This is MXUX. This is part parts of a
presentation I was putting together a
couple weeks ago about Fermy which I
cancelled. However, this is great
background information if you understand
exactly where Fermy is as far as their
site and capabilities.
Um, and as you know, the stock just
garnered a big uh client with Terrow
Wave. So, if you want some uh background
uh on what's going on down in Texas,
take a look. Thanks for stopping.
Okay, this is
this is Fermy right here in the
panhandle of Texas,
Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma,
the four corners.
This is where Fermy is. It's by the
university there. These two red lines I
drew crudely. They represent and they
aren't even to scale. I mean [snorts]
these are two major gas lines
uh gas transmission lines that are
adjacent to the property line at Fermy.
I believe they've already started
construction may have completed
construction to link up into these.
Don't quote me. Uh but uh they've got uh
according to the old CEO 11 gawatt
of natural gas ready to go clean air
permitted.
Okay. No permitting hassles. It's like
uh um BYOB bring your own graphics
cards, right? Because uh everything is
set up here uh as far as the power goes.
And that's a, you know,
that's a big plus these days. Okay, this
is from Yahoo Finance.

additional. So 17 gawatts of private
power. That's
they have permits to install or uh
utilize that much power. That's 17
threem islands. Okay,
that's a lot of power. Everybody's
having trouble now getting power,
getting permits for power,
uh getting projects permitted.
Here we go. Uh new permit to be filed
weeks first 6 gawatt clean air permit
approval. So 17 gawatts of total
power. Okay. Largest in the world. that
is firmy.
Uh
blah blah blah.
So this is March 13th.
Uh
Texas Tech
attention to file. Yeah, they they've
got these permits by the way. But I'm
just telling you this is
uh you know, leave it to Texas to answer
the call for America's energy crisis.
And this is Toby New Bower who is no
longer CEO.
Uh
why would we settle for 6 GW of clean
natural gas when the country needs more
power, not less? Uh our site is beyond
capable of producing 11.
Okay. Question mark. Okay.
Burmy is pleased to steward the land and
environment as well creating additional
high pay. So
uh he's saying 11 gawatt they got 17
gaww
they can do 11 gawatts of natural gas.
Okay I believe they have it was in that
last um uh in the news piece which has
either been played or is coming up.
believe they have a number of GE
turbines already on order. So, they're
ahead in that uh aspect. Uh you got
Bloom Bloom boxes.
I mean, this is Texas. They're
uh industry friendly. Um who knows what
uh what can happen. I'm going to try to
dig up a map here showing the um natural
gas pipelines they have right on their
property. Basically

state regulators gave Fermy America
final approval for a clean air permit.
News Channel 10's Paige Stockton joins
us as she explains how this permit will
move Project Matador into the next
stage.
>> Project Matador is the 11 gawatt natural
gasbased power generation data center
coming to the Amarillo and Carson County
area. Fermy announced with the Texas
Commission on Environmental Quality
approval, it confirms compliance with
state and federal emission standards.
The Texas Commission on Environmental
Quality hosted a public meeting in
December on Fermy's application for air
quality permits for its new AI data
center. Following the meeting, TCQ was
required to respond to all public
comments from concerned residents and
today gave final approval for the
nation's second largest clean air
permit.
During his State of the Union address
last night, President Trump announced
his new rate payer protection pledge,
which will require major tech companies
to provide their own power, so no one's
prices will go up. Americans are also
concerned that energy demand from AI
data centers could unfairly drive up
their electric utility bills. Tonight,
I'm pleased to announce that I have
negotiated the new rateayer protection
pledge. You know what that is?
We're telling the major tech companies
that they have the obligation to provide
for their own power needs. They can
build their own power plants as part of
their factory so that no one's prices
will go up and in many cases prices of
electricity will go down for the
community and very substantially down.
>> In a quote from Fermy America CEO, he
says when it comes to responsible,
scalable energy production, it's no
surprise that Texas is leading the way.
The chief communication officer goes on
to say, "Fermy is uniquely positioned to
help America's hyperscalers quickly
secure the private power they need at
scale." Granting the clean air permit is
required to begin the vertical phase of
power generation construction.
Previously, Fermy had paused
construction, awaiting approval on this
permit. With air permitting secured,
Firmeny America announces its
advancement to the final stages of
project finance and negotiations phase
and the next stage of execution will
also have Fermy mobilizing its gas
turbine fleet. Six assets currently in
Houston to the Amarillo campus. We will

rights for 20 years. And I just I'm just
showing this to indicate that they have
cooperative
local
politics over there and they are moving
ahead. And this guy is uh I believe they
have a 20-year agreement and they have
the water. So, uh, let me just see if I
can, uh, boot this up for you here.

Spa Stockton sat down with council
member David Prescott, who walks through
the agreement and environmental impact
of this project. Firmeny America
presented its plans for a massive
nuclear facility called Project Matador.
David Prescott sat down with me as an
expert in environmental science to
explain more about the water agreement.
>> The proposed facility would feature four
nuclear reactors, a natural gas
electricity plant, solar panels, and
super data processing computers.
>> The city of Amarillo has to get this
right. We have to understand the
groundwater impact and what is it going
to do not only for Amarillo but the the
surrounding counties around the project.
The water delivery agreement calls for a
maximum of 2.5 million gallons per day
over an initial 20-year term with
potential for increases. At
>> the end of the day, at 1.1 trillion
gallons,
if firmy at 2.5 million gallons per day,
that is 0.08%
of the total usage in the Texas
panhandle, which is immaterial. 08%. But
at the end of the day, we're still
burning or using 1.1 trillion gallons in
the top 26 counties
with or without firmy. These are numbers
without Fermy involved in it. If we get
to the 10 million gallons, it will be
33%
of the total volume of water used in the
Texas panhandle, the top 26 counties.
>> Prescott walked through the project and
the impact it could have on the
panhandle. We can sell 10 million
gallons of water a day that's not
ultimately going to have such a drastic
impact that's going to be within our
limits on the the panhandle groundwater
conservation district and we can bring
$32 million into the city. Why would we
not do that? Did you elect me to make
good business decisions and have sound
environmental advice in my expertise? I
I don't see how this is a is not a
winframe rule. City staff is now
reviewing and modifying the terms before
bringing the revised agreement back to
council at the next meeting.

Okay, so this is just
talking about their uh infrastructure,
their gas connection, energy transfer
pipeline network. Okay, I'm going to try
to show this to you graphically. Uh
they've uh a new pipeline lateral
connects the campus directly to the
energy transfers
extensive transmission infrastructure.
um the Waja hub and all right it's
unimportant what the names of these
things are uh integrating so
11 gawatt what they're looking at is 11
gawatts of gas fired alongside nuclear
solar and battery storage um so this is
their site
their construction site their location
is,
you know, I don't know, yards, feet away
from these pipelines.
Um, it's crazy. Uh, but, uh, they have,
you know, energy is not a problem.
Okay, this is
uh the former
CEO of Fermy, Toby Newower,
gotten a beef with Howard Letic with the
LUT
uh over a misunderstanding of some um
funding from South Korea.
Actually, let security was called in.
So,
uh, Newar has resigned. Uh, this is what
the status is for a new permanent CEO at
Fermy. Still in progress. No appointment
announced.
Midappril following the departure. So,
this just happened. A former CEO
uh announced on April 17th.
Okay. They've got some board members
doing the interim leadership.
I don't think it's very important. I
think they've got a lot of project
managers on site that are running
everything actually on autopilot.
Construction search process formal start
uh formal search initiated by the board.
Hydricken struggles not cornfairy are
engaged.
Um,
search committee includes chairman and
independent directors.
Okay. Uh, this this could take I mean
I don't know what you know you're going
to have to find the right person. I've
done some executive search. Uh this
could be a top tough sell to a top
candidate because of the history of
Fermy and um
we're going to see how that goes. I
wouldn't expect anything from the search
firm for 90 days. So what is it? August
maybe August. Okay.
uh you know
third their Q3
uh by miday the company noted an early
preliminary slate of highly qualified
candidates already in hand with hiring
listed as a priority in the next 90 days
alongside securing tenants and other
firmy 2.0 goals.
So, they're in Matt Matador now is what
they're calling it. It's a Fermy 2.0.
So, uh maybe they got a lot of people
jumping at this. Um
they need to bring somebody in who's got
accounts in his back pocket.
Okay. So,
hyperscalers,
other people of this nature, maybe a
relationship with uh [snorts] Nvidia
CEO,
uh relationship with Sarabus, CEO,
uh so forth. Um Google, Meta, Amazon, so
on. Um
so, they got a preliminary sling that
was quick May. So, when did they start
