Heaven Encounters: Near Death Experiences & Proof of the Afterlife | Randy Kay on The Glory Hour

The first time I looked into uh the eyes of love, not as a cliche, but I looked into those eyes. And I think I represent all of those who've looked into those eyes. They tunneled into every dark place, shining the light of Christ into those dark places, turning that [music] sadness to joy, but also showing that constant love. And each of us, each of us who have met him, >> [music] >> have said the same thing, that he saw us as the most important person in the world. That's incredible. Here he is, God almighty. He has providence over the entire world, certainly his believers that he sees millions of billions even of people, and yet that absolute devotion, >> [music] >> when you look at him, as each of your listeners who know Christ will look at him in the eyes one day, face-to-face. That love will be so penetrating and that feeling of being the most important person in the world, when you look in in his face, you see that love is an expression of who he is because it's his person. When I first looked at him, when I first was in his presence, uh my first reaction, I thought was, "So, this is love." So, this is love. Now, I had to experience love on Earth, but never as a person. Never as a person. When you experience him as a person, you know what love is. It's not an emotion. It's not a feeling. It's the overwhelming of a person and that person who wants an intimacy so much that he would come from the throne which is glorious in appearance. And he would come and walk on this earth, be persecuted knowing that he would go to the cross be spat upon and rejected by all of those who followed him. That love that love is fully known in heaven. >> Hey Gloria Hour family, I have a question for you. Have you ever wondered what heaven is like or maybe even how? Well, today we're going to take an in-depth look at the afterlife with Randy Kay. I'm so excited for this conversation. Randy is a former pharmaceutical executive who was declared dead for 30 minutes back in 2005. He had a life-changing encounter with Jesus in heaven and since the moment he met Jesus face-to-face, his life has never been the same. Randy is one of today's leading on near-death encounters and the realities of eternity. He's a best-selling author and host of the popular podcast Heaven Encounters which reaches millions worldwide. And Randy, I am so overjoyed to have you with us today on the Gloria Hour. >> Sydney, it is such an honor and joy for me. Thank you for having me. >> Well, I'm so grateful for us to be together again. If those of you who've been following along with the Gloria Hour for a long time, you know Randy was with us before and shared about his whole journey and whole encounter with Jesus that just left such an imprint on my heart and on my spirit. And Randy, you have a new book out called Heaven Encounters where you actually tell these and compelling stories of those that you've interviewed that have been in the afterlife which is truly incredible and amazing. >> You know, it was a years-long project, Sydney. Just as trying to assimilate and synthesize all of these stories from personal interviews. And the epiphany through it all was that even though the particulars about the stories varied, they met the same person. And I think that is the kind of the summation of it all is that these stories were very, very, uh, and very similar in in the sense that regardless of where they started or where they went, uh, they always ended up meeting the same person. >> Which is truly beautiful. Just when you were saying that, Randy, it's like all all these roads, these different paths led straight to the way, the truth, and the life with Jesus, which I found was so fascinating. And they were from all different walks of life. So, can you just tell us a little bit about, you know, the people that how how you how you chose these ones because I mean, that's probably really difficult. You've interviewed thousands of people, and to be able to narrowing it down to 140, it's truly what a task. >> Yeah, well, it was nice to get the attention off of myself and my story, actually. I I I enjoy sharing, uh, the love of Jesus Christ and that personal experience. However, um, when I did share my experience, uh, I started getting a lot of contacts from people saying, "Oh, I had an experience." And and then it happened numerous times. So, eventually, uh, I got a little smart and I formed a team of people who could then, uh, do pre-interviews, who could look at background checks and background information, talk to families if they were available, who could corroborate these stories so that we could preserve the integrity of these stories and ensure that they were accurate, uh, and that they were honoring Christ. So, all of the all of the interviews that I've done that have been showcased uh and are in the book are Christ-honoring. Now, I've interviewed others that have not appeared uh in the book or on our uh on our show um that are of the New Age universalistic uh variety but in those experiences uh they met uh kind of an an ethereal presence, a light or something to that effect. But in the Christian experiences everyone met a person and that's the difference uh between what let's say a uh a near-death experience that is not uh uh of Christ, that is a person is not a believer in Christ versus one who maybe went into the experience not being believer maybe coming from a different religion, maybe being an atheist as as many of them were of a different uh kind of belief but they all through different channels and different ways, they met the same person again. It just is a common theme that is unavoidable and it testifies of the reality of our Lord and our God in a way that I think is almost irrefutable or if not irrefutable. You know, I I call these messengers from heaven. You know, God is sending an an an unprecedented number uh people who are testifying of the reality of God, of the reality of heaven and even the reality of uh of hell. >> You know, Randy, even just going through um heaven encounters and what just is coming up in my spirit is this divine disruption that took place that in the midst of a tragic circumstance and what you you know, what you share through these the stories of the these real-life stories. I mean, there there's so many different scenarios that happened but in just one moment that there was the the heaven the heavens opened. And these they were able to encounter the supernatural, the real God. It is truly truly amazing. Um and they come from all different walks of life. And even what I love that was in your book is that, you know, there there was atheists, there were those in the cult. It was, you know, they were in the deep throes of addiction. I mean, there's so many of these stories where just like to your point what you said, I don't know after reading through how you could just deny that Jesus isn't real. >> Mhm. Absolutely true, Sydney. You know, uh like you said, there are different backgrounds coming to the same place. You know, you have Jeffrey Porter, for example, who's an atheist, who was cursing at God. And he had had six strokes. Uh the seventh occurred on a sailboat that he was on. And he went uh not to heaven, he went to the other place. And he was being chased by these figures, presumably demons. And he saw a light, a pinpoint light, and he tried to reach into that light, and he could not. And God said something strange to him. God said, "Give me your all." And he tried and he tried. Of his own volition, he could not, but he knew enough to cry out the name of Jesus. And at that point, that's when God could pull him from hell into through the light into a place of uh being outside of heaven because he wasn't a believer at this time. He came back, he was resuscitated, and his doctor actually said, "I think you had a near-death experience." He had flatlined. He was clinically dead, that his heart had stopped. So, you have those stories, and you have uh Yen who was a very devout Buddhist. You have Santosh, a devout Hindu. You have Anna Anna Christina who was a Coptic Christian from Egypt who was poisoned to death by her husband so he could collect the insurance. And she met the Holy Spirit. And coming from a very traditional religious background, she did not realize that God had a sense of humor. She was with the Holy Spirit specifically and she describes the Holy Spirit and she describes the humor that they were actually laughing together. So there characteristics of God that are revealed that maybe our paradigm of who he is is maybe not what he actually is. He's extraordinarily loving and all of the characteristics we find in the Bible, but there's some things that may be surprising that he's also very relatable and you know, that's one thing that's common across the various stories. >> You know, I just love to just even diving a little deeper into that point of you know, the different facets and like natures of God because we know like we do know him as a very loving God or when we have our own walk with him, but there's something that when you have a near-death experience and an encounter that you get to experience a different facet inside of God that you get to share with us. So are there any others that you can just share that had a you know, it's kind of a surprising like huh, that's they that they were able to experience another facet and face of God? >> Yeah. Well, I mentioned the humor of God with Anna Christina, but also there is the Trinity which several of us and I say us because I had met the Trinity as well. God the Father, the Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. So for example, the Dean Braxton who, was meeting all three who were symbiotic in their presentation. That is, they were one in a way that no word in the in any lexicon with all all of the languages can adequately describe what that is. But, it's just that you know that you know. I mean, and you have to be there to experience that fully. So, the expression then, and this is a collective expression of of the three in one uh was Jesus Christ is truly a friend and a companion. The Holy Spirit, who is indeed as he's referenced in the Bible as the comforter uh appearing more uh as an ethereal presence, but more uh akin to the wind uh flowing, but a person nonetheless and that's interesting because Jesus uh referenced to Nicodemus uh the Holy Spirit as the wind and then there's God the Father. And God the Father takes on a different presence. God the Father is um is more uh I'll put it this way. Gargantuan, but also daunting in appearance. Uh no one has seen his face in these various accounts. Uh because the brilliancy of the light emanating from him is like that uh as many have said, is like a like a thousand suns emanating from him. And he's very declarative. But, again, they're all in one their expression is as one and yet unique in how they are appearing, but in a way that is not distinct so much as it is an expression that resonates in each person as they witness these Anna Christina as I mentioned uh had a very with the Holy Spirit had a lot of they were telling jokes. Now, that's a shocker. >> [laughter] >> I mean not not the kind of jokes that we would have on Earth, but the kind of jokes that are kind of like looking at life in a different way the way God sees life. And that's amazing when you can look at that at how God sees us and in this world in a different paradigm by meeting him face-to-face. >> You know, Randy, I just love how you're saying with the Anna Christina like the with the Holy Spirit like telling jokes and laughing um because I think of just what comes to mind is the joy. Like the joy of the Lord is our strength and you know, God like how how do we how would we even be able to express the fruit of the spirit of joy if the Holy Spirit Jesus God they're not emblematic of that and that just just touches my my heart so much of just thinking about that and even as you're sharing of these diff these experiences that you've had and others have had I think even for me just sitting here it's like you're the way you're describing it feels like it sounds like it's so indescribable at times, but the way that God has been able to give you a to survivors of these near-death experience the language to articulate back to us here at Earth through the word to really understand how real God is. >> Yeah, you know, you saying joy and that's a great word too uh to use uh Sydney because joy is the ethos of heaven. And uh I'll take Amadou Barrow who was a devout Muslim as an example. So um in the Muslim uh belief they believe in Jesus as a prophet. They don't believe that he was resurrected. They don't believe that he was divine. Uh Amadou Barrow he uh succumbed to heart failure. And so, A Mir Baraka was a very devout Muslim man. But, what is not taught in that faith is that joy. Uh, and also the overriding love of God as he's described as in in one of the references of his name in the Bible. And so, A Mir Baraka had, uh, died. He entered into this space where he met Jesus. Now, he had known of Jesus as a prophet, but he did not know him as Lord and Savior. And when Jesus revealed to A Mir that he was, in fact, uh, the Lord, the divine, the God incarnate that walked on the in this world, when A Mir Baraka realized his divinity and also his love, which he had never met a God of love, he came back absolutely on fire. He was I said, he was just he was he could not talk enough about the joy of the Lord and how much he loved God, the God of Jesus Christ. And he And of course, he shared it with, uh, his family members and friends, and he was ostracized and, um, and even threatened. So, I re-interviewed, uh, A Mir fairly, uh, recently and he's I said, "What about your family? You've lost loved ones as a result of your belief." And he said, "Well, I've got some great news for you, Randy." He said, "Just about all of them now know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. And they've got the joy of the Lord as well." It was absolutely incredible. Absolutely joyful. >> That that just brings such it's it's so amazing that his encounter literally changed the, you know, the course of eternity for his family. and because of the love of God. Like the these stories like I I mean I should I shouldn't even say so. This is real life. These are people's journeys. Just brings so much hope that we know that our God is alive and he's moving and he's active and he's in the midst of every intricate detail. And Randy, I know something um that as I've talked to you before um hearing your story and your journey, even reading these in your book Heaven Encounters, can you talk to us and break down really about the love of God and just that experience that you have when you're in his presence. I mean and it that was I I saw that as a common thread um throughout the stories of just experiencing this this love that >> Mhm. >> that there's that that really is like just draws you to a deeper um understanding of like how he's made us and why we love us and just the love that he has for us. I mean I I feel like I'm running out of words to describe it, but I know through the encounters you've experienced a love that goes beyond what we experience here on Earth. >> Yeah. You're right, Sydney. There's no superlative that can explain it. If I could get personal for a moment, the first time I looked into uh the eyes of love, not as a cliche, but I looked into those eyes, and I think I represent all of those who've looked into his eyes. Certainly his believers that he sees millions of billions even of people and yet that absolute devotion when you look at him as each of your listeners who know Christ will look at him in the eyes one day face to face. That love will be so penetrating and that feeling of being the most important person in the world. The Bible talks about this that he knows the hairs on our head. He knows the specific specificity of our lives and we often times think well, you know, he's he's too consumed with everything else. He doesn't he doesn't care what color shirt I pick out or any of the minutia of life and he doesn't care about my problem. He does. He does, absolutely. And that's the all-knowing part of God. When you look in in his face you see that love is an expression of who he is because it's his person. When I first looked at him when I first was in his presence uh my first reaction and thought was so this is love. So this is love. I had experienced love on earth but never as a person. Never as a person. When you experience him as a person you know what love is. It's not an emotion. It's not a feeling. It's the overwhelming sense of a person. And that person who wants an intimacy so much that he would come from the throne which is glorious in appearance. And he would come and walk on this earth, be persecuted knowing that he would go to the cross, be spat upon and rejected by all of those who followed him. That love that love is fully known in heaven. And you'll experience it as a believer. But here's what I would end with. You need to live as honoring God now and knowing that you're going to live in eternity and you're going to meet him face-to-face. Don't take him for granted. Don't take him for granted. He is real. But more importantly, he loves you so consummately, so completely, so absolutely that we owe our entire existence moment by moment to the Lord. So, every moment, and that's what he taught me, every moment, he said, "I wanted my purpose in full." He said, "No." He said, "Moment by moment, I will reveal my purpose to you because if I revealed it in full, you would not remain dependent upon me." And that changed my life and it changed all of the lives of those that I've interviewed and included in that book because we live differently. We live as unto the Lord, Colossians 3:23, because we know where we're going, but more importantly, we know who we're going to. And that makes all the difference in how we approach each moment with intentionality in every situation. >> That's just this moment where I feel like um I'm just so grateful that you took that moment to take us in of having I just was starting to have my own encounter of just when you're explaining about his love. And that all of us that one day, those of us that are in Christ Jesus, we're going to meet him face to face. And we're going to experience that same exact love that you just shared with us. And how important it is to not take every day for granted. To wake up with such gratitude. And knowing that every moment every day is a divine invitation to come to know him more. You know, one of Randy, my favorite words in um the Bible in Hebrews, yada, which means knowing. Like that's true intimacy. It's it's this this relationship. It's this kindredness. It's this divine connection that only comes through in him, in him alone. You can't find it anywhere else. You can't find it in the pleasures of the world. You can only find it in him. And as I was just had read through your book, it's just it was amazing to see that in an in a moment that God stepped in. Is that I want you to experience this aspect of who I am in the fullness of my being. So you could bring this message like you said that they're you all are like messengers here on earth to say this is this is the reality of eternity. And this is why we have now and we can't take life for granted. It's it's sobering, but it's also I'm so grateful. It's sobering and sacred at the same time. That like what you shared of those moments that he's so intentional with us. >> Yeah, he is, Sydney. And I love that you say that because knowing him on earth as it is in heaven is very difficult, isn't it? Because all of the encumbrances and all of the responsibilities and all of the things that get in the way. You know, but knowing him as he is in heaven, you know, Jesus gave us that prayer, the Lord's Prayer, on earth as it is in heaven. is to know that he's not an occasional God. Um in heaven, he's with us all of the time. We know that. He's ever-present. And there's no question about that. But on earth, we think we have an occasional experience with him. But we don't. Whether we know it or not, he's having an experience with us, even though we may not be experiencing him. So, think of it this way, if you will, that if Jesus is with us all all always, the Holy Spirit certainly abides with us and in us. If that is the case, why do we ignore him? Why do we ignore him? Why do we ignore the one who's closest to us? The one who knows us fully. And I think it's because of the question of faith. You see, I don't require faith. And none of those that I have interviewed, who have been there, require faith. We don't. We'd be a fool not to believe. But blessed are those who believe and have not seen, as Jesus said. Because the faith to believe is something that's I think essentially important. If we um if we can believe and not just have faith, but actually believe. I I have a theory that most most Christians are hopers, not true believers. That is, we hope this this whole thing is true. But I think that's what the messengers from heaven tell us. And that is that that hope should be a belief. There should be no doubt that he's real. I mean, I've been in the science field. I've I've I've led clinical teams. I've uh been in uh clinical trials. I know science. Uh I've I've been a skeptic. I didn't believe in NDEs before I had my own. So, looking at this from strictly uh scientific point of view, the evidence is overwhelming. And we cannot deny that he is who he said he was and is. And that heaven is indeed real and that we are destined for that place. And I trust that no one watching this will uh not surrender their life to Jesus Christ. Because only two places we can go. We can go there or the other place. And God does not want anyone to go to hell. Many of those that I've interviewed have been rescued from that place, but we cannot make assumptions. You know, our loved ones, God loves more than we do. He wants to forgive us more than we want to be forgiven. He wants to save our loved ones more than we want them to be saved. So, pray because those prayers are immediately ushered before the throne of God and they're always answered. He breathes them in. Many of us have seen those prayers as something more than just a hope. We've seen them actually manifest in heaven. And God loves the prayers of his saints. >> He surely does love the prayers of his saints. And as you were saying that, Randy, as many of you know, um with Cornerstone that we have a 24/7 prayer line at 888-665-4483 that you can call at any point in time. And maybe as you're watching this that you feel far from God and you want to be one with Jesus, and this is the opportune time. Like, we don't know the day nor the hour when Jesus is going to come, but we know he is coming. And that is our heart is for you to know Jesus, to be in a relationship with Jesus. Even what Randy is saying, that's our heart for you to know the love of God, and to know that he gave his life for you and for me and for Randy and for all of us. That's how much he loves the world, that he got off the throne and got out of heaven, came down on earth, and walked so that we would know him as the way, the truth, and the life, and we can only come into relationship and fellowship with the Father and the Holy Spirit through the blood of the lamb, which is Jesus, through his sacrifice. And so, we want you This is the most important part of the whole conversation is to know Jesus, to give your life to him. Because Randy, something that you said, um that that that hit me that like you know, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, God, they're they're always with us. But, how aware are we that we are with them? And that And you said something that tugged at my heart is like we ignore God. Because if we're all honest, there's been moments I've ignored God. I kind of pushed him to the side cuz it wasn't comfortable at the moment. And then, some there's moments where I'm like, "Holy Spirit, I'm so sorry. I'm so sad." Um and something that God has been really I just been hearing through different people speaking and saying it and it it seems like, you know, there's moments in time where God speaks through his people the same thing to get our attention. But, like to have an understanding and awareness that it's not like I'm constantly praying to God like saying like, "Oh God, come here." Like, God is with me now. And if I could just settle into that, Woo. How much more like freedom and healing and love would I experience? Knowing that. >> Yeah, so true. So true. You know, it's maybe that would be the greatest epiphany to realize that he's an ever-present God and he's not just an occasional God. You know, when we're in heaven, we'll be with we'll know him without any question. He'll be always present in a way that we will absolutely see him face-to-face and he will we'll see him all of the time. But, the I think the paradigm shift for us on Earth is that that's the way it is now. You know, if we're truly uh born again through Christ, our spirit is made alive through Christ and has fellowship with the Holy Spirit all of the time. So, uh if we could just come to that realization, I'll tell you practically speaking how this changed me. So, um you know, I I've been a CEO of a biotech company and I was always thinking, you know, of the larger bigger picture, but when God corrected me in heaven, uh I came back and I was uh looking at people in the at the grocery store and I was saying, "Dear Lord, what what should I do is that a person that you drew my attention to that should pray for? Maybe there's a word or something." So, that changed my approach to life entirely and those I've interviewed have been changed dramatically. I mean, a lot of us uh have sacrificed careers, um have moved into many uh that I've interviewed have moved into some form of ministry uh full-time because they cannot help but share the great news of Jesus Christ and the fact that we we talk a lot about intentionality, but then being intentional, I think, is really being uh present with the Lord as he is present with us and um and looking for opportunities to bless others and to show the love of Christ to others. Wherever we go, whether it a simple prayer, a word of encouragement, or or just um helping somebody um you know with uh with a problem like uh offering to to buy them a cup of coffee. Anything that might uh show them the kindness and the love of Jesus Christ. >> You know, I love that Randy so much. It's just like what you're saying. It's just these simple little things that we can do to show uh I see you. And I think in our busy culture and our world, sometimes we we miss those moments because we're so caught up in what's happening in our own lives, but there's just a beauty when you're able to stop on the street or you feel those little nudges from the Holy Spirit um to share an encouraging word with someone um or um And I I just feeling led to to share this and I didn't think I was going to go here, but there was a woman um recently there's an area here in Pittsburgh. It's one of my favorite spots. It's called the Strip District and there's a place called the Terminal and that's a great place for people watching. And I was one I just remember one Sunday God told me, "Go to the the Strip District." I'm like, "Okay." And I was walking and listening to music or just having my own little alone time with God. And this woman like she stopped me. She's like, "You look so lovely today." And I had like workout clothes on, but it was really sweet what she said. And come to find out that she had She said, "I was only given 30 days to live." Cuz she had cancer that had metastasized in her body. And she was talking about how she had encountered Jesus. And she had her Bible and it turned into this whole conversation um that left has left an imprint in my heart. And I feel like what you're saying, Randy, it's these moments that if we're just so caught up in what we're doing that we will miss these moments to connect with one another and to just experience God's love through each other. And I just think that it's so important this day and this hour is just to stop, whether it's through a smile or give a compliment or being in the grocery store, Walmart, or wherever it may be. It's just to stop and just to love each other be and with the love of God because there's so many people who are in need of it. And um so that was something that just what you were sharing was really touching to me and it's it's changed me from that one encounter with this woman um that she was just going through this suffering, but she had sought Jesus and she's like, "Heaven is real." She was like, "I'm ready to go." And you know, it was and even though it's like I was like, "Oh, you know, I think there's a part of me that's like, "Oh, there's so much more to live, but no, it was like but being with Jesus is going to be phenomenal and amazing." And she's saying the song, but I have a video that I I have of her like I recorded on my phone she was singing the song. But anyway, I think it's just so important for those moments just to um seek the Father and seek God. And the other thing that the Holy Spirit will not let go of my heart in this our conversation because you um write about this, you've shared about this is the life review. >> Mhm. >> Is like such an important moment that you had in heaven and so many others that you have interviewed and you talked with and it's even in your book had the life review which I mean I it's it's a it's a very serious thing. >> It is. You know, I I mentioned Jeffrey Porter earlier in his life review actually uh showed the times as a non-believer where he how Jesus was reacting to those situations where he was unkind, where he had done something that was bad. And how it affected Jesus and how it affected the person that he perhaps treated badly. Um today he has a uh he has a restaurant called Breaking Bread. Uh and so uh he really reflects that the life review was one that really woke him up to uh what his life was about. And you know, the life review is one thing that God shows us that people kind of think, "Well, gee, you know, I don't want to I don't want to see uh all of my life. You know, there are times I failed." But, the life review is not intended to condemn. In fact, the failures uh if they are shown uh reflect the grace of Jesus Christ in those situations because the life reviews serve to show the redemption uh that God was working through in those life those reviews. You know, I'll give you an example uh of one that I had was uh I saw I was an agnostic in my youth. And so, I saw this boy who was dying of cancer. And as an orderly as a teenager at the time, I was giving him some food in the hospital. And he said uh to me that he was going to heaven. He was dying of cancer. And I said, "Well, that's nice if if there is a heaven, I'm I'm sure you'll go there." He knew immediately that I was not a believer. So, he said, "I'll pray for you, and one day you'll be there, too." And I was seeing this life review uh real time. I was there actually in that moment as though it was happening there now. And all of the senses. And God was showing me that the prayer of that one little boy uh who didn't know me, was 6 7 years old uh went all the way up to heaven. And that God answered that prayer. I'm speaking to you today because of the prayer of that little boy. So, God showed that life review to show the immensity of our of the effect of our prayers, but also that each moment in our lives, he was there. Again, he was there in those moments as he is now in our lives. And what he was doing because even though we may not be intentional, he's intentional, and he's looking for those opportunities. You know, I I'll end with this. When I came back, I could remember I can remember every detail of heaven, 20 years ago. I can remember every single detail. I don't remember what I had for breakfast the other day. But, I cannot remember the times that I've failed. I know I was shown them. But, I prayed and I said, "God, why is it that I can remember all of those life reviews?" And they reflected the grace of Jesus Christ in each situation, how he redeemed those situations. And he said, "Because I've removed them as far as the east is from the west." So, they're not meant to condemn and they won't condemn. And of course, we know in the book of Revelation that there will be no tears, no sorrows. So, all of them will be washed away. But, the point is that the life review is shown not to convict us because at point, we're already in heaven. But, it's also to reflect the rewards that we have gained through those things that we have done as unto the Lord. What we've done. You know, there's rewards in heaven, the foremost being closeness to God. Um but, the other rewards are the dreams, you know, the the aspirations, the talents maybe that have been in the back burner and we gave up on and the the rewards are the full manifestation of those. I saw a beautiful painting of an artist in heaven. And the Holy Spirit said that that that artist, she was not a great artist on in on Earth, but in heaven her reward was that she was a great artist there and she was painting masterpieces that would rival any of the greats and artist in history. And so, we're we're reaping rewards in heaven for what we do on earth. Now, we're we're not that doesn't equate to judgment. It equates to rewards because we know that we are born anew in Christ, but the rewards are truly what we are going to live with in eternity and doing the things that we've always wanted to do and being the person that we've always wanted to be. And that's exciting. So, think long-term, eternity long-term. >> [laughter] >> Stop thinking that this is it. Start thinking about what am I going to invest in today in order to give an eternal reward in heaven that will last forever. Because every investment on earth that is good is unto the Lord is rewarded for eternity. And that gives us a motivation to do that which is good in the eyes of our Lord and to um to put him foremost and not uh in a secondary or tertiary way. >> You know, Randy, I I love this so much is that it's there's more. You know, it's like that's our our final destination is to heaven, but there's so much more to be expected of what we're going to be doing and um I'm just like so grateful for this conversation and everything that you shared and um sowed into our spirits of having this eternal reality and knowing God's immense love and redemption for us, but also the rewards that are to come.
