Prison Education Programs Coordinator
for the Department of Corrections for
the state of Montana in Helena, Montana.
>> Can you tell me what you like about your
Moodle site?
>> We literally like everything about it.
They did a great job of color matching
our colors for our branding purposes.
Our login page has a beautiful picture
of it that's relational to Montana. We
have a really unique population we work
with incarcerated individuals and and
they're the ones taking the courses so
they're not allowed to have emails and
there's been a great deal of flexibility
there with either assigning mock emails
or no emails at all so that we can still
enroll people in courses without any
real difficulties. We really appreciated
that flexibility the site in general is
just set up well. The settings have all
been set up well for us to just start
building courses.
>> Can you tell me a little bit about your
experience with the Moodle Solutions
team?
>> It has been nothing short of awesome.
They have been a really wonderful group
of people. We worked with Kate and
Sherry and Ted and they were just so
much fun and just related so well to
everybody on our team and they never
made it difficult or never made it hard,
never made us feel stupid if we didn't
know something. They were just very
genuine and just always enthused,
completely enthused every time we met
with them and we we learned a lot along
the way with our free sessions that we
had to that we could choose and they
were just super supportive and prompt,
you know, any questions we had after our
meetings with them, they quickly
responded. They were just wonderful from
the very start and still continued to
make us feel welcome to give them a
shout. It's been great.
