This morning I have Sean Cutter, CEO of Energy Acres with me. Good morning, Sean. >> Good morning. >> Welcome. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, what solutions will have the greatest impact on the industry's growing power challenges? >> It all comes down to energy. >> Definitely. >> And how we find it, how we use it. Can we use it twice? We need to power data centers. We need to power AI. That's That's That's what we're here for. >> Okay, I love that. All right. So, what sustainability strategies will have the greatest impact as AI continues to scale? >> I think those that have an impact on the community. Those are going to be the projects that move faster. Therefore, there will be more of them. So, those projects that have some meaningful use, efficiency, some kind of benefit to the community that's more than just the data center. >> Yeah, it has to be win-win, right? >> Yeah, it has to be a win for everyone. And And this is really the opportunity, you know, to do that. >> Yeah, absolutely. So, good segway here. So, communities have compared data centers to steel mills or shell rigs that are common kind of left, but data centers don't leave. So, kind of talk about that. >> Oh, I would I would love to. I'm a second generation oil and gas. I come from oil and gas. So, have done that, have drilled wells in in a very extractive pattern. You don't turn data centers off. So, unlike a well that goes dry, things that close down, we are never going to turn off a data center. >> That makes complete sense, right? And it's something the communities just don't understand. >> They don't understand that that there are this is really permanent infrastructure. It's not going to go away. >> Yeah, absolutely. So in one word, what factor do you think will define the digital infrastructure space? >> Energy. >> Energy, it's a big one.
