Eid Milad-Un-Nabi ﷺ Ka Jawaz | Saudi Hukumat Ko Unke Apne Ghar Se Saboot | Dr Ashraf Asif Jalali
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
The video transcript presents a robust defense of celebrating Eid Milad-un-Nabi, arguing that this practice is deeply rooted in the traditions of Ahl-e-Sunnat and supported by authoritative Islamic scholarship. The speaker challenges the Saudi government and various sectarian groups, such as Wahhabis and Deobandis, who claim that celebrating the Prophet's birthday is a fabricated innovation or bidah. Instead, the presentation asserts that these accusations are unfounded and that the celebration has been practiced by billions of Muslims throughout history. The core argument emphasizes that the intention behind the gathering is to honor the beloved Messenger of Allah, not to engage in polytheistic acts or idol worship, thereby distinguishing the practice from the severe criticisms leveled against it by certain religious factions.
A significant portion of the discussion revolves around the scholarly opinions of Ibn Taymiyyah, a figure often cited by critics as opposing such celebrations. The speaker refutes this narrative by presenting specific texts and fatwas attributed to Ibn Taymiyyah that actually endorse the practice. According to the transcript, Ibn Taymiyyah described those who celebrate on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal as receiving a great reward from Allah, provided their intention is pure. The speaker highlights that Ibn Taymiyyah referred to the celebration as "Tajamul Maulid," which means praising the day of the Prophet's birth, and noted that some people spend the entire season in gatherings rather than just a single day. This evidence is used to demonstrate that even the scholars who are typically used to condemn the practice actually supported it, leaving contemporary critics in a contradictory position where they must either admit their deviation from their own masters or issue conflicting fatwas.
The speaker further elaborates on the linguistic and theological nuances of the celebration, explaining that terms like "Tajamul" signify praise and glorification rather than worship of the day itself. He argues that the criticism often stems from a misunderstanding where later Najdi scholars labeled any form of respect for the Prophet as shirk, whereas the original intent was to honor God's beloved without attributing divinity to him or his birthday. The transcript also mentions specific books and references, such as works by Dr. Jameel Haleem Ashari, which clarify that organizing gatherings to celebrate the Prophet's arrival with good news is a Sunnah. The speaker concludes by asserting that Ahl-e-Sunnat should walk with their heads held high, relying on the Quran and Sunnah rather than following sectarian dogmas, and challenges opponents to provide a valid answer from their own scholars since they cannot refute the established evidence without contradicting their revered figures like Ibn Taymiyyah.

Wat [screaming voice]
Bil Maroof Munkar
Imamia
in
Milad
Kabira,
this debt is on them till the Day of Judgment
or the Saudi government should celebrate it next year
or it will hang upside down, at least answer this, they
say that the Bidatis fabricated it, the baddis
fabricated it and this is the broker and the brokers
take the entire farewell broker to Fanar. So this
Baba had to be explained why he was saying Azar Azam
?
That is why my Imam had said that curse
that evil religion [laughs] in which there is pride in the Prophet.
Celebrating Tajamul Moolak Eid Milad Nabi. Number one,
not only the time of the season and the day of birth, the entire season is
spent in Milad gatherings.
Ibn Tamiya said that these people existed in my time as well
and what do they do, they
celebrate the day of Milad, he says
Yakhu fi Ajun Azaam. Ibn
Taimiya says that those who celebrate Eid on 12
Rabi Awwal Sharif, Allah has
kept a great reward for
those who celebrate Milad on 12 Rabiul
Sharif, what is their intention,
what is their intention
and he says that if there is a good intention then one
gets a great reward
and I am sure that from the sun's Maghreb you can have it,
any Najdi, Wahabi, Deobandi, Mamati, Hayati,
any Denier, Milad cannot answer till the Day of Judgment.
Ahle Sunnat, walk with your heads held high. We are
not anyone's ears. We have an argument.
We have a license. It is from the Quran and Sunnah. The
entire group of Ibn Taymiyyah is
among the Arabs who are Wahabi Najdi. He says
what will you do with this? How Anstasana Sheikh Amal
Maulad, their Sheikh even declared the Amal of Maulid to be
Mustasan to celebrate Milad. It is
said that now there are only two things. Or he should accept that
he has strayed from the path of his Sheikh
because the Sheikh says that he is a Mustasin and who
knows where he takes him, even to Sha Kuff,
or else he will have to
impose the same fatwas on Ibn Taymiyyah that he imposes on Sunnis. When
we searched his house, Dalil Milad was
recovered.
They were attacking us. Those who observe also
keep an eye on doom. This is Sunni Fata.
This land is also Sunni. That sky is also sunny.
Jalwa Khurshid is Sunni and Kahkasha is also Sunni.
Qatra Shabnam is also Sunni and Bagh Baan is also
Sunni. The effect of the word is Sunni, the story is
also Sunni. Maya-e-Millat is also Sunni and its
outlook is also Sunni. Tie the knots of Ahl-e-Sunnat
if you see the waist. The
whole world is Sunni.
This book is Itida Sirat Mustaqeem.
I have already cited this on 12 Rabeel Sharif.
And from here to Najd to Deoband, everyone is still trying to avoid it.
No one is getting an answer.
His Shatangad elders are saying that he has
shown it. Now you show the answer.
So what is this hawala? This is the book of Ibn Taymiyyah. It is
not a small sister-in-law's.
That last root is above Ibn Abdul Wahab,
above even Deoband, this is his book that
what are the demands of Sirat-e-Mustaqim?
Whatever work one does, one remains steadfast.
And if so, he should do these things. As he walked among
them he debated on Eids.
And the discussion again came to Eid Milad. Subhan
Allah.
In his time. So, when this bass
came, in this debate, page number 269
of Darul Fikr is printed.
And it contains these
words. Now I am using this word because I have already done the wajah
before. You have to listen to that. If
I do it afresh then it will take more time
because just the text takes
one hour. F Tajamul Maulid
Maulid and Milad are one and the same thing.
Celebrating Tajamul Mawlid Eid Milad Nabi. Subhan
Allah
Tajam Mawlid means to
praise the day of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
Subhan Allah.
Number one is to spend not only the
day of Wakhzu Mausima and birth but the entire season in
Milad celebrations.
Make it the season. Don't stay for a day.
Kad u bas inemia, these people are there in my time too
and what they do is they celebrate the day of Milad, the
meaning of praise is to praise someone
that this day is not like any other day,
this day should be considered for worship, for charity
and the atmosphere should also feel that today is a
big day for Muslims,
Subhan Allah Subhan Allah,
this is the way to celebrate this day. To worship God
and express happiness. He says some
people do this. Now the word 'baaz' is used
for one person as well as for crores and
billions. When there are others in the competition.
This is Arabic language. Meaning what
billions and millions of people are doing.
What is its order? He says Yakulu fi ajun
azam.
Yuni
Ajun Yuni
Ajun
Ibn Tamiya says that
Allah has kept a big punishment for those who celebrate Eid on 12 Rabi Awwal Sharif.
Now the mother of these small insects has
died,
who cares about them, that Ibnemia is calling them great,
he is not saying that it is a bidat, it is a big sin, it is a big shirk,
he says that Yakhu fi Ajun Yuni Ajun Yuni
Ajun is
now celebrated all over the world, it is
not celebrated in Saudi Arabia, this is my
quarrel with them, I then told them that you have
opened the pits of Fashi, Milad but
what death do you face, you can stop Umrah
but you cannot stop the voice of truth,
O Imam of the Haram,
answer this to your Ibn Taymiya.
[Screaming]
O hated and famous renunciant of Najdat, answer
[Screaming] Ibn Tamiya is
presenting Jalali before you.
Ah
wayat
amar bil ma'roof munkar ha [screaming voice]
Imam Tamiya
[encouraging voice] Wakool in
Milad adhan Kabira
so this debt is on them till the doomsday
or the Saudi government should celebrate it next year
or hang upside down and answer this
what do they
say that the biddats have fabricated it, the biddats have fabricated it
and this is a broker and they take it to the broker
so this Baba should have been explained why Ajo Nazam is
saying
Lakar, it is the lion's [encouraging voice] it is enough, enough,
no, raise that slogan Labak ka Labak
[encouraging voice]
Labak Ya Rasool Allah
Ya Rasool Allah [encouraging voice]
now see,
after all Ibn Taymiya should have been asked
how did you fall in love with her?
Why did you vote in favor of those celebrating Milad?
He said I am forced.
Listen to the words. It is said that Hus Kas
says that the basis of action is the intention and the
intention of these people celebrating Milad is good,
Le Husn-e-Kasdehi,
that is, because of that eagle, there is a conscience that what is the intention
of these people celebrating Milad who celebrate 12 Rabeel Sharif, what is
their
intention,
what is their intention?
And he says that if one has good intentions then one gets great reward. He
says that they are celebrating some festival of their ancestors.
His intentions are good. And the next word is Husn-e-
Kasth hi wa Tajm hi le Rasoollah.
Subhan Allah.
He said, the only thing I am seeing is that they
celebrate Milad to honour the Prophet of Allah Almighty.
Subhan Allah
Hus Kast Hi Wa Tajam Hi Waz
This Tajam has been made Shirk by the later Najdis.
That is why one of my Imams had said that curse that
evil religion in which the Prophet is revered.
They say that Tajam has become Shirk. Ibn
Tabia says that they will get reward and will get a big reward.
Why? Their aim is
not to honour any groom but to honour God's beloved.
We are holding a small piece of cloth in our hand.
Who would dare to issue fatwas of Shirk and Bidat on this?
We do Tajam for the Prophet.
Neither do we pay respect to the Pir, nor do we pay respect
to the Ustad, nor do we pay respect
to the government, nor do we pay respect to the Chaudhary.
Neither do we do it for Tajam Vadere.
We do it to honour the month of Medina.
And he also agreed. The
funny thing is that he also says that the renunciant, the
father of renunciants, also says that they do this respect
for the Prophet. Don't tease them.
Subhan Allah.
That they will get great punishment.
Now this is our voice by the grace of Allah.
And this is us, we will remain safe in this world as long as Allah keeps us safe.
I will wait not just till tomorrow but till my last breath.
And I am sure the sun can move from west to west.
No Najdi Wahabi Deobandi Mamati Hayati or
Munkar Milad can answer till the Day of Judgment. Ca
n't answer. Ca
n't answer.
Ahle Sunnat, walk with your heads held high.
We are not anyone's ears.
We have an argument.
We have a license. It is
from the Quran and Sunnah.
So on this basis, I have
just presented this reference before you. On this reference, an Arab
scholar then arrested him also. We
also approached there and what they say is that this book
is Al Kaukul Munir
Bewajil Ittfal Belid Hadil Bashir, the same
word is Maulid which was read in the marriage procession of Ibn Taymiyyah,
its meaning is Al Kabul Munir, the
star that gives light,
on which topic does it give light, Al Hadil Bashir
means the Messenger of Allah Sallallaho Wasallam who is
both Hadi and Bashir. He has come to
give the good news of heaven to the believers. In
order to celebrate his Milad gathering, it is
appropriate to organize the gathering. The gathering is
called Hafla. So
he wrote in response to this and it was published in Shirkat Darul Mashri
and he also caught hold of this thing.
This is page number 39. So
we searched for this reference in this. After writing the name of this book and
then writing the text further, he
compensates. Its author is
Dr. Jameel Haleem Ashari, he says, Maza
Yakool Ha Ula,
what will he do now?
Yes, the entire group of Ibn Taymiyyah, the Najdi
Arabs there say, what will you
do, how is the Sheikh of Maulad,
their Sheikh has declared the practice of Maulad to be
mustasan, one
gets reward for it, not only is it permissible, one
also gets reward,
Wasahu bajah Sirat Mustaqeem and he has
given it the title that one of the requirements of walking on the straight path is
celebrating Milad.
Subhan Allah.
One meaning of Vasahu is giving a medal to someone as a mark
of respect. To mark one considered. This
means that he made this agreement
clearly. That is the demand of the strict adherence to the rules.
And coincidentally, in Pakistan, the people of Sirat-e-
Mustaqeem are also giving statements.
Well now he makes two Shik ahead.
He says that
till Mustaqeem they
say only two things now or they should accept
that they have strayed from the path of their master [laughter]
because the Sheikh says that this is Musaasan and
it is not known where they take it, Sher is
with An Had Had Ha till Quf, it means going
astray, all those
who spoke against Milad before Sirat Mustaqeem should accept that
we have strayed from the path of our master or we will have to accept this till
Yajbab Sha or they will have to impose those fatwas which they issue on Sunnis,
Ila Takfre on their Sheikh also, then they will call Sunnis infidels, they
come and attack on Sunnis,
we searched and recovered Milad from their house, they were
attacking us, those who were
watching also keep an eye on the doomsday,
how could you hide,
now there are only two answers to this, all the previous ones,
all those who came after Ibn Taymiyyah till today
or should we say that we have strayed from the path of Ibn Taymiyyah
[laughter]. Or should we say that if he
supported those celebrating Milad, then first he
himself became Milad. There are only
two ways. Why? He says that
Aliji became
Ibn Taymiyyah, everything is his,
everything for me is my Prophet Sallallaho Wasallam
and everything for him is Ibn Taymiyyah, then it is
said that he made his religion his religion, the
Najdis, Wahhabis and Deobandi
made their belief on which, the sayings
of Ibn Taymiyyah alone and the fatwa should be on his
fatwa, so now one of the two things will have to be done.
Or we will have to
say what people say about us.
And if someone calls him misguided, someone calls him a prodigal
, someone calls him a polytheist, someone calls him a disbeliever, then
all these things will have to be said there also.
Or else we will have to write that
we have no connection with Ibn Taymiyyah.
We made everything ourselves later. He
is also not responsible for us. Whereas they
cannot do both. Neither can a fatwa of Kufr be issued against Ibn Taymiyyah
because of Milad
nor can anyone create a new sect except Ibn Taymiyyah.
This is Sunni Fata.
This land is also Sunni. That sky is also sunny.
Jalwa Khurshid is Sunni and Kahkasha is also Sunni.
Qatra-e-Shabanam is also Sunni, Baghba
is also Sunni. The effect of the words is Sunni, the story is
also Sunni. The illusion of the nation is also Sunni, and
the gaze is also Sunni. Tie the knots of Ahl-e-Sunnat
if you see the waist. The
whole world is Sunni.
[Calling encouragement]
