How My 50 Y/O Brother Makes $214/Day With Claude AI (Full System Breakdown)

In this video, I'm going to be breaking down how my 50-year-old brother makes $214 a day with Claude AI. And this is the full system from start to finish so that you can just copy it. And this is coming from someone who's made over $10 million from something that started off as a side hustle, built this YouTube channel, past 1.5 million subscribers, and I've helped everyday people generate over $100 million in results. But my favorite result out of all of it is, of course, my own brother. He's 50 years old. He spent 30 years in the trades, not very tech-savvy, and he posted his very first YouTube video of his life, and it did over 800,000 views. And 29 days later, he had a $214 day. And that's a $70,000 plus year run rate. And last month, he had a record month of over $18,000. So, he literally went from zero to a full-time income in less than a month. And he didn't learn to code. He didn't do this selling AI services to companies. He just spent four hours a week or less on this while still running his full-time business in the trades and he followed a system and then Claude did the heavy lifting for him. All of it near every hard part. Now, quick warning before we start. The AI money space is absolutely flooded with slop right now. Recycled garbage from people with zero results and they know that it's bull when they post it. Perfect example is all the people that say that you can edit your YouTube videos fully with AI when literally none of them edit their YouTube videos fully with AI. They might use AI to edit a little bit of it, but the vast majority of it is done by a real editor. However, everything here is real numbers and real screenshots, and by the end, you will have no excuse left. Okay, so a while back, my brother Zach calls me up and he says, "Man, my body's starting to wear out. My back is killing me. I do not want to be doing this into my 50s and my 60s. Shane, can you help me make money without having to use my body? Now, here's the thing. Zach runs an HVAC business, right? He's been in the trades for 30 years, and his HVAC business is successful, but a business like that is kind of like a job with golden handcuffs. The money's fine, but it only pays if your body shows up and does the work every day forever. And golden handcuffs are still handcuffs. And there's a lot of people that end up in this situation. I was in the exact same situation with my high-paying pharmacy job. I went to school, got a doctorate, got a highpaying job because I didn't want to be poor. I was making six figures a year, but it was definitely a golden handcuffs job as well. Now, he thought I was going to tell him to get a remote job or grab some kind of online certification or maybe find himself a nice safe desk job. I told him, "No, just start a YouTube channel." And he looked at me like I'd lost my damn mind. He goes, "Shane, I'm not techsavvy. I've never made a video in my life. I'm in my 50s. Nobody wants to listen to a 50-year-old." Now, does that sound familiar? Because I'd bet money that you've probably at least said or thought one of those exact same sentences to yourself. And every single one of them is wrong. Not kind of wrong, but provably, mathematically, embarrassingly wrong. And I'm about to prove it with AdSense screenshots. So, I told him, "Just trust me, bro. Do exactly what I say and it'll work." And he trusted me. And the moment he said, "I'll do the work," that was the moment I knew he'd already won. and his very first video, the first video this man ever posted in his life, with the help of me and my system, blew up to over 800,000 views. And 29 days after posting it, he opens his AdSense and he sees a $214 day. Now, let me do that math for you. $214 a day is 70,000 plus a year run rate. So, that's a full-time income in less than one month from zero. And when he saw it, he was freaking out, right? He called me being like, "Oh my gosh, this is incredible. I can't believe this is real." He was frantically refreshing his analytics all the time. And look, I've watched a lot of people make their first internet money. And I've worked with hundreds of them, and there is nothing like the first time money shows up that didn't come from trading your body and your hours for it. And I honestly can't describe that feeling to you. It's kind of like trying to describe the color purple to someone who's color blind or someone who's never seen colors, right? There just are no words to describe it. You just have to see it show up in your account to really understand what it feels like. And honestly, it doesn't even need to be a full-time income. Now, here's what I need you to understand. Zach did not get lucky. And I'll be honest with you, because he'd say it himself, that first video was not some Hollywood production. It was basic editing, first time delivery, and it didn't matter. The system made the video work anyway. Real wisdom, a proven idea, and Claude doing the heavy lifting. That's it. Now, here's one of the boldest statements I'm going to make in this whole video. Zach never really learned AI. Read that again. The guy making $214 a day with Claude AI. Never learned AI. No coding, no prompt engineering course, no 40part tutorial playlist, he learned one skill, how to talk to Claude, which was set up the right way, like a friend. That's it. It's kind of like texting a really smart buddy who happens to work for free. And here's why that works for him specifically and why it's going to work for you as well. Anyone can Google information. Information is free. It's everywhere. And on its own, it's kind of worthless. But wisdom, decades of actually doing the thing, knowing what breaks, knowing what's a scam, knowing what nobody tells you on day one. You cannot Google that. Anyone can Google information, but nobody can Google your wisdom and experience. And Zach had a lifetime of real trade experience in his head. The only thing he was missing was a way to get it out of his head and onto YouTube fast. And that's what Claude is. It's not a replacement for you. It's an extraction machine for your wisdom. So, let me show you how big this actually is. Over a hundred years ago, photography was an experts game. You needed chemistry knowledge, dark rooms, expensive equipment. Regular people were locked out completely. Then Kodak released a little box camera called Brownie for $1. And overnight, the question changed. It was no longer, "Do you understand photography?" The question became, "Do you have something worth photographing?" So the money, the memories, the entire industry shifted away from people who understood the machine to the people who had something worth pointing it at. And this is exactly what Claude just did to content. The question is no longer, can you write, script, research, structure, and edit a video perfectly. Claude handles damn near all of it. The only question left is do you have something worth saying? And if you've been live for 30, 40, 50 years, doing basically anything, a trade, a career, raising kids, getting really good at singing, surviving something hard, having problems, and then overcoming those problems, then yes, you do. So, the system that I gave Zach, the one that I'm about to break down piece by piece, I call it the wisdom machine. You supply the wisdom, but Claude supplies nearly everything else. Now, before I open up the machine, you might be thinking, "Okay, Shane, cool story, but that's your brother. He had you on speed dial. Must be nice, right?" No, no, no. Zach isn't the outlier. Zach is the pattern. When Josh first started working with us, he was making less than $1,000 a month. With our help, he got to over 180,000 in a single month. And he did it just by making very helpful content in the IT and cyber security space. Nicole got to $80,000 a month helping women get into a very specific cyber security job called governance, risk, and compliance. Antoine got to over 100k per month with tech sales. And it's not just technology related careers. Bill got to 70,000 in a single month teaching people how to become financial controllers, which is essentially a very highle accountant. And nurse Jyn just started a few months ago and she already has three videos over 600,000 views and she's making a full-time income and she quit her nursing job and now she's traveling all over the country in her RV van and she's literally recording the videos in her RV van which I thought was pretty cool. And it's not just jobs. R.J. the unretired got to nearly 30,000 a month just a few months after he started teaching people how to retire early. And Craig has one of the biggest realy businesses in Montana and one of his very first videos with our system got over a 100,000 views. And it's not just money related stuff either. Isaiah made it to nearly 30k per month teaching people how to get better at singing. And this was after failing in a bunch of other different coaching programs. And the couple Damian and Kennedy made it to a full-time income by teaching Christians how to find their ideal Christian partner. Right? And it's not just people in my world as well. Go look up a channel called BlueCollar Edu. He's a journeyman lineman teaching trade careers and he has a big channel in the exact same lane as Zach. So they're not special. They're all just using the same playbook. They're either older or they have experience. Most of them are non-technical and they're in relatively boring niches and they're all winning. Because before AI came out, the only people who could post on social media were young people who knew how everything works. And now that AI has come out, it's leveled the playing field, just like Kodak leveled the playing field for cameras and photography. And now the people that are winning are people that actually have something worth saying. People that have experience, people that have wisdom, people that either are older or they're very good at whatever they're doing. See the pattern yet? Awesome. All right. Now, let's get to the wisdom machine step one. Now, here's what Zach did not do. He did not sit down and brainstorm video ideas. Brainstorming is where beginner channels go to die. Zach's first video, the 800,000 view one, was not a stroke of creative genius. We found that idea. It was already proven. And videos on that exact same topic were already pulling massive views on channels way smaller than the views that they were getting. And we just made a better version of the video that the audience had already voted for with their eyeballs. And I would know because this is the exact process that I've used on this channel for years. I find proven outlier videos, typically from smaller channels, where the video is either mediocre or preferably bad, and then I remake them with better execution. And I've got entire videos on this channel breaking that process down. But here's the quick version, and here's where Claude comes in. Now, I'm going to put a prompt up on the screen. You can copy and paste this prompt and put it into Claude. Or even better, you can get my Claude skills bundle by clicking the third link in the description in the pin comment below. And what it's going to do is it's going to interview you. So, it's going to ask you one question at a time until it has enough context to give you a really good answer. And that's actually the last line of the Claude prompt. And it's also what the Claude skills will do for you as well. And that last line is a secret. And I'll show you exactly why in a minute. And it might be the most valuable 20 seconds on this entire video. But here's how to get started. Open YouTube in an incognito window and search the topics that you know best. Look for videos with way more views than the channel has subscribers. We're talking 100,000 plus views on a channel with under 100,000 subs and there's at least a 5:1 viewsto subscriber ratio. And then try to choose videos where the content is either mediocre or preferably bad. And when all of that's true, the gap between the views and the subs means the idea is carrying the video. And that's the idea that you want to remake with your wisdom on top. Then you want to run prompt number one to pressure test the niche before you record anything. Now that's the labeled how-to. Find the proven idea first, remake it better, and never create from scratch when the audience already told you what they want. So, step two is where the wisdom actually comes out of your head. See, Zach does not write the scripts. The man has never written a YouTube script in his life, and he never will. What he does is what I call a yap session. So, he opens Claude, he opens the script writing skill, which I give you a light version of that skill with the Cloud skills that I have in the description in the pin comment below. Then, he hits the microphone button and then he just talks, right? Like basically he's just explaining the topic to a buddy over a beer. It's rambling. It's unorganized. Half sentences. Doesn't matter. Then the Claude skill is going to interview him and kind of ask him questions. And then he's going to answer those questions with another YAP session. Usually it's a very quick one. And then Claude takes that pile of raw wisdom and structures it into a clean, tight video script in his voice, with his stories and with his opinions. And that's why it doesn't feel like AI content because it isn't. It's his brain. Claude just did the typing. It's almost like having your own personal ghost writer. And this is exactly why I use Claude over other tools for this. And I say that as somebody who's tested basically all of them. Claude is flatout better at creative work and writing, and it actually sounds like a human being if you have the right skills instead of a LinkedIn post. And it is genuinely easy to use. And my 50-year-old ice cream maker destroying brother uses it every single week. Yeah. He got me an ice cream maker one time and he's so bad with technology that he immediately broke it because he plugged it into the wrong outlet, which is love you, bro. So, here's Claude prompt number two. I'm going to put this up on the screen. You can copy and paste this, put it into Claude, or even better, use the Claude skill in the link in the description, the pin comment below. Now, the secret that I promised you. Every prompt that you ever write should end with one line. Before you answer, interview me one question at a time until you have enough context to give a great answer. And you'll notice that almost all of my Claude prompts have this. And that is one of the biggest secret sauces. Your output is going to be so much better if you do it. Now, you don't necessarily have to do one question at a time. Sometimes you can just have it ask you a bunch of different questions at once. But to start, before you get good with this, I like to do one question at a time. Because here's the truth about why AI gives most people garbage. Most people give AI garbage and garbage in, garbage out, right? No context in, you're going to get slop out. But that one line flips the entire relationship. Instead of guessing what you want, Claude pulls the context out of you, your niche, your audience, your stories, your goals, and then it answers. Right? That single line is the difference between AI slop and the wisdom machine. Now, you might be thinking, "Okay, Shane, but I'm not technical. The recording and the editing part is going to eat me alive." Let me remind you who we're talking about here, right? Zach barely knows how to operate his phone, right? This is the man who murdered a perfectly innocent, brand new ice cream maker by plugging it into the wrong outlet. Rest in peace to that ice cream maker. It deserved better. So, the tech stack had to be simple or he'd have quit in week one. So, here's the entire thing. You got to have a camera. You can definitely just use your phone. You want to have a basic microphone. I believe that he actually did end up getting this microphone just cuz he saw that I had it, but you don't need a microphone like this. I will put up on the screen a super basic tech stack that you can get if you really want to know. That has everything that you need. And then you want to download a software called Descript because it has a teleprompter app built in and you can record directly with Descript. And then you can edit with the script as well. So no studio, no color grading, no motion graphics needed. And remember, his first video had basic editing and first timer delivery. And it did 800,000 plus views anyways because the idea was proven and the wisdom was real. So here's how to start. Use the phone that you already own propped at eye level. You can also literally use the webcam on your laptop if you want to. That's exactly what Nurse Jen did and she's getting millions of views a month doing this. But do make sure to prop it up to eye level. You want your face to be approximately where my face is in the screen, right? You don't want your face to be down here or you don't want your face to be cut off up here or or down in the bottom left like this or or anything like or bottom right I guess or anything like that, right? Make sure it's approximately eye level kind of like this. You can have your head kind of like this if you want. That looks fine as well. Or like this. Generally speaking, in the middle is probably going to be the easiest and the best. Then add a basic USB or lavalier mic. A lot of these are under $50 and these will get you 90% of the quality of something like this which is much more expensive. And then just get Descript. Okay, Descript is going to have a teleprompter app built in and you can also edit the videos and it has really good AI capabilities. Then you want to take the script from Claude, copy and paste it into the teleprompter app and then record the whole video in one sitting just reading the teleprompter app. And then edit it with simple cuts only into script. You could use a free editor if you want to. Cap cut's fine. Adobe Premiere Pro is fine as well. We've just found that the script is by far the easiest one. And do not buy anything else until you've done at least 10 videos. Okay? Don't be the gear guy. Okay? The gear person or the gear guy is someone who thinks his video is not doing well because he doesn't have the right gear. In 99.9% of cases, it's not the gear. The gear does not matter. Nobody really cares that much about the gear. What they care about is the idea of the videos. Then you can use Claude to come up with the title of the video. And then you can use chat GPT to come up with the thumbnails. So basically just upload a picture of yourself, upload the title, and then tell it to make a thumbnail for that video. So, thumbnails, in my opinion, are the one thing in this entire process that ChachiBT does better than Claude. Okay, so step four is the 4-hour work week. And here's the part that nobody believes. Zach spends 4 hours a week or less on his channel while still running his HVAC business full-time. And here's his entire week. One YAP session into Claude. Claude structures the script. He records it in one sitting off the teleprompter. Simple edit, posted, done. Yap, script, record, post, repeat. The system compresses every part that normally eats people alive. So, no staring at blank pages. Claude handles it. No idea roulette. The ideas are already proven. No editing rabbit holes. Cuts only. Four hours, one video every week, compounding. The algorithm does not reward talent. It rewards showing up with proven ideas consistently over and over again until the math tips in your favor. Now, let's kill the excuses one by one because I can already hear them through the screen. I'm too old. I'm too old. Being older is an advantage. Anyone can Google information, but nobody can Google your decades of scars, experience, wisdom. The internet is drowning in 22-year-olds reading Wikipedia at a camera. But a real human with real wisdom is a pattern interrupt. Zach's 50. Craig's in his 70s. Next. I'm not technical. Neither is Zach. Rest in peace, ice cream maker. If you can text a friend, if you can talk on a phone, you can run this system. That's genuinely the whole skill. Next. I don't have time. It's 4 hours a week. And let me be real with you. Slop is a faceless channel reading a robot script about a topic nobody in the building has ever actually done. This is the opposite. A real human being sharing what they actually know, solving real problems for real people. Claude doesn't replace the human. It amplifies the human. Totally different ballgame. And here's the thing, the more garbage floods the feed, the more real humans with real wisdom stand out, not less.
