Video summary

The video begins with the creator addressing his audience's absence from full-length content over the past three years, attributing the gap to business challenges, ongoing home construction, and a personal preference against being on camera. He introduces this episode as a unique experiment rather than his typical routine, which usually involves skipping breakfast entirely in favor of hydration and specific beef glandular powders like third eye and male vitality. For this unusual day, he decides to try potato chips with caviar, noting that while he typically eats an apple or occasionally Iberico sausage with pancakes, today's meal is a deliberate departure from his norm. He highlights the nutritional density of the combination, pointing out that potatoes are rich in minerals like copper and potassium, while the expensive hybrid sturgeon caviar provides significant omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals, creating a high-nutrient snack despite the unconventional pairing. For dinner, the creator showcases his new organic ravioli filled with grass-fed ground beef, sweet potato, and mushrooms, which he praises for its convenience and flavor profile. Unlike his usual meal of plain pasta or udon noodles topped with collagen bone broth, white tomato sauce, demiglace, and steak sauce, this ravioli comes pre-seasoned with those elements, requiring only a simple addition of white tomato sauce to complete the dish. He explains that his diet is heavily focused on carbohydrates and starches to support liver detoxification, supplemented by dark chocolate chip cookies which he views as pure energy sources to soak bile. His supplement regimen remains consistent throughout the day, featuring magnesium, zinc, B complex vitamins, and vitamin C, which he takes to replenish nutrients depleted by his high-carb intake and to support his body's hormonal balance given his sedentary lifestyle and use of peptides and HGH. Throughout the video, the creator discusses the pricing and production aspects of his new products, including organic potato chips and fresh pasta, emphasizing that direct-to-consumer sales allow for lower prices compared to supermarket brands that rely on middlemen. He notes that while he initially considered selling unsalted chips to pair with caviar, he realized that salt is actually necessary when eating such a rich food, leading him to label his current stock accordingly. He also mentions upcoming products like a meatball mix and new peptide formulations, though some items are not yet ready for full launch due to labeling requirements. The video concludes with him tasting the ravioli, expressing immense satisfaction with its umami-rich flavor and richness, and reflecting on the labor-intensive process behind making such high-quality food while hoping that future financial success will allow him to return to regular YouTube content creation.

What's up? Most of you guys know we haven't been really posting since 3 years ago when we were botched. Kind of kept trying to post for like a year, year and a half and then it kind of just slowly got worse and worse where we only do shorts now. So, we haven't really been doing any full length YouTube videos, especially days of eating. Uh, basically hermit maxing. So, you guys know I don't really like being in front of the camera and uh with my house under construction and all the nonsense going on with the business, that's made things even worse. But, uh we haven't done a day of eating in a while. And I was doing some pretty unique things. Uh these two meals we're going to show now are probably not or not probably, they're definitely not what I've normally been doing. Usually in the morning, I won't eat at all. I'll just hydrate and have the beef glandular powders. A lot of times I'll have an apple. Sometimes I'll have like Iberico sausage and pancakes. Today we're going to do something unusual cuz we have the um we have the cattle chips and I have some caviar. And I've seen people like online do uh potato chips with caviar which I think it looks sounds really delicious. And we'll talk about dinner later, but it's mostly been noodles or pasta. We made the salted chips, and these are actually unsalted. I just have to order a label to put over this that says unsalted because I didn't I didn't think of selling unsalted chips when we were having these bags manufactured. Um, but we will we should have those labels in like shortly after this video is posted. Uh, cuz right now on the website, we only have salted chips for sale. I just don't want to sell unsalted chips without the bags being properly labeled. [panting] They're delicious. Like, you don't really need salt. Really delicious. [snorts] And even the salted chips we have very little salt on them. I'm going to tell you guys, the sodium on the bag here is obviously going to be wrong for the unsalted cuz there's no salt. And it saying sea salt on the bottom is still going to be wrong. And even for the salted chips, I have to actually do the math on how much salt is in them. I think it's 8 ounces of sea salt for every 25 lbs of chips. If someone wants to do that math for me, thank you. But I mean, I could eat these chips on their own without the caviar. I figured the unsalted chips would be better for the caviar. And as delicious as these are, salted is still better. So, this is the very expensive hybrid sturgeon caviar. Uh, this has been sitting in the fridge for like a while cuz it's the expensive one. We normally sell a lot of the American sturgeon. So, I figured I'll just eat this one myself and we'll get a new one next time we order the caviar and this is my favorite one out of all them. Should we take a thumbnail? Chips. Chips and caviar. Should definitely use a spoon here. I don't have a caviar spoon though. I don't want to look for a type of spoon. So maybe we'll just use like a smaller potato chip to put the caviar on the bigger ones. This would cost you a fortune in a restaurant. I mean, it's definitely a way to eat caviar. This caviar might have been sitting in the fridge too long and that's why I elected to eat it for you guys. Definitely a little fishier. Definitely a little fishier than it's supposed to be, which is really overpowering the chip, but we're still getting omega-3. This meal is pretty high in vitamins and minerals. I mean obviously caviar is really nutritious and potato chips are also potatoes are just super high in minerals and calories and copper and potassium. Bro, I got to increase the price on this bag of chips. Half of this is like a little more than half that bag of five and five and a half ounces of chips. Maybe we should increase the price because all these other companies are selling chips for like 10 12 bucks. I think the cool way to enjoy this is put a little bit of cavar on them and eat a lot of them. You don't need don't need a lot of caviar. on these chips. This much, which doesn't seem like a lot, you'll end up wanting to eat like two or three chips because this is actually a lot. I was actually a lot hungry. So, maybe I should have had a full meal instead of just chips and caviar. I think the reason those other companies made their chips so expensive is because they started selling them to distributors and then to supermarkets. So obviously if you're direct to consumer, you can afford to have your prices way lower, but these people vouch for having a bunch of middlemen and thinking they can charge $10 for a bag of chips, which I don't think is fair or reasonable. So, I mean, they're probably making way more money cuz their chips are in grocery stores, but I don't think unsalted was necessarily the play here. At first, I thought so, but caviar isn't that salty. So, if anything, you want more salt with it. So, we're just going to have an organic peeled honey crisp apple. I'll have two white chocolate chip cookies, and uh then we'll just probably go down to work an hour or two, maybe come home, lay down a few hours, and we'll show you guys the dinner. I won't talk about the dinner now. I'll just show you guys the dinner and when we go to have dinner, we'll talk about it. I explained earlier what we usually do. So, the most realistic version of what I normally eat in a day is just this apple. I wake up, I'll take sometimes I'll take some peptides and this apple, but it's mostly the the beef glandulars. Specifically, I have the third eye and the male verility. And then I'll have an apple with that and I'll try to hydrate in the morning. That's the main goal. Maybe once a week, once every two weeks, I'll actually eat a full breakfast. But for the most part, my main meal is just one meal at dinner that we'll show you guys. Yeah. I don't know, guys. I guess we're kind of just sticking it out until pays me $480 million. But might be a little while longer. So, I'm just going to show you guys the dinner. I don't really feel like uh sitting here and eating in front of the camera for 20 minutes and this video is going to be a little long. So, here we have the new organic ravioli that we've made on Frankie's strange meat. I was having udon noodles for a while then just in the last two weeks we started making our pasta which has a lot less salt in it cuz those udon noodles they put a bit of salt in them. So, I felt a lot better on the fresh pasta we've been making on Frankie Strange meat. So that's normally what I've been having. And on that fresh pasta, I put collagen bone broth, white tomato sauce, Frankie steak sauce, and demigloss. It's a mixture of all of those four things, and it makes a really, really delicious sauce. The collagen bone broth is for volume, amino acids. The white tomato sauce is for flavor and acidity. The demigloss adds a lot of concentrated flavor. And then the steak sauce adds like a mushroomy earthy flavor and some more texture. So just the demigloss on its own with the bone broth is a pretty good flavor. I actually like that a lot. Uh just the demiglass with the tomato sauce is also excellent. Uh the steak sauce definitely has its own unique flavor. Um but out of those four things, the demiglass is definitely super high priority. Um and that's what I've been having with that plain pasta because this ravioli has a filling. However, this meal is different. This is just white tomato sauce on the ravioli. So again, normally what my meal has been for the past few months is either plain udon noodles or plain pasta with collagen bone broth, white tomato sauce, and our demigloss and steak sauce from Frankie Strange Meat. That's what I've been having. That's been the predominant meal. Um that's really been the bulk of my diet because this ravioli is filled with ground beef, sweet potato, and mushrooms. and also a little bit of steak sauce and stuff in there. I don't have to put all those different sauces on it because they're essentially in the ravioli. Uh which is why I made this because it's really delicious and convenient. It's basically a full nutrient-dense meal and all you got to do is add a little bit of our white tomato sauce to the ravioli. That's why I like that. It's really delicious. I've been having this for the past few days just cuz it's so convenient. But uh probably going to get back to the pasta otherwise I'll eat all our ravioli inventory. organic peeled honey crisp apple with every meal. I forgot to bring home the fresh chocolate chip cookies, so we just have some white chocolate chip cookies instead. I prefer the dark chocolate chip ones. They taste I like the taste more, but they have more caffeine. I usually don't sleep as good. Uh the supplements have been pretty much the same with dinner as well. We always have a magnesium, a zinc, sometimes a malibdum. I always have magnesium and zinc. Uh today I'm going to have vitamin C and a B complex. So B complex vitamin C almost with every meal. Uh crucial when you're eating a lot of carbs and starches as those are the predominant nutrients they deplete. Uh B vitamins and vitamin C. Um the other stuff it's kind of variable. I usually don't take calcium because I'll have calcium in the mineral water. Vitamin D I usually have every other day with an earlier meal. Um, probiotic, haven't had to have it that much. My digestion's been pretty good. Digestive enzymes, same thing. My digestion has been pretty good. I haven't had to take the macronutrient enzymes. So, the things that we're pretty much consistently taking every day are B complex, vitamin C, zinc, and magnesium. Those are those are the tried and true ones. So, this meal has, you know, a lot of starch, a lot of bulk to to enforce the liver detox. You know, the the apples add a lot of volume to it. The chocolate chip cookies, I mean, these are basically pure starch and sugar to soak bile from the liver. And if there's any protein, it's it's the collagen that we put in this pasta as well as the meat in the um in in the pasta filling. uh if I start working out a little again, maybe we'll increase our protein intake. But you know, you're because I'm not really active. I lay in bed most of the day. Protein requirement is very low and I still have a lot of muscle on me. Uh so the body's pretty efficient at maintaining muscle if you don't really move too much probably. Also, I take a lot of peptides. So, you know, the HGH and all the peptides and stuff I'm taking are probably contributing to not needing, you know, same thing. The same thing with taking B vitamins every day and minerals every day. When you're taking B vitamins and zinc and minerals and you have such a crazy isolated routine like I do, the body doesn't really need to pull a lot from the food. B complex and especially the one we have on organ supplements is probably the most underrated thing. And that I'm taking HGH and all these hormones and peptides uh you know artificially my body doesn't really have to do a lot of work in regards to making hormones. Um, although it's kind of necessary because my liver is still fried. Uh, but that's pretty much everything, guys. Go to frankymeat.com. We have a lot of new products. Uh, the fresh pasta is finally in this week. On the foods website, we have the potato chips. Uh, we just started making a meatball mix, too. The meatball mix was pretty delicious. We didn't put enough salt in it, so you definitely want to add some salt, but it's it's a nice meatball. You know, I wouldn't say it I'd say the recipe maybe we need to add more umami or some more flavor and stuff. Maybe some other things to add more flavor. But it's delicious. It's high quality. It's healthy. And it's reminiscent of meatballs that comes in one lb uh one pound bricks. You have to form your own meatballs with that. Uh so there's a lot of new products on the meat website. Uh Real Research Chemicals. We still have to uh get some peptide labels on, so we're not really ready for the full launch of that yet. Um but yeah, just if you want to go to frankdfile.com, you can see all the different businesses I have. A lot of stuff I don't talk about consistently, like all the natural hygiene and cosmetic products, like I've been using the cavity cure concentrate uh a few times a week because, you know, with all the cookies and sugar I eat, it's it's important to keep your teeth healthy. You know, we always wear the uh the Wi-Fi shielding clothing. I got to do probably restock on that site soon. But yeah, a lot of interesting stuff on frank-ashifon.com. Uh thank you guys for watching and continuing to support the business. Uh hopefully Tobond pays me my $500 million soon and maybe we'll get back to regular YouTube videos. Wait, before I go, we'll taste the ravioli for you guys cuz this is really freaking delicious. I did a a really nice job on the recipe. You know, I had an idea, executed it. So [ __ ] good, bro. If someone charged me $4 in a restaurant for this [ __ ] I'd order it again. [snorts] This is absolutely [ __ ] crazy. It's so much flavor and umami and richness and savoriness. I priced that I think it was $10 or $12 for one 8 oz portion of ravioli. I got to see if we can go lower on the price given the quality of it. You know, it's organic sourdough pasta with grass-fed ground beef, organic sweet potato. Like, we might be able to go lower on the price, but I just don't really want to. So, that $12 is for basically one serving of ravioli. So, obviously way cheaper than a restaurant. Uh, probably the same price as regular revol you'd get from the store that was handmade. And it's super delicious and super high quality. So, I got to run some numbers and some math. The reason I put the price at that, which is probably still too low, is just because we don't have the new machine here yet to help make it, and it took a long time to make. Um, it was a lot of work to make all that ravioli. Um, so yeah, after I have a few bites, I'll take my supplements. It's not I don't take them right at the beginning of the meal. You want to have a little something in your stomach so that the vitamins don't just like hit an empty stomach and go right to your liver. But really delicious, guys. Um, even the plain pasta with those sauces on it also really awesome and delicious. Those are a little more I think those are a little cheaper. Uh, because this is like Yeah, they're about half the price for the sourdough pasta as the ravioli, but this was a lot more work. A lot of thought went into this filling. a lot of really high quality ingredients. Uh I got to really do some math and crunch some numbers cuz it's hard to excuse me. It's hard to really get the ingredient cost down on this because there's so many things that go into it and the time and labor for making the pasta and the ravioli. And also, I didn't want people to just buy it because if people bought it out really quickly, it's super hard to make. I don't want to have to make it again for a few weeks or at least until we get that new machine. But thanks again guys for joining and uh see you for probably some shorts.
