EA, Let Us Sell Our Cards!

Hey guys, it's Nate aka the foot accountant. Welcome back to the channel. Man, can we just take a step back and realize that we are in peak FC/FIFA time right now. The game is fresh. The content is solid. The new features like the gallery and streamlined SBCs have been delivered brilliantly to start off this year. It is honestly such a breath of fresh air after the last few months that we experienced on FC 26. However, if there was one thing that could make things even better right now, for most of us at least, it would be EA upping price ranges on the cards that have been extinct on the market. As we enter the first full week of FC27, guys, that is one thing that I'm watching out for today, specifically on Monday, because EA was pretty quick with updating price ranges last week on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday as the game dropped, but they didn't do anything over the weekend. And I think that's going to change today. And some of you might have investments or cards that you're holding that you packed waiting to sell for an increased price. We're going to talk about how those cards could move today if and when they do get price range updates because not all of them may go above where they originally extinct at. This is the time where some cards may actually go lower than where they were extinct. I know it sounds crazy, but we're going to talk about that alongside other market conversations today. And guys, we have a new SBC pack grind to discuss where you can get some pretty good upgrade pack SBC's done for a very cheap price. And we have our first paid evolution of FC27 to talk about as well. Let's get into everything. If you're enjoying the start of FC27, drop a thumbs up on the video. And also to begin the video, I have to say for the last two days, I've said there's going to be a trading methods video. extra upload live on the channel and it has not come out yet. Trust in the process. Busy weekend. It will be coming very very soon. I want to say today, but then if I don't if I do say today and it doesn't come out, then it's three days in a row. I don't want to go over three. So, it's going to be coming very soon. I'm working on this video. It takes some extra preparation and process because there's so many methods that we are going to talk about in it. But, let's go over yesterday's content on Sunday, which begins with an SBC that I I've already done. A lot of you guys probably have already done as well. It was an SBC called Manchester's Calling and it says here that it gives a 78 by two. That's actually not true. It gave like a small tradable electrum players pack. There was a brick slot uh in the SBC that gave a little bit of chemistry for Manchester City Premier League and an English player and that was the Manchester calling SBC. Yeah, it's right here. It gave a small electrum players pack. It was very very easy to get done. It was not the new streamlined SBC setup. It was the old classic SBC setup there. But that did bring a little bit of tradable supply to the market. I'm not going to say that it made prices drop at all. All it probably do or did was just create an opportunity to actually get on some bids and buy some cards that way. So, nothing crazy there, but at this early stage of the game, a tradable pack SBC like that is something that you actually want to get done. Now, there's an SBC grind that has kind of become popular over the last day or so, and you can only do this on console because the streamlined SBC's are not available on the web or companion app. But if you go into the foundations tab, you'll see a gold rroll SBC. And it was this tweet by Nepenthees here and then some of other you guys talking about it in the stream that really put me on to the fact that this is actually a really good value upgrade pack. And there's multiple reasons why you may want to do this. First of all, it requires 1,250 SBC score, which the easiest way to get that done is you turn in three 83s and one bronze card for a 78 by two. Now, you might be like, Nate, that doesn't seem like that great a value because you're turning in four cards to get two back. And the two back are only 78 plus because that's what this pack gives in return, a 78 plus times two. But for the cost of this, you're looking at about 2,000 coins for the actual SBC. And like Nepenthez explains here in this tweet, if you're quick selling other tradable gold cards that you're getting from other packs and turning in the untradeables into this SBC, you're going to be getting this SBC done for quote unquote free, if you will. Now, I want to do this real quick and show you how this SBC can work. I just turned in three 83s that I don't really need, especially, and I don't have any in here, but if you have some in your storage, that would be a great place to get some 83s as well as duplicates. But I don't have even have any bronzes, so I'm going to turn in a silver. alongside of those three 83s. And I'm going to go open a pack here just to test it out. Now, I'm not somebody who's got a ton of fodder in the club right now. This is the early stage. It feels like fodder is very important. Fodder is a little more scarce. We're going to have our biggest set of rewards from division rivals given out this week. Of course, we've got objective packs that we're grinding towards to kind of fill up the club as well, but this might be something that if you're willing to put in a few coins here or there, it could be worth it. Now you're putting your fate in the hands of the pack luck, which is never usually a great thing to do as yeah, if I'm getting a 78 rated players the face card, that is definitely not a good pack because that means I'm getting two 78 rated. However, these are first owner cards that could help with the gallery. And below this tweet here, you do see a lot of people saying, "Saw this tweet, decided to do five. Thank you. Gets an 88 rated Joel Neves next pack and 85 rated Marcus." So again, you're putting your fate in the hands of Packluck, which again, the house always wins. It's not a great thing to be doing, but it would be worth a little bit of a try. I think at a bare minimum, cards for the gallery, maybe a couple of higher rated players for SBC's, and hey, maybe somebody to put in your team. I just think that is so much easier to do than to do the regular gold upgrade pack, which gives you the same 78 by two, but instead of turning in a full squad of gold players, you're turning in 383s and one bronze card. So, if you want to get into a little bit of pack grind and test some of that out, you could absolutely go ahead and do that. There's also some threads on Twitter on X out there where people have done like a whole bunch or like 50 or a hundred of those packs and you can kind of look through those threads if you want. I don't have any pulled up that I can link at the moment, but if you go on Twitter and search up like 78 by two pack opening, you can see a bunch of people posting threads about that to see what they got in opening a large number of those packs. So maybe at least just try a couple and see what you get. Now, let's go through the rest of yesterday's content, including our first paid actual evolution. But why is this 15,000 coins? It is another pathway evo where you get to choose your rewards at the end. a max 79 overall center attacking mid Evo plus five overall. You're getting some boost to the pace, to the shooting, to the dribbling, right? You got a stamina boost in there as well. A little bit of a passing boost. And at the very end, the third level of this evolution, you get to choose between either getting I believe it's the incisive play style or the low drivenbased play style with your stats kind of kind of coinciding, right? the incisive play style. Option A gives you a bit more of a passing boost. Option B gives you a bit of a shooting boost and a dribbling boost instead. Now, for 15,000 coins, most of the cards that are coming out the end of this, if you take a look at the popular evolutions players page on FBIN don't really look like they're worth 15K if I'm being completely honest. You know, Loftess Cheek goes into this. Okay, Leonard Carl goes in as well. Maybe there's a cool few cards that you can get. There's the Almada card that's in my club here as well, right? a little bit of a pace boost. That is cool. Like the Leonard Carl goes from 73 pace up to 79. So only up to 81 overall as well. So maybe good for a future EVO chain if that's the way you're starting to think already right now. But again, for 15,000 coins, think about some of the cards you can get on the market for 15K or other things you can do for 15,000 coins right now. I'm not sure that first paid EVO of the year is actually worth it. Now, to round out the rest of yesterday's content, we are headed to objectives where inside of the campaign tab, we have a tactical trials objective here where for the group reward, you get a Lucas Rosa Erid Devisy Brazilian right back. Actually, very interesting play styles. Intercept, anticipate, first touch. You can play on the right and left back positions along with center defensive mid. Not a terrible card, but you have to get there and get that card by using four different formations. Now, you could do this in 10 games. Playing five with a 4-33 bracket two, scoring four goals in one game in a 52-12, scoring six goals in one game with a 412 and2 bracket two, and then winning three with a 3421. If that seems like too much work for you, I think it seems like too much work for me for that card right there. Although, that is not a bad card by any stretch of the imagination. That was our new objective content yesterday in that state or place of the game. Now, let's get straight into the market conversation because that was also a big part of what was happening yesterday on this game. First of all, we had some nice rises with Squad Battle Rewards. It did bring in a little bit of supply. You saw some dips right around the Squad Battle Rewards time frame, but also into the morning hours afterward, you saw some pretty good rises. One of the guys that we've been talking about recently and looking at uh his price is Dominic Sola. yesterday on Sunday, 42,000 coins right at squad battle rewards, 44,000 coins, rose all the way up to 50k before content and then even after content went a little bit further to 51,000 coins where he is right now. A lot of the market did that yesterday. So, that was good to see. There were good opportunities to trade there, at least on the meta gold side of things. The market is doing very well overall. Some of your lower tier cards have dropped, no surprise. The market reacted better honestly than I thought it was going to yesterday as a lot of prices actually ended up making some positive movements. Now there were some prices that made extra positive movements as well as people are again like we talked about yesterday trying to figure out what that meta is in FC27. You might call it a pump and dump and there might be some truth to that as there are, you know, online forums and groups. Uh maybe forums is like an old word, but like streams, creators, there are people that get in the right mind of thinking that this card might be the most meta card or this type of player might be the most meta player in the game and then all of a sudden you see prices spike in a short time frame. That's what happened yesterday with a few of the women's attackers. I actually tweeted this out because we saw it on stream. Sama Parlelloo and Diani were probably the two big names that rose the most in price yesterday. Actually, Mariona as well. She's now extinct on the market, going from 70,000 coins up to 100K extinct. And you know, these creds rose up a lot yesterday. It almost looked a little bit pump and dumpish because the rises were so fast and so short. And that's true. There could be a bit of extra market manipulation on top of this, but overall their card prices rose anyway after rewards and then those crazy spikes that happened after that were, you know, up into the question now. But we'll just see how their prices continued to move. A lot of the meta market I still think will be doing pretty well and I wouldn't be super worried about holding on to these cards. As I talked about in yesterday's stream though, and even as we mentioned in the video yesterday as well, I think the market can do okay today. I am still a little skeptical as we head into Wednesday and Thursday and Friday. Yes, I know the full game is going to be coming out. That's more people that are going to be getting on the game, getting into the store, opening up FC points, getting coins, and that's more demand for these players to build squads. But also, at the same time, there's going to be more pack supplies. There's going to be promo cards that come out. And I think even before we get there, I wouldn't be surprised if we actually saw some selloff on Wednesday or even Thursday like before division rivals rewards early morning time frame because I could see people saying, "Oh man, here it is, right? The first rewards of the year or the big first Friday of the year with the promo, EA's going to put some more store packs out." It is a common trend that we've seen in years past that people sell cards ahead of the first promo of the year just because of the worry of what could happen. And also, if you don't own any cards and you're sitting up there with all your coins liquid, then you have the flexibility to adjust on the fly and there's no worry of are my cards going to go down or not. So, that's one thing that I would potentially foresee happening. But for today on Monday, I think the market should be doing pretty fine. I'm trading I'm looking at the market right now. I think player prices are kind of trending up and I think they will trend continue to trend upwards today. Now, also what's trending upward are the prices of gallery cards. Gallery trading is alive and well. We're talking about cards that people are buying and selling instantly to get them in their galleries, right? I mean, I'm doing it over here with silver cards, but at the same time, you're seeing it happen with these holographic icons. And look at this 92 prints, right? She is so expensive because, well, not because people want to use her card, but she has 45,000 item score. one of the easiest ways to get a whole bunch of gallery tokens all at once. She was 700k on Saturday, Friday, 400,000 coins. Today, yesterday, and into today, going from 900 upwards of 1.1 million. I actually had my biggest flip of the year yesterday, picking up a Ravaldo for 730,000 coins and selling him for 1 million coins. And I've actually got a Tony Cruz right now who looks like he's all of a sudden gone extinct on the market. These holographic icons are incredibly incredibly rare, which is great for trading, but also at the same time, they're like kind of artificially inflated right now. Let's be completely honest, because right now, people are buying and selling those cards for the gallery, and that's the reason that they're up. But hey, you can take advantage of that as you can take advantage of buying and selling some of these silver and gold cards, like even uh Samaric right here for Burggamo Calcio, right? get on the bids for these cards that are selling for a thousand coins. I know so many of you guys because you were talking about in the stream that are getting these cards on bids and on snipes and you're flipping these and you're making incredible incredible amounts of coins on low budgets, not even being in low budgets anymore after trading with these cards. So, that's one thing we're going to talk about in the trading methods video, the gallery cards that people are buying and selling. Those cards continue to do very well. And one of the things that I was doing to make coins yesterday again was just get on the more rare cards. The informs, the icons, the heroes are all fluctuating in price very, very well on this market. People are buying cards, they're getting coins, they're trying out these players, and a lot of these heroes are kind of trending up and to the right. Um, actually, you know what? 475 for that Rudy Ver is not too bad. Not that he's going to go to like 600K, but he might go to like 550. You know what? And that's a pretty good profit right there. A lot of these more rare cards are good to trade with. Again, the holographic icons and heroes with the signatures and stuff, those are not really good to, you know, trend trade with because they're at the mercy of how many people are completing gallery sets at the moment. That's kind of what's going on with those cards. But these regular heroes, people are actually buying and trying for their teams. If I could snag a Ledly King for I only have 323K, but if I could buy him for 320, I would. If I could buy this Harry Cool for 320,000 coins, I would as well. But a lot of those cards are trending upwards. So market's doing very good. I think it will do good today on as well. Mondays are historically very good days for the market. Now, speaking of the market, like you might have, I've got some cards on my transfer list that I'm waiting to see get price range updates. Number one, Vicky Lopez packed her yesterday from Squad Battle Rewards. This card's been extinct now at 20K for about two days. Alvaro Carreras out of PAX gold card because he has a team of the week that is in packs right now. How has EA not updated his price range yet since he's been extinct since like Friday? And I even have a hero Julie Honus, right? This card looks super duper meta. I want to try him out so badly. But I'm waiting for his price range to increase as well because he's one of the few heroes and icons that is extinct on the market right now. Now today on Monday after the weekend, EA gets back into the office. I think price range updates are going to happen. This is a very common thing that we do see on Mondays. I mean, like we said, EA was pretty consistent with them. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of last week, but then Friday night, the action stopped on price range updates. Maybe we had a couple early Saturday morning. And we are here on Monday today, expecting more of those. But like I said, with EA coming back from the weekend, back to work, you could say, will all of these cards that we've been holding on to, maybe even sniping as investments, go above what their extinct price is right now? Now, for some specific advice on Rashford, I don't know why he's been extinct as long as he has. EA should have updated his range on Friday. This card to me is worth more than 30K. I think he's worth about 50 to 60,000 coins because that's the same price as Admmy and I think those cards are around the same ballpark especially as they're both 82 rated and Doku is 100k. Barola is 100,000 coins. Marcus Rashford isn't that much worse than those guys. He's got the meta power shot plus and fivestar skills and Manchester United hype. I would have to say 50k for Rashford sounds good. But like we've talked about a lot with these cards that have gotten price range updates. You don't always see that card go from 30k to 50k immediately. What you saw with Admy was his price range got updated from 30,000 coins. He went up to about 40k. He was actually down to like 40,000 coins flat here. And then it took him into the next day after his price range was updated for him to go all the way up then to the next price range extinct amount at 60,000 coins. So what's going to happen today when Marcus Rashford's price gets updated or when Kika Nazareth her price gets updated as well or that Vicky Lopez like we were talking about their card price is going to go up right right away to whatever max price is. People are going to start listing listing and it's going to cut down cut down cut down. You have a whole bunch of people who have been waiting to sell these cards. see the opportunity to sell their card, not even think about what is this card truly worth. They're just going to start listing that card. That's going to cause a flood of listings and Rashford or Vicky Lopez might go down to the price that they were extinct at. And for these very popular cards right now at the stage of the game, I would say that's probably a good time to buy or maybe even make a trade because with all that huge supply of listings of people that are finally able to sell their card coming back onto the market once those dry up and people are out of those cards, they have their coins, what honestly happens? Well, what I just showed you with Audi, those cards usually tend to go straight back up and even go higher than they were before. Well, obviously because they got a price range update, but they end up going higher than you think they maybe would right after their price range update because all that supply comes in hot. So, that's one potential reason to not list up your cards right away and wait out that whole situation. Now, other cards like the newly extinct Mariona, one of the other cards that got hyped up yesterday, very similar to the Diani and to the Selma Parlo. There could be some cards here, and I'm not saying she's one of them, but maybe a Konate. I don't know. It's It's hard to tell. It's really hard to tell with these cards. Are some of these not going to go above what their extinct price was or is on the market? Konate to be one I'd be a little bit curious about, but I still think with the Madrid links, with him being French as well, he should go above 10,000 coins. But man, he was far below 10K at first at the beginning of the game when he first came out. So, the question is, what extinct card that a lot of people are holding on to right now uh will be held on to by so many people that when the price range gets updated, that card will not actually go above where they were extinct. That's the big mystery. And right now it kind of feels like most of these cards are going to go above where they are extinct at, but you never know. There's going to be somebody who probably doesn't go above that number. And it'll be very, very interesting to see who it is. Now, you could always set price update alerts on foot bin if you have uh that ability on the foot app. And you can see like when Eric Garcia gets a price range update, his price will go above 31,000 coins. I've got a price range update set right now for Ullehonus. So, when he goes above 301,000 coins, I'll get that update and then hopefully I'll be able to list him and try to maximize my profit there. But that is going to be one thing to watch very closely today, those price range updates. If you miss listing up the card when the range gets updated, don't worry about it because they will come back down like I said, but they'll probably rise back up gradually in the next day or two if it is a popular and meta card that's truly worth more than what their extinct price is just because you have all of those listings that come in. Also, icons heroes need price range updates as well. Quaresma hasn't been on the market basically since day one of the game. Ulonus as well has barely been on the market too. Batigol didn't even realize he's extinct as well at 300,000 coins. So, it's some icons and heroes that also need some price range updates in this game. We're going to be looking at all those price range changes today on stream. So, make sure you come by the stream and take a look at that with us. Now, talking about prices, you saw that I had, of course, some most a lot sitting there on my transfer list. This is last call. If you want to make a team of the week 2 investment because of course, guys, the team of the week voting, I think, by the way, ends today. We can all vote for one player on the F27 ratings website, just Google FC27 ratings reveal, and you'll get the link there. Um, we can all vote for one person to be in the team of the week each and every week. And I think that voting ends today on Monday. But this is last call for investing in the gold cards that are about to go out of packs. Like Oise, right? Remember how much he was on Saturday when he scored those goals or was it Friday? It was Friday, right? He went all the way up to like 460,000 coins. He was crazy crazy high. You know, on Saturday he went up to 418, back down to 380. Yesterday on Sunday he was 380 again, rose all the way to 400. He's 380 right now, but he's very likely to get into the team of the week, which means his gold card would be out of packs. And all of those potential team of the week cards or players that could be getting team of the week cards this week should be rising in price now until Tuesday and Wednesday and then that's going to be another scenario kind of like the price range update cards. Which ones of these will go above ooh 23k for Moala. Love to see that keep rising my man. How many of these will keep rising after their gold cards go out of packs and the team of the weeks come into packs? and how many of them will be needed to be sold in the hype because their prices will crash before or maybe even right when the team of the week comes out. So, that's a big thing that we'll be watching as we head into the next couple of days today. Now, let's talk about Monday content. What are we expecting today? Mondays are usually pretty quiet. And actually, when I think of Mondays, especially in the last couple of years of FC, I think of like upgrade packs. But, we have two at the moment. We've got the regular gold upgrade pack and then we've got the gold rroll that we talked about again extensively earlier today. Maybe we get some other sort of upgrade pack today that EA allows us to do like three times. I think that was the first upgrade SBC that we've had in previous years is like a 75 plus player pick that we can do three times right now. We'll have to see what they require for that. We'll see even if it is dropped today as well. But I wouldn't expect a whole lot today on a Monday. It's going to be a good day to get some rivals games in, especially guys with the competitiveness of Division 7 right now. The the focus is going to turn towards the gameplay and turn towards the best rewards that we can all get this week. Division 7 rewards. I mean, hey, even for me, you're probably not expecting to get out of Division 7. If you get those 30 points, all tradable packs and player picks, you're getting coins as well. And if you can move up the ladder into a higher division, you are just setting yourself up for making even more coins and potentially getting an even better pull. If you get to division 5 and you're getting that reward upgrade, you're getting 22,000 coins. Wow, that's a huge difference from division 7 from 2,000 coins to 22k with much higher rated guarantee packs and player picks there. And once again, all tradable. So that's that's where I'd put my grind and my emphasis this week. maybe a little bit on the ones we watched events as well. We're not getting a gauntlet today, guys. The gauntlet is going to be next week. That's fantastic. Actually love the gauntlet. It's one of my favorite game modes every single year, but that is going to be or not every single year, but of every single twoe period last year in FC26. The Destin for Glory objective is not coming out this week as well. I mean, it will be at the end of the week, but nothing new there today. Rivals will be the main grind and some of those live events still that are going on there. Anything else in terms of objectives or evolutions, at least to me, would be a little bit of a surprise. It's going to be more time to work on the gallery and maybe a time to keep an eye on leaks as well. We've already had some leaks of who's going to be in this next team of Destined to Glory, the promo team, the first one of the year. But also, the leakers know about a flashback SBC. I mean, I would be shocked if we didn't have a flashback SBC leak this year because they're posting a tweet like this showing like a predicted Allen flashback. Then we've got the Joko, the Veron, the De Bruyne, the Silva, and the Pedro that we all got in the early games a couple of years back. So, I will be watching Twitter today very closely because I bet we do get a leak for a showdown. Sorry, for a flashback SBC very soon. Now, speaking of the gallery, it's still front and top of mind for me and for a lot of others, guys. I know we talked about the PowerShot Plus meta yesterday. This for me is taking me back to FIFA 15. I I tweeted about it. I said there's no way in the world that I would have thought 12 years ago that I would be using the same card that I used 12 years ago in FIFA 15 or the same player at the very least. But I would have sold hundreds of players bought and then instantly sold them on the market especially like 15 players from like random clubs like Deportivo Alvis and um Birmingham in the women's super league in England like to get this card through the gallery token. So only 400 tokens spent here for Guarine. Can't wait to just blast long shots with him for the next few weeks. Just switched up the formation as well. Need a new striker. Might be going after I don't know who, but I might be going after somebody else next inside of the gallery. And again, we've already seen it with the prices on the market. The gallery is where a lot of people are focusing their efforts at the moment with buying and selling cards. So, I'm already at 48 on our way to I don't know, either Pau, uh either Dos Santos. I know he was in the player pick, but that would be a fantastic card to get as well. Even though I chose Aken Fenma over him, Walco would be blazing fast on the wing. And then man, also that Doomia man, Doomia 5 foot 10 explosive with the quick step plus and no rapid but a first touch finesse and low driven. Maybe we go FIFA 15 and we just go like with those two FIFA 15 cards, Guarine and Dumia. I'm not entirely sure, but that is one of the most motivating parts of the game right now for me is buying and selling those cards and getting the chance to use those Hall of Foot items just because I have a few more coins and I've been able to trade and get some coins to be able to make the gallery moves that we have been able to make. But that's going to be the video for me today, guys. Make sure you stop into the stream today on Monday. We'll be getting into some rivals. We'll be looking and seeing what these price range updates do to the market.
