Hey, bolo buddies. Thanks for watching.
All right, you guys, in this video we're
going to talk about some of my bolo
items. Items to be on the lookout for,
items you can hopefully buy low and flip
for a profit. I'm going to tell you
where I got it, what I paid for it, and
what it sold for. Some of these are
bread and butter, some of these are
unexpected, and some of these sold super
fast. This first item sold within, I
think, a day or two. It is a times
multiplication table. It's a like a
times chart. It's for homeschooling. And
what you do is you push down on the
number
and it tells you the answer. Now, is
this a big money bolo? Nope, but I paid
50 cents and sold it for $13 plus
shipping in less than a week. So, quick
flip.
I like the quick flips. 13 replacement
segment pieces for the Code-a-Pillar. I
love finding the Code-a-Pillars and I
actually just sold and listed a full
body one with the head and the body.
Um
within, I think it sold within two or
three days. So, that will be in a future
video.
I got this one at the Goodwill bins and
I sold just the segments for $22.
This one here is sterling silver pierced
earrings signed R. Wilson. I picked
these up at a garage sale for $10. They
are gorgeous. I'm not sure what the
stone is, but
I don't know. Do you guys think it's
turquoise?
Pretty, right? And this is an acid test
right here. So, you can see how it's got
the blue.
It's kind of It's not like blue. It's
like a shiny blue.
Once you test acid test something,
you'll know what to look for. But
I always show the stone so that people
looking know that the item is actually
sterling silver tested.
And let's see. I sold that for a best
offer of $60.
The next item are these vintage Little
Tikes blue roof dollhouse staircase. I
took apart a Little Tikes dollhouse that
had some damage, so I decided to part it
out. I've done this before. The stairs
usually sell quickly, the swing sells
quickly. There's some other parts that
sell quickly, others are more long tail.
But you can definitely make some money.
So if you find one that's a damaged or
has fading, you can still part it out.
This sold really quickly. I'm guessing a
magic eraser or some cleaning paste
would get a lot of these marks off. I
did not invest the time in that, just
not worth it. I sold this, I I want to
say within a couple days, maybe a week,
for $24.50.
These lawn bags
sold so fast, I couldn't believe it. I
picked them up at a garage sale for a
dollar and I was like, you know what?
List it and forget it, thinking they
were going to sit forever. No. No, they
sold super quick in the middle of the
summer. $10.50 and I paid a buck for it.
This candle, this one took a little
longer to sell, but it is I had it
priced high. It's a jelly bean candle
from Home Interiors and it's a hard to
find scent and a lot of times people
want special scents and if they're
harder to find, you can price them
higher. I sold this for $59.50
and I got it at a garage sale for two
bucks.
This one, I think sold, oh, I want to
say I put it up for auction and somebody
made me an offer.
And I sold it for a best offer of 45 or
I can't remember. Did they make me I
think either matter or I had offers and
I didn't take it.
I don't know. It sold for 45.
And it was a
a week at the most.
And what did I pay for that? I think I
paid $5. Yep, $5 at a garage sale.
Isn't that cool?
And it's even got like the glue on it,
so still sold quick, 45 bucks. Five into
45.
Look for the little hangies. It's called
uh
Caddy Retro. It was called something
else, I think, but I couldn't verify
that mine was the same brand, so I left
that keyword out. But, let's see, is
this it down here?
Uh
no, they use the same words as mine.
That looks like my listing.
That's weird.

>> That is not my background, but that is
my listing. Somebody must have uh
used my listing title. That's funny.
Okay, here we go. Longaberger Friendship
Sampler Cross Stitch Kit New Old Stock.
This one sold for a best offer of 72,
and I got it at a thrift store for $1.
So, again, cross stitch kits can be all
over the place. If you can't find one
like it, listed high and wait for the
right buyer.
Or uh do an auction.
Feel the market out that way as well.
This one, I couldn't find one like it.
It's Longaberger. I knew it would
probably be more of a long tail item,
but I knew I could get good money for it
if I was patient, and I did.
So, uh you have to figure out what works
best for you. I'm patient. This doesn't
take up a lot of space. I didn't have a
lot of money invested in it.
The next one is this Aurora Kiss Sound
Moose, and I did put a video here. So,
it makes a little kiss sound. Isn't that
cute? Got it at the Goodwill Bins, and I
sold it for $17.85.
The next item these Melissa McCarthy
Seven Jeans. They're plus size, and
uh I I've been sharing with you guys the
Express Jeans. So, these came from
Discount Fashion Warehouse. I got them a
long time ago. They sat for about
golly, what
Oh, jeez, I'm trying to think.
8 years?
9 years?

>> I got sick of doing clothes, and I
switched to hard goods. So, getting
those listed, and uh
I paid about five bucks for these, and I
sold them for 45. The Express jeans are
doing fabulous and
you guys like boot cut wide leg flare
that type of stuff check out my Express
jeans cuz they're the older ones. I
don't know if they're exactly vintage.
They may be I don't know
because they were already
older when I got them.
So I don't know. I don't have vintage in
the title or anything like that but they
are selling like hotcakes. All right,
here we go. Vintage I just say I quit
selling clothes and waited for them to
come back in style. That's not true. I
just didn't want to sell the clothes.
All right, 2001 Campbell's Soup labels
Concord fabric 62 by 42. There's all
your information
and I got this at a garage sale for free
and took a best offer of $38.
This one is a Weeki Wachee Weeki Wachee.
I don't know. Weeki Wachee Springs,
Florida live mermaids good luck token.
Look at that. Not even in great
condition.
It sold really quick.
I don't remember. It was from a garage
sale but I think it was like in a little
lot of things that I got. Sold for
$17.50.
Buyer paid shipping.
This one is an unsigned Silvertone
butterfly charm holder so it unlatches
and you can put charms on it.
I want to say I brought this to what not
and it didn't sell so I put it on eBay
and I sold it for $12. My
goal here was to see can I sell
something unbranded
will it still sell with just keywords
and it did. So I'm pretty happy about
that.
That was a good test. It worked. So you
got butterfly charm holder pendant.
All right, here's the next one this
candle. How weird are these? These are
from 1974
and I went to a garage sale and they had
a whole bunch of these. Ended up getting
them for a dollar each and I sold this
this this one really quick for $10.40. I
thought they were going to sit forever.
Now, the other ones are still sitting,
but this one sold fast and it paid for
all of them, so
it's all profit from here for these
candles. Aren't they weird?
Uh, vintage 1996 Scooby-Doo stuffed
animal 18-in Hanna-Bar
Bera. I always want to say Barbara.
Do you guys Did anybody else ever do
that?
Say Hanna-Barbera.

only one. Garage sale $0.50. Sold it for
a best offer of $22.
And the last one is this little vintage
Fisher-Price Loving Family Doll House
tan flip table and I sold this for
$16.25
and I this was one of those uh
Fisher-Price items from that sale. Was
that in this video or the last video I
talked about that? I think it was the
last one. So, I did a Fisher-Price
Loving Family Play School uh
whatnot show and I sold tons of items,
but I had a ton left and I just got in
the mood and I'm like, I'm going to put
a bunch of these on eBay and I did. And,
you know, something like this I probably
would have gotten $5 for on whatnot,
sold it on eBay for $16.25. So, do I
understand that I'm selling items
cheaper than I could get them for like
that I could sell them for on the
platforms? Yes. That's what whatnot is
to me. It is all about selling as many
items as I can in a short amount of time
and just looking at the big picture. Uh,
eBay is more about listing things
slowly,
um, letting them sit and wait for the
right buyer for a higher price. Two
totally different platforms, uh, two two
totally different business models, but
somehow I'm making both of them work. I
have been trying to get more items on
eBay. I am cross-posting my items to
whatnot buy it now, Poshmark buy it now,
and Mercari buy it now. I don't know why
I said buy it now for the other two, but
and then eBay. So, they're on four
platforms. These items all sold quicker
on eBay.
