Dueling With NEW SERIES Cards From Yugioh GX In Master Duel! | Childhood Yugioh EP31
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
In this episode of "Childhood Yu-Gi-Oh," the hosts travel back to June 2005 to explore the GOAT format, which utilizes cards banned or restricted in April 2005. The host begins by spinning a punishment wheel that leads him to a local shop, where he successfully trades three lower-rarity cards for an Ultra Rare *Solemn Judgment* to counter powerful spells. Following this acquisition, he opens a Lost Millennium booster box, revealing key cards such as *Brain Control*, multiple copies of *DD Survivor*, and *Battery Charger*, alongside several Ultimate Rares including the iconic *Mega Rock Dragon* and *Winged Kuriboh*.
The host then constructs a 40-card Fire Aggro deck centered on the "Blaze of Destruction" archetype, enhancing it with Warrior-type monsters like *Ultimate Baseball Kid* and *Spirit of the Flames* to maximize attack power. During the match setup, the opponent is forced to remove *Snatch Steal* due to format restrictions and instead adds a second copy of *Mirror Force*. As the duel commences, the host leverages high-attack monsters and spells like *Molten Destruction* to inflict significant damage, while the opponent attempts to negate effects using *Skill Drain* and revive threats with *Call of the Haunted*. Despite these defensive efforts, the sheer point total generated by the Fire deck secures a decisive victory for the host.
The final segment of the match highlights the relentless dominance of the "Spirit of the Flames" strategy, which repeatedly summons and banishes monsters to overwhelm the opponent's defenses. Even when the opponent deploys traps such as *Solar Flare Dragon*, *Molten Destruction*, and *Premature Burial*, they struggle against the continuous fire spam and limited life points, eventually succumbing to high-damage attacks from spirits like *Nobleman* and monsters like *Giant Orc*. The host reflects on the undeniable power of the Fire attribute, acknowledging that while it has faced recent struggles in other matches, its strength remains formidable.
The episode concludes with the host celebrating a three-game sweep for the Fire deck, expressing gratitude to viewers and patrons while teasing future content. They discuss potential future card releases, such as new attribute-specific dragons or twists on existing cards like "Frost and Flame Dragon," joking about Konami's development timeline in the process. The video ends on a lighthearted note with a surprise shout-out to the Blue-Eyes White Dragon before wrapping up the celebration of another successful duel in the Master Duel environment.

Do you remember the good old days of
Yu-Gi-Oh? Back when you'd bust out your
favorite stack of cards at the
playground to have legendary duels
without a care for a ban list? Back
before cards had an entire encyclopedia
of text on them? Well, we do. So much so
that we're going back to that time right
now. In this series, myself and Quick
Panic will be traveling back to the year
2002. We will each start with a starter
deck available during that time. Each
episode, we will spin two wheels, the
event wheel and the punishment wheel.
These two wheels will simulate our lives
as kids in the early 2000s and in doing
so will change our decks in different
ways. Excited to relive the early days
of Yu-Gi-Oh. Welcome to Childhood
Yu-Gi-Oh. Hello everyone. Welcome back
to Childhood Yu-Gi-Oh. And today it's
the Lost Millennium release. And the
date is June 2005. You know what that
means? It's a goat format. I believe
this is the only GOAT format episode
that we're going to have. The next one
is technically where it gets borderline.
It's like, do we count Dark Beginning 2
or not? And it's like kind of up in the
air. So, this might be the number one
goat format episode we have, meaning
we're going to have to lock in on an
epic goat format deck and win this
round. Now, please don't give me a bad
punishment so that I could play a cool
deck. Come on. Here we go. Oh no. Oh no.
Oh, okay. Opponent, I've spun this three
three times in a row now. Uh, at least
when I can spin it. I didn't have to do
it the second time cuz you don't do two
in a row. But now I've spun it again. So
I will be removing snatch deal. I I
expect which is fine. I can handle that
goat format ban list. We should probably
look at that real quick before we get
into any deck building.
>> What's kicking duelist? Welcome back to
childhood Yu-Gi-Oh. The only Yu-Gi-Oh
series on television to feature a
malicious card gifting. Seriously, I got
this in the mail. Okay, I was mad at
first. I was mad at first. Hold on.
I was mad at first because look at this
disgusting card, but get look what he
put behind it, guys. I think he's team
quick panic. Look, look what he Look.
First edition, baby. Justice for Bird
Face. Today's episode features another
brand new set and the first time that
we'll be utilizing the new ban list. So,
we'll go over the newly forbidden,
limited, and semi- limited cards in a
little bit and get into some booster box
opening of the Lost Millennium. But
first, let's spin a really fun wheel
that everybody loves. The punishment
wheel. Well, it's been a week of
Magnificent Monsters. But we still
haven't pulled a Starlight Overframe on
whatnot. So, you know what that means? I
have to go live again this Thursday at 3
p.m. Central opening up more Magnificent
Monsters until we get a Starlight
Overframe. I probably shouldn't commit
to that because the pull rates have been
pretty rough, but I will be live there
and we're going to be giving away a ton
more mini boxes. So, if you want a
chance to win more Magnificent Monsters
yourself, make sure you click the link
down below. Get $15 free credit. I'm
going to give you a Chaos Origins pack
on your first purchase. And we're going
to have a lot of giveaways. So, a lot of
giveaways, a lot of openings, and
hopefully this time we're going to have
the luck of the Grandmaster. So, if you
missed last Thursday where I gave 70
mini boxes away, don't worry. We have a
stream this Thursday that I'll also be
giving away a ton of mini boxes as well.
So, make sure you click the link, make
sure you download, make sure you guys
are there for the live stream. It's
going to be even better than last time.
Oh boy, everybody's favorite, the
punishment wheel. Let's see what's
happening today. It is a locals episode
notably, so take note of that. Before we
find out that
I must trust in the heart of the cards
like my grandpa taught me to. All right.
Luckily, we are in a new There's no good
news there. There's no good news. I was
about to say, luckily we're not on a
playground episode, but we're still
whatever. Let's go spin the good wheel.
Okay, maybe this one will be fine. Maybe
this will be good. Okay, and
oo, this is actually a new one that we
added based on recommendations
from the comment section. So, I get to
trade in cards at my local shop. I'm
going to trade in three cards of lower
rarity for one higher rarity. Three
non-starter deck super rares equals an
ultra rare. So, we talked about this
where it's like three super rares to get
an ultra rare or three ultra rares to
get a secret rare. Three commons to get
a rare or three rares to get a super
rare. So, I need I have so many cards to
look at. I need I need to peruse this.
So, I don't know what I'm selecting yet.
But, let's look at Lost Millennium
before we open those packs.
>> So, if you're not familiar with GOAT
format, this is the April 2005 ban list.
Forbidden Unlimited list. This is what a
lot of people go back and play with, you
know, now in 2026. So we go back 2005
and enjoy this ban list cuz it was a lot
of fun. Chaos Dragon was banned.
Fiberjar was banned. Magical scientist
Makura witch yatagarasu butterfly dagger
element change of heart confiscation.
Darkhole ar duster barrage nightmare
monster reborn choice rag kit forceful
sentry all banned. Same thing with
Imperial order. Then there's a big
limited list. The BLS is limited to one.
Breaker at one cyber jar. All these
different ones are all limited to one.
Then there's a few there's a lot of
semi-limited cards as well. There's just
a lot of cards are on the ban list and
it makes for a pretty fun overall
experience. Now, we don't have to link
with duo and master rule, which is good.
That means it'll be a little bit more
fun. So, now let's spin the uh event
wheel and see if we can get something
cool. Who's going to quit Yu-Gi-Oh this
week?
Uh, somebody's going to quit Yu-Gi-Oh.
It's our friend. I think our friend is
like the rare or something like that,
right? Super rare. Okay. Must at least
two sets older than the newest set. So,
it's you don't count lost Millennium cuz
that's this week or Dark Revelation or
Flaming Eternity. So, we're going back
to Rise of Destiny or before I get a
super rare. I'm wondering if there's
anything I need. Let me look at Dark
Beginning one real quick. Everybody
quitting Yu-Gi-Oh has really buffed up
our decks and made it a lot better. Uh,
so I'm not need There's Delinquent Duo,
but we can't use it in Master Duel.
Another Call of the Haunted. I think I
have two though, so I don't know that I
need one of those. Pot of Greed. Makiora
if we want to get weird. Goblin Attack
Force. I probably have some of those,
right? Okay. I think we're actually
going to do We have so many of the
strong cards already. We have them at
like the limit uh for the ban lists. I
think I'm going to grab a Freed the
Brave Wanderer. I think that'll be two
of those. So, that'll give me two freed.
And since I'm probably going to be
playing Chaos in this episode because it
is a goat format episode, this will be
pretty nice. I've looked at a lot of
other things and we have like at least
one of all the power cards and this card
is not banned. This card I can use at
three. So having two of these and I
don't really know. This becomes like a
rare in champion pack or something at
some point. So Lost Millennium saw the
debut of Elemental Heroes, a fan
favorite that unfortunately is not good.
Elemental Heroes certainly are really
cool and I do love watching Jaden play
them uh in the anime, but these guys are
vanillaas. The support cards are highly
specific and the fusion monsters just
don't feature much payoff. But that
doesn't mean that this set has nothing.
Um, if you played any uh dual links,
you'll see ancient gears are here. This
might be an okay strategy to use in a
closed format like ours. Notably, the
ancient gear monsters when they attack,
your opponent can't activate spells or
traps during the battle phase. So like
Sakaratu armor and Mirror Force, which
is newly unbanned, as you'll see in a
little bit, uh become non-issues here.
Uh we do see that there are still a
couple of level monsters that are
hanging around. Um we have a couple of
rock monsters. I don't think many of
these really do anything for a long
time. Uh until we get like Quacki Miru
Guardian later on. There's a really
funny strategy with Monk Fighter that
was released here and never did anything
and the payoff is really bad. It's like
master monk has to be summoned by
tributing monk fighter and it gets to
attack twice but it's a 1900 so you got
to use like two cards. I don't know.
Doesn't seem that great to me. We do see
some really cool cards like DD Survivor
which really unlocks with the strategy
uh revolving around banishing monsters
when they leave the field with some
spell cards and some trap cards. I think
um it might be enemy of justice. It
might be later on that we get access to
dimensional fissure and macrocosmos, but
I remember playing a strategy around DD
Survivor because, you know, if it got
bottomless trap hold, then it just came
back so your opponent just didn't
activate bottomless. Um, I remember
using like the DD Survivor as a beater
or you could just tribute it off for a
monarch. It's really good. It's 1,800.
It's dark and it's warrior. I think this
card is going to pop up at some point.
We have the Charmers that debut here.
None of them really do anything. Uh, but
we do see batterymen which they slowly
get a little bit of support over time.
And batterymen, it becomes a really cool
strategy. Probably not until late Light
of Destruction, which is way later. My
boy, King of the Skull Servants is here.
I adore this strategy. They just pepper
in like one support card. Even today,
like even in 2026, you'll be opening a
pack and there's just one random King of
the Skull Servant or Skull Servant
support card. Um, I'm I'm going to be
looking to play this whenever I can
later on. I know we just played zombies,
so I'll probably wait it out, but we'll
get some more support cards for him,
which is really cool. Rashef is in this
set. Um, this one is a little bit better
because it allows you to like change of
heart/ snatch steal/brain control a
monster uh by discarding a spell card.
Yeah, and uh it's a level eight. It's
something we might be able to play
something. It's light. Here you can see
we have uh the elemental hero fusions.
These guys do not have good payoff. It's
like battle phase effects. Uh I think
elemental hero thunder giant was one
that we saw occasionally pop up in like
elemental hero destiny hero piles later
on. Card of sanctity does not do what it
does in the anime, which was like draw
until you have six cards in your hand.
That was a crazy card. Um this does let
you draw until you have two cards in
your hand, but you got to banish all
other cards you control and in your
hand. So I guess if you have like a DD
survivor on the field and this card,
it's cool. Brain Control comes in. Uh, I
think Snatch Steel has been newly
banned. Brain Control was supposed to
replace the It might be Change of Heart,
too. We'll look at the ban list in a
little bit, but Brain Control is huge.
Pay 800 life points, take an opponent's
monster, uh, as long as it's face up and
you get to do whatever you want with it.
Now, it's it's a we are playing in
Master Duel, so we got to remember that.
But, I think this is still pretty good
because we're playing a slow enough
format where Ruxen will be playing
monsters that are just normal summons
and, you know, vice versa. So, I think
brain control will be relevant for a
little bit. Battery charger is pretty
good to go with our double A, which we
newly have access to. And I thought
there would be something to talk about
in the trap section. I don't think we're
going to see anything here that does
anything. Hero Signal might be the only
tiny thing we might be able to do. I
think this is a point in the series
where we might introduce a punishment
that is like we can play a character's
deck because now we have uh some more
support for like heroes and harpies. So,
uh, we we should think about that in the
future. But without further ado, let's
get over to the ban list. Okay, before
we get into my pack opening, I do have
>> There really wasn't anything too crazy
unless I was just going for playground
madness, which I guess I could do. But
just for this episode, let's grab the
freedom. We can play two of these in
today's episode. Actually, the more that
I'm thinking about it and the more I'm
not sure how good this is. And you know
what? We're just getting another mirror
force, which is allowed now, by the way,
uh, at one. So, we're going to do a
second mirror force because at two freed
people don't even do that in goat. So,
I'm I don't know. I was trying to find
some like niche little thing, but I
think we've covered everything. So,
let's just grab something that's at one
and we can use two of them and a
childhood uh playground episode. All
right, the Lost Millennium. Now, this is
not the best set ever, but it does have
a few good cards. So, let's see if we
can get like brain control. It is
eroted, but it's still pretty good. We
get the elemental heroes. I don't know
how much we're going to be adding from
this uh section. I mean, so far I
haven't really seen a useful card yet.
Uh, Clayman, gear soldier. We could do,
you know, Medusa worm and all that goofy
stuff. The charmers, the elemental
heroes, grave Oha, winkibo is fun. It is
very uh big reference to GX. Cool. Uh,
yeah, this is uh not the best set. And
that's the problem with Yu-Gi-Oh GX is
there are some rough sets. Uh, so you're
kind of searching for a few specific
cards. So, we're going to have to get
creative throughout these and see if we
can find anything cool. There we go.
Ultimate rare flame wingman. That's what
we call W. I mean, it's old style. How
is this old style? It's supposed to be
first dead. This is Where's the old
There's the new or the old style cards.
It' be cool if they put them in here
like that. Two old Oh, the Wing Ko was
an ulti, too. This is actually a crazy
box. If you're going for collectibility
these days, I mean, that's a banger. I
don't know that we're going to use a
single one of these cards. I'm not going
to lie. At least not in this episode. At
some point, I'll try to whip out the
Elemental Heroes for F.
Okay, there's the card we were looking
for. Brain control. That's awesome. Uh,
we can't use snatch deal today, so maybe
we'll use brain control instead. Uh,
spells do statue,
mega rock dragon. That's an ulti, too.
Dude, this is a crazy box. That would
actually be fun to try to play a rock
deck.
Should I just not do chaos and just be
like, nah, we're just doing a we're just
doing something on our own. We're going
to do a rock deck. That would be fun.
Uh, okay. So honestly, like for what you
can expect out here, four five ulties,
by the way. Two in group of ultis. If
this happened in real life, that would
be an error box. Like literally, you
can't pull five ulties in a box. Like if
you do it, something went wrong. Three
supers, including the brain control.
Yeah. I mean, we got pretty much what we
needed out of here. Uh we got the brain
control and then we got a bunch of cool
ulties. So, uh Mega Rock Dragon, that is
only an ulti, so we'd have to play it at
one, which I think we'd probably do
anyway. Okay, let me take a look and see
what we could play here. Lost
Millennium. I'm not making a huge
impact, but it does have one big card in
it.
>> Something that I need to redeem, which
is I'm I'm going to the card shop and
I'm gonna trade up some pack pulled
holographics to trade for another card.
Or maybe not holographic, but I was
thinking about trying to find something
more impactful. But I think if we spin
this in the future, we're going to
deplete this uh pool of unusable cards
that we have going on. So, I'm just
going to get rid of Garnishia
Elephantis. I'm going to get rid of uh
Bees Big Core and I'm going to get rid
of a Berserk Dragon. And we're just
going to say that I traded those three
in. And I'm going to stag myself a
really important card, which I I think
this is going to become very important
later on. I'm going to get myself a
Metal Raiders ultra rare solemn judgment
for my collection. It's something that
we're missing right now in the format,
like a little bit of negation where
especially with these big power spells,
you know, you can just see like a
windmill slammed power spell just alter
the entire turn and we usually don't
have anything to stop it. Um, so I'm
snapping a a copy of Solen Judgment. I
think it'll be impactful later on. And
it's time for Lost Millennium. We're
going to snag 24 packs of this. Um, in
this set, I'm hoping to pull Brain
Control. Other than that, let's just
open them up and see what we get. I'd
like to get some DD survivors, too.
That'd be really cool. First pack. Uh,
Master Monk, the thing that I said was
not useful. Definitely not using it in a
Heart of the Cards episode, much less uh
well, probably not at all ever. Pack
number two, we got Cryospin. Very cool
ultimate rare. Um, but unfortunately,
this guy is not good. White Ninja.
No, this is Batteryman. Double A is
something that we definitely want to
pick up. This is a pretty small set
though, so should we should really just
be focusing on what we get for hollowos.
Uh, King of the Skull Servants big. Next
up, Royal Surrender.
I think some of these statues are
decent. Yeah, this is one. This is like
Swarm of Scarabs, but it bounces. Pretty
decent. Another Master Monk. I shouldn't
have I shouldn't have spoken ill of the
master. I'm so sorry.
Royal Surrender. Um, nothing really to
talk about here. Uh, unfortunately, none
of these cards are really too impactful.
Hey, winged Kuribo. This is this is a
card that we can eventually use with
something like flute of summoning
Kuribo. There are some like chaos
strategies later on that like to use
flute of summoning Kuribo, which I think
is from a McDonald's pack. I don't know
if we'll ever Maybe maybe it's in a a
duelist pack. You say later on or
duelist pack. Jaden, I'm so sorry. I
like 5Ds better. That's my fault.
Uh, we got Mid Shield Gardener. Also a
banger ultimate rare pack number nine.
And we got nothing. Why do I remember
losing to this? I don't know why. It's
2,000. I don't know what this did. I
feel like I lost to this in some game.
Pack number 10, we got Spelltoppping
Statue, a continuous spell card. Oh boy,
I can't wait to negate stuff with that.
Pack number 11, Mega Rock Dragon. also a
super sick ultimate rare and we got it
ultimate rare. Um, you can special
summon from your hand by banishing any
number of rock monsters from the
graveyard. And it's 700 times the number
we banish for it. This would be a pretty
funny OTK later on. Uh, obviously we
only get to use one of each card in our
deck this week, so that's not going to
happen.
Uh, Kryosphin again. Can we get a brain
control, please?
Or a second winged Kuribo.
pack number 14, Kazaki self-destruct
button.
Um,
nothing otherwise to talk about here.
We got uh Doriato. I think that's a play
set for us. Uh, I feel like there was
something funny you could do with this
because it counts as every attribute,
but it's escaping me.
Royal surrender.
Um, nothing. Battery charger is going to
be important to have later on if we want
to play battery men.
A third wing creo. We got our first DD
survivor. This is one I definitely
wanted to see. So, this is cool.
Pack 18.
Um,
another King of the Skull Servant
battery charger.
Another DD Survivor ultimate rare. Oh,
this ultimate rare is so pretty. I had a
play set of these back in the day back
before it was expensive. I miss it. I
need to see if I can find another one.
Uh, very happy to pick up another DD
survivor.
Hero signal.
Nothing good though. 21. Another. Okay,
we have all the DD Survivors we could
wish for. The only thing that would make
this opening better is if I pulled a
brain control in the close. We have
three more packs.
Legendary black belts. I remember
pulling this ultimate rare multiple
times as a kid. Second to last pack
and last pack, Magic. Another
ultimate rare mega rock dragon. Okay, so
we picked up three ultimate rares. Uh,
six super rares, three wing Kibo. I like
I would have preferred any of these via
brain control. So, no brain control
here, but we did get our three DD
survivors, which is huge. We got our
double A's. We got our Chargers.
Honestly, other than missing out on
brain control, I think I got what I
wanted. Um, but I got to trust in the
heart of the cards for an episode. So,
let me see what I can come up with. All
right, guys. Here is what we have. WE
HAVE TO GIVE fire redemption. We're
bringing it back. Blaze of Destruction
did not represent the fire attribute
well enough. So, we're going to be doing
that today with a little bit stronger of
a fire deck. Now, I say stronger, it's
still fire, but it is definitely better
than what we played with the structure
deck, obviously, because we have a lot
more cards to work with. Now, what I did
was I based this on like a fire aggro
goat deck, but I also added in our
warrior package because once I noticed
that the ultimate baseball kid was a
warrior, I was like, "Okay, we got to
play Roa then." And because this is
hilarious, if you have like three fires
on the field, imagine if we have a solar
flare lock plus ultimate baseball kid,
that would be plus 2,000 attack and
these would be burning for a,000 every
turn. Plus, if we have molten
destruction up, then we're at 3,000
attack. I just want to play a little
baseball today. Okay, then we got the
mass dragons. These will be easy to
float into other stuff, keep stuff on
the field for Ultimate Baseball Kid.
We've got the UFO turtle which can
special summon you ultimate baseball kid
from the uh from the deck and
everything. We can also bring out mass
dragons. We can bring out element well
actually can't bring out element dragon
because he is he's light light
archetype. Then we've got Zombra for the
roa just to get rid of big guys. We've
got uh three spirit of the flames which
I don't know why Blades of Destruction
played the inferno cuz it was more of a
burn deck I guess but this one is so
much better. It's 1,700. It gains 300
during your battle phase. Becomes 2,000.
It just has a lot of points to deal
with. Plus, it's a free special summon.
So, it's great. Two more warriors for
our warrior package. We have three solar
flare dragons. Try to lock them out.
Then, we have the element dragon, which
will gain 500 for having a fire on the
field. Then, you add that plus the
molten. This is a 2500. I keep thinking
this is a fire. It's not. It's a light.
So, it's just 2k. So, kind of weird. I
mean, it's just a 2k, guys. That's why I
guess why it's at one, but it can be
summoned off of mass dragon. So, that's
kind of cool. Then there's two guys.
Soul combustible collective 2k attack.
Uh tribute to pyro type. Okay. What is
pyro type in this? So we'd have to
tribute solar flare or spirit of the
flames are the pyro types. So it doesn't
feel like it's going to come up that
often. But if we contribute two, it
becomes 4k and does piercing. So if they
have nothing and Kyle's set like a 300
defense magic faith or whatever that the
stat is 400, I think. And we attack and
that's 3,600 damage. That's a lot of
damage in one turn. It does explode at
the end of the turn though, which is not
great. Then we have a graceful charity,
a pot of greed, a heavy storm, two
noblemen across to deal with those face
downs. We have two creature swaps cuz we
have a lot of floaters and those will
work well giving him those. Two rotors
because we are playing I think four
total warriors and you just get into
whatever you need. Snatch deal, I
imagine, will be the card that gets
removed, but if he says blackluster
soldier expecting me to do blackluster
soldier, we don't have one. So we'll
just say, "Oh, okay. Yeah, we'll take it
out of the deck." And he just whiffs.
though. Then we uh I guess we will
remove another card to make it 40. I
don't know which one yet. Premature
burial, three molts and destruction to
power up our guys. Mystical Space
Typhoon. We have Mirror Force, Ring of
Destruction, Torrential Tribute, two
Sakus, and a Call of the Haunted. Pretty
solid tight deck list. We just have to
remove one extra card. And if we do have
to remove something, it'll probably be
the second Gaia Soul, I think, cuz as I
said, there's not a lot of Pyros to work
with. But if it does get pulled off,
it's pretty awesome. So, if he says
snatch, we'll take that out. If he says
anything else that's not in our deck,
maybe he picks something in our deck, we
remove that. But if he says something
not in our deck, we'll just take this
out and play 40. Or I guess this is what
I'll do. I'll I'll do this because we
need to have the right deck at first.
And then if he says a card that we
already have, we'll replace it with a
guy sold number two. All right. Is this
the best goat deck ever? No. But we have
to represent the fire. We have to SHOW
EVERYBODY THAT FIRE IS NOT the worst
archetype out there. Fire deserve to be
respected. Fire deserves to get a little
bit of little bit of showtime. Okay.
Last time didn't go so well. This time
it's going to be different.
>> Welcome to the deck profile. Today I
believe in the heart of the cards, but
we also have a new ban list. So, there
are some cards that have previously been
forbidden and now are legal again and
some things that were legal that are now
forbidden. So, here's what we're left
with. Uh, Sanen has come back, which is
pretty cool. He has a couple of targets
in the deck. Uh, but you'll notice that
there's some like big guys in the deck
that are lights and darks. Um, I'm
rocking Zomra. I'm rocking Thunder Nan,
which is notably a 1900 light monster.
Um, I've got Dark Elf. I've got Giant
Orc. You know, I've just I'm just
running basically a beatdown deck. I do
have Fucilier. I'm saying it like that
forever. Uh, who's pretty cool. It it
becomes 2,800 if its effects are negated
or if we special summon it from the
graveyard. So, like Skill Drain is in
here because it couples with most of
these cards in the deck pretty well. Um,
but it also becomes a target for deck
devastation virus which is newly at one
and you know last what last week, two
weeks ago, however many weeks ago I was
upset that I got deck devastation virus
and uh I think it needs to happen to
Phil now. So I'm just running good
stuff. We've got Zaborg in here. We got
Mobius. Even though he's not a light or
a dark uh it's a really powerful effect.
Um so I've got some big beers that we
can rely on if we need to. some really
powerful spells. Graceful Charity is
back in the format, which is pretty
cool. Snatch Steel is not banned. I
thought it was banned this ban list. It
is not. Mirror Force is back. We got
Torrential. I'm running Trap Dustoot. I
put in our newly acquired Solemn
Judgment. And uh we got Skill Drain.
Skill Drain works with a lot of these
cards. And if we don't draw it, these
cards still work. And that's kind of the
balance I was trying to strike with this
deck list. So, we're going for like a
chaos, skill drain, beatd down, good
stuff pile because we're trusting in the
heart of the cards and, you know, all we
can do is run the best cards we got. So,
let's see what Phil is playing this
week.
>> Goat. It's called goat format. Wait, why
is it called is it go for
>> It's greatest of all time format.
>> How do we know that? It's like happening
right now. Are we just assuming?
>> Well, it's cuz everybody's playing
scapegoat except for us who We don't
have scapegoat, do we? Uh, one of us has
scapegoat because they use Stardec Joey.
Who used Stardec Joey?
>> Wasn't me. I have.
>> It must have been me. I have Scapegoat.
So, I could be in the goat format.
That's exciting.
>> Could be using Metamorphosis to tribute
off goat tokens for thousand.
>> I will be doing that. Yeah, you better
watch out. I'm going to play goat.
>> Well, it doesn't matter what you do
because I believe in the heart of the
cards and you cannot defeat me.
Believing in the heart of the cards
means you
not monsters. It's not six vanillaas.
Believing in the heart of the cards you
play one of each. One of each. Yeah.
Okay. Okay. That's all you need.
>> One. I mean that's fine. I mean all the
good cards are at one anyway, right? You
know, so you're fine.
>> Exactly. And there's a new band list.
Speaking of cards at one.
>> Yeah. Yeah. That is exciting. New band
list.
>> New set.
>> Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I
forgot.
>> I forgot.
Ray, you you get to pick a card because
you are tired of me using it.
>> Wait,
>> so we might have to restart.
>> I ALWAYS FORGET we have to do this so
fast.
>> Okay.
>> All right. Time out. I'm surrendering.
>> All right. I I spy the way this is three
episodes in a row I've gotten that. So I
think the wheel's telling us something.
The two in a row obviously I had to
respin. We don't do two in a row. But
this isn't two in a row anymore. So I
got it again.
>> Oh, okay. So, would you like to rage
about one of the cards?
>> I am sick and tired of those games where
you draw Pot of Greed and I don't. You
don't get to use Pot of Greed this time.
It's unfair. I GET A TURN WITH POT OF
GREED.
>> My Pot of Greed? How did you know I'd be
playing Pot of Greed? That's crazy.
>> Maybe because it's legal.
>> It is legal. Um, all right. Let's see. I
have to put a card in my deck now
because I have 39 cards.
>> Oh, man. Uh, I guess we'll put in that.
Okay, so we're we I now have a 40 card
deck. That's exciting. And now we can
play.
>> No. Pot of greed is pretty mean, man. I
mean, come on.
>> You're supposed to pick Snatch Steel.
Okay.
>> Snatch Steel. Yeah,
>> you're not even tired of that card yet.
Okay. You got to go first last time, so
I'll I'll I'll fix that. Okay.
>> Okay. Cool. Cool.
>> Yeah. Yeah. So, you'll go first.
>> No, Snatch Steel's fine now that we both
have
>> All right. All right. Yeah. Are you sure
about that?
>> Yeah. No, we both got one. I'm cool.
>> Okay. All right. That's That's cool of
me. All right. We both got a steal of
the snatch. We actually both have like
two now, don't we?
>> Cuz of like Stardex or something.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. We've got We've got all kinds of
stuff.
>> All right, let's Duro.
>> Ah.
>> Um, dude, this I need some
reinforcements, baby.
>> Whoa,
that's like real scare. That's like a
real goat card.
>> Let's get reinforced with
uh
uh Well, what's over here?
>> You don't know how you want to
reinforce?
>> Let's just get a Let's get a ninja.
>> Oh, wow. Oh, we got we got some warrior
decks over here.
>> Yeah, we do.
>> That's scary. It's pretty scary. I'm not
going to lie.
>> Let's I don't know. Let's put them out
here.
>> That's a lot of points. And let's just
uh let's give him one just one friendly
back row.
>> Very well. Let me draw a card that will
do points.
>> Very friendly.
Did anything bad happen to you? Oh, yes.
Yes. Oh,
>> yeah. You just did. Yeah, you took away
my my pot of it was like an out-of body
experience. I was
>> You were so mad. I'm sorry. Honestly, I
don't know what overcame me. Do you have
anything cool happen or
>> Dude, it was sick. I So, I had my my
older cousin came into town and he took
me to a game shop and you know, it
wasn't like the best deal in the world,
but I was able to trade in some cards to
get a new pack that I've been wanting
for a while.
>> Um, it did cost me three super rares,
but I did get an ultra rare I've wanted
for a while.
>> That's pretty cool. Uh, as always, my uh
my friend quit Yu-Gi-Oh this week.
Everyone just quits Yu-Gi-Oh constantly.
Some of my cousin, my friend, my I think
I'm the common denominator. They just
hate me. So,
>> you you're like a little bit too
overzealous with Yu-Gi-Oh and they're
all like, "I'm out of here, dude. This
is terrible."
>> Yeah. Like, I'm tired. So, I got to pick
like a super rare or something, which we
have a lot of the super rares.
>> Uh, so I picked something that I can't
even remember what I picked. I think I
think I think I
>> I think I picked like a playground card.
That was how uninteresting it was. It
was just another copy of something that
was at Oh.
>> Oh.
>> Okay.
>> Interesting. Uh, let's see. Let's get
rid of some cards. Let's get rid of
You have a ninja grandmaster Sasuke,
which has 1,800 points, which is pretty
annoying.
>> Some good points.
>> This is like fish territory.
>> Yeah, it's pretty powerful. So, I have
to discard two cards, which is what my
least favorite thing to do. I don't like
discarding cards. I like having cards.
>> You like pod agreed better, which is why
I
>> like having the cards. So, this is
really not working out too well. I'm
going to get rid of um this is going to
this is going to show you something. Uh
I'm going to get rid of this.
>> Are you feeling inspired by by last
week?
>> What do you mean? I'm just uh just
playing some cards. Nothing to see here.
Um, I I'm going to play Molten
Destruction.
>> YOU DIDN'T LEARN ANYTHING.
>> I'M A FIRE GUY, BABY. What can I say?
And then I'm going to do this solar
flare dragon.
I love fire. I'm flaming hot.
>> Get out of here, dude.
>> Oh, come on.
Poor Solar Flare Dragon. Dude, that's
messed up, man. You didn't have to do
that.
>> No. All that work. I have three. All my
fire guys are in the graveyard now.
They're dead.
>> Oh man. Hey, you know what? I That looks
like a really hard choice having to
discard some cards. I'm going to do the
same in solid.
>> Yeah. Okay, good. Yeah, you're going to
feel my pain now.
>> Yeah, you're going to feel my pain just
as bad as you.
>> Fuseler Dragon. Oh no.
>> I don't think you're going to be setting
any cards. So,
>> wait. What are you You got a skill drain
deck over there. What are you doing?
>> Why would I do that to you? I thought
about doing that to be honest. So, uh,
it's kind of scary, but
mirror force activate. I actually, yeah,
that's what I picked. A second mirror
force for fun, but I can only use one
obviously in this, but uh, next week
though, you're going to have to watch
out for two mirror force.
>> It's really fun in your
>> It's very fun. I do love a mirror force.
Oh, two set cards. Are you serious?
>> Just two little guys going.
>> You've got to be kidding me. That's
insane.
>> It's pretty cool. Speaking of insane,
you're going to feel the wrath of
>> Oh,
>> my spirit of the flames.
>> That guy is huge.
>> He's got a lot of points. And he's GOING
TO ATTACK FOR 25.
>> It's not a lot of points, honestly. I've
seen more points. I've seen more points
on my guy, actually.
>> Oh my gosh. You got him at 2800.
No, I'm not going to continue that.
>> Let's go.
That's a lot of points.
>> A boo.
>> What?
>> Um
I guess
>> I got to get rid of this guy. He has so
many points, you know.
>> Man,
>> I got to keep Spirit of the Flames
protected.
>> Oh,
that's brutal.
>> How's How's one done any damage yet?
>> Oh, don't you worry about that, buddy.
>> That's coming soon. Okay.
>> Yeah.
>> Don't you snatch steal my Spirit of the
Flames. That would be mean. I'm not. I'm
not. I'm going to get rid of some of my
guys, though.
>> Oh, why are you using cards like that?
>> Uh, like what?
>> Like this? The ones that I'm Yeah,
those. Yeah. Why are you using those?
>> Uh, well, you see, I had to trust in the
heart of cards.
>> I wanted to play water, just for the
record.
>> We could have BEEN WATER FIRE REMATCH.
>> I REALLY WANTED TO play water because I
got some cool water cards.
>> Oh, that's such a bummer. Uh, but you
know, there's not even enough water
monsters to fill up the 20 slots that
I'd like to. You know,
>> that's tragic. I mean, the wheels stole
that from us. A rematch of water.
>> I was I was seriously coming in. I was
like, I have two Levia Dragon now. I can
definitely play water.
>> Yeah.
>> Now, what I need to do is spin the the
wheel and get like the video game. You
know what I mean?
>> Oh, yeah. Video games are pretty clutch.
Are you trying to do something over
there? No, cuz abyss whale would be so
cool. Or abyss soldier.
>> It would just like this. My spirit of
the flames.
>> Uh,
>> that's a lot of points.
What's going on over here?
>> What are you doing there, trainer?
>> What's wrong, trainer?
>> You're going the wrong way. GET BACK TO
OH MY GOSH. I was hoping that wasn't the
case.
>> Unfortunately, I've been exploded.
>> Yeah.
>> Oh my guys, my spirits of the flames.
>> Get a little
>> lift the trap. Don't you dare try to
remove my traps.
>> Hey, don't you dare, you know, set seven
tools of the bandit cuz he can take it
apart. Easy peasy.
>> Yeah. Yeah, he he can and I don't like
it.
>> Yeah,
but you set the card anyway. So, battle
damage. You target one spell trap in the
Oh, that's bad.
>> I'm dubious of whatever you set back
there.
>> You should be. Call of the Haunted
activate. All right, what do we want to
bring back? Okay, you have 1,200 points.
Solar flare would be 2k. Spirit of the
flames would be the biggest guy.
>> Uh, I think I'm just going to go with
the biggest guy.
>> He is big. Uh, Do I continue to attack?
No,
>> you don't want to.
>> You should You should check the ground
over there because it looks like it's
breaking. SO MUCH SO THAT HE'S HE'S
FALLEN ALL THE WAY THROUGH, BABY.
>> DANG,
that's so rude.
>> Your your traps have moved.
>> I'M OH, there we go. That's a card I was
looking for right there. I liked your
card. Let's try it. Roa,
>> no.
>> Reinforcement of the army.
Not Zombra.
>> He's also fire in his heart. Hit the
heart of fire
>> will attack.
>> Heart. I forgot about I forgot about
that.
>> You forgot to consider that, didn't you?
>> I did.
>> The heart of fire is very important to
Zombra.
>> Well, that's mean.
Um.
Oo.
>> I don't like the sound of that trainer.
>> Uh, yeah. Oh my gosh.
No.
Why?
>> Yeah.
>> Well,
>> the wheel stole a water matchup from you
and gave you instead chaos slop.
>> I'm so mad at the wheel. I'm mad at the
wheel. It's the wheel's fault. It's not
your fault. It's the wheel's fault. You
you and I have been texting back and
forth about building a goat deck and I
was like can you help me find some water
cards and listen the the water love it's
all here. Phil helped me get water
cards. I want to play water but the
wheel you know
>> the wheel just that the wheel just
doesn't like fun I think is the problem.
I think
>> it doesn't wheel wheels like BLS. You
going to play it?
>> Yep.
>> Speaking of fun, fire is ready for this
game. Okay.
>> Okay.
>> We're ready to show our fiery spirit.
Oo.
>> Yeah, just wait.
>> Okay,
>> just you wait.
>> I was trying to think of a Pokemon
Stadium line about fire. I don't I can't
think of any. Going to have to get on
that grind. Oh,
okay.
>> Okay.
>> Very interesting indeed.
>> Uh-oh.
I'll start with this.
>> Oh no.
>> Uh, drawing a card.
I didn't foresee that.
>> I'll set a card and I'll pass my turn.
>> Uh-oh. Yet again. Okay. All right. I see
you.
>> A very powerful card indeed.
>> Well, just in case it's too powerful.
I'm going to need some reinforcements.
>> That is Yep. That That'll do it.
>> Going to need some reinforcements. I
don't know.
>> That'll do it.
>> Like maybe this. She'll help.
>> Warrior lady. Okay.
>> She's newly limited to one. Yeah. Yeah.
Okay.
>> So, it doesn't even matter that I trust
in the heart of cards. She's just
>> Are you going to banish this?
>> Uh,
yes.
>> Okay. Question mark.
>> I don't I I think so.
>> Interesting indeed.
>> Let's just do two of these. Okay.
>> Two set cards. Just wait till I draw
this card.
>> I knew it. I knew you'd do that to me.
>> Huh?
>> Molten Destruction activate.
>> Oh no.
>> And then Gaia soul the combustible
collective.
>> Get out of here.
>> What are you doing?
How dare you?
>> I know he was going to, you know, like
destroy himself during the end phase,
but that was 2500 points. That was a lot
of points, man.
>> That was too many points if you ask.
>> That was a lot of points. That was like
all my points.
>> Okay. Okay. Okay. This is going to be
fine.
Let's just summon my favorite guy in the
world.
>> Breaker the magical warrior.
>> Do not break my field spell, please.
>> Okay, I'll attack first.
>> Thank you. I appre Oh, wait.
>> Dang it.
>> That was bit cheating. This is dual
links. You can't main phase two.
>> No,
>> my molten destruction has been
destroyed.
>> Uh, let's just end it there.
>> The destruction of the destruction.
Okay.
>> Uh-oh.
>> You've got a set card. You've got a
break of the magical warrior.
>> Isn't he cool?
>> Very cool.
>> I like this guy.
>> Very admirable.
Now, what will I do to defeat him
>> is the question.
>> I think I'll do this. Reinforcement of
the army. No, no, no, no, no.
>> And I will get
this card.
>> Defeat. That's his one weakness.
>> Yes, it is. And I have 2100 points.
>> No.
>> And the points are greater than your
points. Unless
>> Nope.
>> Okay. Nothing. Nothing yet. So, it poor
>> for Call of the Haunted or something,
but I'm not super worried about him
getting Call of the Haunted back. Uh,
okay. Zombra the Dark.
>> Oh.
Um,
>> he's representing right now.
>> He's representing. Okay.
>> He sure is.
Hey, can I see him really quick? Can I
just check? Can I just Can I just
>> He would never betray me. So, you're
going to have to tribute him. I mean,
because he would not betray me. That's
what he does. Um, you know, that is a
special skill of his, which is why I'm
running him, too.
>> Very loyal.
>> Um, but if they have no skill at all,
guess what?
>> Skill drain. Interesting. And you've
been healed back.
>> Yeah, he got healed back.
>> You are playing skill drain.
Interesting.
>> Yeah, now he's cool with attacking
directly, which is
>> Yeah, now he has a lot of points, which
I don't love.
>> He does.
>> I don't love that at all. points, but
I'm going to give you Listen, I paid
a,000 and guess where they're going?
They're going straight back to you,
buddy.
>> Thank you. I'm going to take a,000 here
and I'm going to draw this card. Thank
you. That is exactly what I was looking
for.
>> All right, let me let me take a
thousand.
>> All yours, buddy.
>> Thank you very much. I feel much better.
I feel healed. And now I can activate
this card. Uh
>> oh.
>> And I'll draw a lot of great cards. Uh
yeah. Okay. That's not going to be very
good against you from what I've seen.
And let's see what else. Uh you've got
2100. You've got a back row. Mhm.
Uh that's a lot of points. Okay, let's
do
uh discard the
if I do.
Okay, that. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I see what we're
doing here. See what we're doing here.
Okay.
>> Okay. Uh, let's discard this.
>> Oh,
>> solar flare drag. And then I'll activate
Molten Destruction.
>> Oh no,
>> that's a lot of points.
>> And then I'll I'll do this. I'll banish
Solar Flare Dragon.
>> Uh-oh.
>> First Spirit of the Flames. After you
kept banishing all my fires, he can
finally go to the field at 2,200 points.
I'm not going to get my boost. So many
abs.
>> But I am going to be able to have 2200
points, which is pretty cool. Now, do
you have a a set card?
>> You should go to sleep, buddy. You
should just take a nap.
>> Oh, no.
>> Yep. Yep.
>> A problem for me. Okay, I'm going to set
a card and set a card and pass.
>> Oh.
>> Oh. Oh, no.
>> Oh.
Oh.
Oh. Okay. Well, let's see what the Let's
see what's going on, buddy. Let's uh
actually mine mine will attack this.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. And then yours.
Oh, dude, my effect. Oh, I forgot I
misplayed.
Oh, man.
>> Oh, no. My life points.
>> Oh, sorry, bestie. You're going to have
to
>> That was mean.
>> Can you take that back, please?
I'll think about it.
>> Uh, so I get some life points. Okay, you
got
>> Okay, you can have a couple more points.
>> How many set cards do you have?
>> Um, roughly half of my deck.
>> Approximately 20 cards.
>> Okay. Well, that's good to know. Okay.
All right. I'm going to do this.
>> Oh, dude. No.
>> Spirit of the Flames, prepare to attack
into another trap card. Don't Don't call
that guy.
>> I'll attack into this trap card right
here.
>> The good news,
>> not a trap card at all.
>> The bad canoose goes to defense mode.
Okay,
>> so he can just go ahead go just
sideways. Perfect. Good.
>> That is annoying for me. Okay, what am I
going to do about this? I'm going to set
a card and I'm going to pass.
>> Okay. All right,
>> Zombra, I thought you couldn't betray
me, but you got mind brainwashed over
there. You know,
>> he just
>> which is really sad.
>> You know, he thought that it'd look cool
over here. Mainly cuz he just has a
friend to talk to.
>> I mean, honestly, it does look cool. So,
I got to give him the credit for that.
>> It's You know, they should make this guy
hollow. I'm just saying.
>> Honestly, they should. Yeah, that would
be cool
>> IN THE FUTURE.
>> OH, NO. I DON'T LIKE THIS AT ALL.
>> UHOH.
>> I don't like it.
Um, let's just go ahead and we'll just
put one more card right there. It looked
cold and low.
>> You have so many sets.
>> Hey, I'm going to give you those life
being mean to me. Okay. On the house. On
the house.
>> Oh, interesting draw. I'll take a
thousand. Thank you.
>> Okay.
>> And I'll use this premature burial.
>> A
>> spirit of the flames.
>> He's going to do it eventually. HE WILL
HAVE MORE POINTS AND HE WILL attack you.
>> Can you not? Thank you. You finally
didn't kill me. That was so nice of you.
Thank you for letting him do. Look how
cool he looks.
>> That's Look how cool he looks
>> just for you.
>> Now, now he dies some other painful way
like smashing ground. Sadly.
>> Uh, no. No smashing ground.
>> Oh my god. Scouts honor.
>> It's so hard to predict when
everything's a oneup.
>> Oh, this is game. I guess I have to do
that.
>> A dude,
>> that sucks. I don't have a life points
yet.
>> Now you don't get life points anymore. I
was trying to help. But
>> you were. And I was I just denied your
health. That was so mean of me. That
really was mean of me.
>> Yeah. You said I don't need you. Oh,
you've got more cards. This sucks.
>> Okay. All right. Well,
>> okay.
>> Spirit of the flames.
>> Okay. Just in case you are going to do
something silly.
>> Okay. Now what? You have one card. Skill
drains up. I mean, what can you do
against exiles ports?
>> Oh no.
>> A,000 points. Oh, that is
>> all right. All my I brought back Spirit
of the Flames 88 times and it wasn't
enough.
>> He do be a spirit like that, huh?
>> He did his best, but it wasn't enough.
>> Well, we'll put that right there.
>> Okay, exiled Forest, you're really
showing out right now. Good job. I'm
very proud of you.
>> That's a lot of guys.
>> Okay, you torrential me, which is good,
I guess.
Uh, all right. Let's attack for a
thousand.
>> Dude, one of those guys has some funny
armor on him. And I think it's going to
stop. Destroyed all. It was just one guy
wearing the weird armor.
>> My armor. Okay. Wait, wait, wait, wait,
wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait,
wait.
>> Yeah, that wasn't even my armor.
>> Let's do this. All right. Go,
>> go.
>> I really appreciate you doing that. now
>> because I have no clue.
>> I have no clue when I was going to get
to activate this otherwise.
>> No, I literally was like there's only
one card that punishes that one card.
>> And you are How many life points you at?
>> Perfect.
>> Do you like Metal Raiders? I like METAL
RAIDERS.
>> I'M LIKE I've already seen Smashing
Ground. Can't put this face up. I
haven't seen Nobleman. It's a one of
Surely he has one card in hand and of
course yeah got it. Oh gosh, man.
>> You would have had to pay a thousand.
You would have attacked into a floater,
dude.
>> Dude, I gave you so many extra life
points, too. Do you know how many life
points I had to knock out?
>> Like 11,000.
>> I had 28 spirit of the flames. They
didn't do anything.
>> Abs. Abs aren't everything.
>> Game three. No, but I will show you the
power of fire. Okay.
>> Show me. Show me.
>> I will try. Even harder than the last
two.
>> Yes.
>> All right.
>> Just how we drew it up.
>> That's exactly what the script said.
That's perfect.
>> Now we win three straight fire matches.
>> Okay.
>> I'm so sad you don't have a water deck.
Imagine the Except Except then I would
have to deal with your water deck again.
So I guess honestly, you know, maybe
this is better.
>> That's true.
>> At least I wouldn't be fun
>> level limiting and I wouldn't have to
worry about that. Okay.
>> No limiting of levels.
>> Oh gosh. All right. We'll draw
>> this was the ban list. Uh I mean sorry
on the ban list that just came out. Uh
level limit area B and gravity bind both
went to two.
>> Yeah, that's fun.
>> Oh man.
>> I'll set two cards and I'll pass.
>> Oo. Okay. Spicy. Spicy.
>> Getting aggressive here. be e
aggressive.
>> Let's just do one of these
and
>> do one of those and one of those
>> and yep, you guessed it. One of these.
>> Wow.
>> One of 800 different spell and traps you
have. That's good to see.
>> Okay, it's 20 something different traps
and spells. Okay. I mean, and magic
cards. I said magic cards.
>> That's a lot to keep up with. Magic.
Yes. I mean, they've Well, it's 2005.
They've changed it by now, but uh thank
goodness I get to finally use this. I
mean, oh my goodness.
>> Well, that's freaking rude cuz I was
going to use that,
>> but whatever.
>> I'm glad that it got to be used at some
point.
>> Mhm.
>> Uh two set cards. Let's just uh
>> Masked Dragon.
>> Good
>> attack.
>> Oh man,
that's a good one.
>> Yeah, a whole,400
points. How does it feel?
uh feels like slightly more than the
thousand you hit me with with exile.
>> Yeah, with exile for
>> just wait till molted destruction goes
up. Then you're going to really feel the
wrath. Okay.
>> All right. All right. Well, let's let's
get rid of him. Um get out of here.
>> That's what I was expecting last game,
but I got nobleman. Okay. What's up with
that?
>> I'm over here now. I'm over here. And
now
>> the trap remover. Okay. remove this
trap.
>> Well, it's getting removed one way or
another, so let's get rid of it.
>> I figured I like the other one where I
just like do 1,200 points of damage
instead.
>> Yeah, I I just I'll protect the life
points at least.
>> Unfortunate.
>> Okay,
let's see about this one.
>> Yay. Just what I was looking for.
>> Just what the
>> How about this solar flare dragon?
>> Oh, heck.
>> Attack for a lot of points. That's and
plus another 500 for
>> That's crazy. That's a lot of points
right there. I'm going to do 500. That's
2,000 damage.
>> Jeez, this guy's on fire. Hit it.
>> He's on fire.
>> Oo. Um H remember that card I said you
can't play. I'm sorry. I am playing it.
>> That's so mean. I I'm jealous right now.
I want to play that card.
>> Yeah, I'm sorry. That's on me. I got a I
got a giant guy going. Oh, don't
activate it.
>> Activate what?
>> Don't activate it.
>> Don't activate what?
>> Don't activate it.
>> Don't activate what? Come on.
>> Okay. Okay. Okay. All right. Thank you.
I appreciate that. I appreciate that.
>> Oh, you you were scared I was going to
activate Robin Goblin.
>> That's
>> anything. Don't activate anything. Just
>> Robin Goblin.
>> Put monsters down. That's all you need
to do.
>> Okay. Okay.
>> That's all you need to do over here.
He's got more. You You've got uh until
the end of your next turn. So, that
guy's stuck for a turn.
>> He is.
>> He is indeed stuck.
>> He's got like no defense points.
>> Zero. Yeah. What What could
>> Which is kind of crazy. This guy is
meaty.
>> You think you could take a He's
powerful.
>> Uh yeah. Well, uh you know what I'm
going to try to do? I'm going to try to
attack you for some piercing damage.
>> Oh, would you like to stop that? that.
No,
>> I mean it's only 2,000. It's not really
that much. So,
>> well, so last time we played
um you know, like a sealed format, but
the time before that we got some new
cards and you activated a card on me and
I was so sad.
>> Okay.
>> So, I just thought maybe you should
experience it once.
>> Oh, yeah. That's pretty good. Oh, no, my
UFO turtle.
>> Okay, UFO turtle's gone. And then we got
noble. Oh, I was like, how do I get out
of here? Nobleman, premature, and a
spirit.
>> I'll continue my attack. That's fine.
>> Yeah, I love drawing two noblemen.
That's super cool. Uh, okay. And that
said, I need to read this. This says,
1500 or less.
Uh, uh, destroy all monster 1500 or less
for three turns. Okay. And that's that I
draw, correct?
>> Yep.
>> I think I draw. Okay. All right. Cool.
All right.
>> Okay. Cool.
>> All right. Combustible collective
combust.
>> A dude. See you later, man.
>> He's been combusted.
>> He sure has. Um, let's see what we got.
Oo,
>> that's a cool one.
>> That's quite interesting.
>> Let's uh draw some more cards.
>> Oh my gosh.
No.
Uh,
>> this is not looking good.
>> You do not have any enemies to control.
So,
we get rid of that one.
>> I have plenty of enemies to control.
What do you mean?
>> Okay.
And this one's hard.
I think it's
this.
And then
>> what? Thunder. Nan. Nan making an
appearance.
>> She's getting banished though, sadly.
>> Wow, that's wild. Um,
let's get rid of Cliff and we'll just
put this guy here.
>> How do you keep drawing this guy?
>> Uh, it's graceful charity.
>> Yeah, that that helps, too. That helps,
too.
>> And we'll just do one of these.
>> Oh my gosh.
100 back row. All right, let me draw
this card.
>> Oh.
H.
>> That's a lot of points.
>> How many cards you have there?
>> Four.
>> Okay. Okay. Just going to put this one
back
>> just in case.
>> I I am very happy with the wheel right
now. Thank you, Will, for being so nice.
>> Very happy with the wheel.
>> Okay. All right. Hey, combust.
>> Well,
I guess we'll get blown up one last
time.
Uh, I don't like that.
>> Or not.
>> I don't. Let's just get rid of that
really quick. Just really quick. Just
get rid of that.
>> Mhm.
>> Fire. I tried to give you the respect
you deserve. Fire.
>> You deserved a watermelon.
>> I don't know how you can beat deck,
devastation, virus, trap, dust shoot,
BLS, pot of green, graceful, charity,
but you tried. You tried.
You put in a good effort. I saved it for
game three. Okay,
>> you put in a good effort,
but it wasn't enough. Especially with
Noblemen just being a dead card.
>> All right. Wait, but there's a secret
back row.
>> Oh, what could it be?
>> Let me just get one of these guys.
>> Oh, no. Clip the trapper. Oh, giant orc.
>> Yep. Yep.
>> So many points.
>> Yep. Yep. And uh I don't know.
Oh, well, there's no way. I wanted to
like BM with snatch steel because it's
in my hand, but I can't. But there is a
snatch deal in my hand.
>> I mean, you have to let my card stay on
the side of the field if you're going to
snatch steel. That's just a little tip
from the snatch deal expert. Let them
have a monster before and then you can
use snatch deal.
>> I learned how to use snatch steel. I got
one in the mail
>> and I was complaining about it at the
beginning of the video and then I saw
what you put behind it.
>> Greatest card of all time. Birdface.
Justice. Yeah, that was justice for Bird
>> Face. So, yeah. Honestly, you should be
happy. That was a great gift.
>> That was really nice of you.
>> Justice has been given for Birdface.
Unfortunately, he didn't get to play,
you know.
>> No,
>> he's just kind of hanging out, but he he
will get he'll get his justice one day.
>> We got no Harpies. Did you get any
harpies hunting grounds when we did RDS?
>> Uh,
not that I recall, but I can't remember
now. I can't remember. I was looking at
deck building and I was like, well, I
only have the one Harpy's hunting ground
and I was trying to do any attribute. I
was trying to do anything but just
playing Chaos Swap and I was like,
>> one of every card does not do it.
>> One of every card makes it tough. Yeah,
it's kind of tough when you can only use
like one of your decent cards.
>> What they should have released like
Frost and Flame Dragon or Desert
Twister, which are cards that don't
exist. I'm just positing a reality where
they exist. And then
>> Yeah, those would be really cool. You
could do one you could do like fire and
water together or earth and wind
together. Just something to think about.
Konami.
>> Something to think about. Konami. I
mean, you got a few years. You might
even have like 21 more years to work on
this stuff. So, just get to it. You
know, I'm just have a good feeling
you're going to make it 21 more years.
You guys can uh make something awesome.
So,
>> yeah. Speaking of awesome, let's get
some fire upgrades. Can we get some cool
cards for the fire deck? Let's go. Come
on.
>> Represent. Hey, it's No, just don't. You
You're not You shouldn't hope for that.
>> Fire has has zero wins, but eventually
they will get one. They will get one,
>> I believe. Wait, did I lose when I
played fire? I did lose, didn't I? You
can't win.
>> You played fire.
>> I played fire one week.
>> Is it 0 for three?
>> Wait, didn't I play fire? I I played
wind. I played earth. I
>> You played rock. The rock spirit. Earth,
I guess. But played that a lot.
Maybe I didn't play fire.
>> Somebody played fire at I feel like
maybe I did. I can't remember, but let
us know in the comments. But uh fire has
not been doing so hot, but
>> Oh,
>> it is fire, so it's it's going to be
hot. So just wait.
I don't know what we're waiting for
because it's not going to be good. But
uh
>> sorry, I wanted to play something cool.
Next time we'll wheel won't betray.
>> The wheel will let us play fun. And it
will be I mean fire is fun obviously.
Did you see how fun it was?
>> I was going to have fun with water.
Listen, if I
>> Spirit of Flame spam is crazy.
>> If if I spin the wheel and I get uh what
is it called? Uh the video game one.
That that slice is still there, right?
We haven't gotten that since like the
beginning of the
>> I have not gotten it, but I we didn't
remove it, so it should be there.
>> Huh. Anyway, I need that for Abyss
Soldier than Water Duck.
>> That would make the water duck a lot
better.
>> That's right. Well, uh, anyways, this
