, by all
means, but I'm just going to wait till I
get my first order. Let's cut it at that
and let's see what this looks like cuz I
don't remember what this looks like. And
if it's good, we'll keep it. If not,
we'll remove it. But just so that way
you see what it looks like, let's go
ahead and click on request sourcing. You
see here, it's going to charge us one
auto orderer credit. But if we already
have an order and we do it through the
orders page, it's going to be for free
and it's going to be processed a lot
faster. But again, let's just go ahead
and proceed with the sourcing just so
you can see what it looks like. And then
it's going to look for a few different
sources for the same product. Okay, so
it came up with a few search results and
these all don't seem to be exactly what
we're looking for. What it did is it did
a visual search and it's not really what
we needed. So what we can do in this
case is we can request manual sourcing.
And what will happen here is that this
product is going to be sent out to all
of the different autos suppliers. And
any supplier that's offering the same
product, they'll go ahead and send us
their offer. And then from there, we can
go ahead and choose which one [music] we
want to go with. So you can see here
that the sourcing status is currently in
progress and within 24 to 48 hours we
should have a few different options to
choose from with some better pricing.
But now if we go to our Amazon seller
dashboard and we click on our products,
we're going to see here that we have our
product, our grip strength trainer. Now
it is missing our offer. So we can
simply just go ahead and click on add
missing offer details. It's going to
take us to this page here. Let's go
ahead and do the same thing. Click on
add. And now it already has our price.
We have it set at $42.99. That's what we
had set it over at AutoDS with. And it
is showing that we do have the lowest
price. So, that's good on that part. And
all we really have to do is go ahead and
scroll down to the bottom and then
switch on. For United States, it was
off. But once we switch it on, we should
be able to save and finish. Okay. So,
from here, we can go ahead and click on
done. Now, after we did the change, it
is still saying that it's missing the
offer details, but that's because it
just needs to update. So, just give it a
few minutes. And once you refresh, it
should be good to go. Now, let me show
you really quick how you can set up a
new shipping template that's going to be
specific to your different suppliers.
So, what we want to do is we want to go
back to our shipping templates. For
this, just go ahead and click on the
search, look for shipping settings, and
then it'll take you directly to here.
And then you're going to have your
create new shipping template. Let's go
ahead and click on that. And it's going
to ask you if you want to copy from the
original template that you have there.
For this, we're just going to start a
new shipping template and click on okay.
And then we're going to go ahead and set
the rest of this information. So what
we're going to be doing is essentially
getting rid of anything that's expedited
because we're not going to be offering
that. So let's remove expedited. Let's
remove today. We don't have the option
for these. And what we're going to do is
we're going to stick to just the
standard shipping. So let's also remove
the free economy. Go ahead and click on
okay. And now we're going to go ahead
and edit all of this. So when we ship to
any of these different locations, we're
going to go ahead and set our transit
time. So, our transit time, I like to
keep it at the longest just to start so
we can gauge our supplier and see how
long it actually takes them to ship our
orders. So, we're going to keep that at
5 to 8. The shipping fee, we're going to
keep that as free. So, free shipping.
Same thing goes for any of these
different regions. So, we're going to go
ahead and switch it over to the longest.
Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. That's
definitely going to be going to be the
longest because that usually does take a
little bit extra than anywhere else in
the US. But again, we're going to go
ahead and offer free shipping for these
because our supplier is going to be
shipping them directly. So from here, we
can go ahead and scroll all the way down
and click on save.
Now, the shipping templates that we just
set, those are where we're going to ship
to. The next thing that we need to do is
switch over where we're going to ship
from. And this is what's going to be
tied to our different products or to our
suppliers. So, what we want to do here
is under general shipping settings, we
want to go ahead and add new warehouse
occasions. So, under default shipping
address, we can go ahead and look for
order fulfillment settings here. And we
can start to switch over the
information. So, we can do view
locations. And by default, the address
that I have on file is going to be the
one that it's shipping from. But what we
want to do is we want to do create a new
location. And from here, we're going to
start adding the locations from where
our suppliers are shipping from. So,
let's take for example, we have somebody
that's shipping from Denver. So, let's
go. Let's do Colorado. This we don't
have to worry about. As far as the
address, we can go ahead and put United
States. And then we're going to have to
have an address in Colorado. Now, this
is not going to be that hard to find. In
the cheat sheet, I am going to give you
a few different sources or a few
different links to different PDFs that
have multiple shipping addresses with
different warehouses on them that you
can use to add the information on here.
Now, for now, I already have one that
I'm going to be using. So, let's go
ahead and put this in here. And then
we're going to have shipping or instore
pickup. We're not going to be doing
instore pickup. We are going to be
offering the shipping. So, we're going
to go ahead and create this location.
Now, you don't have to worry about the
primary phone number or the email
address. You can put whatever it is that
you want there because nobody's really
going to be reaching out to those
locations. So, all right, perfect. We
went ahead and created the location. We
have this as a shipping option. So, this
will be where one of our products ships
from or where we set some of our
products to ship from. Now, what happens
when somebody actually starts placing an
order on our store? Well, in this case,
what's going to happen is we're going to
need to be able to fulfill these orders.
Now, you can go ahead and run over to
your Amazon account, and you're going to
go to the orders tab, and then you're
going to fulfill your orders through
here. I currently don't have any at the
moment, but this is where they're all
going to appear, and you're going to be
able to add the shipping information for
your product and fulfill it. But the
other option is going to be doing it
through AutoDS. So, when an order comes
in, you're going to have all of your
orders come in through here. And then
you're going to see it over here as
pending. Now, when it is pending, if we
have auto order turned on, like I showed
you earlier, it will automatically place
the order for you. Now, there's two
different ways that this can happen. It
can either be done through auto order or
through fulfilled by AutoDS. I suggest
going through fulfilled by AutoDS
because what that's going to do is it's
going to take your balance that's up
here and it's going to place the order
for you through your supplier. Whereas
the auto orderer function, it'll work in
a similar way except what it's going to
do is it's going to log in to your
supplers's website, let's say through
AliExpress, and it's going to use your
banking details or your credit card
information to place that order for you.
To me, fulfilled by AutoDS is a lot
quicker and it's a lot easier to use.
And one thing that you are going to need
to do in this case is going to be to
download and install this Chrome
extension right here, the AutoDS drop
ship helper, because what this is going
to do is it's going to prefill your
customers information for you. So,
Amazon doesn't share that information
with anybody. So, when you come on here,
you're not going to have the address for
your customers. So, the only thing
you're going to have to do is open up
that Chrome extension, and it'll show
you your different orders, copy the
address, and then you'll be able to
paste it into here where you see your
order. Now, if you do want a full demo
on how that works, you can go ahead and
check out this video right here. It is a
very detailed step-by-step, full on
three-hour course where Lauron shows you
absolutely everything that you need to
know on how to start and scale your
Amazon drop shipping business. In there,
you will be able to see real live orders
that have come through the store and how
they're fulfilled, and you're going to
be able to see absolutely everything in
action. So, I highly suggest you check
it out after this one, so that way you
can start to scale your business even
further. Now, the last thing that I'm
going to show you is how you can get
paid because this is obviously one of
the most important parts. So, through
the Amazon search bar up here, you just
simply search up deposit, and then
you'll be able to look up the deposit
methods. Now, on here, you can simply
just go ahead and add your deposit
method or your payout method, and it's
going to show up through here. It's
going to tell you how long it takes for
you to get paid, and it's going to give
you an option also for express payout. I
like doing the standard payouts because
it does take a couple of extra days, but
you're not going to get charged any
extra fees. Whereas express methods,
they are quicker, but they're typically
going to be charging you a certain
percentage. Now, remember, if you do
want the cheat sheet with all of this
information that I included in this
video for you laid out in a pretty easy
step-by-step manner, go ahead and
comment down below the #autods to
Amazon, and let me know what your
takeaway was from this video, and I'll
make sure to send you the cheat sheet.
Remember, if you want to check out the
full A Toz three-hour course that goes
into even more detail than this video
did, go ahead and check out this video
right
