Video summary
The video outlines five specific NFL Week 1 betting predictions for the 2026 season, focusing on over/under lines for individual player performances. The speaker begins by promoting a discount code, T2F, which viewers can use to access links in the description later in the week. The first recommendation is for Tyler Shook of the New Orleans Saints, where the speaker takes the over on his 246.5 passing yards line. This pick is driven by the expectation of a high-scoring game due to significant injuries to the Saints' defense, including the absence of Kirby Joseph and Brian Branch, which should force quarterback Derek Carr to throw frequently. The speaker rates this prediction with a seven out of ten confidence level.
For the second and third picks, the strategy shifts to taking the under on fantasy points for Josh Allen and Joe Burrow due to the typical "rust" seen in Week 1 games. Regarding Josh Allen, despite his talent, the speaker expects a rough outing against the Houston Texans' Super Bowl-caliber defense, leading to an under pick on his 19.45 fantasy points line with a five out of ten confidence rating. Similarly, Joe Burrow is selected for the under at 20.15 fantasy points because the Green Bay Packers are projected to be a top-tier defense that could limit Cincinnati's offense early in the season. The speaker also notes the potential impact of defensive stars like Ruben Bane on these matchups.
The fourth and fifth predictions involve Bijan Robinson and Gino Smith, with the speaker taking the under on Robinson's 18.15 fantasy points line and the over on Smith's 212.5 passing yards line. For Robinson, the reasoning includes the half-PPR scoring format, a potentially struggling backup quarterback in Cooper Rush, and the formidable Pittsburgh Steelers defense, resulting in a high seven-and-a-half out of ten confidence level. Conversely, Gino Smith is expected to exceed his passing yardage line because the New York Jets have acquired numerous offensive weapons, and he faces the Tennessee Titans, whose secondary was considered lackluster the previous season.
In the final segment, the speaker discusses their betting strategy, preferring two-leg parlays over larger accumulators to manage risk effectively. Although initially hesitant about including Josh Allen due to lower confidence, the speaker decides to combine all three picks—Gino Smith, Joe Burrow, and Bijan Robinson—into a single parlay using a free $5 bonus entry. The goal is to capitalize on these specific matchups throughout the season while maintaining accountability by publicly tracking these live picks, ultimately aiming for a significant return on the small initial investment despite the inherent risks of Week 1 volatility.

There's five players I'm going to give
you each week that I like the over or I
like the under based off their line that
they have for that week. So, the promo
code is T2F. I don't have an official
link right now. I might edit the video a
little bit later on. So, if you guys are
watching this a little bit later, you
see a link in the description. That
means it's active. Try to use the promo
code T2F. If it doesn't work, you can
wait a little bit, then use the promo
code. But, I'm going to give you five
players. So, first off, I talked about
Tyler Shook so much in this podcast on
how I'm a big fan of the Saints this
season. His line is 246.5
passing yards. Like I mentioned
throughout the weekly picks, I think
this is going to be a high-scoring game.
Kirby Joseph is not there. Brian Branch
is still injured. Terion Arnold has
moved on. They've released him. This is
going to be a high-scoring game. They're
going to be passing the ball a lot.
Tyler Shuck, I'm taking the over on
246.5 passing yards. Now, I'm also going
to give you a confidence level, tell you
how confident I am in in picking these,
and I'm going to say that I'm seven out
of 10 confident. So, fairly confident.
This is one that I would go with.
Another player is Josh Allen. You can
also bet on fantasy points. So, his line
right now is 19.45 fantasy points. I am
taking the under on that. And listen to
me on this. Josh Allen, he's great. But
week one is known to just produce the
rustiest performances of all time. We
saw Drake May had a very rusty
performance. There's a lot of players
that just don't live up to uh their
their name and and and their talent
level because week one you're still
getting adjusted. And given that he's
playing a Super Bowl championship
caliber defense in the Houston Texans,
this is going to be a rough game for
Josh Allen. Now, my confidence level,
just because it is Josh Allen, is five
out of 10. 19.5 is just way too high. I
couldn't avoid giving you guys that
line. Another guy that you got to take
the under on is Joe Burrow. Again, week
one produces some very rusty
performances. I am taking the under on
Joe Burrow. 20.15 fantasy points is his
line by the time this is filmed, and I'm
6.5 out of 10 confident that he is going
to hit the under. The Bucks defense is
gonna actually is actually going to be
pretty good. I believe that Ruben Bane
is going to have the same effect that
uh Chase Young had for the Commanders in
2020, that Nick Bosa had for the 49ers
in 2019. Those were elite defenses and I
think the Bucks maybe they won't be
elite but top 10 they might be in that
conversation. So Joe Burrow might be
struggling in this game especially if it
is week one. So I'm taking the under on
the 20.15.
Behan Robinson is also another one that
I'm going to be taking the under on
18.15 fantasy points is his line. This
is half PPR. So you would look at that
and be like, "Oh, 18 PPR fantasy points.
That seems like an average week for Bjan
Robinson." Well, listen, it's half PPR
and it's not an average week. It's week
one. Cooper Rush might be starting this
game. I am taking the under against the
Pittsburgh Steelers, who is a tough
defense. And I'm actually the most
confident out of anybody. I'm seven and
a half out of 10. But I am going to take
the under on that. And the last one that
I have for you is Gino Smith over 212.5
passing yards. He's facing the Tennessee
Titans whose secondary was kind of
lackluster last season. Gino Smith last
year with the Raiders. It didn't work
out. Didn't pan out. Didn't look that
great. But the slew of offensive weapons
that they finally have in New York, I
just have to take advantage of that. So,
I'm 7 out of 10 confident that he is
going to get over 212.5
passing yards. Now, I'm not just going
to spit stuff or or pull stuff out of my
ass and tell you guys, "Oh, yeah, bet
your money on this." I'm actually going
to keep myself accountable and I'm going
to do it throughout the season by
actually showing you guys live that I'm
going to be locking in these picks. So,
I like to do two leg parlays. That's how
I win the most money. People like to do
eight parlays and I'd bet one dollar to
win $300. You're not going to win. Okay,
so I talked about Tyler Shuck. Who
knows? Maybe I'm wrong. So, I'm going to
go ahead and delete him.
I wasn't super confident in Josh Allen.
I was five out of 10. So, let me go
ahead and delete them. Honestly, it's
between Gino Smith and Joe Burrow. I
don't know which one I'm going to be
taking here. You know what? F it. Let's
go with all three. I'm going to put $5
to try to win 32 and a half. Oh, I have
a $5 bonus entry. So, they run these
kind of promotions all the time uh
throughout Underdog every single week.
So, $5 for free. Yeah, let's go ahead
and just bet that. So to win 2750 on
those three players, yeah, let's just
see what happens.
