FROM RECLINER TO JIU-JITSU CHAMPION — INSIDE A REAL FREQUENCY ROOM
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
Aaron Sacra's journey from being confined to a recliner for over three and a half years to becoming a Jiu-Jitsu champion illustrates the transformative potential of frequency therapy. After suffering from severe septic infections, paratrooper injuries, and bone-on-bone hip issues that left him unable to sit, squat, or kneel by March 2025, Aaron sought relief through various machines with limited success. His breakthrough came when he utilized a combination of specific frequencies, including those for muscle regeneration at 13.5 hertz and DNA repair at 528 hertz, which allowed him to recover from physical therapy sessions in just one day instead of five. This rapid healing enabled him to return to training, and within six months of his last major surgery in September 2024, he was back on the mat, eventually winning a tournament in Fort Lauderdale by September 2025 with plans to compete at the world championships in Vegas later that year.
Beyond his personal restoration, Aaron has developed a thriving practice helping over 100 individuals resolve chronic conditions through his home-based frequency room setup. His approach involves integrating multiple modalities, such as red light therapy and handheld copper coils, often treating two people simultaneously to maximize efficiency. He successfully addressed complex issues like carpal tunnel syndrome in his wife and removed cysts from a friend's wrist using targeted frequencies applied directly to the affected tendons and nerves. Aaron emphasizes that while the technology is powerful, it requires an open mindset and active participation from the client; he notes that the therapy works best when individuals are willing to accept healing and have optimized their environment with proper nutrition and mindset.
Aaron's business strategy relies heavily on building alliances with existing wellness professionals rather than solely relying on cold outreach. He invited chiropractors, yoga instructors, and martial arts gym owners to experience his equipment firsthand, offering free sessions that often resulted in immediate relief for their clients or family members. By demonstrating tangible results, such as resolving a client's shoulder injury in just one hour, he convinced these partners to refer their own members to him at discounted rates. This network effect has created a steady stream of referrals from diverse sources, including Jiu-Jitsu gyms and chiropractic clinics, turning his practice into a hub where frequency therapy complements traditional treatments like physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments.
Looking toward the future, Aaron believes that frequency technology is poised to become mainstream as public awareness shifts away from conventional medical narratives. He advises those considering investing in their own systems that the medicine will find them if they are ready to learn and apply the work required for healing. While acknowledging that results vary based on individual circumstances and duration of injury, he maintains that these frequencies can address a vast array of issues ranging from sciatica and depression to crushed feet and muscle atrophy. His ultimate goal is to expand access to this technology, potentially creating specialized teams like a Chi Coil Jiu-Jitsu squad, while encouraging others to move beyond the mainstream narrative and explore the cellular-level recalibration that these frequencies provide.

I crawled onto the mat
on the last day of 6 months.
I couldn't sit, squat, or kneel March
31st, 2025. And by September 16th or
18th of 2025, I won the Fort Lauderdale
Jiu-Jitsu tournament.
>> So, welcome. This is Aaron Sacra. He's a
long-time Chi Life practitioner, and I
wanted to interview him because he's
having a lot of success with his
frequency room and what he's doing with
his practice.
So, welcome, Aaron.
>> Thank you.
>> Yeah, so I just want to kind of
pick your brain and figure out, you
know,
what you're doing and how you're helping
people. So, why don't you go ahead?
Like, for example, let's start with, you
know, what were you doing before you
found Chi Life? And, you know, when you
first heard about us or seen us, like,
what was your impression and so on?
>> Well, I had always heard about
frequencies. I knew someone when I was a
child in Delaware, my teens, who drove
to Georgia with their father to get a
rife machine. So, I had heard about
different things.
And I reached a point in my life where I
was living in a recliner.
I could not
get up to get food for myself barely.
And maybe I could drag myself to my
vehicle and go to somewhere. And I've
been in the restaurant business for a
while after I got out of the military,
25 years in Palm Beach County, from
owning them to chef to high-end
restaurants of any sort, low-end
restaurants, you name it, up and down,
back and forth. Had some home watch
businesses, handyman services for the
the horse community in Wellington,
Florida. And one of my clients said,
"Hey, we have this thing called the
MagnaWave. If you can get to the barn,
you can put it on your problem areas."
And uh it only puts out one frequency,
but I went there half dead and dragged
myself into the tack room, and I sat
there for 2 hours.
And I felt some changes. So, I went on a
quest. and I I found all kinds of
frequency machines and nothing really
felt right and I hadn't been able to
work in a few years.
And I was just laying in a recliner
searching the internet.
I had some septic infections, some
paratrooper injuries that came back. Uh
bone on bone in my hip, bad surgeries,
ripped muscles, you name it. It was just
a a long road of
these kinds of things and uh
I found the the copper mini mobile rife
system and I had just gotten a credit
card in the mail that day.
And I threw a Hail Mary
and I got that thing.
And I was hoping to actually kill my
septic MRSA infection. When I got it, I
looked in there for MRSA and it wasn't
there. So, I I gave up on that and I
started
looking around at other stuff. At this
point in time, I was going to physical
therapy in Jupiter, Florida, which is
about 45 minutes away and it might take
me 2 hours to drag myself to my truck,
maybe get stuck halfway in and halfway
out for 30 minutes, drive 45 minutes, do
that process again, get in there and
have them move me around. I was getting
severe atrophy and lots of stuff and
then make my way back. It would take me
about 5 days to recover and then I found
the stimulate muscles to heal. 13.5
hertz.
And I began to use that
and I think another one most muscular
regeneration
muscle muscle growth and repair.
I started using the two of those and
then I found 528 hertz DNA repair. I
started using all three of the those and
I was able to go the next day back to
physical therapy. I said, "Okay, this
works." Just the mini. I still have it
and
and you have you were just using those
three three frequencies with it?
>> Yeah, and some other ones, you know,
like different muscular things that I
was searching and finding things, but
those were the main ones.
>> And like how long had you had your
dystrophy or your verse shoe for?
>> I had been in in that recliner with
you know, some points I was able to get
up on a walker, sometimes on crutches,
but there were uh many times where I
couldn't
even get up to get food uh for about 3
and 1/2 years.
And
I immediately saw results. So, I got
excited.
>> I mean, you like how fast is that
specific?
>> Well, I used it the first day I used
those frequencies, I I had been to
physical therapy that day, I believe.
And the next day, I woke up and I I
thought to myself, I feel like I could
go back to physical therapy.
And normally it would be 5 days later
where I could maybe manage to drag
myself back there. So,
>> So, the next day you have the results
the next day, basically.
>> Yes.
>> So, how So, so now you do you have a
system or setup at home that or do you
go to people to do the therapy now?
>> Well, now I have a home office here.
I don't know if you can see
this.
So, I have the
red light set up on my existing bed that
I was using when people came to see me
with the mini. And I put the
other one on the other side.
And
seems to be working very well like that.
>> So, would you say you're like 100% like
physically
restored?
100%
>> Well, I am uh I'm going to be in the
world championships for uh Jiu-Jitsu in
Vegas this year.
In this in uh September 3rd or 5th.
So, I feel pretty restored. I had been
into jujitsu before. My most recent
surgery
where I had the implant that I have in
me now
was the 30th of September 2024. I made
it a goal
that within 6 months I'm going to be
back in jujitsu.
I crawled onto the mat
on the last day of 6 months.
I couldn't sit, squat, or kneel March
31st, 2025.
And by September
16th or 18th of 2025, I won the Fort
Lauderdale jujitsu tournament.
>> Wow.
>> And uh so, I'm just continuing on with
that and I'm doing frequencies.
>> So, how many So, how long did it take
you to go from
basically not able to do anything to be
able to win the tournament or 100%
function?
>> Well, I wasn't quite at 100% function in
my eyes and I was kind of
no one else knew that, but I was. It was
less than a year before I won that
tournament since my surgery.
>> Wow. All right.
>> And so, it'll be less than 2 years and
then I'll be in the world championships.
>> Amazing. So, you're able to restore your
body, you're able to win the jujitsu
tournaments.
You've helped 100 over 100 people with
their wellness.
You have a thriving practice.
Being standing where you are now,
what would you say to yourself
if you were going to go travel back in
time
to yourself where you were still in your
recliner
where you can't move, you can't even get
out to go to the car. What would you say
to him?
Well,
that that was the best thing that ever
happened to you because
you had nowhere to go but within.
And as a result of that, you were able
to change your mindset
and realize
that you didn't know
and you needed to learn.
And because of that, your mind was open
and all these things were able to be
received.
And now I'll pass them on to other
people.
>> Yeah, those are
pretty profound words there.
>> That's what gave me the confidence
to buy the more expensive system because
I had been using the little one for so
long. I just wanted something more
powerful that I could get
even faster results with and help more
people with. You know, this this is the
way. Get the Aura Coil. That's the way
to go.
>> Roughly how many people have you helped
with Chi Coil so far?
>> I would say definitely over 100, maybe
200.
>> So, welcome. This is Aaron Sacred, is a
long-time Chi Life practitioner, and I
wanted to interview him because he's
having a lot of success with his
frequency room and what he's doing with
his practice.
So, welcome, Aaron.
>> Thank you.
>> Yeah, so I just want to kind of
pick your brain and figure out, you
know,
what you're doing and how you're helping
people. All right.
>> So, I I kept going deeper and deeper
with these things, still in the recliner
most of the time, and
then I was also adding in the infection
stuff,
and I started getting better, and
my wife came to me and she said, "I'm
going to get carpal tunnel surgery."
I said, "No, no, no, no, no, no. I saw
this in the list here. It's the carpal
tunnel Here it is." All right. Then she
sat next to me for 1 hour, and I used
the carpal tunnel frequencies, carpal
tunnel syndrome and carpal tunnel
syndrome one, I believe. And
it went away for a month.
I did it for another hour. It went away
for 3 months.
And then it went away for a year. It's
been
4 or 5 years now.
>> Wait, so you just You mean she's just
sitting there with you for an hour and
then just that one session and then it
was
>> Yes.
Yes. What I did is I moved it up and
down the trail of muscles so that it
would have the center vortex of
frequencies directly on the tendons and
the muscles that are impinging on the
nerves and the blood vessels which cause
the numbness and the tingling and the
lack of blood flow.
Starting
about right here
and working
all the way up into here, hitting the
hand, both sides, back and forth inside
here. So, at that point I got even more
excited. I started being able to move
around a little bit.
I started Another friend of mine had a
cyst on his wrist right here for about 3
years
and he cuts hair, so he was very
self-conscious of it.
And I was moving around a little better
this time. I said, "I'm going to come by
the shop. I want to show you something."
And I came by and I hit his for 20
minutes on the
I was looking for a cyst and there was a
couple different ones in there and I
didn't really know what kind his was.
And so I did the cyst frequency one of
them and then I put the abscess
frequency on as well.
And came back a week later, hit him for
another 20 minutes.
Came back a week later for a haircut and
his cyst was gone. So,
and this continued on and on and
progressed into
a lot of a lot of people. That's pretty
much been the trend of it.
>> All right, so a lot of people, you know,
how are you getting clients? How do you
introduce, you know, the therapy to
people and, you know, how you promoting
your frequency room?
>> I made a deal with the jujitsu place
that all of their members get a reduced
rate. I also made a deal with my
chiropractic place that I belong to, on
Healthmax Center in Palm Beach Gardens,
that all of their members get the member
rate. And so, I've got them sending me
people. I know, of course, you have to
diversify your efforts. Like you by
yourself trying to get clients or having
other people getting clients for you is
the big difference. If you have a yoga
studio that sent, you know, get the yoga
lady to come or the man or whoever does
the yoga to come and give them a free
session. And, you know, get them
understanding what everything's about
and get them feeling better. And then
they're they'll get excited and they'll
they'll send you people all day long.
>> So, what do you tell those people? Like
what are you telling that chiropractor?
Like what are you offering them so that
they would
>> Well, I first invited the the owners to
come over. Just come over and check out
my equipment. I want to show you what I
have. One of them had a fluid on the
knee and couldn't work out anymore. The
chiropractor really didn't have any
issues, but his daughter's currently
going to Mexico for a $35,000 a trip to
get frequencies on her his daughter's
brain. So, he was really interested in
that anyway because he's spending a
fortune to reverse the cerebral palsy
caused at birth
with his daughter. I just invited them
both over here and he felt great when he
left and so did the other guy. The other
guy came back and his knee is doing
great now. I just invite them over and
say, "Hey, this is what I do. This is
what I have." And, you know, they like
it and they felt great. So, they now
that they
they felt comfortable sending people
over here.
Because it compliments chiropractic, it
compliments physical therapy, yoga or or
martial arts or anything that people are
into.
>> That's pretty amazing. So, basically
you're you're going to the these people
that run offices and that already have
clients and say, "Hey, come and check
out this technology I have. We know
there's something that you or you know
somebody that had needs help with
something."
You know, we have frequencies for that
and just get them to just come and get a
free shot session and try it out and see
how it works, right?
>> Yeah, you have to create allies. Like
for example, uh
there's a guy who's 60 years old uh and
I did not see him at jujitsu for a
while. So, I called him up. I said,
"Hey, Josh, where have you been? You
doing okay?"
"I can't do jujitsu anymore. My shoulder
is all messed up. It just doesn't work
anymore."
I said, "Well, you know,
what are your options?" He's like,
"Well, I can get surgery. I can do this,
you know, that." I'm like, "Hey, before
you do any of that, why don't you come
see me for an hour?"
And I didn't even have the I was still
just using the uh copper mini system at
that point. 1 hour on a Saturday, he was
back in jujitsu on Monday.
>> Wow.
>> And telling everybody about how great
Dr. Aaron is. But, I'm not a doctor, but
that's what he was calling me. And
>> We should start a Chi Coil jujitsu team.
>> Well, I'm working on it. Part of the
reason why I'm doing all these
tournaments
is so that I can set up the
private jujitsu lessons.
>> Anything you want to share? Like, who If
somebody's thinking about getting a Chi
Coil,
they're on the fence, or
you know, starting to set up their own
frequency room,
what would you say to them? What kind of
advice would you give them?
>> When the medicine's ready, it will find
you. So, the fact that this medicine
found its way to you in itself is a
sign.
And
this stuff has been around for so long,
and even with the little more
the slightest bit of research, you know,
if you go beyond the mainstream
narrative, which is now shifting, you
know, this stuff is over the top. You
know, it's not a magic wand. You have to
sit there, and you have to lay in the
frequencies and do the work. You still
have to do the work. It's just a
different kind of work. It works.
I have not had one
The only person I wasn't able to
bring to almost complete wholeness
was a guy with a crushed foot that was
just totally mangled and and he let it
heal in that crushed state. So, these
coils have restored uh
shoulder injuries, depression issues,
leg, back, sciatica, neck, anything you
can think of. Uh even if I had never
done it before, I just go to the
setting, I find it, I put it on, and it
works.
You know, and that's what gave me the
confidence
to buy the more expensive system because
I had been using the little one for so
long, I just wanted something more
powerful that I could get
even faster results with and help more
people with. So, this this is the way.
Get the Aura Coil. That's the way to go.
>> Okay. Well, so explain that. How much
faster do the Aura Coils work compared
to the smaller system?
>> You know, I have people that come in
here that
have tried everything, you know,
acupuncture, dry needling, physical
therapy, chiropractic, and
probably a a host of other things that I
can't even think of. This thing is so
powerful that I mean, it recalibrates
you on a cellular level. You know,
you've got seven different ways of
recalibration. You know, cellular
ionization happening. You've got five
different ways of mitochondrial
activation. And when you got someone
that's really open to healing, and
they've they've putting the right things
in their body,
and their mindset is that they're
willing ready to accept
being healed, and and you put them in
the room with this, like it just does
the work. You just have to get them in
the room.
>> Awesome. Do you are able to like do a
little tour of like your setup there
with the camera?
>> And you All right over here,
we've got the red light mat
and the overhead.
I chose to use one of the overhead
panels, and I use the second overhead
panel to move to wherever it's needed.
Sometimes on the side of their body if
they have a right side issue, sometimes
on the left side, sometimes on the face
of it laying down. Then I also have
another red light device sitting over
there by the coils on that bed.
And I'll move that one around, too,
because sometimes they need a little bit
of both at the same time. Sometimes I'll
have two people in here and have them
swapping back and forth, so they're both
getting their frequencies. One's on the
red light, maybe a mini coil in between
red light sessions.
And then I'll have the a lot of husband
and wife pairs come in and I'll I'll do
the mini and the red light on the other
one and
do the uh the main coils on
the person who's over there.
So, that's pretty much it.
>> have two people, those main coils can
cover those two people at the same time.
>> Yeah, exactly. So, for example, if maybe
the husband is having prostate and
bladder issues, while he's over there,
he's also got muscular issues and the
wife does, too, I can do both of them at
the same time and then a focus of
Well, I have two of the mini coils, so I
maybe I'll put one on the guy's shoulder
and one on his bladder. And then or
wherever it needs to be and I'll
constantly move it around. I'll take it
out of there when the big red lights are
on because they'll heat up. And then
I'll do like a 20-minute session of red
light and then go back to the mini coils
and do about If they're doing two hours,
I'll do that for an hour and then then
flip them back and forth.
And then
you know, I'll charge a lesser amount to
add a second person in the room.
Like instead of a one-person rate, uh
you know, give me another $90 and you
add a second person in the room or or
however you want to price it. There is
ways you can do that and then you get
two people at the same time.
>> Right. So, how are you pricing your
sessions? Like, are you charging per
person or like a package or
>> I charge $150 an hour. And for people
that are getting the member pricing, I
charge $90 an hour. And for a second
person added in, $60 an hour.
Or for the member pricing, $40 an hour
extra.
So, you're still at $130 an hour for the
room with two people, even if they're
both members of one of these places. And
they just want red light,
$50 for 30 minutes. If they're member,
$30 for 30 minutes. But no one ever just
wants red light.
>> What are people coming to you mostly
for? Is it mostly for pain, or injuries,
things like that?
>> The most common thing is sciatic pain,
lower back pain, uh plantar fasciitis,
shoulders, and carpal tunnel or golfer
uh elbow,
and all that stuff. And
I think the sciatic is even probably at
the top. And I find that most of those
people are sitting too much, and they're
deactivating their glute. And then the
piriformis, hip flexors, and other
little muscles are trying to be the
glute. They get all jammed up. They
start pulling the lower back out. And
then, you know, it's it's a chain
reaction. So, that's why the
chiropractor is important in conjunction
with this, because a lot of those people
have a misalignment in their lower back.
So, you need somebody that you can send
them to that you trust, that is going to
realign their lower back. And then you
combine the frequencies with the
realignment, and over time they get
better. You know, some people quicker
than others, because it depends on how
long they've been that way.
You know, how long it takes to unwind
them.
>> That's great.
Awesome.
All right. Are you getting a lot of like
uh word of mouth referrals as well?
>> Everybody sends referrals. I don't think
there's one person that hasn't sent a
referral.
>> Cuz if it works, they just telling
people, right?
>> Yeah.
>> Awesome.
>> So, now the pendulum is swinging. I'm
getting most of my new people are
referrals now.
And there's still people coming from the
chiropractor here and there. There's
people coming from jujitsu or yoga
studio.
>> Great. So, where do you see this going
from here?
>> Well, you know, um
selling the equipment is great. I think
it's very easy to sell. It sells itself.
It's just a matter of getting people in
the room. And not everybody's going to
be somebody that wants to buy one.
But for people that want to come and see
you, you know, it's great to be able to
sell them a handheld that they can use
in between their sessions with you. If
there was some incentive on on me
helping people sell things, I could
probably sell a lot more. Like people
that I have sold equipment to, I could
help them sell a lot more, I think, if
there was a little incentive there. I
think this is only the tip of the
iceberg with all this stuff. In another
couple of years, everybody's going to
know about frequencies. When I first
started, people look at you like you had
three heads. Now, you know, two or three
out of 10 know what you're talking
about. So, I think big things are in the
future.
