Fake NFL Player Steals $1.3M From Women!

Well, I was about to record about something else and then one of my guys, Pierre, sent me this article about a guy. So, he pulled the uh Cheyenne Bryant and Angel Murdoch, I think her name was, he pulled one of their frauds, a guy. And so ladies, y'all got to watch out for this too now because you know the ladies, they did it to make money online. This gentleman did it to take money out your pocket. And this why I try to tell y'all all the time, don't ever give a man money, especially a man you dating. And never if if you can't see no direct service or a direct product, never. And and and if it's a product, better not be no jury. And [clears throat] so here you have how an alleged fake 49ers wide out, that's a wide receiver, y'all. The guy who stand out there on the side and run down the field and they throw the ball to him and he catch it. Woo women and took 1.3 million. Then he said that's Google, not me. Federal prosecutors say two men led a multi-state romance and investment scam, posing as a San Francisco 49ers player and an advisor to steal 1.3 million from at least 26 women. Investigators say Dejon Love crafted elaborate social media personas. Prosecutors allege love and 18-year-old Taylor Chan staged three-way calls showing bogus investment gains and pushed victims into personal loans. The FBI has charged two men with scamming at least 26 million out of 1.3 million in four states. One of the alleged fraudsters posed as a San Francisco 49ers player, Dejon Labraier Love. Now see his power in a name. His mama play too much. You name that boy. You raised a scammer just off the name alone. Dejon na that's d a e j o n then the boy middle name is labra l a b r a y a e and then the last name the simplest of all l o v e. Go change your son name if your son name sound like that. going right down to the courthouse before he know any better and get that boy a four five letter name six letters at the m right that's why the boy became a scammer every job application he put in they put it right in the shredder like we have de John mustard in here labraier in here like I'm trying to bring my Labrador to the office and we got Labraier in here I'm trying to call my dog he keep running in the office. It's like, why? Y'all have to stop doing that. Y'all have to stop doing that. Ain't got nothing against Africa and our names that we have from Africa, but you got to realize it's like it's not necessary. It's not necessary. Just it's not necessary, especially in this job market. That's why the boy had to become a scammer. Then the other guy name is Taylor Jamie Chan which now that Chan sound Asian and I know if he is Asian the Asian community is hot with him. They is fire hot. So the the the one is 35, the other one is 18, have been charged in federal court in Portland, Oregon with wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud from February 2022 until they were arrested on Monday from February 2022. So the boy post all over his Instagram slow grind. It was a slow grind. Now, it it took him four years, 4 and a half years of grinding to get that 1.3 million. And that's all they said. Now, he probably got more than that though because the cars he driving, he came across some money now cuz just a couple of them cars cost the money he he didn't raise. [clears throat] Love and Chan solicited money from women in California, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho through lies and misrepresentations according to the United States Attorney's Office in Portland. Love portrayed himself on Instagram as a 49ers wide receiver who went undrafted but worked his way onto the roster. He met most of the women through dating apps and develop romantic relationships with many of them according to the FBI. See that's why I try to tell y'all D. When you get on them dating out, that's why we made ours the way we made it. So you only meet one person at a time and you don't meet them soon as you get on there. If you ain't got no match, you don't meet nobody. It It could take three months. It could take six months. You got to get on there and be patient. But and nobody could DM you unless you accept him and he accept you. But even with that, you still got to be smart. So you got to still follow the rules because we don't have scammers everywhere in the real world and on the apps. The apps just make it easier with the traditional dating apps that's out there. He probably was on Tinder or something. And so what you got to realize is if you follow the rule, never give a man money, you already safe right there. You should never do no investment [clears throat] with no man you trying to sleep with, you trying to date. Chan falsely, so his friend Chan falsely posed as Love's financial advisor. So, he could be an Asian guy and he probably trying to use somebody a different race to look smart. In an Instagram story titled NFL Journey, Love held a 49ers helmet while driving and said, "I'm on my way to get my mom." I know I get a lot of fans who want to know how football works or how I got involved in the league. If you know me and see me in person, I'll explain. Yeah, you couldn't explain nothing online because you was on the line. I chose SF because it was the right time. He's talking about San Francisco. I was kind of already living in the Bay and it just worked out for me. Love's monologue is interrupted momentarily by beeps from his car and he says, "I'm in my new McLaren." And it's just real touch and go. And it's like this the thing. That's where this how they get y'all cleat chasers, jersey chasers, because when you don't know nothing about sports, you a fall for this. Ain't nobody who is undrafted and walked on a team and barely got on buying no McLaren. You ain't got no McLaren money. RNs make more money than you in the NFL. And you don't see no RNs driving no McLaren. And but see if you don't know nothing about sports, you'll get finesse just thinking NFL mean millions when some of them guys be paycheck to paycheck and have to borrow money. And a lot of people don't realize that. Then he posts a screenshot of a web page AI overview that says Dejon Love is a wide receiver for the San Francisco 49ers and information about his position, contract, and teammate texting habits is available online. He is also associated with the team in various social media content and articles. So he posted the AI overview back on the screen. Love says that's Google. That's not me. That's Google. So basically he's saying Google said that. He goes on to explain why he isn't playing, lifting a crooked finger to the camera and saying he is injured. He concludes the story by again saying he wants full transparency because people ask, "What do I do? How can I afford a $500,000 car? How can I afford a $300,000 Lamborghini Urus?" He repeats that he's going to pick up his mom, then concludes by inviting those watching to reach out to him to meet in person. What NFL player have you ever heard say that the scheme relied on Love's creation of fictitious p personas and display of a lavish lifestyle which Love presented to victims both in person and on social media websites, federal authorities said in a press release. Chan and Love also hosted three-way FaceTime calls in which they showed victims falsified investment gains and encouraged victims to part with their money. Victims sent Love and Chan money due to their belief that their money would be invested in legitimate investment vehicles on the victim's behalf. The FBI said Love instructed several women who did not have the cash to invest to take out personal loans, assuring them they would quickly be repaid. Love and Chan were taken into custody on Monday at the Boise Idaho why was they in Boise Idaho airport and have a court appearance Thursday in Portland. Love who traveled to New Mexico, California, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, and Idaho since July 15th. according to investigators allegedly has used several names including John Love, Dejon Love, Averil Leto Love. I see he like the name like his mama. Averil Leto Love and Jordan Love. 26 potential victims have been identified and the FBI believes there are more. There's definitely more now. It's definitely more because I'm g tell you some women I done met women who done got scammed like this. They'll crawl into a hole. They will crawl into a hole. And and I'm going to show you the boy page. And his Instagram I went to his Instagram. His Instagram still up. The boy Instagram still up. Hot mess. The boy Instagram still up. Right on up. That's the up as it want to be. That's a page there. That's a page. This him here. So again, now what I was telling y'all, a late bloomer and he got a video on his Instagram. You You look at that boy and you think he NFL player, you need a straight jacket. When I tell you that boy built like this and then he got a video on the beach with the San Francisco 49ers helmet on sir who wear they helmet to the beach. The boy on the beach with the NFL helmet. When you ever seen a NFL player at the beach with his team issued helmet and then he got a guy that's built like another professor on Ompic as his quarterback and you could tell by the way the guy moving his hand he don't know a lick of football. The boy can't even throw the football. Then here he go, the fake football player. He go to run a route. The boy go to run a route. And this the most hilarious thing in the world. Every picture he's standing with that helmet on. Every picture he's standing with that helmet on and he got the Lambo. It's like, boy, don't nobody, no football player take their helmet out of the locker room. He got the helmet in his hand, the headband, and the whole sweatsuit. And then that's one day. This probably the same day, but he changed outfits. Sir, who walking in and out the locker room with their helmet? But see, he got him some scallwags. He got him some scallwags. And I'm going tell you like this right here. No player be dripped up and draped out in the team gear. The boy got the team headband, the team shirt, and then he got Fablettics in his bio like he got a Fablettics deal. Fablettic say, "Boy, we never heard of you." Said, "Boy, you we could we wouldn't gave you a deal if you would have held us hostage." And so And then what he did, what he did is the man and And then look, she she a sports writer. She in his likes. She probably looked his butt up. The boy got the comments off every post cuz he ain't want nobody to comment and say, "I don't see you on that roster, Playboy. Your name ain't on that roster." Now, one thing y'all know how to do is Google. I guess a woman thank to Google. And then here go the boy standing in front of his car with his helmet in his hand outside the facility. So on this one right here, he got the G Wagon. So he got the G Wagon. Then in this one, he in a yellow lamb. The other one he in the red lamb. This this this this regular Lamborghini like the car version. Nobody wearing them big old earrings either with the hole in your ear under no helmet or it's a big loop. I could tell by his hair texture he ain't never played no football. And the boy just the boy just just out there. Then here he is. He talking about I am my brother's keeper. And then let me show you how his brother stand. The boy brother leg. See that leg? Yeah, Feds, y'all got to do better. He got he that boy raised more than stole more than 1.3 million. And then here he is. His buddy is his buddy. on the in his car with the helmet and his snowmobile helmet and his Louis thing. And then this the Google overview he posted. See that right there? This the Google overview he posted. But then he got a picture of a guy down there. Dejon Love got a picture of a guy. And so Dejon Love down there, the guy got down there ain't even him. The boy face, he got a full beard and his face twice the thickness of the other guy face. And so and then he going to post that he put context matters and then but what he don't realize he's showing Dejon love inspires who is the husband to Sarah in love. So he using somebody else name got somebody else name on there and see somebody probably told him somebody probably they say hey this dude on your team he coming up on the thing so looking at looking and then he's showing his likes. See, you got Fred Warner in there with the verified and Fred Warner. He got on a Fred Warner got on a 49ers jersey look like. So Fred probably looked at his story and was like who buddy? Like who who buddy? So he's showing that but he got them comments turned off. So Fred came Fred can't say nothing like bro I don't know you. I never seen you at the facility. Cuz see, Fred would have Fred would have did them like they did the Duke PA student when the Duke PA student came in there and was like, "What's going on?" So then look, he's showing here a 49ers hopeful. So what he did is he showed where he's showing off his cars and then he's showing where it's NFL players up there at the top. So what it's doing is making people think it's make it's making people think that is his is his page and then he showing then he going to show the AP talking about thank you at Johnny Dang and co and then he click on the story and he show who watching this story and you see Johnny Dang in the story Johnny Dang D probably like bro don't even know you. Johnny Dane like boy ain't give you that watch boy. And then look he going to show Johnny Dang down there. Then he going to go to Johnny Dang page. He ain't nowhere on Johnny Dang page. And then it he just followed the man. So how you got in touch with Johnny? You ain't even follow him on Instagram. See I'm I'm giving y'all the game now. How you figure stuff out? Because y'all gonna be out here getting finessed and you're gonna get finessed by the best. Now see this boy here can connect. He can connect now. He can connect this beard, but the fact that he ain't connecting it is a red flag. And and then and I'mma tell you something right here. your your chin has. So he's showing his little necklace. You barely made the team and you got three, four super cars, a $250,000 watch, and a black MX. See if you got any liquor sense. If you got any lick of sense, you taking and you deduct the reasoning, critical thinking, and you like, "Oh, this all a fraud. This all NFL ain't paying that much." And so, I'm going to tell y'all something. If y'all ladies want to date athletes, then you need to be watching the sports, reading about the sports, learning about the sports, reading the articles. Something ain't adding up. And then what the man was doing, he was meeting women all over the world. I mean, and just got all their little check got all their little check off of them. They swear they about to come up on a bag. They they could have swore they was in an investment vehicle with a NFL player and didn't didn't realize he was LFN laughing for now. And now that boy, and see the thing about the financial crime though, you don't get a lot of time for it. So it almost make the fraud worth it cuz you darn be out before you get in. By the time the dog on sentence here, you be done, they let you off a time serve. It's like, well man, I need to go do need to go do financial fraud. I'm be in and out. Then get to blow up the brand when I get out too. Oh yeah, my little fake rod. And so yeah, that's how they do. Absolutely crazy. Absolutely crazy. So ladies, listen. Be careful. For one, if you going to get on a a dating app, it need to be the Destiny app. It's going to be your best bet cuz we just the the parameters we got put in place. But you still going to have a couple of nut cases. It just you can't help it because the reason why the nutcase is going to come to the Destiny app some of them because they say this is going to be a higher quality woman. So nothing is completely foolproof. You still going to have to deal with some stuff. So you got to realize and understand that. And so come on to the place to where you start to really process and understand. And and this is the thing now. What you have to realize is that What you have to realize is that you could be scammed like this by a nineto-five worker that you met on Facebook dating. It ain't always going to be a celebrity or NFL player. And this one thing that I never understand, but I guess I get it. I guess I get it. Like they said, take money to make money. So I guess him looking the part got women to give him money. Kind of like the the Tinder Swindler. So here you got the Tinder Swindler got a whole Netflix documentary and they still up and running and doing good. Ain't that something? That's crazy. And and the Apple app store trying to give us a hard time getting in the store. And it's like y'all got Tinder out here that women got scammed left and right and y'all giving us a hard time to get in the store. And then the thing you got to realize too is you got what's the um the tender tender swindler. Then it's another guy out there. Oh, the crypto scams. And then I remember a guy, he looked like a millionaire. He out here popping his stuff on Instagram and he got some of my clients. And I don't understand like why y'all give money to a man who claim to have money. He he claim to be rich and all of that. So why invest with him if he say he already got mega millions? It's like if he got mega millions, why do he need your help on the investment? That don't make no sense. He'll only need your help if he don't have mega millions. But if he already popping it, he already got it. So he's showing this lifestyle. And the women probably was like, "Why you got better cars than why you got better cars than the NFL players who making all this money and you trying to get on? You trying to, you know, whatever. You trying to get on and they probably like He and then he told him, "Oh, because I got an investor. I know how to invest. I know how to flip my money." Okay. Little baby got a not little baby, the baby got a restaurant. Soul Food Cornbread Waffle. Oh yeah, they're going to hit them now. And so that what you got to realize. So now and I'mma tell you what get folks. I'm going tell you what it get folks. What get folks is American Greed. And I'm just calling American Greed because that's the name of the store. But I mean the show. But it's just greed. So because you want to get rich quick scheme, you want to get rich quick. Now you take and you want to invest with a bomb. You ain't know it was a bomb though. But you can already tell too skinny to be in the NFL. Now yes it is players in the NFL that skinny. But it's like you see where the way how skinny he is and the way he run. He ain't nobody NFL. But then too, I'mma tell you, if you meet somebody and they say they do this, they do that, you need to find somebody else on LinkedIn or Instagram or whatever that's work at their company, at their team, at whatever. Send them a DM. Say, "Hey, do you know such and such? You know this person? Do this person work with you?" Now, we we ain't do that with the young lady. We ain't do that with the young lady because the reason being is because it was a situation of she getting brand deals. So there's no way for you to find somebody else that go to the Duke thing and she ain't trying to date you. So it don't really matter. But with the romance scams, I'mma tell you how you can avoid a romance scam. Don't ever give a man money. Don't ever give a woman money when it's being asked for. If you just want to give somebody some money just cuz you got it like that and you just rolling in the door and you just want to give them some money, okay, that's different. But if you f to give them money because they asking you to invest or and I'm going to tell you something too like the quote say hey can I borrow x amount no I don't want to interrupt what the Lord doing in your life that you got to stick to that and that's how you got to live no I ain't gonna be able to ain't ain't going to be able to interrupt what the Lord is doing in your life. Ain't going to be able to do it. And so that's what you got to realize. And once you get to that place where you understand that to where you can't just be loaning to everybody and you got to know what you stand on and what you stand for, you ain't going to get scammed. So I'm going to tell you, close your legs. Close your wallet because listen what's f to happen now. We in a recession. They won't let us say it because of who is in office. He don't play that. You will get black ballalled. You will get cut out and cussed out. They will not let us say it. But listen to me. Listen to me. We are in a recession. So, I'mma tell you what you got to do. For one, be careful. Anybody you meet online, anybody you meet on person, in person. Two, you need to condense your cards to enough cards to a few cards that you can see. So, you shouldn't have 12, 15, 20 cards with a bunch of money on them. You need to have one, two, three cards and you need to check them cards every day. Make sure you recognize every charge. Clarify and verify because people can get your card and they could use that card. They'll scam your card. They'll come right on. They'll come right on up off of you. They'll get you. I had a guy that work at the private jet place in South Florida that took my card and was using my card buying sushi for the office. He booked them a flight on JetBlue buying sushi for the office and took and created a couple of shell companies and did two three charges for the shell companies. I called in the Bank of America, a guy I could tell he was gay. He was a black guy. I could tell he was gay. You know, his voice, how he was talking. Oh, yeah. How can I help? Yeah. Oh, okay. And what just say? He started laughing at me. I say, "What the real negro about to slap you straight? You on here laughing at my pain. It ain't Kevin Hart." And so I'm like, I might have hung up on them. They hit me with a $2,500 charge, $1,200 charge, something. And And I probably was like I think I said something like, "Yeah, I get rid of the law again. I'm getting ready to use my card. He f took all my last little bit of money on the card. And then he started laughing. And so it could have been how I said it. So this not joking matter calling you about my money now. But and this me like I'm a public figure like you'll think folk wouldn't try me but yeah they get right on that bank fraud. They get right on you. Be be and tap that card. So guess what? I keep my cards empty. Live my life. Somebody went to try to scare it. What? No, master. Pay it when I get it. Got to wake up and get bread tomorrow. Yep. Lord say he feed the fowls of the air and clothe the liies of the field. How much will I do for you my child? I said, "All right, Lord. I'm going to test your theory on that. I'm going to test you on that right there. I sure need you to provide. So, listen. I spend my money. I ain't waiting on no scammer to come tap my card out. And so, guess what? Got to do what you got to do. Got to protect yourself. Got to watch yourself. And you got to be careful. And I'mma tell you, so what's going to happen is what what what's about to happen in the next 12 months, you're gonna have people pitching you amazing investment opportunities. They're going to pitch you high-rise apartments, this and that. It's going to be all kind of opportunities for you to invest in. and got to tell them no cuz what they'll do is they'll have you tap into that 401k to make a big investment and you got to be careful with that. So don't get caught up just investing to invest. Don't get caught up now because they will get you. They will get you. So, want you to be mindful. Stay prayed up. Pray for wisdom, diligence, focus. Stay prayed up cuz you going you're going to need it. Trust me. Because you going to get tested. And it ain't just the romance scams and and this scams and stuff like this. It ain't just that. It's f to be all kind of scams. You f to see all kinds of scams popping up. And not even just people, individuals. It's it's going to be companies trying to scam you. It's going to be salespeople trying to scam you. you you're going to go through a lot of different stuff out here and it's going to be all kind of folks trying to scam you. So, I want you to be mindful of that. Be ready for it. Keep your head on straight. Pay attention. Y'all forgive I'm looking at Escalades cuz I'm praying and saving. But with your purpose, once you tap into that, that's something you do until you die. And so that's the community to be able to have support, be around people. And as an adult, I made the $47 a month because as an adult, it would be my hope that we could get to that place. I got so many subscriptions and stuff, but I tried to keep it to where it's still serious. It's still some skin in the game, but it's not too crazy. I saw a young lady, a sister say she pay $1,000 a month for a group she in. And it's actually with one of the co-founders of the site that it's on a school. she in his group for a thousand a month. And I can't bring myself to do nothing like that. It probably just be me and one person. So I I I won't even wouldn't even want to do nothing like that. But this right here, check us out. We going to be building and you get to meet people in your area, connect, and just put one foot in front of the other and be a because as you start building, as you tap into your purpose, you're going to have questions.
