Video summary

The webinar introduces Livemore.ai as a specialized platform designed to empower Medicare agents to leverage artificial intelligence effectively by 2027, warning that ignoring this technology will leave them behind in an increasingly competitive market. Leah Pooio explains that managing a book of business has evolved into a complex challenge regarding calendars and workload due to condensed enrollment periods, a problem general tools like ChatGPT cannot solve because they lack specific medical data. In contrast, Livemore IQ operates within a strict CMS-compliant framework, processing over 12 million pages of structured Medicare data to encode rules directly into the system. This capability allows the AI to simultaneously hold and analyze 6,000 plans, formulary changes, network updates, and client profiles—tasks that are impossible for humans to manage alone. Key functionalities demonstrated include automated data capture through the "SO Agent" tool, which consolidates health profiles, Blue Button consent, and signatures while instantly pulling current plan details from CMS to shift the agent's role from data gathering to confirming specific needs during the first call. The system provides real-time monitoring that updates formulary and provider data every 30 days, alerting agents immediately if a client's drug moves tiers or switches plans without authorization, thereby allowing for timely intervention before commissions are lost. Additionally, a plan analysis dashboard enables agents to instantly find the best matching plan for their entire book, surfacing critical findings such as out-of-network providers and potential savings, while deep dive features allow users to access evidence of coverage documents and answer contextual questions via an AI co-pilot named "Ask Aaron." The platform is built to integrate with various CRMs like GoHighLevel via API or upload features, offering carrier-neutral and FMO-agnostic solutions that ensure HIPAA compliance and data ownership for clients and agents, though it requires Blue Button consent for full monitoring capabilities. Pricing starts at $99 per agent monthly for the Pro version, with a special 50% discount offered to webinar attendees who can obtain discount codes and email addresses through follow-up communication. The presenters emphasize their strategic approach of using AI to reduce administrative complexity while simultaneously enhancing agent-client relationships, encouraging viewers to explore various AI applications for client outreach and consider becoming customers or attending a demo. The session concludes with logistical details regarding the availability of the recording on the company website or LinkedIn within two to three days, alongside free resources like the "LiveAI Landscape Report" accessible via newsletter signup. The speakers express gratitude to Christine for managing the slides and videos and extend good wishes for the attendees' AI careers, reinforcing the message that adopting these tools is essential for navigating the future of Medicare sales. With sign-offs from locations in South Carolina and New Jersey, the webinar ends by urging viewers to embrace these technological advancements to stay ahead in the industry.

Again, I'm so excited for tonight's webinar. I'm without further delay, I'm going to throw it to them so they can jump in and train and teach about how AI is changing Medicare cells in 2027. And so, please welcome Leah Pooio from LiveMore. Take it away. >> Thank you so much, Cody. Thank you for having us. I appreciate you sharing this topic with your network. And, you know, I also just want to thank all of you for taking time out of your busy schedule to be here. A 2027 is here and this is the first year where you as an agent can walk into A with a real advantage. And so today we're just going to show you how AI is changing Medicare sales and what that looks like inside a platform that I can honestly say is built by agents for agents. And we have been at this for a while. So, I know each of you watching are really thinking about the same thing right now. And what you're thinking about is your book, right? What is changing in the market? What's changed for your clients? When is the data going to drop so you can start strategizing? The list just goes on and on. And here's the thing, managing your book is twofold. It's both a calendar problem and a workload problem. Because by the time you have the full picture of the market and you compare that to what's changed for your client, you truly only have days to get them enrolled. That's days to make the outreach, days to find the best plan, or you could potentially lose them to someone else. And so today, what we're going to focus on is why this year can look and feel different than every other a before it. So now the calendar isn't changing. Okay. But what is changing is how much work has to happen inside that condensed period of time. So Medicare data has always existed. There's plan documents, formularies, provider networks, claims. The problem is it's always lived in a hundred different places in a dozen different formats. So you're talking over 12 million pages of data and nobody can read all of that. Not an agent, not even an entire agency. And so what we did at Livemore is we structured all of that into a CMS compliant data system. So we encoded the rules of Medicare into the system first and then let our AI agent models operate inside that framework. And that's what makes us different from general AI tools out there. So if you think about chatgpt or claude live more IQ operates through a strict CMS compliant framework. So now in our platform the system is processing like I said over 12 million pages. If I put that that into context, that is roughly five billion tokens of data pulled out of those documents and turned into something that a system can now reason across. Okay? And once that data is structured, our AI agents not only store it, but now they can process it, they can connect it and they can analyze it against a Medicare agent's book. And this is what allows LiveMore IQ, which is our AI automated platform, to instantly surface the best match plan and tell you which clients need attention and when. And that's truly the shift. It's not that AI is smarter than any of us. it's that it can hold 6,000 plans, every formulary change, every network update, and every one of your clients at the same time, which is just something that's not humanly possible. And so for this a Yep, perfect. Sorry, I think there was a lag on my side. So for this agents have the ability to put AI automation into practice across your entire book and get instant results. And that's what we're going to focus on today. Right. I just want to add that um AI automation doesn't end when AE ends. So it will the platform will continue to analyze your book through OEP and as things change for your client throughout the next year. So here I'm just going to give you two examples and then we'll jump into a video recording and then into a live demo of the platform. So if you think about your book and all the things that can come up throughout the year, you're going to have a your client is going to take a certain drug and that drug can potentially move from tier 2 to tier three in January. And under the old operating style, nobody catches that until she calls you in March and she's confused about her co-pay. Now, Livemore IQ is going to take the updated formulary from CMS that drops every 30 days, run it against your entire book, and surface this client on your dashboard, and let you know before she does. There's one more example I want to give you, and then we'll jump in. So, and this example is by far one of the number one things that we hear from agents, okay? And one of the number one things that you've been asking for, your client switches a plan. So maybe she got a call from a number that she didn't recognize and said yes to something that she didn't fully understand. And under the old model, you don't find out until October or when your commission stops. But now in LiveMore IQ, you as an agent can give your client the ability to connect us with her live CMS data. And once you do that, we can tell you within 10 to 15 days that she is changing plans. So now you can outreach her and you can potentially fix it before she gets switched to that plan and finds out that that really wasn't the plan for her and you already had her on the best match plan. So this is just two different client problems. It's the same underlining solution. There's structured data and a system that can analyze and reason across it instantly. So, I'm going to take a breath. But this is the part of the job where AI makes the difference, right? Because it's not replacing an agent, but it is replacing the manual grind that buries you. And so, we're going to walk you through what that actually looks like. And just to set up the video that you're going to see, set a little bit of context for you. This is an agent that started with our SO agent. Our SO agent is more than just a scope. It's going to capture your client's health profile. It's going to capture their blue button consent and their scope of appointment signature all in one place. You'll also get to see the type of data that once we connect to CMS instantly pulls in. And again, that's the part that's going to change how you operate because now you can quickly shift from confirming the drugs, confirming the providers, and right into a plan fit conversation on that first call. So, just take a peek at this video and then we'll hop into the live demo. From the LiveMaiq so agent form, beneficiaries can review the Medicare information that will be accessed, how it will be used, and what LiveMariq will and will not do with it. Once they confirm they authorize access to their Medicare information, they select connect with Medicare. There are four options for signing into their account. In this example, we'll use medicare.gov. Beneficiaries can create an account from the login page. If they already have an account, they enter their username and select continue. They are then taken to the next page to enter their password to log in. For those who need help with their username or password, reset links are available here as well. The beneficiary is taken directly to the share your information page. It explains the sharing period, how to stop sharing, and the required and optional information. It also links to Live Marikq's privacy policy, terms and conditions, and support email. After selecting share, the beneficiary returns to the SO agent form, which confirms their Medicare account is connected. The scope of appointment is the last page of the SO agent form. The beneficiary makes their selections for products to discuss, acknowledges their agreement, and then signs electronically. Once finished, their data flows in automatically, combining their blue button data with what's captured on the SO agent form. The client's profile populates immediately. While the beneficiary provides their basic information and benefit preferences, blue button can fill in their current plan, providers, MBI, part A and B effective dates, prescriptions, and pharmacies. That changes the conversation. Instead of searching to understand a client's utilization, the agent is just confirming which drugs and providers still matter when finding the best matched plan. Once it's all confirmed, hit run analysis and head into the plan analysis dashboard. Plan analysis surfaces the best matched plan allowing agents to enroll in the first session. Okay, so that was just a quick video of how easy it is for you to capture consent from your client and then have all of that information, their drugs, their providers, the most recent plan that they're on autopop populate for you. And again, this is where we're shifting the conversation from now. you can confirm the drugs and the providers that still have meaning and that they want to make sure are incorporated. And then and then when you go into um plan analysis, we'll show you what information you're going to get around the best match plan. And I'm going to get to questions right after we finish this quick live demo if that's okay. So, you're going to pop into what Christina is going to pull up for you is Livemore IQ. And there are multiple different features and functionalities within Livemore IQ, but we're going to focus on plan analysis and the dashboard that you'll have access to that's going to be monitoring your um client data. So, this is your analysis queue. All of your beneficiaries will be analyzed 247. And again, we up we update um plan data annually and then two additional times throughout the year we connect to carrier APIs. And so whenever there's a change made on the carrier site, we're pulling that in. We pull in formulary data every 30 days. We do have a relationship with CMS. That's how we are able to provide blue button access and consent to your clients is through that relationship. We also sit on the CMSV3 advisory council. So we pull formulary in every 30 days. We pro pull provider in every 30 days. Provider is pulled from multiple different places. We are going to the carrier sites. We're also pulling in from CMS. You're going to see this year CMS has much better provider quality data as it has in years past. But again, provider data is never 100%. But we pull that in and we update that based on the data that's provided every 30 days. That is what is being used to run the analysis. We also have pharmacy data. So you're going to see all of your beneficiaries analyzed. And we're just going to go back to the use case of the client that just filled out all of their information. So that was a Margaret. You're going to pop in here once you're done with Margaret and you're going to open up your um plan analysis on Margaret specifically. And what you see here based on the plan that she is in that we pulled in from her CMS data, she probably also told you over the phone, yes, I'm on Humanana Gold. The platform is telling you that she has an out-ofnet network provider on her current plan. It's also going to tell you that she might qualify for special needs and that switching to AARP could save her about $175. Okay. So, the platform is going to recommend the best match plan. The plan data and the plans that it surface is pulled from your profile. So, this is going to be based on plans that you can sell. If you want it to be all plans that she has access to, we can set that as well. On the lefth hand side you see the human gold. On the right hand side you see the AP and we give you some super highlevel information about that. Then you can scroll down to specific findings. Once you scroll down here we'll tell you the cost opportunities the network. So Dr. Farazzi is out of network on Humanana Gold but in network in AARP and the other two plans that we're suggesting. This allows you to have a conversation with your client specifically around the plan that you're recommending, the why that you're recommending it, what it could potentially save her, and if you want to go deeper, you can click on our planinder within the suggested first plan. And you can go deeper into that specific plan. Every plan card is going to give you access to documents. So we will give you access to the evidence of coverage, the summary of benefits as well as the ANOCH. So you can get access to any ANOC within our platform. And if she has a specific question about dental benefits, you could pop into benefits, pop into dental, and we are going to share with you all of the information around dental benefits. An agent will never need to open up an evidence of coverage. You can see the shared allowance across comprehensive and preventative. You could also see all of the services that are provided under comprehensive dental. If you um are interested and prefer to use our Ask Aaron co-pilot, you can pop into the co-pilot and you can ask her questions as well. She is contextaware, so she knows exactly what plan you're on. You don't have to put in a plan ID. You can just ask for benefits and she will surface it. If we now pop back into plan analysis, there was a question that popped up. So, you can use this for a new client. If they are not on a plan or you don't know their plan, all you have to do is put in their drugs and their providers. There's a section in the health profile where you can pick for benefits, vision, dental, and you could put if something is a mustkeep or a nice to have. If you choose a mustkeep, the analysis is only going to return plans where um the benefit is available. If for some reason they're on a drug and it is not covered under any plan, it's going to surface the next best match plan, but it's going to let you know that that drug is not covered across any plan. So this is Margaret. If we go back to the queue again, you can look at all of your clients. And so you might see here today I'm going to work through my criticals. We have a legend that tells you what each status means. You can sort by status as well if you want to focus on your criticals. Your criticals really mean there's a drug that's not covered. There's another plan that has it. And so if we look at Leonard, here's another example. Leonard can save um it looks like $1,200 a year on this plan. and there's a prescription that's not covered on the current plan, there's a similar plan could lower the medication costs. Again, we're going to let you know if your client may or may not qualify for special needs or C snip, but again, we're not going to make a recommendation that we're just going to gear you back towards having a conversation here. Leonard is on devoted and we're recommending Humanana. You get the talking points as to why. And then if you scroll down, you'll also be able to dig in to see for drug coverage, right? Fluoxitine is not covered on the current plan, but it is covered on the plan that we're recommended. And that's where the savings is going to come in. So the platform is going to look at what they're paying by it not being a covered under the current plan and what they could be saving. And so that's where that comes from. down at the bottom, you're always going to get a drug formulary. So, we're going to show you all of the drugs that were taken into account for that specific analysis. And you can see that it's not covered under devoted, but it is under the two Humana and the one AARP that the um platform is surfacing. The final thing I'll talk on here and then we can open it up is we do show you the rankings and how everything is weighted in the analysis and you can have access to that. So now we're going to scroll back up. We're going to go back to the queue. You have your criticals, your warnings, your opportunity, your info, and your good fit. These all have different severities to them. The goal is that you're getting the majority of your clients by the end of a into a good fit plan. And again, these all pull from your profile. So, they're for the states that you're licensed in, the carriers that you're appointed to, and those are the clients that you're working with. This is just a snapshot of the platform and everything that you can do within it when it comes to plan analysis. And now if we want to stay in here, Christine, and we can open up the chat and answer a couple of questions. I'll pop in and answer. I'll look for the questions. Okay, so there were a couple of questions specific to new clients. So with the new clients, it says, "What about a new client to analyze their plan quote an internal plan quote alternatives? Will this work efficiently?" Yes. Again, I think I touched on it, but as long as a platform has their basic information and any drugs or providers that they might be taking, the system is going to return a result. The system will turn a result if there are no drugs and no providers. And then it's going to default to 100% based on the best cost plan. The platform will also there's an optimization feature. So, if you have somebody on MA and they would do better on MAPD because they have a drug, it's going to give you um the ability to look at a different type of plan if that's something that you're interested in. Okay, great question. Sounds like this only works if the beneficiary gives them permission to run their social. Okay, so a couple of things. Plan analysis will work based on the information that your client is giving you. So you can run anal plan analysis on your book today with the same information that you have in your CRM. What we've done is we've structured the data and it's going to run and process it. Blue button CMS access is just going to allow you to pull in their data without them having to provide it fully to you. But it's also going to allow you to monitor your client throughout the year. So as utilization happens, as they go to the doctor, they have a surgery or they get moved to another drug, that information is going to populate into our platform and you will get notified of it. So, just like we're updating the platform with all of the Medicare data that's out there, we're also updating it with your client's specific utilization data and alerting you if there's a special enrollment period, alerting you if they added a new drug and it's not on their plan so that you can reach out and engage in a conversation with them. [clears throat] Again, we're also alerting with you of the disenrollment. So, one of the things that will not work without their blue button consent is the disenrollment information, but everything else to find the best match plan and use plan analysis and not have to dig into a planinder and not have to open up an evidence of coverage. All of that still operates without them connecting. The connecting just makes it a little bit more easier and allows you to monitor things throughout the year. The other thing I wanted to mention is there are four ways that they can log in. So they can do the ID me. They can also just log into Medicare, put their username, their password, and it's going to automatically open up to the Livemore IQ permission page and they click accept. So I understand that not all of your clients are going to be able to log into a computer. And for those, unfortunately, we're just going to have to still see how that relationship with CMS pans out, if there's other ways that they will allow consent. But at the moment, um, clear um, id.mme, medicare.gov, just logging into their Medicare account, putting in their username and password. You can also share screen and walk them through it. uh is something that um from the agents that I talked to they do feel like around 60% plus of their clients would be able to do that and as more and more T65 age in you'll start to have more clients that can so is so agent an extra cost. So our platform there's a basic and a pro. It's um subscriptionbased plan analysis with blue button access comes in the pro version. Pro version is a monthly subscription fee for an annual service. You can go to live.ai and go to our pricing page. Currently, we're at $99 per agent per month for the platform for pro. We have a discount for everyone that's attended this webinar where you would get it for 50% off for the first year and Christine will give you the discount code um towards the end of this session. Does this play well with go high level? So great question. Livemore.iq IQ is a full feature multimodular AI API platform and so we are currently doing an integration with um integrity connect and we are also doing we can integrate with agency CRM like go high level Zoho those are customizable integrations and so we work with the agency owner but if you're an independent agent and you have your book and you keep it with a certain CRM, we can work with you on how to create either an API integration or pull that data in. We also have an upload feature, so you can download from your CRM and upload your book into our system, run plan analysis. One of the things that does not come with the offering is enrollment capability. So, you would still need to enroll through your current enrollment channel. What we can do is link your enrollment engine into LiveMore IQ. So, you're pushing a button and pushing into it. Um, but Livemore IQ is FMO and carrier neutral. So, you need to be an FMO in order to be an enrollment engine and we choose to stay neutral. Is there a way to send them a new S SOA if they decide that they want to talk about additional options? That's a great question. Yes, you can send them another S SOA. Um, we do have the check all and uh you can do the S SOA currently through email. You can also do it over the phone with them. So, as long as you're recording your session, you can do the scope over the phone with them um and manually type everything in for them. And then coming shortly is the text messaging feature for so agent. So at the moment we don't have the text messaging to let you know about a new client. It's all happens within the platform within your plan analysis notifications. You get a notification on your on your dashboard. However, we make tremendous progress and as we head into 2027, we are looking at the integration of additional features and functionalities including text messaging notifications to an agent when something has changed in Livemore IQ. Yes, you can send them a link for consent. So, it's either an email or a magic link and you can do it that way. Agent CRM. So, we have the capability to integrate with any CRM out there. It's just going to depend on if we've done it in the past. It's a little bit uh more straightforward. If we haven't, it would just take a one-time integration for us to figure it out. But we have had conversations with agent CRM and I would say yes, we will be able to do that. When will the integrity integration be completed? So we are testing we have um a handful of agencies on our platform. We have dozens and dozens of independent agents and we are testing with one agency on the integrity API um at the end of this week and then we will be able to say when it's fully launched it will be um within the next 30 days I have. So, this is a great question. I have to leave. Am I not allowed to get the discount code? Okay. So, good thing is we actually have your name and your email. So, you'll get a follow-up email after this with the discount code. We also have a live more landscape report. This is an interactive report that the moment the CMS landscape file drops, we are going to publish a landscape live more report. And in there you can look at what is going on in your market by county, by region, and you can look at it at the plan level. And so this will give you all the market insights. What plans are exiting, what plans are new, what's being absorbed, service area changes. You can see that in an interactive report that you can drill down to and play with. Everyone on this call is going to get that report in their email as soon as the landscape file drops. You will also get the discount code. Yes. So, is there an agency account for agency owners? So, an independent agent can subscribe. Agency owners can subscribe. For agency owners, you're going to have hierarchy management. One of the things that we didn't talk about is our RTS manager and Livemore IQ. The platform is going to [clears throat] it's a one-stop shop for managing all of your RTS for an agent. So, you're just going to come into your profile and put in your NPN and we're going to pull in your licensing information from NIPR. We're going to pull in the carriers that you're appointed to and um help you manage through your compliance. So for AHIP, we're going to the platform, not we, the platform will let you know how much time you have left on your HHIP. Once you've completed it, you upload the document. We have a document reader. It's going to populate everything. For agency owners, you can put all of your agents in under your agency. You'll be able to see uh where your agents are as far as their RTS status. You'll also be able to give them access to the platform and all of the features. Again, the features and functionality are modules. So, if you come to Livemore and you say, I only want this feature, we can do that for RTS manager. And then you can get and otherwise you can go with the basic or the pro. Is our client data protected? Yes, your client data is protected. Not only that, you own your data. So what Christine um was showing you is not only is your client data is your client data protected, but also your client's data. So your client can request that their information be removed and that we stop the CMS blue button access. And so in order for us to receive approval, you go through a deep dive of your app. They're giving you recommendations on your app. And so that's why you see here remove Medicare connection and data. That is where if your client comes to you and says I no longer want my data being accessed, you would pop in here and you would click that button and now we shut it off. If you want to delete your beneficiary, you can delete a beneficiary. We store that data in tables under the agency or the agent registry for the appropriate time to stay CMS compliant. But again, HIPPO compliant um CMS standards all are within the framework of which we've built Livemore IQ. We can share our privacy um um documents with you. They're on our website. They're also will be in your instance possible white label. Yes, I would say to reach out to me if you're interested in white labeling the product, but absolutely also within your instance, you can um set it up with your agency logo and your agency color scheme. When your scope of appointment goes out to your client, it will have your logo on it and it will be coming from you. The email thread will be from living. but it will be branded as coming from the agent. And if they're working under an agency, it will be branded from the AY's logo. Not at all. So, it says, "My imo uses Sunfire. Will this be an issue if I sub subscribe?" Not at all. Like I said, we're doing uh API integration with Integrity Connect. We are not um an enrollment engine and so you can do everything in here. You will need to leave the platform to do the actual enrollment. We are not an FMO. So we do not have a one-on-one relationship with Sunfire. But if you're an agency owner and you have a Sunfire instance and you want that connected to LiveMore IQ, that is something that can be worked out. But in the moment any agent any agency can be a part of our platform and we will work through from API integration connecting the CRM and then connecting the enrollment flow. Will the client receive confirmation that the access has been terminated? Yes. And I think I may have gotten to all of the questions. that we have so far. Hold, please. Okay. Does the Medicare beneficiary get a disclosure that the agent is sharing their info with your company? And if yes, do they need approval? So, your client is actually sharing their info with LiveMore IQ. You have access to it as their agent on record and them being your your client in the platform. So there's no additional approval, but the only way an agent will get that access is by being a part of the platform and then live more requesting that access if that makes sense. You can schedule a one-on-one demo because there's a lot more that we can go into. Um you just go to livemore.ai or click on the see live in action button in the comments. Please explain the workflow with CMS and a new client. If I text them a link and pull in their data, what else will I need to collect? So, we're going to pull in their um we're going to pull in their providers, their drugs. We're going to pull in anyarmacies that they have on file. We're not going to pull in benefit data. We're going to pull in their current plan year, their um Thank you. their MBI, their Medicare status, their effective part A and part B dates, current carrier that they're with, and then um this is the drugs and the providers. I'm unsure of exactly the demographic information. I believe you need their first name, last name, date of birth, and all of that, but that should be it. That should be the majority of what you need and then we will pull everything else in. Again, it's not going to pull in benefits. So, you're going to want to have a conversation with them around what type of set benefits, if any, they that they would like. Um, let's see. Can we then just do a sideby-side comparison? So, what you'll do is you'll pull all the information in and then instead of them providing you their providers and looking at their pillcase and reading it to you, now you're just confirming. Okay, do you still see Dr. Cho? Do you still see um Dr. Walters? Is Leiniprol is this something that you're still currently taking and you're just navigating the platform and you're saying yes, no? You might take a doctor out if they say I haven't seen that doctor in a year and a half and I don't need him to. But in the platform, you can also mark who the primary care provider is because a lot of your clients are going to have five, seven, 10 doctors. You mark who the primary care provider is. You also mark if they're if they're needed to be in network or not. And you can do that for the providers must keep um prefer to keep. Again, this will all be taken into consideration in the analysis. And then you can do it for the drugs as well. We will have their plan benefit, won't we? With their plan. Um, you will have their plan, but it doesn't mean when I say plan benefit, what I'm talking about is we have a benefits section in here and you can go through it with them and you can say, and we'll pull it up for you right now. Um, oh, I was talking about, I'm sorry, Christine, I was talking about in the health profile of the client where they can choose for Margaret where they can say her look at the different benefits and you can go deeper than this, but there's a section where you can say of dental, here we go, supplemental benefit needs. So, this is just a high level of them. Um, you can go into way deeper in the future, but dental, is it needed? Is it a nice to have or is it not needed? Vision needed and it's all going to take into the consideration. We're only going to turn return plans that have it, right? Inhome support, we're going to move that off. We've gotten feedback from agents. That's not really ever covered. And so, inhome support won't be on the top of the needs. But you can go into like Christine was just doing into Planfinder and do a deeper dive into it. So, in the past, the blue button showed drugs taken years ago but are no longer taken or the drug was only short-term. It took a lot to clean it up. Does this issue still exist? That is a great question, John. Right now, we're looking at um if we could put a limit on how far back we go to pull. And the feedback that we're getting from um agents because like I said to everybody, when I say built by agents for agents, I truly mean it. We did a year and a half with agents um in private preview helping us build this platform. And so, uh we get we get mixed feedback on should it be one year, two year, should it go back even further. So, if you want to come and subscribe, I'll have an answer for you on how far it goes back and if we're looking at altering that. Yes, you'll know what their co-pays are. Absolutely. So, you'll know the plan that they're on, what the co-pays are. Um, again, with the plan analysis, we're going to tell you the best match plan, and then you can see here what the co-pays are within each of the different benefits. I apologize if I didn't understand your question at first. Right. So, for example, you have primary care physician services under this plan is a $0 co-pay. Occupational therapy is a $25. It's telling you if it's in network. It's telling you if there's a referral or an authorization that's needed. You could also click the button and go deeper into that into any one of these. Right. So, chiropractic services, $20 co-pay referral. Yes. prior off. Yes, this is called Livemore IQ. You can go to livemore.ai and you can look up the um pricing sheet. It's going to show you, Kim, all of the features and functionality. You'll also get a discount code for joining the webinar. That will come to you in your email along with a Live More Landscape interactive report. That report will come in a couple of weeks. I think maybe a week and a half to two weeks they should be dropping a landscape file. Back to the benefits though, just to show how um comprehensive this is. Let's say you are on with your client. And Christine, I'm going to jump here to provider, but every provider in our platform has an address and a phone number. And so if you're on the phone with your client, I'm not saying for you to call the doctor, although I know many of you spend many of hours on the phone with the doctors, but we are going to provide you, you can see here, it's a very quick, easy type ahead search. We're going to search within a 50 mile radius, and that's more so that the search returns quickly and accurately. You can put in the last name of who you're looking for, and then you can pull up Lindsay Rogers. You're going to have the address. You're going to have the MPI and you're going to have the phone number. So again, we never want an agent to have to go and dig for anything. We want everything at your fingertips. So great question. I got this Zoom by registering through Kaboom Leads. Is this part of what Kaboom offers? So no. So we've been working closely with Cody Asins um for a little bit over a year now. and we had the idea to host this amazing webinar and just talk about how AI is changing Medicare sales in 2027. There's many different ways in which it's doing that. This is just one of those ways that we wanted to bring to his communic his community. Um so no, it is different separate subscription. Uh but um we work closely with Cody and Kaboom leads. Okay. So, I still don't understand how can your company circumvent the stringent requirements from CMS to handle Medicare beneficiary information since brokers are anyone under the downstream are supposed to follow CMS regulations. Great question. Um, our platform is 100% CMS require um compliant. We have a highly highly structured data system. We monitor 6 a.m. and 6 pm every day. CMS, TCPA, do not call and every regulation out there. We are HIPPA compliant and we are on the CMS V3 advisory council and in partnership with CMS um we offer blue button access. So, I hope that clarifies for you the um the framework in which we've built the system. Just to touch on that for a second, if you go into Chat GPT or Claude, you cannot put client data in there. When you go into chatt and claw, those are general AI systems and they're going to pull from a universe of data and they're not always going to tell you did they pull this from 2025 or from 2026. Okay? Everything within our AI system is all Medicare data. It is the most recent data. Again, 6 a.m. 6 p.m. every day. HIPPA compliant framework, highly structured database all around Medicare data in our platform. We have MA, MAPD and PDP. Metagap will be coming. We do not have metagap um data in our platform for RTS manager meaning to stay compliant and all of that. That does cover Medicare and ACA. So just just to clarify there, I'm just reading here. So I must have missed it. Do you drop your clients into this and can you send the medicare.gov button or can you only do this face to face? Oh no, you can do it face to face. You can do an email. You can do it over the phone. Yes, you can drop your clients in here. We have an upload capability where you can download from your CRM and upload into the platform. Uh, also if you are with specific CRM, we could look at an API integration where we're pulling that data in so you don't have to do anything. And then again, we have the integrity connect integration and we're working with a couple organ other organizations that I'm just not ready to mention yet where we will have API integration push and pull. Um, integrity agents get this for no charge. No. So, this is not this is still a separate system. Um, and integrity connect doesn't subsidize a live IQ platform. It is a separate system with a separate subscription. Integrity in integrity connect you can pull in for your client. You can pull in the most recent plan that they're on. you can definitely do that. And then they will also um I believe they will tell you if a provider is no longer covered. Um one of the differences with our platform is because you can connect your client to the CMS real data is that we're able to analyze that throughout the year and we're also able to pass you disenrollment data within 10 to 15 days. So you'll still be within the 30-day window. You can reach out to your client. You can see did you really mean to change this plan? was there something that you else you were looking for and you can try to save that client. So that is something that's different with Livemore IQ. Um but right now Livemore IQ would be an additional subscription. However, we would integrate our information from Integrity Connect will pull into Livemore IQ and any updates that you do in our platform will push back into Integrity Connect. How much is it for the program? Um go to liveour.ai, check out our pricing. If you want plan analysis, you're going to look at the pro version. It's currently $99 a month per agent and you will get a discount code uh in this call. So, we are bumping up against time. This is recorded and as soon as I get access to it, I can share it with anybody who still wants to um connect or if you have somebody that you know that wasn't able to join today and you want to share the recording with them, send this to them. Also, there's a link that Christine can relink in here for you if you wanted to book a one-on-one demo, if you just want to go and subscribe today. We are working tirelessly to make sure that every agent and agency that wants access to this for a is onboarded in time. So I would say if this is something that you're interested I would go on subscribe can schedule an onboarding meeting. Once you subscribe the onboarding team will reach out to schedule an onboarding meeting and we will be able to work and get you all set up. Um Rey, you will get that discount code. Everybody that is in here and registered, we have your emails and we will be able to send that to you right after this call. The recording, we will see if we can email the recording. Otherwise, it will be on our website within the next two to three days. I don't know if you follow me on LinkedIn, but if you follow me on LinkedIn, I'm always posting about special discounts or certain reports that if you just go on to live.ai and um click for our newsletter, you'll get all these free reports that we're creating. The Livemore landscape report is the next one. I just want to say thank you so much to all of you for joining. Thank you, Christine, for navigating the slides and the videos. Um, I wish you all the best of luck this AE. Do yourselves a favor like you're doing now. Learn about all the different AI that's out there. There are so many different ways you can use it. You can use it on the front end to outreach your clients. We've chosen to use it to remove the complexity, to remove the administrative burden, and to enhance the agent senior relationship. That is our motto. That is everything that we are trying to do here. Thank you so much for joining and I really hope to see you in a demo or as a customer. But have a great evening wherever you are. I'm signing off from South Carolina. Christina is signing off from New Jersey. And we wish you all a very successful AA.
