Alexi Ala versus Tatiana Prozerova is a second round match up over in Singapore for 2026 and both players having totally different seasons. Prozarova entered the tournament as the number 180 in the world with a 27 win 15 loss season so far. Her best result was actually winning a ITF event earlier in the season beating Van Winkl in the final in straight sets. Her best win though actually came in Manila in a challenger event against Maria who was 42 in the world at the time. Her worst loss actually at Wimbledon in the qualifying losing to Watson who was 527 in the world at the time. She's come into this tournament with a three- match losing streak, but she did win her first round. So hopefully that will give her a little bit of confidence going into this one.
