F. 8/14/26 *FL* - 2026 Topps Pristine Baseball Hobby 6-Box Case Break *PYT* #4
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
The video documents a live case break for six boxes of 2026 Topps Pristine Baseball Hobby cards, hosted by Jason from Jasmine's as part of their Pick Your Team series. The event begins with an overview of previous breaks and announcements regarding upcoming sessions, including the release of personal packs containing VIP gold items. As the host opens the first few cases, he reveals a mix of notable players such as Ketel Marte, Jonathan Soto, Yanquiel Fernández, and Jackie Robinson, alongside various team-specific hits like J.T. Realmuto for the Phillies and Dillon Dingler for Baltimore. The atmosphere is casual yet competitive, with participants reacting to each pull while discussing potential winners and losers within the hobby market.
As the break progresses, significant value emerges through rare inserts featuring Shohei Ohtani, whose current market volatility makes his cards highly sought after despite their relatively low odds of appearance in standard packs. Other standout pulls include Trevor Hoffman for the Brewers, a monogrammed Ohtani card valued around 140 dollars, and several other premium parallels like Cal Quantrill and Christian Yelich. The host notes that while early boxes were somewhat underwhelming compared to previous events featuring players like Roman Anthony or Jack Eichel, the later stages of the break produced exceptional results, including multiple autographs from Connor Griffin, Marcelo Mayer, and Paul O'Neill, as well as memorabilia cards for legends like Larry Walker and Mickey Mantle.
The host reflects on the overall performance of this specific case, acknowledging that it was not his best yet but emphasizing that every box break carries inherent risk where some cases yield few hits while others explode with value. He attributes part of the earlier struggles to external factors rather than bad luck alone and expresses confidence that future breaks will bounce back stronger. The session concludes with a recap of all significant pulls, highlighting key autographs, rookie cards, and special inserts like redemptions and spotless parallels that were distributed among participants. Ultimately, despite some uneven results across the six boxes, the event successfully delivered high-value items to fans who picked their favorite teams and players for this fourth installment of the series.

All right.
First one is down.
Yeah, I mean
the cases that I've done so far have
always had like three bigger rookies in
them.
One
SP you don't insert, so we'll see.
Not every box is going to be a winner
though. But the good thing is that this
is why I think
it's a good way to do a PYT for when it
comes to pristine cuz
I think sometimes when you buy a full
box you may not really get much back,
but if you buy a $60 team
and get a hit
you know, definitely
only worth it that way, especially if
you're PCing certain teams and players.
All right, here we go.
Got Brady house
to 150.
Arthur to 99.
Then we got Carson Bench to 150.
That's a gold verb.
From an Anthony we got Lindor.
Jack Wilderness
means
I saw him in there.
>> All right, here's three hits.
We got Damon Ben Nar for the Yankees.
Shoes.
Trevor Hoffman, wow. That's Milwaukee
Brewers edition Trevor Hoffman.
That's crazy.
That's out of 99. It's kind of hard to
see it, but it's right there.
Uh Brewers, it's going to DM Odani.
And Luke Keuchly.
It's 75.
For the Minnesota Twins.
All right Jay, maybe you're just jinxing
this, bro.
There you go. That That's That's the
positive energy we need here, Go Birds.
Here we go.
Odani.
All All hear me? You guys know how it
is, dude. Honestly, we don't know what's
in here until you open it, guys. I mean,
I feel like we've had some pretty good
cases.
But, I'm pretty sure we've also had some
pretty bad ones.
I don't know if you guys So far, this is
not the best one, but
there's still time. Wilderness Judge
And Rookie, you know what's crazy
though?
Ohtani's stuff is so crazy right now. I
looked up what this common spotless Like
this is like a one in every three packs
insert spotless.
Ohtani in this in this insert goes for
like 140 bucks.
Ohtani in like a normal just like normal
card
goes for like 40 bucks.
His market is just really crazy right
now.
Slater to 150
Like all you need is like an Ohtani
refractor like this and that's like 50
bucks.
Anderson
Devid Devidson Los Santos
to 15 pink
Cal Raleigh
She Swears, we got Trout.
Cruz and Olson out.
All right, here we go.
Hank
Paint Hall
for the
Red Sox winning at M. Kelly, that's out
of 15, 11 of 15.
Héctor Hernández
That is for the Marlins.
That's right.
And a Chandler Simpson
That one is not numbered it looks like.
Taveras, that's going to estimate.
All right.
Nacua I threw so I got another three
boxes.
Barely, but yeah.
Barely.
All right, here we go.
Harper
Nico Hoerner
How about a Murakami out of 75? That's
for the White Sox going to choose.
Kristine Wolters
Okamoto, Mookie, Freddie Freeman
Jacob Misiorowski, Roberto Clemente, Max
Fried.
McGonagall for Detroit.
Marakami again,
Sal Stewart.
It only took us three boxes.
How about a Yamamoto wilderness to 99 as
well?
Woah.
And it's a Christian Yelich out of 10.
That is five of 10.
SBM.
Yeah, I I forgot what they actually call
that um
specific color.
What was it called again? Pristine
something?
They call it
primaries, I think it is.
All right, well this definitely this one
had more nicer color.
For sure.
All right, here we go.
We're taking what we can get, gold
birds. All right.
Jackson Jobe.
Oh, nice shoes. How are you, man? How's
it going, shoes?
28 of 75.
Ryan Ritter
for Colorado. So, Detroit
was me. Colorado is Ace.
And a George Foster.
Old school Reds.
Reds that is. King James.
All right. Definitely
this case has not been great at all.
I feel like the cases that we did early
on like pick your teams one and two. I
had Murakami redemption. I had Roman
Anthony. I had Jack Eichel. I had a Miz
pop sensor. Jeez.
Oh, I did see that shoes. Did you get
that? God damn it.
I feel like this one was very similar to
the one that
I'm going to blame Rex then. I feel like
that's his fault.
Why we got this one and yesterday's.
I'm going to blame him.
So, if Rex comes in, this is his fault,
okay?
Granted, I will say
uh this case was already on my Fanatic
shelf. So, honestly, I didn't grab a
case.
The one that I brought was for the next
pick your team that I left back there so
that way we can save it. So,
I won't take claim to this one.
All right. Come on, Z. We got to get you
something here, man. Good luck.
Oh.
There's something.
Wow. All right.
How about that?
Shohei Ohtani Monogram
That's going to go to DM and the
Dodgers.
Anything Ohtani right now is just on
fire.
Look at that's the one I was saying
right there. That's like 140 bucks.
Ohtani spotless
I'm going to look that up behind the
checklist right here anyways.
Actually Monogram is not that off
actually. Monogram is one in every 217.
Looks like the ones that are like crazy
are like the timeless connections. Those
are one in every 1299.
Yeah, that's what it says here. Monogram
is one in every 217. Pristine Pops is
one in every 650. Rushmore is one in
every 2588.
Amp Dub is one in every 325.
Peerless is a one in every 260.
But of course, you know, if you got like
the one-of-ones in that then it's like
crazy. It's like one in every 60,000
packs or something like that.
But it still should be nice though. I
mean Ohtani's will be blowing out the
water of anybody else's obviously.
Look at that. This is like 40 bucks. Oh
my god. What an Ohtani pack.
Yeah, I mean unless Beckett's wrong.
Which could be the case.
Jimmy Crooks 275
>> Montgomery
Got Ben Rice.
Got Elehuris Montero 2199.
Let's see some red.
Dylan Crews Brandon Marsh 199. Dylan
Crews at 7 to 10.
That's for the Nationals and King GM.
Very nice.
All right, now let's get to some good
autos though cuz autos have still been
lacking.
Good inserts 199.
All right, here we go.
Redemption.
Another redemption. Save that.
Trey Cabbage for the Blue Jays.
Brought a boxzilla.
Marcelo Mayer for the Boston Red Sox to
50.
Boston is M. Kelly.
And
Let's use Mike Trout
as a
little blank here.
Here we go.
Pristine autograph green parallel.
Connor Griffin. Wow, there you go.
Pirates with King GM. There you go, man.
All right, so this one actually had
Connor Griffin, Trayce Thompson, and
Marcelo Mayer.
Where's Jay at?
Where's Jay? I want to see if this is a
nice box.
I mean, by definitely by far that's been
the best box.
Crazy, this.
And if that was like a personal box, you
would have got the Otani insert,
the SP,
you would have got that Otani insert
that's like 140, you would have got
Shohei Otani.
You would have got the Cruz to 10.
All right, last box here.
Jung Ho Kang
to 99.
Blake Snell to 199.
All right, sorry about that. Ohtani
number to 150. Wow.
These Dodgers.
Wilderness scenes, Reggie Jackson
spotless to 20 to 50, sorry.
Edwin Diaz blue again last night again.
Mickey Mantle
Jackie Robinson, Mookie Betts
All right, here we go. Last three hits.
Good luck.
Not a redemption.
Nathan Church for St. Louis
Pimatis
There you go. Still something to 99.
It was a thicker one.
That's all right.
Paul O'Neill for the Yankees
22 of 50
That's going to shoes. There you go,
man.
And last one here.
And we got Larry Walker popular demand
game used memorabilia
54 out of 99 there for the Colorado
Rockies.
And that is Chi.
All right.
And there you go, guys.
So, do a quick recap.
It's not the best case we've had here
before, that's for sure, but we ended it
off with a nice couple boxes here at the
end. Again, I definitely feel like
number five should be much better, guys.
You guys want to run it back, it is
pinned below.
Uh we did get some nice colors out of
the yellow edge Cruz, couple of nice
little Tony's there, all right. Hunter
Greene Redemption, Marcelo Martinez,
Savage.
Obviously, the
Larry Walker, Paul O'Neill, Nathan
Church, George Foster, Ritter, Jackson
Job.
We got Chandler Simpson, Eddy
Betancourt, Hernandez, Payton Toll,
Keyshawn, Trevor Hoffman, Bednar,
Melton.
We got a lot of O'Neill's here.
Beavers, Ramusto, and then obviously I
sleeve up a lot of the colors, of
course, inserts, rookies that I'm going
to top load as well, so.
Appreciate it, guys. Like I said, I
definitely feel like we're going to
bounce back on the next one, guys. Thank
you.
